There is an obnoxious video/email going around the circuit claiming that China "owns" California.  I am not sorry at all that this isn't true, but like most lies, it does contain a kernel of buried truth.  Consider what I am going to tell you now very carefully: 

No, China does not own California.  CHINA may own the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, which is a different matter entirely... Oh, and for everyone's information, we, the actual United States of America (unincorporated) own the UNITED STATES, INC., which owns CHINA.  

I hope that you are all now suitably confused and aroused and want to know what is really happening. 

How Many Times Do I Have to Say This?

Day after day after day I get all these complaints, all these awful stories of abuse, all these claims of wrongdoing by the "federal government" and --- every day, I give everyone the tools to defend themselves from the "presumption" of "federal citizenship" that is the "enabling clause" of all these abuses and problems. 

I have given you all more than enough instruction and information to remove yourself and your name and estate from these evil legal presumptions.  These are weapons of defense -- means to protect yourself and your assets:

1. Authenticate copies of "your" Birth Certificate.  Study what I have told you about what this document is and how it is used, so that you can competently claim to be the living and fully insured "Subrogee"; 

2. Record your common law copyright and standing writ of habeas corpus as part of issuing a Certificate of Assumed Name, claiming all right and interest in all the different variations of your Given Name back to the day you were born and claiming their permanent domicile on the land and soil of the state where you were born;

This is what the dirty bastards have owed to the American states and people since 1860 and what they have deliberately withheld on false pretenses so that they could justify creating "public trusts" in our names and then raping and pillaging those public trusts.

The Reason Why You Have to Get Moving

In recent days I have encountered somnolent people asking me, "But why do we need to do anything?  Won't the government just take care of all this?"

Here is the quick and easy answer: if you act and think like herd animals, you will be treated like herd animals.

I trust that everyone can observe what happens to herd animals. 

Herd animals are disciplined to follow certain patterns and rules.  They can go into this pasture, but not that field.  They are aroused at a certain hour every morning to be fed, watered, and milked.  They are rounded up at a certain hour every evening and returned to the barn. 

They receive a modicum of care.  Their stalls are mucked out.  They are fed.  They are guarded and herded by dogs and their food is guarded by cats --- our friendly four-legged capos in the agricultural domain. 

Herd animals are kept to produce goods.  Those goods are primarily fabrics, skins, milk, meat, fertilizer, and more herd animals. 

Now apply this to yourselves as herd animals and the "government" currently running the "farm" and you will notice the striking similarities.

This Time of Year

After Thanksgiving.  Before Christmas.  The world is in a rush, some of it happy, some of it grim.  At no other time of the year does the chasm between the haves and the have-nots become more glaringly apparent or the pain of it so sharp. 

This is as true for the members of The Living Law Firm as it is for everyone else.

Step 1: Sit down and look at your "Birth Certificate" and understand what it is and how it functions. 

It has two basic functions.  First, it is an Insurance Indemnity Receipt which is required under the Lieber Code/Hague Conventions.  They have to give you an indemnity receipt for the property they are stealing from you--- essentially an insurance policy guaranteeing that your property won't be harmed as a result of their use of it. 

This makes you the "Subrogee" --- the Insured Party and Priority Creditor of your own ESTATE holdings.  This process of "registration" (as opposed to "recording") creates a separate PERSON named after your Given Trade Name, yet owned and operated by a franchise of the MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES--- the separate government of Washington, DC, operated as an international city-state by the members of Congress.

Anna in Wonderland

Forget about sweet little Alice.  This is Grandma Anna reporting from Wonderland.

This morning I was awakened at 4 a.m. with a feeling of uneasiness.  Why?  Because the polarity we have lived with and in for so long is shifting, and yet, the old paradigm persists with great stubbornness and will not yield to any gentle remedy. 

I have given the world a gentle remedy, one that would not hurt anyone--- a simple bookkeeping adjustment that would bring everything back into balance, create a credit-based world economy, and provide for everything anyone on Earth needs to thrive and be happy. 

The only thing standing in the way are illusions of greed and power related to things that don't exist.  Delusions, in other words.  Falsehoods.  Lies.  But even the liars are deceived. 

In a way, among all the strange things I have observed, that is the strangest of all.  You would think that the liars could keep track of their own lies and therefore know the truth, but in fact, they are just as confused as everyone else. Maybe more so.

For the last year or so I keep knocking into bright-eyed, bushy-tailed idealists preaching about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights promoted by the United Nations. 

A "hue-man" by legal definition is not a man (or woman).  It is a "color of Man"- something that appears to be a man, but isn't actually. It is similar to "color of law"- a statute or other representation that appears to be a law, but isn't. 

Another definition of "human" is "monster"---- a thing, and again, not a man or woman. 

So, are you a "human"?

I want to assure everyone that there is no such thing as "the" New Republic.  There are fifty old republics, thank you, very much, and they are in the process of rebuilding themselves.  And that is a very good thing.  

The actual government of this country is an unincorporated Body Politic.  It derives its sovereignty from our God-Given free will and our agreement to govern ourselves.  See The Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence (original form known as "The Unanimous Declaration" is most informative) and The Supreme Republican Declaration of the United Colonies of America and the Statehood Compacts for each state of the Union.  

Our government starts with the people at the top of the power structure and delegates "power" to townships, counties, states, and finally, bottom of the heap and only through the states, the federal government.  

Notice that?  The federal government is the least powerful level of government with respect to our power structure, so how did everything get flipped on its head?

On Death, Killing, and CopWatch

I have known too many people for whom death was a blessing to think ill of Death.

I have also grown to realize that none of us would want to live forever, trapped in the same body, stuck in the same identity, polling over the same skill sets, centuries after centuries. How boring and frustrating would that be, with no fresh starts?

Can you imagine arguing with your second wife over your first wife and kids for 800 years?

Being an Accountant for 500 years?

Having the nickname "Binky" for 700 years? (Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it.)

Even if you could maintain a steady-state at age 35 and perfect health "forever" ---- there would come a time when you would want to move on and let go. I know it in my own soul. I think that if people are honest, they know the truth.

Now, killing is a different thing.

The reason that we shouldn't kill isn't that death is such a horrible-bad-ugly-no-good-awful thing, but because we can't create life.

If you can't create life, what right do you have to kill?

The Logic of the Thing

I've got people scattered all over the map and missing the logic of what they are doing and why. 

There are two levels of false claims imposed by two separate "US governments"--- Territorial United States claims and Municipal United States claims--- none of which apply to you unless you actually are a federal citizen. 

As a result of those false claims and false legal presumptions you are being hit on all sides with demands and bills and charges galore that you don't owe.  So you got two choices---- suffer the racketeering until you have nothing left and can't pay any more extortion, after which they will evict you and turn you out on the street, or, decide to claim your exemption and (nicely) tell them to bug off. 

You have to de-construct these claims and find ways to block the BEAST, step-by-step, sequentially.  

Maxim of Law: As a thing is bound, so it is unbound. 

This is like untying a knot--- one of those Chinese knuckle-busters that gets tighter the harder you pull--- if you don't get it straight. 

So why send back the Municipal PERSON'S Birth Certificate and appoint Steven T. Mnuchin Fiduciary for it?

It appears to most of you that you have a mortgage with a bank and that the bank has a "loan servicer" working as a subcontractor to collect and administer the terms of the mortgage.   These loan servicers often have names that imply this role, but in fact, that isn't really their role at all. 

They've bought your Promissory Note from the bank after the bank already discharged it once and got payment from trading your assets through the DTC----and now the bank has sold the same Promissory Note to the "loan servicing company" and they are pretending that they have an additional interest in your collateral.  

Try to picture this---- you write a check, someone cashes it, and then the bank sells your cancelled, already cashed check to a Third Party, who comes to collect an equal amount from you again----even though you don't know these people from Adam, don't have a contract with them, and never gave them any interest in your credit or collateral at all.  

All those of you who are currently in some foreclosure proceedings take a look at the back of the Promissory Note the vermin are presenting and expecting you to pay off?   What does it say on the back?

Maybe you will start wondering about what really happened in 1865 and start searching for a Peace Treaty ending the Civil War.... maybe you will start wondering what a "Withholding Agent" really is.... or, maybe you will look up the history of the Postal Service and figure out that I am a party to the 2010 Postal Treaty of the Americas--- an updating of all the Postal Treaties owed to the Continental United States since 1754.

And maybe that will inspire you guys to look up the actual Postal Treaties and Offices, which will lead you to figure out why there are seven (7) offices all called something like United States Postmaster..... or United States Post Master....and what is that about? Why two different spellings? Postmaster? Post Master? Hmmm....? Got any answers? Smart asses?

Maybe if you spy on me long enough the ding-dong bell in someone's head somewhere will ring and "the government" will figure out that, yes, Virginia, there really is a Continental United States, a Territorial United States, and a Municipal United States.... and they all have Postal Union Treaties.

These recommendations are about process--- the step-by-step building of a claim.

As Winston points out in this referenced video, building a claim in court is like building a house. You have to start out by building a firm foundation. You do this by getting your documents and recordings in place and by presenting the evidence in a logical competent fashion.

Claiming the writ of Habeas Corpus and properly identifying yourself and your capacity to the Court is key to claiming your indemnity (exemption) and the value of the bond that was established in your NAME without your knowing consent.

The first thing you need to realize is that United States District Courts and all the federated state and county courts have no jurisdiction related to the living man, also known as the living soul (L.S.). Any court dealing in statutory law has jurisdiction over corporations (that are created by statute) and nothing else.

Many centuries ago kings and prelates and businessmen kept their own stables of messengers who hand-carried information back and forth, either verbally or by written means, and these physical communication systems gradually developed into the Postal Services we know today--- and to this day, a postal service may either be public or private in nature.  

Benjamin Franklin was the owner of one of the first private postal services serving the public in America.  For a stated fee, his company would take your letter or box over the rough roads from Boston, Massachusetts, to Charleston, South Carolina, and guarantee its safe passage (insure it) so that you didn't have to make the journey yourself or send someone in your direct employment on this arduous errand.

Part One  -- Uniformed Officers

According to the Field Manuals of the US ARMY/Army your branch of the service is responsible for "supervising" the Bar Association and its members.  This is further confirmed throughout Title 37 of the Federal Code.  They are considered "Uniformed Officers" and they are required to act under your direction, as are doctors, dentists, chiropractors, etc. 

So let's stop the play-acting and pretension that you fellows don't have the responsibility for what is going on in the courts in this country, because you obviously and self-admittedly do.  

I am permanently domiciled on the land and soil of the Wisconsin state where I was born in 1956 and where my Mother was born in 1920 and where my Grandfather was born in 1865 and where my Great-Grandfather homesteaded beginning in 1854. 

I have never worked for nor been dependent upon the federal government in my life. I am engaged in no federally regulated profession or occupation. I am an innocent Third Party American civilian who has been harmed by the misadministration of the US Army and US ARMY and its supervision of the activities of the Bar Association and its members on my soil and their usurpations and presumptions made against my person and my property. 

You want to claim that you are occupying my land as part of your mandate to protect the peace and preserve the persons and property of the civilian population of this country?

Property, Property Taxes, and The Whole Picture to Date

I have taken on the task of trying to consolidate everything to date for you.  It's a long article and I don't want to be bombarded with questions of "How do I.....?" -- I want you all to sit down, look at the situation described, and begin figuring things out.  Just be quiet, take it all in, and think, think, think---- for yourselves. This is the first step toward being free of all this B.S. ---- recognize how arbitrary, false, and silly most of this is, like a children's game played in deadly earnest by adults.  Unfortunately, most Americans have been playing Chess while their employees have been playing Parcheesi --- which requires you to learn the new game, which then ultimately allows you to either (1) win the game, and/or (2) flip the table and play whatever game you want to play.  They can make you play Parcheesi or you can make them play Chess--after all, they are your employees.  

Our identity has been stolen. That resulted in us being reclassified as "US citizens" -- as if we were government employees or as if we had been born in Puerto Rico. 

This then affected our ability to own land in the states, because "foreigners" can't actually live here, they can only "reside" here. 

Instead, foreigners can have a long-term lease here and be tenants. 

So that is how you are identified --

The Un-Vacation Phenomenon

Generally speaking, I don't like negative nouns or verbs, but to get the full impact of what I am going through across in a way everyone can understand--- "un-vacation" seems to work pretty well. 

It's what happens when you go on a vacation and then come home and face all the work that piled up while you were gone.  

And if it was a working vacation in the first place, the whole setup is a double whammy.

Welcome to my life.  

This is just a quick note to let everyone know I am fine and chugging along, as are the members of the Living Law Firm, except that one of our best and brightest has been accosted at gunpoint and subjected to false arrest related to an expired warrant and this was used to claim that he lost "possession" of his house.  

Nice, huh?

Ancient Romans were fascinated by the two sides of a coin.  Here were two faces of the same thing....  Quite a concept, isn't it?  

The two faces of America are the jurisdictions of the land on one side and the jurisdiction of the sea on the other.  And to make it more complicated, part of the sea jurisdiction is under the control of the land jurisdiction-- thanks to the so-called reserved powers.

Since 1860 the portion of the sea jurisdiction of America that was entrusted to and operated by the British Monarchs has been operated in fraud.

By Maxim of Law, fraud taints and vitiates everything, even the most solemn contracts known as treaties. Fraud voids all contracts "ab initio"---- "from the beginning".

There is no statute of limitations that applies to fraud. 

It's like that scene in "The Raiders of the Lost Ark" where the Holy Spirit of God comes out of the Ark of the Covenant and destroys the evil Nazis, leaving Indiana Jones and his girlfriend at peace. 

A Righteous Man in a Crazy World

Did you ever play the game "You Can't See Me?" as a child?  Essentially, if certain conditions were met, the players all agreed to pretend that the other players were invisible.  For example, if you reached the sidewalk in front of your house, you were "safe" and could do anything you liked, and the other players couldn't see you.

This is the game the rats have been playing for decades.  This is the reason that at certain points in court processes, the attorneys and judges all fell silent.  They couldn't see or hear you, because according to the rules of their game, you were "dead".

I know this sounds crazy.  I know that the idea of grown men and women doing something like this is at least very odd, but that's the way it is.

They have been deliberately misinterpreting your Trade Name as a Foreign Situs Trust, then seizing the Foreign Situs Trust as a salvaged "vessel" and converting it into an ESTATE belonging to unknown parties "missing, presumed lost at sea".   And therein lies their whole excuse for pretending that you aren't actually standing in their courtroom---- their own deliberate falsification of the evidence in the public record allows them to play this game.

As you know, I don't approve of what has been allowed to go on in the international jurisdiction and have problems with the administration of the global jurisdiction also. 

We recently found thousands of tainted patents and trademarks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO).  These have been used to construct a vast and predatory process designed to defraud and rob people of their identities and their assets and to enrich corporations----both non-profit and for-profit corporations are involved in this spider's web of deceit, racketeering, and fraud.

Money, Value, and Time

I have pointed out the actual problem many, many times----but still somehow people aren't  listening and really hearing the message:  

Money is an illusion.  A Fakir's trick.  An idol.  Literally.  It is unreal in the same sense that a photograph is unreal. 

That gold coin you are holding in your hand is being used --- arbitrarily -- to represent other commodities and goods, but it really isn't the "same as" all those other commodities and goods, is it?
