Just so everyone knows, my policy toward all "intelligence" agencies---is to let them stare up my skirt until they see Jesus.

I could care less about their snooping and eaves-dropping and telephone surveillance and email encryption hacking and all the rest of it.

I am sure that there are by now many agents from many agencies here and abroad who have been bored to tears listening to my "personal" phone calls, and still more who have gotten a real education from doing so.

So that is just all right with me. My policy is listen all you like and learn something of value to yourselves and your countries. Maybe your own conscience will be moved. Maybe you will start wondering about what really happened in 1865 and start searching for a Peace Treaty ending the Civil War.... maybe you will start wondering what a "Withholding Agent" really is.... or, maybe you will look up the history of the Postal Service and figure out that I am a party to the 2010 Postal Treaty of the Americas--- an updating of all the Postal Treaties owed to the Continental United States since 1754.

And maybe that will inspire you guys to look up the actual Postal Treaties and Offices, which will lead you to figure out why there are seven (7) offices all called something like United States Postmaster..... or United States Post Master....and what is that about? Why two different spellings? Postmaster? Post Master? Hmmm....? Got any answers? Smart asses?

Maybe if you spy on me long enough the ding-dong bell in someone's head somewhere will ring and "the government" will figure out that, yes, Virginia, there really is a Continental United States, a Territorial United States, and a Municipal United States.... and they all have Postal Union Treaties.

Who knew?

Border Patrol Citizens Academy Graduation

The U.S. Border Patrol is an agency of the Federal Government that actually has a Constitutional mandate.

Recently a few of us from the Eureka area were priviledged, (after a short background check) to attend a series of five Monday night classes with a curriculum aimed at increasing our awareness of the job the Border Patrol agents in this area do, and what they are up against. It was very enlightening to say the least.

Here are some pictures of the class and our graduation and the Certificate of Graduation we all received, with some comments below the photos.







For me this was an overall positive experience in that we asked lots of questions and got the right answers.
The best session for me was the explanation given by Brian Phillips of the Constitutional and Statutory Authority for what the Border Patrol does. The Border Patrol is one of the few agencies that actually has a job to do that is outlined in the US Constitution, to secure our borders, and it seems these fine agents take that oath they took to uphold and defend that Constitution very seriously. In fact I was pleased to find all the agents present on the same page about protecting our borders from almost any threat, and I have placed the Oathkeepers video and brochure in their hands, and asked them for their review and comments.

I have also given one of the supervisors a copy of the article from Dr. Edwin Vieira entitled "Going to the Roots of the Problem" and asked for his comments, which he said he would give me.

We were able to see their weapons, and some of their tools like night vision, both analog and infrared, and Brian Schatzel brought his canine friend Jack to show us how he finds drugs.

One thing I can see is that these guys are spread way too thin. On the entire northern border from coast to coast there are only 2200 agents, compared to the southern border where there are over 18,000 agents.
It was made clear from the statutory authority that the agents can "deputize" almost anyone they want if things get dicey. I suggested that the service start some classes to teach private citizens what to look for and then provide some frequencies where we could report those events if we might see something suspicious like illegals crossing the border, perhaps with drugs or whatever.  At the graduation the Chief, Gloria Chavez commented that "we should keep coming up with those kinds of good ideas", and thanked us for our enthusiastic participation.

Overall I think we created a good relationship with the local agents that was not there before, and I am looking forward to working with them in any way I can to increase the safety and secuity of our end of the county.  Thanks to all of them for taking the time to answer our questions, and consider our ideas.

Homeland Security Or Homeland Enslavement?

By now, most readers are familiar with the story of how a Virginia couple, Michaele and Tareq Salahi, crashed the White House State Dinner last Tuesday evening. President and Mrs. Obama were entertaining Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the first official State Dinner of the new administration. The Salahis were not on the invited guest list, but were still allowed to walk right into the White House. They even had face-to-face conversations with both President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Photographs of the Salahis with the President and Vice President have been published in numerous newspapers and on hundreds of web sites.
I wonder if the American people are thinking this episode through? Think of it: in the post-9/11 world, a world that has invented the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), body scanners, retina readers, the Patriot Act, hundreds of laws and regulations restricting the freedoms and liberties of the American people, thousands of cameras photographing our public movements, and satellite spy devices, a couple can walk right into the White House and meet the President and Vice President without being invited!

American Police Force -Hardin, Montana and Crow Tribal Lands

Much has already been written and broadcast regarding the controversy of the American Police Force deal to take over the Hardin, Montana Prison, its posing as the Hardin Police Force replete with Mercedes SUV's with decals saying Hardin Police Force, its planned massive expansion onto Crow Tribal Lands to create a Mercenary and Private Police Training Center, and the resultant controversies & wide public notoriety causing the Montana Attorney General to begin investigations of Capt. Michael Hilton and American Police Force dealings with the Two Rivers Authority.


Steve Quayle, Alex Jones, the Billings Gazette, and the good and patriotic people of Montana have alerted and done yeoman's work to bring this potentially unconstitutional affair into the bright sunlight so that Americans can see a future where Foreign Mercenaries will no doubt be involved with policing and incarcerating them and perhaps foreign terrorists or anyone else designated as an insurgent or terrorist by the Federal and State Governments. One can read the Department of Homeland Security Report on domestic Terror Groups and its brother report from Missouri, the infamous MIAC Report which cited 2nd amendment advocates, Right to Life advocates, Constitutional Advocates, and even voters for Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin as potential terrorists, to see just who might be placed behind the razor wire. Add in Swine Flu Vaccine refusers, President Obama's Top 25 Enemies List, and now journalists who refuse to burn their sources, as well as Bloggers.
 
However, so much has been said that now the news cycle is beginning to see some spin attempts by PR flacks, local "boss hog" Politicians and elites, and even the Governor himself who assured Montanans that this was really about ....a card shark with many aliases, felony convictions, and potential fraudulent dealings with Hardin ........not any governmental conspiracy against the people. One could easily ask, "Where was the Governor, the Attorney General, the Montana Legislature, and the Montana Congressional delegation before Steve Quayle and Alex Jones sounded the alarm and the Billings Gazette took up the torch of good 1 rst amendment reporting and speech? " "Why didn't they follow these potentially fraudulent and unconstitutional proceedings and investigate them prior to the huge public outcry and media exposure?
