Larry-- the Law of these United States is the American Common Law.  As of 1954 the courts that we now deal with stopped accepting Common Law pleas and started accepting only statutory pleas. There is no more sure or binding proof of the nature and jurisdiction of these courts than the nature of the pleas being heard by them. So we may conclude with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that: (1) these are not the courts the people of this country ordained and are owed and (2) that these are Maritime Courts. 

From these  facts then we can conclude that every "Plaintiff" and "Defendant" being addressed by these courts is not a living "Person" and that our most basic identity as one of the living people has been unlawfully and unconscionably converted to that of a business. We have been "impersonated"-- literally.  And when we face charges  in these courts we are suffering barratry because of these false presumptions.  

A Tragic "Misunderstanding" -- Number 2

The second great error that we are heir to, is thinking that the United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Union States.  It's not.  It never has been. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania holds that honor --- and notice that I said "Supreme Court of Pennsylvania" not "Supreme Court of the State of Pennsylvania".  

The United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Federal Government --- all three branches: Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.  It's job is to tell the President and the Congress when they have overstepped the limitations imposed by the constitutional agreements.  They are present to "interpret" the Constitutions and render their "opinion".  

Comment on "Natural Law" and "Indigenous" Claims

The "Natural Law" is that we are all here NOW, and we are the current proprietors--- all of us, black, white, brown, copper, yellow, pink---- and it doesn't matter where our ancestors came from or how long ago they arrived on these shores. All these "indigenous claims" are just more bullshit and excuses for one group of people to claim a hammer over other groups of people and I am sick of it. 

We are ALL "indigenous" to this soil who were born here. Our Mothers all took up the nutrients and atoms to form our bodies from this same soil. How dare anyone pretend otherwise? 

So we are all "indigenous" to this soil and this country and we are all alive right now, having an equal standing and claim to be part of it all. Stop all this whining about what went on in the past. The past is past. Get your heads screwed on tight and make ready for the future which you all get a chance to help decide.

For a Young(er) Lawyer

Our courts have not, generally, operated in any of the States of States since 1954.  The pleadings all changed from Common Law to Statutory at that point.  You are not old enough to remember that, but numerous members of my team lived through it.  Nobody much questioned it at the time, but now we know how and why it was done to our eternal detriment. 

For more information on this I suggest you read Melvin Stamper, JD.,  The Fruit From a Poisonous Tree.  

Dr. Stamper was an early researcher into these matters and he got some of the history and implications wrong, but for the most part, he accurately describes what happened to convert our courts into THEIR courts.  

Milligan Ex Parte, then, does not apply, because Milligan Ex Parte is talking about how we may get rid of the usurping quasi-military tribunals by restoring and running our own courts, but instead of restoring our own Common Law courts we let them slip away and "vacated" them, so that all that typically now remains are statutory courts and military tribunals.  Thus you can now see how your quote   "martial rule can never exist when the courts are open..."  does not apply; our courts--the Common Law Courts that the Justices assumed to exist in Milligan Ex Parte-- are not open.   They closed in 1954.

The Real Story of the Star-Spangled Banner

The naval bombardment of Fort McHenry near Baltimore was one of the most fierce naval bombardments in modern world history, if not "the" most ferocious. The bulk of the entire British invasion fleet was centered on Fort McHenry for the simple reason that if they could make the Fort "strike colors" they could use it and the harbor of Baltimore as a center for invasion of the rest of the states.

This profound strategic importance and the terrible might and ferocity of the bombardment which inspired Francis Scott Key to pen the words of "The Star Spangled Banner" are not reflected in the verbiage of such sources as Wikipedia:

The first misconception we are heir to is the idea that the federal Constitutions were ever created to rule over us.  In fact, the Constitutions (multiple) were established to rule over our Federal employees, and to create, define, and control subcontracting organizations that provide “essential government services” under a delegation of powers agreement. 

Big Time Message here --- the Law “of” the Land is not the Law “for” the Land. 

The Constitutions are often referred to the “Law of the Land” because the Federales all function exclusively in the jurisdiction of the sea. 

They are obligated to obey the “Law of the Land” when they come “ashore” and enter our jurisdictions.

Once you lift the lid on the dumpster called "Washington, DC" it quickly becomes evident that financial crimes are very popular. 

We reported the fact that during the Obummer Administration printing presses, currency paper and engraving plates were exported to various locations in foreign countries and billions of dollars worth of Territorial "US Dollars" were run off which are indistinguishable from any other such "dollar".  It finally stopped once Donald Trump got in office---required air strikes to put an end to it---  and is the single largest example of state-sponsored counterfeiting in world history.  Prior to that, international bank officials had to step in and mandate the issuance of new "US" hundred dollar bills in an effort to distinguish between official versions and counterfeits. 

To the uninitiated, this looks like it accrues against the credit of America and Americans, but as we have also fully disclosed, the Territorial "United States" is a separate and foreign entity with respect to us.  The Territorial "US Dollar" has nothing to do with our actual currency, the silver "United States dollar".

The fastest way out is to appeal directly to President Trump for a pardon. These men should never have been arrested.  They are not federal employees nor are they actually federal dependents; they have not knowingly or willingly "volunteered" to act as federal citizens.  Mr. Trump now knows the essence of the problem and should not have much to say about it, except to grant relief. 

The only unfortunate thing is that a "pardon" implies guilt being forgiven, when in fact it is the runaway federal government that needs the forgiveness in this case.

In order to conduct business across "state" borders--- which we all do --- we have to either function in private or public capacity.  

If you are a public corporation and functioning in the realm of international commerce, you are insured by your parent corporation as a franchisee.  

If you are a private "person" functioning in the realm of international trade, you are indemnified by your country and its assets. 

Notice the words:  "Commerce" versus "International Trade".   "Insurance" versus "Indemnity bond". Two different jurisdictions.  Two different political statuses. Two different forms of business transactions.  Two different forms of insurance.

Confusion About the Indemnity Bond

When you operate in commerce --if you ever legitimately do--(remember that "commerce" is business between two incorporated entities) you typically need insurance of some kind -- liability insurance, fire insurance, insurance against illness, accident, unemployment, theft, wrongful death, auto insurance, life insurance, casualty insurance, flood insurance.... the list goes on.

When you operate in trade (business between unincorporated parties) you also need protection, which is provided by an indemnity bond. 

One way that the rats have worked their system is by making sure that you don't have an indemnity bond, and therefore "can't" be operating in a private capacity in international trade.

It's an "omission" on your part that allows them to presume that you can "only" be operating in commerce as one of their very own franchises, subject to their whims, and their statutes.

What are the regimes called that force their citizens into this horrible quandary? Nothing! What do they call the Cartels and human traffickers? Nothing!

We do not believe that the message should be spread throughout Latin America that if you bring your children with you it will be easier for you to come into the USA. We know that the Cartels have used children as mules and much worse.

This horrible border problem was not caused by Trump, not by a long shot. But if you want to discuss “cruel and inhumane” look no further than the Obama administration.

Among the very first actions of the Alaska Legislature (notice, "Alaska Legislature" not "State of Alaska Legislature") was to set up the "Alaska State Superior Court". Notice again that it does not say "State of Alaska Superior Court".

These are two (2) different courts and refer to two different court systems.

Q Anon and "The Plan"

Several people have sent me links to an excellent recent post on YouTube by Q Anon, telling us about a gallant "Plan" by agencies and military personnel to counteract the fraud and criminality which has infested our world and our government. I can only hope and pray that everything "Q" references is 100% true and effective.

That said, no matter how well-organized or motivated such an internal clean up and clear out effort is, our loyal military and agency personnel need our support and a fully functioning civil government to back them up and pay their expenses.

As it Began, So it Ends.....

Back in the 1860's in England, an enigmatic figure played an incalculable role in destroying the lives of millions, if not billions of people. His name name was Benjamin Disraeli.

He was an infamous fop and dandy who became an elder statesmen in Britain, Lord of the Exchequer and Prime Minister. His debates with William Gladstone, his chief adversary, are still studied by those interested in Forensics. Those interested in the history of the modern world will study Disraeli, as I did in college, for other reasons.

The long and the short of it is that after Prince Albert died, Queen Victoria became disconsolate. Like King Solomon she despaired of any greater purpose for human life than the grave and became ensnared in a cynical and destructive frame of mind that meshed well with the wit and guile of a man like Disraeli.

Disraeli approached the Queen with a new scheme (or, to be honest, actually a very, very old scheme) to make money for the Crown and then use the financing to conquer India. It would, if one were cynical enough to do it, solve two problems at once -- the burgeoning economic and political power of the industrial working class, and the crimp in the royal coffers caused by losing the American Revolutionary War and War of 1812.

All you had to do, was "enfranchise" the working class and convince them that the ability to "vote" was a good thing.

They would be too ignorant and lazy to grasp why it was also a supremely bad thing.

So Simple -- Person or People?

I have been carrying on a conversation for many days now with Americans who consider themselves "United States Citizens" yet insist on making references to the federal constitutions.  

These references almost always include the word "people" or "people's", such as the "people's right to peacefully assemble" or the "people's right to petition".  

The problem is that thanks to deliberate and self-interested falsification of the public records, nearly all of us have been misidentified as "persons", not "people".  

Until and unless we all wake up en masse and object, the vermin can get away with this----and it is very profitable for them, so they have no motivation short of law suits and pitchforks to stop making these insane false claims against us and continuing to act in Gross Breach of Trust.

I have often and with considerable vigor criticized the Roman Catholic Church for numerous things, including their tolerance for Babylonian practices of idolatry and usury and mismanagement of the assets of the World Trust and Gross Breach of Trust with respect to obligations owed to the American people and government.  Now, I find myself honor-bound to defend the Roman Catholic Church and explain some basic facts of life and history to Americans and Aussies and others around the world who have not had cause to spend time in Europe.  

It also requires discussing some not-so-pleasant subjects. 

Like death.  Human death.  

Although you might not have cause to think about it while traveling through Europe--- if you did think about it --- you would realize that aside from some large war memorial cemeteries and a few notable public and church cemeteries, there are not nearly the number of cemeteries you would expect to see, given the size of the population.  

Arable land in Europe is at a premium and has been for centuries.
