Continental Marshals - History You May Not Know

An unnecessary controversy is brewing.  It began because the people reorganizing the Continental Marshals Service lacked knowledge and initially confused the Continental Marshals with State Militias.

Well, if you make a mistake, and you are a grown-up, you correct the mistake and go forward with a minimum of fuss.  If you are egotistical and ignorant, you blow it into a Big Deal because you can't stand to be corrected in public and make improper assumptions.

Oh, well, fellas.

The Continental Marshals are not land jurisdiction officers.  They work for the land jurisdiction states and people living in their postal districts to protect and defend the international rights and powers retained by the states and people under Article 10----but that is not the same thing as being a state militia man. 

The Continental Marshals are not under the control or authority of any Grand Jury.

In Reply to Fears About the "National Debt"

What people are missing --- and Mr. Stockman, too --- is that the "National Debt" is in fact falling, not rising anymore. 

How is that possible? 

Simple.  The "National Credit" is being applied to pay down the "National Debt".

Last month, Winston Shrout applied $400 billion directly against the National Debt.  And that is just one man properly applying the remainder of a commercial claim against the so-called "National Debt". 

As I have tried and tried to get through to people, there actually is no "National Debt".  There is only a criminally mismanaged bookkeeping system.

Former White House Budget Director David Stockman drops a bomb in his latest interview by saying, “I think what people are missing is this date, March 15th 2017. That’s the day that this debt ceiling holiday that Obama and Boehner put together right before the last election in October of 2015. That holiday expires. The debt ceiling will freeze in at $20 trillion. It will then be law. It will be a hard stop. The Treasury will have roughly $200 billion in cash. We are burning cash at a $75 billion a month rate. By summer, they will be out of cash. Then we will be in the mother of all debt ceiling crises. Everything will grind to a halt. I think we will have a government shutdown. There will not be Obama Care repeal and replace. There will be no tax cut. There will be no infrastructure stimulus. There will be just one giant fiscal bloodbath over a debt ceiling that has to be increased and no one wants to vote for.”

Stockman also predicts very positive price moves for gold and silver as a result of the coming budget calamity.

The Constitution

There are a number of questions that must be asked--- and answered--- by each one of us.  Before asking the first and most fundamental question and not inviting anyone to blurt out any answers at this point, I want to make my own position clear.

I do not now and have never advocated any act of violence, insurrection, or treason against the Constitution.

I view the actual Constitution as a flawed contract, but a contract that provides us with protections and guarantees we would not have otherwise.  Those protections and guarantees are supremely valuable once we place ourselves in a position wherein we can exercise them.

So let’s begin with what the actual Constitution is--- and let’s make it clear that when I say “The” Constitution or use the singular form of the word, I am talking about the real American deal ---and when I use the plural form of the word, I am talking about constitutions in general as a class of legal instruments.  

All constitutions, then, are debt agreements--- and so is ours.

The Final End of the Fraud - Hail, the Emperor's New Clothes

The problem as I see it, is not lack of action--- but lack of effective action--- and also lack of understanding of how the fraud has been accomplished.

We now have it completely dissected, the entire mechanism scraped down to the bone for everyone to see.

What it amounts to is commercial fraud resulting in inland piracy and unlawful conversion of assets, all based on copyright and trademark infringement and identity theft.

The vexing question has always been, how to put an end to it?  How to deliver an answer simple and inexpensive enough for the poorest and most ignorant people to benefit---- for if we leave anyone behind, we leave open the door for our own eventual re-enslavement. 

Remedy has to be simple, cheap, easily understood, and easy to access.  What is it?

The Church's Year QUINQUAGESIMA SUNDAY

The Introit of this day's Mass is the sigh of an afflicted soul confiding in God:

EPISTLE (I. Cor. XIII. 1-13.) Brethren, if I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal. And if I should have prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I should have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And if I should distribute all my goods to feed the poor, and if I should deliver my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. EXPLANATION In this epistle St. Paul speaks of the necessity, the excellence and the nature of true charity. He says that all natural and supernatural gifts, all good works, even martyrdom, cannot save us if we have not charity; because love alone can render our works pleasing to God. Without charity, therefore, though ever so many prayers be recited, fasts observed , and good deeds performed, nothing will be acceptable to God, or merit eternal life. Strive then, O Christian soul, to lead a pious life in love, and to remain always in the state of grace.

I usually talk about America, but today, let’s talk about Britain where all this duplicitous wordplay and fraud began.  I suggest this because something about the oddity of the British names makes the fraud more visible to my eyes and I suspect the same will be true for other Americans.

First, a note about British land and sovereignty nomenclature for Americans from Graham Phillips, British journalist, researcher, historian and author, quoted from The Lost Tomb of King Arthur---

“Strictly speaking, the term Britain refers just to England and Wales; it derives from Britannia, the Latin name of the province established by the Romans, which covered the parts of the British Isles they occupied.” 

And, “Great Britain” which includes Scotland, did not exist as a single nation until 1707, while the “United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland” did not come into existence until 1801, after the British annexed Ireland.  From the time Southern Ireland gained its independence in 1922, and formed the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom---or UK for short---now consists of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.”

JEFFERSON OR HITLER: WHOSE PLAN ARE WE FOLLOWING?

When James Madison left New York for Philadelphia on May 2^nd, 1787 he carried with him not the proposed amendments to the Articles of Confederation which was the mandate of the convention but an entirely new idea for a constitution that would make the “National” government supreme with the states nothing but subdivisions of the central government structure. His proposal would grant the national government veto power over all state laws. Madison’s plan was totally contrary to the results of the recent war with England which gave primary power to the states with the central government only allowed the powers the states saw fit to provide. Madison’s plan called for a consolidated union that would virtually annihilate the states. The states would only be maintained as long as they could be “subordinately useful.”

In opposition to this proposed form of government, New York delegate John Lansing would most astutely observe that the states would never have consented to select delegates to attend a convention that would lead to their destruction.

Many years ago I started wondering about the all capital letters names employed by the military.  I noticed that all names in the military were written in all capitals: LIEUTENANT RODNEY KNOX, for example, as were all the stenciled words plastered on packing crates and vehicles belonging to the US ARMY.  I even tasked my poor Father about it, and he mumbled, "When you are in the military, you are a slave, and all that you have as property does not belong to you."

This cryptic reply made no particular sense to me, nor did the idea that those putting their lives at risk to defend us would suffer the status of slaves?  He was busy and the sun was hot and the road before us was dusty from the wheels of the endless military convoy passing by on the old US HIGHWAY 12.  I noted the answer and let it slip into the category of "things you will understand when you are older"---where it remained until my twenties, when I began seeing my name written in all capital letters on Federal Student Loan paperwork.

It's Your Copyright, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 32

The rats seize upon your given name while you are still a babe in your cradle, and they establish a false copyright on it, claiming that it is the name of a debtor to their corporation.  They then set up an ACCOUNT in your GIVEN NAME to service the debt.  Then throughout your life they have addressed claims against that NAME and they have hired the American Bar Association to operate their corporate tribunals as debt collection agencies under color of law, disguised as American public courts, to collect those debts.

That is the essence of the daily fleecing of America. 

It is a little hard to wrap your head around the first go, so let's examine it step by step and a bit deeper.

A baby--- let's give him the name "Paul Anthony Mitchell" is born in Hennepin County, Minnesota. 

What should happen is that his name should be recorded as a land asset. He comes from the land and returns to the land ---- "For dust thou art, and to dust returneth". 

This is a recording --- not a "registration".

Why is this Sunday called "Septuagesima"?

Because in accordance with the words of the First Council of Orleans, some pious Christian congregations in the earliest ages of the Church, especially the clergy, began to fast seventy days before Easter, on this Sunday, which was therefore called Septuagesima" - the seventieth day. The same is the case with the Sundays following, which are called Sexagesima, Quinquagesima , Quadragesima, because some Christians commenced to fast sixty days, others fifty, others forty days before Easter, until finally, to make it properly uniform, Popes Gregory and Gelasius arranged that all Christians should fast forty days before Easter, commencing with Ash-Wednesday.

Why, from this day until Easter, does the Church omit in her service all joyful canticles, alleluia’s, and the Gloria in excelsis etc?

It's the "ISMS"-- Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 31

Ever notice how you will be thinking of something, and then your best friend or your Aunt or your neighbor ---completely out of the blue---comes up talking about the same thing?  That happened to me today.  I was thinking about the “-isms”----- imperialism, feudalism, communism, socialism and fascism. 

Those of you who have been following along will remember my Dad’s explanation of communism and fascism to me circa age five:  “The Communists steal everything and pay for everything. The Fascists steal everything and then make you pay for everything, too.”

This naturally gives the Fascists a substantial material advantage over the Communists, which the Communists lament on moral grounds. 

Imagine two bands of thieves arguing over who has the moral high ground?  The Communists saying, “Yeah, we are thieves, but at least we are honest thieves and pay for the upkeep of what we stole.” And then the Fascists answering, “Yeah, but you are still thieves and too stupid to take full advantage of it.”

This ridiculous bickering goes on and on and the rhetoric never changes.

This comes from our brethren in South Africa, where the struggle to be free and at peace has always been a constant issue:

"One of the architects of the central banking system, Sir Denison Miller is attributed with saying: “This truth is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of Capital to govern the world. By dividing the voters through the political party system, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance. Thus by discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has been so well planned and so successfully accomplished.”

So there it is again--- divide and conquer, pillar or post, either/or, Democrats or Republicans. 

"They"--- whoever "they" are, select them, and we then have no choice but to elect them.

Thank You, and No, I Can't Keep Up.....And Did You Know You Are in The Service?

This morning I looked in my email inbox and saw 50,410 unanswered emails blinking at me.  There is no way on Earth that I can answer all or even a small fraction of these. It just isn't possible.  If I had a full-time staff devoted to answering emails for me, they might keep up.  As it is, it would take 50 people working over 1,000 emails each today.

Realizing--- and finally admitting---- that I am never, ever going to be able to get through all those emails, I just had to hit the "delete" button and hope that the ultimate answers to the mysteries of government and life were not part of the overload.

I also had a heartbreaking question forwarded to me by my Webmaster --- a friend who has been sending $10 a month since September and never got a thank you from me.  Did it arrive?  Did it make a difference?  I burst into tears.

The Government That Isn't, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 29

What we call "the federal government" isn't a government.  It is not and it never has been. It is a governmental services corporation, which is a different matter entirely. 

Please take this outrageous but true statement into your mind and let it rattle around a bit. Savor the fact.  Consider the consequences.

The so-called "United States Government" is not a sovereign government of any kind. It is at best an association of sovereign states entered into a mutual services contract with the United States (Trading Company) and its Successors by default.

For thou shaft not commit adultery; thou shaft not kill; thou shaft not steal; thou shaft not bear false witness; thou shaft not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is comprised in this word: Thou shaft love thy neighbor as thyself. The love of our neighbor worketh no evil. Love, therefore, is the fulfilling of the law.

What is meant by St Paul's words: He that loveth his neighbor, hath fulfilled the law?

St. Augustine in reference to these words says: that he who loves his neighbor, fulfils as well the precepts of the first as of the second tablet of the law. The reason is, that the love of our neighbor contains and presupposes the love of God as its fountain and foundation. The neighbor must be loved on account of God; for the neighbor cannot be loved with true love, if we do not first love God. On this account, the holy Evangelist St. John in his old age, always gave the exhortation: Little children, love one another. And when asked why, he answered: Because it is the command of the Lord, and it is enough to fulfill it. Therefore in this love of the neighbor which comes from the love of God and is contained in it, consists the fulfillment of the whole law. (Matt. XXII. 40.)

Ford and Carter's Bicentennial, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 27

While we were all celebrating America's Bicentennial back in 1976, enjoying all sorts of quaint colonial dramas and fireworks displays, historical re-enactments, and even Broadway plays about the Founding Fathers, Gerald Ford and Company were quietly observing their own celebration by corrupting and co-opting and commandeering what was left of our court system.

The Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) of 1976 is a United States law, codified at Title 28, §§ 1330, 1332, 1391(f), 1441(d), and 1602–1611 of the United States Code, that establishes the limitations as to whether a foreign sovereign nation (or its political subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities) may be sued in U.S. courts—federal or state..... It was signed into law by President Gerald Ford on October 21, 1976.

This law makes it very difficult for us to sue them in courts that are ultimately paid for by us.  Sweet.

There is no so-called "interregnum"--- yet another specious idea being floated by Bar Attorney Karen Hudes.

According to Ms. Hudes and others of her ilk, our lawful government is in "interregnum"--- a sort of legal coma--- caused by Lincoln's declaration of a "state of emergency" which has been declared every year since then by his successors.

Let's make this perfectly clear--- the only office of "President" that Lincoln could hold was that of a commercial corporation CEO.  This is because Bar Attorneys have been prohibited from holding any public office in our government since March 12, 1819 and Abraham Lincoln was a Bar Attorney.

If you think since Trump was elected, we are now 'home free' think again!

Now is not the time to relax our vigilance and get absorbed into the media propaganda about all the great things Donald Trump is doing that appear to be what the patriot movement wants, and none of this is to suggest that Donald Trump is not absolutely sincere in his efforts to restore freedom in America.

The value of the money in your pocket depends on oil. 

Think about that statement for a full minute.  Really think.

Oil is the commodity asset backing the corporate funny money called the UNITED STATES DOLLAR (USD).  That is why it is also known as the “Petrodollar”. 

The value of your labor is tied to oil.  The value of your house is tied to oil.  The value of your land is tied to oil.  And so is the cost of your food, your education, your medical care, and everything else you can think of.

It has been this way since 1971, but somehow, the news still hasn’t come home to Main Street.

Prosecutors in Las Vegas filed a Motion In Limine  late Tuesday in the case of The United States vs Cliven Bundy et al — in hopes that Nevada District Court Judge Gloria Navarro – will allow the Government to “cover-up” any wrong doing agents in the Bureau Of Land Management – who conducted the Bundy cattle impoundment in April of 2014 – may have committed.

“It’s a shocking blatant attempt by the Government to cover-up the brutal conduct of  BLM agents that caused a near catastrophe in Bunkerville, Nevada during the impoundment of rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle,” says a defense attorney representing one of the defendants in the case.

The motion is a draconian attempt at best to “protect” government agents from being exposed to further scrutiny during the upcoming Nevada trials in which they will be under-oath to tell the truth.

When I was a kid and I would come home from school with some piece of popular psycho-babble my Mother would always rear back and look at me closely and ask, "Where did you hear that?"

If the answer was a teacher or some other unfortunate adult, Mother had a way of going to the source and correcting things on the spot.  Otherwise, the answer was always the same: "Consider the source."

That is what we all desperately need to be doing with mainstream media.

I have told this story before, but will tell it again because it is something that you can all do (and easily prove) for yourselves.

Back in the 1980's my husband, I, and a small group of about eight friends did a little experiment.  We all agreed to listen to one or another of the popular Nightly News programs--- CBS, ABC, NBC, and BBC at that time.

This involved a piece of paper divided into four columns headed: "Sex", "Death", "Both" and "Other" with an extra column for the "Date" of the show.

Today the world is a-flutter with news and disgruntlement about Donald Trump's Executive Orders re-enlivening the oil pipeline projects that Obama and the Army Corps of Engineers shut down. 

He's the Chief Executive of a worldwide conglomerate whose lifeblood depends upon oil.  What do you expect him to do? 

The interesting question isn't, "Why is Donald Trump doing this?"---- but rather, "Why didn't Obama do this?"

The banks control the governments, not the other way around.  It has been this way for 150 years in Britain, the Commonwealth countries, the US, Germany, most of Europe, most of Asia, most of Africa.... and when a government tries to assert itself and make its own decisions and adopt its own currency for the benefit of its own people, as Libya's government did and as Iran's government has, it is promptly attacked by all the other governments.  Why?  Because the banks run the governments as storefront governmental services corporations, and the banks like it that way.

It gives them a free hand and world dominance.  They get to use the resources of the entire planet any way they please.  They get to regulate and deregulate themselves in whatever way is most advantageous to them.  Forget the good of the people or the country they are supposed to be representing.   

Just look at what FDR did to THE VIRGINIA COLONY CORPORATION when he shut it down and opened THE UNITED STATES, INC.?   And when he bankrupted the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.?

This term in its particular application means "that dominion which one man claims
and exercises over the external things of the world, in exclusion of every other
individual."
In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces everything to which a man may attach a
value and have a right; and which leaves to everyone else the like advantage.
In the former sense, a man's land, or merchandize, or money is called his property.
In the latter sense, a man has a property in his opinions and the free communication of
them.
He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and
practice dictated by them.
He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.
He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects
on which to employ them.
In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to
have a property in his rights.
Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is
safe in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions.
Where there is an excess of liberty, the effect is the same, tho' from an opposite cause.
Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in
the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This
being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially
secures to every man, whatever is his own.
According to this standard of merit, the praise of affording a just securing to property,
should be sparingly bestowed on a government which, however scrupulously guarding
the possessions of individuals, does not protect them in the enjoyment and
communication of their opinions, in which they have an equal, and in the estimation
of some, a more valuable property.
More sparingly should this praise be allowed to a government, where a man's
religious rights are violated by penalties, or fettered by tests, or taxed by a hierarchy.
Conscience is the most sacred of all property; other property depending in part on
positive law, the exercise of that, being a natural and unalienable right. To guard a
man's house as his castle, to pay public and enforce private debts with the most exact
faith, can give no title to invade a man's conscience which is more sacred than his
castle, or to withhold from it that debt of protection, for which the public faith is
pledged, by the very nature and original conditions of the social pact.
That is not a just government, nor is property secure under it, where the property
which a man has in his personal safety and personal liberty, is violated by arbitrary
seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest. A magistrate issuing his
warrants to a press gang, would be in his proper functions in Turkey or Indostan,
under appellations proverbial of the most complete despotism.
That is not a just government, nor is property secure under it, where arbitrary
restrictions, exemptions, and monopolies deny to part of its citizens that free use of
their faculties, and free choice of their occupations, which not only constitute their
property in the general sense of the word; but are the means of acquiring property
strictly so called. What must be the spirit of legislation where a manufacturer of linen
cloth is forbidden to bury his own child in a linen shroud, in order to favour his
neighbour who manufactures woolen cloth; where the manufacturer and wearer of
woolen cloth are again forbidden the oeconomical [Volume 1, Page 599] use of
buttons of that material, in favor of the manufacturer of buttons of other materials!
A just security to property is not afforded by that government, under which unequal
taxes oppress one species of property and reward another species: where arbitrary
taxes invade the domestic sanctuaries of the rich, and excessive taxes grind the faces
of the poor; where the keenness and competitions of want are deemed an insufficient
spur to labor, and taxes are again applied, by an unfeeling policy, as another spur; in
violation of that sacred property, which Heaven, in decreeing man to earn his bread by
the sweat of his brow, kindly reserved to him, in the small repose that could be spared
from the supply of his necessities.
If there be a government then which prides itself in maintaining the inviolability of
property; which provides that none shall be taken directly even for public use without
indemnification to the owner, and yet directly violates the property which individuals
have in their opinions, their religion, their persons, and their faculties; nay more,
which indirectly violates their property, in their actual possessions, in the labor that
acquires their daily subsistence, and in the hallowed remnant of time which ought to
relieve their fatigues and soothe their cares, the influence [inference?] will have been
anticipated, that such a government is not a pattern for the United States.
If the United States mean to obtain or deserve the full praise due to wise and just
governments, they will equally respect the rights of property, and the property in
rights: they will rival the government that most sacredly guards the former; and by
repelling its example in violating the latter, will make themselves a pattern to that and
all other governments.

The Bible is essentially an Egyptian-retelling of Hebrew history liberally edited numerous times by groups with axes to grind.  What remains is a very strange book indeed.

Even the name of the Bible is peculiar.  The words "Holy Bible" translate as "Sun Book".  Why?  Because the Egyptians who created it worshiped a sun god, Amon Ra, and their object in compiling the Bible was very different from what we assume. 

Didn't it ever strike you as odd that the Hebrews, out there roaming around in the desert, managed to compile such a record as the Bible presents?

I want all of my readers to read this updated posting from Dr. Trowbridge.  For the past three years he has been dueling with the so-called "federal courts" which are indeed nothing more than corporate municipal courts and are not vested with any authority related to us, our states, or our judicial powers. 

Dr. Trowbridge has exposed the seedy underbelly of the "UNITED STATES" incorporated, which is nothing but a private, for-profit, mostly foreign-owned governmental services corporation operated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on our shores, and he has also exposed the treasonous "Oath Tampering" of its Board of Directors, masquerading as members of a legitimate and lawfully organized "Congress" in 1991.

Indeed, John Parks Trowbridge has fought the good fight.
