About the Supposedly "Missing" Original 13th Amendment.... A Recap of the Scam

It's true that there is another 13th Amendment", but it's not missing and the circumstance is not exactly as people are interpreting it.  They think that there is one Constitution and that the so-called "original 13th Amendment" was ratified and then mysteriously disappeared. 

In fact, there are two different constitutions involved.  The Titles of Nobility Amendment was ratified by the original land jurisdiction states in 1819 and became part of The Constitution for the united States of America. 

It was not included in the look-alike, sound-alike Federal (Territorial) Constitution published in 1868 as the Constitution of the United States of America.  Instead, the 13th Amendment to that document was the one consenting to the abolition of slavery everyone is familiar with.

Illinois lies in the Midwest on the Great Lakes and is politically dominated by the massive Chicago urban center, yet for all the numbers of people in the City of Chicago and Cook County in particular, Cook County remains a county like any other, limited by its own geographic parameters.

This is part of the genius of the American Way.  Cook County may have far more people in it than other counties in Illinois.  It may be wealthier by far.  It may have different problems and different options for solving its problems. At the end of the day, it’s still a county circumscribed and limited by its own borders.

Like every other county in America, it may choose to conduct its day to day business using an incorporated franchise of the United States, Inc. --- or not.

150 Years of British Criminality -- The Very Short Version

We are Third Party Beneficiaries with respect to the National Trust created in the Preamble and are indemnified in the British system under two Royal Sovereign Seals--- the seal of King George the III with respect to the delegated powers, and the seal of William Belcher with respect to the undelegated powers, otherwise known as the Great Seal of the United States.  William Belcher inherited his sovereignty as a result of the Norman Conquest of Britain and Wales.  Thus, the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, calls George III the "prince of the United States" and does not mention who the actual Head of State---the "king" of the United States--- was.  Later generations simply presumed it was the British Monarch, with results disastrous to them and to us.

This split of delegated and undelegated powers held by two sovereigns in international jurisdiction ultimately resulted in the situation we have today, where the delegated powers are held by the British-backed United States and the undelegated powers are held by the "states and people" under the Belcher Seal and operated by the United States of America by default.

You presume--wrongly, that I designed the oath you took and that I took the same oath.  Not so.  I live in Alaska.  Hello?

The Alaska State Oath is what I took as an oath to serve as an Alaska State Justice, and that is the course I have always recommended to everyone regarding any state court office: take the oath of office required for the land jurisdiction state where you live.  Look it up in the early Session Laws of your state.

How could there be any such thing as a One-Size-Fits-All Oath for all fifty states at the state level?

The court system is messed up because it has been turned into a giant debt collection agency run by the creditors of the Federal Government and its "State of State" franchises.

Moreover, these courts are being run as quasi-military tribunals in military districts, under the pretense that the "American Civil War" was ever an actual war.

I would be inclined to put more weight to your reasoning, if I didn't know some simple facts and didn't have experience with Bruce Doucette bungling money and contract relationships before. 

The simple facts I know are these: (1) At this point in its development, there is one check book and one account funding all aspects of the Continental Marshals Service.  There is not some sophisticated, separate account structure, where it is possible to set aside "special designated funds";  (2) Bruce Doucette had cause to know that when he made the donation and he has no reason to suppose any thing different now; (3) Anyone who isn't serious and competent enough to pay $35 for their own badge-- and that is assuming that they pass the vetting process-- shouldn't be considering service as a Continental Marshal; (4) Thanks to the fraud our lawful government has suffered, the Continental Marshals Service isn't yet funded or staffed except by donations and by volunteers. Bella Haywood has worked many hundreds if not thousands of hours without receiving diddly-squat for her expertise and service commitment which has nothing whatsoever to do with nursing; (5) Bruce Doucette handed Marshal Haywood the baton and made her responsible for everything concerning the Marshals Service on a national call in front of God and everyone else present; (6) Marshal Haywood set about the task with courage and commitment and has built the Continental Marshals Service ever since. Bruce abdicated the responsibility and therefore also abdicated the authority; (7) This is not the first time that Bruce Doucette has made assumptions about money and commitments and been wrong-headed about both.

The latest mixed-up quasi-patriot gobbledygook is that you can change your nationality on your birth certificate (in some states) and that if you claim to be an indigenous "Moor" you can reclaim your status as a landowner.

I have news for everyone, you don't have to tell a lie--- that you are a "Moor" or any follower of "Islam"--- to regain your status as a landowner.

Go down to the Recorders Office and record your land titles in your Christian upper and lower case name and have the Secretary of the Treasury switch your ACCOUNT (UPPER CASE NAME(S)) over to the United States of America, U.S. Treasury.

Everyone needs to remember that the "United States" is a foreign entity.  It's only relationship to the united States of America is as a subcontractor obligated to provide certain enumerated government services for the states in common. 

With respect to the united States of America, the United States only exercises delegated power and has no power of its own.

Yet, it does have its own bits of land used to complete its duties and it does have its own citizens--- those born in Washington, DC., members of the military, the federal civil service, those born in Territorial and Insular states, and so on.

Abraham Lincoln, a Bar Member, functioned in the office of President of the United States (not the President of the United States of America) from his inauguration in 1861 until his assassination in 1865.
Like Barack Obama, this foreign corporate office is the only one he was eligible to serve as a Bar Member.
Remember that all Bar Members were prohibited from holding public office in our government by the Titles of Nobility Amendment to the original Constitution. They are still precluded from holding any public office in our lawful government. Notice the word "public" in the phrase "public office". Also note the word "lawful".
We have fifty "lawful" land jurisdiction governments--- owed to each of the the united States of America and the undelegated portion of international jurisdiction owed to their union of states known as the united States of America.

Clarification Regarding the Continental Marshals Service

There are a bunch of people who are wildly off-track trying to call their state militias "continental marshals" because they thought it "sounded good".

And they haven't even bothered to correct their political status and re-flag their VESSELS in commerce to be recognized as Americans, so they are doing this as "United States Citizens"---- who aren't allowed to have militias much less continental marshals and have no guarantees under the actual constitution.

I cannot stress enough the necessity of honoring the government established by the united States of America----on which all guarantees and treaties among nations depend. 

Americans now newly discovering what I have been reporting for years now---about the "corporate takeover" of the 1860's need to stuff their outrage and confusion and listen for the rest of the story. 

The so-called "de jure" government never disappeared.  It went through a succession, but it still exists.  There is still Public Law in effect.  The offices of the de jure government of the United States of America have stood vacant, but they are still here, still have requirements that have to be met.

In 1302, Pope Boniface established the world's first and largest Express Trust called the "Unam Sanctam" Trust.  In this document he claimed that his office was that of Trustee for the whole earth and everything on it.  That is, he claimed to own the air, the birds within in, the sea and all its creatures, and the earth, too, together with all the land animals and people and buildings on it. 

He claimed to own it all and to be Christ's Trustee.

3. Millions of Americans have been arbitrarily identified as "United States Citizens" and/or "citizens of the United States" and assigned "births" as "commercial vessels" in the British Crown's Merchant Marine Service.  This results in the establishment of an ACCOUNT dba your FIRST MIDDLE LAST name and more recently your FIRST M.I. He has been promising people badges who never went through the vetting process to become a Continental Marshal OR to serve in the state militia, either one.

An End to My Association with Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton

I met Bruce Doucette when I invited him to a conference I held in Anchorage, Alaska, last May.  Bruce is a very personable guy, apparently well-intentioned, and eager to get things done. 

Unfortunately, what he wanted to get done had nothing to do with why the conference had been called, and he attempted to commandeer it for his purposes.  I had to repeatedly drag things back on track because he couldn't or wouldn't keep his own agenda to the sidelines.

The same thing is happening right now.  I have called for the restoration of the American Government of the people, by the people, for the people---- and he and Hamilton and a few others have launched off into to redefine the American Government however they see fit. 

It's not going to work.

Bruce has taken it into his head that he and a few other people on a conference call can just wave their hands and change the meaning and substance of the American Government (change the duties and authorities of the Grand Juries, for example) and bypass and ignore the jurisdictional limitations that have been set in stone for over two hundred years (put State Justices in charge of Continental Marshals, for example).

What We Know About "YOU"

Here is what we know so far--- the "UNITED STATES" subrogated our NAMES under an insurance policy.  This was required because they are still operating under the Reconstruction Acts and trying to pretend that we are "unknown" babies "found" on a "battlefield" by the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE which is obligated then to issue an insurance indemnity receipt under the provisions of the Lieber Code.  The Birth Certificate is an insurance indemnity receipt and it identifies YOU as being a ward of the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, in their custody.

Reply to Michael R. Hamilton in Regard to Continental Marshals Service

Mr. Hamilton, my information on the subject of what the "founders" who started the Continental Marshals knew and didn't know comes directly from Bruce Doucette, who was in fact the one who started the whole ball rolling.

It was NOT the intention of those acting that night on a teleconference to create a Continental Marshals Service. 

They had no idea that there was a separate, special, international jurisdiction involved that is the special province of international police officers called "marshals".   They just wanted protection in place for the people and they thought "marshals" sounded good. 

That is straight from the horse's mouth, and it was corroborated by three witnesses who were present during the initial and subsequent discussions. 

I have never said otherwise and have had no cause to say otherwise.

Following the Revolutionary War the Founding Fathers formed a union of their separate states called The United States of America. 

They then created and set apart a separate foreign “federal” government for the benefit of the British King and the Roman Pontiff-----the United States--- and gave them the District of Columbia as the headquarters of the United States.  This created a separate foreign "Federal Enclave" on our shores.

They delegated nineteen enumerated “powers” naturally belonging to The United States of America to the United States via a contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America.

Heads up, Grand Jury Movement, but first....

Justice Edwards of Illinois and I have talked about the Continental Marshals and the proper role of the Grand Juries and the limits of the State Superior Court Justice office. We are fully in accord. Please stop giving him H-E-Double Hockey Sticks. He is on track to the extent that he ever left it. 

As for "Marshal Edwards" I am afraid that "he" is a fabrication of my pen and miscommunication of information---which has been too abundant.

The object of all the work I have done and that so many, many others have done is to restore the American Government and see it functioning properly again.

It is not an effort aimed at further undermining the structures of our government or redefining the offices established under it.

Those who support and who operate the actual American Government of the people, for the people, and by the people must make every effort to fully grasp both the enormity of the duty owed and the lawful limits that our system of government imposes on every office and every official.

Checks and Balances are not only supposed to operate between the separate branches of government, but at every level of government.

Continental Marshals - History You May Not Know

An unnecessary controversy is brewing.  It began because the people reorganizing the Continental Marshals Service lacked knowledge and initially confused the Continental Marshals with State Militias.

Well, if you make a mistake, and you are a grown-up, you correct the mistake and go forward with a minimum of fuss.  If you are egotistical and ignorant, you blow it into a Big Deal because you can't stand to be corrected in public and make improper assumptions.

Oh, well, fellas.

The Continental Marshals are not land jurisdiction officers.  They work for the land jurisdiction states and people living in their postal districts to protect and defend the international rights and powers retained by the states and people under Article 10----but that is not the same thing as being a state militia man. 

The Continental Marshals are not under the control or authority of any Grand Jury.

In Reply to Fears About the "National Debt"

What people are missing --- and Mr. Stockman, too --- is that the "National Debt" is in fact falling, not rising anymore. 

How is that possible? 

Simple.  The "National Credit" is being applied to pay down the "National Debt".

Last month, Winston Shrout applied $400 billion directly against the National Debt.  And that is just one man properly applying the remainder of a commercial claim against the so-called "National Debt". 

As I have tried and tried to get through to people, there actually is no "National Debt".  There is only a criminally mismanaged bookkeeping system.

Former White House Budget Director David Stockman drops a bomb in his latest interview by saying, “I think what people are missing is this date, March 15th 2017. That’s the day that this debt ceiling holiday that Obama and Boehner put together right before the last election in October of 2015. That holiday expires. The debt ceiling will freeze in at $20 trillion. It will then be law. It will be a hard stop. The Treasury will have roughly $200 billion in cash. We are burning cash at a $75 billion a month rate. By summer, they will be out of cash. Then we will be in the mother of all debt ceiling crises. Everything will grind to a halt. I think we will have a government shutdown. There will not be Obama Care repeal and replace. There will be no tax cut. There will be no infrastructure stimulus. There will be just one giant fiscal bloodbath over a debt ceiling that has to be increased and no one wants to vote for.”

Stockman also predicts very positive price moves for gold and silver as a result of the coming budget calamity.

The Constitution

There are a number of questions that must be asked--- and answered--- by each one of us.  Before asking the first and most fundamental question and not inviting anyone to blurt out any answers at this point, I want to make my own position clear.

I do not now and have never advocated any act of violence, insurrection, or treason against the Constitution.

I view the actual Constitution as a flawed contract, but a contract that provides us with protections and guarantees we would not have otherwise.  Those protections and guarantees are supremely valuable once we place ourselves in a position wherein we can exercise them.

So let’s begin with what the actual Constitution is--- and let’s make it clear that when I say “The” Constitution or use the singular form of the word, I am talking about the real American deal ---and when I use the plural form of the word, I am talking about constitutions in general as a class of legal instruments.  

All constitutions, then, are debt agreements--- and so is ours.

The Final End of the Fraud - Hail, the Emperor's New Clothes

The problem as I see it, is not lack of action--- but lack of effective action--- and also lack of understanding of how the fraud has been accomplished.

We now have it completely dissected, the entire mechanism scraped down to the bone for everyone to see.

What it amounts to is commercial fraud resulting in inland piracy and unlawful conversion of assets, all based on copyright and trademark infringement and identity theft.

The vexing question has always been, how to put an end to it?  How to deliver an answer simple and inexpensive enough for the poorest and most ignorant people to benefit---- for if we leave anyone behind, we leave open the door for our own eventual re-enslavement. 

Remedy has to be simple, cheap, easily understood, and easy to access.  What is it?

The Church's Year QUINQUAGESIMA SUNDAY

The Introit of this day's Mass is the sigh of an afflicted soul confiding in God:

EXPLANATION In this epistle St. Paul speaks of the necessity, the excellence and the nature of true charity. He says that all natural and supernatural gifts, all good works, even martyrdom, cannot save us if we have not charity; because love alone can render our works pleasing to God. Without charity, therefore, though ever so many prayers be recited, fasts observed , and good deeds performed, nothing will be acceptable to God, or merit eternal life. Strive then, O Christian soul, to lead a pious life in love, and to remain always in the state of grace.

Can faith alone, as the so-called Reformers assert, render man just and save him?

If Trump can’t mount a counterattack and get rid of his White House “traitors,” what happens? Intel expert Robert David Steele predicts, “He will not be re-elected, and he will also probably be impeached in 2018. . . . Donald Trump is toast after 2018 . . . if we don’t do electoral reform. The Democrats will steal back the House and they will impeach Donald Trump. The Electoral Reform Act needs to be implemented in the next 90 days or Donald Trump is not going to finish his term.”

In closing, Steele warns, “Even if 10,000 of us call the White House comment line, Donald Trump is not going to hear from us. Trump is in enemy hands. . . . Donald Trump is all alone in the White House, and the forces of evil are essentially isolating him from “We the People.”
