As a comment to an article written by Brandon Smith and Stewart Rhodes on the Oathkeepers website I would like to submit the following. Here is their article:

I would like to comment and give some references about the communications aspect of becoming prepared for what this article warns us about.
As many of you know, I am in the communications business full time and have been for over 19 years now. I am also a general class amateur and a volunteer examiner for ham radio licensing. Here in Eureka we have been adding new ham radio operators at a steady pace for over 3 years because of the looming crisis the above article lays out.
I have always insisted that the FCC rules from the very beginning have been designed for emergency and safety communications and allow licensed ham radio operators to do things that others can not do. That includes operating out of band, or with otherwise prohibited power when people's lives and property are in danger.

Notice that I said "licensed amateurs". There is a reason for requiring that radio operators be licensed to operate on the ham bands and in emergencies.
Ham radio can be either a tremendous asset or it can be a big liability, depending on whether you know what you are doing, or not. By that I mean that a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing can create so much interference with orderly communications protocals that the frequency becomes a hodgepodge of chatter and unusable noise. For evidence of that just tune in the CB band. It can also mean that people can become endangered by the very communications that are purposed to help them save the lives and property they were trying to benefit.
There is no excuse for anyone not getting their ham license. The license is free, the study course cost only about $30, and the test materials cost only $5 - $12 in most places. The test is multiple choice. On the techinican class test there are only 35 questions, and you can get 9 wrong and still pass the test. There is no longer any reqirement on any ham test to learn morse code. We have given the techinicans test to people as young as 8 years with good results.

At this point I always get the same question. Why should I trade in a right for a privelege, and why would I want to let government know who I am? Let me try to answer.
First, radio waves do NOT respect any borders. They go where they will. You can argue that government should not be involved in making rules about radio saying that it's "not in the US constitution". There are a couple of things about that. One is that it IS in the US Constitution that government must protect our borders. That includes invasion. Radio waves can be used to invade also. I believe that it is within the relm of government constitutionally to protect AMERICA'S INVENTION of radio from invasion and incursion by ANY foreign power, and to that end there are treaties with other countries involving the allocation of frequencies and usage of those that are rightly entered into by the FCC.
The second point is this. You don't want to unnecessarily twist the tiger's tail. People do that with the driver's license VS the right to travel, and some end up in jail for a while, when there are much more important issues to fight about. The same applies here. I don't see any licensed hams going to jail because they want to use radio in and emergency.
The third is about staying under the radar where federal agencies are concearned. Guess what. There are almost one MILLION licensed hams just in the US alone. That, friends is good cover, and cover enough for the purpose of preparedness. What are they going to do? Do you think they could try to make criminals of all those hams with the stoke of a pen, and if they did, do you think they could physically enforce that? On the contrary, they would be way in over their heads, and they know it.

Go study, and when the interactive software says to schedule your test look up some local hams with the qrz.com site link and ask them when the next test will be and where. The rest of this will deal with what to do after you have your license. You don't have to have the callsign to own the right equipment, or to listen to what is going on out on the ham bands. You do need it when you push the transmit button.
What kind of radio should you buy?
To start with you will need a handheld dual band FM transceiver that covers at least the 2 meter and the 70 CM bands. And it would be best if that radio was also type accepted by the FCC to cover the business bands just above both of those bands. Band refers to a group of frequencies designated by the FCC for certain purposes.
The 2 meter ham band covers 144 - 148 Mhz (that is megahertz, or million cycles per second) The business band above that is the VHF business band and covers 150 - 174 Mhz.
Correspondingly there are two bands on UHF also. The ham band is 70cm (centimeters) from 430 - 450 Mhz, and the business band above that at 450 - 470 Mhz. All these frequencies (bands of frequencies) can be covered by ONE radio. We recommend and are using the Wouxun KG-UV2D which fills all these requirements. You will be very pleasantly surprised at how well these small radios perform. I have talked up to 10 miles with just a handheld, to another handheld, and much further to a base, mobile, or repeater.
What is a repeater? It's a radio that is located at a very advantageous location like the top of a mountain, that listens on one frequency, and instantly transmits what it hears on another higher or lower frequency, live and in real time. That allows you to extend your range up to the footprint of that particular repeater. Most of our repeaters are either solar powered or have a battery back up system that will allow them to stay on the air for weeks during an emergency. Some of our repeaters have a footprint of up to 150 miles or more.
All of these handheld units use FM modulation. Modulation is the method of putting an intelligence on the signal that can be converted back to audio so you can hear what the guy on the other end is saying. FM is frequency modulation, or varying the frequency of the signal a very little bit so a detector in the receiver of the listening radio can re-create sound. FM is very impervious to noise, and to other weaker signals, so it's usually either pretty clear, or it's not there so it can be heard.
That makes for very quiet radio operation with little interference from things like alternators in a vehicle, or power lines, like you would hear on CB.
Groups of hams can monitor several frequencies at the same time by using a feature called SCAN which rotates around several channels (with a different frequency in each channel) and when someone talks on one of the channels being monitored the scan stops and locks on that channel. At that point if you want to continue on that conversation you can press an exit key or touch the transmit button and the radio stays on that channel. When you are done listening you can start up the scan again and monitor all again.
Suffice it to say that with proper training, and the right equipment, you will be a big asset to your community and the safety and well being of your neighbors as well as your family in any emergency. The conspiracy to stop Ron Paul
The criminals in the media and the criminals in the Republican Party will stop at NOTHING to stop Ron Paul from restoring freedom in our country!

By and large the main stream media talking heads have sold their soul and their brain for a paycheck. They couldn't tell the truth if it slapped them in the face. They are all MENTAL PROSTITUTES if they won't tell the truth about what is really going on in the Ron Paul Revolution inside the Republican Party.
The reason? Because they have visions of their stranglehold on the Amreican Power centers disappearing like a vapor in the night, and they can't stand the thought of having to compete with real news in a free society of open ideas. They know they would lose their power, money and jobs.
And the so called "Republicans" at the top are even worse. They conspire to break laws, and their own rules to stop what they percieve as a threat to the status quo, one that has brought us the bankruptcy of the country by compromise of the original principles Republicans have stood for in the past, and by the one party Republicrat mergers of the present in DC, where principle doesn't matter and insanity rules.
If insanity is defined as " Promoting the same solutions over and over and expecting a different result " we certainly have it in DC.
Neither the media or the so called Republicans can win a discussion with Ron Paul on the real issues that matter in our time, so they resort to dirty tricks, breaking their own rules, and yes criminal activity to maintain their power. They maintain a sort of tyranny over the real ideas of freedom on their networks and in the party discussion. They won't admit the truth that a real revolution of ideas is happening in the Republican Party. That, my friends is a form of tyranny.
Webster's dictionary on line defines tyranny as follows:
1: oppressive power; especially : oppressive power exerted by government
2a : a government in which absolute power is vested in a single ruler; especially : one characteristic of an ancient Greek city-state
b : the office, authority, and administration of a tyrant
3: a rigorous condition imposed by some outside agency or force
4: an oppressive, harsh, or unjust act : a tyrannical act
So we have tyranny at many levels in Amerika today, and I wonder how far these tyrants will go to keep their power. We know what Obama will do if elected. We know he will be the worst tyrant in the history of America but how will the tyrannical "Republicrats" be any different if they are willing to violate everything that is sacred and holy right in their own party workings. Hypocrits one and all. They operate on a double standard. This for me and that for you. I would not want to trade places with them when they meet their maker. I have enough to answer for without selling out my fellow countrymen to the power brokers of the world just for a position and money.

How Ron Paul is winning the Republican Nomination for President
Ron Paul is winning delegates left and right and the Republican national machine is in a panic.
You will see them pull every dirty trick in the book and some that are not in the book to stop Ron Paul, because if Ron Paul wins the nomination Obama loses the election big time, and the elite Republicrat machine loses it's power overnight.
Ron Paul is the only candidate that can attract the blue dog democrats that still believe in the US Constitution and now hate Obama for not keeping his promises, and Ron Paul is the only candidate that can attract the independent voters who could never vote for Romney but might hold their nose and vote for Obama again.
Romney just can't get any votes from those groups, and Ron Paul supporters are smart and savvy about how to get the delegates. Even some of the delegates who people think are bound to Romney are secretly Ron Paul supporters waiting for the chance to make their real convictions known where it counts.

That book is an absolute condemnation of vote fraud in the State of Ohio. Phillips, who I interviewed when I had my radio show, examined 126,00 ballots, 127 poll books and 141 voter signature books from 18 counties: "Thousands of ballots in heavily Democratic precincts were pre-punched for third-party candidates. Voting machines were rigged, tabulators were rigged, ballot boxes were stuffed, ballots were altered, ballots were sorted according to candidate, and ballots were destroyed."

Ron Paul WINNING Delegates/Massive Rallies
Contrary to what we've been told by most of the Mainstream Media Ron Paul is doing quite well at winning actual delegates. But you won't hear that on Fox or CNN. I have said for years that what has been done to the people of America, when through the decades since the founding of our country the organic Constitution was replaced by the US Corporation, has all been done by fraud and deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, in a unilateral contract form, and is therefore null and void before God and the Supreme Law of our Country.
No matter the language it was couched in, the truth of the contracts were deliberately hidden from the people who were tricked into giving their consent when signing certain documents purported to be the norm for doing business and living in our country. Not everyone can be a lawyer, or be expected to understand the deceptive language in those non-contracts, especially when the whole system is designed to hide the truth, and so overwhelms the average working man or woman with so called 'laws' that they would have to spend full time studying just to begin to understand it all. Why do you think Amerika has more lawyers than the rest of the world combined?
In this article I find further collaboration of that premise in the marriage contract, something similar to which many states use.
These contracts are null and void also because the state (read government) failed to fully disclose the true nature of the contract, and by the very nature of what is called a unilateral (one way) contract they are non-existent from their inception because the government usurped the authority of God before whom the marrying couple thought they were pledging their lives together, not to the state as a contracting party.
In other words, the state (government) tries to take the place of GOD in the contract with hidden and deceptive wording beyond the ability of the contracting couple to understand and therefore the state deliberately deceived them.
Isn't that exactly what Satan did in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve?
SATAN HAS ALWAYS TRIED, since his fall from heaven, to take the place of God.
Don't expect any of the corrupt courts, who have been a party to this fraud from the beginning, to agree with you. They are the worst part of the problem from the beginning with their elitist judges who look down their nose at everyone who is not part of their 'good ole boy club'. There are no article III courts for you to take this too. Only admiralty courts judging by the law of the sea, for the US and State corporations.
The true ministers of the Sacrament of Matrimony are the marrying parties themselves, and the true jurisdiction over matrimony is the Church, NOT the State. The Church usually supplied a witness in the form of a priest, but the true ministers of the union are always the contracting parties themselves, witnessed by the invited public. The official witnesses were always the foremost members of the wedding party, namely the best man and maid of honor, but marriage was always to be conducted IN PUBLIC before many witnesses. Let me ask you WHO WITNESSED the State getting God's place in the contract????
NOBODY! That makes it a clandestine marriage as far as the license is concerned and in God's eyes, NULL AND VOID as a contract with the State.
It still can be a valid marriage before God, with all it's "until death do us part" promises in full force and effect, BUT THE CONTRACT WITH THE STATE IS NULL AND VOID ON THE FACE OF IT, because it was FRAUD and because there were no proper witnesses to that part of the contract.
Again I say that NO One can say they could have been a witness to any STATE or GOVERNMENT entity taking the place of Almighty God, the author of the Sacrament of Matrimony, and who alone has jurisdiction through His Church over that Holy Union!
So that leaves two questions you should ask yourself and your spouse.
1. Is my marriage lawful and valid before God?
2. Does there really exist a contract with whatever state the marriage was conducted or licensed in?

Don't expect any of the corrupt courts, who have been a party to this fraud from the beginning, to agree with you. They are the worst part of the problem from the beginning with their elitist judges who look down their nose at everyone who is not part of their 'good ole boy club'. There are no article III courts for you to take this too. Only admiralty courts judging by the law of the sea, for the US and State corporations.
The true ministers of the Sacrament of Matrimony are the marrying parties themselves, and the true jurisdiction over matrimony is the Church, NOT the State. The Church usually supplied a witness in the form of a priest, but the true ministers of the union are always the contracting parties themselves, witnessed by the invited public. The official witnesses were always the foremost members of the wedding party, namely the best man and maid of honor, but marriage was always to be conducted IN PUBLIC before many witnesses. Let me ask you WHO WITNESSED the State getting God's place in the contract????
NOBODY! That makes it a clandestine marriage as far as the license is concerned and in God's eyes, NULL AND VOID as a contract with the State.
It still can be a valid marriage before God, with all it's "until death do us part" promises in full force and effect, BUT THE CONTRACT WITH THE STATE IS NULL AND VOID ON THE FACE OF IT, because it was FRAUD and because there were no proper witnesses to that part of the contract.

The Truth About the Health Care Bills -Michael Connelly, Ret. Constitutional Attorney
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.
However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.
The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, of all of your personal healthcare direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide...
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law It doesn't stop there though.
The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;
The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights... Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution." If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.
For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

Banksters might be in real trouble from their own Uniform Commercial Code
I have not verified this information about commercial liens against the banksters, but this makes sense from what I know about UCC and the history of the Montana Freemen. These liens have teeth, and the very FBI agent that went around Montana collecting Leroy Schwietzer's instruments had one of these liens against him. In any case read this and decide for yourself. I present this to you just to keep you up to date on what is going around the internet about this.

I got a Wilcock update this morning you may wish to read. (link down below) I listened to a Drake interview a couple of days ago and got my first glimmer of hope that what he has been claiming might have elements of truth. In the interview he said something to the effect that the movement to restore constitutional government had hit a bit of a snag and they were having to make some adjustments and address some newly discovered facts. He said he got a heavy education on the FED and found they control EVERYTHING....he said he had not realized how extensive their control was and that the higher ups in the effort were having to work out some additional details on how they could sever those tentacles with minimal disruption to the country. (for those who are not aware of the Drake announcements of the past 2 or 3 weeks...he claims he is spokesman for a group representing a number of free states who have made international declarations of intent to return to free republics and that they are working with the military to arrest the criminals and restore our national republic.)
The explanation of that "snag" was the first thing I have heard that I thought gave them a degree of credibility. He claimed he had met some new high up in the movement and that some of their next steps had been explained to him but he was asked not to announce them yet. He also made it clear that they have him telling the things that he has revealed only to serve as a heads up and to help the process go along with minimal chaos caused by people caught off guard as there could be some disruptions of services in the process. No doubt that would be true.
Now, the Wilcock update declares the guys who filed the lawsuit against the FED last fall have now perfected COMMERCIAL LIENS ON ALL 12 FED BANKS. This is a process I understand and had suggested a couple of years ago as the way to take them down. It is a process using their own commercial laws against them; laws they violate consistently and do not follow except as it benefits their thefts. I never had a great deal of faith in the lawsuit making much difference...but commercial liens are serious. That starts the war in the view of the FED.
The liens and affidavits are in the Wilcock update. I have read them, and based on my understandings of the law and the commercial system....UCC...these are the real deal and make perfect sense...ie they are not make believe written to fool the uninformed. I remind you that it was commercial liens which caused the feds to take down the Montana freemen. I put no real hope in the lawsuit they filed last fall but these commercial liens are real...they are serious...and NOW, I think we are seeing evidence there is a real effort to take these pricks down.

I got a Wilcock update this morning you may wish to read. (link down below) I listened to a Drake interview a couple of days ago and got my first glimmer of hope that what he has been claiming might have elements of truth. In the interview he said something to the effect that the movement to restore constitutional government had hit a bit of a snag and they were having to make some adjustments and address some newly discovered facts. He said he got a heavy education on the FED and found they control EVERYTHING....he said he had not realized how extensive their control was and that the higher ups in the effort were having to work out some additional details on how they could sever those tentacles with minimal disruption to the country. (for those who are not aware of the Drake announcements of the past 2 or 3 weeks...he claims he is spokesman for a group representing a number of free states who have made international declarations of intent to return to free republics and that they are working with the military to arrest the criminals and restore our national republic.)
The explanation of that "snag" was the first thing I have heard that I thought gave them a degree of credibility. He claimed he had met some new high up in the movement and that some of their next steps had been explained to him but he was asked not to announce them yet. He also made it clear that they have him telling the things that he has revealed only to serve as a heads up and to help the process go along with minimal chaos caused by people caught off guard as there could be some disruptions of services in the process. No doubt that would be true.
Now, the Wilcock update declares the guys who filed the lawsuit against the FED last fall have now perfected COMMERCIAL LIENS ON ALL 12 FED BANKS. This is a process I understand and had suggested a couple of years ago as the way to take them down. It is a process using their own commercial laws against them; laws they violate consistently and do not follow except as it benefits their thefts. I never had a great deal of faith in the lawsuit making much difference...but commercial liens are serious. That starts the war in the view of the FED.
The liens and affidavits are in the Wilcock update. I have read them, and based on my understandings of the law and the commercial system....UCC...these are the real deal and make perfect sense...ie they are not make believe written to fool the uninformed. I remind you that it was commercial liens which caused the feds to take down the Montana freemen. I put no real hope in the lawsuit they filed last fall but these commercial liens are real...they are serious...and NOW, I think we are seeing evidence there is a real effort to take these pricks down.

Open letter to Lincoln County office holders and candidates.
After a call from Steve Curtiss I have corrected a couple of paragraphs in this letter. He has NOT said he would work to abolish the planning board. I know he understands Agenda 21 and what it means in our county, but he can speak for himself in that regard and I stand corrected. I still support whatever he decides to do on this. because I know he has the depth of understanding of these issues to be able to deal with them effectively for Lincoln County to restore freedom and prosperity here. I still believe our county is better off with freedom and liberty instead of centralized planning by government. America didn't get to be the greatest country on the planet by a lack of freedom, but because of it.

The county commissioners of Lincoln County Montana need to do the same thing that the City of Colfax California did recently.
They threw out Agenda 21 in it's entirety.
The Lincoln county commission put this in without our consent and without even giving people an opportunity to vote on it, and it can be thrown out the same way.
My own opinion is there shouldn't be a growth policy, no county planner, and no planning board. There shouldn't be county employees running around the county persecuting local people when they start up a business. There shouldn't be government getting in the way of development, or in the way of freedom and liberty in Lincoln County.
And that my friends is what it will take to save this county from going under financially, and nothing less will work. We need freedom and prosperity, and we need people coming to start new businesses. That is how we stay prosperous. We don't prosper in Lincoln County by the county commissioners sucking up all the federal money they can get. How do you like the Hope and Change? Look around you and see what it gets us. What will Lincoln County do when the federal money runs out, which is inevitable now.
The only thing necessary for business to flourish in Lincoln County is for government to get the heck out of the way.
Look below at what Utah is doing to stop the encroachment of federal tyranny over the states and state land.
Then go below that article and see what the city of Colfax California did. People like this realize that we don't have much time left to throw these socialist power grabbers out or it won't be possible any more.
I challenge any candidate for Lincoln County Commissioner to refute these facts. I challenge any candidate to lay out a plan to make Lincoln County free and prosperous. IF YOU DON'T, AND THE STATUS QUO REMAINS, AND THE GOOD OLE BOY CLUB STAYS IN POWER

What are you going to do when the US currency melts down? How are you going to provide freedom and safety to our residents?
Or are you just going to cave in to the federal monster and deliver our freedoms over to the beast that is the Obama machine and tyranny called FEMA?
Is that going to be your legacy? Are you selling us out? Are you continuing the status quo until the end, and you then hope to be a part of the new ruling class. Well I have news for you. Every time a country went down to communism or fascism the first to be executed by the new communist regime were the people who sold out their fellow countrymen. Look it up. They won't, so they just kill them, especially the people in local governments in positions of power.
Without the help of local governments there can be NO TYRANNY. Without the help of the local law enforcement there can be no tyranny.
It's time for all the people collecting their pay from local government to stand up and take their oath of office seriously to protect and defend the freedoms outlined in the US Constitution or get the heck out of the way. If you can't live up to your oath, save us all a lot of trouble and just quit. Resign, so we can replace you with someone who will live up to their oath, and who will do the job they are getting paid to do according to their oath.
That is YOU county commissioners. That is you, Sheriff and deputies. That is you, all county office holders.
If you don't have a proper and correct oath of office on file YOUR OFFICE IS VACANT. That is Montana law. We will be checking up on that for every employee of Lincoln County. This is your last chance to stand up for freedom and liberty, and your county and country.

Who owns the West?
Utah intends to own the land within its state. The state legislature enacted and the Governor signed a law that informs the federal government that if the federal government has not turned over all federal land within Utah by the end of 2014, then the state will take the federal land by eminent domain. The City of Colfax, CA reportedly defeated UN Agenda 21 by a 4-0 vote and passed Resolution No. 12-2012.
Ken Delfino, one of the City Councilmen, reportedly wrote a letter describing what he learned about UN Agenda 21 and urges others to educate themselves about it too.

Dear friends, constituents and colleagues:
This evening the attached resolution was introduced and discussed...and was passed by a 4-0 vote.
This particular topic has been discussed in previous council meetings as more and more people are becoming aware of this United Nations program that has been hidden under a myriad of titles starting with the "New World Order" in 1992 and the addition of many of these restrictive and business-killing environmental initiatives that have been introduced and passed in the past 2-3 years.
On-line searches of anti-American U.N. bias and statements will show you just how much this organization despises the success of our country. We are railed against by the likes of Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, Daniel Ortega, Moammar Khadaffy and other anti-American leaders not just from their capitols, but worse, from the United Nations building in New York City!
The ultimate goal of United Nations' Agenda 21 is global governance with the U.N as the head agency.
Many of my council colleagues from other jurisdictions have gotten together to find ways to fight this cancer that has crept into our government. We all took an Oath to support our state and United States constitutions and protect our citizens and community against all enemies...foreign and domestic...and this is the statement our city made tonight to this effect.

CITY COUNCIL AWAKENS TO EVIL AND DEFEATS IT

The City of Colfax, CA reportedly defeated UN Agenda 21 by a 4-0 vote and passed Resolution No. 12-2012.
Ken Delfino, one of the City Councilmen, reportedly wrote a letter describing what he learned about UN Agenda 21 and urges others to educate themselves about it too.
You can help by sending these three items of information to your City Council Members. If they’re uninterested, be sure to campaign against them so that they are defeated when they run for re-election.

Dear friends, constituents and colleagues:
This evening the attached resolution was introduced and discussed...and was passed by a 4-0 vote.
This particular topic has been discussed in previous council meetings as more and more people are becoming aware of this United Nations program that has been hidden under a myriad of titles starting with the "New World Order" in 1992 and the addition of many of these restrictive and business-killing environmental initiatives that have been introduced and passed in the past 2-3 years.
On-line searches of anti-American U.N. bias and statements will show you just how much this organization despises the success of our country. We are railed against by the likes of Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, Daniel Ortega, Moammar Khadaffy and other anti-American leaders not just from their capitols, but worse, from the United Nations building in New York City!
The ultimate goal of United Nations' Agenda 21 is global governance with the U.N as the head agency.
Many of my council colleagues from other jurisdictions have gotten together to find ways to fight this cancer that has crept into our government. We all took an Oath to support our state and United States constitutions and protect our citizens and community against all enemies...foreign and domestic...and this is the statement our city made tonight to this effect.
We believe other cities and counties have made such stands and we hope others will join us.
I ask that if you have not done so, to at least [sic] research this program and come to your own conclusion.
In closing, I want to stress that this is not a Republican v. Democrat v. Libertarian, left v. right, religious [sic] v. atheist issue...this is purely an anti-American issue aimed at eliminating our national sovereignty !
