The primary-school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, approximately 45 miles from the Colt Arms Factory, is just another one in the long line of government psyops designed to persuade the public to allow the government to take away their guns, and their means to defend themselves against the government and the banksters that the politicians really serve.

The small children murders are designed to create hysterical emotions in women to get them to demand that guns are banned. If that doesn't work they will continue with their evil agenda with worse and worse atrocities on younger children, until they get their way and disarm the people, so that they cannot fight back against government tyranny.

Newtown is the U.S.A.'s Dunblane, which was orchestrated in Scotland in 1996 by the British establishment, to whip up hysteria in order to ban all handguns from the U.K. It was a follow-up to the Hungerford Massacre in England in 1987, which was carried out by mind-controlled Michael Ryan, who then shot himself so he could not be questioned, and it was used to ban semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.

It's always the same people behind it - the gun-grabbers who want the people to be defenceless against the gun-grabbers' employers - the banksters who own all of the politicians. They get their politicians to pass legislation for them, in order to remove the people's freedoms and means of defending themselves, and enslave them in a draconian police-state, under a mountain of debt, and then exterminate the useless-eaters.

The Dunblane  massacre was supposedly carried out by Thomas Hamilton, who was a paedophile and procurer of children, for a high level paedophile ring involving senior members of the Tony Blair Labour-Party shadow-cabinet and others. The massacre served two purposes, it achieved their desired handgun-ban and killed the abused children, so they could not be witnesses against the elite-paedophiles. They then had the findings of the inquiry sealed for 100 years, which is proof of the above.

Like Newtown there were two shooters, Hamilton and a hit-man who shot Hamilton and made it look like Hamilton committed suicide after shooting 16 children, so that he couldn't be questioned. Hamilton was found in the school gymnasium slumped against a wall and still gurgling, when an off-duty policeman PC Grant McCutcheon entered the gym and saw two semi-automatic pistols, one on either side of Hamilton's body.

The autopsy revealed that Hamilton was killed with a .38 revolver. These people always slip-up with their crimes. There was no .38 revolver for him to have shot himself with. Thus, there was a second shooter who killed Hamilton.

Similarly, the first reports from Newtown were of two shooters, just like mind-controlled James Holmes in the Denver Batman Cinema massacre, the story then quickly changes to just one.

Columbine was similar, in that a team of shooters in black outfits were seen there and the two accused were on mind-altering prescription-drugs.

Wake up and see the pattern and their modus operandi and don't fall for it. Never let them take your guns, except from your cold dead hands.

All of these are staged events to whip-up hysterical public support for banning the people from having guns. It works the same in every country - Hungerford in England, Dunblane in Scotland, Port Arthur in Australia and the list in America is endless, because of the Second Amendment and the people having a pro-gun culture. That makes it much more difficult to break the Americans' love of guns and the Second Amendment, which was put in place to protect the people from the government.

Gun bans work well for tyrants. They worked well for Hitler, Stalin and Chairman Mao, to name just three.

If you want to stop these massacres, wake-up and get rid of the banksters, their puppet-politicians and all gun-grabbers; arm teachers and ban gun-free zones.

So Wayne LaPierre wants a new government police force to police the schools.

Is the answer to everything more government?  What makes him think the guard in uniform won't be the firstone to die?

And then who is left to protect the kids? The uniform just makes it easier for the criminal to identify, target and take out the persons most likely to offer resistance to their intended crimes.

If anyone in the country should know that more government doesn't work it should be the NRA.

The government had Dianne Feinsteine's assault weapons "law" on the books in the 90s and the Columbine shooting still happened. The ban did absolutely nothing to stop it, and La Pierre knows that.  Banning weapons in certain places just creates FREE KILLING ZONES FOR THE CRAZY PEOPLE, AND FOR GOVERNMENT HIT SQUADS.

Mr. La Pierre, you said the mental health system has totally collapsed. What do you suggest to fix that? Would you give that to government also?  Will you let failed "mental health professionals" decide who is sane and who is not?  Would you now let government mental health people getting paid by our tax money decide who can have guns and who can't?

WHAT WOULD MAKE US BELIEVE that these people wouldn't tend to try to justify their own paycheck like everyone else in government, by putting lots of people on the unworthy list that don't belong there? What makes you think that veterans and shooting enthusiasts wouldn't be put on the list or committed for mental health reasons, to remove opposition to the gun grabbers.

What government agency do you know of that wouldn't use this to remove their opposition? What government agency do you know of that operates using pure and moral or even lawful intent?

After all, the jails are full, so the people that run them can keep the per diem pay coming. Look at the result of the so called drug war.

The jails are full of people who either got caught with a half ounce of marijuana, or had evidence planted by crooked cops so they could confiscate their stuff. Police departments are auctioning off all kinds of stuff they confiscated and keeping the money to finance more firepower and military style equipment so they can do even more raiding. It's a vicious cycle of plunder under the color of "law".

It's so bad now that there are over 2 MILLION people behind bars in this country that we have to support with our tax dollars.

The jails and the courts and cops that keep them full are now a huge GROWTH INDUSTRY worth billions upon billions of dollars per year.

So do you want, now, to make the mental hospitals a GROWTH INDUSTRY the same as the prison system? Really?

IS THAT YOUR SOLUTION? Come on, get real. You can do a lot better than that!

Is this what you call compromise;  giving up something that involves our rights, to get what might not even make a little more safety?  

The dictionary definition of compromise is:

"...settlement of differences by arbitration or by consent reached by mutual concessions".

There can be NO concession, or infringement on gun rights, in the same way that there can be NO concession on your absolute right to defend yourself and your neighbor against a threat to your life and well-being by someone using lethal force.

PROHIBITED PLACES LAWS make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

An example right here in Montana is the so called law that prohibits a lawfully carrying person, even a concealed carry permit holder, from carrying his weapon in a cafe that serves beer and wine. 

In the first place, I have never seen any person in the cafes that I eat in ever get rowdy from too much to drink.

Second, if someone did, and I needed my gun to protect myself, it would be out in the car. A fat lot of good that would do me.

If I am eating and not consuming alcohol, the stupid so called "law" prevents me from defending myself and my family.

Third, there is no reason to believe that a concealed carry permit holder who has kept his record clean enough to hold that permit, is going to leave all that effort and common sense behind when he/she goes in that cafe. Ask the lady that testified before congress who watched her parents get shot and killed by the crazy gunman that crashed his vehicle through the front window of a fast food place in Texas and started shooting people. Her gun was in the car outside because the stupid prohibited places "law" said she couldn't have it in the cafe and like most "law abiding" people she left HER COMMON SENSE at the door in an attempt to obey a bad "law".  Do you really think it was a law and that she should have followed it? Do you really think she would do that same thing again, regardless of what the so called "law" says?

Then there is the federal so called "law" that stops even concealed permit holders from carrying in a  post office. They even want you to not have it in your car in the parking lot.

What absolute stupidity!   So you are in the precious metals business.  Your product is valuable. Very valuable. A little box that weighs in at 37 pounds, and measures about 12" X 8" X 5" can be worth over $20,000.  So you come to the post office to pick up a shipment that is shipped via registered mail, which packages always by postal regulations have to be kept in a safe when not being delivered, and the so called "law" makes it so you can't carry even a concealed handgun to protect yourself from a possible robbery.

Not only can you not carry in the building, but they don't even want your gun in the parking lot, so now you are forced to park OFF THE POSTAL PROPERTY, which requires you to carry that box of silver much farther WITHOUT YOUR GUN.  How absolutely insane is that?  Who should have their head examined now? Yes, the people that wrote that insane so called "law". Do you really think  that is a law?

Then let's go to the bank with about $80,000 in cash to buy a cashiers check to pay for that precious metal.  At least there is a little running room on this one. While that so called "law" is supposed to prevent a concealed carry permit holder from carrying concealed in the bank, it lets you carry in the open. So now your gun is right there on your hip for everyone in the bank to see.

So you come in the bank with a large amount of cash to deposit in  your account so you can get a cashiers check to send to the mint in payment for an order for one of your customers, and one of the tellers, perhaps a new one that doesn't know you, pushes the silent alarm button and all hell breaks lose.  Wouldn't it have been better to carry that gun concealed like you can do lawfully almost anywhere else, and not upset the banks' help or their customers, and yet you would still be protected from a possible robbery or assault?  Again, who wrote such an insane law?  Maybe they should have their head examined by that government goon mental health professional?

So now we come back to the school, or the theatre, where most of these crimes seem to be taking place.

In 1990 the government purported to put a "law" on the books called "The gun free school zones act of 1990".  In 1995 the Supreme Court blew it out of the water.

Then the infamous Janet Reno, made some changes that were "adopted and widely concealed" to get around the Supreme Court's decision, and today all the school authorities believe that one can not have a gun within 1000 feet of school property without a concealed carry permit.  This change has yet to be challenged in the Supreme Court.

In any case what this so called "law" did was make it possible for criminals to come to a school with the reasonable assumption that there would be no armed intervention while they were committing their crimes. The same result applies to a theater who's owner opts to prohibit any guns in their building. They create a "gun free zone" translation "law free zone" where law and order goes out the window.

The real solution that will work.

In the case of a school, the administrative staff, those that are willing, should get the proper training at some kind of professional firearms training facility like Front Sight in Pahrump Nevada (www.frontsight.com) and they should all carry concealed at the school during school hours. Right now they can do that if they have a concealed carry permit. They don't have to spend money to pass any new "law" under current interpretation. If the school wants to hire an armed guard, that person or persons should also do so with a concealed weapon and the only requirement would be that the guard has a concealed carry permit, but they also should get that proper training.  That way the prospective shooter would not know who was armed.

Then, and this is the big one, the school should post signs and advertise to the effect that any lethal force will be met with more than equal lethal force.

This also applies even better at the theater.  The theater should advertise first for people who have a concealed carry permit to come and be interviewed to receive some free tickets during the year, in return for carrying concealed while they are in the theater. The theater should insist that the perspective free ticket user should also have the proper training at a proper facility as mentioned above. Then the theater can advertise that there will be maybe a hundred people allowed to carry concealed in their theater, and that nobody will know who they are and when they will be using one of their tickets to attend a free movie. The theater can also say something to the effect that their buildings are not a gun free zone, but a crime free zone.

I can hear gun control people screaming "bloody murder" at me right now.  Those that do, ask yourself just one question.

Why do these whacos pick schools and theaters in the first place??? It's because of the stupid gun zone "laws", dummy! Duh!

The gun grabbers invented the term "assault rifle" to further their own agenda.

Note the picture of the WW Two soldier or Korean War soldier proudly holding his M-1 rifle in the article at the link below.  This was the military style assault and main battle rifle until the early to mid sixties when the M-16 came on line.  The M-16 began that "look" that is so upsetting to the gun grabbers.  But in reality, It did nothing that the wooden stocked M-1 could do.  And the M-16 started the use of the small .223 caliber which the military uses today.  The M-1 was a 30-06, much, much more lethal.

I can remember when you could order an M-1 for under $100 from the back pages of many magazines.  I have trained with the M-1 Garand and it was capable of fully automatic or semi-auto.

What's called an assault rifle today is just a copy of the current military rifle.  It is a style but civilians cannot buy one that is fully automatic.  Those on the civilian market are not capable of fully automatic mode.  The term assault is better suited to the way the police use them busting into the wrong house...now that's an assault.

The right to keep and bear arms was put into the 2nd amendment not so the people could have guns to hunt with, but to fight any out of control tyrant.  The military at that time fought with muskets, those were the military rifles of that time and muskets were the guns of the people.

What's termed today as an assault rifle is just today's version of today's military rifle.  The word assault is a military term for close in combat with firearms.  The M1903 Springfield bolt action rifle was used in World War One as an assault rifle.  It was neither automatic nor semi-auto.  It required a lot of skill to rapidly fire.  If you've ever seen the movie, Sergeant York starring Gary Cooper, then you have seen the M1903 Springfield.  York was more than an expert with that gun.

The Springfield 1903 was also a 30-06 like the M-1 that mostly took over in WW-2.  The 30-06 became the premier high power hunting cartridge of the 20th century.  The modern military assault rifle shoots the puny, by comparison, 223 which in some states is outlawed for hunting deer, because too many times the deer is only wounded and runs away to die a prolonged death.

I hope I have made it plain that for hundreds of years the people have used the same style rifle as the military.  I have shown that the WW-1 assault rifle was not an automatic or semi-automatic but rather a bolt action rifle.  Please note in the accompanying article the writer says that at some point the gun grabbers in the government will try to ban the bolt action by calling it a sniper rifle.

There are NO valid gun control laws in the USA. They want you to believe those "laws" are valid and law for you and I to follow but they are NOT valid, NOT lawful and NOT in force.

2. Then there is the principle that unconstitutional "laws" are null and void from their inception.

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury Vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803). "Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda Vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491. " An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton Vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442

The higher laws always prevail when there is a conflict between them. There never will be a conflict between positive divine law, and natural law.  They are.

3. Human law   notice it is on the bottom and the least of all law. This includes all civil and criminal "laws" and even cannon law.

Whenever there is a conflict between any of these,  the higher laws are always to prevail in God's eyes and they do. 

3. The current government wants all jury trials to go away. They want their corrupt judges to try all cases without a jury. They have been working for years to discredit Juries.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO NULLIFY (refuse to apply) any bad so called "laws" as an individual juror.  Yes, you have that power; it is real; it is now; and all you need to use it is the knowledge that you have that power.

Your jury rights are your most powerful rights. Instead of trying to avoid jury duty, you should be trying to get on every jury you can. That will give you ample opportunity to educate your fellow jurors about their right to nullify bad "laws". It will also get you into a position where you can (all by yourself without another person) nullify bad law by hanging the jury (refusing to apply the so called "law" to the case you are on).

4. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy. 

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.

5. The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.

6. Then there is the Montana Firearms Freedom Act, which was passed and signed into law by Governor Schweitzer.

In anticipation of the recent Heller Supreme Court decision, a host of Montana's senators and representatives—along with its Secretary of State— proposed a resolution stating "that any 'collective rights' holding in D.C. v. Heller will violate Montana's compact with the United States, the contract by which Montana entered the Union in 1889."

The Montana resolution recalls, "When Montana entered into statehood and adopted the Compact as a part of the Montana Constitution in 1889, included was a provision guaranteeing the right to bear arms to 'any person.'"

The resolution continues, "To be clear, the wording of the right to bear arms reservation in the Montana constitution is exactly the same today as it was in 1884."

Furthermore, the Montana resolution says, "There is no question that the contract into which Montana entered for statehood was predicated upon an understanding that the people of Montana would benefit from an individual and personal right to bear arms, protected from governmental interference by both the federal and Montana constitutions. That was the clear intent of the parties to the contract."

The resolution ended by stating sternly, "A collective rights holding in Heller would not only open the Pandora's box of unilaterally morphing contracts, it would also poise Montana to claim appropriate and historically entrenched remedies for contract violation."

In other words, representatives and senators in the State of Montana unequivocally put Washington, D.C., on notice that it would not tolerate the infringement of its citizens' right to keep and bear arms. I don't think I'm reading anything into the resolution by assuming that they were implying that they would secede before they let the federal government trample their Second Amendment liberties. (Plus, I've just been told that New Hampshire may also be preparing to propose such a resolution.)

7. Then there is the original compact that Montana entered with the federal government when we became a state. No less than 2 Attorneys General and one Governor have warned the Feds that any abrogation of firearms freedom in Montana by the feds will result in the breaking of that compact, which in it's logical conclusion would (in my opinion) result in Montana no longer being a State of that federal union.

8. Then there is the ABSOLUTE natural law right to self defense. Your inalienable and individual right was always contained in the US Constitution, but was clarified in 2008 by the US Supreme Court.

Bombshell case, CA Supreme Court to rule on Obama Eligibility

Breaking news! Supreme Court of CA to rule whether Obama should be declared illegitimate for the U.S. Presidency due to his use of forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained CT Social Security number. Loss of 55 CA electoral votes will certainly mean new elections in the U.S.

After originally refusing to hear the case under the original jurisdiction, Supreme Court of California was persuaded by Attorney and Candidate for the U.S. Senate Dr. Orly Taitz to take on a case Noonan, Judd, MacLaren, Taitz v Bowen under the provisions of the California Constitution, which allow Supreme Court of California to hear special cases under the Original Jurisdiction. Docket excerpt is below. Case number is S 207078 Noonan v Bowen. Attorney Orly Taitz.

This case is brought on behalf of four plaintiffs, all of whom have perfect standing. Edward Noonan won the American Independent Party Presidential Primary   in CA and certificate of his win was submitted to the court. Keith Judd is a Democratic Party candidate for the U.s. Presidency, registered with the FEC, he was a runner up to Barack Obama in West Virginia Democratic Party Primary with 40% of the vote, Thomas Gregory Macleran was a Republican candidate for President, registered with the FEC. Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in CA.

This case has two premises.  

First.  Plaintiffs provided the court with evidence of nearly One and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California. Such a large number of invalid votes justifies STAY of certification of the results.

Second.  Plaintiffs provided evidence of Candidate Barack Obama committing massive elections fraud by using  forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to Obama and using a name, which is not legally his, as he is listed under the last name Soebarkah in his mother’s U.S. Passport and there is no evidence of him ever legally changing his name from Barack Obama Soebarkah to Barack Obama. Additionally, in his school records in Indonesia his citizenship is listed as Indonesian, not American. There is no record of him relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and gaining the U.S. citizenship. Even if one were to believe that he arguendo changed his citizenship from Indonesian to American later in life, he would be a naturalized citizen and not natural born. Additionally, plaintiffs provided the courts with a  sworn affidavits of Maricopa county, AZ investigator Mike Zullo, who is currently conducting a criminal investigation of forgeries in Obama’s IDs, and who attested that Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service certificate and Social Security card represent forgeries.  Similarly, Plaintiffs provided affidavits of   Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, Senior Deportation Officer John Sampson, experts Paul Irey, Douglas Vogt and Felicito Papa and investigator Susan Daniels, all of whom are attesting that Obama’s IDs are forgeries. Affidavit of Assistant Clerk for the City of Honolulu Timothy Adams attests to the fact that there is no birth certificate for Barack Obama in any hospital in Hawaii.  Statement of the Minister of Health of Kenya, James Orenga attesting to Obama’s birth in Kenya and Obama’s own biography submitted by him to his literally agent in 1991, stating that he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia.    Plaintiffs are stating that if this court does not STAY the certification of the election results, this court will commit treason against the United States of America by allowing a foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still citizen of Kenya to get in the position of the U.S. President and Commander n Chief by virtue of fraud and use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number.
