All day, every day, I have encounters with people claiming that they are
special in some way. Some of these people are at pains to prove that they are
special, and so, they trot out all sorts of facts about themselves or some group
that they belong to and the guts of their recitation is always reducible to: "I
am special because...." followed by any variation of reasons: because I have
suffered, because I am black, because I am white, because my ancestors lived
here the longest, because I believe in Allah, because I believe in Christ,
because I am heir to some ancient treaty, because, because, because....
The other people who claim to be special do it in a different way. They
attempt to order me around and command me and tell me what to do and what to
believe, that is, they attempt to prove that they are special by force or by
displays of wealth or power of some sort.
They don't know the Truth.
The Truth is that they are special by definition, because each one is
utterly unique, a tribe of one, handcrafted, beloved, irreplaceable. And that's
all you need to be, to be "special" in the most profound way imaginable.
More than that, each one is a Child of God, the inheritor of all dominion
over the Earth, born a King or a Queen of such vast riches and power as to
stagger the imagination. What use have such beings for proving that they are
special?
There is a lot of talk going on, rumors of a "New Republic" being created
by General Joseph F. Dunford and Paul Ryan. I have already told everyone the
short and dirty story. The United States Military was running desperately low
on funds, so they cut a deal with the Rothschild interests (World Bank, IBRD, et
alia) who have set up shop in China and who are confusing everyone with their
claim to be "Chinese Elders" ----hahahah!
If those fellows are Chinese Elders, I am the ghost of Muhammed Ali.
Dunford reportedly borrowed a billion dollars out of the 357 billion in
gold that they owe us anyway, creating a situation whereby we are still paying
the General's bills via the Chinese and the Rothschild's and having to pay the
middlemen interest for the use of our own assets.
This is what the Rothschild Fakirs are really good at: getting someone to
pay them for something that is already his. They are absolute masters at this,
and if General Dunford has in fact cut such a deal, he has fallen into the
Rothschild's favorite Briar Patch.
I only wish to draw your attention to it as an aside and not to blame
General Dunford. He has been placed in a hard position by our own failure to do
our job, pursue our debtors, and make use of our own assets without such "help".
The banking cabal can not allow you to own much physical gold and silver if they want to maintain control of the issue of currency. It's why they manipulate the prices of silver and gold on the exchanges.
They want you to continue to keep using their paper fraud currencies so they can stay in control. They want you to keep playing footsie with the devil, while they clean out your wealth.
For them, controlling the issue of the currency, like they do in America with their federal reserve notes, is the whole basis of their wealth. Once they lose that control through lack of participation of the public at large they are in deep do-do.
They know they are losing control RIGHT NOW, and they are getting desperate. Only a small percentage of the general public owns any precious metals. And even a smaller percentage are really prepared for a failure of civility and a currency crash.
WE ARE ALL HEADING FOR A BARTER SOCIETY, and even
that will not suffice to insure the flow of goods and services.
Today, the Alaska State Superior Court addressed the claims in equity of heirs
from every state of the Union.
For the past two years many false claims have been made, mostly by banks
functioning as secondary creditors of one or another "federal corporations"
operating on our shores.
They have claimed that there are "no Americans left"--- that we all
voluntarily and knowingly agreed to accept the foreign status of "United States
Citizen" and "emigrated" to Puerto Rico.
They have claimed that our fathers were all similarly conscripted.
They have claimed that we no longer have a national currency in
circulation. (We do.)
They have claimed that "the Republic is dead".
So we have called upon those among us eligible to make a claim on their
grandfather's estates and interests and they have come forward from every corner
of America to record their expatriation and establish their claim upon all the
states of the Union from Alaska to Florida, Maine to California.
The Alaska State Superior Court convened today and reviewed these claims
and issued the attached history, judgment, and orders.
Before anyone gets up in arms and thinks that these claims benefit only the
claimants to takes offense and thinks that these claims or those making them are
"racists"----- the Will being probated is over 200 years old and comes from a
time when only white men above the age of 21 who were landowners had standing to
inherit or take action before a court of equity.
To this day, married women have to have their husband's permission to sue
in equity and must come "through" him to bring suit; he must also confer his
right to occupy certain offices to his wife.
These odd and antiquated provisions of the law and the courts are still in
place and will remain in place until such time as the people convene a properly
seated Continental Congress of Fiduciary Deputies acting on the land
jurisdiction of these United States to settle things.
Please read the attached and savor what it means and deliver it to the
Members of Congress, the Courts, the politicians, the police, the military, and
the US Trustees, Marshals, and others who need to know that the American claim
on these united States of America still lives and breathes.

What if they, the BLM and other so called agencies of government, are acting as corporate mercenary agents of a world wide program of control and destruction designed to destroy our food supply in anticipation of a totalitarian takeover by mostly foreign owned bankrupt corporations masquerading as government, and ruling by Fraud, deceit, threat, duress, intimidation, coercion, and force of arms. What if in the process of grabbing complete power and control over the people of the world, and enslaving them, they are willing to commit heinous crimes of genocide, wanton murder, and starvation of the people, not to mention thievery, identity theft, semantic deceit, personage, and barratry and most of all, JUDICIAL TYRANNY, just to name a few?
What if they have already taken over the entire judiciary structure of this country, so much so that these so called courts, which are nothing but corporate tribunals operating in the law of the sea, or admiralty jurisdiction, can steal your land, your wildlife or anything else they want including your FREEDOM at the whim of some bureaucrat regulation, and DO SO ON A REGULAR BASIS against the people, as in the case of the Hammond family and the Bundy family, and the Finicum family?
What if these corporate tribunals of the sea are making pirate runs against the people of this land on a daily basis, by PRESSGANGING you off your land, and into their sea jurisdiction like the pirates of old when they raided whole villages and press ganged the men into service as slaves on their ships?
The crime of Press Ganging has carried the death penalty for over 200 years.
What if, in that process of takeover and control they are willing to kill off the wildlife to destroy the food supply of the people, their enemies, you and your neighbors. What if, once you have no food, they then offer you some of their food stash in trade for your guns. After all, at that point you have no reason to have a gun, because "there is no game to shoot", and that's the only legitimate reason to have one anyway, right?
WRONG.
What if these people are all world class CRIMINALS who have never been brought to justice, hiding in their pirate's lair called New Columbia, or Washington DC, but in plain sight and in every state?
NOW ASK YOURSELF. Who is going to fix this mess? Is it going to fix itself?
No, and if we don't help fix it, it's not going to get fixed. How do we fix it?
The one thing these criminals can't stand is exposure to the light of day. Once the people, the police, the military, and the lawful militia REALLY UNDERSTAND who these criminals are and how they operate, and we all just stop participating in their FRAUDULENT banks, governments, corporate tribunals, and bureaucratic structure, they will be powerless to impose their police state on us any longer. Once the police, sheriffs, military, and militia realize the illegitimate power grab these corporate imposter governments are wielding, and stop enforcing their edicts, their entire power structure will fade and be replaced by legitimate and lawful and moral power exercised by local people.

I can hear the fireworks starting. It's midnight in the wee early hours of the
Fourth of July, 2016. Somewhere out in the dark, Americans are celebrating.
Most of them call it "The Fourth of July" and don't use the old fashioned name
for it--- "Independence Day"--- but that is what I am thinking about tonight:
independence.
Fourth of July rolls around once a year whether we want it to or not. The
bunting appears. The fireworks start. The barbecues flame out. The beer
explodes. The dogs and cats head for the basement..... yeah, it's all good, but
is that what it's about?
Independence is something you have to choose. It's an attitude, a mindset,
a way of life, a choice. Independence is what you do when you stand on your own
and take responsibility for your own life, your own government, your own
country, your own planet.
Independence signals a coming of age.
And this is Independence Day.
Looking around me it seems that we have been lulled into a stupor of
dependence--- looking to the government to tell us how to live, expecting the
government to provide our every need, turning to the mainstream media to tell us
what to think and how to think it, parading in lock-step to every new fad of
political correctness, conceiving of ourselves as helpless pawns or cogs in some
vast machine, hopelessly grinding away so that once a year we can congratulate
ourselves on being "free" long after we have forgotten what that really
means.
A young friend of mine called earlier this evening. He said, "What do I
have to celebrate?....." and then he rattled off his own long list of things
that are wrong with this country and with his countrymen and with everything in
general. And then there was a very long pause in which his depression and
sincerity stabbed at me like a thorn.
What kind of world had I given him, this young man who is just starting
out?
Very clearly, he was disillusioned and feeling helpless and overwhelmed and
ready to give up----figuring that freedom isn't possible or never was, like
Camelot. Stop believing in it.
Chuck freedom in the bin with the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, just another
silly "tradition" for the amusement of grown-ups and greeting card company
profits.
He had caught me by surprise at the end of a long day. For a moment my mind
just whirred around as if it couldn't find any traction----and then, in my
memory somewhere, I could hear someone whispering, "Freedom isn't out there,
it's in here."
It was a soft, dusky, female, African voice, sweet as summer rain and she
repeated with great certainty ---- "Freedom isn't out there," she said, touching
the front of her cotton dress over her heart, "it's in here, child. This is
where freedom lives."
Goldie Williams. She stood leaning on a wooden gate watching the fireworks
in another time and place and she came back to rescue me today, from out of my
memory of a night more than fifty years ago. I smiled broadly just thinking
about her. Blueberry pie for the Fourth of July. Chasing fireflies and twirling
sparklers.
It's not about the external world, I told my young friend. It's about
choices. It's about how you live your life. If you sit around waiting for
someone or something else to set you free, that day is never going to come. You
have to set yourself free, declare your own independence day, and when enough of
us do that, there is nothing on earth that's going to stop us. It's in your own
heart and mind that freedom lives. It's a gift you give yourself, and nobody can
take it away.
Thank you, Goldie, for reminding me where freedom lives and the real
meaning of "Independence Day" ---- just in time to pass it on to another
generation of Americans.

I set up the Articles of Organization for the
American States and Nations Bank and helped establish its first business office

There is, of course, a great deal of work and

First, an apology. Auto-correct got me again, and so my first attempt to address the misconceptions Mr. Crayford and American Lawyer both have about the ongoing situation was addressed to "David Crawford". Mea culpa for not better proof-reading. I was rather upset at the time and tired of struggling with pervasive ignorance.
In the reply I received from David this morning via his publication on Rumor Mill News, he accuses me of being in "Denial, Denial, Denial". Perhaps, David, you should read my Letter to Cardinal George plainly stated and on the public record at least two years ago, before you make any such accusation. It's all there on my website. Just look it up and see what I had to say to him when he presented the same false logic and accusation.
There is no need for any "confusion" about the relationship between American
States and Nations Bank and Karatbars, International. Or anything else for that
matter.
Less than 1% of Americans own any gold at all. The rest of the world is
rapidly going back to the old precious metals standard. Therefore, Americans
will not be able to trade for foreign goods from these countries if they don't
have some gold to trade with.
Want to go without coffee? Peppercorns? Get some gold set aside
now.
Everyone
who knows anything about me knows that I don't believe in money. I consider all
the present systems of currency and exchange that exist to be fundamentally
flawed, dishonest, subject to manipulation, idolatry, and fraud. Okay? It makes
no sense to pass around I.O.U.s and pretend that they are "money" and it makes
no
sense, either, to choose one, two, or three commodities like gold, silver, and
platinum and pretend that they somehow represent all other commodities including
labor. Both systems are bonkers and it is only a matter of choosing between two
forms of insanity until everyone throughout the world wakes up, looks at this,
and like me says---- WTF??? Meantime, we are stuck with needing some
means to exchange goods and services on a national as well as international
level. You have the fiat currencies and the banking cartels and governments that
support those v. the commodity-backed currencies and the banking cartels and
governments that support those, and for various reasons, the line between wavers
back and forth. Joe Average and Mom and Pop are stuck in the middle, wondering
what to think and where to go. I will be honest with everyone. I
reviewed the Karatbars program back in 2011 and decided against it. I don't like
Multi-Level Marketing schemes to begin with, and the entire Karatbars "niche"
was obviously to repackage gold in small, known, trade-ready quantities suitable
for making daily purchases---with the repackaging adding between 30-36% to the
overall cost of the gold product being advertised. Why not just buy coins of
various denominations and sock them away somewhere for a rainy day?
It
always comes as a surprise for people to discover that I am a Christian. How,
they ask, can someone like you--- a scientist, a jurist---clearly an analytical
thinker and skeptic from Day One, believe this clap-trap? How can someone who
has so easily (at least so it appears to them) torn apart the history of the
United States and seen through the illusions of money, continue to cling to
anything so outmoded?
To
me, the best argument generally in favor of believing The Bible, is that its
prophecies come true. The proof is in the pudding. There are by my count
anyway, 648 prophecies in the Bible, and all but a few have come true. We are
right now seeing and experiencing another one of these prophecies coming true
before our eyes and even participating in it--- God’s promise to break our
contracts with the dead.
Read
Isaiah 27 and 28. Isaiah is one of the oldest Books of Prophecy, dating from
the reign of King Uzziah. Here Isaiah speaks of Our Creator’s promise to break
our contracts with the dead.....what could that possibly mean? Many generations
of people have wondered about this mystery. How can anyone have a contract with
the dead? The dead are dead. They can’t do business or keep promises, buy or
sell---so what is this crazy prophet talking about?
An article recently appeared on Rumor Mill News by David Crayford demanding to
know 'what the Hell America is up to now' and detailing the printing of three
trillion USD in Thailand, backed by gold in a Swiss Bank.
Social
Security was created under Title 42 of the Federal Code. If you read it, you
will learn that it is a pension and benefit fund for federal employees and
federal government dependents.
Most
Americans never qualified for and were never actually eligible to participate in
Social Security at all, and they were never obligated to participate in the
program, either.
You
were misinformed and entrapped into contributing over 7% of your income and your
employers were similarly burdened in a Communist scheme designed to benefit
public employees and welfare recipients and government vendors.
So
now all that money has gone into the "General Fund" of a foreign, private,
for-profit governmental services corporation that is insolvent and being
liquidated.
It
is the end of the long, long work day portion of your life, and you, JOE ALLEN
DOE, are owed your retirement package......

Greetings to Everyone, Coast to Coast, Pole to Pole---
I am very tired after a long day, so I will make this short;
1. As of four o'clock this afternoon, June 27, 2016, Alaska Standard Time,
we have confirmed the necessary (and in many cases more than sufficient) number
of claimants who are "grandfathered in" as American State Nationals and heirs of
the Republic to prove up on our claim to secure the land jurisdiction of every
one of fifty nation-states. Thank you to all those who have answered this call
for help and special thanks to the "Mormon Miracle Workers" who worked so hard
to confirm and secure the public records and documents needed.
2. As of six o'clock this evening, 165 Americans held for a variety of
non-violent crimes in federal prisons and work camps (that I know of and only
God knows how many total) have been released to their families as a result of
using the Habeas Corpus paperwork pioneered by our Living Law Firm. Thank you,
all of you who have sent donations in support of our Non-Bar legal team and
their continuing effort in behalf of all of us. I think that the importance of
what they have done and what they aspire to do is now becoming apparent.
THE
LARGEST MASS SHOOTING IN US HISTORY happened December 29, 1890, when 297 Sioux
Indians at Wounded Knee Creek on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South
Dakota were murdered by federal agents & members of the 7th Cavalry who had
come to confiscate their firearms “for their own safety and protection”. The
slaughter began after the majority of the Sioux had peacefully turned in their
firearms. The Calvary began shooting, and managed to wipe out the entire camp.
200 of the 297 victims were women and children.
Wounded
Knee was among the first federally backed gun confiscation attempts in United
States history. It ended in the senseless murder of 297
people.
The
Second Amendment, the right of the people to take up arms in defense of
themselves, their families, and property in the face of invading armies or an
oppressive government. The Second Amendment was written by people who fled
oppressive and tyrannical regimes in Europe, and it refers to the right of
American citizens to be armed for defensive purposes, should such tyranny arise
in the United States.
Wounded
Knee is the prime example of why the Second Amendment exists, and why we should
vehemently resist any attempts to infringe on our Rights to Bear Arms. Without
the Second Amendment, we will be totally stripped of any ability to defend
ourselves and our families.
I
have for some time observed the Truth about all that has value in our economies
local, state, national, and international—- it all boils down to labor, natural
resources, and the products we create from labor and natural resources. Once we
all understand that and keep it clearly in view, it becomes obvious that using
“a” commodity to “stand for” all other commodities is hokum, a form of idolatry
no different from carving a little statue out of wood and making it “stand for”
a god.
I’ve
also observed that to the bankers, it does not matter what symbolic standard of
value we use—- gold, denatured brass, tulip bulbs, wampum beads, pieces of
printed paper—- it is all the same to them, so long as they can control and
manipulate the supply of whatever The Magic Standard Commodity is.
People
of the world, isn’t it time we all grew up and saw through this charade?
We are in the process of birthing a "new world"---- but it isn't a
world built of fantasies and lies about aliens from outer space any more than it
is a fantasy built of lies about bloodline superiority and legal fiction
entities.
These people touting "Galactic" salvation don't particularly like me,
because I don't fall in line and sing hymns to their fantasies and excuses any
more than I follow along as a good little True Believer of the corporate
matrix. I do not intend to trade one "box" for another, thanks, and it is
ironic that those offering such an option as the "Neu Republique" are the ones
accusing me of trying to herd people back into a box based on the past.
I do not propose belief in things that either never existed or that no
longer do---including "the past". I oppose idolatry in all its forms. I
don't encourage people to put their hope and trust in aliens, in foreign
governments, in gold, in corporations, in "the past" or "the future", in
"global resets" or anything of the sort. I encourage people to do their own
research and use their own horse sense to take action in their own behalf.
Period.
Citizen = public servant, either state or federal. State National =
sovereign. Simple as that. A National is not obligated to act as a citizen of
either the federal corporation nor of any state, but that does not fulfill the
need that there continues to be for people to step up and fill public offices
and serve the needs of their communities for peacekeeping, courts, public
facilities and public services of all kinds.
Whenever you see the word "of" you are talking about an incorporated
entity---- thus "the United States of America" is a corporation of the "States
of America" and the "State of Georgia" is its local franchise organization.
Think of the Georgia State as you normally think of it---- a geographically
defined land mass with borders and people living within those borders, right?
That is the "Georgia State", not the "State of Georgia".
This is what people have to grasp. Since 1868, the Georgia State does NOT
equal the State of Georgia!

My ancestors splashed ashore in 1630 and helped found the City of Boston.
They built the Old South Church and served it as parishioners and ministers on
and off for two centuries. They attended Harvard and founded Princeton. Their
family crest was the model for the Great Seal of the United States. They lived
in Braintree, Massachusetts, where they were landowners and lawyers at the same
time and in the same place as John Adams. Like him, they were patriots. My
direct ancestor, William Belcher, served with the Connecticut volunteers as a
Lieutenant Colonel in the Battle of White Plains and other actions throughout
New York. I am, as a result, a Son of the Revolution.
As we come up against the 240th anniversary of The Declaration of
Independence, I have to wonder what my ancestors would say to me now. I can
hear grumbling and see shaking of shadowed heads in tri-corn hats. What is our
nation thinking of? How have we gone so far astray?
Yesterday--- I read an article Nancy Battle posted and which Arnie Rosner
reposted---- supposedly written by a Judge who, via his own route, discovered
the depths of corruption and depravity within the federal and judicial systems.
As part of his conclusions, he presented the Founding Fathers as self-interested
and greedy men, who, when they penned the famous words, "We, the People" and
spoke of "our progeny" means only their own progeny.
Nothing could be farther from the Truth. It is a disservice so vile that I
feel compelled to mount my bully pulpit and point out that the word "people"
means "militia" in Hebrew, and that is and was and still remains its meaning:
"We, the Militia...."
I want to make a name change from The People's Law Firm --- which though
correct, sounds a bit like Mainland China --- to The Living Law Firm, because
what we are doing is for living people.
Yes, you read the headline right. Twenty homes have been saved, in a row, out
of twenty million, without a single loss. I think that twenty
straight wins says something important---- it says that we have it nailed. We
have the fraud figured out. We have the facts. We have the process. And we
are busting case after case---- but for this to really matter, more lawyers have
to take the plunge to come walk the walk as a Private Attorney General, more
paralegals have to be trained and it has to happen now.
It is of paramount importance that American homes and ranches and
businesses be saved, that American families not suffer eviction, and that this
scourge of lawless fraud by the banks be ended.
We CAN stop current foreclosures in their tracks and return millions of
homes that have been unlawfully foreclosed and seized back to their owners. We
can do this not just some of the time, but all of the time, not just for the
lucky few and the wealthy and the famous----but for Mom and Pop, too.
Standing here today I know full well that twenty wins is just a drop in the
bucket. It's not even a scratch on the surface of the biggest real estate fraud
swindle and betrayal of trust in history------but I also know that the Truth has
been loosed, and when what is True comes, what is False must pass away.

We know that this announcement will bring on a flood of urgent pleas for
help and we have to admit that we don't even BEGIN to have the manpower and
resources to answer the need at this time so we ask that all of those battling
foreclosures bear with us. We are continuing to move forward as quickly as we
can on as many fronts as possible. For lack of a better way to proceed, we may
establish a "Client Lottery" for now, and just draw names out of a hat to

The seed money people have sent and are sending is allowing us to get on
our feet and keeping the "boys in the field" supplied with paper and ink and
filing fees and beans and rice. No doubt by Wall Street standards this homegrown
law firm is just a gritty little low-brow bunch of scrappers----- but as of
tonight, it's scrappers who have gone toe to toe twenty times in a row, and
carried off the prize.
Despite all the nay-sayers, we must have something right.

Whether they did it knowingly or not, American Nationals made an election to join the U.S Tax Club when they filed their first Form 1040 Individual Income Tax Return. As the Federal Income Tax is a tax upon the National Government and those who live and work in federal territory, the U.S. Congress could allow those in the 50 states of the Union to voluntarily join their corporate entity, but in order to stay in alignment with the 13th Amendment, they also had to allow those American Nationals the opportunity to terminate that election and exit the U.S. Tax Club. Howell and Four Other Suspects Involved in Planned Sunday Massacres
As I have explained many times before, what we are dealing with and what we
have dealt with since the beginning of this country, is a situation where very
lucrative government services contracts have been received by "governmental
services corporations". This fact has been obscured and partly hidden from the
less-than observant public and over the years for lack of true oversight the
situation has become abusive.
In the beginning the Virginia Trading Company and several of the other old
trading companies that financed the expansion into the New World banded together
to form the United States (Trading Company). That was bankrupted by Lincoln in
1863 and when the dust settled several new entities organized as corporations
emerged, chief among them, The United States of America, Inc, the District of
Columbia Municipal Corporation, and the United States of America, Inc., all of
which were bankrupted and/or morphed into still other corporate entities. It
was the United States of America, Inc. that Franklin Delano Roosevelt bankrupted
in 1933 and which stayed in reorganization until 1999. It was used as a
pass-through, like a siphon, for the creditors of this bankrupt privately owned
corporation to suck the American People dry under false presumptions and equally
false pretenses, but it was by far NOT the only pig at the trough.

The recent attack at at gay club in Orlando by a self-proclaimed ISIS advocate,
killing at least 50 people and wounding at least 53 more, was not at all a
surprise. What is frustrating, however, is that even though these attacks are
highly predictable, very few Americans seem to be preparing in any meaningful
way to counter them.
Some readers have asked for my take on the Orlando Shooting.
I don’t have one. Let’s see if together we can form a reasonable view.
Let’s start with the basic first question. Before there can be a murder declared, there must be a body. Has anyone seen on TV or in newspapers pictures of dead bodies? Bodies should be readily available if the reports are correct that fifty people were killed and 50 or more were wounded and in hospital.
I cannot bear the presstitute TV and print media. These are full-time propaganda organizations. Hopefully, some of you hold your nose and watch the news and can fill in the spaces. Has anything we have been told been confirmed by any real evidence?
Initially, I saw a CNN newscast and a RT report. The reports were heavy with verbiage of blood being all over the place, but the only visual evidence offered were three people, supposedly injured, being helped, not by medics or first responders, but by ordinary folks. A couple of people were helping a guy with tattoos in place of a shirt, but there was no sign of blood. Several people were helping people in police uniforms to carry a person who they dumped in the back of a pickup truck, not in the cab. About 6 people were carrying a person stretched out prone (no stretcher) down a street.
1. Millions of Americans are incarcerated in federal prisons and "federated
state" prisons, even though they haven't violated any Public Law. They are
being cashiered --literally-- under pernicious and known false presumption that
they are "United States Citizens" and obligated to obey the various statutory
laws, when in fact they are not citizens and provably never have been. These
millions of Americans are being used as slave labor in these prisons, paid $0.25
an hour in many cases, and then the rest of us are being charged up the wazoo to
keep them in these prisons. This is the reason that America, with roughly five
percent of the world's population has 25% of the world's prisoners.
These Euro Scum bankers are making money off of us and that's the only
reason for this bizarre statistical aberration.
Most of these Americans are being held against their will and exploited
like this even though they haven't harmed anyone or anything. They have refused
to pay taxes that in fact they do not owe. They have had the temerity to grow
crops and to smoke substances that they are in fact free to grow and to smoke.
They have been arrested and detained for things like driving without a license,
when in fact, they are not under any obligation to have a license to travel
anywhere they want to go. They have been arrested for debts and thrown in the
equivalent of Debtor's Prison long after such institutions have been outlawed.
We need funds to hire paralegals, clerks, office space, forensic auditors,
comptrollers, private investigators, non-Bar lawyers and experts in both
Admiralty and Common Law, travel expenses, court filing expenses, and the list
goes on.
What I do to inform all of you is a service. Free to all.
But the time has come to launch The People's Law Firm.
If you want to be free you have to take steps to educate and extricate
yourself from the Kingdom of Lies and come back to America.
And if you want your property including title to it returned to you and
your control, you have to take additional steps.

that America still exists despite claims by the banks and politicos claiming
otherwise. The majority of states are now covered and more information keeps
coming in.

gathering and other work ongoing is too much for me and our team to handle

Over the past few days we have discovered that Merrill Lynch has been the
kingpin in a vast scheme to defraud Americans of their land and private
property. This crime syndicate has to be taken down and the trust assets it
has purloined under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure must be returned to
the rightful owners.
I have a good friend whose integrity I respect highly and whose information is
always solid.
He has investigated the known mass murderers, assassins, and gun-violence
terrorists in recent years and with one exception----and it's a long
list----they were all Democrats.
Now, it has been a big question in my mind for years why the Democratic
Party has been calling for "gun control", when it is clear that our Constitution
requires an active militia and guarantees our right to keep and bear arms----and
it is also apparent that guns are not the problem.
I have watched guns for sixty years: rifles, pistols, Uzzis and submachine
guns in general, air rifles, AK47s, 911s, 50 mm sniper rifles, elephant guns,
shot guns, little bitty two shot Derringers, you name it, I've observed them
lying on logs, perched on tables, snugged down in gun cabinets, tucked behind
doors, over doors, carried in holsters and backpacks and purses---- and I have
never once seen a gun move by itself. Ever. Not as much as a quarter of an
inch. So why would they need to be controlled?
Since I put out the call for "Caucasian Males above the age of 21" to stand up
for their states of Union and assert "unimpeachable" claims on the land, I have
had no end of ignorant people calling me up in a white hot lather about that,
with all sorts of ugly assumptions in hand.
Just remember that the first part of "assumption" is "ass".
Obviously, I am a woman, so I have no reason to like the idea of "only"
males can do this. And also obviously, I am color blind, so I have no reason to
like the idea of "white only" either.
The fact is that the treaties and agreements that need to be exercised to
claim the land mass of this country were all written back in the 1700-1800s and
the only people who had legal standing back then were "white males above the age
of 21".
1. The sovereignty of America is vested in fifty nation-states. Both states
and nations are political entities. Nations control the land jurisdiction.
States control the sea jurisdiction.
2. People receive their nationality from where on the land they are born.
We are Virginians, Ohioans, Wisconsinites and so on as a result. That is our
"nationality".
3. "Citizenship" is an entirely different thing. A "citizen" is subject
(as in subject to a King or a government) to which they give allegiance.
4. You don't have to be a "citizen"--- that is, a subject, of
anything.
5. When people agree to take up a public office or public employment, they
agree to act as "citizens" for the term of their office.
6. Thus, if you work for or act as an elected official of the federal
government, you agree to be a citizen of the United States. If you agree to
work for the state government of Virginia, you are agreeing to be a "State
Citizen" of Virginia for the term of your employment or office.
7. Joe Blow who is just working at a job in the private sector as a
mechanic or a bank teller or a carpenter or in other professions and all the
millions of small business owners are NOT naturally "citizens" of the United
States and are not "citizens" of Virginia or Texas or any other state.
8. When you claim to be a "citizen" you are obligating yourself to obey all
the laws and statutes of the corporation operating as the "United States" or the
"United States of America" of the "State of Virginia" or whatever. This is
essentially an employment contract. You have to obey the laws of this
corporation because you agreed to be employed by them or because you were
elected to an office in their organization, just like you might hold such an
office in the hierarchy of Sears, or JC Penny or Walmart.
9. The vast majority of people claiming to be "citizens" are not citizens,
They are just very confused people claiming to be something that they are not,
and which in most cases they don't want to be, because being a citizen involves
many expenses and obligations. When you "submit yourself" to being a "citizen"
of a state, you lose your sovereignty and instead of the government serving you,
you serve the government.
10. So now that it has been stated in such plain terms---- which one are
you?

Due to excessive
length and time constraints I was not able to provide you the relevant details
of my experience in Federal Court against the IRS. I have set down the content
thereof herein below for your review.
However, of much
greater importance is what I have provided herein thereafter, for your review
and consideration. I do sincerely request that you read what I wrote in its
entirety. If thereafter you would rather I refrained from further contact of
you I will respect you advisement thereof.
The case was
called, The Prosecutor stood and began his opening statement, "Citizens of the
United States have an obligation to blah ... blah ... blah ..." At which tome I
stood to object. The judge said:
1. Judge: "Why
are you objecting Mr. Williams, he hasn't said anything
yet?"
Me: "Well, he
said citizens of the United States have all the obligations he was mentioning,
and that may be true, but I contend he does not have anything to put me in that
class."
2. Judge: "Are
you renouncing your citizenship?"
Me: "How can I
renounce that which I never applied for?"
3. Judge:
"Where were you born?"
Me: "At the time
I was born I had just gone through a terrible ordeal, I was gasping for breath,
I could not read or write, I did not know where I was or who I was or even what
I was."
4. Judge: "What
did your mother tell you?"
Me: "At the time
I was born I did not understand the child mother relationship. I could not pick
my mother from a lineup of one."
5. Judge: "What
was on your birth certificate?"
Me: "At the time
I was born I did not,understand the importance of such a document. I do not
know if one was created regarding my birth or not," and, pointing to the
prosecutor, I said: "and he can't prove it."
6. Judge: "I am
taking this matter under consideration and you will be
notified"
Here is seems to
be clear that the judge's questions, each and every one, individually, were
intended to elicit from me an acknowledgment of
citizenship'
The rats are trying to tell the rest of the world that we no longer exist as a
political reality. Because we haven't convened a Continental Congress in over
150 years, they think that that gives them the excuse to claim that our property
is "abandoned" and our States of America defunct.
This is nothing but an attempt by the bankrupt house cleaning company to
place a false claim of ownership against our estates.
They tried that last fall and the supposedly dead man sat up in
his casket at the funeral and gave them all a big "Huzzah!"
We beat
them back at the national level, so now they are attacking at the level of the
individual states.
