Why they say you have "No Standing" in the courts.
Why you have no rights as the courts in the whole country see it now!

As I understand the law and what has been done in this country, there is a pretty clear reason why the American people have "no standing" in the courts and why Obama's eligibility and other issues people have attempted to bring into suit have been rejected by the courts.
First, there are two nationalities in this country that you might call political "status". One is the U.S. citizen and one is what I will refer to as the American national, which formerly was a Citizen on one of the Sovereign States of the union. Since the states have become agencies of the federal corporation in D.C. the sovereign state is currently non-existent. Hence we are of the nationality of our previously sovereign state but can no longer claim to be a citizen of the STATE OF. Hence the term American National.
The U.S. citizen has NO RIGHTS. They now have only privileges granted by the corporation which are called civil rights ( a deceptive term indeed) instead of natural rights or God given rights. The U.S. corporation and its agencies are the creator of this fictional entity called a U.S. citizen. They created that fictional status to act upon and they also have lawful control of it (as its creator). They can grant a privilege or they can take it away. The maxim in law is that "he who partakes of the benefit must endure the penalty". The Supreme Court has held the same thing several times.
Because the system has been set up in such a way that virtually everything is considered a "benefit" of being in their system most people have unwittingly volunteered into the status of being a U.S. citizen and indeed claim the title quite proudly! In truth they are proud to be Americans, but they do not know the difference and cannot distinguish between the two. U.S. citizens were proclaimed to be "enemies of the state" back in 1934 during the Roosevelt administration. What we see today from Washington makes it obvious and in your face that such is the case.
The current Constitution of THE UNITED STATES is the corporate charter for the municipal government of Washington D.C. The truth is that it is a bankrupt entity that currently exists in name only and is merely a vehicle being used to fleece Americans and build an empire for the creditors using our military. As a bankrupt entity it has no lawful authority to function whatsoever. Those claiming to be the status of a U.S. citizen are claiming a political status created by the 14th amendment and they waive their God given rights in exchange for civil rights....ie privileges. Unfortunately most people do not realize that the U.S. citizen cannot complain of being damaged personally by the corporation because they must endure the penalties of participation in the benefits of the corporate system. Hence the U.S. citizen has no standing to claim damage or violation of any rights; they do not have any.
Furthermore, the U.S. citizen is a fictional entity which is corporate in nature. It is a legal fiction created legislatively by congress. A fiction cannot actually be damaged. How can you damage the tooth fairy or Santa Claus? In the real world of substance they do not exist so they cannot actually be damaged. Again, the claim of damage has "no standing" for a U.S. citizen.
So, if the U.S. citizen has no standing to claim personal damage in the courts for constitutional violations, what about the American National who does not claim to be a U.S. citizen and does not partake of the benefits of the system? Well, basically all the courts have become legislative courts. They deal only with fictional corporate entities and the contracts between the fictions. An American national finds that neither the corporate system, their rules, or their courts have anything to do with them. An American is not "subject to" nor within the jurisdiction of these administrative courts which are administering corporate affairs; in this case the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES.
American nationals cannot claim personal damage by the corporate government because they are outside the corporate rules administered by the legislature. If the rules do not apply to you then you cannot be damaged by them. Hence the sovereign American has no standing in their courts either. Fictions (tooth fairy) cannot really damage a living man.
So, what is the purpose of the courts as they exist at present? It is simple. The U.S. government and all its agencies, which include all the state governments, counties, cities, and courts are now under the control of the creditor to the UNITED STATES INC., which went into bankruptcy in 1933. The congress serves as the trustee and the president is the chief administrator of the bankruptcy acting on behalf of the creditor, the FEDERAL RESERVE and/or it owners.
The courts and the police are revenue collectors extracting monies from the population of U.S. citizens as the penalty or charge for the participation in the limited liability scheme of plunder. The corporate scheme was merely a way to apply the national debt to the people of the country and a device to plunder our nation using operations of law. Some fees and charges go to building and supporting the collection mechanism itself and some go to the creditors as profits. It is about like the tables in Vegas. The house will always win in the end. You may enjoy a few winnings along the way in the form of perceived benefits, but in the end the house will clean you, and our nation, out. Any small winnings you might enjoy in the interim will be extracted from you in the end. How many end up broke in Vegas? How many of our elderly die broke? How broke have we become as a nation?
If U.S. citizens have no standing in the courts to protect rights and the American national is outside the system and its courts, then their is no avenue available to protect God given rights or our natural rights within their existing system. You cannot argue Constitutional rights because, as the courts have said, the Constitution was a contract but the people were not a party to it. Our rights come from God not the Constitution. The Bill of Rights did not grant us those rights; it was restrictive in nature and was to restrict the government. The only protector of our God given rights is man, who inherited them, and God. There is no entity between man and the creator in the chain of command.

Regardless of how this was done we still have a constitution and the Supreme court has backed that up in the Mack/Printz decision. It's up to us to defend that and enforce that.

Magazine ban only good for criminalization of law abiding Americans
Sheriff Ken Campbell in a video that destroys the myth about large capacity magazines.
All gun grabbers are OUTLAWS. They hate the law, especially the US supreme law, the Constitution. If they were NOT OUTLAWS they would be proposing an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment according to constitutional process, but no, they know that won't fly, so they are willing to incite violence against we the people, who are the lawful civil authority in our counties with our lawfully elected sheriffs.
That makes them Seditionists. The definition of sedition is "to incite violence against the lawful civil authority". It's a felony crime. They should be arrested and charged with sedition the instant they throw any anti 2nd amendment bill in the hopper. It is NOT possible to change, abrogate, or replace the 2nd amendment with a mere statute. There is a constitutional process to do it lawfully.

You can't do it. These are the facts and irrefutable history. You gun grabbers are just another bunch of criminal gangs just like the commies and Nazis who did this throughout history.
Any gun grabber that proposes taking guns from law abiding citizens is guilty of the crime of Sedition, defined as "inciting violence against the lawful civil authority" which in the case of America is We the People with our elected sheriffs. YOU GUN GRABBERS ARE THE OUTLAWS, you are the criminals setting the stage for the worst genocide and murder in the history of the world. You are perpetrating violence against peaceful people who just want to be left alone to work, raise their families, and live in quiet love of God and their families and neighbors, but you are monsters who will never be satisfied until you own the whole world, just like Satan was not satisfied and thought that he should be worshiped like God. You have made up your minds that if you can't own the whole world you are going to burn it down, just like Satan who wants every soul in hell because he can't be worshiped like God.
You think you are better than the rest of us, and your arrogance will be your downfall.
You mock God and His positive divine law (ten commandments) and His natural laws of self defense.
You make a mockery of the Supreme law for the United States, and you scoff at law itself, just like Satan when he rebelled against his own Creator God and thought himself equal or even greater than God.
Look what it got him. You are headed in the same direction and to the same place. If you don't believe me just keep it up. If you were not outlaws and scofflaws, and tyrants, you would be proposing a repeal of the 2nd amendment by lawful constitutional process, buy you can't get what you want that way!
We would much rather that you be converted from your evil, and do penance for your sins and crimes, and come to know God's love for all eternity, than to have to fight you to stay alive, and for our children's inheritance of freedom under God's laws. We are willing to leave you alone to live your lives, but you are not willing to do the same for us. That makes you the aggressors, and the perpetrators of great evil.
You know that when you come at us with guns, there will be bloodshed, simply because tens of millions of people have drawn their line in the sand, knowing that if they let their firearms be taken their lives and the lives of their children will be next to be taken by your unlawful jack booted, black suited thugs, mercenaries one and all, who live for killing and evil. History bears this out in spades as the movie shows. Again I challenge any gun grabber to prove this wrong.
I am forced to think at this point that YOU WANT THAT VIOLENCE so you can declare so called "martial law" and come at the freedom loving people of America with military force. Be careful. Many of those military people you are counting on, take their oath very seriously. They just might turn and kill the officer that gave the unlawful orders, and then keep right on coming for YOU! Be careful of trying to use any foreign troops on our soil, because ALL the armed people in America will consider those troops as a foreign invasion and will fight like nothing the world has ever seen to preserve our freedom. Your kind has never tried your evil in any country like America, where self defense and firearms ownership are enshrined in the supreme law of the land. I WOULD NOT TRADE PLACES with any of you. You are your own worst enemies. You are biting off far more than you can chew, and again your arrogance will be your downfall.
We are willing to forgive you at this point if you just stop what you are doing, withdraw all your so called gun control bills, and apologize to the American people, then step down from your office and leave. But if you continue to incite violence against We the People, passing some so called "laws" (which are null and void on their face) and then send your goons to collect guns or even arrest some lawful gun owners on some trumped up charges from those so called "laws", well then we can't guarantee your safety, or that you will ever get a second chance. We WILL NEVER START ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST YOU, but let me be perfectly clear about this, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST US OR OUR FAMILIES as a result of your non-laws.

In New York, we have a prequel of what’s to come – the repeal of the Second Amendment and summary criminalization of peaceful citizens merely for possessing the means of self-defense, even in their own homes. As in Great Britain, citizens of NY face prison if they use proscribed weapons against murderous thugs – even in their own homes. The tyrants Michael Bloomberg and Andrew Cuomo have made their decision. Now New Yorkers will have to make theirs. People like this need to be brought to answer for their crimes. The very fact that they are proposing this is prima facia evidence of a crime of breaking their oath of office and official misconduct, a misdemeanor crime.
When are the people going to start making some arrests. The minute they made the proposal officially in the council chambers they should have been arrested and charged with their crime.
These local government officials are trying to unlawfully bypass the 2nd amendment, part of the Constitution they swore to uphold and protect "so help them God" and therefore have become the very DOMESTIC ENEMIES the Declaration warns about.

All the gun makers should do the same as this company. This would put a quick stop to the gun grabbers. All ammo manufacturers should also do this. The gun grabbers would have to go home.

When they come for you and your guns, what will you do?
This article came from one of our readers this morning, and it's great to see people taking a stand for the US Constitution, but I am forced to make some comments on some of his points that if not made could lead to some misunderstanding about what the law really is for the United States. Many believe the we have "Constitutional Rights". We don't. We have God given rights under positive divine law, and under the natural law, THAT NO GOVERNMENT EVER CAN TAKE AWAY, because no government ever gave those rights. They were not ever within the authority of government to give or take away. He is absolutely right that the US Constitution is still in full force and effect, and we will point out how that has been reinforced by supreme court rulings very recently.

(In conclusion I must add that We the People are the law abiding, peace loving residents of these United States and we uphold the true law. We have a duty to enforce that law because we are the lawful civil authority with our duly elected Sheriff. Our founders did not want a “democracy” for they feared a true democracy was just as dangerous as a monarchy. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State , the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.This is a pretty clear statement. The fact is that it took 232 years for the Supreme Court to even rule on this amendment because it has never been successfully challenged. In 2008 a case of Columbia v. Heller the Supreme Court ruled that a handgun ban in Washington D.C. was unconstitutional. One also has to take this into consideration. The Supreme Court supports your right to own guns. This is the reason we have a Supreme Court, and though I do not doubt that the Supreme Court can also become corrupt, in 2008 they got it right. They supported the constitution. I just wrote what every believer in the constitution wants to say, and what every constitutional blogger needs to write. The truth of the matter is that this type of speech is viewed as dangerous and radical or subversive, and it could gain me a world of trouble that I do not want. It is also the truth. To make myself clear I will tell you again. If they come for your guns it is your right to use those guns against them and to kill them. You are protected by our constitution. (Who are the real subversives, and the real seditionists? Those who would pervert the law! Read the definition of those two words. Subversion is "a systematic attempt to overthrow or undermine a government by persons working secretly from within" and Sedition is "inciting violent overthrow of the lawful civil authority". Now I ask you, are not people who are working for gun control trying to overthrow the government We the People put in place by the Constitution? Are not those same people willing to create violence to get what they want? Then ask yourselves what is the penalty for these high crimes?)
I am not the “subversive” here, it is the political representatives who are threatening to take away my inalienable rights. If they come to take my guns and I leave a few of them wounded or dead, and I somehow survive, I have zero doubt that I will spend a long time in prison and may face an execution. But I would much rather be a political prisoner than a slave.
If I go down fighting then I was not fighting to harm these human beings. I was simply defending my liberty and yours. It is self-defense and it is what our country was built on. We won our freedom in self-defense. We would not be ruled by a tyrannical government in the 1770′s and we will not be ruled in 2012 by a tyrannical government. There is no difference.
This is a case of right and wrong. As of now the 2nd amendment stands. It has never been repealed. If Feinstein or Barack have a problem with the constitution then they should be removed from office. They are not defending the constitution which they have sworn an oath to protect. It is treasonous to say the least. They would likely say the same about me, but I have the constitution, the founders, and the supreme court on my side. They only have their inflated egos. (They have one more thing, military might, and to counteract that we need the over 100 million gun owners to come together in the Militia of the Several States. Just the fact that we do will stop these gun grabbers cold in their tracks because they really are all COWARDS, who would never go out in public without their ARMED SECURITY, armed with the very same guns they want to take away from law abiding and peace loving people all over this country.)
I am not writing this to incite people. I am writing this in hopes that somehow I can make a tiny difference. I have no idea how many of my neighbors have the will to defend their constitutional rights. 2%? 20%? I am afraid that 20% is a high number, unfortunately. When push comes to shove many people may give up and submit to being ruled. I believe that our government is banking on this.
What I do know is that this country was founded by people who had balls the size of Texas and Patriotic Americans take shit off of no one, especially our own government. For evidence of that, you might research the Revolutionary War. My question is how many Patriots are left? (I offer the current gun sales as an indicator of the number of real patriots. They are NOT buying them to just hand them to the feds! They have drawn the line in the sand and will not be conned once more into letting the OUTLAWS run over them. This is NOT a society getting ready for hunting. They are getting ready for WAR! They won't start it, but might be forced to finish it quickly and get back to the peace they love. I hope we can avoid that "last resort" but at this point I wouldn't bet money that we can.)

The Militia of the Several States
Oops : There is that terrible M word again. The domestic enemies of our Supreme Law of the Land, the US Constitution, want you to believe that that dirty Militia is going to be responsible for other words they want you to believe are very bad, like "civil unrest", and "insurgency:". Well one man's insurgent is another man's freedom fighter. To King George all the Americans of his day were "insurgents". They want you to believe that to oppose their gun control so called "laws" is the next thing to treason, and that to talk about the US Constitution is the next thing to "overthrowing" the government. They will brand those who want law and order and peace in our communities, and want everyone to obey that supreme law, as old fashioned, out of date, narrow minded, behind the times, and many other stupid twisted backwards terms that they themselves have invented to demonize real American Patriots of our day, just like they did during the time of the founders. They have many mouth organs of hate like the Southern Poverty Law Center just to name one, who are only too glad to do their bidding, and get rich in the process. Yes they are willing to sell their soul to the devil to get what they want, and have, over and over.
It seems the freedom loving people in America can't find any progress in really taking back the power that the US Constitution is supposed to protect in their hands. There are many reasons for this, not the least of which is the lack of morality among many. In other words Americans, first and foremost, MUST MAKE THEMSELVES WORTHY OF THE BLESSINGS OF FREEDOM, BEFORE we can expect our Creator to bless us with it. It seems in our day that the majority of us have made ourselves unworthy of those blessings with the plunge into immorality, and hedonism our country has experienced in the last 6 or 7 decades. So the very first requirement is for us to "Get our own house in order", or as my mother used to say, "Clean up your own doorstep first before you criticize your neighbor." I know many of you have really given that some serious effort, but too many have not. Let's assume for the sake of the rest of this article, that we are talking to people who are absolutely sincere about making our country once again WORTHY of freedom with that spiritual revival.
Once that is behind us, then what? What is next? How can we get the power back into the hands of those who are really trying to be good and just, and peaceful? In short, how can we RESTORE AMERICA to her former peace and freedom under God's laws that is mentioned by our Founders, and avoid massive bloodshed in the process? I am sure that question has been on everyone's mind, especially those who are somewhat well informed but feel powerless to stop the evil people who don't give a damn about the supreme law and are willing to destroy the peace and good order of our communities to get the absolute monopoly of lethal force that they want through their unlawful gun control measures.
Well we have been given the answer.

In other words Americans, first and foremost, MUST MAKE THEMSELVES WORTHY OF THE BLESSINGS OF FREEDOM, BEFORE we can expect our Creator to bless us with it. It seems in our day that the majority of us have made ourselves unworthy of those blessings with the plunge into immorality, and hedonism our country has experienced in the last 6 or 7 decades. So the very first requirement is for us to "Get our own house in order", or as my mother used to say, "Clean up your own doorstep first before you criticize your neighbor." I know many of you have really given that some serious effort, but too many have not. Let's assume for the sake of the rest of this article, that we are talking to people who are absolutely sincere about making our country once again WORTHY of freedom with that spiritual revival.
Once that is behind us, then what? What is next? How can we get the power back into the hands of those who are really trying to be good and just, and peaceful? In short, how can we RESTORE AMERICA to her former peace and freedom under God's laws that is mentioned by our Founders, and avoid massive bloodshed in the process? I am sure that question has been on everyone's mind, especially those who are somewhat well informed but feel powerless to stop the evil people who don't give a damn about the supreme law and are willing to destroy the peace and good order of our communities to get the absolute monopoly of lethal force that they want through their unlawful gun control measures.
Well we have been given the answer.

"I spoke with a high-ranking, military source in DHS. Preferring to remain unnamed for obvious reasons, he told me, “DHS and DOD are conducting desensitizing exercises all across the U.S.,” he paused, then added, “we’re being prepared for mass civil unrest in major U.S. cities. DOD will be expected to help – when we’re requested.”
I asked if there was a timeline for expecting civil unrest in our cities and why should we expect it to begin with. I was told that there were many reasons, but that the continued devaluation of our currency, the predicted history-setting prices for gasoline this summer and the continued gun control debate are forming a perfect storm of civil discontent. When this storm hits, it will most assuredly produce mass casualties. When does DHS expect this to happen? This summer.

The right of free speech that Benedict-Ratzinger proclaims as a Vatican II "right of the human person" is once again being assailed as traditional Catholic bishop Richard Williamson faces yet a fourth trial in Ratzinger's Germany on charges of "holocaust denial." And Ratzinger, the great Modernist, has raised not one word in defense of Williamson's human rights. Ratzinger wouldn't even go as far as the atheist philosopher Voltaire, who proclaimed: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
In his Bulletin of February 9, 2013, Williamson explained that he was first tried in 2010. It was a kangaroo trial, as the Regensburg judge rendered her verdict within a few minutes in a multipage document that could hardly have been written in that time. It was at the time reported in the German press that the German Chancelloress, Angela Merkel, had personally orchestrated the guilty verdict. Williamson hadn't even denied the World War II "holocaust," but simply questioned a point of detail on the controverted issue as a very small part of an interview for Swedish Public Television.
In a second trial, a higher court in Nuremberg overturned the verdict on appeal and required the state to pay all of Williamson's legal expenses. But in a third trial, the local Regensburg judge, the district where Benedict-Ratzinger has his home, again convicted Williamson on January 16, 2013. Friends of Bishop Williamson have offered to pay his fine, now reduced to 2,400 U.S. dollars, but Williamson would not capitulate to the corrupt verdict because "much more than just money is at stake." He has appealed again for a fourth trial, quoting Our Lord's powerful words: "For this was I born, and for this came I into the world; that I should give testimony to the truth" (John 18:37/DRV).
What else could a true Catholic bishop do?
