Silver price manipulators implementing their final big push.

How does the COMEX even still exist?  Most people know they are way over extended, and that if everyone demanded their silver they would be closed down immediately.

Now this morning the banksters are driving the price of silver down UNDER $20 per ounce. What could their strategy be?  Simple. The only people playing the over inflated stock market are the big banksters, and they are getting ready to get out of the stock market altogether. They need someplace to put those funds, and they are creating that place to go by manipulating the price of precious metals.

This has happened before. Look at 2007 and 2008.  The stock market broke new all time records then at over 14,000 points, and silver was selling for less than $10 per ounce at one point. After that the stock market crashed, the big boys having vacated the market, and what happened to silver?  The price bounced off of $50 at least for a few days, and has been gradually coming down since.

They are getting ready to do it again, with the stock market again at a record high of over 15,000 points.
They are manipulating silver to create a place to jump too just before the crash that they know is coming.

Ask yourself this question. How in the world can the silver price be going to under $20 per ounce while at the same time the demand for silver is at all time record highs, and the dealers that sell to the public are holding their premiums far higher than normal?

I thought that supply and demand worked exactly the opposite of that.  Didn't a large supply and slow sales always bring prices down, and didn't a big demand for a particular commodity always drive prices up?  The rare exceptions to this have to do with the computer technology that gets better prices as technology increases.

We are living in an age of computer models and programming that is entirely driving the markets in ways that don't make any sense. That can be the only explanation, and supply and demand has very little to do with it now.

Our silver customers have been paying attention, and they see this as an opportunity to preserve their buying power. None of them are in a panic to get out of silver, because they know that the precious metals always maintain their buying power in and after a currency reset. That has happened many times in history, and is about to happen again.

A few week ago Elkhart Sheriff Rogers appeared at a public meeting in South Bend, Indiana along with our Congresswoman Jackie Walorski and stated that he would not enforce any gun confiscation laws.  That statement brought forth a lot of negative comments in the People's Forum of the Elkhart Truth newspaper along would some very good articles by supporters of his position.  The absolute ignorance of many of the negative comments prompted me to write a letter to the People's Forum and it was printed June 16, 2013.

Over the past month there have been a number of views express in the People's Forum both pro and con about Sheriff Rogers defending the US Constitution by refusing to enforce clearly unconstitutional gun laws.  I am really disturbed by the absolute ignorance displayed by the number of opinions that oppose Sheriff's position.

The biggest concern of our founding fathers was an all powerful federal government.  That's why the 2nd and 14th Amendments were added to the constitution.  They are there to protect the rights of the people. Today the federal government is becoming exactly what the founding fathers feared.

The 2nd amendment clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.  What part of the word infringed do these critics not understand.  Look up infringed in the dictionary.  Governments at all levels have passed laws infringing our rights concerning gun laws.  All of them clearly unconstitutional and would be so declared if it were not for a politiczed and corrupt court system at all levels. 

The 14th Amendment clearly states that "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of the citizens of the United States."  This amendment is also violated on a regular basis by our state governments.

We should all be thankful that we have a Sheriff that takes seriously his oath of office.  I wish those other elected officials we elect to office and courts would do the same.

The problem is that we can not have privileges and immunities at the same time as having rights.

Either we are 14th amendment citizens with privileges and immunities granted by government, OR we are sovereigns who wrote (ordained and established) the

constitution FOR GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW, which guards our God Given RIGHTS (which are not privileges and immunities granted by government).

Of course the people who wrote against the sheriff don't get that, and probably most of the people who wrote for him don't get it either.

That is why the corrupt courts don't allow constitutional arguments on behalf of 14th amendment citizens. They have no standing, because they gave up their

rights in trade for privileges and immunities, although not voluntarily mostly. The courts argue that once you take part in their system you have volunteered.

But before God, that was all done with fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, therefore those so called "contracts" are all null and void,

and entirely without force and effect in God's eyes, and there will definitely be a war over that at some point.  These corrupt leftists, including judges, have their mind made up they will own the whole world, and if they can't own it, they will burn it to the ground.

Those privileges and immunities are also called "civil rights" which come from Roman civil law. The 14th amendment and the civil rights were created to give the blacks privileges and immunities after the civil war. They were not considered state citizens so they were made U.S. government property citizens.

All the fuss over the years about "equal" civil rights the we hear from government has been not to give the black rights equal to whites but rather to make the rights of the whites equal to those of the blacks; nothing more than privileges and immunities.

Clearly their so-called contracts are fraudulent. I now believe that they are only a portion of the problem; sort of a diversion if you will. They appear to be the problem but underlying them is, I believe, the real crux of the problem. Virtually every document people fill out and complete, to vote, to buy a gun, to buy insurance, to open a bank account, to get a job, etc etc asks a question; Are you a U.S. citizen? 

We voluntarily claim that status and that status is what puts people into their jurisdiction. We voluntarily claim it but it is because we define it geographically while they define it politically. The difference is tremendous and disastrous. 

I am of the opinion, based on my research, that everything goes back to that status; income taxes and all of it. The U.S. was always foreign to the states so claiming U.S. citizenship changes nationality to a foreign jurisdiction rather than the nationality of birth, ie the state of birth. The 14th amendment brought jurisdication of the federal government into the states because U.S. citizens are "subject to their jurisdiction" and are "their" or "its" people.

You are correct in your conclusion about our volunteering, but it usually is unknowingly. They have deliberately hidden parts of every contract we "volunteer" into,

and that my friend is fraud, and makes the contract "unilateral".  At law, a unilateral contract is always null and void. Fraudulent contracts that attempt to hide

the provisions of the contract itself are always null and void. But added to that is the fact that most of these so called contracts are pushed on the people with some kind of deception, and usually threat of prosecution or confiscation, which is coercion and intimidation at it's worst.

That additional evil force is justification for almost any retaliation on the part of the people in their own defense, as it usually removes their very means to their own livelihood or their own life itself in some cases.  God is not mocked forever, and he keeps perfect records of every one of these evil actions against the people.

Like I said, at some point there is going to be a war over these issues. Many people now believe that all this was done unlawfully, even though there was the appearance of legislation, because it was done OUTSIDE the supreme law. Then there is the big lie that Obama was eligible to be a president, and we haven't touched the 17th Amendment, the 14th Amendment (who actually voted for it) and the 13th Amendment.

There is a lot wrong with our country, and one of the worst problems is that many judges KNOW ALL THIS and perpetuate it day after day, and never are any of them ever brought to justice for their crimes. 

My fear is that sooner or later, before we can get a handle on all this, they are going to persecute someone who is not as level headed as you and I, and that person is going to erupt into horrible violence, which will be used by the left to start the martial law war against the people.

I hope and pray we can stop all this with education and a renewal of the principles in Dr. Edwin Vieira's book "The Sword and Sovereignty" before that happens.

But I am slowly losing the conviction that it can be stopped short of a complete and utter collapse, and extreme suffering.

I agree completely. If there was ever truly hope of changing things and resolving the issues peacefully, I suspect they are slipping away from us rapidly now. Back about 3 years ago my suspicions were that it would not be resolved without much bloodshed and loss of life. Like you I have tried to inform and educate all I could because I saw knowledge and truth as our last and best hope of curbing a violent outbreak.

There are too many instances of abusive behavior being exhibited by authorities around the country and, as you say, sooner or later there will one incident too many or in the wrong place at the wrong time. God help us when it comes unglued.

“The FBI and the Secret Service are showing up to request an interview to question specific Internet posts the veteran has placed on websites such as Facebook,” explained attorney John Whitehead, founder of the Rutherford Institute.

Whitehead said the agencies are looking for “anti-Obama views that can be interpreted to reflect psychological problems of sufficient seriousness to disqualify the veteran from ever owning a firearm.”

These activities violate the Fourth Amendment, which says warrants must be specific—"particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." And what is the government doing with these records? The president assures us that the government is simply monitoring the origin and length of phone calls, not eavesdropping on their contents. Is this administration seriously asking us to trust the same government that admittedly targets political dissidents through the Internal Revenue Service and journalists through the Justice Department?

No one objects to balancing security against liberty. No one objects to seeking warrants for targeted monitoring based on probable cause. We've always done this.

What is objectionable is a system in which government has unlimited and privileged access to the details of our private affairs, and citizens are simply supposed to trust that there won't be any abuse of power. This is an absurd expectation. Americans should trust the National Security Agency as much as they do the IRS and Justice Department.

IS AMERICA DRUNK ON KOOL-AID?

The only real possibility of saving our Constitutional Republic, outside of the unthinkable, and in my opinion, unwinable violent counterrevolution, is the present growing movement for Nullification, (refusal to enforce or obey an unconstitutional law).

I have been watching State Nullification spark and re-ignite the Torch of Liberty with great interest, because in reality it is the only peaceable way to end the present growing Police State. Yet, as thrilling as is this history-in-the-making, there is the ominous danger of push-comes-to-shove hostilities. After all, you cannot expect the central banking cabal − that spent the last 152 years working to undermine the Constitution with seditious legislation, made possible in part by various false flag events − to allow this Nullification movement to gain ground. Amazingly, these seditious acts went unchallenged by complacent Americans, but the old refrain “it cannot happen here” is growing fainter every day.

The obvious central figure in this Nullification movement is the county sheriff, the actual defender of citizen's unalienable Rights against tyrannical attacks from whatever front. On June 4, 2013 Sheriff Nicholas Lee Finch, of Liberty County in Florida, was arrested for doing his job and upholding his Oath of office, being the victim of a seditious criminal conspiracy committed by the county's Circuit Court Judge Jonathan Sjostrom and Tom McGraw, Inspector for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Also, by an act of omission Florida's Governor Rick Scott is complicit in that instead of ordering the arrest of Sjostrum and McGraw, he merely appointed Carl Causey interim sheriff. Once sworn in, Causey, under his Oath of Office, had the duty to arrest those involved in this criminal conspiracy, or be complicit in it. So far there is no report of his taken any action to enforce the law.

In his Affidavit of Probable Cause, submitted to Judge Sjostrum, McGraw alleged that Sheriff Finch committed a felony by releasing Floyd Parish who was arrested by one of the Sheriff's deputies for carrying a concealed firearm. The affidavit went on to say that after Finch was notified of the arrest by Parish's brother, he accompanied the brother to the jail and released Parish, removing all records of the arrest, thus committing the alleged felony, according to McGraw.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The three defining legal terms in the Second Amendment are found in American Dictionary of the English Language, Noah Webster 1828, the dictionary source at the time of the writing of the Bill of Rights:

KEEP: To hold; to retain in one's power or possession; not to lose or part with; ...

BEAR: ...to bear, carry, bring, sustain, produce, bring forth;...

INFRINGED: Broken; violated; transgressed.

Thus, the arrest was made enforcing a act of the Florida Legislature that conflicted with a Right secured by the Constitution, and being unconstitutional, by law, it did not exist, and the person arrested, Floyd Parrish, was not subject to the arrest.

In the Affidavit of Probable Cause submitted to the Circuit Court, McGraw states in various paragraphs that he was informed that Sheriff Finch stated he was supporting the Second Amendment by the action he had taken to set free a citizen arrested for carrying a concealed firearm. Thus giving evidence that McGraw had foreknowledge that he was committing a seditious act against the Constitution. Instead of Sjostrom rejecting the application for the warrant due to the documentation of Constitutional violations, his issuance of it is evidence of his foreknowledge, and thus evidence of his commission of a seditious act.

It has to be assumed that Governor Scott had knowledge of the foregoing when he appointed Causey interim sheriff, instead of taking the proper action to uphold his Oath to protect and defend the Constitution of these States united. When I called Governor Scott's office for comment, I was told that the Governor had nothing to do with the arrest of Sheriff Finch, he merely appointed the interim sheriff. When I asked about his reported firing of Finch, without hesitation I was told that the Governor did not fire Finch that he was merely suspended. But when asked about Scott not taking action against those violating the Constitution, his aide stated “No comment.”

It is to be noted that the action taken by the State officials is based on their "belief" that Finch committed a felony. The leading authority on Sheriffs states:

Anderson on Sheriffs, Volume One, Chapter 1, Introductory:

Section 17. Removal of Sheriff. ¾Due provisions are to be found in the statutes and constitutions of the various American jurisdictions for the removal of sheriff who have committed infractions of law.

Therefore, we must examine the Florida Constitution to see the authority for the removal of a public official who has committed infractions of law.

ARTICLE III, LEGISLATURE:

SECTION 17. Impeachment.—

 (a)The governor, lieutenant governor, members of the cabinet, justices of the supreme court, judges of district courts of appeal, judges of circuit courts, and judges of county courts shall be liable to impeachment for misdemeanor in office.

Notice the Office of Sheriff is not listed. In fact, under the Local Government provisions of the Florida Constitution the offices of the Clerk of the Court and Sheriff cannot be abolished.   But they can only hold their office in good behavior. A conviction of a felony is certainly not good behavior, and not being subject to impeachment, is cause for removal.

ARTICLE IV, EXECUTIVE:

SECTION 1. Governor.—

 (b) The governor may initiate judicial proceedings in the name of the state against any executive or administrative state, county or municipal officer to enforce compliance with any duty or restrain any unauthorized act.

 (c) The governor may request in writing the opinion of the justices of the supreme court as to the interpretation of any portion of this constitution upon any question affecting the governor’s executive powers and duties.

There is no record of the Governor taken any such action, his aid said he suspended the Sheriff, and such authority cannot be found within the Florida Constitution, and as for his appointing an interim sheriff, Section 1 continues:

 (f) When not otherwise provided for in this constitution, the governor shall fill by appointment any vacancy in state or county office for the remainder of the term of an appointive office, and for the remainder of the term of an elective office if less than twenty-eight months, otherwise until the first Tuesday after the first Monday following the next general election.

There was no vacancy because there was no authority for the Governor to suspend Finch, and he was not convicted of any felony. Wherefore, Finch was unlawfully removed from Office, and the appointment of Causey was without Constitutional authority, he must be made to vacate Finch's lawful Office.

It has to be presumed that an individual taking an Oath has an understanding of the matters sworn to, and for that reason it is without doubt that Tom McGraw, Inspector for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Circuit Court Judge Jonathan Sjostrom, Governor Rick Scott, and the alleged interim sheriff, Carl Causey have committed serious criminal acts. Justice requires that they be arrested and tried for knowingly doing so, and that Nicholas Lee Finch be reinstate Sheriff of Liberty County Florida.

These occurrences are more dangerous to our way of life, than any belligerent country or terrorist attack. THERE MUST BE AN OUTCRY FOR THOSE INVOLVED TO BE IMPEACHED, TRIED, AND PUNISHED FOR THIS THE MOST SERIOUS OF ALL THREATS TO THE CITIZENS OF THESE STATES UNITED!!!   PLEASE, GOD FORBID, THE NULLIFICATION MOVEMENT SHOULD FAIL!!!

BONIEK TRIAL: WHY IT MATTERS TO YOU ,WHY YOU SHOULD CARE

THE CONVICTION OF REPRESENTATIVE BONIEK

In May of this year, Joel Boniek of Park County, Montana was convicted by a jury of fleeing or eluding a peace officer, resisting  arrest and obstructing a peace officer.  This while
Boniek was traveling on a private road, going to his home which was threatened by a grass fire.

         For this so-called crime, a misdemeanor, Boniek was threatened with death by Trooper Sulages and Deputy Sheriff Hopkin, and Hopkin said under oath that he would have shot/killed Boniek if he had driven past Hopkin.

         After a trial full of irregularities, Prosecutor Carrick said in her closing statement that people must be controlled by law enforcement officials and public servants. She said if we are not controlled by government people, there will be chaos and disorder, even criminality.

         This is insulting, demeaning, and illogical.  Every responsible man or woman should be outraged at this idiocy.

It is not because of  police who come and take a report after a crime that we are safe. We live in peace because nearly all of us are peaceable people.

Carrick obviously does not recognize that society is self organizing.  It is not because of government that we have food, housing, goods, recreation, worship, business, charity and jobs.  We have these things because people naturally do these things in a free society.  All the things government does can be done by private initiative in a free society. In Park County, we have fire protection because of VOLUNTEER fire crews. ANY power government has is delegated to it by the people, to be used to protect our rights.

         In  the American system, government is instituted to protect the rights of the people to order their lives as they see fit. “To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.”  Declaration of Independence. 

         Joel Boniek was doing  his natural, God-given and Constitutionally protected duty to see to the protection of his family, home and animals.  He was violently prevented from doing this by officers who ought to first protect and serve the people.  Carrick used public resources to enforce this outrage, and the jury put its stamp of approval on this action.  Potential jurors who knew the issues and did not agree with the government’s action were excused.

         So, the message to all the people is, “You will be controlled by the government, your duty and rights are irrelevant, and you may next be threatened with death if an officer thinks you are defying his authority.”  (In Montana, you can be arrested even if the arrest is illegal! Makes you wonder what the legislature was smoking when they did this clever move.) “If you are not part of the government, you are irresponsible and incompetent.”

         You might rightly ask yourself, “What moral, ethical or philosophical system justifies using violence or the threat of violence against a man who has not harmed anyone?” This is not the way of Freedom or America.

         The crucial question is, do we want a government that controls our lives, or that protects our natural and God given rights? The founders of America were clear in what they envisioned.  Joel Boniek agrees with the founders.

          An appeal of Boniek’s conviction has been started.  He could use your help and encouragement if you value and believe in the American system passed down to us.  This is a matter of principle, and he is standing for your freedom and self determination, as he stands for his.  He could have made a deal with the government, and let the situation continue to get worse.  But if freedom is taken away in small steps or large, it goes away just as surely.

Ask yourself:

         Do you think that a policeman should be free to shoot you as you go peacefully about your lawful business, just because that policeman decides on a whim that he disapproves of what you are doing?

 

Do you think that the judicial system should condone and perpetrate the exclusion of God, the constitution, the credentials of public servants (whether or not the public servant properly hold their offices), the proper role of the jury in American justice,  and lack of due process?

 

Do you think it is right to exclude from "Volunteer Firefighters" the volunteer help of the homeowner whose property is burning?

 

Do you think policemen should harass and attack people in desperate situations instead of helping them?

 

If you say no. then this case is working for you. Would you consider helping support this effort?

 

BULLET POINTS – WHY IT MATTERS

·      The proper role of government is to secure our rights, not control us.  This is not the case in Park County.

·      The official position of government and “peace” officers in Park County is that the people are irresponsible and must be carefully supervised. This ought to offend everybody.

·      Park County public servants, led by Fire Chief Dan Babcox, do not respect our property rights.  This needs to stop.

·      Law officers threatened to shoot a peaceful man.  Each one of us must now be afraid we will be next.

·      These excesses will not become fewer, since they have been validated. The trend must be reversed.

·      Officers in Park County are not tasked with serving and protecting.  They supervise and control.  They have become our masters, rather than our servants.

·      The judicial process has become less just and right.  The prosecutor asked that there be no references to God, the constitution, oaths or bonds of public servants, laws,  fully informed juries, and more.  This is un-American.

·      Fires are fought by volunteer crews.  The DNRC promotes landowner and fire crew cooperation.  This is not the norm in Park County.  This needs to change.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) hasposted a bid on the Federal Business Opportunities site. They are buying up more ammunition and this time it is definitely not the typical caliber of bullet used by the military.  The Government Accountability Office has already investigated the Department of Homeland Security’s plans to purchase large amounts of ammunition. These large purchases of military rounds in the past has led to shortages of ammo for civilians and police departments around the country.

“Mental Illness” Diagnoses Are the Slippery Slope to Gun Confiscation

According to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 20 percent of children in the United States — one out of five — has a mental disorder. Perhaps even more sobering, the latest edition of the “psychiatric Bible,” the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), claims there is more than a 50-percent chance that an American will develop a mental disorder in his or her lifetime. The CDC reported that 25 percent of adults already suffer from mental illness and affirmed the idea that the number will rise to 50 percent, as the DSM-5 predicts.

You know, I was born into a world of heavy confiscatory taxation and wealth re-distribution and as such I am an actual participant. I believe this to be an evil scourge and work for its eradication.
Yet, I see someday that when this scourge is abolished there will be people who will look back at me and discredit my ideas because I participated in this evil.
The founding fathers were born into a world where slavery existed and they participated. At the same time, they put forth the groundwork to rid the world of this scourge without actually accomplishing it in their lifetime, which is unreasonable to expect.
The founding fathers who owned slaves did much to advance freedom and future libertarian principles. Ironic, though, that two of the founding fathers mentioned who did not own slaves (Hamilton and Adams) did more to retard freedom and actually were the promoters of statism, centralization and the federal thievery that haunts us today.

Colorado Voters get serious about the gun grabbers

Colorado Recall: “When you come after our guns, we’re going to take you out.” - 

A Colorado lawmaker who championed some of the strictest gun laws in the country is now facing a possible recall after concerned citizens turned in twice the needed petition signatures to initiate the states first ever recall election.

Democratic Senate President John Morse sponsored the new gun laws in Colorado and originally backed an even stricter law that would have made gun owners liable for damage caused by their weapons. Because of this citizens within the state have risen up and are set to possibly remove him from office.
