CAUSE AND EFFECT OF HILLARY’S CONTINUING EMAIL SCANDAL
FBI Director James Comey sent an open email to legislators this week indicating that the FBI had found new evidence on Huma Abedin’s (Hillary’s close aide) personal laptop and that they were reopening the investigation into Hillary’s use of an unsecured private server with sensitive State Department emails. Comey did not elaborate about the evidence so there are many rumors flying about what might be found this time. I don’t have time to cover all the rumors, but I will say I don’t expect the FBI to reveal anything further until after the election—and then only selectively, omitting the worst offenses. Also, there are plenty of dissatisfied FBI agents and NY Police investigators involved in this big case that may leak the rest. It is looking like there is more than the misuse of classified emails at stake here. Since Huma Abedin was Hillary’s top aide, her email stash is rumored to contain a treasure trove of “pay to play” comments for donors to the Clinton Foundation as well as details of collusion between the Clinton campaign and Hillary to hide illegal activities. This week I’ll discuss FBI director Comey’s motives behind the politically sensitive reopening of the investigation plus the bogus claim by Steve Pieczenik that a silent, bloodless coup has taken over the US government to block the election of Hillary Clinton. . . . .

In Part One we discussed the difference between actual money, which must have actual value as a commodity in-and-of-itself and “legal tender”---- stocks, bonds, letters of credit, insurance indemnity receipts, etc.
We also discussed the fact that while the original members of Congress were enabled to act as either Fiduciary Deputies and convene a Continental Congress representing the land jurisdiction government under Article X (a public office), or, act as Representatives and convene a United States Congress to oversee the nineteen operations delegated to the federal government in international jurisdiction (a private corporate office), they in Breach of Trust ceased to operate the land jurisdiction office with the passage of the 19th Amendment to their corporate constitution called “The Constitution of the United States of America”.
Ever since then they have been obliged to operate on legal (fiction) tender and to issue look-alike but significantly altered coinage, because only lawful land jurisdiction governments can issue actual money.

The question has come at me from multiple sides for many weeks now--- sometimes softly, and sometimes loudly, but the same question voiced in many different ways and even languages: “Our world is in trouble, because of crooks infesting and controlling the monetary system--- what do we do about it?”

Before I can deliver my answer, I have to cover some basics.

First ---- Money versus Legal Tender

The world has used many forms of money, but central to the definition of “money”, it has to have actual value as well as any symbolic value we attach to it.  For example, the United States Silver Dollar (that is, our “United States”, not THEIR look-alike sound-alike version) is defined as a weight of fine silver. That is the actual “value” of it—the weight and the purity of silver. 

In addition, because people around the world trust Americans (not citizens of the United States) to deliver the actual weight of silver in the specified purity, the United States Silver Dollar has also acquired a certain amount of “non-tangible value”.  Given a choice between our United States Silver Dollars and coin from other places, many people would still rather choose our coinage because it is known to be a quality product.

That is what lawful money is---- an actual specifically defined unitary measure of an asset (an ounce of fine silver for example) with a brand name (United States Silver Dollar, for example). 

Money is a commodity like any other.

Why Would Canada "Help" the United States Clean House?

There are persistent rumors saying that Canada stands ready to help us drain the swamp, fumigate the house, and dynamite the snake pit in Washington, DC. This surfaced again in a Ben Fulford Report recently, and right beside it, a news item about Queen Bess offering to come take over administration of our government.

This is the sort of snide British humor that passes over most heads.

The Brits have been in charge of of key portions of our "government" since Day One---- including our commercial life and foreign policy and trade policies. It's their administration and mis-administration and Breach of Trust that has provided the habitat for all the most vile creatures inhabiting our capitol.

It's their "snakes" and "alligators" slithering around the Halls of Congress. Even the few forthright Americans who try to stem the tide and bring reform to Washington are stopgobbered from the start by being forced to pledge their allegiance to a foreign government and to act as British Subjects for the duration of their terms in office.

As usual, the Brits aren't offering to help us. They are offering to help themselves and make it appear to the rest of the world that it is our problem and they are just helping. 

Hegelian Dialectic to the Moon: defraud, mischaracterize, and abuse the people of another country for 150 years, do it in Breach of Trust, while pretending to be a friend and an ally--- then pretend that this is all their problem and offer to help? 

Rich irony. Really rich.

One can only shudder and wonder what Queen Elizabeth's idea of "help" would be?

Preet Bharara --- The Hero You Never Heard Of

Preet Bharara is the U.S. Prosecuting Attorney for the Southern District of New York.  Pray for him.  It was he and the New York Police Department (NYPD) that have forced the FBI into doing its job with respect to Hillary Clinton and her emails. 

It was the NYPD that discovered the full, uncut, actual emails on Anthony Wiener's laptop, but more importantly, it was the NYPD and Preet Bharara who  brought the information forward instead of trying to paper it over.

They forced the FBI's hand.  They made it impossible for Director Comey to cover Hillary's butt and his own at the same time.   It's one or the other, Jack. And I can just hear the conversation going down:

If you are an average, every day American State National, you can't vote in any of these elections.

Why?  Because all the elections on offer are foreign elections.

Standing Rock - Beyond Tribalism

Picture this.  It's evening.  I and an Indian Chief are out in the middle of nowhere fifty miles from the nearest cattle crossing.  The only sign of civilization in the whole vast landscape is a pair of steel rails on railroad ties and we happen to be standing on them.  In the near distance, about three miles away, we can see a train heading toward us and feel the very faint tremble in the rails under our feet.

We've been gossiping about life and weather and the difficulties of men and women we know, commiserating about the hardships of bringing up children, the effort to restore the buffalo herds, the beauty of the landscape in front of us, and we go on discussing these and other topics as the train makes its slow way forward.

A few minutes later the train is coming close enough to start to worry me.  The faint tremble in the rails has become something more akin to an electric current, a constant strong vibration, and I can see the engine heading through the final copse of trees before it hits a straightaway stretch coming right for us.

"Ah, Chief, we should move off the tracks," I suggest mildly.

Dear Sir:

It is apparent from reading your open letter to our military personnel that you are acting under some common misconceptions. 

The word "citizen" has a legal definition and you need to take note of it.  Citizens of all kinds are obligated to serve the government.  While employed in military service, all personnel function as "citizens of the United States" and are de facto slaves under the municipal law of the foreign, independent international city state of Washington, DC which is run as a plenary oligarchy of the members of the United States Congress.

However, that same "Congress" is under contract and obligation to our states occupying the land jurisdiction of this country and by subrogation to us--- and so are you.

Federal civilian employees and federal dependents also function as citizens--- "United States Citizens". 

Such citizens are all British Subjects and part of the democracy adopted by the United States of America (Minor)---- a "union" of "American states" comprised of the "State of New Columbia" and the so-called Insular States, including Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the "State of State" franchises, sometimes called "inchoate states", such as the "State of Florida".

Clarification of What Happened to Our Government

No, neither the corporations running the District of Columbia nor those running the Washington, DC Municipal City State have any power to replace or mess with our government.  They are both foreign governments under contract to our fifty state governments to provide certain stipulated and enumerated (19) services described as "powers" in the original Constitution.  Nothing more or less.

The only way it is enabled to replace our government in any way is if we fail to operate our own government ourselves. That is to a large extent what has happened.  We mistook their government for our government because the state and county organizations that were operating our government all decided to incorporate as franchises of the federal corporation in order to get kick-backs known as "Federal Block Grants".

I said something that wasn't quite correct in the prior post -- "A Plague of Hopelessly Inept Demands and Declarations"--- because I didn't touch on things that happened after the time period we were discussing when the "United States of America" first reared its head.

I said that there was no country called "United States of America" and no National Trust established under that name, and at the time period we were talking about, that is true---- but circa 1900-1904, that changed.

The Insular States and District of Columbia joined together to form a country called "United States of America", sometimes referred to as "United States of America (Minor)" early last century.

For months now members of the Living Law Firm have labored to bring forward vital information to the patriots imprisoned over the stand-off at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon.  They have labored side by side with Bar Attorneys who risked their careers and honored their calling to seek justice for all. 

And last night, just before bedtime, I got a call. 

The Bundys, Shawna Cox, and all the others misidentified and falsely accused by the corporate scum have been exonerated and found "Not Guilty" on all charges.

This is a true victory and one that was won against a stacked deck. 

The trial was held in a Federal Court--- a court owned and operated by sister corporations of those corporations that brought the charges.

The Basics

God knows, I have done my best to get the information out there and get the American people up on their feet and moving.

Postscript to The "False Flap" Over Bruce Doucette

A very intelligent question was asked by Elvia who wanted to know what the complaint against Judge Doucette was about.
Essentially, those complaining thought that The Constitution prohibits the Judicial Branch from making appointments---- which it does, so they objected to Judge Doucette appointing new Federal Continental Marshals.
What the Complainers didn't grasp and probably still don't, is that Judge Doucette isn't operating as part of the Federal Government, even though he is acting in international jurisdiction. Instead, he is exercising the reserved international jurisdiction of the states and the people per Article X of The Constitution.
Under The Constitution the Executive Branch of the Federal Government makes appointments, not members of the Judicial Branch---- but we are not part of the Federal Government, and not part of its Judicial or Executive Branches, and we are not attempting to exercise any of the powers delegated to the Federal Government, either.

For the last several days I have been getting stupid comments from wannabe patriots who are, as usual, completely misunderstanding the Law and The Constitution, both in function and in jurisdiction----but who are nonetheless trying to use both as a means to tear down the valid efforts of their more informed countrymen to restore the Public and Organic Law of this country and enforce the provisions of The Constitution we are owed and rebuild the American Common Law Court System which we owe ourselves.
American Common Law modeled on British Common Law flourished in this country from the time the first pilgrims stumbled ashore to the 1960's. Some of us are old enough to remember its fading glory, before it was swept under the rug by corporate interlopers abusing maritime and administrative courts to pillage the American People.
Central to the issue is simply this---- are you a "citizen" meaning a British Subject here to provide our states with governmental services per Article IV of the Constitution, or are you a "national" meaning one of the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States?

With a little thought it will become obvious to everyone that we are now finally in the throes of resolving issues that should have been resolved in the wake of the Civil War---- and weren't.

The chief issue to be resolved once and for all time is still slavery.

Back then it was private slave ownership that was the issue---whether or not one man could own another as property. The answer was a resounding, "No!" This was the determination made in England in 1837, in America in 1865, and by 1926, both slavery and involuntary servitude (peonage) had been outlawed worldwide.

Imagine someone who is mentally insane, and the essence of their insanity is that they can't tell the difference between their own body and someone else's.  When they get mad, they punch the guy in the mirror and then wonder why it hurts so bad.  Then they get even angrier, and punch "him" again, and wind up on the floor in the bathroom with a concussion several hours later, with no idea what happened or how. 

That's how some patriots are reacting to the news that the federal government is just a governmental services corporation in the business of providing us with essential government services (Article IV).  They can't quite wrap their heads around it, even though it has been hidden in plain view for over two hundred years--- and they continue to be confused about who is who.  They get angry at the federal government and its "federated state" franchises which are part of the federal corporation---and they bash themselves and other patriots by mistake.

More to Know About Your Name

Yesterday, we touched on the fact that you are not your name, that it is a "thing" separate from you, akin to a tool, or a conveyance like a bicycle, that you are given and that you hold as a possession. You are its first "Holder in Due Course" and nobody using your name at any time after that can claim a greater claim to it.

But there are some difficulties.....

For example, what if you have a common name like, "John Robert Brown"? There can be real confusion about who is who and even, as we shall see, what is what--- associated with a name.

Let's go back to the Bible where most conundrums appear in literature. God gave Adam the job of naming things and animals. That much is clear and clearly stated in the Book of Genesis, but, although naming people is not forbidden, it is not mandated, either.

Nothing has happened to me.  I am perfectly okay.  I am traveling and working and meeting with other judges and justices of the peace around the country, and meeting with researchers into topics of law and history..... all the things you can see that I do, sometimes require travel and collaboration and face to face meetings.  For the next three weeks I will be on a short tether so far as time to write articles is concerned, so, please bear with me.

The last few days have focused on the topic of names---- what is a name, what do we use it for, what is a legal name versus a lawful name, etc., etc.

Most people take their name for granted and identify themselves with their name.  They think that they are "Joseph Allen Blount" or "Virginia Marie Casper"---but in fact, their name is a separate and alien thing.  Your name isn't you.  It is instead a tool and a possession, like a shovel or a rake or a lawn mower.  It is yours in the same sense that a bicycle is yours.

So that is the first thing you need to understand about a name.

"Oath Keepers Highway Recon Team" or HRT, I have been asked to help organize some of the systems that will be used to network the truckers and everyone involved in passing information in the Oath Keepers organization.  Here is the announcement on the Oath Keepers website:

Oath Keepers will be using several systems on the Internet and portable phones, but this article is primarily concerned with Grid Down radio communications.

As many of you know, I am in the communications business full time and have been for over 20 years now. I am also a general class amateur and a volunteer examiner #1524 for ham radio licensing. Here in Eureka Montana we have been adding new ham radio operators at a steady pace for over 8 years now and formed our first ham club in this area almost 20 years ago. We did this because of the looming crisis in the world. In that time we have helped over 300 people get their licenses in the area.

I have always insisted that the FCC rules from the very beginning have been designed for emergency and safety communications, and allow licensed ham radio operators to do things that others can not do. That includes operating out of band, or with otherwise prohibited power when people's lives and property are in danger.

Notice that I said "licensed amateurs". There are many reasons for requiring that radio operators be licensed to operate on the ham bands and other bands in normal times, or in emergencies. 

Ham radio can be either a tremendous asset or it can be a big liability, depending on whether you know what you are doing, or not. By that I mean that a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing can create so much interference with orderly communications protocols that the frequency becomes a hodgepodge of chatter and unusable noise. For evidence of that just tune in the CB band. It can also mean that people can become endangered by the very communications that are supposed to help them save the lives and property of the people they were trying to benefit.

There is no excuse for anyone not getting their ham license. The license is free, the study course costs only about $30, and the test materials cost only $5 - $15 in most places. The test is multiple choice. On the technician class test there are only 35 questions, and you can get 9 wrong and still pass the test. There is no longer any requirement on any ham test to learn morse code. We have given the technician test to people as young as 8 years with good results.

At this point I always get the same questions. Why should I trade in a right for a privilege, and why would I want to let government know who I am? Let me try to answer.

First, radio waves do NOT respect any borders. They go where they will. You can argue that government should not be involved in making rules about radio saying that it's "not in the US constitution". There are a couple of things about that. One is that it IS in the US Constitution that government must protect our borders. I believe that it is within the realm of government constitutionally to protect AMERICA'S INVENTION of radio from invasion and incursion by ANY foreign power, and to that end there are treaties with other countries involving the allocation of frequencies and usage of those that are rightly entered into by the FCC, and have been, almost from the beginning of the invention of radio communications.

The second point is this. You don't want to unnecessarily twist the tiger's tail. People do that with the driver's license VS the right to travel, and some end up in jail for a while, when there are much more important issues to fight about. The same applies here. I don't see any licensed hams going to jail because they want to use radio in an emergency, or simply because they have the ham ticket in their pocket. 

The third is about staying under the radar where federal agencies are concerned. Guess what. There are almost one MILLION licensed hams just in North America alone. That, friends is good cover, and cover enough for the purpose of preparedness. What are they going to do? Do you think they could try to make criminals of all those hams with the stroke of a pen, and if they did, do you think they could physically enforce that? On the contrary, they would be way in over their heads, and they know it.

If you want to find any ham radio operator that has a license just do a search here with your zip code. http://www.qrz.com   When you apply for your license use a PO Box, not your physical address.

Go study, and when the interactive software says to schedule your test look up some local hams with the qrz.com site search link and ask them when the next test will be and where.  You don't have to have the callsign to own the right equipment, or to listen to what is going on out on the ham bands. You do need it when you push the transmit button.

We also recommend you get a GMRS license. GMRS stands for General Mobile Radio Service. You can just BUY a license for about $65 without any test. That license is good for 5 years, and can be used for personal business as well as other personal uses, but may not transmit messages in exchange for money.. There are 8 channels available with wideband, full modulation on UHF at around 462.000 mHz. The license is good for the whole family, and each license can have their own repeater. We are putting up a GMRS repeater in Eureka soon, in addition to about 9 other repeaters we already have for ham radio. You can see most of the GMRS repeaters in the whole country here:

My recommendations to get licensed STANDS notwithstanding all the comments I will get on this article, from our readers, about not wanting to get ANY licenses for ANYTHING because they would be trading in a right for a government privilege.  Just write your comments and I will answer them with some good reasoning on this. The rest of this will deal with what to do after you have your license.

What kind of radio should you buy?
To start with you will need a handheld dual band FM transceiver that covers at least the 2 meter and the 70 CM ham bands. And it would be best if that radio was also type accepted by the FCC to cover the business bands just above both of those bands. Band refers to a group of frequencies designated by the FCC for certain purposes. 

The 2 meter ham band covers 144 - 148 Mhz (that is megahertz, or million cycles per second) The business band above that is the VHF business band and covers 150 - 174 Mhz.

Correspondingly there are two bands on UHF also. The ham band is 70cm (centimeters) from 430 - 450 Mhz, and the business band above that at 450 - 470 Mhz. All these frequencies (bands of frequencies) can be covered by ONE radio. We recommend and are using the Anytone 3208 U/V which fills all these requirements. Find it here: http://www.fm2way.com/fmhand.htm This radio will also do the GMRS band and can be used to listen, but is not type accepted for transmitting on GMRS.   FCC ID# T4K3208UV  The certification is for Part 90 business band use, not Part 95A GMRS use.
  
You will be very pleasantly surprised at how well these small radios perform. I have talked up to 10 miles with just a handheld, to another handheld, and much further to a base, mobile, or repeater. 

What is a repeater? It's a radio that is located at a very advantageous location like the top of a mountain, that listens on one frequency, and instantly transmits what it hears on another higher or lower frequency,  in real time. That allows you to extend your range up to the footprint of that particular repeater. Most of our repeaters are either solar powered or have a battery backup system that will allow them to stay on the air for weeks during an emergency. Some of our repeaters have a footprint of up to 150 miles or more.

There are literally THOUSANDS of repeaters in America.

All of these handheld units use FM modulation. Modulation is the method of putting an intelligence on the signal that can be converted back to audio so you can hear what the guy on the other end is saying. FM is frequency modulation, or varying the frequency of the signal a very little bit so a detector in the receiver of the listening radio can re-create sound. FM is very impervious to noise, and to other weaker signals, so it's usually either pretty clear, or it's not there so it can be heard. 

That makes for very quiet radio operation with little interference from things like alternators in a vehicle, or power lines, like you would hear on CB which usually uses AM or amplitude modulation, which varies the "strength" of the signal. 

Groups of hams can monitor several frequencies at the same time by using a feature called SCAN which rotates around several channels (with a different frequency in each channel) and when someone talks on one of the channels being monitored the scan stops and locks on that channel. At that point if you want to continue on that conversation you can press an exit key or touch the transmit button and the radio stays on that channel. When you are done listening you can start up the scan and monitor all again.

The following video will give you an idea of what the bands will be like in an actual emergency.
Everyone will want to talk at the same time, and it will take some practice to make any real communications traffic out of what we call a pile up.  This operator has a unique situation in that every time he gets on the air he has to deal with a pile up. But this is what it will be like when trying to communicate with radio when we have a "failure of civility" in our country.



To try to ease the pain in a real emergency we have band plans that will help to get the emergency traffic to the most people.  But nothing will prepare you for this except EXPERIENCE and familiarity with your equipment and some emergency communications protocols knowledge. There is no substitute for experience and practice.

Protecting your expensive equipment against an EMP attack is not an exact science, since a deliberate EMP attack has never been done so that we have any real time experience of the results, but much testing has been done that does indicate what could happen. The above article is just a small overview but provides some inexpensive solutions on a practical level that can protect spare equipment you already have.

If you have a CB, don't throw it out, get an antenna and put it on the air, especially in your vehicles. If you don't get one here:  http://www.fm2way.com/cb.htm   I recommend the Uniden PRO 510 or 520 for a simple low cost CB because we have used them for over 23 years in logging trucks and contractors pickups with very good results. They are tough, and have a full metal cabinet.
If you are a trucker and need a Single Sideband CB the one I recommend is the Galaxy DX959. This is the one I run on my base station to monitor Ch3.  It's a completely legal CB with 12 watts output on SSB, which gives about a 3 times range boost over a straight AM CB radio with 4 watts output. We will talk more about Single Sideband in a future article.

Suffice it to say that with proper training, and the right equipment, you will be a big asset to your community and the safety and well being of your neighbors as well as your family in any emergency. One year ago today we started the automated email system.

This has always been about communications!

Exactly one year ago today I started up an automated mailing system at Aweber.com for this effort to get the history of the fraud used to enslave America and the world out to the public world wide by spreading the articles written by Anna Von Reitz.

As of today we have had 2128 people come and take a look by subscribing to that list, and 1721 have remained subscribed and continue to get each article Anna writes.

Many of these people around the world have supported this effort of exposing the cabal and their fraud, by spreading the articles from Anna's website at www.annavonreitz.com to their own subscriber lists, which are often bigger than ours. I have no idea how many people are getting our information on a regular basis, but it's viral world wide on many blogs and websites that we have no direct connection with other than that the people involved with each site believe in the message.

We have a few people in that list that have donated a few bucks to help spread the word around the world.

Housekeeping 101 --- Us and Them by Anna Von Reitz

Good morning, good evening, good wherever and whenever this finds you all.

I will be doing some extra work for the next few weeks and as a result my ability to publish will be somewhat uneven. This doesn't "mean" anything, except that I am in meetings and teleconferences and shuttling around from place to place more than normal----all of which takes time and detracts from communication.

Major funding for the actual government of the people, by the people, and for the people is being discussed and provided for.  As more and more people have awakened and realized the Truth--- that the private, mostly foreign-owned governmental services corporation operating out of District of Columbia is not our government and its local franchises are not our states-- it becomes evident that reforming or even replacing the governmental services corporation with a new one doesn't fix the actual underlying problem. 

Read that---  it doesn't matter if the thing in DC is called the UNITED STATES (INC.) or THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INC.) or the NEW REPUBLIC (INC.) or CULPEPPER'S FIVE AND DIME (INC.)  It is still just a corporation in the business of providing government services. 

Answer Regarding Confusion

In answer to the confusion over the apparent layers of "government" it is easiest to visualize in terms of jurisdictions instead of "territories"----which can mean many things. 

The federal corporation(s) received a delegation of our authority to provide certain (19) services to our states of the Union and they have usurped their delegated jurisdiction over on top of ours in contravention of our agreements with them and they have claimed falsely that we knew about this and agreed to it. 

Each state of the Union is also a nation (national = land jurisdiction = public ) and a state (international = sea jurisdiction = private) as well as having its part of the global jurisdiction of the air.

So, for example the state of new york has air, land, and sea jurisdictions associated with it. 

Dear Vladimir: It's Not Us

We are going to say some things that you, Mr. President, are already aware of. We say them because the American People are tragically unaware of these facts and they need to know:

American foreign trade and foreign policy have been controlled by Britain for 227 years.

This is one of the results of the original states contracting for "essential government services" from the United States, which is a British-controlled corporation headquartered in the foreign international enclave known as the District of Columbia.

Most Americans have never read the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, which shows that King George remained the "prince" and "Arch-Treasurer" of the "United States". Most Americans have never read the actual Constitution and grasped the fact that this agreement gave Britain control of American Trade and Foreign Policy.

Postmasters and Post Masters, Who Has the Post Master?

I keep returning to the old Gary Moore show, Tell the Truth, an early television game show where three people all claimed to be a particular individual and the contestant had to figure out who was scamming.

For example, the actual man to be identified might be a famous scientist credited with inventing the modern jet engine, and by a process of asking questions of the three men on the panel, the contestant would finally have to make a guess, and the real scientist would be asked to stand up.

Comment on Fulford Report of October 3, 2016: FED v. IMF

I have been inundated with people wanting to know what I think about Fulford's report yesterday on the Federal Reserve.  There seems to be some confusion over what his report means.

It means that the Federal Reserve was involved in a gigantic counterfeiting scheme and that the United States Army is for reasons unknown (but which we can guess) standing around letting the Federal Reserve shred the evidence.

The facts as Fulford presents them are these--- a relatively small gold hoard's actual asset value was grossly inflated and then translated into "dollars" by the Federal Reserve.  This had the affect of counterfeiting 23 trillion dollars based on negligible assets.

Advantages of Just Saying----No! -- and Boycotting the Election

In a few weeks Americans will be asked to choose between Hillary and Donald.

This is like being asked to choose between Capone and Gambizi.

No matter what you do, it's wrong.

I stopped voting years ago when I realized that their foreign corporation made it a crime for me (or any other American State National) to vote in their elections as of 1868.  Read the 14th Amendment.  Read it carefully. 

Nine million Americans were disenfranchised at that time, including my Great-Grandparents and Grandparents. 

It's a good thing I wised up and rescinded my "Voter Registration" because it is one of the major adhesion contracts they use to claim that you are a "United States Citizen" or a "citizen of the United States" and subject to every whim and demand they care to make.

If you really want to be free and stand in honor, you can't vote in their elections for the simple reason that it is a foreign corporation.  What business does a Spaniard have electing Irishmen?  None, right?

COLB's, Social Security, RV's, Gold Hoards and Ponzi Schemes

Every week I get several inquiries from people wondering how to collect on their own "Certificate of Live Birth Bonds"--- known as COLB's.  They go online and check the amount attached to their NAME and are usually stunned to see sums in the millions of dollars.  They do a little quick math and think, "Hey!  I am a millionaire!" 

That's not what all this implies.

Let's begin with the fact that a bond is a promissory note --- an I.O.U. 

That means that all those millions attached to your NAME represent debt owed by good old JOHN MARK DOE and future generations of his children. Oh, there was money obtained, all right---- by the governmental services corporations using you, your labor, and your private and public property as collateral to back their debts.

They got the money and spent it, not you.  And now they are busily trying to shrug and point at you as their "surety"---- the one responsible for paying their debts off.  Those millions attached to your NAME represent credit extended to them  and debt and interest accrued against YOU.

This is done by "hypothecation"---- a nice name for making fraudulent claims  against another person's property without their knowledge or consent.  Think of it of in terms of being "presumed" to have co-signed a car loan for your irresponsible Cousin Bubba, only in this case, it's Uncle Sam. 

This is the biggest Ponzi Scheme on Earth, and you are the victim of it.

Update: Bank Foreclosures and Mountain Climbing

Our focus is the "get to the root" of this evil, both in terms of its process and the mechanics of it.  This Fraud is go vast and has its tentacles into so many areas of our lives that it is like peeling an onion---- layer after layer after layer.

As a young woman I lived in Juneau, Alaska, and I was friends and housemates with some Californians.  They were all very athletic, leggy, tall, Nordic types who were out hiking in the summer and kayaking and fishing and skiing in the winter.  Me, not so much.  I am the more phlegmatic German type.  Squarish in build and practical by nature.  So when they began pestering me to climb a mountain for no reason but to climb a mountain I politely declined.

They it up, however, and after a year of being pestered to climb this stupid mountain for no reason, I grimly said, okay, we'll climb the @$#@@% mountain.

The victims have to stand up for themselves and do whatever works to obtain justice. 

If the police and DAs refuse to do their jobs, or worse, allow themselves to be used as tools to persecute the victims,  I have already told everyone what is necessary.  Organize your communities.  Bring your gripes to every pastor, every politician, every club, every civic organization, the schools, the churches, everyone---- and go after the bosses of the police and the DA's like a swarm of angry bees.  Make sure they lose their jobs.  Make sure their lives are living Hell. Hold public meetings.  Bang your dishes on the floor like angry dogs.  That's what we've had to do in Alaska.

And it works.  It's amazing how fast and efficient this is when you really decide that the line has been crossed and you are going to shove.  You get enough people on the move and your problem is going away.
