International Public Notice: The Appearance of a Civilian Government

The old UNITED STATES Corporation is no more.  The old USA, Inc. is barely hanging on.  What remains is the actual government, looming like a giant on the horizon, a figure terrifying for the bureaucrats but vaguely familiar.  It's not just the owner's steward.  It's the owner. 

The past two weeks have seen a housecleaning fury which is unprecedented. This is taking place because the old UNITED STATES Corporation is in the final throes of bankruptcy and every one of its departments and agencies has to be fully audited as part of the bankruptcy settlement process. 

It's not a coup.  It's not politically motivated.  It's business. 

At the same time that Donald Trump's Administration is charged with performing this audit process, his own corporation, USA, Inc., (recently restructured and rebranded as The United States of America, LLC) is faced with many challenges and tough decisions.  

It is tasked with dissolving or absorbing two-thirds of what we have known as "the Federal Government".  The leadership of the USA, Inc. must carefully consider what parts of the old UNITED STATES, INC. are worth salvaging and paying for, and how best to jettison the rest?  

No matter what they do, approximately a million and a half of former Federal workers are going to be out on the streets, swelling the unemployment numbers, and literally trillions of government deficit spending won't happen. 

Not only will the trillions normally squandered by the UNITED STATES, INC. be absent from the world economy, but Mr. Trump is letting all the occupied European partner-countries know that the Free Ride is over and (1) they have to pay their own defense costs; (2) the USA, Inc. won't back them in their war-mongering; (3) if they continue promoting war in the Ukraine, they will have to pay for it all themselves. 

The criminals had planned on having "the US" pay the butcher's bill for them and dig them out of debt; why not?  The same plan has worked often enough before.  Look at World War I and World War II, and all the rest of the over 200 "Conflicts" since then.  

Only this time, don't look at these events as wars.  Look at them as hostile business takeovers.   Look at them in terms of seizing resources that belong to others.  Look at them in terms of seizing property "abandoned" by all those murdered.  Look at them in terms of erasing debt by erasing the people the debt is owed to.  

It's not religion. It's not racial.  It's not politics.  It's business. 

And now you understand the sudden need to "depopulate" the world.  And you understand the Green New Deal.  And you understand the drive behind the World Health Organization (WHO) and its attempted takeover.  

iT really doesn't matter what the excuse is. 

In the 1930's the excuse was ethnic and religious.  Now, it's health and environment.  

Any excuse will do. 

The result and the motivations underlying it all, are the same: crimes against humanity, propaganda, coercive control, denigration of individual rights and identities, fraud, piracy, unjust enrichment, unlawful conversion, undermining of any legitimate government, oh, and don't forget the Concentration Camps.

All of this is done to kill their creditors and avoid justice for themselves, regardless whatever the purported reasons for this may be.  

We are dealing with an entrenched transnational crime syndicate with a known modus operandi.  

They weasel in by pretending to have some legitimate purpose associated with an existing government -- for example, the Federal Reserve, or the AUSTRALIA Corporation.   They embezzle freely and control and abuse their victims using the usual means of blackmailers, racketeers and extortioners, only they do it under color of law and use the machinery of government bureaucracy to accomplish their aims.  

They borrow against collateral that belongs to other people, and when the credit raised from that collateral is maxed out---  and before the victims themselves have a chance to realize that they've been impersonated and defrauded --- they find an excuse, round up their creditors, and kill as many of them as possible.  

They did it to the Germans, to the Jews, and now, they are trying to do it to us.  En masse.  The whole world. 

Imagine that each country is an individual person who has suffered identity theft and had their credit cards stolen and charged up over limit by thieves.  Imagine that we have caught the thieves, but they don't want to return all the assets and credit they've stolen.  They want to kill us instead and wash their hands like Pontius Pilate. 

Oh, well, they say, the victims weren't nice people.  They were Jews. They were diseased.  They were black.  They were white. They caused carbon emissions.  They were Catholic.  They were Americans. They were Japanese.  They had genetic defects. They were Palestinians. They refused vaccination.  They asked questions.

They were humans, not people.  

They were transhumans, not people. 

They were subhumans, not people.  

Any excuse will do.  

It all comes down to this --- do you lie or tell the truth?  

That's the only thing that counts.  

Pause and go back 160 years in America.  

General U.S. Grant held the country, ignorant and gullible, in his grubby mercenary hands.  His military government had a few obstacles to overcome.  

First, being a Territorial "government" subcontractor, they were required to use our credit as their money.  They couldn't issue actual money as a sovereign government.  And they couldn't access our credit without action by our Congress.  Two-blocked. 

Another issue was the clear requirement that the military be subordinate to the civilian government; pretty hard to do, when your civilian overseers have, apparently, gone out of business.

So they impersonated our government and latched onto its assets and pretended to represent us.   

They colluded with the HRE Municipal Subcontractors to act as the civilian government and  appropriate our credit and "monetize" our assets for us.  

They colluded with the Federal Reserve to issue debt notes, that is,  I.O.U.s, based on our credit and assets. 

Over time, the now-defunct UNITED STATES Corporation took over the role of our civilian government, and its officers appropriated credit that wasn't theirs, based on assets that weren't theirs, and spent the Federal Reserve's I.O.U.s recklessly on themselves and whatever else they wanted to spend on.  

This created huge "government deficits" and also huge government debts owed to who?  The private sector.  To us.  

With the UNITED STATES, INC. playing the part of our civilian government, and the USA, Inc., playing the part of our military and territorial government, they contrived to not only access our credit, but to establish a substitute civilian government.  

Now that we've called the cards and demanded that our credit be put back on the books and that our assets be released to our control, the guilty parties want to kill us instead, keep their ill-gotten profits, and find another sucker.  Or, alternatively, on the part of the British Territorial Government, pretend that they did their job honorably all these years and weren't complicit in this circumstance. 

But they were. 

The lawless Deep Staters don't care if it's China or Ukraine or even Russia, so long as there is a new host for the parasites. New resources to plunder. New public trusts to pillage.   

Our point to the world-at-large is that these are criminals operating government infrastructure and institutions as crime syndicates, with entire huge bureaucracies devoted to preying upon their customers and employers. 

What you are witnessing now is circumstantially a reprise of the French Revolution, in which a huge, over-bloated, quasi-private government bureaucracy gained control, used the King of France as a storefront for their borrowing and purported authority, ruthlessly plundered the people of France, and then, after a lot of blood-letting and blame, sought to make up their losses by invading other countries under Napoleon.  

They've set us up the same way.  They used our good name and our Title IV flag as their storefront instead of King Louis, but the story is the same.  

As government Subcontractors, both the UNITED STATES Corporation and the USA, Inc., already had legitimate government functions to perform. They had their foot in the door. 

It was only a matter of time for them to substitute their own corporate tribunals for our public courts, to develop their racketeering scheme by impersonating living people, then foisting corporate and public taxes and mortgages onto the victims, and then, to impose all these burdens under color of law.  

They even prepared by shipping in 37,000 guillotines and having them distributed to military and civilian institutions throughout this country.  When we say "reprise" of the French Revolution, this is literally what they are aiming at, right down to the details.  

The Vermin actually responsible for this Mess live mostly in Europe. The true responsibility for all this lies with the Popes and the British Monarchs and those who are manipulating them behind the scenes.  

They used the bankers and the secret societies as pawns and foot soldiers, right up until the moment, twenty years ago, when the bankers and secret societies decided to turn the tables on them. 

It's strange how the servants become the masters. 

And how the same evil still remains, entrenched. 

Now we have a military alliance and we are back where we started with General Grant, the gullible world held in the hands of Donald Trump and Elon Musk and an unseen consortium of billionaires -- the New Larry and Peter Thiel, who have bankrolled the United States of America, LLC. 

Just like the Bank of Scotland bankrolling The United States of America, Incorporated, in 1868.  

Just like the Federal Reserve bankrolling the United States of America, Incorporated, in 1913. 

Just like the IMF bankrolling the USA, INC. in 1953. 

Yet, the truth is, that all the assets that they are using to leverage their "position" as our lords and masters, belong to us.  All the credit derived from those assets, belongs to us.  The truth is that if they were honest men, they would admit this and accept the authority of the long-lost American civilian government they were hired to protect in "good faith".    

They would return control of the assets to our lawful government, which created whatever "government" they pretend to be or represent.  

They would return the vast amounts of credit owed to the people of this country as prepaid credit, as we propose to do ourselves, under our own power.  

They would not offer to "open up the credit side of the ledger" when we are standing here in our own right demanding that the assets and the credit be returned to the Americans they were purloined from.

"The positive side of the US ledger" that Secretary Bessant is talking about doesn't belong to any version of "the US" or to any U.S. Citizens; "the positive side of the US ledger" belongs to the defrauded Americans and their intestate infant decedent estates, which we are all owed and which we claim. 

From the moment that these Bounders seized upon the assets and contracts of the original Federal Republic until today, they have still not honored their contracts, still not told the American People the truth, still not backed off their phony salvage claims. 

Our assets are on their balance sheet because of their undisclosed registration of American babies as U.S. Citizens.

We are all owed the return of our assets and our credit, unencumbered and unharmed, without any presumption of trusteeship or ownership interest on their part at all. 

Their seaman's estate trusts established in our names via unconscionable consent are owed to us and so are the American infant decedent estate trusts that they robbed from us as babies.

The "positive side of the US ledger" is actually the positive side of the American ledger and Secretary Bessent needs to know and understand that --- not just shuffle it off, as if we all knowingly agreed to British Territorial Citizenship, and volunteered to be Subjects of their Monarch.

International Public Notice: With Truth and Justice For All

We don't like drama.  Life presents us with enough challenges and creates enough drama that can't be avoided, so we see no valid purpose nor any benefit from promoting more of it --- such as the present politicization of a bankruptcy settlement process -- that, except for its size and complexity, is routine. 

The UNITED STATES, INC. is in receivership to the USA, Inc., which has enough problems of its own to sort out.  

As a result, nearly two-thirds of what we think of as the Federal Government has to be dissolved or merged into USA, Inc. operations.  And the USA, Inc. will have to pay for the ongoing costs of any agency or department they retain. Every department and agency of the UNITED STATES, INC. will have to be audited in this process, so all the sludge is unavoidably spilling out, and a great many federal workers will lose their jobs.  Some will also face criminal prosecution.  

In the case of USAID, less than 10% of the employees were retained, and we suspect that many of them are in transitional positions that will help with the mop up and then be released.  The

Department of Education has been dissolved; this is rather unavoidable, because it was being charged off to us, in spite of being obviously unconstitutional. 

Please note that our three Federal Constitutions are explicit and strictly enumerated contracts. If a power is not delegated, it is retained. See the Tenth Amendment.  There isn't a word granting any Federal entity authority over education, health, or a vast number of other issues; the Federal Department of Education has, therefore, always been a criminal farce with icing on top, complete with plummeting test scores every year since it began operation. 

Good riddance to something that was never authorized by the people of this country, which did nothing to improve education, and which politicized everything from the ground up.  In the fifty years since the start up of the Federal Department of Education, it has reliably failed to do any of the things it was created to do--- but nobody in the wildly useless U.S. Congress bothered to ask what the results of all our "investment" in this behemoth waste of space was yielding.  

Transparency about this and about many other examples of gross disservice and fraud is what we should expect and what we do expect as part of this whole process.  There is no reason to keep everyone sitting on the edges of their chairs, wondering what to expect next. 

Is the political benefit of making Mr. Trump appear to be a hero and champion of the people, when in fact he is only doing what the bankruptcy process demands, worth all the grandstanding and public displays of ignorance that go on?  

Crowds of people in the street protesting policies that aren't policies? 

People threatening to kill Elon Musk for applying modern data tracking technology to a process that would otherwise be "impossible"--- yet required by the bankruptcy process?  

Instead of an orderly process we have "judges" issuing restraining orders, trying to protect their own hides and those of their collaborators, even after the data dogs have been released into the systems of both the departments and the agencies. 

These already implanted data tracker programs will eat their way through the transaction histories and spread until there is nothing more to be gleaned.  As the Q Crowd says, "Nothing can stop it.".  

And nothing will stop it, because the bankruptcy court has already ordered it.  All these restraining orders are empty exercises accomplishing nothing but the appearance of controversy.  Mr. Trump is obeying a court order by taking his current actions, so no other court may hope to interfere with his duty.  

Small arguments about the way that he is doing his duty will avail nothing; he is acting within the purview of his Executive Office, and the order in which he addresses each department or agency, like his choice of how the data is collected and analyzed, is his choice to make. 

Even auditing the Federal Reserve -- such records as remain after their 2009 bankruptcy -- is not all that controversial; even though it is a private banking cartel, it has a contract with the Congress, which enters it under Federal Oversight and regards it as an agency for the purposes of a bankruptcy audit. 

Likewise, all of President Trump's cost-cutting and tariff-raising isn't the product of inexplicable policies; such measures are only common sense when the beleaguered USA, Inc. is stuck administering such a mammoth cut-back and restructuring of government. 

The cost-cutting is because the USA, Inc. can't afford to carry most of the western world on its back anymore.  The costs of occupying and paying the defense bills of all these other countries, as well as the illegal nature of commercial war-profiteering, are taking their toll; so the Trump Administration is keeping its hands clean and playing the peacemaker, as well as shuffling off costs.  It is, as Mr. Trump says, only common sense.  Only business. 

The same is true of the so-called Tariff War, though it is likely to be a short-lived Nothing Burger in terms of such conflicts. 

Government typically produces nothing but services that have to be paid for--- thus the purported reason for taxation, though this only applies in an asset-backed currency system; the USA, Inc., acting under contract to provide government services, is limited as to its legitimate means of making money in support of its activities --- it can impose taxes on those subject to it, it can adjust tariffs to control imports and exports, and it can impose fees on federally regulated activities, such as actual interstate commerce and traditionally, the sale, manufacture, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms on an international basis. 

Over the years the USA, Inc. and its now-defunct UNITED STATES, INC. partner, figured out numerous ingenious ways of increasing their income --- chiefly by impersonating the actual government of this country and accessing our credit in our purported "absence", but also by endeavoring to redefine our population as part of their own citizenry, and thereby obtain the right to tax Americans under their own foreign laws.  Finally, they developed their own Black Economy. 

The Black Economy developed naturally as a result of "Black Ops" carried out by the CIA and Defense Contractors and other related industrial and white collar interests over the years.  Drug running, arms dealing, and human trafficking provided ample sidebar means of supporting government operations that were never officially part of any government services that we contracted to receive. The entire insurance industry can be considered another source of Black Ops revenue.  

The wealth being accrued from hiring out our soldiers and sailors as mercenaries, together with the wealth from these illicit "Black Ops" activities, had to be "laundered" back into the economy, so a scheme of impersonating people and developing various kinds of offshore corporations was used to do this.  

We have already described the operations of the so-called Internal Revenue Service, a private debt collector operating for the banks guaranteeing the also so-called "United States debt", an organization which keeps completely fanciful Master Files detailing the exploits of foreign legal fiction "persons" employed offshore in federally regulated occupations ---- all named after Americans. 

There was also the need to invest all this largesse, so the Perpetrators bought controlling interests in the Fortune 500, controlling interests in the commodities futures markets, and created pseudo-government adjuncts like BlackRock and real estate fronts like Vanguard and State Street.  They also bought controlling interests in all the major commercial banks, like Bank of America. 

As all this activity was at least two-steps removed from their official duties and outside the realm of the government services we contracted with them to receive, they promptly discounted any affiliation with or honorable obligation to the American Public who knowingly or unknowingly, paid for and/or fronted for all of this, and with the mindless avarice of most transnational for-profit corporations, decided to not only keep all the profits for themselves, but to prey upon us and upon our physical assets in more direct ways as well.  

Thus, it wasn't the "official" government departments and agencies responsible for doing us the most harm, but rather the "subcontractors of subcontractors" three or four layers down in the structure of this behemoth bureaucracy that did the actual and worst damage.  

That's why we prefer to redefine the word "government" to include those registered enterprises like BlackRock, Inc., which thrived as defense subcontractors, and the plethora of Non-Governmental Organizations that nonetheless received large amounts of money from our government Subcontractors.  

As Mr. Trump endeavors to keep his boat afloat while at the same time tracking and having to shut down sources of criminal income, it becomes necessary to fall back on more traditional (and lawful) sources of income and bargaining power --- such as tariffs.  

That, too, is just common sense. 

Let us suggest that in the interests of actual transparency, the entire situation needs to be revealed to the American Public -- first and foremost so that people know what is going on, and no longer suppose that this is some kind of possibly-criminal vendetta rampage on the part of the Trump Administration, and secondly, so that everyone has a firm basis for going forward. 

Don't tell Americans that "the United States is bankrupt" and leave them assuming that our country is bankrupt.  Admit that it's the United States, Incorporated, that is bankrupt.  Admit that all this auditing is being mandated by the bankruptcy process. Make a clean breast of what has gone on here and be honest about it. 

We cannot, as a country, go forward on a new foundation built of old lies.  We cannot accept a new banking system that is potentially even more coercive and potentially subject to political and economic abuse than the old one.  

The "Good Cops" in this narrative won't be around forever, and any system with any crack or crevice in it that can be manipulated for political or economic self-interest, will be.  The QFS -- Quantum Financial System left in the control of the Alliance Military, offers too many such opportunities in the long term. 

If we have learned nothing from our experience of the last 160 years, it's that the perfection of a government system is only as good as the men who inherit it.  It is against the unscrupulous and the ignorant that we must guard. 

Otherwise, we face the prospect of another politicized banking system replacing the politicized banking system we've already got, and the new one will be even worse, because it will be computerized and watched over by Artificial Intelligence. 

What happens on the day, when, as we have already experienced, the arbitrary self-interest of a government, or even a government subcontractor, results in the world being turned upside down, so that what is bad is taken to be good?  And falsehood is swallowed as truth?  

Then we are right back here, where we are starting from --- with a hopelessly corrupt and abusive system behind us, and an absolute obligation to the future set before us. We cannot fail.  We cannot omit.  We cannot, whatever the exigencies, allow ourselves to let false assumptions rule the day.  

Everything that Mr. Trump is doing is required by the situation he faces as the chief executive in charge of a major bankruptcy settlement process. We may differ with him on petty details, but not the scope and not the desired outcome, of his actions. 

In terms of what has to be done -- a thorough audit of all the UNITED STATES, INC. departments and agencies, followed by a major federal workforce reduction -- Trump is doing what has to be done and doing a fine job of it. 

By properly understanding what is going on, the American Public will be able to support the Trump Administration from a basis of truth, neither worshiping nor despising, but rather appreciating the immensity of the work his administration has undertaken, and being able to rightly evaluate the quality of the performance of this duty.  

Elon Musk has said on numerous occasions that honesty and consistency is what creates the basis for trust --- and he is correct about that.  The very discoveries that his technology allows are driving American trust in what has functioned as "their" government to all-time lows.  

It's important, indeed, it's vital, that we all know the truth, that we all understand how these corporations have stepped in and functioned "as" our government without being our actual government. 

At the end of the day, the only way that we can progress is by admitting the truth of what has happened. It's the only way we can prevent this kind of corruption from happening again. 

Tell the American Public about the UNITED STATES, INC. and its bankruptcy.  Explain -- in terms that people can understand -- how their own government was undermined and all-but ceased to function over these many decades.  Work with the properly structured States of the Union to provide a stable and happy future for all.

International Public Notice: Testimony of Judge Snyder

We told you, years ago, that by definition all "Fourteenth Amendment citizens" are criminals and are guilty until proven innocent -- the exact opposite of the Legal Presumption of innocence that we are owed as Americans. 

And because they are criminals, also according to the Fourteenth Amendment, these Municipal "citizens of the United States"  are also considered to be slaves owned by the Municipal Government of the United States.  

Finally, these slaves are considered to be debtors, responsible for paying the debts of their owners, the Municipal Government of the United States, without question --- a condition that you will also find enshrined in the Fourteenth Amendment.  

The Fourteenth Amendment has been the excuse for most of the racketeering and privateering that has defrauded generations of innocent American victims of these mercenaries and pirates infesting our shores. 

The original premise of the so-called Fourteenth Amendment was that the Southern Confederate States (of States) owed war reparations resulting from a war that wasn't actually a war --- the "American Civil War" turns out to be an illegal Mercenary Conflict --- so this basic premise was false. 

The second premise, that people in the Southern States and members of the Civil Service (who fought against the Northern interests) owed these war reparations as a result of resisting the Northern Confederate States (of States) and their British Territorial Allies, then also fails.  

If there is no war, no war reparations are owed by anyone, even though there may have been costs involved in promoting and fighting a Mercenary Conflict. 

The Fourteenth Amendment was the means by which the winners of this Mercenary Conflict collected money and other assets from the Losers, under conditions of fraud and color of law.

On top of this fundamental misrepresentation and fraud related to the "war" and the "war reparations" there is the issue of the Fourteenth Amendment itself, and the nature of the Constitution that it amended. 

It turns out that the Fourteenth Amendment was never ratified by our States of the Union and should have never been misapplied to any average American.  

Additionally, the "Constitution" that this Amendment was added to, turns out to be a Corporate Constitution deceptively layered on top of the actual British Territorial Constitution.  It was a debt agreement of a Scottish Commercial Corporation calling itself "The United States of America" -- Incorporated -- that was unilaterally and deceptively foisted off onto the American States and public, under color of law and conditions of abject deceit.  

So not only was the Fourteenth Amendment never ratified by our States, but the Constitution it was added to was essentially a decoy "constitution" fronted under a very similar name to the actual British Territorial Constitution.  

It was all phony.  It was all fraud.  It still is, if anyone attempts to take refuge in it.  

As stunning as this circumstance is, it gets worse.  

The faith that the American people had in their government was so sincere that the imposters --- foreign federal subcontractors who usurped upon and secretly replaced our American subcontractor (known as the Federal Republic) traded upon this faith and trust for over 150 years before being caught. 

By the time all this came out and was nailed down, the fraud and the crimes associated with it, had become deeply institutionalized. Generations of Americans lived and died under this scourge of crime.

Generations of Hired Jurists had presided over "private courts" engaged in racketeering against anyone "deemed to be" a Municipal "citizen of the United States". 

Of course, all these "citizens" were guilty by definition under the Fourteenth Amendment and all the Municipal Court Judges knew this; they all operated under the "guilty until proven innocent" presumptions established by the Fourteenth Amendment; they all considered anyone who appeared on the docket as guilty as charged, as Debtors by definition, and as persons who could not contest the debts alleged against them -- because they were slaves and obligated to pay the debts of "the United States" without question, and whatever "the United States" might be.

Outrageous as all this seems to the rational modern mind, it is nonetheless still being taught and still being practiced in this country. 

This is the reason behind the statements made by Judge Snyder in this recent news story:

Judge Snyder was telling everyone essentially what he was taught as the Legal Presumption of the COURT he administered.  They have been operating these corrupt Municipal Corporation Courts as Tribunals and misaddressing average Americans under the same fraudulent Legal Presumptions furnished by the fraudulent Fourteenth Amendment ever since 1865. 

And as Judge Snyder's example demonstrates, the Presumptions have not yet been universally tossed out on the garbage heap of history.  As recently as October 2025, members of the Democratic Party (which was instrumental in the creation of both the Corporate Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment and its misapplication to Americans) were winking and elbowing each other and making public comments about how they would prosecute Donald Trump under "the Fourteenth Amendment". 

It's time for everyone to realize that the Fourteenth Amendment was and is fraudulent, and so is the Constitution it was attached to. 

It's also time to consider that as the Fourteenth Amendment was attached to a Constitution for a Scottish Corporation that went bankrupt in 1906, the whole idea that any of this could have any credibility or meaning in any kind of court today, is absurd. 

 A fraudulently constructed and misrepresented "Constitution" pertaining to a Scottish Commercial Corporation, and a fraudulently constructed and misrepresented and never ratified "Amendment" to that "Constitution" have been used to defraud and rob generations of Americans--- and is still being used for these purposes, more than a hundred years after the Scottish Corporation that all this pertained to, went bankrupt.  

The Corporation giving rise to this "Constitution" and its phony Fourteenth Amendment, have been defunct for well-over a hundred years, but as Judge Snyder can attest, the fraud against the American people has continued unabated. 

Every Hired Jurist, every elected Court Officer, every Law Enforcement official or officer, every Court, every Prosecutor, and the United States Solicitor General are under demand to shut these Municipal COURTS down, full stop, and put an end to all Legal Presumptions based on this musty fraud.  

It's not just Judge Snyder who hasn't gotten the Memo.  The fact that Snyder spoke out so forthrightly is evidence in his favor, that he truly didn't know he was engaged in racketeering against innocent Americans, and actually believed the premises of the fraud himself. 

Judge Snyder believed that everyone who appeared before him was guilty -- by definition, and under the Legal Presumptions provided by the phony Fourteenth Amendment, they were.  

Judge Snyder was telling the truth --- as he knew it and as he practiced it in his Municipal COURT.  Everyone who appeared before him under those presumptions was guilty. Pre-judged. Ready for sentencing no matter what they said, because as the Fourteenth Amendment also provided, "debts of the United States cannot be questioned".  

We are also telling the truth and demanding the immediate cessation of all prosecutions based on the so-called Fourteenth Amendment and any Legal Presumptions derived from this fraudulent misrepresentation and the practice of "conferring" Municipal citizenship obligations without full disclosure or consent. 

The Southern Democrats in the Rump Congress were determined to preserve and institutionalize slavery no matter what; if private slave ownership was to be abolished, they would champion slave ownership by their "government" corporation instead.  

This 160-plus year criminal rampage against the American people, a form of illegal lawfare excused under Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued by the British Government, was promoted by the Democratic Party members who were abject traitors to this country and its people both then and now.  

We have in other places explained the fact that Political Parties are by definition foreign institutions -- foreign to this country, foreign to us, and foreign to our actual government.  As foreign institutions, they have been used to promote fraud upon the American people and to promote crime against the American people, to interfere with and substitute their private corporate elections for our public elections, to enslave and falsely indebt our people, and to promote fraud for profit on an unprecedented scale.
