International Public Notice: The IRS Secret Sauce

Please reference my Article about The Informer published yesterday and the example where he was wondering about the difference between the "States of the United States" referenced in Title 26 (the Income Tax Code) and "States of the Union". 

Here, thanks to a Fellow Researcher, is the exact regulation confirming and admitting that "State" as defined in the IRS Code was a "State of the United States" and not a "State of the Union":

Which says: 

§ 31.3121(e)-1 State, United States, and citizen.

(a) When used in the regulations in this subpart, the term “State” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii before their admission as States, and (when used with respect to services performed after 1960) Guam and American Samoa.

(b) When used in the regulations in this subpart, the term “United States”, when used in a geographical sense, means the several states (including the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii before their admission as States), the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. When used in the regulations in this subpart with respect to services performed after 1960, the term “United States” also includes Guam and American Samoa when the term is used in a geographical sense. The term “citizen of the United States” includes a citizen of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, and, effective January 1, 1961, a citizen of Guam or American Samoa.

Now you have all the proof, reasoning, and evidence needed to establish exactly what is meant by "States of the United States" (Territorial "Confederate" States) versus "States of the Union" (National States). 

For the purposes of the Federal Government, they have cozily defined their network of Territorial State-of-State organizations, which are called "Confederate States"  as "States of the United States" as opposed to our "States of the Union". 

You can now see the pattern of the deceit: actual States (as we think of them) are States of the Union and belong to the Federation of States. 

Business organizations doing work for the States are called States of States, like the State of Illinois, or, more generally, Confederate States, which are members of a Confederation (sometimes called "Confederacy"). 

The actual States, then, are States of the Union, while the Confederate "States" (of States) are States of the United States. 

Thus, there are now fifty (50) American States of the Union, and fifty-seven (57) "States of the United States" which we would normally think of as businesses like "the State of Florida" plus the similar administrative "States" of the U.S. Territories and Possessions. 

Calling a "State of State" business a "Confederate State" and then shortening that to "State" has been a potent source of confusion for the last 160 years. 

It has ultimately led to the idea that a Territorial-level collection of such incorporated State-of-State businesses could function as and be confused with actual physically-defined States, so that the "States of the United States" could be confused with and used to replace the States of the Union. 

More British Bunko on steroids. 

This is what Mr. Obama was referring to in his famous speech in which he talked about our glorious 57 "States" and everyone perked up their ears and wondered -- 57 States? 

He was talking about the "States of the United States" not the States of the Union, and if you take the time you can easily count the seven (7) U.S. Territories and Possessions and add them to the fifty (50) British Territorial State-of-State businesses that have been replacing our American State-of-State businesses on an "emergency basis" since the end of the so-called American Civil War. 

In this example, statutory laws and Acts of Legislation purportedly addressed to the "States of the United States" and the foreign citizenry thereof, have been deliberately and deceitfully misapplied to average Americans living in the States of the Union instead.  

Both the Municipal IRS and the Internal Revenue Service and all the various Bar Association Members acting as their running dogs, are nothing but British Territorial Privateers engaged in strong arm racketeering under color of law. 

Our British and Papist Subcontractors may indeed have the right to tax themselves and their people may choose to act as incorporated persons, and may impersonate themselves as they please, may engage in the foreign and repugnant practices of indentured servitude and slavery, may organize their business operations as they see fit within the confines of their Constitutional limitations --- but they are not allowed to substitute their government or their corporations for our government, and they are not allowed to misaddress or misrepresent or impersonate our people, not allowed to latch onto our assets under False Pretenses, and are not granted any "power" to say one word about our health, our wealth, or our will, are not authorized to declare war or practice mercenary "war" in our names, and have no right to commandeer and use our Title IV Flag or any representation of our flag for purposes of undeclared, mercenary, or otherwise illegal warfare, privateering, or racketeering of any kind, either overtly or under color of law.

We call for an end to this deceit and usurpation by foreign business interests and particularly by the British Monarchs, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, the respective Popes, and the Governments of Great Britain, Westminster, Vatican City and the City of Rome.  

It is high time for the entire world to recognize the criminal and deceitful nature of these corporations substituted as governments and also to recognize the role of these Principals and their misuse of "Territorial" entities as instruments to create and enforce a form of repugnant continued colonialism that has been illegally, unlawfully, and immorally applied to The United States, the former Commonwealth, seventeen occupied nations in Western Europe, Japan, and numerous countries in the Middle East and Africa.  

We have, in effect, all been suffering under a form of the same malady that wrecked South Africa and India --- a Territorial "Raj" imposed by use of mercenary forces, administered by foreign corporations --- and secretively forced down the throats of the living people and actual owners via constructive fraud and illegal undisclosed, coerced, and unconscionable contracts promoted by members of the corporate bureaucracy and Bar Associations under color of law.  

We call upon every country on Earth to "Just say, "No!" and mean it.  Every member of our military paid for on our credit, every politician entered into any office associated with us and with our actual government or employed under any Constitutional contract, is hereby fully informed and made liable for this circumstance and these misrepresentations. 

They are also made liable for the return of our assets, our credit, and our control of our own facilities and institutions and made responsible for observing the "strictly limited" nature and functions of Maritime Commerce and Admiralty and Administrative Courts in this country.  

Members of the Bar Associations are made liable for their complicity in administering, profiting from, and colluding in the impersonation of Americans as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and/or Papist Municipal citizens of the United States. 

The British Territorial Maritime Commerce Courts (functioning as UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS and STATE OF STATE COURTS) have been deliberately misaddressing Americans as "citizens of the United States", while British Territorial Admiralty Courts (functioning as United States District Courts and State of State Courts) have been misaddressing Americans as British Territorial U.S. Citizens.  This has led to personage and barratry on a scale that is unimaginable, all executed under color of law. 

The same evils have been visited by Britain and Rome on all the other nations that have been similarly defrauded, misled, and mistreated.

These crimes of personage and barratry must stop and the illegal impoundment of living people mischaracterized as "cargo" and the illegal confiscation of their property interests and physical assets under a fusillade of deliberately constructed and falsified Legal Presumptions and equally non-existent or invalidated contracts must also stop. 

Unless every member of the Bar Associations worldwide wants to be dispatched and their "temple" in the Inner City of London vaporized as if it never existed, reason should compel their immediate and permanent cessation of these practices, presumptions, and misapplications of so-called "Equity Law". 

The Equity in this case, is ours, not the British Monarch's. 

We, the actual living people, have had enough of the Bar Associations' practice of personage and barratry, enough of their King's mindless greed and duplicity, enough of the Popes playing patty-cake and profiting from these crimes, enough of the Lord Mayor and his Merry Men,  enough of the misdirection of our military and police forces as unknowing mercenaries, enough, enough, enough.  

These so-called "corporate governments" backed up by a purloined Raj, need to be liquidated worldwide and all the assets returned to those to whom these assets belong with no further pretenses, registrations, enrollments, or other misrepresentations used as a means to induce peonage, promote enslavement, and defraud people of what is naturally and rightfully theirs. 

The securitization of living flesh via the venal pretenses of personage must stop. 

The bid of the UN CORPORATION to rule the world using WHO and "public health" as an excuse for the continuance of these evils must also come to an end. There is no excuse for it and nobody is going to tolerate it. 

These mechanizations and crimes are done for. 

There is only the specific and urgent demand that these practices, presumptions, and "cozy arrangements" come to an end, and that the purloined property be returned, and that amends be made, without further obfuscation, legal pretenses, or delays. 

The so-called Global Collateral Accounts were amassed from private fortunes and must be returned to the actual owners and trustees. 

Nobody including the U.S. Army, the Bank for International Settlements, the Swiss Union, U.S. Department of the Treasury, IMF, Federal Reserve, any and all "Federal" Agencies -- none of you have any right to breach the trusts and agreements to which you are bound. 

To evade your obligations is merely to act as criminals.

International Public Notice: Virus Fraud

We will let Mike Adams say it for us: 

"Bombshell news today on the vaccine front as AstraZeneca, after admitting its covid jabs cause fibrous clots, is now withdrawing its covid vaccine from the entire world marketplace.

The EU has now revoked authorization for this vaccine, meaning it is now illegal to administer this jab to anyone in the EU.

Meanwhile, an attempted reinfection trial that exposed volunteers to 10,000 times the "dose" of covid deemed necessary to cause infections failed to produce a single infection. The premise of virology as being capable of causing pandemics is a total fraud. And that means vaccines are a fraud, too." 

We could not surpass his brevity or logic. 

Contrary to what the perpetually gullible Public has been led to believe, The Virus Theory, also known as The Germ Theory, is, and has always remained a theory with as many bits of evidence against it as for it. 

While the introduction of any foreign substance does trigger the immune system and if it is a biological entity or molecule will provoke the creation of specific antibodies, that doesn't really prove anything about the nature of what we have come to call "viruses". 

All this does is prove things about the immune system and basic mechanisms of immunity, leaving the more basic issue of the Causative Agent in limbo. 

Our scientists assure us that viruses, also called "exosomes" are dead, little pinched off particles of DNA and waste products encapsulated in a protein shell. 

Can dead things "infect"?  Not really. 

Think of waste DNA and RNA as Hazmat and the protein shell of a virus as a specially designed waste container with a lid.  The protein shell is not alive, but its contents, the degraded bits of deoxy or ribonucleic acid can still replicate, if they get back inside a cell. 

And then what have you got? 

You've got bits of polluted and degraded foreign DNA or RNA snippets coding for foreign proteins inside your cells. 

Those foreign proteins then hit your system like a sledge hammer and provoke your immune response -- which is then misidentified as a "disease". 

It can be any disease, depending on the nature of the DNA or RNA contained in the "virus" packet, and the nature of the resulting immune response to whatever foreign proteins are being produced. 

Blood clotting factor snippets of DNA or RNA code result in foreign blood clotting factor proteins and your immune system reacts to them, specifically. 

Tumor producing snippets of DNA or RNA code result in foreign tumor proteins and your immune system reacts to them, specifically. 

Each set of such stimulus-response reactions is different, so, Astrazeneca's "vaccine" loaded with blood clotting factor snippets of RNA (left over from a Department of Defense Experiment during the Iraq War) leads to "fibrous clots" as the foreign blood clotting factor proteins meet your body's immune response. 

Depending on what the "payload" of DNA or RNA snippets are, you exhibit different symptoms and appear to have different diseases. 

Our cell walls and membranes naturally work to exclude foreign DNA and RNA and keep this intracellular production of foreign proteins from happening, but thanks to Doctor Fauci and other Mad Scientists --- tech-crazed men with no actual brains or hearts --- this natural barrier has purportedly been overcome. 

To our universal detriment. 

We are calling for an immediate full stop and end of production and injection of all DNA and RNA "vaccines" worldwide. 

We are calling for the prosecution and public punishment of all the Corporations responsible for this genocidal crime against humanity, and in the case of this country, the prosecution of the US CONGRESS and its Members, which recklessly and in gross negligence and dereliction of duty agreed to accept the liability for vaccine manufacturers. 

Let them have the liability for all this expense and disruption and death -- individually, personally, and with 100% commercial liability.  

And may no bank dare to give them as much as a peso of our credit. They were not acting "for" us or in our favor when they did this, and they do not deserve any indemnification or insurance at public cost.  

The UN CORPORATION has promoted war instead of stopping it, and has contributed to this genocide through its WHO organization.  We see no reason for its continued existence, much less any treaty empowering it in any way. 

We call for the immediate liquidation of the UN CORPORATION and WHO, both, and an end to any further discussion of a sea "treaty" among the guilty corporations to grant any purported powers possessed by any corporation to either entity.

It Was Even Worse Than The Informer Imagined

I was a fledgling when I met The Informer in a Minneapolis, Minnesota, cocktail bar.  I was in town to visit a friend from college who lived in one of the swank suburbs; he was there giving a talk to a group of  Certified Public Accountants. 

The irony of this was not lost on either one of us. It was on that occasion that Paul (his real name) told me, "You can never prove anything to anyone. They have to prove it to themselves. You can put the facts under their noses, but they still have to dope it out and "get it" on their own."

That was The Informer's role -- put the facts under our noses and invite us to "dope it out" for ourselves. 

So many years have come and gone and the amount of information has grown into a manure pile that he wouldn't even recognize, but it was because of The Informer sticking up like a sore thumb, that so much of it was collected in time.  

It was because of him that the analysis was begun. 

After he died, devoted friends kept his work alive and contributed to building a website; the Informer Archives was born.  Today, it's with bittersweet remembrance that we are adding the link to the Informer Archives to the TASA website. 

Here is an example (annotated) of the kind of thought provoking insights you can find there: 

"EXCERPTS FROM BOOK

Please go to your Library and pick up the OMNIBUS Acts. They can be found by looking up 86th Congress volume 73, 1959, volume 74, 1960. These are Public Laws 86-70, 86-624. This points out the crafty way the Government uses correct English and how Congress changes words by using their definitions, for example all the United States Code definitions had to be changed to allow Alaska and Hawaii to join the Union of (Confederate Territorial) States. Another example is when Alaska joined the Union and left the designation of “States OF the United States,” Congress added a new definition that never appeared before, that being;

Continental United States “Sec.48. Whenever the phrase ‘continental United States’ is used in any law of the United States enacted after the date of enactment of this Act, it shall mean the 49 States on the North American Continent and the District of Columbia, unless otherwise expressly provided.”

Where is it expressly provided?

Sec. 22 (a) Section 2202 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (relating to missionaries in foreign service), and sections 3121 (e) (1), 3306 (j), 4221 (d) (4), and 4233 (b) of such code (each relating to a special definition of 'State') are amended by striking out 'Alaska.'.

(b) Section 4262 (c) (1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (definition of 'continental United States') is amended to read as follows: '(1) Continental United States. – The term 'continental United States' means the District of Columbia and the 'States' other than Alaska."

When Hawaii was admitted to the Union they changed the definition again to wit;

Internal Revenue Sec. 18 (a) 4262 (c) "(1) Continental United States.– The term 'continental United States' means the District of Columbia and the States other than Alaska and Hawaii."

WHAT ARE THE STATES OTHER THAN ALASKA AND HAWAII? They certainly can’t be the other 48 States united by and under the Constitution, because Alaska and Hawaii just joined them, RIGHT? The same definitions apply to the Social Security Acts. So what is left, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Etc.. These are the States OF (belonging to) the United States and are referred to as “the States of the United States.” Do not confuse this term with States of the Union, remember what the word “of” means."

Today, we know that Alaska and Hawaii and numerous other Western States never actually joined the Union -- that it was another sleight of hand, with the U.S. Congress bestowing Territorial "Statehood" instead. 

To finally answer The Informer's question: they were talking about Hawaii and Alaska joining the "48 States (of States) united by and under the Constitutions".  

Alaska and Hawaii entered Territorial Statehood and became Territorial (Confederate) States, that is, States of States, but not States of the Union, because the U.S. Congress could not confer that status. 

We also now realize that our Union of States does not exist "because of or under" any Constitution; it exists because of and stands under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, instead. 

Simply observe that the Union of our States predates the existence of the Constitutions by more than a decade, though there is a lot more evidence than that.  

Calling "Confederate States" (meaning States of States) by the name "State" has been used repeatedly to cause confusion as to "which kind of State" and which kind of "Union" we are talking about, in the same way that "States of the United States" has been used to cause confusion with the "States of the Union". 

The inclusion of Alaska and Hawaii as States of the Union, as opposed to their inclusion in a Territorial "Union" made of Confederate States of States,  would have to wait another seventy years, for a new generation of Americans to repopulate the States of the Union, and officially enroll Alaska, Hawaii, and the other States formed during and after the Civil War Conflict as full-fledged States of the Union formed in 1776.

That happened and took effect on October 1st 2020, decades after The Informer died. 

I know tears of happiness and exhilaration would have poured down his cheeks on that occasion. He would have been so proud of us, his students. 

When I think about The Informer, I think of his piercing intellect and obdurate energy, always on the quest, always poking the underbelly of what he called "the Federal Enclave", forcing us to notice the holes in the common narrative, and making us face the gradual erosion of our rights and immunities. 

It was under his tutelage that I began my own quest so many years ago, and though he didn't have all the answers, he asked the questions we've answered, and in my heart of hearts, I always remember The Informer, and say, "Thank you...." 

As you discover the Archives and read his seminal work, you will be constantly challenged to bring his work and commentaries forward in light of what we know now.  His students, me among them, have continued to research and nail down answers as demonstrated in the example above. 

Paul knew there had been some kind of bait and switch between "States of the Union" and "States of the United States", but he couldn't quite put his thumb and forefinger on it. That would remain for my generation to ferret out, unravel, and finally solve. 

So be aware of the dated nature of much of The Informer's work, but savor it, too. Be alert for unanswered questions. Be aware of the process of question and answer that went on and that built the foundations of what we now know. 

Observe the manner in which The Informer dissected the Federal Code sources he examined, how his questions arose in the first place, and then see how we expanded his inquiries to include the new information that we discovered along the way.  

Like his contemporary, Paul Harvey, The Informer was forever intrigued by the mysteries he found and always ready to tell us "the rest of the story". 

He found plenty of conclusive evidence that we built upon, too.  I don't mean to give you the impression that all his work was left for others to flesh out and answer. He nailed down a lot all by himself. 

The Informer nailed down the problems associated with "the Federal Enclave'' terminology created by the U.S. Congress and its use as a means to create a cancer-like growth of federal authority outside the District of Columbia.  

The Informer exposed the role of the Federal Reserve Board and its Board of Governors, the mechanisms of the embezzlement of our gold and silver, the illegal securitization of living people impersonated as corporation franchises, the commodity rigging of the central banks, and so much more during his lifetime. 

Like Christopher Story and Godfrey Bloom in Britain, The Informer provided a lifeline from the past through the present and into the future -- a lifeline of flat-footed understanding that is not for the faint-hearted, but well-suited to those willing to face reality and deal with it.

Owing to the divisions caused by having a common language, Christopher Story's work is a bit more difficult for American readers and it is generally even more technical and rife with economist jargon and British Government jargon, too, but if you are patient, his work yields many nuggets of pure gold and the veracity of his analysis has stood the test of time. 

Christopher Story died in 2010, and his predictive analysis has played out and is playing out on the world stage right now. 

If you want to know where I am coming from and "what set me off" -- once the initial shocks wore off -- read what The Informer wrote when I was still a kid in High School and what Christopher Story added to the mix in the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's.  

Like the recent publication of Eduardo Rivera's analysis of the Federal Income Tax, the work of The Informer and Christopher Story and Jean Keating (yet to be archived) shed abundant light on what I call the "history of the background of the background" --- the how-we-got-here-and-why part of my own generation of researchers and scholars. 

We didn't just pop up like mushrooms in spring and study some kind of unknown and arcane curriculum everyone else missed. We built on a knowledge base and question base provided by other researchers going all the way back to Dred Scott and Lysander Spooner -- and from there we branched out to read the Law and History of England and Rome, and eventually the Law of the Roman Catholic Church and the City of Rome.  

The Informer and Christopher Story are much more contemporary to us, more like older brothers than figures from the history books, so their work and the questions they served up are more recognizable and contemporary, too.  

Our work here and now has opened up a door for you to many other doors, and if you open them, you will become aware of the many deceits that have plagued progress, (like substituting Confederate States for States, and substituting the States of the United States for the States of the Union) but you will also become aware of the insights and the questions that led to crucial discoveries and provided the foundations on which we stand.  

For all those who are hungry to definitively know what happened to America and to Britain, to our religious, financial, and government institutions, to know how we got here, welcome to the Quest.

The Quest moves back and forth through time and space, weaving a story of deception, idolatry, illusion, and confusion for profit that goes back to very ancient times.  

It moves from Babylon to the Levant, splits in two streams, one across North Africa and Spain and Portugal, another cutting through Anatolia, Greece, the Balkan States, and Rome -- finally, to Britain, and from there to The United States, Europe, the Commonwealth, and Japan.    

You will be forced to ask and answer questions you don't want to ask and don't want to hear the answers to; but, you will also gain something that can be gained no other way.  You will understand the world that is changing and dissolving before your eyes. 

You will realize as I do, as The Informer and Christopher Story did, that we have been snookered into believing in fantasies and reacting to things that don't exist, that we have been entrapped with twisted verbiage and undisclosed contracts, have been forced into a cult of idolatry, and that cult is now wreaking havoc on the world as it tries desperately to evade detection and slither away into China and set up a new base of operations in Ukraine, by creating a smokescreen of war, false identities, and false alliances. 

I am reminded of my Yellow Labrador Retriever, who used to get gloriously wet and wait to come inside to ---just as gloriously--- shake himself dry, usually in range to hit my upholstered furniture with drops of Eau de Wet Dog.  

That's what we all need to do. Shake ourselves violently awake.  Let all the alarm bells go off. Let the dots connect.  Let the horror and glory of everything shine on us, so that we truly realize that we've been living in a completely make-believe world, akin to The Land of Oz, where persons substitute for people, territories substitute for countries, legal terms substitute for common words, and credit substitutes for money.  

We've all been sold a completely false narrative by our own public employees, who have sought to redefine and substitute their "public" for our "public" via a process of deceitful registration and enrollment, carried out under color of law. 

These criminals have been acting in Gross Breach of Trust for over 160 years. 

It's time to wake up, Dorothy, time to see what is factual and to be grateful for it, as Kansas, Auntie Em, Uncle Henry, and the farm hands all come back into view, Toto jumps on your bed, and life begins again. 

As the Informer said the last time we spoke, "Don't worry about those who won't believe you. This is something everyone has to learn for himself." 

Don't worry if you don't understand and catch all the nuances right away, either.  Just keep looking and learning, until the smoke clears and you can see the sun.

Hard Times in the Roman Empire

Things were tough by the time Emperor Justinian and his wife, Empress Theodosia, rose through the ranks of the late Roman Empire, around 1,500 years ago. 

The coffers were slacking and the bills were backing up. There weren't nearly as many slaves and subject nations paying "tribute"--- also known as taxes and tariffs. 

So they came up with a scheme to enslave more people, even Romans, who happened to be illiterate. 

They would create a "non-grammatical" name styled in all capital letters, and anyone who accepted this would be identified as a "voluntary slave" of Rome.  

And would be taxed and forced to contribute free labor to Rome accordingly.  

This is the origin and rationale behind names like ANTHONY ALAN BOWMAN being misapplied to Americans today.  It's also the genesis of Parse Syntax and American Sign Language and all similar efforts using words, including names, as signs. 

This brings us to my old friend, Peter of England, and his area52.life efforts across the pond, and to the use of Clausula Rebus Sic Standibus as a reply to the grasping paws of what is left of the Roman Empire. 

First of all, what is a rebus? 

It's a combination of words and pictures somewhat still commonly used to teach children how to read. 

An example might be the words "He gave his" followed by a picture of an elderly man substituted for the word "Grandfather" and then "a" and a picture of a basket of fruit and so on.  

Rebuses commonly show pictures of things with the actual noun or phrase in small print beneath the pictured items -- a wedge of cheese with the word "cheese" under it, a picture of a basket of fruit with "fruit basket" underneath so that new readers make the associations between the picture(s) and the word(s).   

This creates an odd hodge-podge "language" of pictures and words put together to form an overall story or message using both "signs" -- meaning drawings or photos or other visual representations of physical things -- and written words. 

The same thing occurs when you receive a Court Docket from one of the Territorial District Courts and what appears to be your name expressed in all capital letters is embedded in the text.  This "representation" of your name is not being used as a word nor as a name, but is instead a sign, and the resulting document is a rebus. 

This is explained in The Chicago Manual of Style under "American Sign Language". 

So the Clausula Rebus Sic Standibus is a document and declaration that gets into the spirit of the thing and turns it back around to create a "spell" as in spelling, refuting the presumptions attached to the use of such NAMES, that is, signs used as names of the ignorant, for the purposes of enslavement. 

You will note the tedious, repetitive, incantation-like nature of the verbiage used to "dispel" the communications of the municipal district and similar courts, which are seeking to enslave and entrap the unwary victims. 

The C.R.S.S. basically says, "Avast ye, Air Pirates! I know what you are doing. I am not your ignorant dolt. Bugger off." 

And that is always fine to say in whatever language. 

So, no, I don't have any problem with anyone using the C.R.S.S. to whump the weasels, but you still have to be able to grasp the underlying concepts and stand in your own defense, or, no matter what words or language you speak, the King's Dogs will continue to hound you. 

Similarly, the rest of Peter's process is aimed at the Catholic Municipal Government which considers your baptism your entrance into their world, and your communion as your "marriage" to Christ, and now that you are "married" in this manner, you must be subject to Christ and to his Vicar, the Pope, and on and on and on in this same vein of marital subjugation. 

This then, provides the background of Peter's additional rather odd (but informed) use of a Divorce Declaration to repel these additional presumptions of perpetual private contract and "voluntary" enslavement to the Church and its Roman municipal government. 

Is there any harm in doing this?  No. 

It simply adds to your overall objection to the various municipal government presumptions against you and your estate.  

Still, the crux of the matter is you, your own understanding and ability to rebut these monsters. 

Even after you have discouraged the running dogs of the Pope, you have to face the perils of the British Admiralty. 

In one case, which Peter of England is trying to cover for the People of England, you have to rebut the idea that you are a married slave of Rome, attempting to evade your private contract to pay tribute.  

In the next instance, you are assumed to be the representative of a "missing" British Merchant Mariner, a Warrant Officer signed on to be a volunteer Taxpayer (that is, a person who collects taxes and remits them to the Crown and King). 

The take home message is that no matter how you deal with this, it's all self-interested fiction, all bunk fit for a Bunko Squad. 

Beyond just saying "No!" with certainty, we do have to start organizing our communities to repel these white collar criminals and make short work of all their Imaginary Friends--- these Legal Fictions named after us without our knowledge or consent.

Vindication Paramount

So, we all know, or should know, that a Fabian Cell in the CIA in Frankfurt, Germany, worked with their Italian Intelligence counterparts, who contracted with Chinese Contractors to hack the US Elections in November 2020. 

I reported it at the time and nothing has changed, except that after a horrendous three-year reign of riots, treason, and economic destruction, the Election Fraud that makes Tammany Hall look like a tea party

has finally been proven on the local level. 

The Georgia Election results, including the "certified" results, were ginned up like an extra corporate franchise named after you. 

And if anyone ever votes in such elections ever again, I am prepared to give them a plastic funnel to wear on their heads and a free "Too Stupid to Breathe" bumper sticker. 

Why do I say something so fundamentally shocking? 

It's because I am sitting here viewing the pageant from the perspective of someone who doesn't have a dog in the fight. 

First, your votes don't count in a presidential election. 

The popular vote for President doesn't elect anyone. It's the vote of the Electoral College that counts, and they go against the popular vote with impunity.  

So your participation in these elections is even more useless than you might have supposed. 

Second, by participating in these meaningless straw poll elections, you make yourself responsible for paying the debts of these bankrupt foreign corporations and obeying all their foreign codes and regulations.  

In exchange for what?  You didn't ever elect a single President, no matter how many times you plodded faithfully to the polls, signed your name on the dotted line and went through the pathetic ritual of "voting" in a fraudulent election. 

My point is-- all these elections are fraudulent by nature.  Voters have no free choice in any of it. They don't select the candidates.  Their votes aren't the votes that count.  And now you find out that even the results of your straw poll votes are rigged. 

Why participate in any of this idiocy?  Why agree, via your signature collected under false pretenses, to pay for all the debts of this horribly mismanaged and corrupt corporatocracy?  

They can't even conduct an honest straw poll! 

Have you ever wondered why when you enter a polling station, the Nice Lady has to find your name on a computer generated list, and then, you have to sign that list above your name?  Hmmm? 

Knowing as much as you now know about our infinitely corrupt Federal Subcontractors, you should know that when you sign that Voter Registration Roll, you are "enrolling" and signing a contract that obligates you to pay the debts these candidates create.  

You are making yourself liable for their spending and getting what in return? 

Do you choose the candidates?  No, a political lobbying organization does that.

Do you elect the candidates?  No, the Electoral College does that. 

Your straw poll "opinion vote" counts for nothing; all it does is entrap and obligate you to pay for the debts of these foreign corporations. 

And now, it turns out that even the results of your "opinion poll" were messed with. 

Pardon me while I vomit. 

Never have such good and gullible people been so betrayed by their religious leaders, teachers, elected officials, military officers, historians, press members and bureaucrats of every kind. 

The Big News isn't that Trump was right and the election results were fraud.  The Big News is that all these presidential elections have been nothing but fraud since Day One.  

They don't even tell you which "President" of which Corporation you are voting for. 

How much more absurdly fraudulent --- in your face fraudulent --- does this WHOLE PROCESS have to be, before people shake awake? 

Bwah, bwah, bwah, the results of your straw poll were tinkered with. 

Start thinking instead about your "enrollment signature" and what that means, because your votes in Presidential Elections have never counted anyway. 

These straw poll elections are just a dirty way of obtaining your signature on an undisclosed contract, obligating you to pay for and guarantee the winning candidate's misuse of your assets and your credit.

So go ahead and feel outraged by how these thugs and media parrots have drug Trump through the mud and mire.  Be fundamentally angered by the foreign interference and CIA complicity.  Stomp all you like.  

But at the end of the day, realize that it is all fraudulent anyway.  Root, stem, and leaf. 

We need to replace these fraudulent elections and their undisclosed purposes with transparent elections and votes that count toward placing our candidates in public offices. 

Not rigged nonsense serving to entrap people.
