These "No Knock" raids need to stop. This isn't Nazi Germany.

No Knock Raid Results in Multiple Cops Shot - One Killed
A lot of people — innocent people — and their pets have wound up dead during no knock raids in recent years in this country.
A no knock raid is when officers can serve a warrant on a house without notifying the residents first. At all. Period. Without ringing the doorbell, calling first, a knock, nothing. Police typically do it in the middle of the night or in the wee hours of the morning, too, when people are more likely to be asleep. The majority of these raids aren't even for violent crimes or imminent threats to life and limb, but drug crimes.

So a lot of people tend to die. It’s a pretty stupid way to enforce laws.
We live in a country where the citizenry are armed. If it’s the middle of the night and you hear someone busting through your front door, and if you exercise your 2nd Amendment rights by owning a firearm, your first reaction is going to be to draw that firearm to protect yourself and your family.

Nevada ranchers fight feds for survival in changing times

EUREKA
Cliven Bundy might be Nevada’s most well-known rancher now, but he’s not the only one trying to eke out a living on dry, inhospitable rangeland.
Ranching on federal public lands is diminishing, and remaining ranchers in Nevada and throughout the West have become a hardy breed of survivors in changing times. Like the generations of ranchers before them, they deal with disease in cattle, swings in beef prices and drought.
In the past couple of decades, their work and way of life have faced growing threats: increased red tape from the federal government, reductions to their herd sizes and resistance from federal officials who fret about lawsuits from powerful environmentalist groups.
The numbers are telling. Nevada has 797 grazing allotments for ranching on 43 million acres of public lands overseen by the Bureau of Land Management. The BLM has given 2 million animal-unit months, or AUMs, to Nevada ranchers. One AUM allows a head of cattle, or a cow and its calf, to graze for one month on public lands.

‘We Kill People Based On Metadata’

Supporters of the National Security Agency inevitably defend its sweeping collection of phone and Internet records on the ground that it is only collecting so-called “metadata”—who you call, when you call, how long you talk. Since this does not include the actual content of the communications, the threat to privacy is said to be negligible. That argument is profoundly misleading.
Of course knowing the content of a call can be crucial to establishing a particular threat. But metadata alone can provide an extremely detailed picture of a person’s most intimate associations and interests, and it’s actually much easier as a technological matter to search huge amounts of metadata than to listen to millions of phone calls. As NSA General Counsel Stewart Baker has said, “metadata absolutely tells you everything about somebody’s life. If you have enough metadata, you don’t really need content.” When I quoted Baker at a recent debate at Johns Hopkins University, my opponent, General Michael Hayden, former director of the NSA and the CIA, called Baker’s comment “absolutely correct,” and raised him one, asserting, “We kill people based on metadata.”

Amateur radio more Space Age than Digital Age gaining popularity

There’s something almost majestic about the array of electronic equipment displayed in what once was a bedroom of Jerry Sobel’s home and what now resembles the radio shack of a movie-screen submarine.
On a set of double wooden shelves is a receiver from the ’50s, two transceivers, and an amplifier Sobel built from a kit during the ’70s. There’s a snaky gooseneck microphone and a desk microphone. And, there’s a handheld FM device that looks like a walkie-talkie a kid might play with but which can do things a kid’s walkie-talkie can only dream of.
But it’s the strange assemblage of characters — K0MBB — affixed to a speaker and on the wall that explains what all of this cool stuff is about. It’s the amateur radio call sign of Sobel, president of the Las Vegas Radio Amateur Club (www.LVRAC.org) and practitioner of a not-so-retro electronic art that’s more popular than ever.

FEDS SEIZE FAMILY'S RANCH

When Kit Laney answered a knock on his door Saturday, law enforcement officers from the U.S. Forest Service handed him a piece of paper announcing his Diamond Bar Ranch in southwest New Mexico would be shut down Wednesday and his 300 head of cattle grazing there would be removed – one way or the other.

Answering the confusion about the Bundy ranch militia infighting garbage.

From Paul Stramer in Montana,

I have worked closely with Stewart Rhodes for a long time now. I can't even Imagine him as anything but what his actions toward the Bundy family have indicated he is. He is CERTAINLY NOT a provocateur as the so called Ryan Payne says. I know his family, and the people around his family and I would trust them with my life any time..
He donated $12,500 in a check directly to the Bundy family to help with the expenses and logistics associated with the camp and guard details. He donated a full case of Baofeng radios for the camp and guards. He bought very specialized FLIR (forward looking Infrared radar) vision worth almost $10,000 for 3 units, and donated one to the camp militia (Jerry) and another was stolen along with the chargers for all three. We patrolled the AO for a 30 mile radius all night for 5 nights in a row after the drone threat. He set up a WiFi at the ranch for everyone to use. These were all made possible by members of Oathkeepers donating many thousands of dollars for this travesty the BLM caused in Nevada.
I was there. We set up a system of radio communications and kept it running for almost a week, and would do it again if the Bundy family would just wake up to who their real friends are, The Oathkeepers, and tell this "Ryan Payne"? or "Jim Messina" or whoever he is to hit the road and not come back. Just the communications part of this mission was worth a bunch to the Bundy family not only as a deterrent, but for their actual safety day and night, and cost the Oathkeepers thousands of dollars.
I hate the infighting as much as anyone, but I will not tolerate being called a traitor or coward or deserter for not spending every minute of the day sitting around a camp in a tent and trying to sort out who is lying.  I KNOW what I saw, and what I saw was Oathkeepers members staying up all night on patrol to make sure that the Bundy ranch was a safe place, and to get them early warning if things went south. I personally spent a week of my life getting ready and performing this mission and I can tell you if it wasn't for the national Oathkeepers organization making it possible for me to be there I would not have been able to come to Nevada at all. I am really glad that I was able to bring Sheriff Peyman to the Bundy ranch, and for being able to meet and spend a couple of hours with Cliven and his family, and I am grateful for having met this great Sheriff with a backbone made of stainless steel, and for being able to spend almost the whole day with him. Some of the people I met at the ranch were very loving and kind, and some (not the Bundys) were as cold as ice when they found out I was the communications person for Oathkeepers.
That's just tough, because I don't get intimidated. I treat everyone kindly and at face value. If they were there for the same reasons I was, that's great, but if they were there for their own ego, or to blow their own horn like this Ryan Payne, if that is his real name, then God bless them, because He is the only one who can.
I hope and pray every day that the people who started this backbiting crap get exposed and have a change of heart. Mr. Pain should get a strong dose of humility, and realize he is NOTHING along side of our creator.  He said and did everything that an agent provocateur would do to drive a wedge between the people at the ranch and the Oathkeepers. That didn't do anybody any good at all except perhaps the government.  Regardless of what anybody thinks about their high and mighty military career, and military discipline, the ranch camp was NOT a military operation. It was NOT conducted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, period. Those were private citizens and residents who were free to come and go as they darn well pleased. There was NO authority present to "command" anybody to do anything at all. Everything was completely voluntary, and even if they volunteered to abide by some kind of temporary order, what was Ryan Payne going to do as punishment if they decided to leave, walk up and execute them for desertion???   What a blow hard, egotistical maniac. What a self centered idiot. What a foul mouthed provocateur.
The best thing he could do for his country now is just cease and desist and disappear from the scene, or any other scene, but that won't happen, will it? He will keep on making himself the supreme "commander" of every incident he can find.
If you want to go to a real patriotic website don't visit this stupid Operation Mutual Aid website. In the first place the Mutual Aid terminology is a police term for frequencies used for inter agency communications at any incident. It's a mainstream police term. Where did they get this name? I surmise that someone who is still in such an organization suggested it, or someone who is under cover in one of the militias.   This is why we should be following Dr. Edwin Vieira's outline for the lawful unorganized militia of the several states, as outlined in his long book on CD rom entitled "The Sword and Sovereignty" instead of having every Tom, Dick and Ryan forming up some kind of ad hoc group and calling it a militia. IT'S NOT a lawful militia unless it's done right. Where does the lawful militia get it's power? From the popular elections of both the Sheriff and the Governor of a State.  Read the book. I bet you can't refute it.
The real patriotic website that scares the hell out of the leftists is www.oathkeepers.org, and that is why the left will try to infiltrate these militias and try to use them against the Oathkeepers.  Between the Oathkeepers and the CSPOA there is a real threat to the criminal enterprise that has hijacked the federal government, and they know it full well. They will stop at NOTHING to destroy those organizations, and they will spare no expense. I wonder how many of the so called militia at the camp in Nevada were actually on the payroll of the feds? Think about it.

Breaking Alert - Who is this person called Ryan Payne?

I can't believe that nobody caught this.
Who is the person at the ranch that calls himself Ryan Payne????
Look at this video on YouTube where this person is interviewed as Ryan Payne,  who is supposedly the head of the militia at the Bundy ranch.
And then at the interview where he uses foul language and calls the Oathkeepers traitors/deserters, and not only that, he accuses Stewart of being an agent provocateur.
It's been my experience that liars accuse others of what they themselves are guilty, for lack of a better imagination, or because that is what they are most familiar with. They telegraph their innermost secrets and don't even know it.
Look at the website for their "Operation Mutual Aid"  which this person claims he is part of.
On this link here is what you will find.
On the top row on the right side this man is pictured and the name under the picture is NOT Ryan Payne, but Jim Messina
Which is it?   It says he is 44 years old and from the United States, while other so called members are listing their city and state. What's the deal with that?
It's the same guy who claims he is from southwest Montana, but lists his name as Jim Messina, not Ryan Payne on his website!
Sorry if you see this Mr. Payne or Mr.Messina whatever your name is, and attempt to pull the page, know that I have copied it and have the page on my hard drive, and have also archived it elsewhere.
I encourage anyone who sees this email to do likewise.
This person does and says the things an agent of a government that is really very afraid of the Oathkeepers organization would say. He can't really win an argument against the Oathkeepers mission or their 10 orders they won't obey, so he does the very same thing the leftists do. He demonizes the opposition because that's all he has. He inflames the patriots against each other, and he demonizes the only national organization that educates the active duty military members about their duty to their oath and to their country, which education can actually stop the leftists like Harry Reid right in his tracks.
SO WHO IS THE REAL AGENT PROVOCATEUR?      The Bundy family needs to realize who their real friends are, the Oathkeepers.

Communications at the Bundy ranch and future hot spots

Hi Everyone,
I have returned from the Bundy ranch, and am working on the ongoing project of setting up emergency radio communications systems for rapid deployment in situations like the Bundy family found themselves, following their stand against government tyranny.
I spent the best part of a week working for the safety of everyone at the ranch after being asked to go to Nevada by Stewart Rhodes. Stewart and the Oathkeepers organization made it possible, and I will work with them any time.
I am not disappointed at all with what we did on this first excursion to Nevada, considering the short 2 days we had to prepare.
My Dodge Minivan already had a scanner and a dual band FM  2 meter and 70cm radio and I had another just like it with me, that I set up at a local motel in a room that had good position that we could talk to the ranch, which was only 9 miles away.  I added a CB so I could get information from the truckers on the way down, before I left home.  I had also installed a dual band radio in Stewart's rented SUV and he was able to put that vehicle into the patrol rotation later using ham frequencies.
I had gone to the ranch on Friday shortly after I arrived, riding with another one of our crew, and gathered up those with Ham licenses, which turned out to be only two people on the whole site.  One of them is a good friend from Kalispell and he agreed to be the anchor on site with a split band operation and a dual band antenna that I had with me. We picked a location to set up that antenna and I told him I would be back the next day to do it.
That night we got the drone strike threat and an hour later my tech class ham friend showed up at the motel and said he was going on patrol.
We had been told to start up a night patrol with constant radio contact to patrol within about 25 miles in either direction from the ranch for the safety of everybody on site, and for advanced warning to get any info about what we saw out to the ranch and also out of the area however we could before any communications blackout could be put into effect. Using the dual band radios we were actually able to talk up to about 50 miles away at times depending on terrain.
I set up an antenna and dual band radio at the motel room and used a long term storage pack to run that radio so it couldn't be shut down by turning off the electric power in the room.  That radio was easily able to talk to our patrols because it's output was around 70 watts, and we used one 65 watt mobile, a dual band 50 watt mobile,  and some dual band handhelds with external antennas to do a once per hour radio check to make sure everyone was alright and still patrolling.  We did this from Friday night through Tuesday night, all night long from about 9 PM until about 5 AM each night.  During the day I used an  HF rig I had borrowed from WR7DW and a vertical antenna on my van to contact W4SVS in Florida, and WR7DW , and also K7BIR in Montana and several times we were able to all be on the same frequency simultaneously to maintain a signal path.
On HF during the day we used 14.345 on 20 meters, and later in the night we would switch to 80 at  3.838 .   We could vary the frequency as needed to get around interference, and the whole system worked quite well considering. We were able to maintain contact at all times and the patrol operators had some short range encrypted units to use between each other if they had to stop and should they get separated by a few hundred feet. These worked out to over a mile very well.
To see the whole band plan we are using see this document.
Here is our local band plan for the Eureka and Kalispell area.
Our obvious big deficit was having enough people with at least a tech class license to go on patrol, and we could have done a much better job if we could have had a few more high power mobile dual band radios for the vehicle, but I stayed with a Kenwood TM281 65 watt unit because they are low cost, have pretty good power, and it's what I could get on short notice, and the biggest reason is that it's so efficient that most any cigarette lighter socket will allow full power operation at 65 watts. We used magnet mount dual band antennas so we could switch the radios from vehicle to vehicle quickly to increase our transparency to the public.  We even equipped our handheld dual band radios with magnet mount external antennas and increased their range dramatically.
So much for what we did.   Now for what we could do given a little time and some money for preparations.
The ideal situation would be to have a communications crew, all with ham licenses, which could be composed of mostly tech class guys, along with at least two or three guys with General or Extra class licenses.  These guys would travel with several comm units consisting of one or two mobile vans with all band capabilities, and a few vehicles with patrol FM capabilities.  With a little more prep, we could set up a mobile command center in a travel trailer that could be pulled by any big pickup with a 2 " ball hitch to a site within about 10 or so miles of the center of action, and set up in a matter of a couple of hours. This trailer would have all band HF, VHF, UHF and digital capabilities including wireless internet to encrypted internet pier 2 pier secure data and chat, and digital HF single side band digital com on the ham bands.
Ideally we could use a bumper pull 24 or 26 foot travel trailer with rear bedroom and a front dinette. The front dinette could be converted to permanent ham shack and the rear bedroom could be used by an off duty general or extra class ham for sleep so we could run a triple rotating shift 24/7.
This trailer would be comm HQ and a place where vehicle radios and handheld radios would be put in rotation for patrols, (checked in and checked out) and could be located off site in some higher location if possible.  It would have the capability of talking nation wide and world wide. This could serve as the communications hub for any operation around which we could run one or two vans with like capabilities using various spots on higher ground to back up these long range comms, and to relay from patrols to the trailer if the need arises. The trailer should have back up power including solar panels and a generator and storage batteries to be able to run the trailer and the radio gear during any power outage for extended periods. With the right planing we could equip this trailer with a big power amp, and a crank up tower that could swing a 3 element beam. While in Nevada I was able to talk repeatedly to Florida and Montana with only 100 watts and a vertical antenna, but 500 or 1000 watts would guarantee very solid HF communications almost regardless of band conditions. We can just switch bands and crank up the power to get the job done as needed. The beam antenna would amplify both incoming and outgoing signals for maximum range and effectiveness.
I have already talked to my Extra class buddies here in Eureka, and I am sure if we had some kind of trailer to work with we could set this up in a couple of weeks or three, assuming we had about 10 grand to put into the radio and power part of the project.  While in Nevada my whole station was solar powered.
If you have any ideas to add to this feel free to jump in.  We would like to finish our preparations with the comm van first and then pick up a few more radios for other vehicles for FM dual band operation.
If anyone reading this has any questions please feel free. None of this is set in stone, and any time you get a bunch of ham radio guys in a room together you are going to have lots of good ideas floating around.

Two more things.
1.  In over 30 years of patriot activity I have NEVER asked outright for any kind of donation for my own projects or anything else for that matter, but this is very important, and the safety of the patriots at these kinds of activities may well depend more on communications than anything.
You will probably never hear of me asking for money again after this project is completed, but we can and will get this job done one way or another, and depending on what the rogue government does this project could be ongoing for a long time.
2.  Everything we did and will do is and was perfectly lawful and according to FCC regulations for Ham Radio in safety and emergency communications protocol and will be kept that way regardless of what other patriots do with their radios. We will NOT give agents of government any excuses to persecute us for trying to help people who are literally in the crosshairs of tyrannical government agents.
Donations will be used strictly for the communications project and are not tax deductible.

The Bundy Ranch takeover is just the tip of a very large Iceberg

IS THE U.S. BEING COLONIZED BY RED CHINA?

by Tom DeWeese
May 25, 2014
NewsWithViews.com
For the past few decades the Communist regime of China has been driving toward world supremacy, both economically and militarily. The regime’s main target has been, and is, the United States of America. China’s plan to grab power has been clever and unprecedented, seeking victory without firing a shot, reducing its targets to mere frogs in a boiling pot.
Pundits and politicians alike, when excusing their strategic dealings with China, are quick to remind their audiences that today’s China is a “centuries old civilization” rich in tradition and ancient religious discipline. A Confucian civilization that is still upset over wrongdoings during the European colonization period.
Such a view is wrong. The China we are confronted with today is nothing like that pre-nineteenth century nation. Since the reign of Mao Tse-tung began in 1949, Communist China, much to the dismay, torture, and death of its own citizens, has been governed by tyrannical thugs, thirsty to expand their dictatorial regime and unrelenting in their hatred of Western Civilization and the United States.

The Systematic Elimination of Private Property especially in the West

Interview with a New Mexico rancher at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada.

Range Magazine article on Sheriffs vs. BLM

Cops are everywhere. These days in America, everybody seems to have a badge. But by common law at least a thousand years old, only the sheriff has elected authority over local law enforcement. The “MAN,” in some cases a woman, is still the bottom line on “legal” in some 3,000 jurisdictions of the United States.
Even after the British in about the 17th century let go of the system of a “reeve” in every “shire,” it remained an essential element of English Common Law, mentioned nine times in the freedom-founding document of the Magna Carta alone and still generally acknowledged as the lynchpin of the American justice system. Next to the King himself, the “shire reeve” was the realm’s most powerful authority, not only in matters of law enforcement and tax collection, but in raising the “hue and cry” to rally the residents against a general threat, including that from another monarch.
Robin Hood might recognize the ticket book as tax collection on a country highway, and most common country drunks can testify after any weekend to the effectiveness of a night in “gaol.” Less recognized these days, however, is the sort of formal hueing and crying that pits a number of western sheriffs and their constituents against what they see as expanding authority of the federal government into local matters. In many a shire, the reeve has about had it with the feds.
“They despise me,” Eureka County, Nev., Sheriff Ken Jones says of his federal counterparts in the law enforcement division of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. “I think they draw straws just to see who gets the dreaded duty of giving me a phone call.”

Pushback starting from the Bureau of LandGrabs' Bundy Family Ranch episode!

This is so much bigger than just the Bundy family and their cattle. This is about Freedom from Tyranny by an out of control Federal monster that will gorge itself on land and power every chance it gets until We the People stop it.

Lawmakers Unveil Plan to Liberate Western Lands and Evict Feds
Written by  Alex Newman

With the now-infamous federal abuses against the Bundy ranching family and its supporters in Nevada helping to awaken a sleeping giant, liberty-minded elected officials from Western states are coming together with citizens to take action in defense of the Constitution and the West. Their mission: to wrest control over the vast expanses of land and wealth in the region that are unconstitutionally claimed by the Washington, D.C.-based political and bureaucratic classes. Now, a new alliance of lawmakers and citizens has a concrete plan to make those goals a reality.
As The New American reported this week, more than 50 elected officials from nine Western states met on April 18 at the Utah Capitol for the Legislative Summit on the Transfer for Public Lands. Among them were state House speakers, state senators, a U.S. senator, county commissioners, and more. The goal, multiple organizers and attendees explained, is to strip the federal government of the almost 50 percent of land in Western states that it claims to “own” in defiance of the U.S. Constitution and various agreements.
One of the lawmakers who participated, Washington State Rep. Matt Shea, a liberty-minded Republican who also stood with the Bundy family, says that lawmakers from Western states are determined to protect the Constitution and their constituents. “Legislators from across the West are saying enough is enough,” Rep. Shea told The New American after the summit in Salt Lake City. “We are banding together to fight federal overreach wherever it rears its ugly head, not just talk about it.”
To do that, last week, another alliance of lawmakers, citizens, businessman, ranchers, sheriffs, officials, and more came together and created the Coalition of Western States United Against Tyranny, or COWS for short. Already, the network has seen phenomenal growth, with more than 25 lawmakers joining up by April 22, Rep. Shea explained. “COWS has grown massively in just one week and legislators from all over the West are jumping on board,” he said, adding that he was “absolutely” optimistic about their prospects for success.
COWS advocates a five-step process to evict the self-styled federal landlords from the Western United States, Rep. Shea explained. In the short term, county governments should draw up management plans for the land in coordination with state and federal agencies. Already, federal law requires that U.S. bureaucracies work with local officials, though in practice, that rarely happens. At the same time, states should also introduce and pass legislation to prohibit any net loss of private land to government.
In the longer term, federally (mis)managed lands should be transferred over to state authorities, “because government closest to the people is best,” Rep. Shea continued. “The federal government cannot possibly know how best to manage land in the thousands of different locales like the people of those areas could,” the popular Republican lawmaker explained, echoing the sentiments of countless other policymakers and activists who say the federal government needs to be stripped of its vast, unconstitutional land holdings.
“Clearly,” Shea says, “the people of Western states would do a better job managing those lands.” In fact, among the most common complaints on the issue in the West is the fact that the feds have done a terrible job maintaining the land they purport to own — especially when compared with the areas managed by state and local governments, or even private citizens. The COWS lawmakers said an excellent, proven process for transferring federally managed lands into state control has been laid out by the American Lands Council and others.
Then there is the issue of keeping promises. As the Western territories were officially becoming states, like in the East, the federal government agreed to eventually transfer those lands. However, as with so many other promises made by the D.C.-based political class, so far, it has not been fulfilled. “The enabling acts of the Western States make it clear the federal government was meant to be a steward only until such time that the states could manage,” Rep. Shea explained.
The state of Utah has taken the strongest action thus far toward ensuring that the feds comply. In 2012, lawmakers passed and the governor signed a law demanding that the federal government relinquish control over much of the estimated two-thirds of territory inside Utah’s borders it claims to control. The law specifically cited those agreements from when Utah joined the Union, threatening a lawsuit if Washington, D.C. refuses to comply.
Perhaps the most important issue at play in the whole land issue, though, is the U.S. Constitution. “Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution spells out what types of property the federal government can ‘own’,” Rep. Shea continued, pointing out that, outside of a few limited exceptions, it is not constitutional for Washington, D.C., to own or control land — much less half of the Western United States, and as much as 85 percent of some states such as Nevada.
Rep. Shea also pointed to The Federalist, No. 45, which (he notes) “makes clear the intent” of America’s Founding Fathers. “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government, are few and defined,” the document states. “Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”
Eventually, also in the long term, some of the land wrested from the federal government should be sold off to private parties “as required in the enabling acts of most of the states,” Rep. Shea continued. Indeed, numerous lawmakers and analysts say at least some of that land should be privatized, allowing the Western states to boost their economy and tax base while extending private-property rights to a broader area and a potentially greater number of individuals. Exactly how much land should be kept in the hands of state and local authorities could be decided going forward.
The economic and environmental benefits, though, would be significant. “It would have a massive positive impact putting that land back into productive use for both the economy and the tax base,” Rep. Shea explained, again echoing the recently expressed concerns of dozens of powerful lawmakers and countless Western-state citizens, with some estimates suggesting that there is around $150 trillion in mineral wealth alone. “In fact, in the enabling act that brought Washington State into the Union, the proceeds from a portion of the sale of that land must go to specifically funding education.”
Finally, the fifth step in the process would be to disarm federal bureaucrats — a demand that is growing increasingly urgent after the federal terror unleashed by heavily armed Bureau of Land Management officials against the Bundy family and friends in Nevada. “This is not an isolated incident and is part of a broader war on rural America,” Rep. Shea explained. “Bureaucratic rules and regulations are functionally disallowing the viable economic use of large swaths of land in the West. Regardless, a sniper rifle and killing instead of seizing cattle is not due process.”
With the public increasingly galvanized against federal abuses and lawlessness after the Bundy ranch fiasco, now is a perfect time for state governments and the American people to put the U.S. government back in its constitutional cage where it belongs — and where it cannot send in heavily armed storm troopers to terrorize ranchers and protesters over alleged unpaid “fees” or tortoises. The alternative is more and more Bundy ranch-style paramilitary disasters, along with eventual tyranny. With optimistic Western lawmakers making strong and popular moves to protect liberty and evict the feds, though, liberty-minded Americans have good reason to be optimistic as well.

Bundy Ranch after action report by Stewart Rhodes and others who were there!

The following Advisory is also online at Oath Keepers' national website. Please comment there:

Here is more info from Stewart Rhodes and company on the rift between the alleged "leaders" of the militia down at the Bundy Ranch. This debriefing focuses on just a few men who would sabotage Oath Keepers' mission at the Bundy Ranch. It explains some sequences and some activities which you've not heard about before.

Please understand that Oath Keepers has great faith in the majority of good men and women in the militias represented at the Ranch. We just have problems with people who want to stir up trouble, for such people are most often what we call "Agents Provocateur".

We are not accusing anyone of being an agent provocateur, but we are definitely identifying certain actions and statements by questionable men as being exactly the sort of activity an agent provocateur would display.  It is just a few, and we think that the greater majority of militiamen and militiawomen serving there are tops. To you we say: You have our support and our gratitude for your sacrifice for the Bundy Ranch mission. Well done.  However, Oath Keepers suggests that you do question your leadership to be sure they are who and what they claim to be. We would especially encourage people to look into any claims about any specialty service in the military that any of the current leaders might claim.

Mike Vanderboegh posted this video at his Sipsey Street Irregulars website. Mike accompanied the posting of this video with a well-informed and therefore informative article of his own. Mike was there and gave a great speech. He also kept a close eye on unseen trends in behavior patterns and cultural earmarks. This is not his first rodeo. He sums up with an excellent and generously written article of his own. We would like to invite you to also read Mike's take on the Bundy Ranch excitement.

Bundy Ranch and the new rules of engagement

Mike Adams

(NaturalNews) In the aftermath of round one of the Bundy Ranch armed siege by the U.S. government, I have decided to offer the federal government an intelligent analysis of the new rules of engagement. People like Daniel P. Love, Special Agent in Charge of BLM Region 3, desperately need to review and learn these rules. Other federal agents also need to understand the tectonic shift of power that has just taken place and how it will impact their operations from here forward.  ......

America’s newest hero: Meet the real Cliven Bundy

Posted from Mesquite Nevada near the Bundy Ranch I thought you should be able to get some information about the Bundy family that you won't get from the liestream media. http://mobile.wnd.com/2014/04/americas-newest-hero-meet-the-real-cliven-bundy/#eUvtWtKliiuWdwcW.01

I have been to the Bundy ranch and on Saturday had dinner with Cliven Bundy. He is not much different than some of the ranchers I know in Montana. Independent, and all about God, family and country. I wasn't there more than about 2 hours, but you should have been there when a black American conservative who is running for office in Las Vegas told Cliven that There are NO racists left in America, and yet we are all racists.  I didn't get his name, but he had some great advice about this racist thing. He said it wasn't about Rosa Parks sitting in the front of the bus, but it WAS about Rosa Parks sitting anywhere she darn well wanted to in that bus.  THAT FREEDOM is what this is all about. It's about tyranny of the rich and powerful against the little guy that only wants to be left alone to live and work and raise his family in peace. And that should be ALL of us.

Watch the video and read the article above and you will understand what I am saying.
I am here for the duration, and don't know how long that will be so will try to keep you up to date.

All Hat and no Cattle

Sunday, April 20, 2014

"They know we're coming." With piss-poor operational security, Feds flood the zone at Las Vegas hotels in massive display of gambling prowess.

"They know, Chuck, they know. They know we're coming." -- ATF undercover agent Robert Rodriguez to raid commander Chuck Sarabyn, 28 February 1993, one hour before the raid on the Branch Davidians.
Looking like nothing so much as the evil-eaten Emperor Palpatine from the Star Wars saga, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has promised local media that "this isn't over." And, in truth, reports on the Internet of Fed cops of various agencies' jack-booted thug teams flooding into Las Vegas hotels are certainly correct. They are there by the hundreds, taking over entire floors, playing the slot machines and trying to look inconspicuous, which is working out about as well as you might expect. This is known to just about everybody who's paying attention to the situation in Bunkerville, including the local media who are not reporting it, for now. Just who this demonstration of stark naked so-called "operational security" and impotent puffery is supposed to impress is another matter. Harry Reid, perhaps. Bob Wright has observed that Harry seems to believe he's in a "biggest dick" contest with Cliven Bundy. Like the juvenile high school hall monitor who can't get the other kids to stop running, Harry is throwing a hissy fit. Personally, I'm happy for him. Every time Harry opens his mouth, we get another hundred thousand converts to our cause nationwide. Indeed, if the mumbling, bumbling Harry did not exist, we might have to invent him. Of course, your average high school hall monitor doesn't have the power and might of the militarized federal police establishment at his beck and call. Still, what this is supposed to accomplish, beyond a ratcheting up of the attempted psy-war campaign against the Bundys and the volunteers who guard them, is a mystery to the analysts I talk to.
I know that the Bundys are not going away, and neither are the volunteers. Unless the federal government has decided to kill them all and initiate the next American civil war, this is all just your tax dollars at work in a massive display of gambling prowess.
That potential conflict, as I have explained many times would be suicidal, both personally for Harry Reid and and for his mandarin class. And as long as even one closet Oath Keeper or Three Percenter in the federal ranks remains -- and there are many -- the feds know that there is no military option that cannot be compromised. So Emperor Harry can go on muttering about how "soon the rebellion will be crushed," and the storm troopers can continue to dip their wicks in the soft envelopments of Vegas hookers, but it is all hat and no cattle, as they say out here. They may be fooling themselves, but they do not fool the hardy band of determined patriots dug in along the banks of the Virgin River.
