SAINT PATRICK Bishop, Apostle of Ireland

If the virtue of children reflects honor on their parents, much more justly is the name of Saint Patrick rendered illustrious by the innumerable lights of sanctity which shone in the Church of Ireland during many ages, and by the colonies of Saints with which it peopled many foreign countries. The Apostle of Ireland was born in Scotland towards the close of the fourth century, in a village which seems to be the present-day Scotch town of Kilpatrick, between Dumbarton and Glasgow. He calls himself both a Briton and a Roman, that is, of mixed extraction, and says his father was of a good family named Calphurnius. Some writers call his mother Conchessa, and say she was the niece of Saint Martin of Tours. In his sixteenth year he was carried into captivity in Ireland by barbarians. There he was obliged to shepherd cattle on the mountains and in the forests, in hunger and nakedness, amid snow, rain, and ice. The young man had recourse to God with his whole heart, in fervent prayer and fasting, and from that time faith and the love of God acquired a constantly renewed strength in his tender soul.

After six months spent in slavery, Saint Patrick was admonished by God in a dream to return to his own country, and was informed that a ship was then ready to sail there. He went at once to the seacoast, though at a great distance, and found the vessel, but he could not obtain his passage - probably for want of money. Patrick was returning to his hut, praying as he went, when the sailors, though pagans, called him back and took him on board.

Some years afterwards he was again taken captive, but recovered his liberty after two months. While he was at home with his parents, God manifested to him, by divers visions, that He destined him for the great work of the conversion of Ireland. His biographers say that after his second captivity he traveled into Gaul and Italy, and saw Saint Martin, Saint Germanus of Auxerre, and Pope Saint Celestine, and that he received his mission and the apostolical benediction from this Pope, who died in 432. It is certain that he spent many years in preparing himself for his sacred calling. Great opposition was raised to his episcopal consecration and mission, both by his own relatives and by the clergy. They made him great offers in order to detain him among them, and endeavored to affright him by exaggerating the dangers to which he exposed himself amid the enemies of the Romans and Britons, who did not know God. All these temptations cast the Saint into great perplexity; but the Lord, whose Will he consulted by earnest prayer, supported him and he persevered in his resolution.

He therefore left his family, sold his birthright and dignity, and consecrated his soul to God, to serve strangers and carry His name to the ends of the earth. In this disposition he passed into Ireland, to preach the Gospel where the worship of idols still generally reigned. He traveled over the island, penetrating into the remotest corners, and such was the fruit of his preaching and sufferings that he baptized an infinite number of persons. Everywhere he ordained clergymen, induced women to live in holy widowhood and continence, consecrated virgins to Christ, and founded monasteries, not without many persecutions.

Saint Patrick held several councils to regulate the discipline of the Church he had planted. Saint Bernard and the tradition of the country testify that he fixed his metropolitan see at Armagh. He established other bishops, as appears by the acts of a council and various other documents. He not only converted the whole country by his preaching and wonderful miracles, but also cultivated this vineyard with so fruitful a benediction from heaven as to render Ireland a flourishing garden in the Church of God, and a land of Saints. He converted and baptized the kings of Dublin and Munster and the seven sons of the king of Connaught, with the majority of their subjects, and before his death almost the whole island. He founded three monasteries and filled the countryside with churches and schools of piety and learning. He died and was buried at Down in Ulster. His body was found there in a church of his name in 1185, and moved to another part of the same church.

Reflection. By the instrumentality of Saint Patrick the Faith remained for long centuries as fresh in Ireland as when it was first planted. Ask him to obtain for you the special grace his children receive: to prefer the loss of every earthly good to the least compromise in matters of faith.

La Pierre calls the gun grabbers what they are: Insane

We hear all kinds of lies about NRA, and while I have not previously joined them because I have seen some willingness on their part to tend to "compromise" with some of our rights and have been worried about this idea of universal registration and what the NRA would be willing to give, this speech has answered my questions.  After all what is compromise if not giving up some of what we want to get something we want?

As far as I am concerned, there can be NO compromise with basic natural rights. Government didn't give those rights, and can't EVER take those rights away.

He says the laws that are on the books need to be enforced better. I believe we have far too many "gun laws" on the books, and that those so called "laws" are already null and void because they are unconstitutional. Here is what the supreme court of the United States has to say about that.

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury Vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803). "Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda Vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491. " An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton Vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442

The true definition of insanity is "applying the same idea over and over and expecting a different result" and that surely applies in the case of the gun grabbers. The real problem is that their voice is way to big, amplified by the media that is just as insane as the gun grabbers are. It's time to pin their coax and short their transmitters.

These people are destroying America deliberately. They could have no other agenda. There is no other reason they would want a national gun registration scheme, than to tax and confiscate and Mr La Pierre says. There just is no other logical conclusion, but then who says the gun grabbers are EVER logical?

I applaud Mr. La Pierre for his stand and will be watching the NRA much more closely from now on. I also recommend that you send this blog post to everyone over and over until all of America sees this video.

The company, called Domestic Drone Countermeasures, was founded in late February because some of its engineers see unmanned aerial vehicles—which are already being flown by law enforcement in some areas and could see wider commercial integration into American airspace by 2015—as unwanted eyes in the sky.

Montana Firearms Freedom law stands in the gap!

CAN FEDS BULLDOZE STATE CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS?

In a courtroom gun fight that has the potential to disrupt many of Barack Obama’s plans for national gun lists, laws and limits, attorneys have told the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that the U.S. Constitution does not give Washington unlimited authority to bulldoze over state efforts to protect the constitutional rights of their citizens.

At issue is the years-old Montana Firearms Freedom Act, which was argued before the appeals court in a special session in Portland, Ore.

The law simply says firearms made, sold and kept in Montana are not subject to federal interstate commerce regulations.

Attorney Nick Dranias, who represented the amicus parties of the Goldwater Institute and others in the arguments, said the case should be returned to the lower court for discovery and development of evidence, because it is a case of first impression and the lower courts dismissed it without that opportunity.

He asked the judges to remember that the federal government was created by the states and that the states granted certain limited powers to the federal government. Where those rights were not granted to Washington, the states’ people retain all rights.

Why they say you have "No Standing" in the courts.

Why you have no rights as the courts in the whole country see it now!

As I understand the law and what has been done in this country, there is a pretty clear reason why the American people have "no standing" in the courts and why Obama's eligibility and other issues people have attempted to bring into suit have been rejected by the courts.

First, there are two nationalities in this country that you might call political "status". One is the U.S. citizen and one is what I will refer to as the American national, which formerly was a Citizen on one of the Sovereign States of the union. Since the states have become agencies of the federal corporation in D.C. the sovereign state is currently non-existent. Hence we are of the nationality of our previously sovereign state but can no longer claim to be a citizen of the STATE OF. Hence the term American National.

The U.S. citizen has NO RIGHTS. They now have only privileges granted by the corporation which are called civil rights ( a deceptive term indeed) instead of natural rights or God given rights. The U.S. corporation and its agencies are the creator of this fictional entity called a U.S. citizen. They created that fictional status to act upon and they also have lawful control of it (as its creator). They can grant a privilege or they can take it away. The maxim in law is that "he who partakes of the benefit must endure the penalty". The Supreme Court has held the same thing several times.

Because the system has been set up in such a way that virtually everything is considered a "benefit" of being in their system most people have unwittingly volunteered into the status of being a U.S. citizen and indeed claim the title quite proudly! In truth they are proud to be Americans, but they do not know the difference and cannot distinguish between the two. U.S. citizens were proclaimed to be "enemies of the state" back in 1934 during the Roosevelt administration. What we see today from Washington makes it obvious and in your face that such is the case.

The current Constitution of THE UNITED STATES is the corporate charter for the municipal government of Washington D.C. The truth is that it is a bankrupt entity that currently exists in name only and is merely a vehicle being used to fleece Americans and build an empire for the creditors using our military. As a bankrupt entity it has no lawful authority to function whatsoever. Those claiming to be the status of a U.S. citizen are claiming a political status created by the 14th amendment and they waive their God given rights in exchange for civil rights....ie privileges. Unfortunately most people do not realize that the U.S. citizen cannot complain of being damaged personally by the corporation because they must endure the penalties of participation in the benefits of the corporate system. Hence the U.S. citizen has no standing to claim damage or violation of any rights; they do not have any.

Furthermore, the U.S. citizen is a fictional entity which is corporate in nature. It is a legal fiction created legislatively by congress. A fiction cannot actually be damaged. How can you damage the tooth fairy or Santa Claus? In the real world of substance they do not exist so they cannot actually be damaged. Again, the claim of damage has "no standing" for a U.S. citizen.

So, if the U.S. citizen has no standing to claim personal damage in the courts for constitutional violations, what about the American National who does not claim to be a U.S. citizen and does not partake of the benefits of the system? Well, basically all the courts have become legislative courts. They deal only with fictional corporate entities and the contracts between the fictions. An American national finds that neither the corporate system, their rules, or their courts have anything to do with them. An American is not "subject to" nor within the jurisdiction of these administrative courts which are administering corporate affairs; in this case the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES.

American nationals cannot claim personal damage by the corporate government because they are outside the corporate rules administered by the legislature. If the rules do not apply to you then you cannot be damaged by them. Hence the sovereign American has no standing in their courts either. Fictions (tooth fairy) cannot really damage a living man.

So, what is the purpose of the courts as they exist at present? It is simple. The U.S. government and all its agencies, which include all the state governments, counties, cities, and courts are now under the control of the creditor to the UNITED STATES INC., which went into bankruptcy in 1933. The congress serves as the trustee and the president is the chief administrator of the bankruptcy acting on behalf of the creditor, the FEDERAL RESERVE and/or it owners.

The courts and the police are revenue collectors extracting monies from the population of U.S. citizens as the penalty or charge for the participation in the limited liability scheme of plunder. The corporate scheme was merely a way to apply the national debt to the people of the country and a device to plunder our nation using operations of law. Some fees and charges go to building and supporting the collection mechanism itself and some go to the creditors as profits. It is about like the tables in Vegas. The house will always win in the end. You may enjoy a few winnings along the way in the form of perceived benefits, but in the end the house will clean you, and our nation, out. Any small winnings you might enjoy in the interim will be extracted from you in the end. How many end up broke in Vegas? How many of our elderly die broke? How broke have we become as a nation? 

If U.S. citizens have no standing in the courts to protect rights and the American national is outside the system and its courts, then their is no avenue available to protect God given rights or our natural rights within their existing system. You cannot argue Constitutional rights because, as the courts have said, the Constitution was a contract but the people were not a party to it. Our rights come from God not the Constitution. The Bill of Rights did not grant us those rights; it was restrictive in nature and was to restrict the government. The only protector of our God given rights is man, who inherited them, and God. There is no entity between man and the creator in the chain of command.

Regardless of how this was done we still have a constitution and the Supreme court has backed that up in the Mack/Printz decision.  It's up to us to defend that and enforce that.

You can't do it. These are the facts and irrefutable history. You gun grabbers are just another bunch of criminal gangs just like the commies and Nazis who did this throughout history.

Any gun grabber that  proposes taking guns from law abiding citizens is guilty of the crime of Sedition, defined as "inciting violence against the lawful civil authority" which in the case of America is We the People with our elected sheriffs.  YOU GUN GRABBERS ARE THE OUTLAWS, you are the criminals setting the stage for the worst genocide and murder in the history of the world. You are perpetrating violence against peaceful people who just want to be left alone to work, raise their families, and live in quiet love of God and their families and neighbors, but you are monsters who will never be satisfied until you own the whole world, just like Satan was not satisfied and thought that he should be worshiped like God. You have made up your minds that if you can't own the whole world you are going to burn it down, just like Satan who wants every soul in hell because he can't be worshiped like God.

You think you are better than the rest of us, and your arrogance will be your downfall.
You mock God and His positive divine law (ten commandments) and His natural laws of self defense.
You make a mockery of the Supreme law for the United States, and you scoff at law itself, just like Satan when he rebelled against his own Creator God and thought himself equal or even greater than God.
Look what it got him. You are headed in the same direction and to the same place. If you don't believe me just keep it up. If you were not outlaws and scofflaws, and tyrants, you would be proposing a repeal of the 2nd amendment by lawful constitutional process, buy you can't get what you want that way!

We would much rather that you be converted from your evil, and do penance for your sins and crimes, and come to know God's love for all eternity, than to have to fight you to stay alive, and for our children's inheritance of freedom under God's laws.  We are willing to leave you alone to live your lives, but you are not willing to do the same for us.  That makes you the aggressors, and the perpetrators of great evil.

You know that when you come at us with guns, there will be bloodshed, simply because tens of millions of people have drawn their line in the sand, knowing that if they let their firearms be taken their lives and the lives of their children will be next to be taken by your unlawful jack booted, black suited thugs, mercenaries one and all, who live for killing and evil. History bears this out in spades as the movie shows. Again I challenge any gun grabber to  prove this wrong.

I am forced to think at this point that YOU WANT THAT VIOLENCE so you can declare so called "martial law" and come at the freedom loving people of America with military force. Be careful. Many of those military people you are counting on, take their oath very seriously. They just might turn and kill the officer that gave the unlawful orders, and then keep right on coming for YOU!  Be careful of trying to use any foreign troops on our soil, because ALL the armed people in America will consider those troops as a foreign invasion and will fight like nothing the world has ever seen to preserve our freedom. Your kind has never tried your evil in any country like America, where self defense and firearms ownership are enshrined in the supreme law of the land. I WOULD NOT TRADE PLACES with any of you. You are your own worst enemies. You are biting off far more than you can chew, and again your arrogance will be your downfall.

We are willing to forgive you at this point if you just stop what you are doing, withdraw all your so called gun control bills, and apologize to the American people, then step down from your office and leave. But if you continue to incite violence against We the People, passing some so called "laws" (which are null and void on their face) and then send your goons to collect guns or even arrest some lawful gun owners on some trumped up charges from those so called "laws", well then we can't guarantee your safety, or that you will ever get a second chance. We WILL NEVER START ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST YOU, but let me be perfectly clear about this, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST US OR OUR FAMILIES as a result of your non-laws.

My advice to you, and my sincere hope for you, is that you stop right now, repent of your crimes of sedition, beg your constituents for forgiveness, change from the error of your ways, and hope that they are as forgiving as we in Montana are in these matters.

Local officials step outside the law AGAIN!

When will these idiot local government officials ever learn that they took an oath to defend the US Constitution?

City Proposes Disarming Citizens in the Event of a Disaster

People like this need to be brought to answer for their crimes. The very fact that they are proposing this is prima facia evidence of a crime of breaking their oath of office and official misconduct, a misdemeanor crime.

When are the people going to start making some arrests. The minute they made the proposal officially in the council chambers they should have been arrested and charged with their crime.

These local government officials are trying to unlawfully bypass the 2nd amendment, part of the Constitution they swore to uphold and protect "so help them God" and therefore have become the very DOMESTIC ENEMIES the Declaration warns about.

One important thing you left out Ted. All these gun grabbers are OUTLAWS. If they were not outside the law with their attempt to get the guns, they would be proposing an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment following the constitutional amendment process. They will not obey the US Constitution, and they know such a repeal attempt would fail, so they are going OUTSIDE THE LAW to try by statute or executive order to create a monopoly of lethal force in their own hands. That, my friend, makes them the outlaws and seditionists, let alone traitors and oath-breakers, both of which are felony crimes. Oh, and there is one more thing. Because they are willing to incite violence against peace loving and law abiding residents of America, that makes them TERRORISTS! They are terrorizing over 100 million firearms owners with violent confiscation of their only means of defense and the means to defend the very constitution these oath-breakers swore an oath before God and men to uphold. Firearms Company boycotts the gun grabbing government

Olympic Arms refuses to do business with New York.

All the gun makers should do the same as this company. This would put a quick stop to the gun grabbers. All ammo manufacturers should also do this. The gun grabbers would have to go home.

Legislation recently passed in the State of New York outlaws the AR15 and many other firearms, and will make it illegal for the good and free citizens of New York to own a large selection of legal and safe firearms and magazines. We feel as though the passage of this legislation exceeds the authority granted to the government of New York by its citizens, and violates the Constitution of the United States, ignoring such SCOTUS rulings as District of Columbia v. Heller – 554, U.S. 570 of 2008, McDonald v. Chicago – 561 U.S. 3025 of 2010, and specifically the case of United States v. Miller – 307 U.S. 174 of 1939.

When they come for you and your guns, what will you do?

This article came from one of our readers this morning, and it's great to see people taking a stand for the US Constitution, but I am forced to make some comments on some of his points that if not made could lead to some misunderstanding about what the law really is for the United States. Many believe the we have "Constitutional Rights".  We don't. We have God given rights under positive divine law, and under the natural law, THAT NO GOVERNMENT EVER CAN TAKE AWAY, because no government ever gave those rights. They were not ever within the authority of government to give or take away. He is absolutely right that the US Constitution is still in full force and effect, and we will point out how that has been reinforced by supreme court rulings very recently.

I am not Johnny Rambo and I will be the first to admit that I do not want to die. The reason I feel compelled to write this, however, is simply because I don’t think the average American is equipped with the facts. I feel that a lot of American citizens feel like they have no choice but to surrender their guns if the government comes for them. I blame traditional media sources for this mass brainwash and I carry the responsibility of all small independent bloggers to tell the truth. So my focus today is to lay out your constitutional rights as an American, and let you decide what to do with those rights. (Again, we don't have Constitutional rights. We the People WROTE the Constitution for government to follow, not the other way around. We have God given rights which no government, legitimate or otherwise, can take away. The enemies of freedom want you to believe that government gives rights, and they talk about "constitutional rights" all the time. Even the gun grabbers want to retain their own "constitutional right" to bear arms, but they want to deny yours.) About a month ago I let the “democracy” word slip in a discussion with a fellow blogger. I know better. Americans have been conditioned to use this term. It’s not an accurate term and it never has been a correct term to describe our form of government. The truth is that the United States of America is a constitutional republic. This is similar to a democracy because our representatives are selected by democratic elections, but ultimately our representatives are required to work within the framework of our constitution. If you are religious you might choose to think of it this way… Say that members of your congregation decide that mass fornication is a good thing. Do they have the right to change the teachings of your God? The truth is the truth. It doesn’t matter how many people try to stray from it. Did I just compare our founders to God? In a way I did, but please note that I am not trying to insult anyone. For the purpose of the American Government our constitution and founders who wrote it are much like God is to believers. It is the law. It is indisputable. (This is a question of "Who is the law giver"? We know that the author of a law is the law giver as God is the author of the Ten Commandments, and the Natural laws. It follows then, that the author of the US Constitution is the law giver. Look at the preamble. It says " We the People do ordain and establish..... We the People are the authority who established these rules for government servants to follow, and we limited those powers government could exercise, delegated from our God given natural rights and powers, without which government has no power at all, except in our day they have USURPED much power illegitimately and unlawfully that doesn't belong to them at all. They have become the outlaws, and usurpers.)

Our founders did not want a “democracy” for they feared a true democracy was just as dangerous as a monarchy. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity. A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a constitution. (We are ruled ultimately by positive divine law (ten commandments) and the natural laws put into spin at the beginning by our creator, which laws are all higher than any man made law such as the US Constitution, but it is true to say that man made Constitution is the Supreme Law for the United States, a creation also of man.) Why is a democracy potentially just as dangerous as a monarchy? Let’s look at something that Benjamin Franklin said because it answers that question more fully and succinctly than I can.   Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. -Benjamin Franklin  Even 230+ years ago our founders were perceptive enough to realize that democracy was a dangerous form of government. How so? Because the citizens of a country can become just as corrupt as any government. We have seen evidence of this throughout history. Ask Native Americans and African-Americans if this population can become corrupt. I think in 2012 we are seeing evidence of what Franklin was trying to tell us. Just because a majority of people may support certain ideas it does not mean that those ideas are just. In simple terms, just because most Americans love our president and voted for him, it does not mean that he has the power to go against our constitutional rights. (In fact the supreme law would have never allowed that man to even run for the office, but then the outlaws in government welcomed him and it was all outside the law that he was installed)

Next I’d like to review the text of the second amendment. It is very clear. This is the law of this land. So when Senator Feinstein or President Obama talk about taking your guns, you need to think about something. Are they honoring their sworn oath to uphold the constitution?   A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State , the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. This is a pretty clear statement. The fact is that it took 232 years for the Supreme Court to even rule on this amendment because it has never been successfully challenged. In 2008 a case of Columbia v. Heller the Supreme Court ruled that a handgun ban in Washington D.C. was unconstitutional. One also has to take this into consideration. The Supreme Court supports your right to own guns. If you want to research this decision further you can start here. (According to the foremost Constitutional scholar of our day, Dr. Edwin Vieira Jr. the Heller decision greatly REDUCED our gun rights from what the founders had. For those who try to debate the spirit of the 2nd amendment, they are truly no different from people who will try to take Biblical quotes out of context to try to support their immoral decisions. The founders were very clear on the intent of the 2nd amendment. Let me share a few quick quotes here:   The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government. -Thomas Jefferson Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence … From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable . . . the very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that is good. -George Washington The Constitution shall never be construed….to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms. -Samuel Adams I could find hundreds of quotes like these. This country was built on the right to bear arms. It was built on the rights of an individual to bear arms, regardless of what his government or neighbor happened to think. This is crystal clear. Ironically the people who voice their opinions against this right have their free speech protected by your guns. Without guns in this country, all other amendments become null and void, simply because “We the People” will lose our power of enforcement. We need to keep this in mind as our “representatives” try to push gun bans. I don’t care if 99% of people are in support of gun bans (which is far from the case), it is a violation of our constitutional rights, plain and simple. A constitutional republic protects the rights of the individual even when their ideas are very much  in the minority. If I were the only person in America who believed in the 2nd amendment, I would still be within my rights to call upon it. You would all think I was insane and possibly celebrate if I was gunned down, but in the end I would be the only true American among us. Our framers were very clear on this. If my government comes to take my guns, they are violating one of my constitutional rights that is covered by the 2nd amendment. I(What is constitutional is the 2nd amendment in it's entirety. Congress could pass gun ban legislation by a 90%+ margin and it just would not matter. I think some people are very unclear on this. This is the reason we have a Supreme Court, and though I do not doubt that the Supreme Court can also become corrupt, in 2008 they got it right. They supported the constitution. It does not matter what the majority supports because America is not a democracy. A constitutional republic protects the rights of every single citizen, no matter what their “elected servants” say. The Supreme court can't make a ruling today that changes what the founders believed and what We the People delegated to the federal government. They just think they can. In practice it comes down to enforcement. At the local level the power still rests with the people. Read the Mack/Printz decision. The supreme court says the federal government can't tell the sheriff what to do, Period. The Heller decision was a truncation of our real instruction to government NEVER to interfere with our gun rights, IN THE MILITIA. We have abrogated our duty to ourselves and the law by letting the Militia of the Several States to fall into disuse.) I just wrote what every believer in the constitution wants to say, and what every constitutional blogger needs to write. The truth of the matter is that this type of speech is viewed as dangerous and radical or subversive, and it could gain me a world of trouble that I do not want. It is also the truth. To make myself clear I will tell you again. If they come for your guns it is your right to use those guns against them and to kill them. You are protected by our constitution. (Who are the real subversives, and the real seditionists? Those who would pervert the law! Read the definition of those two words. Subversion is "a systematic attempt to overthrow or undermine a government by persons working secretly from within" and Sedition is "inciting violent overthrow of the lawful civil authority".  Now I ask you, are not people who are working for gun control trying to overthrow the government We the People put in place by the Constitution? Are not those same people willing to create violence to get what they want? Then ask yourselves what is the penalty for these high crimes?)

Most of the articles I am reading on the subject are trying to give you clues without just coming out and saying it. I understand that because certain things in this country will get you on a list that you don’t want to be on. I may well be on that list. This blog is small and growing so I may not be there yet, but I have dreams. I also have my own list of subversives and anyone who attempts to deny my constitutional rights is on that list. I am not the “subversive” here, it is the political representatives who are threatening to take away my inalienable rights. If they come to take my guns and I leave a few of them wounded or dead, and I somehow survive, I have zero doubt that I will spend a long time in prison and may face an execution. But I would much rather be a political prisoner than a slave. If I go down fighting then I was not fighting to harm these human beings. I was simply defending my liberty and yours. It is self-defense and it is what our country was built on. We won our freedom in self-defense. We would not be ruled by a tyrannical government in the 1770′s and we will not be ruled in 2012 by a tyrannical government. There is no difference. This is a case of right and wrong. As of now the 2nd amendment stands. It has never been repealed. If Feinstein or Barack have a problem with the constitution then they should be removed from office. They are not defending the constitution which they have sworn an oath to protect. It is treasonous to say the least. They would likely say the same about me, but I have the constitution, the founders, and the supreme court on my side. They only have their inflated egos. (They have one more thing, military might, and to counteract that we need the over 100 million gun owners to come together in the Militia of the Several States. Just the fact that we do will stop these gun grabbers cold in their tracks because they really are all COWARDS, who would never go out in public without their ARMED SECURITY, armed with the very same guns they want to take away from law abiding and peace loving people all over this country.) I am not writing this to incite people. I am writing this in hopes that somehow I can make a tiny difference. I have no idea how many of my neighbors have the will to defend their constitutional rights. 2%? 20%? I am afraid that 20% is a high number, unfortunately. When push comes to shove many people may give up and submit to being ruled. I believe that our government is banking on this. What I do know is that this country was founded by people who had balls the size of Texas and Patriotic Americans take shit off of no one, especially our own government. For evidence of that, you might research the Revolutionary War. My question is how many Patriots are left? (I offer the current gun sales as an indicator of the number of real patriots. They are NOT buying them to just hand them to the feds! They have drawn the line in the sand and will not be conned once more into letting the OUTLAWS run over them. This is NOT a society getting ready for hunting. They are getting ready for WAR! They won't start it, but might be forced to finish it quickly and get back to the peace they love. I hope we can avoid that "last resort" but at this point I wouldn't bet money that we can.)

I would hope that our officials come to realize that, regardless of our numbers, we still exist because they are calling Patriotic Americans to action. They are making us decide if we want to die free or submit to their rule. I cannot tell you where you should stand on that. I do know that it may make the difference between living a life of freedom or slavery. (I would say that the choice is not between dying or submitting. It is a choice between forming up the proper defense with the will to use it, and giving away our freedom with it's attendant results for us and our children. I for one will not be getting on their helicopter or bus to go to any camp. But before that I will exhaust every other option. You must start thinking about this because I believe that the day is coming soon and I personally believe it has already been planned. Not all conspiracy theories are hogwash. They may throw down the gauntlet soon and my suggestion is that you prepare yourself to react. I mean no disrespect to our elected officials but they need to understand that “We the People” will not be disarmed. If they proceed then it is they that are provoking us and we will act accordingly. We are within our rights to do so. For those who are in support of taking the guns, you need to ask yourself a very important question, and I am not just talking about the politicians, because if you support them, you have chosen your side. Are you willing to die to take my guns? --------------------------------- Through regulations, taxation, inflation of the money supply, trade restrictions, and tethers on private associations, government itself is nothing but a massive drain on prosperity.
