The National Institute of Justice report on merging the military with law enforcement (1997). Then a concept which the mainstream media has forgotten to share with the public – “OOTW”. That stands for “Operations Other Than War”, and it is a transition of the U.S. military mission from one of national defense into one of “peace keeping” and “police work”. It also includes psychological operations. We also brought into the fray a now-defunct neo-con slice of madness called the Project for a New American Century (which has now taken down their website). We referred readers to The Report From Iron Mountain. These concepts go toward building an understanding of a philosophy of statist authoritarianism as coming at us now from the Federal government.

In Part Three we covered something called “UW” – Unconventional Warfare, which ties in with “OOTW” as seen in Part Two. We discovered “Irregular Warfare” (IW). We learned that psy-ops warriors are expected to use “terrorists” and other criminal types as “surrogates” in psy-ops. (Think: Oklahoma City Bombing and the attacks of 9/11/2001.) We learned that OOTW, UW, and IW all involve psychological operations and can include Black Operations, Covert Operations, Special Operations, Clandestine Operations, and unspeakable crimes committed with Presidential blessings - so long as the President enjoys “plausible deniability” in case they are exposed (as in the case of Bay of Pigs fiasco, one of CIA’s biggest international war-crimes ever, which blew-back in Kennedy’s face and cost the top three men at CIA their careers).

In Part Four we look at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), and their interface with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the White House (Cass Sunstein). We note that the private sector think tanks which feed DHS and the Pentagon profiles on American citizens and military personnel are united in their attack on Oath Keepers; and we also note that such organizations are now exposed as being a malicious attempt by lock-stepping groups to defame and slander loyal Constitutionalist Americans such as Oath Keepers, who demand that government, to be lawful, must abide by its founding legal charter.

An intimate look at the tortured soul of Daryl Johnson, author of the infamous DHS report of April 07, 2009, which was leaked to the public. Part Five is the conclusion of this series, which I trust establishes and sustains my original premise that what killed Jose Guerena at his home at Tucson, Arizona on May 05, 2011, was a Federal policy acting through a local Sheriff Department SWAT team to execute Federal tyranny on an American Marine war veteran and his family.
I submit that I have established:


a) 1- that such a mental pathology, coupled with disregard for the Constitution, can influence Federal policy in a deluded perception of how the U.S. Federal government is to administer itself upon the people who support it;


b) 2- that mental pathology works through private-sector think tanks to influence Federal policy;


c) 3- that Federal policy presently enjoys centralized Intelligence, Military, and Domestic Enforcement license which stands now as the infrastructure for profoundly altering the nature of governance in America;


d) 4- that patterns of abuse are abundantly apparent throughout Federal policy (ATF’s Fast And Furious gun-running escapades for the Mexican drug cartels being the most recent criminality to be exposed; see: http://oathkeepers.org/oath/2011/03/30/oath-keeping-at-the-atf/ );


e) 5- that those patterns of abuse include psychological operations involving radio, television, and the press under terms of Unconventional Warfare and Operations Other Than War;

f) 6- that with the use of interfaced databases through the DHS we now see before us a chain of command extending from DHS downward through the Pentagon and FEMA and outward like a giant sinister spider-web to regional, State-level, and local enforcement agencies and offices;


g) 7- that the Federal perceptions of DHS, Justice Department, State Department, the Pentagon, the White House and a wide field of Intelligence agencies and interlocked private-sector corporations and contractors and think tanks are now unified toward the preservation of centralized, authoritarian, un-Constitutional government power, even at the expense of dissent among the American people.


Fifty thousand to seventy thousand SWAT rampages a year in America are but symptoms of this. Those of us among the population who oppose this policy, such as Oath Keepers, are branded as “extremists” and “anti-government conspiracy theorists”, and if the SPLC, ADL, DHS, and Pentagon are not corrected in this policy, very soon every person reading this, including you, will also be thusly branded. In the eyes of the power elite, every citizen who is not “anti-Constitution” is now seen as being “anti-government”.

Operation Fast and Furious WAS NOT BOTCHED

The BATFEEE gunrunning fiasco that delivered thousands of U.S. firearms to Mexican drug cartels, operation Fast and Furious, is commonly referred to in the media as a "botched" federal operation.

Let's be clear about this. Fast and Furious was NOT "botched." It did exactly what it was intended to do. It delivered thousands of untraced U.S. guns to criminals at the behest of the BATFEEE and with the knowledge and assumed approval of top Justice Department and other administration officials.

Why? To set the stage for more gun control, of course. The would-be tyrants in the federal government would love to disarm us all, to make us defenseless slaves to the federal government, as did every government that committed genocide during the 1900s before slaughtering 165 million human beings. However, further restrictions on the right to bear arms won't fly in the current political climate without agitprop headlines, headlines federal officials hoped to supply with Fast and Furious.

So, let's call a spade a spade. Fast and Furious was purely an anti-freedom political operation - a poorly-executed Reichstag fire intended to erode the liberty that the people have reserved to themselves from government interference in the Constitution.

If you or I had done what BATFEEE officials did "under color of law," we'd be on our way to federal prison. The only thing "botched" about Fast and Furious has been the scurrilous attempt by the perpetrating cockroaches to run for cover when the lights came on.

I think they are getting ready to slam silver again to below $30, and maybe even  as low as $25 or lower.

Right now I am getting ready to buy lots of silver. I am liquidating some other inventory and building my cash reserve to buy a boatload of silver when this happens. I think this will be the last hurrah for the banksters, and even though I have always gotten excited when silver goes DOWN rather than up, this one will be the biggest opportunity I have seen recently. Remember a couple of years ago when they slammed silver to UNDER $10 spot price? Then silver, over an almost 2 year period, went up to almost $50! Can you believe that?

Look at the dips and their time frame compared to the current prices, and the highs.

In January of 2009 silver was below $10. What could you have made if you had bought then and sold in Jan/Feb of 2011 when it was over $45 spot price? I was selling silver then for almost $50 per ounce, and did sell some Silver Eagles for $52 per ounce.

Those high prices will follow the coming silver slam, believe me, and if you don't believe me, believe the history. These are all waves and cycles that have happened before, with ONE DIFFERENCE. The difference is that the US dollar is going away, and the banks know it and are helping the process.

The difference is the low value of the dollar, which is now only 2% of the value in terms of buying power compared to 1913 when the Federal Reserve was started.  Look at the price of Gold if you don't believe me.  What was gold in 1913?  $20 per ounce. What is it now?  Almost $1800 per ounce. What does that tell you?  It tells me that at it's traditional value ratio of 16 ounces of silver to one ounce of gold silver should be selling right now for something OVER $110 per ounce! And that's IF the US dollar continues on it's present decline at the same rate of decline. What if the hyperinflation sets in that everyone is talking about?

What will silver and gold do then?

Right now it's not so much about the price as it is about how many ounces can we accumulate before the crash. The crash is starting to happen right now! But the big boys think they can make a big profit yet by slamming silver, and they might just do it one more time in a major way. Be ready.

Just One Chance!
Dear Friends,

What would you do if you knew you had just one chance to save your family and country from complete and utter destruction? He has the authority and oath bound duty to interpose himself on your behalf to protect you from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. He is the people's protector.

But the county sheriffs cannot do this alone. They need training, education, and support. To this end, I have helped form the CSPOA or the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officer Association. And, one of our first projects is national convention of up to 200 county sheriffs, targeted to convene in January 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We can free America now, one county at a time, with the leadership of one county sheriff at a time. In Las Vegas nearly 10% of America's county sheriffs will walk away with the constitutional training and first hand knowledge of fellow sheriffs' success stories in upholding their oaths of office. These constitutional sheriffs will establish a Declaration reaffirming their Oaths and enumerating the federal government violations that will no longer be tolerated.

This convention is a significant step in formalizing a nation of constitutional sheriffs. There is no abuse they will not be able to stop. When the county sheriff enforces the Bill of Rights and upholds his oath of office, we can free America now. No more waiting for the next election, the time to act is now, and it is within your grasp to make this happen.

GOSPEL (John v. 25-29.) Today is a day of pennance and fasting, and Catholics abstain also from red meat today as an additional way to do pennance for their sins and the sins of all mankind.
We must 'take up our cross' and follow Him. Tomorrow we celebrate the glorious victory of Christ's Cross applied to all the saints in heaven, and that celebration is what the pagan Halloween celebrations are trying to distract from. So when you carve a jack o'lantern make him scary as you can, but say a prayer as you put him out that he might keep away the real monsters of the night, and if you dress as a ghoul or a ghost or a witch or a warlock remember that you are doing so to creep them out and say a prayer of deliverance from all the dark forces of the world.

And if you come across anyone who takes witchcraft seriously tell them politely that if they summon the devil he will probably come, and that messing with the occult is the spiritual equivalent of an eight year old kid taking a five gallon can of gas into a fireworks warehouse then playing with matches."

Jesus Christ is the King of all Creation and Today is His Feast!

Most of the founders of our country were keen to say that our country was founded on Christian principles, and our form of government would work for no other people than a Christian people. The saying "No King but Jesus" was popular then as it is in some circles now.

Today is celebrated in the Catholic Church the idea that Jesus is the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords" which is expressed in different words today. Today it might be said that Jesus should be the King over all government agents, employees, and office holders, and that if He isn't held as such by those people our country is doomed and judged to fall into oblivion, since the form of government we have (Constitutional Republic) will work for no other people.

Some years ago I shocked a group of patriots at a dinner in Kalispell by making the statement that my whole purpose in being a patriot was to restore the Kingship of Jesus over our country. That form of government could be expressed as a "Constitutional Monarchy by the King of Kings, Jesus Christ". Of course that would not change our form of government, in corporal terms, one bit, but it would restore the ideas of the founders and infuse reality and truth into the people who have sworn to uphold and protect and defend the US Constitution, which I believe was somwhat Divinely Inspired.

How would restoring the Kingship of Jesus effect our country. Who is this King?  Jesus is the second person of the Blessed Trinity, The Word of God Made Man. In other words Jesus is 'Truth Personified'. He is God, along with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Co-equal with them, but posessing a second nature, the nature of Man. He has both the nature of God, and the nature of man in one person. That is the miracle. He is the Christ of the Lord, and the Lord of Lords, meaning that from His role as Redeemer, and Saviour, and first born from the dead he has the supremacy in all things, in all creation, and by Him and His Sacrifice the door to heaven has been opened and we all have a chance to be saved. 
You might ask then, like the jews asked, why didn't he stay and rule in bodily form? (restore the kingdom of Isreal)  The fact is that he DID restore His Kindgom, but His Kingdom, as He told Pontius Pilate, is NOT of this world.
So how would His Kingdom be restored inside our government?  By giving people in government an example of true Christian Charity, and offering them a way OUT of their dilemma. Most people connected with government have taken an Oath to the same God to uphold, defend, and protect the US Constitution. All they need to do to restore the Kingship of Christ in their lives is to keep that oath. What a change that would make in our country. If people in government will just start keeping their oath, they will redeem themselves in God's eyes, while making a very positive change for the better in all the duties of their own office or position.
Restoring the Kingship of Jesus Christ by keeping their oath would completely restore our country in just a few months, and perhaps change entirely the judgement of God in our regard.  Remember when Jona preached in Ninive and the King commanded that all should restore justice and do pennance. God had mercy on their city, like he can have mercy on our country if we just keep our Oath to Him.

Help me now to Celebrate the Kingship of Jesus Christ as Lord of Lords, and King of Kings, and pray with me the prayers of the Mass for his feast.

Do any of you realize what this means?

If you the citizens elect into your county, any county in the USA, a person to become the sheriff of your county, that sheriff has the right to "NOT" allow the TSA, the FBI, the ATF or any other Federal Officials to do things within your county that you the citizens don't like. I think its time that you search out such officials and to start electing them the sheriff and regain your citizens rights.

During the Ron Paul campaign in 2008 I was helping in the Republican booth at the Lincoln County Fair in Eureka Montana. Border Patrol Citizens Academy Graduation

The U.S. Border Patrol is an agency of the Federal Government that actually has a Constitutional mandate.

Recently a few of us from the Eureka area were priviledged, (after a short background check) to attend a series of five Monday night classes with a curriculum aimed at increasing our awareness of the job the Border Patrol agents in this area do, and what they are up against. It was very enlightening to say the least.

Here are some pictures of the class and our graduation and the Certificate of Graduation we all received, with some comments below the photos.







For me this was an overall positive experience in that we asked lots of questions and got the right answers.
The best session for me was the explanation given by Brian Phillips of the Constitutional and Statutory Authority for what the Border Patrol does. The Border Patrol is one of the few agencies that actually has a job to do that is outlined in the US Constitution, to secure our borders, and it seems these fine agents take that oath they took to uphold and defend that Constitution very seriously. In fact I was pleased to find all the agents present on the same page about protecting our borders from almost any threat, and I have placed the Oathkeepers video and brochure in their hands, and asked them for their review and comments.

I have also given one of the supervisors a copy of the article from Dr. Edwin Vieira entitled "Going to the Roots of the Problem" and asked for his comments, which he said he would give me.

We were able to see their weapons, and some of their tools like night vision, both analog and infrared, and Brian Schatzel brought his canine friend Jack to show us how he finds drugs.

One thing I can see is that these guys are spread way too thin. On the entire northern border from coast to coast there are only 2200 agents, compared to the southern border where there are over 18,000 agents.
It was made clear from the statutory authority that the agents can "deputize" almost anyone they want if things get dicey. I suggested that the service start some classes to teach private citizens what to look for and then provide some frequencies where we could report those events if we might see something suspicious like illegals crossing the border, perhaps with drugs or whatever.  At the graduation the Chief, Gloria Chavez commented that "we should keep coming up with those kinds of good ideas", and thanked us for our enthusiastic participation.

Overall I think we created a good relationship with the local agents that was not there before, and I am looking forward to working with them in any way I can to increase the safety and secuity of our end of the county.  Thanks to all of them for taking the time to answer our questions, and consider our ideas.

Revolution PAC has secured three 60-second national prime time spots to air its acclaimed ad "Plastic Men" in conjunction with next week's CNN Western Republican Presidential Debate. This travesty is multiplied hundreds of times all over this country. Federal and "law enforcement" agencies are plundering law abiding people for the benefit of bigger government and padded paychecks.
These agencies are nothing less than a criminal band of thugs roving the countryside looking for people to rob and pillage like the armies of history.
The so called "laws" they have on the books are not law at all since they violate the supreme law which is the US Constitution which protects people from having their property taken "WITHOUT DUE PROCESS".

In the case of these so  called "civil forfitures" there is no due process, no matter what the agencies claim. There has been no trial, no conviction, not even any charges filed on the people whose property is being taken.  These black suited, jack booted thugs with white letters on their back are nothing less than the scourge of this country, and far worse than any open combatant or criminal gang because they operate under the "color" of what they contend is the law, when it is not.
The prohibition for this kind of criminality is contained in the 5th Amedment to the Constitution in the Bill of Rights.  "....nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."

Some lawyers will argue that this is ok because federal law takes over. NO!
