When I was very young I lived on an old-fashioned farm with a barn and a hay loft and a chicken coop and a pig pen and cows and horses and all sorts of critters.  Then as now I had to figure things out, so I was constantly bothering my poor parents with oddball questions--- for example, "What do angels do when their wings molt?"

My Dad made a sound like he was stifling a sneeze.  His eyes watered as he gazed up toward the ceiling of the hayloft.  I thought it was the dust getting to him, but on later reflection, maybe not. 

"They walk," he finally answered, sober as a judge. 

Well, okay.... you can see what he was up against. 

Why Would Catholic Bishops Pray for the Death of America?

Today, it has been reported that Catholic Bishops are "praying for the death of America"---- and I have been asked why?

To put it bluntly and succinctly, they would pray for the death of America because they have been cheating, bilking, enslaving, and robbing Americans for 150 years-----and they got caught. 

Their own concessions, corporations merely calling themselves the "United States" and the "United States of America", are the guilty parties. 

We have the records, we have the mechanisms, we have the documentation.  We have the proof that the Roman Pontiffs and the British Monarchs have conspired against us in Breach of Trust and commercial contract since 1822.

No Great Mystery of "Judicial Tyranny"

There is no "great mystery of judicial tyranny".  There is only a great deal of fustian ignorance and assumption abounding.

The Constitution exists to set up the Federal Government and the Federal Government is responsible for nineteen delegated "powers" --- duties to perform services in common for the subscribing states of the union---- all of which, with the limited exception of the Interstate Commerce Clause--- take place in the international jurisdiction of the sea.  

As a result the only courts created under The Constitution are Admiralty, Maritime, and Administrative Courts related to the Federal Government and its duties. 

There Are No Secrets

At a deep level you already know that everything that I have told you is true. This is not because of all the proofs and citations and its not because you understood it all, either. It's because you can sense truth. You know it in your soul---whether you want to or not.

The Truth exists just beyond the layer of conscious thought.

And in the Truth, there are no secrets.

Just beyond the level where your mind normally operates is a level wherein everything is revealed and known --- and not just the facts of what happened or what was said or who said it, but what motivated people, what they believed, what they felt.

FBI Informers, the Bundys, and Watering Horses

Ask yourself this question: if there are any “FBI Informants” operating in the take-down of the Colorado Grand Juries and State Justices— where are they?

Chances are they are in jail with the rest of the folks, so that they can continue to spy on and manipulate them from a position of trust.

They are certainly not standing here as I have been for yea, so many weeks, giving warning and instruction to people so that they might correct their ways and avoid arrest.

I hear that my name and that of Bella Haywood have been taken in vain and certain parties who are in fact to blame for this debacle have been accusing us of being traitors and informers and so on.

The Fifty States Claim -- Update

It has come to my attention that there are still a lot of people left out in the dark regarding the Fifty States Claim and even some who woke up in alarm and thought that we'd missed the boat.
When all the crappola of the Civil War came down, there were people in America who were aware of the fraud and who objected to it.

In order to make their own actions "legal" but not "lawful" the renegade Rump Congress agreed to "grandfather in" those who were already in this country, if they expatriated back to their original native state jurisdiction. Anyone who didn't would be presumed to be a "citizen of the United States".
That's how it came down in July of 1868 and that's the way it remains to this day.

So as the vermin were busy liquidating their most recent fabricated government services corporation and bankrupting others in 2015, the American states (together with the people living in those states) were presented as sureties backing all this nonsense and the actual states--- our land jurisdiction states--- were up for grabs. Unless the Priority Creditors showed up and claimed the states back, the Secondary Creditors would be allowed to come in and seize everything in sight.

Stop putting words in my mouth!  I never said there was no Constitution.  The original one is still in effect---so long as there are any actual American nationals and State Citizens willing to hold the rats accountable. 

Read Article I, Section 8, Clause 17.    It grants Congress the plenary government of the District of Columbia.  So they created the Territorial Government of the United States, and following the Insular Tariff Cases of 1900-1904, they created the Territorial States of States. 

Within the District of Columbia also exists the Municipality of Washington, DC---- which the Congress also enjoys plenary control of.  So they created the Municipal Government of the United States, too. 

And each of these has "citizens"---- Territorial Citizens and Municipal citizens. 

We are not naturally citizens of anything.

I told the Colorado Grand Juries not to do these things which have resulted in their members being arrested---and I thought they understood the reasons why--- but turn your back for five minutes.....

So, here they are facing a lot of unnecessary unpleasantness and giving those of us who are proceeding lawfully a bad name. 

To explain the situation by analogy: a bunch of Irish nationals got confused and thought that Spanish courts and Spanish elected officials were doing something wrong because they were not obeying Irish law. 

The sane person asks--- why should Spanish people be obeying Irish law?  What are these nutcase Irishmen doing crossing over the border and threatening Spanish judges and elected officials for? 

Your Mission, Jim, If You Decide to Accept It.....

Everyone --every American-- needs to stop a moment and focus on this one true thought: that thing that you have thought of all your life as your government, isn't your government.  

Say it over and over and over.  Write it down if you need to.  Really, truly, think about this fact and what it means: its not your government.  

Your government has been dormant, left on a shelf for 150 years. 

Repeat as many times as necessary.    

This circumstance was accomplished via fraud and deceit and illegal usurpation; as a result, you have a chance to restore your lawful and actual government. 

Arrests

Everything has a logic.  Rain falls down, not up.  Fire can warm your house or burn it down.

In this country, we have two kinds of government.  We have the de facto government --- Federal/Territorial/Municipal ---- that is hired to provide stipulated services.  We have the de jure government which, if we have a brain in our heads, we serve and cherish as our means to direct and control the de facto.  That’s the way it is and the only other option is insurrection.

Some time ago I separated myself and my Living Law team from Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton and “Judge Micky” and various others who started out with the goal of restoring the lawful de jure government, but then, went off track. 

This is not my first rodeo and not the first time I have had to do this.  Patriot leaders and the groups they establish regularly become convinced that rain falls up and fire doesn’t burn.

The criminals in Congress swindled your grandparents and parents, stole our national identity, grabbed our credit cards, set up millions of phony escrow ACCOUNTS benefiting themselves and have spent their ill-gotten gains and time in the District of Columbia cobbling up another gigantic swindle they are attempting to unleash on you and your kids right now.

It's time to wake up and pull the plug on this.

Global Collateral Accounts -- What's the Hold Up?

Today, I got an email from a group of Greek bankers asking me if the "Global Collateral Accounts" are real and why they can't seem to get action releasing those funds even after allocations have been made and published?

Well, yes, there are Global Collateral Accounts that do contain assets that belonged to people long dead and whose specific heirs are not known, and as a result those assets belong to the world-at-large and there is really no reason to leave them sitting around in bank deposit boxes and tranche flats doing no earthly good.

Fair enough.  So some years ago a great housecleaning effort began in the Swiss vaults and has continued from there.

The Truth About Contracts, Parse Syntax, and Us

I don't believe that people or their institutions have any ability to contract.  It's simply not within our temporal nature and skill set. We can't guarantee that we will live another minute.  We can't know what time it is in any absolute sense.  We can't even describe where we are, physically, without arbitrary references.  

For mortals who don't know where they are and don't know what time it is to make contracts obligating themselves to do things in the future----is obvious madness.  We are incompetent and fundamentally unable to do any such thing, so all contracts are void ab initio, for intrinsic fraud. 

We are like mice trying to dictate the life cycle of horses.  Making contracts is simply not something we can do, so we ought to stop pretending otherwise.

Shawna Cox: What America needs to know about the Bunkerville trial

We just want to tell the truth, so why can’t the media go into court and show the world what really goes on in these Federal Courts?  Why are they only allowed to take notes and draw pictures?  The defendants want an open court and have asked for it but the Judge still refuses media access.  The information that goes out by way of the major media is only a spin because their reporters don’t even stay in the courtroom the whole day. They report things of very little concern and try to keep the public in the dark.

Dear America,

Federal Court in Las Vegas, Nevada: March 22, 2014 during the “Cliven Bundy Trail #1,” the federal prosecutors were still putting on their case. This would be the 22nd day of trial since it began on Feb. 6, 2017.  In cross examination of one of the federal agents, the only Pro Se Defendant, Todd Engel, asked the agent if it was true that the Special Agent in charge, Daniel P. Love of the BLM, was under investigation for misconduct. (Remember “Burning Man”?) The witness did not answer the question before the prosecution immediately jumped to their feet and objected.  After all, the defendants were not allowed to talk about the main character in the whole Bundy Standoff.  The prosecution has raised his name a number of times but only in the light that is most favorable for them. Judge Navarro immediately sent the jury out of the room.  It was time for a break anyway. The prosecutors demanded that Mr. Engel be stripped of his Pro Se status.  After a few  moments of thought, the Judge agreed to strip Todd of his Pro Se but just for the rest of the day. ( I believe she was trying to figure out a way to do it.)  The 6th Amendment provides “to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”  Of which, Todd’s counsel was fired because of falling asleep in hearings, no communication with defendant, no knowledge of the case, refusing to ask the questions put before him of the defendant, only performing when others are looking over his shoulder or trying to assist his client, etc. This would now leave Mr. Engel with no defense!

A Life and A Reason

There is a great deal of curiosity about me now, people trying to pry apart and explain what I have done in terms of who or what I am and also, many people trying to discern why and what my motives are.  I have no great hope that the simple truth will be accepted as an answer for any of this, but I will offer it anyway.

I arrived at a point in my life where I realized how greatly I had been blessed. 

I was just counting my blessings one day and the staggering beauty and complexity of it all, the way it all fit together and worked for my good, overwhelmed me with wonder and gratitude--- and in that moment, I wondered aloud---- "You have blessed me so greatly ....so beyond measure....surely You had a reason?  Surely, there is something You want me to do?"

Blood Oath Fulfilled

Yes, I have a blood oath standing on the altar of the Universal Catholic Church.  Please note that the Universal Catholic Church is not the Roman Catholic Church, but the far, far greater Church at large.  

My Blood Oath clearly states to you--- as it did to Cardinal George of Chicago (see the actual letter addressed to him that is part of my archive at www.annavonreitz.com)--- that I was putting my life and soul at risk to bring forward the Great Fraud against the American states and people for remedy.

In fact, under ecclesiastical court rules, nobody who isn't prepared to hazard their own life and soul against me in this matter is allowed to offer rebuttal.  And nobody has. 

Not a peep in rebuttal or denial of what I have said about the cheating and defrauding and press-ganging and breach of trust against the American states and people has ever been heard in the years since I placed my Blood Oath before the Vatican Chancery Court and the Holy See and I am sure that no such denial or rebuttal will ever be made, because what I have said is true and verifiable.

This Sunday, called Judica from the first word of the Introit, is also called Passion Sunday, because from this day the Church occupies herself exclusively with the contemplation of the passion and death of Christ. The pictures of Christ crucified are covered today in memory of his having hidden Himself from the Jews until His entrance into Jerusalem, no longer showing Himself in public. (John XI. 54.) In the Mass the Glory be to the Father, etc. is omitted, because in the person of Christ the Holy Trinity was dishonored. The psalm Judica is not said today, because on this day the high priests held council about our Lord, for which reason the Church in the name of the suffering Saviour uses these words at the Introit:

INTROIT Judge me, O God, and distinguish my cause from the nation that is not holy: deliver me from the unjust and deceitful man, for Thou art my God and my strength. EPISTLE (Heb. IX. 11-15.) EXPLANATION St. Paul here teaches, that Christ as the true high-priest of the New Testament, through His precious blood on the altar of the cross, has indeed rendered perfect satisfaction for sins, but that the sinner must also do his own part, by cooperating with Christ to make himself less unworthy of participating in His passion and merits, and to appropriate to himself its fruits. This is done when he diligently and devoutly assists at the unbloody Sacrifice of the Mass, by which the fruits of the death on the cross are attributed to us; when, according to the will of the Church, he purifies his conscience by true contrition and confession; and when he seeks by trust in Christ's merits to render some satisfaction for his sins through voluntary penance and faithful following of Christ.

Are We Idiots?

Rod Class proved it with his decision from Judge Ridgeway. 

I proved it with no less than three cases--- one county, one state, and one State Supreme Court.

These courts have no jurisdiction related to you, the living man or woman.  None. 

They can only address either "United States Citizens" (Territorials) or "citizens of the United States" (Municipals).   That's it. 

They can't decide anything for you or against you or conduct any business related to you unless you consent to their jurisdiction, and when you do that, you give up all your constitutional rights and guarantees and are stuck relying upon the promises of crooks to provide you (at their discretion) with privileges known as "equal civil rights".

Why Clinging to Your Chains is Not the Answer

 [I provided this as a reply to a man worried about the impact of expatriation from federal corporation "citizenship" and what surrender of the federal PERSONS associated with his name might do to Social Security payments, etc., that are now owed to him.

In fact, doing what I suggest guarantees getting out of the fire for good, and back to the land jurisdiction and lawful government you are owed----so long as you get on your hind feet and take action to restore your lawful local county and state government. 

The Very Short Explanation of Everything

In March of 1933, a bank operative elected as President (FDR) declared the United States of America, Inc. insolvent.  A process of debt assumption expedited by the use of similar names fraud was instituted as a means to seize assets and bankrupt millions of Americans and their states of the union. 

In November of 1999, this bankruptcy ended.  The United States of America, Inc. emerged from bankruptcy the same way you might, battered and worn and clipped clean, sporting a bad credit rating, but still alive even though its enemies had gratuitously vacated its public offices and shanghaied its people into foreign jurisdictions. 

In March 2009, the purported "successor" to the United States of America,Inc.-- another governmental services corporation dba UNITED STATES, INC. declared itself insolvent--- but amazingly, the banks continued to loan it vast amounts of money even after it declared insolvency.  

Bruce Doucette --- Outted

Almost a year ago, I asked Bruce Doucette to do something vitally important.  It was simple enough: contact the Michigan General Jural Assembly and work with them to develop a template program that all the other counties in America can follow to set up their local county assemblies.  

This organizational phase naturally includes the paperwork to correct everyone's political status, welcome them as members of the county jural assembly, and get them signed up as militia men or supporting militia members.  If you want to reclaim your birthright political status and restore the lawful government you are owed, this is what it takes.  

Although I have been busy frying other fish, I checked back regularly with Doucette and asked how it was going---- oh, fine, fine.....

March 31, 2009 -- Take Note

It wasn't widely advertised then and don't look to the Mainstream Media to mark the anniversary now.  

No, you will be kept in the dark as studiously as you were kept in the dark eight years ago.  

Please note that this is not the original United States that was subsequently represented by the united States of America and The United States of America and the United States of America..... no, this UNITED STATES, INC. is a different critter, spawned in France by FRANCE, that is, Jacob Rothschild.  

So what does it mean when a governmental services corporation goes bankrupt? 

Rogue Sabre --- Truth and Lies, Land and Sea

In our present condition it is impossible for us to know the whole truth about anything.  That’s why nobody should ever take the oath to “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”.  We can’t know the whole truth, so we can’t speak the whole truth, either. 

And if we can’t speak it, forget writing it down.

Truth is absolute in that there is a total truth that is factual, and yet, the best we can do is subjectively experience it.  No two people see the truth exactly the same way, because we see it through our own unique lens of life and being.

At best, as more honest people experience the truth and share what they perceive, we can hope to get a closer approximation of it and a more informed opinion about it.

Our ancestors fully realized that all names are fictional. 

For Kevin 2: The Fifty States Claim and You

I didn't start out with all the information fully in hand.  All I had to begin with is that I learned ---by dint of hard work--- the IRS scam, and knew how to exercise my exemption from that.  Then I learned about the Zip Code Exemption...

Quite often I am in the peculiar position where people listen to me as long as it suits their egos, and then they go off on a different track and do their own thing----get in trouble---and then, blame me. I hope that that is not your position.  Another phenomenon that astounds me is that people apparently believe that I just woke up one morning and knew everything on earth. 

Instead, it has been a very long and painful process with many, many rabbit holes, and I am only one of many fellow-travelers on the road.  You may not know their names, but you may be sure that thousands upon thousands of unsung heroes exist and that they have acted to save all our bacon over many decades.

To Kevin --- RE: Mission Priorities, Militias, and Continental Marshals

Kevin-- you and your friends are correct that you SHOULD be working first on getting your counties organized. That is precisely the mission I asked Bruce Doucette to undertake almost a year ago. And I gave him contact with the oldest functioning Post-Civil War Jural Assembly to help develop a solid program for all the other counties to follow. 

That is what I focused on as the most urgent need. Instead of getting in contact with the already up and functioning and correctly organized Jural Assembly in Michigan, he and Roger Dowdell and others spent months blithering around trying to re-create the wheel. 

When Bruce discussed the Continental Marshals program with me, I assumed that he knew what he was talking about and that he was NOT talking about the state militias which are a separate force and work in a separate jurisdiction. 

Do Your Ears Hang Low?

How many of you remember the children's song, "Do Your Ears Hang Low?"  --- Remember this line--- "Do your ears hang low?  Do they wobble to and fro?  Can you throw them over your shoulder like a Continental Soldier?....."

This song dates from Revolutionary War times.  Although it sounds silly and children still delight in it, the "ears" the rowdy Colonists were talking about weren't attached to their heads, and the song was regularly sung by those same Continental Soldiers on the march--- similar to the Marines singing "Sound Off!" as they march.

As the song makes very clear, there were soldiers called "Continental Soldiers" -- and it is also clear that they were the American soldiers fighting in the Revolutionary War.  What other "Continental Soldiers" have you ever heard of? 

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

There is no "Chief Justice Michael R. Hamilton"--- there's just a con man wanted in three states, living in Louisiana now, and doing what he does best: misleading people.
In order to have a "Chief Justice" there must be such an office, it must be available, one must eligible for it, one must earn it, and one must be properly elected to fill it.
Michael R. Hamilton's claim to be "Chief Justice" fails on all counts.
Michael R. Hamilton and those supporting him, including Bruce Doucette, haven't taken the steps to take back their birthright political status as American state nationals, so they can't function as American State Citizens.
They are still United States Citizens and/or "citizens of the United States" pretending to be something they are not, and as their actions suggest, they are wolves in sheep's clothing in other ways, too.
There is one Chief Justice of the Maritime Admiralty court system established by the original Constitution and that post belongs to the delegated authority of the United States. It has nothing to do with the United States of America and the Common Law court system the people of this country are owed.
So there is no such office as "Chief Justice" on our side of the fence.

Not Overtaken, Reborn

I haven't had an opportunity to review this lengthy psyops report in depth, but it appears to be based on the assumption that because the names have changed and some international forces and new weapons are present, the America we love and know is being lost and overtaken.  In fact, what is being stripped away are the false names and presumptions that were the result of the Great Fraud and illegal occupation beginning in 1861. 

The actual country that we living American people are owed is being returned and the States of America are receiving back all the assets and credit that has been embezzled. Remember that the original constitution is called "The Constitution for the united States of America"----- the name of this country as it pertains to the delegated authority in international jurisdiction was always "States of America".  The "united" was an adjective used to describe "States of America".

Let's get this straight. The Continental Marshals Service was created over 200 years ago by George Washington. It doesn't belong to you or to any single state or small group of states. It belongs to the united States of America.

You and your pals started the move to fill the vacated offices of the Continental Marshals, but you did not create those offices and you have no delegated power to change them, abrogate them, assign them to a new jurisdiction, place them under different administrative management or meddle with them at all. Period.
Just as you have stepped forward and offered to serve your state as a State Justice, these men and women have stepped forward to serve the states (plural) to enforce the undelegated powers owed to the states and people in international jurisdiction.

I just got another poke in the ribs from Michael R. Hamilton, a con man pretending to be a Justice in Louisiana. He says that thanks to his propaganda, everyone now thinks I am a Vatican spy.  He was gloating over how easy it was to mislead you. 

Nobody who has read my voluminous correspondence with the Cardinals and Popes for the past thirty years would assume any such thing. 

They wouldn't be ignorant enough to think that "the Vatican" is equivalent to the Holy See, either.

Let's draw a line in the sand between "Jews" and the Tribe of Dan.  

Dan was one of the sons of Jacob, and if you read the Bible, you will learn that the Tribe of Dan has a peculiar banner and emblem: the Serpent.  Hence, they are rightfully called "Serpent Seed".  

You will also learn that according to Jacob's blessing, Dan will be a "stumbling block" to the "Rider"----that is, to our reason and good sense. 

Later in the story, the Tribe of Dan "disappears" along with the other "Lost Tribes of Israel".   These tribes weren't really lost in the physical sense.  They were lost in the spiritual sense and fell into worshiping foreign gods. 

Our mission is to restore the lawful government that is owed to us.

Our lawful government, sometimes called the "de jure" government, is called the United States of America.  The United States of America has been undermined from within by a commercial corporation calling itself the United States, which is under contract to our states to provide "essential government services".  (See the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783 and Article IV.) 

The United States is controlled by the Pope and the British Monarch and operated by a Board of Trustees calling itself the United States Congress. 

The United States went rogue during and after the so-called American Civil War and just neglected to tell anyone.

Hamilton taking place as an unverifiable conference call March 22, 2017 claiming to have authority to alter Public Law, commandeer Public Offices, have ownership rights to the name "Continental Marshals" which has been an office of the lawful government of the united States of America for over 200 years, claims to have authority granted to them to change the nature, duties, authorities, jurisdiction, and chain of command of the Continental Marshals a fiat by an unrecognizable multi-state group merely calling itself a "national assembly" when the only true national assembly is vested in the Continental Congress----let all be made aware that this is an act of gross judicial misconduct amounting to criminal negligence. 

Public Offices Belong to the Public

Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton are attempting to host what they call a "national assembly" call tonight, yet they are once again refusing to obey the Public Law established by the American states and people.
Until they get their heads screwed on and their facts straight, nothing they say has any validity and imposes no obligation on anyone else. And neither do the actions of however many misguided and misinformed and unidentified people tuning into a telephone call.

These two men haven't even bothered to correct their own political status and are still United States Citizens purporting to hold offices in the government of the states of the union.
