There are many, many kinds of lies.  

It strikes me that I should review the basics for everyone.  

There are outright old-fashioned lies that people tell and they can tell them to achieve something or they can tell them for no very substantial reason at all ---- like Fish Stories.  

These old-fashioned lies run the gamut for lying to your wife about working late to lying to your best friend about what you are doing on Saturday.  People often tell such lies to avoid unpleasant consequences or fights or just to avoid hurting someone else's feelings or causing them worry.  

These latter variety of "lies in a good cause" have been called "noble lies" but in fact there are no noble lies.  

Lies about your weight, your health, your intentions, your job status, lies designed to impress others, lies to make others like you, lies to make others respect you, lies to make yourself look good, lies to avoid punishment, lies to excuse bad behavior, lies to gain something material --- a promotion, a new car, a good seat at the movies -- all these sorts of lies are common as dirt.  

These lies are simple and driven by petty circumstance.  Most people engage in them so constantly that they don't even notice they are doing it:  

"I have to comb my hair!"  

Well, no, you don't really "have to".

The assets of the world are largely owned by Historic Trusts--- vast holdings of actual assets including gold, silver, platinum, rhodium, gems, art, land, government bonds, corporate stock and much, much more.  

There are several different kinds of Historic Trusts.  

Most of them are private family trusts and in the Western World, many of them are Spanish, resulting from the days of the Conquistadors and the New World Gold. In the Far East, you also find Spanish gold that migrated there, especially in the Philippines, and you find traditional Chinese family gold hordes, too. 

Other Historic Trusts are family trusts resulting from mining or industrial operations and investments, still others are Treaty Trusts that accrue to specific nations as "national trusts" or for specific purposes such as war reparations or infrastructure investments.  Still others result from court settlements and land trust investments. Some of the largest trusts are old Commonwealth Trusts created in the 1600's by wealthy trading companies; the oldest of these Historic Trusts dates to 435 A.D.  

And there are, of course, a dizzying array of Church Trusts, which are "historic" but which are not traditionally included as Historic Trusts in the sense discussed here.

Kessler was allegedly recruited by Brennan Gilmore, a known deep-cover CIA operative recently stationed in central Africa, to infiltrate the "Unite the Right" movement and become a leader for that loosely knit group. After Trump's November victory, Gilmore left Africa and became the chief of staff for his former station boss, Democrat Tom Perriello, who launched a bid for Governor of Virginia but lost in the June 13th primary. After Perriello's loss, Gilmore became an adviser to Charlottesville mayor Michael Signer, who famously proclaimed that he wanted to make Charlottesville "the center of the resistance". How convenient that Kessler, a literal newcomer to the Unite the Right movement, was somehow able to organize and promote a rally that was bound to attract some KKK and neo-Nazi types, in Charlottesville, VA, where Mayor Signer was looking to make a name for his town as the center of the resistance. I smell a rat, several rats to be exact. This entire event appears to have been deliberately set-up.

My Twentieth Anniversary

Twenty years ago on my Father's birthday I took the plunge.  I had studied the issues for years and had decided that I would not "voluntarily" pay federal income taxes anymore.  That decision and many others like it would follow in a natural, organic process as my understanding grew.  

I recognized it for what it was --- a foreign and out-of-control and out-of-compliance corporation run amok on our shores.  I faced the facts, and that was that.

I was feeling pretty good about the progress that has been made in this country over the past twenty years --- in part because of my work and the work of thousands of other people like me, who decided that enough was enough, picked up an oar and began steering our "ship of state" off the reef, inching it slowly away from the looming federal disasters. 

Yep, I was feeling pretty perky.

I have not been answering phone calls and haven't been answering mail, because I am simply overwhelmed with work.

I am maintaining my health and my outlook as best as I can, but I literally don't have time to do anything but work, work, work. If it's not one kind of work, it's another. Up at dawn, down at midnight, repeat, repeat, repeat.

It must also be admitted that I am not as young as I used to be and the boundless energy and flexibility of youth are sadly lacking. I can't "bounce back" so have to keep on a steady schedule and focus on making progress toward the major goals.

Every week I get thousands of emails from people needing help, people who are confused and need assistance with paperwork, people who are angry about the whole situation, people who are in jail who shouldn't be.

The Bundys--- Again

Unfortunately, there are good guys and bad guys in every story and it is hard to always tell the difference.  

I started my active plan to get the government restored and my own butt out of the wringer back in 1998.  I had studied the issues and problems related to this for years prior to that, but like most people, I didn't immediately know what to do.  The information was so confusing and hard to mine out of the public documents..... 

I eventually discovered what Rod Class and others are now confirming via different routes and means--- that the federal government is just a couple giant corporations with "State of" franchises of each, and that our own actual government has gradually faded from view through lack of action and understanding of how responsible we are for self-government and how the various jurisdictions are meant to work. 

Anyway, a group of us figured out that the Holy See was behind the corporate government organizations and so, we brought our complaints to Rome back in 2008.  Pope Benedict XVI asked for help in bringing remedy to the problem and began taking immediate steps.  One of the things he asked help with was to give Notice to all the government employees so that they had a chance to correct their operations.  

Why World War Three?

Because it makes THEM money, for all the reasons I have enumerated many times before.  They get to use your money and more importantly, your sons and daughters as the gun fodder.  They get to blame you for the war.  And afterward, you have to pay for rebuilding the countries they damaged.  It's perfect--- for them. 

Not for you.  

Each possible war scenario offers them different advantages, but with the DOD in bankruptcy along with the rest of the UNITED STATES, they can't afford to be choosy.  

They'll take Iran or North Korea with equal glee.  Those two countries aren't part of their central bank hegemony, so they hope to get rid of two of the very last-standing land jurisdiction governments (competitors) on Earth. Just like Libya. That's a bonus on top of all the war profits.  

They'll try to start an insurrection in the United States, too, so they would have an excuse to murder all of us.  Why?   (1) They avoid paying their priority creditors back for all the money they have loaned themselves out of our pockets; (2) They get to collect all the life-insurance money from the policies they have placed on each and every one of us; (3) They get to claim our land and homes and other possessions as "abandoned property" that once belonged to their "enemies" or which was "collateral damage"; (4) They get to charge the survivors for all this service they've provided; (5) They get to sell armaments to both sides and make loans to both sides that neither one will be able to pay back for decades afterward. 

Situation Update for August 8, 2017

The Chapter 7 bankruptcy of most of the world's municipal governments and the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of most of the world's territorial governments is a domino effect. 

This primary funding source for the Territorial government services was provided by our ESTATES.  When our ESTATES which were being held and operated by the Municipal United States were subsumed into its Chapter 7 bankruptcy, they stopped producing income for the Territorial government. That, then, threw the Territorial government into Chapter 11.

Now you can see and grasp the chain reaction nature of the situation:

UNITED STATES "owns" and operates JOHN MICHAEL DOE estate as a franchise, the profit realized from JOHN MICHAEL DOE funds the USA, Inc.

So when the UNITED STATES goes into Chapter 7 liquidation, the funding for USA, Inc. stops, too.

The problem for good old John Michael Doe is that his estate should never have been mischaracterized as a franchise of the UNITED STATES in the first place, and he should not have his name or assets embroiled in a foreign bankruptcy.

So that's where you all are and that's what I and my Team are working to get you out of--- a foreign corporate bankruptcy that actually has nothing to do with you.

The rats are bucking the inevitable, but the rest of the world knows the Truth.

Now imagine that you don't know the value of anything on Earth, because nobody knows what the real debt is, how much money has been printed, or what the results of a free market valuation of commodities would be?

Dear President Putin 2.0 --- A Message From the Actual USA

We read with alarm and interest the announcement that the "Russian Sanctions" have spurred you to invoke a Trade War with the United States. 

Please remember that the United States is not the same as the unincorporated United States of America, and that we are not broke and not obligated to pay their debts above and beyond those few service charges that they can legitimately charge to our accounts. We are in fact the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of the entire rest of the world.

Also please remember that the population of the United States is very small, not more than a few million total and concentrated mostly in the ten square miles of the District of Columbia.  The rest of us are Americans and not "US Citizens" of any stripe, so please leave us out of your calculations and plans for reprisals.

For the Babies

I get numerous pleas from desperate new parents wishing to establish their claim to their own children.  This is a measure of just how crazy and depraved things have gotten.  You can't even assume your parental rights because these crazy out of control corporations are claiming to own you and your children as "products" of "licensed activity".

This is one way to challenge and stop it.  Whenever any "State of______" or "County of __________" organization offers to interfere with you or your family, you should immediately raise a "moral objection" to their presumptions and read them the riot act with a certified copy of a recorded (not registered) action such as the example below --- firmly in hand. 

What these judges and so-called "public prosecutors" are doing in so-called Family Courts is nothing less than kidnapping for profit.  Shut them down. Make sure new parents get this information and know how to use it.  And remember to inform your clergymen that nobody in this country needs a "marriage license" --- only a proof of Marriage Covenant.  Marriage licenses were created in the wake of the Civil War and imposed on former plantation slaves who had to prove they could support children before they were allowed to marry. This kind of subjugation was possible because they were considered "US citizens" and bound to do whatever the Congress told them to do.

Public Announcement to the World: We Have Re-Venued

In response to my solution--- nationalizing the banks and keeping the account system intact--- I have gotten back no end of palaver about Glass-Steagall and the evils of investment banks and derivatives and the corrupt Securities and Exchange Commission, blah, blah, blah.

The people responding in this way are so indoctrinated that they can't read the words on the page and grasp what I said. 

In America, the word "national" means "state".  This is because this country is composed of fifty separate nation-states.  Therefore, "First National Bank of Anchorage" means "First State Bank of Anchorage".  And when I say, "nationalize the banks" I clearly mean that the states--- the actual states--- should take over the banks operating within their borders and force them to operate in a responsible and honest fashion. 

In our case, because of our unique heritage and foundational structure, every state is a separate nation with its own statehood compact.  In America, the word "international" means "interstate" and vice-versa.  When you cross over a state border, you are entering another nation--- just like when you cross the border between Belgium and France. 

The Other Guys and We, the Cows

For the Federales, both Territorial and Municipal, that Congress in DC is legitimate.  The "U.S." has always been run as a corporation and the Municipal "US" has been operated as a corporation since 1878.  Within its own sphere, then, the "United States Congress" is acting legally.

The problem is that we have been misled to think that it is something it's not.  It is not operating as the "United States in Congress Assembled".  It is not representing all the people and it is not competent to do so. 

So in effect, we have been disenfranchised if we don't want to join their club, and have to instead for our own Congress act in behalf of the land jurisdiction owed to the actual states and people.

You continue to misrepresent their action as being something wrong and criminal, when in fact, it is our inaction which is the actual big problem.

Clarification Regarding Copyright to Your Trade Name

A lot of people have been confused about claiming their name using State Session Laws. The example I am posting here is for a name in Alaska--- but every state in the Union has similar provisions. You simply have to search your own state's Session Laws (not Statutes-- Session Laws) or hire a Paralegal to search the material related to Assumed Names to find your state's retained remedy.

The Simplest Answer -- Nationalize the Banks, Keep the Account Structure

I have been asked and asked--- what's the simplest, fastest way out of this bind?

Nationalize the banks, hire new managers to ride herd on existing managers, keep the account structure intact.  Force the banks to pay for it.  If they had done their job, this step wouldn't be needed. 

At the Treasury, do the long-delayed bookkeeping crediting the American People, which will automatically off-set and wipe out the so-called "National Debt".  Get the Territorial United States out of bankruptcy.  Return the rest of the credit to the individual accounts as subaccounts. 

The Public Employee Fraud Against You in a Nutshell

When you are born and your parents give you a name it is a Trade Name issued on the land jurisdiction of your birth state--- like Oklahoma, but your innocent parents don't hurry over to the land recording office and record your Common Law Copyright of your given name. Every state's Session Laws have provisions for doing this, but because your parents don't know they have to do this and how to do it, something else happens---- people working for foreign corporations come in and "register" your name as property belonging to their corporation.

This gross infringement on your natural copyright is the beginning of a vast fraud leading to peonage and theft of your assets under false pretenses---- a crime known as "unlawful conversion".

This is an exercise in logic.  Let's see if you are all competent thinkers and able to reason your way through this situation, okay?   If not, I will tell you the answer at the end, and you can go back and try to see where you got off track, just like in algebra class..... 

A foreign corporation pretending to be your government seized upon your name and registered it as property belonging to them.  

They "monetized" this new property by assuming that your name is the name of a Cestui Que Vie ESTATE trust and that you are a servant working for the ESTATE as an indentured servant known as a "citizen".

The UCC filing above was done in 2011 by Everton Rocha.  I have never met him, but I understood immediately what he was doing.  He was covering his butt.  I immediately did the same thing, with a twist--- I covered my own and everyone else's butts, including the states of the union, all the way back to 1860. 

I don't know what is so "mysterious" about this document for so many people. To me it is plain as day.  The named Debtors owe the original Treasury the entire amount of the so-called National Debt, plus penalties.  

Everton filed and gave notice that he was extracting his ESTATE out of the giant slush-pile.  I gave similar notice and step-by-step retrieved and extracted everything all the way back to the original States of America, which means: California, Vermont, Florida, Wisconsin, Alabama..... 

In international jurisdiction there are no real people, there are only "persons" and "beneficiaries" of persons who may be named as creditors or interest holders. This is why your actual states (not any corporate franchises operated as states of states) have sovereignty in international jurisdiction both on the land and the sea.

Remember what I said about Heather Tucci-Jaraf most likely being in trouble for trying to access the trust account of HEATHER TUCCI-JARAF which is a Cestui Que Vie Trust set up for a young child who was declared "missing, presumed dead" many years ago?  That she would have to go through probate and establish that she is indeed that same "Heather Tucci-Jaraf"?

Why I Am One of the Few "Judges" Left in America

It amuses me when Bar Association members like Larry Becraft call me a “Fake Judge”.  This is amusing because to make that distinction, they have to know that I am the only actual "judge" in the room.  And they are tacitly admitting it.  Read on. I'll explain what's going on.

And then there are those who look for me in Bar Association registries and think that because they don't find my name, I can't be genuine.

It’s not that they are stupid.  It’s that they have never been taught anything about Law.  Instead, they’ve been taught how to practice law as if they are waiting in the wings for their moment to enter the grand stage and do more than practice.

I pity them.  I really do.

They’ve been taught protocol and evidence requirements and procedure until it runs from their sweat glands.  They’ve been drilled--- endlessly--- about court rules and their importance, dragged through vast tomes of case law, trained like young bird dogs in the dance and calls of courtroom drama and the skills of taking depositions and the art of cross-examination. 

At the end of three or four years of nearly constant living hell, they have been deeply indoctrinated and led to believe that they are members of a true elite, a cadre of heroes, part of a great and thriving enterprise, graced with ever-lasting superiority over their fellow-man.  Some of them, a few, have even gotten the idea of ‘Noblesse oblige” – that they should give back of their largesse to the less fortunate.

No, I have not been arrested.  Times being what they are, anyone can be arrested and charged with darn near anything. With 80 million possible "laws" to choose from the perpetrators can criminalize breathing and defecating, which is part of the problem. But, no, I have not been arrested and it is not likely that I ever will be.

I have put off writing this post for too long now.

When I started the www.annavonreitz.com website over 2 years ago now, I was using a Dell Dimension E510 running Windows XP professional with service pack 3.  When I bought that machine in 2005 it was pretty racy. With 4 GB of Ram and just under 300 Megs of storage we got by very nicely. By today's standards and Windows 10 operating systems it's an antique by any measure.

I am still using that  machine to write this letter.

The Change in Presumptions

I guess I didn't make this clear enough to everyone and need to explain that the legal presumptions about Americans and their political status have just been flip-flopped as a result of our directions to the bankruptcy court.  

Instead of us all having to prove that we are not federal employees nor dependents, they have to prove that we are.  

The standards they have to meet are stipulated in the Judicial Notice of Claim dated June 29.  They can no longer just "presume" that you are either a Territorial or Municipal citizen or both.  

This changes the entire paradigm that we have all been struggling with.

The Misuse of Trusts

Trusts have been used since Roman times as a means of transferring and preserving property.  The word “trust” comes from the Latin word, “trucido” which means to kill, slaughter, or murder wantonly. 

This nicely points out that trusts have always created as much havoc as they prevented, as donors of property changed their minds, trustees proved themselves greedy and dishonest, and beneficiaries were often killed so that the trustees or someone else could inherit 

For these reasons, trusts fell out of use until the Roman Catholic Church revived them during the Crusades.  Having somehow concluded that killing for Jesus made sense, they brought back the use of trusts as means to hold the property of Crusaders who rode to uncertain ends and for equally uncertain periods of time. 

Trusts proved just as troublesome then as ever, but the Church was often the ultimate beneficiary profiting from the deaths and absences caused by the Crusades.  In their view, it worked out well enough, thank you.

TDAs --- Not for Americans

All those TDA offers?  Well, the verdict is in.  

I was right.  TDA's are only for federal employees and dependents and federal corporations.  American state nationals who have been misidentified as federal citizens are not eligible for this remedy, but they are eligible for another better remedy.  

In 2012 the Bureau of Public Debt was merged into what is called the Bureau of the Fiscal Services, located primarily in Parkersburg, West Virginia.  It's jurisdiction is strictly limited to the federal government.  

The Treasury Direct program is being administered under their Retail Securities Services subdivision, and all of this is being run under the auspices of the Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance. 

Whenever you see the word "domestic" in federal publications, they are talking about "domestic with respect to the federal enclaves" --- not domestic with respect to the states and people. 

This is their foreign program for their foreign citizens--- for JOHN MICHAEL DOE. 

If you sign up like a good little sheep, you admit to being a federal franchisee -- and that means you can't possibly own any copyrights or land or children or any of the other assets owed to a natural man or woman.  

In claiming one-- that is, by authorizing a "Treasury Direct Account" -- you deny the other far greater claim.

Warning About Swissindo and Any Similar Offers

Commerce works by implied contracts.  If you "accept" these offers, you don't know what you are "granting" in exchange.  Oh, there's a lot of hype and feel good crappola, but nothing specific, is there? 

So these vermin are left to define the "contract" you entered with them by accepting these payments from them.  Remember, all contracts have to be "equitable"---- so what are you giving up in "equitable exchange"?

Example --- you go to a restaurant and order dinner.  They bring the food.  Are you expected to pay for it?  Yes.  Will they call the cops and try to intercept you if you try to leave without paying?  Yes.  Did you enter into an "implied contract" with them by ordering the food?

How did we ever get in the situation most of us are in? 

Our parents were tricked into signing undisclosed contracts disguised as government forms that appeared to be simple records about babies being born. 

Wrong on two points. These undisclosed contracts were not being offered by our government. And they were not harmless records about babies being born. 

They were vicious undisclosed commercial contracts. 

We got you out of that trap, now you are being "offered" another undisclosed contract from "Swissindo". On the surface it appears to be "free money" --but instead, it is attached to "human obligation bonds".

In regards to: Release of American assets

Dear Mr. Noreika:

It has come to our attention that attempts have been made to disinherit us via false claims of federal Municipal and Territorial citizenship and via bankruptcies related to Municipal and Territorial “franchise persons” operated in our names without our knowledge or consent.   

These constructs include Cestui Que Vie ESTATE TRUSTS dba ACCOUNT designations in the form: JOHN MICHAEL DOE, public transmitting utilities operated under dba names in the form: JOHN M. DOE, Foreign Situs Trusts operated under dba names in the form: John Michael Doe, and numerous other variations. 

This amounts to press-ganging an innocent civilian population and transporting them into a foreign jurisdiction (kidnapping/human trafficking) and meanwhile impersonating them for the purposes of plunder, personage, and barratry.  These are all crimes of inland piracy that have been carried out against Americans with the help of your office acting by omission. 

We have returned to the land jurisdiction states of our birth and we have surrendered all federal PERSONS to the Secretary of the Treasury and have expatriated from any presumed Territorial citizenship on the public record and have re-conveyed our Trade Names back to the land and the soil of our birthright. 

Our ancestors have been here on American soil since before the Revolution and there is no evidence otherwise. 

Two Different Populations

Folks, there are and have always been two different populations here in America.

Actual current federal employees (retirees don't count as active federal employees) and federal dependents (political asylum seekers, etc.) who receive actual paychecks or unearned benefits from the federal corporations are owed discharge of all "franchise" debts via bankruptcy. 

The rest of us are owed discharge of the same franchise debts via probate action.

Follow the Logic

The rats have identified you as a franchise of their bankrupt corporation.  

JOHN MICHAEL DOE (substitute your name in all caps) is a "ward of the STATE OF MICHIGAN" which is a franchise of the bankrupt UNITED STATES.  

What happens?
