The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) hasposted a bid on the Federal Business Opportunities site. They are buying up more ammunition and this time it is definitely not the typical caliber of bullet used by the military.  The Government Accountability Office has already investigated the Department of Homeland Security’s plans to purchase large amounts of ammunition. These large purchases of military rounds in the past has led to shortages of ammo for civilians and police departments around the country.

“Mental Illness” Diagnoses Are the Slippery Slope to Gun Confiscation

According to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 20 percent of children in the United States — one out of five — has a mental disorder. Perhaps even more sobering, the latest edition of the “psychiatric Bible,” the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), claims there is more than a 50-percent chance that an American will develop a mental disorder in his or her lifetime. The CDC reported that 25 percent of adults already suffer from mental illness and affirmed the idea that the number will rise to 50 percent, as the DSM-5 predicts.

These claims are disputed, however. Dr. Allen Frances, author of the DSM-4, has challenged the claims of the new manual, specifically those concerning ADHD. Frances stated the following about the proliferation of claims of mental illness:

Ironic, though, that two of the founding fathers mentioned who did not own slaves (Hamilton and Adams) did more to retard freedom and actually were the promoters of statism, centralization and the federal thievery that haunts us today.

Colorado Voters get serious about the gun grabbers

Colorado Recall: “When you come after our guns, we’re going to take you out.” - 

A Colorado lawmaker who championed some of the strictest gun laws in the country is now facing a possible recall after concerned citizens turned in twice the needed petition signatures to initiate the states first ever recall election.

Democratic Senate President John Morse sponsored the new gun laws in Colorado and originally backed an even stricter law that would have made gun owners liable for damage caused by their weapons. Because of this citizens within the state have risen up and are set to possibly remove him from office.

We have said from the beginning of Obama's campaign that he was a fraud and ineligible to hold the office.

This is the biggest lie ever perpetrated on the American people with the possible exception of the Federal Reserve phony "money" and the IRS fraud.

How Republicans Never Blow an Opportunity to Blow an Opportunity

People have asked me how, after more than 40 years of following and working with the Montana Legislature, I would characterize the 2013 legislative session.  My answer is quick and short.  RINOs.  2013 was clearly a three-party session, made up of Democrats, Republicans, and RINOs.

Our Montana “citizen legislature” is a great institution, because people from all walks of life come to Helena every two years for 90 days to do the people's business.  They bring a lot of diverse experience to the Legislature.  Montana avoids the “permanent political class” that so badly infects many other states.

Against this background, it's not surprising that people of all different political persuasions are elected to the Legislature, including soft Republicans who get elected in centrist districts, candidates who appeal to those districts because they are middle-of-the-road philosophically.

Many prospective candidates think that because they have 100% of all the experience they’ve had, they are wise enough to set public policy in Helena, but many, too many, have no philosophical foundation from which to assess the issues presented to them in Helena.  As a result, they tend to blow in the wind, and tend to believe the last good argument made, too often by the swarms of public employee lobbyists who haunt the Legislature throughout the session angling for more money, mission, turf and power.

Among Republicans, these legislators are spoken of as RINOs, Republicans In Name Only.  These legislators do not have any strong attachment to the Montana or federal constitutions.  They probably have not read either constitution recently.  They have no special fondness or respect for individual liberty.  They care nothing about the Republican Party platform.  They want to make government “work,” not understanding that government is supposed primarily to protect individual liberty, but is also the greatest threat to individual liberty.

When Republicans control the Legislature, a small subset of RINOs control public policy in Montana, because the RINOs repeatedly side with Democrats both to block liberty-enhancing bills, and to pass bills that give more mission, turf, money and power to governmental entities.

This is not new.  It is actually a situation deliberately fostered by the Montana Republican good-old-boy establishment, those GOP “leaders” and would-be power brokers who plan and massage GOP direction behind the scenes in the legendary “smoke-filled rooms.”

A lot of bills brought by conservative Republican legislators never made it to the Governor's desk because of blockage by RINOs.  Most of the ones that did have been vetoed by Governor Bullock, who can count on having enough supporting Democrat and RINO votes to prevent any veto override.

Further, the good-old-boy Republican establishment worked hard and deliberately to set up this arrangement.  They actually pulled out the stops to usher Bullock into the Governor's office.

It all began at the state Republican convention in 2012.  Liberty-minded Republicans (real conservatives) had rallied behind presidential candidate Ron Paul, and sought to elect Ron Paul-aligned delegates to the national GOP convention in Florida.  The Montana GOP good-old-boys went into lock-step in support of Mitt Romney.  They played dirty, told lies, broke all reasonable rules of fairness, and leaned heavily on the scales to absolutely shut out the 47% of convention delegates who supported Ron Paul.  They grabbed all the marbles for themselves.

Some might claim that was clever politicking.  I name it sheer stupidity  applying juvenile, schoolyard tactics to supposedly adult activities.  Any person with a grain of sense could have predicted (as I did then) that giving a bloody nose to 47% of the Republican Party, and by far the most energized 47% of the Republican Party, would not end well for Republican candidates in Montana.  It most assuredly did NOT end well.  It ended with Democrat Steve Bullock occupying the governor’s office, and then vetoing scads of Republican bills.

I predicted immediately after witnessing the debacle of the convention that the result of so overtly rejecting a significant and energized segment of the Republican Party would be a narrow loss by several Republican contenders for statewide office.  That's exactly what happened in the governor's race.  Democrat Bullock won with a lead of 7,571 votes over Republican Hill.  The Libertarian, Vandevender pulled 18,160 votes.  It's a cinch bet that the deciding 3,790 or more votes went from Hill to Vandevender because of the brazen and deliberate abuse of liberty-minded Republicans by the GOP establishment at the state convention.

Actions have consequences. The ripples spreading throughout Montana from the 2012 GOP state convention, from the juvenile antics of the good-old-boy Republicans who snatched all the marbles for themselves, cost Hill and the GOP the governor’s office.

Not surprisingly, the same RINOs who messed up the 2013 legislative session with their lack of philosophical foundation and last-good-argument policy positions stampeded to go along with the good-old-boy Republican establishment at the state Republican convention.  They were happy to tolerate and support the GOP insiders who leaned heavily on the scales and pulled dirty tricks in what turned out to be a strategically disastrous rout of the liberty-minded Republicans.

In this exercise, the Montana Republican Party surely rose to the challenge of never blowing an opportunity to blow an opportunity, a pattern for which Republicans have become famous.  Many good Republican bills were vetoed by a governor who was effectively installed by the foolish machinations of a few Republican “leaders,” but which direction was heavily supported in the state GOP convention by the same legislators who's bills Bullock has now vetoed, especially by the RINOs.

Talk about chickens coming home to roost.

There is a lesson in this recent history.  Those Republican “leaders” who are so afraid of liberty-minded Republicans should themselves be rejected by the GOP as a whole.  They are the best allies the government-loving Democrats could hope to have.  Unless the GOP unloads these short-sighted dealmakers, it might as well just surrender the field to the Democrats and let them run Montana.

What to do about the Tea Parties

If I were a wealthy and influential liberal (for a day), what would I do
about the popularity of the tea party movement? They came on like
gangbusters, had no visible leadership which could be attacked and stuck
to an agenda that was simple, direct and very effective. If they could
hold it together for a few election cycles, America could experience a
reversal of the misfortunes of the past 4-5 decades. Several strategies
come to a liberal mind.

Get them actively involved in the inept projects of the Grand Old Party
(GOP). That's right, make republicans out of them. Give them a few titles,
a chairmanship or two in some of the lower-level organizations but make
sure they do not occupy positions of influence in state or national
politics. If they advance too fast, give them the Boehner or Tillis
treatment.

Join them and convince them to "enlarge" their agenda, thereby watering
down the critical issues that enabled them to connect with so many voters
in the first place. There are endless possibilities in education,
regulation, bureaucracy and all sorts of divisive issues. Anything to take
their "eye off the ball" in the middle of the game.

And, finally, play to the natural weaknesses of all men.

A fascination with the "quick fix solutions", egos and "follow-the-leader"
personality cults. Offer them leaders and spokesmen. Get other
organizations to offer financial assistance and seminars. Once under the
same umbrella, they can then be smeared with the same brush. Whatever we
do, we must destroy their independent nature.

Once their agenda is diluted, detractors will either fade away or become
divisive. Movements like the tea party can best be controlled if we can
keep them within the confines of our current political structure, where
many of their activities can be diverted and controlled.

Of course, I am not a liberal and I would never implement such tactics.

Sheriffs plan to put feds back in their place

Sheriffs and peace officers from across the country will be meeting with likeminded supporters for a national convention focused on one goal: restoring constitutional rule in the United States of America.

The purpose of the conference is to equip sheriffs, peace officers and public officials with information and public support to carry out their oaths of office – specifically, to uphold the U.S. Constitution – recognizing that in the case of federal overreach, the county sheriff may be the last line of defense in protecting Americans’ constitutional rights.

“We are going to train and vette them all, state by state, to understand and enforce the constitutionally protected rights of the people they serve, with an emphasis on state sovereignty and local autonomy,” explains CSPOA Founder and Executive Director Sheriff Richard Mack. “Then these local governments will issue our new Declaration to the Federal Government regarding the abuses that we will no longer tolerate or accept. Said declaration will be enforced by our Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers.

“In short,” Mack says, “the CSPOA will be the army to set our nation free.”

From May 31-June 1, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, or CSPOA, will be meeting in St. Charles, Mo., for its Heartland of America Conference.

The vast majority of the American people have been duped into believing that the ongoing wars in the world fomented by the banking elite are for America's freedom.
Balderdash.  Last memorial day I was approached by a lady at the entrance to a store here to buy a poppy and support the troops.  I refused. She was horrified, and said so, and tried to shame me into doing it.
I asked her to step aside and I explained that we have an all volunteer military, and if they had a clue they would just STOP VOLUNTEERING. Once you know the truth about how these wars are fomented by the power elite for their own purposes, why would you take a chance on losing your life for them?

Now I can hear all the neo-cons, Republicans, Libertarians, and others screaming to high heaven against me and other freedom loving Americans who have been pointing this out for years. Steve Daines Co-Sponsors Act Calling for End of IRS Enforcement of the Affordable Care Act

Today, May 27, Montana Representative Steve Daines announced that he would be co-sponsoring H.R.1990, also known as “The Keep the IRS off Your Health Care Act of 2013.”

In explaining his support for H.R.1990, Daines referred to a recent IRS scandal as a source of mistrust.

“Like most Montanans, I was appalled to learn that the IRS had deliberately targeted groups for investigation based on their beliefs,” Daines said. “Given these events, it would be senseless to empower this agency to oversee major aspects of the American health care system. Yet that’s what Obamacare calls for. That’s why I’ve signed on to the Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act, which states that the IRS may not be involved in any aspect of President Obama’s health care law.”

Under the Affordable Care Act, the IRS is responsible for enforcing the “Individual Mandate,” a type of tax (at least as far as the Supreme Court is concerned) for those who choose not to buy insurance but can afford to do so.

According to Daines, more than 90 percent of Montanans at an over-the-phone town hall meeting on Tuesday supported the resolution.

I noticed the article in the paper on the front page titled "County spending under scrutiny".

I have sent this video series expose' to my extensive mailing list in the county, and I am hearing there is lots of money to pay the bills WITHOUT RAISING TAXES. While I do think there can be cuts made that will not effect real needs in the county, I do NOT believe the county should be able to raise taxes while hoarding millions of dollars taken from the taxpayers and kept in these "special funds". You need to come clean about the CAFR report and free up those funds to pay the bills.

Not doing so will only hurt the county, and waste the taxpayers money.

Former commissioners who didn't do their job when our timber industry couldn't find enough wood are responsible for the loss of the PILT funds you are talking about, and do not deserve a fat retirement. They should have invoked co-ordination as per the NEPA law and forced the forest service to take into account our customs, culture, heritage, and economy.  Instead they did nothing.

As a result we have no mills, and will soon have no PILT funding left. 

THIS VIDEO SERIES will be seen by everyone in Lincoln county by some point in time, and you need to disclose the truth about our own CAFR funding so the taxpayers know the truth, instead of hiding that money.  We are doing ongoing study and will make sure over time that the truth is known about the money that is being hidden.  Besides that, the money is being invested in unsound stock market investments, when history shows that the market is now very artificially inflated and about to crash, just like it did in 2008 when billions were lost by CAFR accounts nation wide. You should be taking that money and investing in silver or gold or other more sound investments that will not crash with the stock market. In 2008 just before the crash the stock market had set a new all time record and is doing the same right now being over 15,000 points. I have sent the following out to my list.  I don't have Tony's email.

1. A "Budget Report" is a selective funding of x accounts from x resources (set up to be primarily funded with taxation and it is for "the year")

2. An "Annual Financial Report" is the showing of "all" income: Investment; taxation; and Enterprise, plus the "accumulated wealth over decades. Budgets are for the year, an AFR is for it all since creation of the entity. Could be a showing for several decades if be, for over a century.

There is a big difference between a 1-year budget and an Annual Financial Report. A correct analogy would be: The budget to operate your house vs. your statement of net worth.

The public has been played with the biggest shell game of selective presentation there is allowing for massive fortunes to be made by the inside players over the last several decades with the full symbiotic cooperation of the syndicated media, controlled education, and BOTH political parties...

"Every" investment fund large and small is a power base. Where that money is invested determines what company; real-estate venture, etc., is made or broken. Thus in line with that, never a mention of the 184,000 AFRs of the corresponding local governments..nor the many thousands of specialty investment funds they contain. I note gov pension funds facilitate the same power base. Paying employee benefits from the return on the funds is an after thought for the government players. Where the funds are invested and with whom is the primary focus.

The head communists back in the 30's and 40's said they could take over America without firming a shot. The undercurrents of that statement were that they could depend on the greed and opportunity of the players to accomplish that goal and it did. US Collective government since 2000 brings in more gross income than the entire gross income of the population of the United States.

Taxation is rammed down the public's throat (1/3rd of the gross income) and Investment / Enterprise income (2/3rd of the gross income) the "silence is golden" rule is strictly enforced due to the massive money and wealth involved with the full symbiotic cooperation of the syndicated media; controlled education; and both political parties as has applied over the last century. Try to get your News / Political / School Representative, any of them to make simple mention of the CAFR as THE local government financial document to carefully look at, or mentioned in an open and public forum and see what happens.

Government was not supposed to operate at a profit. How did they get around this? For example if a city made a 100-million dollar profit during the year from one of their operations, at a stroke of a pen they create a liability account for whatever they wish, transfer, and "poof" there goes a profit now designated as a 100-million dollar liability.

Government debt? They are funding the majority of it with their own investment funds. An undisclosed tax by assigning collectively trillions of dollars of debt to the population for repayment with interest at the front door while covertly funding that same debt with their own investment funds through the back door. And you thought it was the banks behind the debt game. The banks are just the in-between fronted middlemen between you and your government.

The world at perpetual war!

There is a war going on that is world wide. It is not an announced or proclaimed war nor is it the so-called war on terror. To understand the war that really is going on we have to accurately define terms used and who they apply to.

What are being called terrorists by authorities are actually anyone and everyone who opposes the institution of their planned one world central government. The violent acts being committed around the world are primarily being committed by special teams of mercenaries, intelligence services, NWO funded militaries, hired killers, and useful idiots or mind controlled patsies used to instigate fighting, fear, chaos, and create instability to serve as an excuse for conquest...often referred to as "peace keeping".

The DHS, the MIAC report, the NDAA, the billions of rounds of ammo purchased along with armored vehicles by the DHS are simply preparations for all out conflict and institution of their NWO government in the U.S. by force. The militarization of local law enforcement is an incorporation of local armed forces into the national and internal army of the DHS for local conquest. The military have been informed by DHS that they will absorb them into DHS as well. The full force of armed personnel are being consolidated for the internal conflict to come.

The war is on and anyone anywhere in the world that opposes the institution of this new world central government is a terrorist in the view of those behind this. It is precisely as they claimed years ago; "you are either with us or you are against us." An interpretation and more accurate meaning is; "you will either accept this new world government and "consent" or we accomplish it by conquest".

It boils down to they intend to move forward with it whether people want it or not and will have no problem whatever with killing anyone who resists their plans. One only needs to consider the millions killed during the communist takeover of either Russia or China to see they will do exactly that. They have their mass graves, concentration camps, coffins and preparations for mass genocide all in place.

The preparations for all out conflict are being accomplished right before the eyes of the American people and one only needs to open their eyes to see the threat is real. A remark was made recently that this war on terror of theirs will be a permanent and perpetual war; of that I have no doubt. They created it, it is against the peoples of the world, and the resistance of the people to their intentions will most likely be perpetual to one degree of another as their plan is pure evil and despotic. The people were declared the enemy in 1934 and the declaration is permanent in the minds of those seeking perpetual dominance and control because the natural inclination of man is to be free.

It has been well documented by me that there was going to be a Precious Metals beatdown within the range of $1200 -$1400 per once of Gold and $20-$24 per ounce of Silver. Believe me they will market this as the much needed correction, they will trumpet it as the bull market run being over, thousands will dump what little they have in the open jaws of the Jackal Multinational Banks and the Central Banks that front for them.

I want you to be VERY VERY aware. This strategy while a last ditch effort to save the COMEX, FED and Bullion Banks will also have another driving benefit. It will drive out for good the speculators who have used the instrument of paper manipulation to dictate and affect the physical market for decades. It's impossible to "impeach" a person who is NOT IN OFFICE.
In fact, writing a bill of impeachment would tend to confirm that he held the office, and make it more difficult to undo all the damage he had done. Think about it. If it's proven once and for all that he never held the office in the first place because of being ineligible, then everything he has ever signed falls off the books and must be undone automatically. Think about that for just a minute. All the appointments, all the money he spent, obamacare, ALL OF IT is null and void if he was never the president.

How Some States did not Legally Ratify the 16th Amendment

Bill Benson’s findings, published in “The Law That Never Was,” make a convincing case that the 16th amendment was not legally ratified and that Secretary of State Philander Knox was not merely in error, but committed fraud when he declared it ratified in February 1913. What follows is a summary of some of the major findings for many of the states, showing that their ratifications were not legal and should not have been counted.  

The 16th amendment had been sent out in 1909 to the state governors for ratification by the state legislatures after having been passed by Congress. There were 48 states at that time, and three-fourths, or 36, of them were required to give their approval in order for it to be ratified. The process took almost the whole term of the Taft administration, from 1909 to 1913.

Knox had received responses from 42 states when he declared the 16th amendment ratified on February 25, 1913, just a few days before leaving office to make way for the administration of Woodrow Wilson. Knox acknowledged that four of those states (Utah, Conn, R.I. and N.H.) had rejected it, and he counted 38 states as having approved it. We will now examine some of the key evidence Bill Benson found regarding the approval of the amendment in many of those states.

Over the past month there has been a statistically improbable concurrence of events that can only be explained as a conspiracy to protect the dollar from the Federal Reserve’s policy of Quantitative Easing (QE).

Quantitative Easing is the term given to the Federal Reserve’s policy of printing 1,000 billion new dollars annually in order to finance the US budget deficit by purchasing US Treasury bonds and to keep the prices high of debt-related derivatives on the “banks too big to fail” (BTBF) balance sheets by purchasing mortgage-backed derivatives. Without QE, interest rates would be much higher, and values on the banks’ balance sheets would be much lower.

Quantitative Easing has been underway since December 2008. During these 54 months, the Federal Reserve has created several trillion new dollars with which the Fed has monetized the same amount of debt.

All gun grabbers are OUTLAWS. They hate the law, especially the US supreme law, the Constitution. If they were NOT OUTLAWS they would be proposing an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment according to constitutional process, but no, they know that won't fly, so they are willing to incite violence against we the people, who are the lawful civil authority in our counties with our lawfully elected sheriffs.

That makes them Seditionists. The definition of sedition is "to incite violence against the lawful civil authority". It's a felony crime. They should be arrested and charged with sedition the instant they throw any anti 2nd amendment bill in the hopper. It is NOT possible to change, abrogate, or replace the 2nd amendment with a mere statute. There is a constitutional process to do it lawfully. Get real everyone. These people are criminals, and need to be in jail the very instant they even PROPOSE such so called "laws", which are all null and void from their inception, and don't give me any noise about the so called "corporate government". It was all done with fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, which makes all their contracts UNILATERAL, making them all null and void also. NONE OF THIS WILL STAND BEFORE GOD. They are all liars, and the blind, leading the blind, and they will all fall in the pit of hell for doing this.

Yes the gun grabbers are the real terrorists and they fully intend to fight a war against the American people with all the ammunition they are buying. They are all monsters, and they are equipping their cannon fodder brown shirts to get slaughtered by we the people when they come for us and our freedom.
