The Eighth Covenant

Those of you who have studied piano know that the keyboard is divided into sets of eight notes called "octaves".  The first and last note of each octave is the same, simply resonating at a different frequency.

Similarly, there are Seven Covenants recorded in the Bible, analogous to the seven separate notes of the musical octave.  The Eighth Covenant resonates with the First Covenant --- the Covenant of Adam and the Creation.

When we speak of a "New Earth" -- take it literally.  It is a New Earth that resonates with the Earth of the First Covenant.  We are in the Creation Cycle right now. 

You will begin to see and experience some strange things and may even think that you are hallucinating, but this is not so.  You are simply beginning to perceive things differently, to function at a different frequency---and to see things that you otherwise wouldn't be aware of.

Who was Barack Obama, a Kenyan National, working for?

Who set up all the bankruptcy fraud schemes at the banking conference of 1898? And again at the Geneva Conventions in May of 1930?

The British Monarchs and the British Crown.

They are our enemies --first, last, and always. They are at the bottom of every stinking pile of intrigue, deceit, war-mongering, and violence that has ever been played on us in our entire history. And they are just trying to "play upon" you and other world leaders again.

Who engineered and dragged us into both World War I and World War II?

Not the Russians. Not the Chinese.

Death to Democracy

Once you start thinking, you will quickly realize that "something is wrong" in this country, and that it has been wrong for a very long time.

We have covered many of the various things that are wrong and why they are wrong, but this one deserves special comment.

All your life you have heard about "democracy"--- endlessly. We grow up hearing about how we need to defend democracy and spread democracy, but nobody ever tells you what democracy is or tries to justify why anyone would defend or spread it.

Democracy is Mob Rule.

If 51% of your neighbors want to eat you for breakfast or use your yard for a roller derby or rape your wife in public, hey, that's okay in a democracy.

Capacity - The Root of Confusion

At one time or another in your life you have heard the question asked, "What's your capacity?"  or  "In what capacity were you acting?"   This might have come up in any number of situations.  You might have even heard it in a courtroom or in relation to someone driving "in an impaired capacity".  

Identifying your capacity has two main components ---  describing the role you are playing at a given time or in a given situation and, secondly, the authority under which you are playing that role.  

Some capacities are mutually exclusive, such that you cannot be acting in both capacities at the same time.  You can't be a "sovereign citizen" because it is impossible to act as a sovereign and as a slave at the same time.  You can't be a "private citizen" because you can't act in a private capacity at the same time that you are acting in a public capacity. 

People who attack me and call me a "fake judge" and who otherwise attempt to discredit my credentials don't understand the capacity in which I am acting.

Our Flags, Our History

The only "laws" or "regulations" you commonly find about the Stars and Stripes is in the Territorial United States Federal Code where they define the proportions of the flag that THEY will be using in Title IV.  

But those regulations in no way restrict the proportions of the Stars and Stripes that We, the People use.  

The Stars and Stripes literally belongs to us.  It is our property.  It came about as one of the war flags used in the Revolutionary War --- the other flag to come out of the Revolution as a "national" level flag, was the "rebellious flag" --- so-called because of the vertical stripes--- the United States Civil Flag.  

In the world of international flags generally, the horizontal "bars" indicate resistance and forbidding of trespass, much as a gate bars a road or a dam blocks a stream.  Thus the flag with horizontal bars symbolizes conditions of war, where we are resisting or fighting or otherwise restricting and controlling.  

The vertical columns symbolize "free flow" -- the gates are open, the columns of the government are solidly in place.  

Just think of an old-fashioned dam in a river --- the floodgates can be closed, forcing the water to back up behind the dam (horizontal bars on a flag) or open, allowing the water to pass through (vertical bars).

Finally! Republican Senate Candidate Goes On Offensive: Calls For Legalizing Machine Guns & Repealing National Firearms Act

Seriously, we need more of this!  Lots more of this!  A US Senate candidate from Missouri has ruffled a lot of feather in both political parties, but for good reason and good cause after he called for “going on the offensive” and legalizing machine guns and repealing the National Firearms Act.

American producer, writer, political activist, and commentator Austin Petersen is fed up with hearing the whining from the little Communists and the big ones in our country as they attack our God-given rights and our Constitution.

He has watched as they have advanced their agenda in DC and in the states and wants to stop playing defense with those who attack the Second Amendment and start playing offense.

On Wednesday evening, Petersen sent tweeted something that I have longed to hear on the Second Amendment from a person seeking to represent the people.

“Time to stop playing defense on the 2ndAmendment and start going on the offense. It’s time we start talking about legalizing machine guns and repealing the National Firearms Act entirely,” Petersen tweeted.

Following vindications, those who turned backs on the Bundys do about-face

FAIR WEATHER FRIENDS

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend the Iron County Republican Party Lincoln Day Dinner in Cedar City, Utah. It was a grand event.  I couldn’t help but contrast the principled underpinnings of Iron County Republicans with my own county’s Republican Party. Just for starters, the Iron County Republicans brought in Ron Paul as the keynote speaker. 

They also asked newly liberated and fully acquitted Ryan Bundy to offer the invocation (opening prayer) on the whole event.  And the political candidates who spoke made multiple respectful references to the Bundys, their whole ordeal, and the recent outcome of their landmark cases. 

I couldn’t help but note the stark contrast between the sentiments expressed on that occasion, with the rhetoric of the past 2-4 years while the events were unfolding and the cases were pending, when many of the very same people – including the vast majority of politicians — considered the Bundys to be completely toxic, and were doing everything in their power to distance themselves, happy to use a whole plethora of derogatory labels, ranging from “rednecks” and “radicals” to “extremists” and “domestic terrorists” – even “The Virus.”   

But it was amazing to see how quickly some people are willing to about-face, when they are easily blown around by the wind, and it starts blowing from the other direction – and they become the epitome of fair weather friends.

Blocked Transfer of Funds

While most Americans are blissfully unaware of the fact, an insidious "lock down" of our economy has occurred. It's something that not even the top of the top of the top ranks of international bankers understand --- but nearly all large funds transfers into and out of America are being blocked.

I have observed this for some time and what has become clear is that some parties have the ability to block funds and to trade funds, but don't have the "Go!" button. Theirs is an entirely negative function. All they can say is "No", not "Yes".

Slowly, this small cadre of un-elected, unauthorized agency personnel is, like a python, squeezing America to death.

They are strangling us in the name of protecting us.

Their excuse, of course, is to prevent importation of drug money and money laundering and to prevent off-shore tax sheltering in general, but in reality, their function has become lawless and sinister. Even transactions that have all their provenance and all their approvals and have gone through all the many steps required to prove that they are clean and legitimate and voluntary and blah, blah, blah, blah ---- are being blocked for no reason.

I have been sick the last few days and not quite up to my normal standards of imperfection.....

In the letter titled "To President Trump and UN Inspector General on Easter Sunday 2018" the name of our ancient homeland in France is "Armorica" -- the first "r" wasn't included and it was written "Amorica" instead. Don't worry. The official version to Trump and the IG was correct.

And in "America: Some Assembly Required --- Literally" sent out today, I should have noted that Dave Robinson formatted the book on Amazon having sixty pages, not fifty (which is how many pages my original had, howbeit in 8.5" X 11" format.). The illustrated version will probably have fifty pages and be in the original format.

There is also a typo (but an important one) in the website address for the new National Assembly site. There should be a hyphen between the words "national" and "assembly" ---- http://national-assembly.net.

Please forgive me for causing any consternation or difficulty in finding information. I was born with two left thumbs, two left feet, bad eyesight and a predilection for dropping stitches, hyphens, dishes and occasional letters.

America: Some Assembly Required --- Literally.

The title of this new book is somewhat tongue in cheek, it's true.  

We DO need to "assemble" America ---- literally.  

This brief summary can help people at all levels of government and within the general populace understand why in only sixty pages, set up as fifty "sound bites" of information that, taken together, provide the business history of America.

I am hopeful that for many, many people this mode of learning will be engaging and user-friendly, as it encapsulates the main issues in bite-size pieces.  This tends to be faster and easier to take in. 

There are some people, who, due to their reading style, won't be able to make heads or tails of this book, because it requires you to take a bite, chew, take a bite, chew....and follow along with what you are learning as you go.  You have to relax and let the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle go together in your mind as you read.  It isn't intended to drive home in a continuous stream leading from a beginning to a middle to an end.  Instead, each one of the fifty pages is its own conclusion--- but taken together, they do come to a much, much larger overall conclusion.  

Stop Imagining That "America" is Mystery Babylon

There are some very well-crafted and well-reasoned videos out on the market that analyze the status of ancient Biblical prophecies.  Those prophecies indicate that "Mystery Babylon" will suffer the loss of power--- as in electrical power due to some eventuality like an EMP attack.  She will go dark and into darkness.  

The producers of these Biblical Fear Monger videos seek to sell good decent people all their "secret" survivalist knowledge --- at a price calculated to benefit only themselves, especially since all this special knowledge turns out to be pablum any average Boy Scout knows and which farmers, hunters, loggers, naturalists, and even a good many day hikers would laugh at.  

You will learn such "precious life-saving knowledge" as the need to boil or otherwise treat surface water for drinking.   How to dig a latrine.  How to re-use plastic bags. The fact that vinegar kills bacteria. 

Frankly, if you don't already know these things, you are too stupid to live. 

But that is not the worst of it.  These videos invariably portray "America" as the problem and "America" as "Mystery Babylon", the Great Whore, the Mother of Abominations---- and she is not.  America is, again, being confused and mixed up with her ugly little British step-sister from Hell, the [Territorial] United States.

What is the festival of Easter?

Easter, in Latin Pascha, signifies passing over, and has the following historical origin: Under Pharao, King of Egypt, the Jews in that country groaned under intolerable bondage. God had mercy on His people, and the hour of deliverance came. By His com­mand the first-born of all the Egyptians was killed by an angel. The Jews had been ordered by God to be ready for emigration, but first to kill a lamb, eat it in their houses in common, and sprinkle the door­posts with its blood. And the angel of death, by order of God, passed the doors sprinkled with the blood of the lamb, and did no harm to any child of the Israelites, whilst he slew all the first-born sons of the Egyptians. In grateful memory of this passing their doors, the Jews observed the festival of Easter, the Pasch, or Passover. Where, during this time, was Christ's holy soul?

In Limbo, that is, the place where the souls of the just who died before Christ, and were yet in original sin, were awaiting their redemption.

What have we to expect from the resurrection of Christ?

Again: there is no school shootings epidemic

The media had a field day with the anti-gun protest on the Washington Mall over the weekend. As much as the visuals lent themselves to televsion, and the rhetoric confirmed the biases of many of those covering the event, the hard truth is the speakers were long on emotion, and short on facts.

The most relevant fact: there is no epidemic of school shootings(link is external), and gun violence is in a years-long decline. In short, anti-gun activists are lying...so much so, that even New York Magazine had to take notice:

In the immediate aftermath of the Parkland shooting, progressive activists and commentators (including this one) repeatedly claimed that there had been 18 school shootings since the start of this year. This proved to be a gross exaggeration. In reality, according to new research from Northeastern University, there have been a grand total of eight mass shootings (shootings that kill at least four people) at K-through-12 schools in the United States since 1996. Meanwhile, over the past 20 years, the number of fatal shootings in American schools (of any kind) has plummeted.

If mass school shootings were the only form of gun violence in the United States, the case for treating the regulation of firearms as a pressing policy issue would actually be fairly weak. For the past quarter-century, there has been an average of one mass murder (a killing of four or more people committed with any weapon, as opposed to just firearms) in an American school each year. Every one of those atrocities is a blight on humanity. But it is nearly impossible to design a policy that can bring the incidence of an already exceptionally rare crime down to zero — and given the inherently limited nature of legislative time and resources, it would make little sense to prioritize such a marginal and difficult issue over public health challenges that kill exponentially more people.
