FREE AMERICA NOW is working jointly with Sheriff Mack to ensure the success of this sheriffs project. It is imperative that you recognize the significance of having your county sheriff keep his/her oath to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and to the People. Having your sheriff attend this conference in Las Vegas will arm him/her with the essentials necessary to implement his/her authority and a support group comprised of other sheriffs around the country. WE NEED OUR SHERIFFS IN OUR CORNER. The sheriff has the authority to stop unlawful foreclosures, IRS freezing our bank accounts and stealing our property, and can stop all this ridiculous encroachment of the various federal agencies. Each of the 3,141 sheriffs across the country will receive an invitation from Sheriff Mack's office. If your sheriff is not interested in standing with other Constitutional sheriffs whose numbers are steadily growing, he/she will need to be replaced in your next election. Just One Chance!
Dear Friends,
What would you do if you knew you had just one chance to save your family and country from complete and utter destruction? What would you do if you knew there was a lawful and peaceful way to restore the Constitution and its Bill of Rights as the supreme law of the land? As a former peace officer and county sheriff, if I were to take the stand in court right this minute, and be sworn to tell the truth, I would, without any hesitation or ambiguity, testify to you and every American, that there is a solution, that there is in fact a way to secure liberty, protect ourselves and our families, and once again live in peace and freedom.
The solution is in your hands, it is within your own backyard, and it is right in your own county. The solution is state sovereignty and each county acting in accordance with the principles established in the 10th Amendment. It's you working with your county sheriff and locally elected officials to stand for the Bill of Rights and stand against the out of control federal government and it agencies.
The bottom line answer is your county sheriff. Ultimately, he is the one who will decide what is and what is not enforced in your county. He has the authority and oath bound duty to interpose himself on your behalf to protect you from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. He is the people's protector.
But the county sheriffs cannot do this alone. They need training, education, and support. To this end, I have helped form the CSPOA or the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officer Association. And, one of our first projects is national convention of up to 200 county sheriffs, targeted to convene in January 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We can free America now, one county at a time, with the leadership of one county sheriff at a time. In Las Vegas nearly 10% of America's county sheriffs will walk away with the constitutional training and first hand knowledge of fellow sheriffs' success stories in upholding their oaths of office. These constitutional sheriffs will establish a Declaration reaffirming their Oaths and enumerating the federal government violations that will no longer be tolerated.
This convention is a significant step in formalizing a nation of constitutional sheriffs. There is no abuse they will not be able to stop. When the county sheriff enforces the Bill of Rights and upholds his oath of office, we can free America now. No more waiting for the next election, the time to act is now, and it is within your grasp to make this happen.
To make this happen, this project needs your financial support. Our founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to this holy cause. What are you willing to do to restore our republic? Here are eight county sheriffs from Northern CA and Southern OR speaking on at panel at the Defend Rural America event October 22, 2011 in Yreka. Despite the low media coverage there were about 700 people in attendance from all over California, Oregon and as far away as Wyoming. The sheriffs made it perfectly clear that they are the last line of defense for their citizens and given authority by the 10th Amendment. HALLOWEEN - About Demonic Possession. The Exorcist's Secret Message
Today is "Halloween". What is is all about and what does it really mean?
Are there really demons, ghosts and goblins? Is there such a thing as demonic possession?

Today is a day of pennance and fasting, and Catholics abstain also from red meat today as an additional way to do pennance for their sins and the sins of all mankind.
We must 'take up our cross' and follow Him. Tomorrow we celebrate the glorious victory of Christ's Cross applied to all the saints in heaven, and that celebration is what the pagan Halloween celebrations are trying to distract from. So what are you really celebrating when you participate in a "Halloween party"?
Doesn't Halloween make fun of and try to destroy the belief that the devil is real, and so are his minions?
Here is what Fr. Dwight Longenecher has to say today on his blog.
"They don't fly on broomsticks or have green skin, ( although come to think of it one witch I knew did have a sick green-ness about the gills, but I think that's because he was a drunk) but they do cast spells and put curses on people and they do worship Satan, and don't be deceived by the 'white magic' lark. There's no such thing. All magic is black magic because of the philosophy behind it: those involved in witchcraft seek power, and anybody who seeks power for it's own sake is bad.
Think of all the wicked people who justify their quest for power by saying it is for a good cause. Almost all evil in the world is caused by people who think they're doing it for a good cause. Not just Darth Vader. Think of the Nazis who really believed the concentration camps were necessary in order to bring about a master race...see what I mean?
So witches, wicca, witchcraft--all that stuff. Yes, it's real.
Furthermore, if you invite diabolical powers into your life. Don't be surprised if they show up, and don't be surprised if, once you've opened Pandora's box you can't get the lid back on. Remember in all the fun that the purpose of Halloween is to scare the spooks away--not invite them in. Dressing up as monsters has the same purpose as putting gargoyles on cathedrals--you're supposed to be scarier than the devil in order to give him the creeps and send him running. So when you carve a jack o'lantern make him scary as you can, but say a prayer as you put him out that he might keep away the real monsters of the night, and if you dress as a ghoul or a ghost or a witch or a warlock remember that you are doing so to creep them out and say a prayer of deliverance from all the dark forces of the world.
And if you come across anyone who takes witchcraft seriously tell them politely that if they summon the devil he will probably come, and that messing with the occult is the spiritual equivalent of an eight year old kid taking a five gallon can of gas into a fireworks warehouse then playing with matches."

Jesus Christ is the King of all Creation and Today is His Feast!
| Most of the founders of our country were keen to say that our country was founded on Christian principles, and our form of government would work for no other people than a Christian people. The saying "No King but Jesus" was popular then as it is in some circles now. |  |
Some years ago I shocked a group of patriots at a dinner in Kalispell by making the statement that my whole purpose in being a patriot was to restore the Kingship of Jesus over our country. That form of government could be expressed as a "Constitutional Monarchy by the King of Kings, Jesus Christ". Of course that would not change our form of government, in corporal terms, one bit, but it would restore the ideas of the founders and infuse reality and truth into the people who have sworn to uphold and protect and defend the US Constitution, which I believe was somwhat Divinely Inspired.
How would restoring the Kingship of Jesus effect our country. Who is this King? Jesus is the second person of the Blessed Trinity, The Word of God Made Man. In other words Jesus is 'Truth Personified'. He is God, along with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Co-equal with them, but posessing a second nature, the nature of Man. He has both the nature of God, and the nature of man in one person. That is the miracle. He is the Christ of the Lord, and the Lord of Lords, meaning that from His role as Redeemer, and Saviour, and first born from the dead he has the supremacy in all things, in all creation, and by Him and His Sacrifice the door to heaven has been opened and we all have a chance to be saved.
You might ask then, like the jews asked, why didn't he stay and rule in bodily form? (restore the kingdom of Isreal) The fact is that he DID restore His Kindgom, but His Kingdom, as He told Pontius Pilate, is NOT of this world.
So how would His Kingdom be restored inside our government? By giving people in government an example of true Christian Charity, and offering them a way OUT of their dilemma. Most people connected with government have taken an Oath to the same God to uphold, defend, and protect the US Constitution. All they need to do to restore the Kingship of Christ in their lives is to keep that oath. What a change that would make in our country. If people in government will just start keeping their oath, they will redeem themselves in God's eyes, while making a very positive change for the better in all the duties of their own office or position.
Restoring the Kingship of Jesus Christ by keeping their oath would completely restore our country in just a few months, and perhaps change entirely the judgement of God in our regard. Remember when Jona preached in Ninive and the King commanded that all should restore justice and do pennance. God had mercy on their city, like he can have mercy on our country if we just keep our Oath to Him.

Is Obama Really the President? Can you refute this?
If he didn't have anything to hide, why did he try to put the issue to rest with a phoney document?

The power of the County Sheriff stands supreme above the President.
Here is the only answer I see that can actually stop the criminals trying to overthrow our country.

The “supremacy clause” is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the U.S. Supreme Court stated once and for all, that the only thing “supreme” is the Constitution itself. Where by the powers, the Sheriff reigns supreme above the president.

If you the citizens elect into your county, any county in the USA, a person to become the sheriff of your county, that sheriff has the right to "NOT" allow the TSA, the FBI, the ATF or any other Federal Officials to do things within your county that you the citizens don't like. I think its time that you search out such officials and to start electing them the sheriff and regain your citizens rights.
For instance in any state USA, if the Sheriff doesn't like TSA agents and their BS illegal body searches, then they will have to stay out of the county.
For instance in California, the State of California has legalized the growing of pot, therefore if any Sheriff in California tells the feds to stay out of their county, they will have to stay out of their county.

Obama wakes up a sleeping giant!
During the Ron Paul campaign in 2008 I was helping in the Republican booth at the Lincoln County Fair in Eureka Montana. At the time I was a Republican precinct committeeman, and now am the State Committieeman from Lincoln County. I was wearing my Ron Paul Cap and T shirt and having a visit with other Republicans. Several of them wanted me to put a McCain/Palin bumper sticker on my van. I refused and they were upset. I said "can you see my Ron Paul cap". "When will you learn to vote your conscience based on principles and stop believing the party line about "splitting the vote". They really didn't want to hear it so I thought to try to shock them a bit. I said "I would rather see Obama get the presidency than McCain because if McCain gets in everyone will go back to sleep, but if Obama gets in everyone is going to get wide awake to the destruction of our country real fast".

Border Patrol Citizens Academy Graduation
The U.S. Border Patrol is an agency of the Federal Government that actually has a Constitutional mandate.
Recently a few of us from the Eureka area were priviledged, (after a short background check) to attend a series of five Monday night classes with a curriculum aimed at increasing our awareness of the job the Border Patrol agents in this area do, and what they are up against. It was very enlightening to say the least.
Here are some pictures of the class and our graduation and the Certificate of Graduation we all received, with some comments below the photos.
For me this was an overall positive experience in that we asked lots of questions and got the right answers.
The best session for me was the explanation given by Brian Phillips of the Constitutional and Statutory Authority for what the Border Patrol does. The Border Patrol is one of the few agencies that actually has a job to do that is outlined in the US Constitution, to secure our borders, and it seems these fine agents take that oath they took to uphold and defend that Constitution very seriously. In fact I was pleased to find all the agents present on the same page about protecting our borders from almost any threat, and I have placed the Oathkeepers video and brochure in their hands, and asked them for their review and comments.
I have also given one of the supervisors a copy of the article from Dr. Edwin Vieira entitled "Going to the Roots of the Problem" and asked for his comments, which he said he would give me.

To see what the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) has in mind for their new communications plan please review this presentation made recently in DC.

We were able to see their weapons, and some of their tools like night vision, both analog and infrared, and Brian Schatzel brought his canine friend Jack to show us how he finds drugs.
One thing I can see is that these guys are spread way too thin. On the entire northern border from coast to coast there are only 2200 agents, compared to the southern border where there are over 18,000 agents.
It was made clear from the statutory authority that the agents can "deputize" almost anyone they want if things get dicey. I suggested that the service start some classes to teach private citizens what to look for and then provide some frequencies where we could report those events if we might see something suspicious like illegals crossing the border, perhaps with drugs or whatever. At the graduation the Chief, Gloria Chavez commented that "we should keep coming up with those kinds of good ideas", and thanked us for our enthusiastic participation.
Overall I think we created a good relationship with the local agents that was not there before, and I am looking forward to working with them in any way I can to increase the safety and secuity of our end of the county. Thanks to all of them for taking the time to answer our questions, and consider our ideas.

This travesty is multiplied hundreds of times all over this country. Federal and "law enforcement" agencies are plundering law abiding people for the benefit of bigger government and padded paychecks.
These agencies are nothing less than a criminal band of thugs roving the countryside looking for people to rob and pillage like the armies of history.
The so called "laws" they have on the books are not law at all since they violate the supreme law which is the US Constitution which protects people from having their property taken "WITHOUT DUE PROCESS".
In the case of these so called "civil forfitures" there is no due process, no matter what the agencies claim. There has been no trial, no conviction, not even any charges filed on the people whose property is being taken. These black suited, jack booted thugs with white letters on their back are nothing less than the scourge of this country, and far worse than any open combatant or criminal gang because they operate under the "color" of what they contend is the law, when it is not.
The prohibition for this kind of criminality is contained in the 5th Amedment to the Constitution in the Bill of Rights. "....nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."
Some lawyers will argue that this is ok because federal law takes over. NO!

Holder may have had fingers in 'Fast and Furious' for years
One member of Congress has started using the word "accessory" in talking about members of the Obama administration who had their fingers on the pulse of the Operation Gunrunner Fast and Furious stunt under which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ordered gun dealers to sell weapons to unqualified buyers, who then dumped them into the Mexican drug cartel civil war.

Victory over the Muslim Crescent by the Cross of Christ
Today (October 7th) is the anniversary of the glorious victory won in 1571 by the Christian forces over the Turkish fleet at Lepanto, and the Feast celebrated throughout the Catholic world of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
This triumph of the Cross over the Crescent was universally attributed to the powerful intercession of the Mother of God, whom Pope Pius V fervently invoked with her Rosary in his hand, and to whom the prayers of all Christendom were addressed. Two years after this great favor had been obtained, Gregory XIII instituted an annual feast of thanksgiving to be celebrated on the First Sunday of October in all churches where an altar in honor of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary had been erected.
From being a local festival this celebration gradually spread and became general, until Leo XIII raised it to the rank of a double of the second class for the whole Church.
The devotion of the Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary dates at least from the Twelfth Century. The glory of having spread this form of prayer with such extraordinary success is certainly due to the Dominican Order, and , owing to their zeal, the Rosary soon became the most popular devotion throughout the Christian world.
The Holy Rosary as it is now recited, and enriched with great indulgences, represents, after the Divine Office, what may be described as a popular Breviary of the Gospel. By meditating on the appropriate mysteries, it may be adapted to the Liturgical Cycle, and because it unites vocal with mental prayer the Rosary is regarded as the most beautiful and approved devotion of the Latin Church.

The latter had 208 galleys and 66 small ships; the Christian fleet about the same number. The crusaders lost 17 ships and 7500 men; 15 Turkish ships were sunk and 177 taken, from 20,000 to 30,000 men disabled, and from 12,000 to 15,000 Christian rowers, slaves on the Turkish galleys, were delivered. Though this victory did not accomplish all that was hoped for, since the Turks appeared the very next year with a fleet of 250 ships before Modon and Cape Matapan, and in vain offered battle to the Christians, it was of great importance as being the first great defeat of the infidels on the sea. Held by the Venetians from 1687 to 1689, and thence by the Turks until 1827, it became in the latter year part of the new Greek realm. Today Naupactus, chief town of the district in the province of Arcarnania and Ætolia, has 4,500 inhabitants, all Orthodox Greeks. The roadstead is rather small and silted up; the strait connects the Bay of Patras with the Gulf of Corinth.

Saint Remigius The Saints of October
Remigius was born about the year 438, the son of Emilius, count of Laon, and of a pius mother honoured as St. Celina. This noble youth, half French, half Roman, admired by the rhetoricians of his day for a collection of eloquent discourses, was made bishop by the people of Rheims at the age, it is said, of twenty two.
Fifteen years later the Roman Empire had succumbed in the West. The Germanic tribes were in occupation of Gaul: the Visigoths were south of the Loire; in the Rhone and Saone basins were the Bergundians; to the north, from the Channel to the Rhine, the Franks. Among these last, the Sicambri of Tournai had Clovis at their head, and his authority was soon felt as far as the Loire.
This pagan was not unaware of the prestige enjoyed by the bishops. Yielding to their counsels, he had, in 493, married the Catholic Clotilda. Three years later, at grips with the Alamanni, masters of Alsace, who were threatening to invade Gaul, his troops began to retreat. Clovis then made a vow. "God of Clotilda," he said, "if you give me the victory, I will believe in you and receive baptism." He kept his word, and, on Christmas Day of 496, he was baptized at Rheims with three thousand of his warriors. Pouring the holy water on him, St. Remigius said to him: "Proud Sicambrian, bow your head; adore what you have burned and burn what you have adored."
Victorious at Tolbiac, Clovis beat the Burgundians at Dijon in 500, and the Visigoths at Vouille near Poitiers in 507. These victories gave him dominion from the Rhine to the Pyrenees, and they had another important result: the Burgundians and the Visigoths were all more or less Arians; their defeat was the defeat of Arianism in Gaul, and all the territories ruled by St. Remigius' spiritual son then came under obedience to the Roman Church.
The bishop of Rheims long survived these happenings. Blind and aged almost a hundred, he died after an episcopate of seventy-sever years.
I am bringing you these history lessons to illustrate a point. We need to learn from history. If it were not for certain battles between the true Chruch of Christ, and all sorts of heresies, like the battle of Lepanto for instance in 1571, we might all be wearing some sort of turbin on our heads and jabbering in some sort of Arabic dialect. "Those who refuse to learn from history are condemned to repeat it."

King, Kennedy and Communism
The MLK memorial is already mired in controversy because $10 million in taxpayer funds (out of the $120 million cost) and four acres of federal land were donated for a 30-foot tall socialist-type statue of King made in communist China by a Chinese artist with Chinese granite. It would appear that another scandal over King himself has to be avoided so the event can go forward without further embarrassment......
