This term in its particular application means "that dominion which one man claims
and exercises over the external things of the world, in exclusion of every other
individual."
In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces everything to which a man may attach a
value and have a right; and which leaves to everyone else the like advantage.
In the former sense, a man's land, or merchandize, or money is called his property.
In the latter sense, a man has a property in his opinions and the free communication of
them.
He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and
practice dictated by them.
He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.
He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects
on which to employ them.
In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to
have a property in his rights.
Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is
safe in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions.
Where there is an excess of liberty, the effect is the same, tho' from an opposite cause.
Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in
the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This
being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially
secures to every man, whatever is his own.
According to this standard of merit, the praise of affording a just securing to property,
should be sparingly bestowed on a government which, however scrupulously guarding
the possessions of individuals, does not protect them in the enjoyment and
communication of their opinions, in which they have an equal, and in the estimation
of some, a more valuable property.
More sparingly should this praise be allowed to a government, where a man's
religious rights are violated by penalties, or fettered by tests, or taxed by a hierarchy.
Conscience is the most sacred of all property; other property depending in part on
positive law, the exercise of that, being a natural and unalienable right. To guard a
man's house as his castle, to pay public and enforce private debts with the most exact
faith, can give no title to invade a man's conscience which is more sacred than his
castle, or to withhold from it that debt of protection, for which the public faith is
pledged, by the very nature and original conditions of the social pact.
That is not a just government, nor is property secure under it, where the property
which a man has in his personal safety and personal liberty, is violated by arbitrary
seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest. A magistrate issuing his
warrants to a press gang, would be in his proper functions in Turkey or Indostan,
under appellations proverbial of the most complete despotism.
That is not a just government, nor is property secure under it, where arbitrary
restrictions, exemptions, and monopolies deny to part of its citizens that free use of
their faculties, and free choice of their occupations, which not only constitute their
property in the general sense of the word; but are the means of acquiring property
strictly so called. What must be the spirit of legislation where a manufacturer of linen
cloth is forbidden to bury his own child in a linen shroud, in order to favour his
neighbour who manufactures woolen cloth; where the manufacturer and wearer of
woolen cloth are again forbidden the oeconomical [Volume 1, Page 599] use of
buttons of that material, in favor of the manufacturer of buttons of other materials!
A just security to property is not afforded by that government, under which unequal
taxes oppress one species of property and reward another species: where arbitrary
taxes invade the domestic sanctuaries of the rich, and excessive taxes grind the faces
of the poor; where the keenness and competitions of want are deemed an insufficient
spur to labor, and taxes are again applied, by an unfeeling policy, as another spur; in
violation of that sacred property, which Heaven, in decreeing man to earn his bread by
the sweat of his brow, kindly reserved to him, in the small repose that could be spared
from the supply of his necessities.
If there be a government then which prides itself in maintaining the inviolability of
property; which provides that none shall be taken directly even for public use without
indemnification to the owner, and yet directly violates the property which individuals
have in their opinions, their religion, their persons, and their faculties; nay more,
which indirectly violates their property, in their actual possessions, in the labor that
acquires their daily subsistence, and in the hallowed remnant of time which ought to
relieve their fatigues and soothe their cares, the influence [inference?] will have been
anticipated, that such a government is not a pattern for the United States.
If the United States mean to obtain or deserve the full praise due to wise and just
governments, they will equally respect the rights of property, and the property in
rights: they will rival the government that most sacredly guards the former; and by
repelling its example in violating the latter, will make themselves a pattern to that and
all other governments.

Even the name of the Bible is peculiar.  The words "Holy Bible" translate as "Sun Book".  Why?  Because the Egyptians who created it worshiped a sun god, Amon Ra, and their object in compiling the Bible was very different from what we assume. 

Didn't it ever strike you as odd that the Hebrews, out there roaming around in the desert, managed to compile such a record as the Bible presents?

I have been a big fan of Romley Stewart since I first became aware of him and the Australian group effort to unmask what has been aptly called The Justinian Deception (https://justiniandeception.wordpress.com/).  I had over the years researched the use of the ALL CAPS naming conventions and traced it back to Ancient Rome and even wrote a treatise about it, but Rom focused on it from a slightly different viewpoint and came up with new insights and information that completed the picture and also gave us the leverage to overturn the jurisdiction of the municipal and territorial courts----- that is BIG.  HUGE.  That is the difference between knowing you are being bamboozled and being enabled to do something about it, and Romley Stewart, an Aussie, gave us that. 

This points out the interlocking nature of the problem and the process throughout the English-speaking world.  We have all suffered from the same processes and deceits. So when we find something out in America, you can count on the fact that the same basic schtick is being employed in Great Britain under the "UK" and in Canada under "CANADA" and in Australia under the regime of "AUSTRALIA", too.

Words and Terms, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 19

As we learned in Part 18, English is a descriptive rather than factual language, and yet to be meaningful, only facts count.  The rest is gibberish, or “Babel” as in Tower of Babel, subject to interpretation, context, and “terms of art” ---and can be easily confused either innocently or on purpose.  This creates a playground for con artists and lawyers.

We are all familiar with popular and common meanings of words and also familiar with the use of trade jargon and with the slang meanings of words used in English.  A “pop gun” can refer to a child’s toy or in military parlance, a small piece of artillery.  A “slider” may refer to homerun in baseball or a miniature hamburger at a diner.  A “kid” can refer to a baby goat or a child.  A “doll” may be a toy or a living woman.  A “conveyance” may be a legal document or a rickshaw or a truck.

The meaning depends on “in what sense” you are using a word, or as Bill Clinton, the Weasel, famously put it----and I paraphrase, “it depends on what your definition of “is”, is.”  

Does the English language measure up to the task at hand?

A short and focused study of English as a descriptive language in comparison to the latin text as translated by the Catholic Church centuries ago.

God can not be reduced to a mathematical formula. God can not be limited by His own creation. God is, and he describes Himself as "I am, Who Am".

He always was, and He is now, and He always will be.

Perhaps material things, what we see, feel, hear, touch, etc., and all material creation can be reduced to mathematics, that I don't know, but I ask, how can God, who we can not see, feel, touch, or hear with human ears, most of the time anyway, be reduced to any language that deals in mathematics only, or which can be reduced to a mathematical formula. For that matter, how can any language whatsoever, sufficiently describe the creator of all in any way the mind of man can comprehend completely?

You know that Admiralty is distinguished from Maritime in that Admiralty pertains to military and governmental affairs on the High Seas, while Maritime concerns itself with civilian transport of goods, services, and "persons" on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.  This is the same difference as the difference between the U.S. Navy and the Merchant Marine Service.

Law is not a good thing simply by its nature.  It arises out of religion, which is supposed to be a matter of freewill, but seldom is, and then it erects barriers and presumptions based on whatever system of law you are encountering.  All systems of law are essentially rules for the Game of Life, but it is up to you to choose the rules you are operating under, and that then determines how you play it.

So let's go over the basics.

In the beginning of recorded history we lived under the Noahide Laws known as the Law of the Sea.  This is the form of law that existed prior to the Flood and has existed ever afterward.  There is no evidence in the standard Bible that Noah was a lawgiver like Moses, but his name got attached to these laws anyway.

Whether we like is or not, what happens with this does affect our safety.

The courtroom did not have a bar to designate a citizens area as opposed to the court's area, so ernie presumed that to even go through that door would be in effect "crossing the bar". ernie believes that to cross a court's "bar" is to forfeit one's own rightful jurisdiction.

It is summer 2014.  For the last ten years the forces of evil have been marching steadily onward and their plans are all-too apparent.  All the "federal" alphabet soup agencies have been armed to the teeth.  Billions of rounds of ammo have been purchased.  The local police have been armed with tactical weapons and armored vehicles and are swaggering around looking nervous and fingering Billy Clubs made of Titanium and steel. 

Every day reports come in of police brutality, more and more evictions and foreclosures, over a million children missing from our streets and schools, test scores in the toilet and then word comes that vast "FEMA Camps" have been built and stocked and provided with armed guards. There are even rumors of vast underground bases built over the course of the Cold War, large enough to house thousands of people, entire cities underground. 

The "federal government" dba UNITED STATES, INC., a storefront governmental services corporation for the IMF, the International Monetary Fund, is preparing for something Big--- the extermination of its Priority Creditors, the American People.

The bosses running the UNITED STATES, INC. stand to make at least a million dollars per dead American as a result of life insurance policies paid for with their own tax money.

George Washington divided the country into districts for the purpose of administering the duties of the federal government.  He has been accused of treason for doing so by those who never comprehended the organization of the government in the first place. 

While George's detractors rightfully object that he deployed foreign government via the districts established upon our shores, they fail to recognize that the states allowed this by subscribing to the constitutional agreement and delegating the enumerated powers (which are really services to be rendered by the federal entity) to the federal government. 

Foreign it was and foreign it is, but as long as we adhere to the actual Constitution, the Federales are allowed to establish their foreign administrative units, called "districts" as they please.

It's New Year's Eve.  Where I am, the skies are leaden grey, the temperatures cold, and the days are dark.  I am holed up like some small furry animal in a burrow watching the swirling snow and everything is very quiet.  The day has been spent making whatever progress could be made in a mountain of correspondence and on house cleaning----getting ready to greet 2017 and make a clean start.  

I suppose people don't remember this, but besides being "Judge Anna" I am also a woman with a house to keep, dust bunnies to chase, and an endless fight against dog hair that has been ongoing since 1956.

Many great things have happened in 2016.  Jural assemblies have been re-established in many counties and American Common Law courts have begun functioning again throughout these fifty states.  A great many people have awakened and they are now engaged in awakening others.

There are all sorts of definitions of the word "state", but when we are talking about government we are talking about either (1) a "non-material juridical entity" operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea, or, (2) we are talking about a "material juridical territory that is geographically defined" on the land.

Law comes from religion.  Religion--- what we believe in, what we consider to be right and wrong--- defines what "law" we live under.  That's the way it is and the way it has always been.

According to Semiramis (also known as the "Queen of Heaven", the "Great Abomination", the "Mother of All Whores" and the inventor of idolatry) if you want to rule over people, all you need is a "pillar and a post". 

What you do, is you take one object---- a tall vertical supporting column--- and you label it a "pillar" and you take another tall vertical supporting column, and label it a "post", thereby creating a difference between them.

Even if the difference is merely a name or a label, it is enough to fool people into thinking a difference exists.  

This is the essence of "divide and conquer". 

You divide people using the same methods. You apply labels to them and exploit their differences:  black and white, rich and poor, short and tall, Catholic and Lutheran, Republican and Democrat, Palestinian and Israeli. 

This is one of the essential esoteric teachings of Freemasonry worldwide and it is the foundation plank of the Babylonian Slave System which is now masquerading as the lawful governments of the world. 

Just call it something different. 

Exploit the differences.

Okay, folks, the results are in and the results are these: there is no such thing as the American Civil War.  No War of Secession, either.

There is no Declaration of War commencing such an action.

There is no Peace Treaty ending any such action.

It does not exist as a war between states, between nations, or nation-states. 

What we have been taught to call the "Civil War" or "War of Secession" was never a war at all.

Anyone who has bothered to listen to news outside the box for the past several years has heard rumors of vast hordes of "Chinese gold" in Indonesia, etc., etc.

You've also heard mindless claims that all the gold of Africa got mined and transported over the Silk Road to China, because, supposedly, the Chinese would only take gold in trade.

That is all plain out-and-out nonsense.  The Chinese traditionally traded in jade and in food, because then as now, they had a large impoverished population and relatively little arable land.

The gold in Indonesia is Spanish gold that happens to be under the control of Chinese people. Ferdinand Marcos was Chinese, not Filipino. 

The gold was shipped to Indonesia by Spaniards and by trustees of Spanish hordes as long ago as the 1400's.  Check out the Crown of St. Stephens---- a bank chartered in the 1400's ---to begin to get a clue of just how active Spanish (and Catholic) interests have been and for how long.

Will we do as much for Christ who is ready to come to us? Take pains, O Christian, to occupy this night in pious thoughts, and aspirations, for the love of God and for the good of your own soul, making yourself worthy to receive the graces which He is ready when He comes, to give you. Think how Mary, who was near her time, and Joseph her spouse obedient to the Imperial command, and perfectly submissive to the will of God, journeyed with the greatest inconvenience to Bethlehem, and when, because of the multitude of people, they found no place to receive them they took refuge, as God willed it, in a most miserable stable, at the extreme end of the town. What love does not the Savior deserve, who for love of us so humbled Himself!

COLLECT O God, who makest us rejoice in the yearly expectation of the feast of our redemption: grant, that we who cheerfully receive Thy only-begotten Son as a Redeemer, may behold without fear the same Lord Jesus Christ, coming as our judge. Through our Lord.

Dear Friends and Patriots, 

Dorothy and I traveled to the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump over the weekend to visit five Idaho inmates, Ammon Bundy, Scott Drexler, Eric Parker, Steven Stewart and Todd Engel. Ammon and Scott are Dorothy’s constituents in District 8.  This is a very difficult time for these men to be away from family and loved ones as they spend Christmas alone with little console.

We found the men to be mostly in good spirits but under duress and living under very unpleasant circumstances.  96 inmates share a common cell, two stack bunk beds 4” apart, open showers and toilets.  There is no privacy whatsoever.  There is little more than a dog run for limited exercise.  Inmates get 1 hour per week to converse with a visitor over a video phone.  They might as well have been in Afghanistan.  We talked to each man getting their story, asking what we could do for them.  The weekend was emotionally draining for Dorothy and I, yet we faced none of the foreboding unknown.  Dorothy and I are both convinced that their incarceration is a miscarriage of justice that must be corrected.

I know many of you to be patriots concerned about our country and what remains of optimistic opportunities once realized on the rugged and untamed Western lands.  These men are political prisoners who will pay a horrible price if we do not act on their behalf.  They have been falsely accused under the guise of domestic terrorism when in fact they were defending their right to assemble and redress the government under 1^st Amendment guarantees. 

I was shocked to discover how under-handed the authorities in charge of this case have proceeded.  Not unlike any tin pot dictator’s decree, evidence that would shed light on the true disposition of this case has been sealed by Judge Navarra, (selected by Harry Reid for an Obama appointment).  Damning evidence that would disclose the government’s true agenda while exposing their unjust zeal to lock away these witnesses of the truth forever.

Charges have been levied that would send these men to prison for life including conspiracy against the government and criminal violence. For such alleged crimes, the accused have been remanded without bail to prison as dangerous and possible flight risks.  Interesting that it took the government about two years to come to that conclusion.  The stand-off occurred in 2014, their incarceration was in March of this year.

The judge has divided the cases into three trials.  The Idaho “gunmen” include, Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, Todd Engel and Steven Stewart who are in the first tier set for February 6, 2017.  I plan to attend the trial in Las Vegas with one of my sons.  I hope that you can be there too if only for moral support.

Ammon, Ryan and Cliven Bundy will be among those in the second trial due in May and the rest in August. 

We hope to get a State Attorney General whose constituents are affected by this case to open the sealed documents and bring transparency.  You can help too, please write your displeasure with this perversion of justice directly to President Elect Trump at the links below:

Have you listened to the arguments and accusations about purported Russian spying and hacking --supposedly to interfere in the US elections?   

I have taught school all my life.  Even as a teenager, I taught Church School.

I've taught grade school, middle school and high school students and as a TA in college I have taught adults, too.  One of the things that teaching forces you to do, is to learn. 

Ironically, you can't teach anyone else anything without learning things yourself. You are just learning different things than your students.

They are learning to spell or to write coherent sentences or unravel the meaning of statistics or discovering the evidence of electrical current or learning the names of stars. 

You are learning how people think and how they react to new information and being tasked to answer questions nobody in your text books bothered to answer.

On Friday December 9th, Stewart Rhodes and I jumped in my Radio van and headed for Ogden Utah for a one day meeting of leaders in northern Utah. We had people from Utah, Wyoming and from as far away as California attend the 4 hour meeting and many met for dinner afterward. I must say that I really enjoyed the trip, especially being able to visit with Stewart one on one for about 24 hours of driving.

Of course many of you know that my focus in Oath Keepers is communications, and Stewart asked me to outline for you what we are recommending for gear, and training, and kind of an operational roadmap for your local groups.

I can only tell you what works for us.  I live outside of Eureka Montana about 20 miles from Stewart. North Lincoln county is a wonderful place to call home. My wife and I raised and homeschooled 8 children here, and I was a logger for 26 years here and in 4 other states including Alaska. But Eureka is where we love to be.
Here we have helped to build a rather large Amateur radio community. We have about 100 people who are monitoring our network, pretty much 24/7 / 365.  We have 4 different communities within about 25 miles in the valley, and they are all tied together with radio. Some of those are ham radio operators, some have a GMRS license, and some refuse to get a license. All are welcome. So how do we do that? How do we tie all these people together?

Progress Report for 2016

On July 11th of 2016 I reported that we had 1003 subscribers to the automated mailing system for the two websites.  www.annavonreitz.com   and   www.montanablog.us

That figure has increased by about double in just about 6 months. We now have 2002 current subscribers who are staying with it. This does not count the additional 519 people who have taken a subscription for a while and have dropped out for one reason or another, or those who's email address was not deliverable.

So it took over a year to get to roughly a thousand people, and now just a half year to get to two thousand.

Our military, like all major militaries of the world, has a long and despicable history of using our soldiers and the "domestic population"---- anyone unlucky enough to be considered either a "United States Citizen" or a "citizen of the United States" as guinea pigs for weapons tests and for drugs and all sorts of other heinous invasive procedures. 

The reason this is allowed to go on is that when you sign up and enter the US military you become a MUNICIPAL CITIZEN---- a slave, literally, subject to the whims of Congress and the DOD.  So you have unknowingly given monsters control of your body unto death, and they are free to cause your death in any way they please---- send you into battle, let your freeze to death in quarters, abandon you at Benghazi, inject you with horrible drug concoctions, expose you to "spent uranium" artillery shells, Agent Orange----- whatever.
