As I have explained many times before, what we are dealing with and what we have dealt with since the beginning of this country, is a situation where very lucrative government services contracts have been received by "governmental services corporations".  This fact has been obscured and partly hidden from the less-than observant public and over the years for lack of true oversight the situation has become abusive. 

In the beginning the Virginia Trading Company and several of the other old trading companies that financed the expansion into the New World banded together to form the United States (Trading Company).  That was bankrupted by Lincoln in 1863 and when the dust settled several new entities organized as corporations emerged, chief among them, The United States of America, Inc, the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, and the United States of America, Inc., all of which were bankrupted and/or morphed into still other corporate entities.  It was the United States of America, Inc. that Franklin Delano Roosevelt bankrupted in 1933 and which stayed in reorganization until 1999.  It was used as a pass-through, like a siphon, for the creditors of this bankrupt privately owned corporation to suck the American People dry under false presumptions and equally false pretenses, but it was by far NOT the only pig at the trough.

Some readers have asked for my take on the Orlando Shooting.

I don’t have one. Let’s see if together we can form a reasonable view.

Let’s start with the basic first question. Before there can be a murder declared, there must be a body. Has anyone seen on TV or in newspapers pictures of dead bodies? Bodies should be readily available if the reports are correct that fifty people were killed and 50 or more were wounded and in hospital.

I cannot bear the presstitute TV and print media. These are full-time propaganda organizations. Hopefully, some of you hold your nose and watch the news and can fill in the spaces. Has anything we have been told been confirmed by any real evidence?

Initially, I saw a CNN newscast and a RT report. The reports were heavy with verbiage of blood being all over the place, but the only visual evidence offered were three people, supposedly injured, being helped, not by medics or first responders, but by ordinary folks. A couple of people were helping a guy with tattoos in place of a shirt, but there was no sign of blood. Several people were helping people in police uniforms to carry a person who they dumped in the back of a pickup truck, not in the cab. About 6 people were carrying a person stretched out prone (no stretcher) down a street.

Why Do We Need a Totally Different Kind of Law Firm --- And Why NOW?

Here's some good reasons for you all:

1. Millions of Americans are incarcerated in federal prisons and "federated state" prisons, even though they haven't violated any Public Law.  They are being cashiered --literally-- under pernicious and known false presumption that they are "United States Citizens" and obligated to obey the various statutory laws, when in fact they are not citizens and provably never have been.  These millions of Americans are being used as slave labor in these prisons, paid $0.25 an hour in many cases, and then the rest of us are being charged up the wazoo to keep them in these prisons.  This is the reason that America, with roughly five percent of the world's population has 25% of the world's prisoners.

These Euro Scum bankers are making money off of us and that's the only reason for this bizarre statistical aberration.

Most of these Americans are being held against their will and exploited like this even though they haven't harmed anyone or anything.  They have refused to pay taxes that in fact they do not owe.  They have had the temerity to grow crops and to smoke substances that they are in fact free to grow and to smoke.  They have been arrested and detained for things like driving without a license, when in fact, they are not under any obligation to have a license to travel anywhere they want to go. They have been arrested for debts and thrown in the equivalent of Debtor's Prison long after such institutions have been outlawed.

Over the past few days we have discovered that Merrill Lynch has been the kingpin in a vast scheme to defraud Americans of their land and private property.  This crime syndicate  has to be taken down and the trust assets it has purloined under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure must be returned to the rightful owners. 

Should Democrats Be Disarmed?

I have a good friend whose integrity I respect highly and whose information is always solid. 

He has investigated the known mass murderers, assassins, and gun-violence terrorists in recent years and with one exception----and it's a long list----they were all Democrats. 

Now, it has been a big question in my mind for years why the Democratic Party has been calling for "gun control", when it is clear that our Constitution requires an active militia and guarantees our right to keep and bear arms----and it is also apparent that guns are not the problem. 

I have watched guns for sixty years: rifles, pistols, Uzzis and submachine guns in general, air rifles, AK47s, 911s, 50 mm sniper rifles, elephant guns, shot guns, little bitty two shot Derringers, you name it, I've observed them lying on logs, perched on tables, snugged down in gun cabinets, tucked behind doors, over doors, carried in holsters and backpacks and purses---- and I have never once seen a gun move by itself.  Ever.  Not as much as a quarter of an inch.  So why would they need to be controlled? 

We Are All "Indigenous" --- Like It or Not

Since I put out the call for "Caucasian Males above the age of 21" to stand up for their states of Union and assert "unimpeachable" claims on the land, I have had no end of ignorant people calling me up in a white hot lather about that, with all sorts of ugly assumptions in hand. 

Just remember that the first part of "assumption" is "ass".  

Obviously, I am a woman, so I have no reason to like the idea of "only" males can do this.  And also obviously, I am color blind, so I have no reason to like the idea of "white only" either. 

The fact is that the treaties and agreements that need to be exercised to claim the land mass of this country were all written back in the 1700-1800s and the only people who had legal standing back then were "white males above the age of 21".  

Are You a Citizen or a National?

1.  The sovereignty of America is vested in fifty nation-states.  Both states and nations are political entities.  Nations control the land jurisdiction.  States control the sea jurisdiction. 

2. People receive their nationality from where on the land they are born.  We are Virginians, Ohioans, Wisconsinites and so on as a result.  That is our "nationality".  

3. "Citizenship" is an entirely different thing.  A "citizen" is subject (as in subject to a King or a government) to which they give allegiance. 

4. You don't have to be a "citizen"--- that is, a subject, of anything. 

5. When people agree to take up a public office or public employment, they agree to act as "citizens" for the term of their office.  

6. Thus, if you work for or act as an elected official of the federal government, you agree to be a citizen of the United States.  If you agree to work for the state government of Virginia, you are agreeing to be a "State Citizen" of Virginia for the term of your employment or office. 

7.  Joe Blow who is just working at a job in the private sector as a mechanic or a bank teller or a carpenter or in other professions and all the millions of small business owners are NOT naturally "citizens" of the United States and are not "citizens" of Virginia or Texas or any other state. 

8. When you claim to be a "citizen" you are obligating yourself to obey all the laws and statutes of the corporation operating as the "United States" or the "United States of America" of the "State of Virginia" or whatever.  This is essentially an employment contract.  You have to obey the laws of this corporation because you agreed to be employed by them or because you were elected to an office in their organization, just like you might hold such an office in the hierarchy of Sears, or JC Penny or Walmart. 

9.  The vast majority of people claiming to be "citizens" are not citizens,  They are just very confused people claiming to be something that they are not, and which in most cases they don't want to be, because being a citizen involves many expenses and obligations.  When you "submit yourself" to being a "citizen" of a state, you lose your sovereignty and instead of the government serving you, you serve the government. 

10. So now that it has been stated in such plain terms---- which one are you?

Due to excessive length and time constraints I was not able to provide you the relevant details of my experience in Federal Court against the IRS.  I have set down the content thereof herein below for your review.

However, of much greater importance is what I have provided herein thereafter, for your review and consideration.  I do sincerely request that you read what I wrote in its entirety.  If thereafter you would rather I refrained from further contact of you I will respect you advisement thereof.

The case was called, The Prosecutor stood and began his opening statement, "Citizens of the United States have an obligation to blah ... blah ... blah ..."  At which tome I stood to object.  The judge said:

1.  Judge:  "Why are you objecting Mr. Williams, he hasn't said anything yet?"

Me:  "Well, he said citizens of the United States have all the obligations he was mentioning, and that may be true, but I contend he does not have anything to put me in that class."

2.  Judge:  "Are you renouncing your citizenship?"

Me:  "How can I renounce that which I never applied for?"

3.  Judge:  "Where were you born?"

Me:  "At the time I was born I had just gone through a terrible ordeal, I was gasping for breath, I could not read or write, I did not know where I was or who I was or even what I was."

4.  Judge:  "What did your mother tell you?"

Me:  "At the time I was born I did not understand the child mother relationship.  I could not pick my mother from a lineup of one."

5.  Judge:  "What was on your birth certificate?"

Me:  "At the time I was born I did not,understand the importance of such a document.  I do not know if one was created regarding my birth or not," and, pointing to the prosecutor, I said:  "and he can't prove it."

6.  Judge:  "I am taking this matter under consideration and you will be notified"

Here is seems to be clear that the judge's questions, each and every one, individually, were intended to elicit from me an acknowledgment of citizenship'

Comments About Anarchy As a Solution-- Unanswered Letters 24 -- For Michael

Given that the highest choice that one can make in a free will time matrix is to go with the flow (spelled LOVE), or to play god and have an energy war (spelled CONTROL), how can any form of government withstand the assault of extreme deception and secrecy by ones that chose to run a reverse matrix, that includes an intense disinformation control program? "Karen Hudes joined the NLA call tonight and is asking for concrete support in helping getting the frn exchanged for the gold backed currency. She says if the exchange does not happen soon, the frn will crash and there will be a 3rd world war.  Why does she say that?  do you know?" 

It's because she and her buddies have deliberately confused their own worthless promissory notes with actual United States Dollars and people all around the world have been defrauded as a result.  They thought they were buying our lawful currency, but they were buying Federal Reserve funny money instead. 

They were naturally angry and blaming the Americans, but I said---- whoa!  This isn't our fault.  The same rats defrauded us, too.  And I instructed the Bank of International Settlements to settle the "United States National Debt" by transferring the equal National Credit owed to us to balance the books and get all the other countries off our weary backs.

June 6: A Requiem for a Birthday
I was born on the twelfth anniversary of D-Day, the invasion of the Allied Armada on the beach heads of Normandy, which marked the end of the Nazi occupation of France and ultimately, the end of Hitler's Third Reich.
This event which both preceded and has foreshadowed my own life has always held special and ironic meaning for me. As I attended school twenty years later, I was still being shoved around and called names like "filthy German" even though my Father ---like many other German Americans--- served the Allied cause faithfully and honorably throughout the war.
My Uncles, Merton and Henry Schnur, two more German-Americans, also served in combat positions throughout the war. Merton was among those shivering heroes wading through the deadly surf on June 6 and went on to face the Battle of the Bulge as a radio operator--- a position known as a "living target". Because of the weight of the radio equipment, he couldn't carry a gun; he had to depend on the bravery and personal determination of other men in his unit to defend him.
Henry flew supply and combat missions as a pilot, over "the Hump" of the Himalayan Mountains.
My best friend's Father, Gerhardt Peterson, was another infantryman wading ashore on Omaha Beach, June 6, 1944.

The present rot began with Benjamin Dusraeli, Queen Victoria and the enfranchisement Act.  That served to make all voters franchisees obligated to obey every whim of the British Crown Corp.  After enslaving the people via promising them the right to vote, they enslaved the towns and cities via the Municipal Corporations Act (1888) and turned all of them into just cogs in the Crown machinery. 

Your history parallels what went on here and throughout the old British Empire.  Start with those two acts in Britain and compare with what happened here. You will see that you have an exactly analogous circumstance.

"US Citizenship" ---- Why Won't You Believe That You Have Made a Wrong Assumption?

I recently explained why the NLA Common Law Grand Juries don't work and can't work as the Fourth Branch of Government they claim to be---- and it is simply that the people operating these juries aren't classed as Americans.  They are still operating as "US citizens". They can't operate an American Common Law Grand Jury for the same reason that Englishmen can't operate an American Common Law Grand Jury. 

I gave everyone the actual Naturalization Act that addresses this issue: Seventh Congress, Session 1, Chapter 28, Sections 1- 4, passed April 14, 1802.  This is so straight forward, so cut-and-dried that a grade school kid can grasp what it says and what it means with no problem.

And yet, I still get people who want to argue with the facts.

Okay, here's another crystal clear, in-your-face, can't avoid what it says or what it means example from long after the Civil War:

Numerous people have asked me how much of the following "Fulford Report" (included below) is Shinola. 

Regrettably, most of it--- though no doubt Fulford is too close to see his own forest.

The truth is that the rats have simply moved their base of operations to China.  They set out to hoard all the world's gold by any means possible back in 1910, and they've done it.  Now they are trying to reap the profit from it, like harvesting a grain field.

So, now, like any good parasite when they've sucked their host dry, they are moving on to infest China---- where, many millennia ago, this system of things was recognized by a proverb:  "Collect the money and you disperse the people, collect the people and you disperse the money." 

You would think that after Neil Keenan and so many other Americans assisted the Chinese Government to collect gold that the New York Fed owed them, they would have the good grace to return what is ours to us.  Instead, they have been co-opted by the snares and lures of idolatry like so many others before them. What started out as good intentions toward the world is ending in coercing participation in a new casino scheme.

Now that they have all the gold, they have to force everyone to play their game or all the vast profits they are counting on already can't be made. 

Why NLA Grand Juries Don't Work--- Unanswered Letters 20a --- for Joseph

The Citizens Common Law Grand Jury created at the time the federal government was set up in the late 1700's could only be an American Common Law Grand Jury. The country was at peace--- as it had been for several years  after the signing of the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783--- at the time the actual Constitution was adopted.  There can be no assumption that the references made to the Citizens Common Law Grand Jury set up as the Fourth Branch of Government at that time was operating under any form of Martial Common Law. 

No such circumstance of war or venue of martial law related to the civil government existed at the time.  

Therefore, when we say "Citizens Common Law Grand Jury" and take reference to Scalia's recent ruling re-affirming its validity, there is only one kind of "Common Law" we can be talking about and that is American Common Law as it existed and grew up on this continent for the two centuries prior to the adoption of the Constitution and the creation of the Federal Government.

That being true, the next thing we have to look at is who is competent to serve on a Citizen's Grand Jury under American Common Law, and the first thing that jumps off the page is that the jurors have to be Americans and acting as Americans. They can't be United States Citizens.

Citizens in our (once) free republic founded under the English common law system, have both the power and the right to vote according to conscience when they sit on a jury and can vote not guilty even in the face of the law and in the face of the evidence. The defendant also has a right to expect that his jury will be fully informed of their rightful power to vote “not guilty” if they believe justice requires it, regardless of the evidence. Anything less is not a real jury trial.

The jury issues no opinion, gives no explanation of its decision. It simply renders its verdict, and if the verdict is “not guilty,” that acquittal cannot be questioned or overturned by any court. It is telling that a conviction can be overturned, but an acquittal cannot — the deck is stacked on the side of the liberty of the individual on trial. While a judge can overturn a jury conviction that in his judgment is unsupported by the evidence, or where the jury harbors prejudicial animus toward the defendant, the judge cannot overturn an acquittal even if the evidence is overwhelming — even if the defendant admits on the stand that he did the actions of which he is accused.

The New Republic v. The Old Republic:  An Analogous Story 

You decide to take your wife out for her birthday to the finest restaurant in town.  At first everything seems normal.  Somewhere between the second and third course, however, the head waiter and two of the waitresses strip naked.  They just go on about their jobs, but you can tell from your wife's face and the silent glances being passed by other patrons that no, you are not losing your mind and imagining things. Some other naked waiters roll curtain partititions in, sectioning off a portion of the restaurant and soon, behind that flimsey partition, a real live orgy begins.  You know what is going on.  Everyone in the room knows what is going on.  You can hear it--- the thumping and bumping, the sex talk, the moaning and sighing. It's obvious, and yet, except for the naked waitresses, everything on your side of the restaurant goes on as normal. 

You pass glances with your wife, and with the guy at the table next to you. He shrugs and goes on eating. You find yourself wondering things like--- are orgies against the law in California?  Does it matter if its a public or private orgy?  How do you define "public" and "private"?  You are in shock, but your salad is served and you pick up your fork.  Your wife follows your lead.  Just as you are beginning to taste the tomato and wrap your head around this circumstance, two uniformed policemen show up.  You think--- "Thank God!"  You assume that they know the law and are going to address the situation, but no, to your amazement, they strip naked and disappear behind the partition, too. 

The Governor and his wife and a group of celebrities arrive, the mayor of your fair city---- and they all do the same thing.  They all strip naked in front of your incredulous eyes and disappear behind that partititon.  Another naked waitress appears and asks if you would like dessert?  From the catatonic look on your wife's face you shake your head and ask for the bill.  When the waitress returns with your credit card she leans way over in a suggestive manner and puts her naked nipple about three inches away from your lips.  Your wife looks like she is about to stand up and smack someone--- either the waitress or you, and you aren't sure which. 

Driving home your mind is still in a welter. The whole thing is so bizarre. You look up the California Statutes and yes, it would appear that orgies are illegal, but who would you tell?

I appreciate your "once bitten twice shy" stance, having been in it myself more than once.  

There has been a lot of controversy on the web about whether or not I (or the others, either) are "real" judges.  Most of this comes about because people are ignorant about what a "judge" is and the jurisdictions and venues of the law generally.  

What we have operating in the courthouses around this country are all administrative and/or admiralty courts.  This is because the organizations operating the functions of our states and counties decided to incorporate themselves back in the 1950's and 60's as franchises of the federal government, so that they could partake in federal revenue sharing.

RE: Question about Federal Districts and claims that a federal military junta took over the Republic and the states during the Whiskey Rebellion. 

As part of the settlement following the Revolutionary War, King George III was given control of American affairs in international commerce (not trade--commerce) on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.  

The actual Constitution further refined the details.  

The federal government was given control of certain activities and functions, including the regulation of certain "controlled substances"-----  firearms, tobacco, and fireworks--- as a source of income and to provide for a uniform policy regarding these potentially dangerous substances.  The creation of the Federal Districts overlying the borders of the states marked the creation of administrative units to perform this function.

1. Realize that the "United States" is a federation of actual nation-states.  The states of the land not the federal "government" are the actual sovereign nations. You receive your nationality at birth as a Nevadan, Californian, Virginian, etc. Your nationality and your sovereignty cannot be taken away from you or changed unless you willfully throw it away.  The Founders knew this and protected your nationality 

The Naturalization Act of 1802, Seventh Congress, Session 1, Chapter 28, Sections 1-4, April 14, 1802 sets forth the exact requirements necessary for anyone born in an American state to become a United States Citizen.  Period.  

While the "United States" has always allowed Dual Citizenship--- that is, has allowed its "Citizens" to claim both State and Federal Citizenship at the same time, the States of the Union make no such allowance.  From the standpoint of the organic states, you are either out or you are in.  

So you have to make up your mind whether you are a man standing on your native land or a corporate fugitive merely "residing" here in a "Federal State of State" franchise existing only on paper. 

Most of us will agree that we are Virginians standing on the land of Virginia or Wisconsinites standing on the land of Wisconsin, and all of us can ask for proof that we ever completed the steps necessary to become United States Citizens?  

Everyone needs to stop their "wishful thinking"!

The Alaska State Superior Court is the "undelegated" side of the Alaska State Court, which the people are owed under The Alaska Statehood Compact----otherwise, the Compact would be both illegal and unlawful.  The two sides of the court can be invoked separately and in fact have to be invoked separately.  

To better understand this remember that the actual Constitution delegated only nineteen strictly enumerated functions to the "Federal Government"---all in the international jurisdiction of the sea.  Article X reserved all other undelegated rights, duties, functions and prerogatives in all jurisdictions including the jurisdiction of the sea, either to the states (meaning the states on the land) or the people of the land.

Last night all Hell broke loose--- but in a good sense.  For many years people have sought to determine the source, meaning, and implications of the use of all capital letter naming conventions.  Why should such a name as "JOHN HENRY DOE" exist?  How is it different from "John Henry Doe"?   Or "john henry doe" for that matter?  

I have researched it and written memorandums on the results that show that the use of these different "styles" were used in Ancient Roman Civil Law as a means of distinguishing between free men, bondservants, and slaves, with the "john henry doe" stile indicating a free man, and "John Henry Doe" indicating a bondservant, and "JOHN HENRY DOE" indicating a slave. 

The implications of this ancient history taken together with the circumstance surrounding the end of the Civil War (with millions of freed slaves representing "abandoned property" at least to some criminally minded members of the Congress) and the adoption of the 14th Amendment to the Corporate "Constitution" in 1868 and "corporate citizenship" with it----- are obvious without a degree in rocket science.
