Former money manager Ann Barnhardt, who in November of 2011 made the decision to cease operations of her brokerage firm and return funds to her customers citing “systemic” problems within the entire financial industry, has issued a new warning about the stability of US banks and the safety of individual deposit accounts.
The warning, stemming from a recent federal appeals court ruling surrounding customer funds lost during the 2007 collapse of Chicago futures broker Sentinel, indicates that individuals who lose deposited funds because a financial institution improperly manages that money, even if those funds are supposed to be “segregated” from other operations of the firm, are essentially left with no recourse if the firm goes belly-up.
According to the court, a misallocation of those customer funds, “is not, on its own, sufficient to rule as a matter of law that Sentinel acted ‘with actual intent to hinder, delay, or defraud’ its customers.” The implications of the ruling, according to Barnhardt, will affect the monies of all private individuals who have seen their deposit accounts wiped out in the collapse of firms like John Corzine’s MF Global and put all deposit account holders in the country at risk should their bank be faced with a financial windstorm:

All legal protections are now officially gone. … The federal appeals court ruled yesterday that not only does BNYM stay at the front of the line, but that using customer segregated funds as collateral is NOT a crime, and that co-mingling customer segregated funds with proprietary funds is NOT fraud. … What this means is that even if Jon Corzine is somehow dragged into court by private citizens, because you know damn good and well that the Justice Department will never, ever touch him, Corzine now has a legal precedent, likely from a bribed or otherwise coerced Federal Appeals Court, explicitly stating that an FCM can use customer deposits to pay its debts, and that the customers themselves are subjugated and have basically no legal right to their own monies, no matter what the law says, or what legal assurances, claims or guarantees are made to that customer about their funds held with an FCM or any other brokerage or depository institution.
The “secured” party at the front of the line will always be the mega-bank who made the fraudulent loan using the stolen customer funds as collateral. In other words, all customer funds in the United States are now the legal property of JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BNYM, or whichever megabank is the counterparty on the loans the FCM or depository institution takes out in order to fund its mega-levered proprietary in-house trading desks.

The ruling is specifically designed to protect large financial institutions that have (purposefully) mismanaged customer funds and used the hard-earned life savings of Americans to gamble on equities, commodities and bond markets. If those firms happen to make the wrong bet, as MF Global, Sentinel and a handful of others have recently done, depositors who have placed funds with the banks under the belief that their bank account is securely protected from trading liabilities are now completely exposed and liable for the incompetence and negligence of those who engage in market trading.
This latest ruling combined with recent actions by the Federal Reserve and other government regulators suggests a massive fraud has taken place and the financial system itself is under extreme strain with the potential to make the financial collapse of 2007/2008 look like just a training exercise.
In recent days, for example, it’s come to light that the government has secretly called on the country’s five major banks to prepare themselves for collapse by creating stress recovery plans to be used in the event of worst case scenarios. A few weeks ago, the Federal Reserve also implemented a new policy for money market funds held by financial institutions.
Per the new policy, money market funds, which account for some $2.7 trillion in deposits across the United States, can be frozen in the event of an emergency or financial panic. This means that if and when the system does go into a tailspin, at exactly the time people will want to pull their money out of their bank account, they will be restricted from doing so.
These latest actions by government regulators, judges and financial institutions point to one thing: that we have an unprecedented financial collapse in the making. If such a financial crisis comes to pass it is clear that the policies and procedures now in place will transfer the legally owned deposits and money market savings of individual Americans into the hands of the banks at which those funds are kept.

This officer's very brilliant expose (on something he knows absolutely NOTHING about of course...) notwithstanding his pretty stars: (1.) No One saw James Holmes INSIDE the Century 16 Theater; (2.) No one saw James Holmes ENTER the theater; (3.) NO ONE saw James Holmes LEAVE the theater. Seen:(1.) one man signaling to someone OUTSIDE the theater. (2.) Obscurants (or tear gas) being hurled by a man entering the EXIT door; wearing a helmet, gas mask and body armor. Keep in mind: Buckley AFB:2 miles from theater.
Also of interest: (1.) Eric Holder (US Attorney General...himself a gun-runner of some 30,000 assault weapons forwarded to the Mexican Drug Cartels) has been cited by Congress for CONTEMPT; the matteof which has been turned over to the Washington DA; and of course the District Attorney and his Holder's Contempt of Congress will go nowhere, since the DA reports to Eric Holder.
(2.) Buckley AFB, which was probably used by the US CIA-DOD attack at Century 16, is 2 miles distant from the theater.
(3.) The United States' corrupt leadership was apparently attempting to "motivate" the American People into supporting the United Nations global gun-control treaty occurring the following week; as well as the reduction (in effectiveness) of the US Constitution's Second Amendment...."...a well regulated (highly trained and disciplined) militia...being necessary to the security of a FREE state (i.e. free from a burdensome and tyrannical government); the RIGHT of the PEOPLE (of the Militia) to keep and bear (state-of-the-science ) arms shall NOT BE INFRINGED..."judge" Scalia and his stupidly...notwithstanding.

Further that the PEOPLE MUST ALWAYS be in a position to REMOVE (as in the case today) corrupt governments...FORCEABLY...if the situation arises. More precisely, that the Second Amendment provides the OPERATIONAL MECHANICS for the Declaration of Independence clause: "...that to secure these RIGHTS...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to ALTER or to ABOLISH it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to THEM shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Supreme Court Justice Scalia is STUPID not to understand that "hunting" and personal use of weapons is NOT involved in the 2nd Amendment....rather the forced removal...if necessary...of CORRUPT judges (like himself), executives and legislatures...are the intent of this amendment. He needs to pick up his fat rear end and get back to some basic United States American History.

network marketing because most of the companies
are greedy and want to keep most of the profit for

Many of you have attempted to sign up in Ultimate
Power Profits and are shown in my back office at the company server as a
"Wannabe Founder", and that means the process of
paying the founder sign up fee has not been completed yet.
You can log in to your website and complete that

I used a debit Visa card that is attached to my
bank account, which was easy. They work like PayPal in that they send a
small deposit to your account that your credit or
debit card is attached to. You must either use your online banking to get
that amount, or call the bank and get the amount
of the deposit, then put it in the correct box during the signup payment process
at e-wallet.
During your signup they ask you to create not one,
but two pin codes. They should be a 4 digit number, different for each
of the pin codes. The first one is the pin code
for the UPP website, and the second one is for your e-wallet
account.
When you get in your back office at http://www.ultimatepowerprofits.com/login
there is a button that takes you to e-wallet to complete the process. Add your debit or credit card information the
click the blue link to verify the credit card. That generates the small deposit to your bank account. Access your bank account
that your card is attached to and get the amount of the small deposit,
then go back to e-wallet and enter the amount in
the verification box. Then complete the process at e-wallet and you will then be
listed in my back office as an affiliate and
founder.

Will this nightmare ever end? I like to think it will but it may require the threat of force to make it happen. I don’t think for one minute that this imposter, this fraud, this enemy of America, will depart quietly with a peaceful transition of power that we’ve come to expect and witnessed so often in the past if he loses the election which of course assumes that there will be an election. If his polling numbers show a likely defeat, anything is possible including declaring martial law on some trumped up basis and indefinite postponement of the election. We are literally in the grip of tyranny and I see no reason to refer to it as “soft tyranny.”
