Most Beloved Francis,

Last week we forwarded the summation of our Joint Claim of Divine Estate to the Suprema Tribunale.  This is, as you know, the summation of eight (8) years of Due Process, including our acknowledgement and acceptance of The Universal Postal Union Treaty of 2010, issued under The Seal of Saint Peter, all the derivative land claims, and finally, the Non-UCC Liens of the actual American states against the "states of states" and the re-conveyance and acceptance of the land assets back to the jurisdiction of the land. 

We have been in contact with the King of Spain and he is fully advised regarding our return to the land jurisdiction and our claim of protection under all our established treaties. 

We fully recognize our position as Fiduciaries acting in behalf of the Priority Creditors of the entire world.  We have requested a settlement of the accounts, first by a mutual offset credit exchange, and second by universal debt forgiveness---including the forgiveness of odious debts established by merely presumed beneficiaries of our estates. 

Jacob Rothschild = The New Republic = La Neu Republique

Everyone needs to get real sober, real fast.  Especially Jacob Rothschild.

Mr. Rothschild has performed a worthy, albeit, self-interested public service.  He has bought the debts of the International Monetary Fund in sufficient quantity to stave off World War III, but the quid pro quo is that he and his new "governmental services corporation" calling itself "The New Republic" inherit the service contract created by The Constitution for the united States of America and get to provide (and charge us for) the nineteen enumerated federal services.

The problem is and has been (for 150 years) that we are the States of America and we get to choose who provides services for us and we also rule the land jurisdiction of this country, so there is a new contract to be negotiated. And this time it is going to be negotiated by us, not by service providers making deals behind our backs among themselves and then pretending to "represent" us.

We were not impressed by the service provided by earlier Rothschild companies that were bankrupted under false pretenses.  And we liked the service provided by the Rockefellers and their partners in crime even less.

The Arrogance of Central Planning

Central Planning doesn't work. It doesn't matter if it is the Chinese, the Russians or the Americans doing the planning. It just doesn't work. We have had 150 years of strategic and centralized planning in America, brought to us by the Department of War and then by the Department of Defense......and......? It doesn't work.
Are we healthy? No. Are we happy? No. Are we wealthy? Yes, on paper, but..... Are we wise? Well, that remains to be seen.
If nothing else, we should have the self-evident failures and results of central planning firmly in mind. It does not lead to health. It does not lead to meaning, happiness, or fulfillment. It doesn't lead to a cleaner environment. It doesn't lead to contentment, security or peace.
So, what has it led to?

A New World, Not a New World Order

Let's begin with the fact that "the world" is not the earth.  The world is the creation of men.  The earth is the creation of God. 

And let's admit that the world we have is not working.  It is not only infected with fraud, it is based upon it.  More than two-thirds of us live either in acute or chronic need of basic things, and the remaining less-than-one third that have their basic needs fully met are still  often unhappy and feel trapped, bored, and uninspired.

So against that background and in full view of the desperate need to change things, let's answer questions about the Individual Living Stipend (ILS) and the Individual Investment Fund (IIF).  And let's be aware that many of these questions have been factually answered by studies that have actually provided such stipends and investment options to groups of test subjects.

EXPLANATION  St. Paul admonishes the Ephesians to lay aside the- old man, like a worn out garment, and put on the new man, that is, to renew their internal and external life. This renewal according to his teaching takes place, when we by a true repentance put away our vices, shun all lies, anger, injustice, &c., and adorn our soul with virtues, and zealously seek after Christian justice and perfection. We have, perhaps, already sought to change our manner of living, for which a jubilee or some other particular solemnity of the Church gave us occasion, and at that time, perhaps, purified our soul by a general confession, making the firm resolution to live for God, and work out our salvation, we appeared converted, and to have become other men: but how long did this conversion last? Ah, how soon did we fall back into the old, sinful ways. And why? Because we lived in too great, deceitful security. We thought everything accomplished by the general confession; we were satisfied, and omitted to employ the means of remaining in the state of grace. We did not thank God for the grace of conversion; we did not ask Him for the grace of perseverance; we frequented evil company, and did not avoid dangerous occasions; we indulged in idleness and pleasures as before. How can it appear strange, if such a conversion is fruitless? Ah, we should remain in wholesome fear even after the remission of our sins. (Ecclus. V. 5.) Even if we could say that we have done everything, nevertheless we cannot be certain, whether we be worthy of hatred or love. (Ecclus. IX. 1.) We should, therefore, work out our salvation according to the advice of St. Paul (Philipp. II. 12.) in fear and trembling, and thus not fall into the old life of sin, losing the hope of a new conversion.

The Big One - 20 years of work filed in your behalf

Yesterday I filed the Big One, the Summation of over twenty (20) years work in behalf of the actual American states owed the land jurisdiction of this country and the living people of the 50 States United. Of course, with something this long in the making, there is a lot of remembering involved and a lot of focus required, so forgive me if I am brief with this announcement. I am very tired.

We, the living American People who claim our birthright political standing as American State Nationals---- Texans, Virginians, Ohioans, Wisconsinites, and so on--- and who have moved back to the land jurisdiction of our native land, are the beneficiaries of our estates.  Those who additionally act as Fiduciaries in behalf of our states on the land are American State Citizens, obligated by oath and honor to act in the best interests of all and to meet The Prudent Man Standard in all those actions we undertake.

For many who have grown up listening to a constant litany of "National Debt" news, it may come as a great surprise to learn that you are, as American State Nationals, not in debt.  You are by far the richest people on Earth.

Ancient Molmutine Laws of Britain

Me and Walter Cronkite

We got a real television (not the hopelessly grainy eyeball model) when I was four years old.  This black and white picture was also grainy, but you could see the faces clearly.  One of the first faces I became familiar with as a toddler and young child was Walter Cronkite. 

While other four year-olds were watching Huckleberry Hound and Mighty Mouse with religious devotion, I watched Walter. Every night.  Without fail.  I'd put on my Dale Evans cowgirl hat and red leather cowboy boots and mount my hobby horse sitting in front of the television and watch with morbid fascination.

I remember the Nixon v. Kennedy Debates and there aren't too many people my age who have a clear recollection of that.

Like many Americans, I loved Walter. He had such a comforting voice and his dark, serious, but often gently amused eyes seemed to be looking straight into mine on many important occasions.

Of course, I trusted Walter.  Who didn't?  So it came as a terrible shock to learn that he was lying to me!  Yes, Walter Cronkite was lying about all sorts of things and when I first discovered that, well, it was worse than learning the truth about Santa Claus.  Much worse.

Ammon Bundy Totally Vindicated and Now......

The Ninth Circuit Court (15-10-117) just ordered the Federales to prove federal subject matter jurisdiction --- not just assume subject matter jurisdiction-- over property "owned" by the federal government.

Federal ownership of land may be (and usually is) merely proprietary--- meaning that the Federales are acting as property managers--- a role that does not create any exclusive use by the federal government and does not create federal subject matter jurisdiction.

This Ninth Circuit case cited above is not directly tied to the Bundy Cases, but addresses the issue of federal subject matter jurisdiction merely presumed to exist on the basis of federal property ownership.

In truth and in fact claims of Federal subject matter jurisdiction require: (1) a Federal use of the land (that is, a use related to the duties directly delegated to the federal government); (2) specific action by the State ceding jurisdiction. Neither one of these conditions were met with regard to the Oregon Wildlife Refuge.

The portions of the Wildlife Refuge including the buildings which the protestors occupied were purchased by the Federales from private land owners back in the 1930's --- under a Congressional Act that not only allowed, but which invited, adverse possession claims such as the protestors brought forward and which additionally ordered the "liquidation" of such properties back to state or private ownership.

What Happened to Checks and Balances? ---Make the Answer Go Viral

I am often asked, mostly by older Americans, "What happened to Checks and Balances?"

For younger readers, let me explain.  We were taught that our government depends on the principle of "checks and balances" to function properly.  The Founders deliberately set up the State Governments as a "check" --- a means to block --- Federal Government overreaches, and keep the whole machinery of government "balanced".

Both the concept of "checks and balances" and the reality of it has faded away and all levels of government ---county, state, and federal---have increasingly become rubber stamps for each other.  Why?

Come Out of Babylon

I have tried and tried and tried to get this point across: there are two governments in America, one British, one American.  There are two populaces in America---- one of British Subjects, one of American State nationals. 

This is the way it is and it is the way it has always been.  For all those who want proof in the founding documents go to www.freesovereignandindependent.com and look at what the Definitive Treaty of Peace (1783) which ended the Revolutionary War reveals: two populations. One population known as the "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" and the other known as "inhabitants"---- British Subjects left here to provide "essential government services." 

Look at Article IV of the actual Constitution.  There it is again, the provision of essential government services by federal employees.

My Father blew coffee through his nose and sputtered, "Sounds like she's got a bit of "Kraut" in her, too!"

The emotions were passing so fast on his face I couldn't tell which to believe: ---anger? ---amusement? ---sadness?

Greetings Paul,   We have quite a bit of jury-related news regarding the trial of Ammon Bundy and six other defendants that has gotten under way this week in Oregon. News sources are confirming what I heard from an observer from courtroom: the judge in the case is reportedly planning to misinform jurors regarding their right of jury nullification.  According to The Oregonian,

When I was a young girl I used to dream and wonder like all young women do--where would I go?  What would I do?  And, of course, would there be anyone to share my life?  Or would I always be alone?

Try as I might, I had a hard time imagining any man who would be right for me.  I was then, as now, a prickly critter, spunky and sharp as a ripe cheese-- as my beleaguered Mother moaned.... "Oh, I had a little girl and she had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead.....and when she was good, my, she was very, VERY good, but when she was bad.......when she was bad....."

Okay, well, dreaming being what dreaming is worth, I decided that all things being equal, I might as well like whomever I liked for whatever reasons I liked him. And I bobbled about like this for quite a number of years with mixed results that revealed no rhyme or reason and no narrowing down of prospects. 

It turned out that while I had really good taste in men, no two boyfriends were ever anything alike.  There was no discernible pattern. Not for me any simple formula of "tall, dark, and handsome" or "blond, blue-eyed, and strong as an ox".   It got to the point where I even I had to shake my head and my best friend said, "Just picture your Dream Husband."

Unanswered Letters, 2 of Second Batch---- For Rodger

Question: If there was never a Peace Treaty ending the Civil War, and we are still under martial law as a result, what can the counties operating the land jurisdictions do to declare peace?

The land jurisdiction IS at peace and the living people are owed all the guarantees of The Constitution ----it's the international jurisdiction of the sea which has remained at war.  That is what makes all this so unpredictable and unpleasant and confusing.

The "United States" is not "America".  I keep saying this, but nobody really stops and listens.  People stubbornly keep operating on their assumptions instead of facing the facts.  

The United States is a separate entity, a totally foreign independent international city-state, functioning as a corporation headquartered in the District of Columbia.  Everyone needs to read that little one-liner over and over and over until it begins to really sink in.

The federal corporation has 8,500 dependent subsidiaries operating as state, county, and municipal governments all over this country, and 185,000 corporations that it claims to own via their federal registrations.  It is a multi-national conglomerate with no particular loyalty to America.  We and our states have merely been customers of theirs and convenient, trusting, gullible cash cows.

Those 8,500 dependent subsidiaries are supposed to be our states, counties, and municipal governments operated on the land jurisdiction, but they aren't.

Congressman Louis T. McFadden Speaks

Thanks to Arnie Rosner for publishing Congressman McFadden's comments and affidavit.  I first read these words about thirty years ago, at a time when I only very dimly began to grasp what they meant and the enormity of the crime perpetuated against Americans by their own employees and supposed "Allies". 

I remember that despite only being dimly aware of the meaning of these words in terms of the "rest of the story" behind them, violent chills ran up and down my spine and there was no doubt in my mind that Congressman Louis T. McFadden was sincere and truthful and calling down perdition upon the criminals who defrauded his country-----and mine. 

These international banks and bankers have only grown more corrupt in the intervening years and the housecleaning that was due in 1934 is even more urgently needed now.  Take a step back in time and view things through Congressman McFadden's eyes in 1934, with the backdrop of the current corruption in view.  Then go to the Scanned Retina webpage and read the rest of McFadden's comments. 

We've been defrauded, lied about, our identity stolen, our resources stolen, our money stolen, our credit hijacked, our people dumbed down, our culture attacked, and now our employees have prepared the ultimate crime--- a claim on abandonment, pretending that we all "volunteered" to be one of them and to "voluntarily" give them our money and our land and our homes and our businesses, too, and to stand good for all the debts they accrued against us without our knowledge or consent. 

I tell you now with God as my Witness---- these vermin MUST be cleared out of the halls of Congress, out of Wall Street, out of the SEC, out of the banks throughout the world, out of every nook and cranny where they have taken refuge.  And their henchmen, the members of the Bar Associations must be confronted with their sins acting in support of this calamitous fraud being practiced not only against the Americans, but against decent nations and innocent people throughout the world.

Today has been very interesting.

First I received the link from Anna for the new Ebook version of the important book "You Know Something is Wrong When...An American Affidavit of Probable Cause".

This caused me to back up and look at the website from a design standpoint again for the third time, with a view of creating an order system that can be used for not only books, but videos, audios, and documents as well.
That, of course, had a domino effect on the whole structure of the website, making it imperative that there should be a new navigation structure as well.

So all day I have been busy getting several new pages in place and a way for everyone to find them.

I have always believed that simpler is better when it comes to web design. I write simple code, and do not use software to write the code. It seems that simple HTML gets found better by search engines.

This action puts an end to any hope or expectation that the banks could succeed in claiming that the land assets of America were "abandoned" by the actual owners and therefore available for seizure by secondary creditors --- the banks themselves, the perpetrators of all this fraud against the Americans and virtually everyone else, too.

Having set up the UNITED STATES for liquidation and having placed THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in Chapter 11 the rats figured they could wash their hands and nobody else--- certainly not the victims of this fraud--- would speak up and claim back the assets owed the actual states and people.

They thought they would make their false claim of "abandonment" and secure a legal claim on abandonment and use their commercial mercenary armies disguised as legitimate agencies of government to come in here and seize our property--- and nobody would be the wiser.

The Fifty States Claim Update

Yesterday, September 2, in the Three Days of Grace following September 1--- the "Time of Resurrection" in the Year of Golden Jubilee--- the actual States recorded Non-UCC liens against the bankrupt "State of_______________" organizations.

Those of you who have read "You Know Something Is Wrong When....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" already know that a mostly foreign-owned corporate entity was formed under the agreements (treaties) ending the Revolutionary War and setting up the original "Constitution". 

The first company formed to "provide essential government services" under this arrangement was The United States (Trading Company) formed by a consortium of old colonial investment companies under the leadership of The Virginia Company.  These mostly-British companies continued to provide the nineteen enumerated services stipulated in The Constitution for the united States of America until 1863 when this first version of "United States" was bankrupted by Lincoln.

Remember the old boot camp favorite, "Sound Off"?   This is what I got in my email box this morning. A whole choir of men singing me a song. Thanks, guys. That would have to make any girl's day.  I am still laughing.   

I've been "told" a lot of things in my life, and if I had to sort through most of it, I'd be wagging my head and both index fingers like Will Rogers and saying, "Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see." ---- Still, when I hear good news from good people, I have a tendency to believe.

The Bundys - An article by Anna Von Reitz

Many people have asked me what our Living Law Firm has done or is doing for the Bundys and others involved in the Oregon Wildlife Refuge Stand-Off.

Even I have wasted time and money writing letters and making phone calls and posting on Facebook to no avail---- and just like Thomas Deegan in West Virginia, you can't help Stubborn and Wrong.

Just recently I have had word that one of the Bundys might be starting to listen, but only because they have run out of money to pay "real" attorneys.

Sigh.

The Bundys are being prosecuted under the false presumption that they are

 "United States Citizens" or "citizens of the United States" when they are not. 

United States Citizens have never been protected by the guarantees of The Constitution, so, as long as you agree that you are a United States Citizen--- guess what?

The Watchmen

There is a principle in Law that we are responsible for both our acts and our inaction.

If you witness a murder and have the opportunity to take action to stop it without forfeit of your own life and fail to take such action, you are an accomplice to the crime.

This was forcefully brought home to me when a friend witnessed a violent mugging in a parking lot in California.  An elderly couple getting into their car outside a mall were approached at gunpoint by a middle aged man intent on robbing them. My friend just happened to be in position to ram his car into the robber without endangering the elderly couple.  This may have saved their lives.

However, following the dictum that "no good deed goes unpunished" my friend was arrested by the police (who, as always, weren't there when the crime was going down) and charged with a laundry list of felonies and misdemeanors including "Attempted Vehicular Homicide". 

He was also sued by the gunman in a civil suit for damages. (The rat was knocked to the pavement and sustained bruises, abrasions, and a broken wrist---- the same hand that was holding the gun.  I am sure you are all sobbing in sympathy with him.)

Isn't this just Every Good Man's nightmare?

The time has come to be honest with the world and with the people in it.

The old British Empire was rotten to the core.  It used press-ganging, enslavement, and inland piracy --- otherwise known as "colonialism"--- to cheat the entire world.

In the wake of World War II, the United Nations was established to keep the peace and the Trusteeship Council was established to end colonialism, and to an extent, it has succeeded while ignoring the very much larger problem of continued British colonialism in the UK, Canada, Australia, the US, South Africa, New Zealand, and even mainland Europe where most countries have been severely impacted.

The very short history in the United States is instructive and parallels similar developments and practices throughout the world.

We were coerced into a misrepresented war (Step One) known as the American Civil War (1861-1865) and our government was overthrown (Step Two) and surreptitiously replaced by a government services corporation (Step Three) owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Church and calling itself The United States of America. (Step 4).  This was a "private religious non-profit service corporation".

A Heart-Breaking Call for Help

Yesterday I got word that approximately 6,000 homeowners were hit with gigantic tax bills and --- along with the bill --- eviction notices, out of the blue. 

We are not talking about normal tax bills.  We are talking about tax bills equal to or greater than the entire value of the homes and property---- plop!  Good ole JOSEPH RALPH DOE owes $135,095.00 in taxes on a $100,000.00 home.  Pay up, or else your place will be sold two weeks from now on Saturday.....

Sounds like a nightmare, doesn't it?

In answer to the question ---- why is the signature line on my "personal" check actually a line of micro-print endlessly repeating "authorizing signature"?   Why is this hidden?  Why is this necessary?

I am supposing it's the truth, biting everyone in the butt-----again.

I told everyone to look at what appears to be a signature line on what appears to be their "personal checking account" checks under high magnification.

I told them that instead of it being a line, it is a line of microprint, endlessly repeating "authorizing signature" or words to that effect.

Unanswered Letters -- Second Batch, Number 1--- For Woody and Arnie Rosner

The problem as Arnie notes is very long-standing and began with a gross over-reach and misrepresentation and fraud back in the 1860's.  The fraud occurring here was just part of the fraud occurring worldwide.  As we have learned, what happened here also happened in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India, Africa, Europe----- all using the same boilerplates. 

So this was begun throughout the old British Empire like a virus infecting the whole machinery of government and the relationship of all those governments infected with the people that government is meant to serve.

Arnie's interpretation of reality is simplistic in my view and pre-supposes that all these people did know (or do know) what they are doing and know that it is wrong and are doing it anyway. 

I take the more measured view that I didn't know what was going on and was just a cog in the wheels during the years I worked for the STATE OF ALASKA and Department of Labor and so on, so if I didn't know this---- who did?  Maybe some people many steps up the ladder, but nobody in my ranks which were still fairly high in the overall structure.

My observation is that information is kept compartmentalized in such a fashion that there is very little chance of anyone outside the core management group ever getting a glimpse of the Big Picture and seeing that it is a crime syndicate at work. This then allows the rats to trade on the good, well-intentioned people they hire and use them as a smokescreen and as unwitting tools to accomplish their fraud.

I have talked to many, many people in state and federal government and the light is just now, very dimly, beginning to come on. 

For someone who has worked as a Securities Trader on Wall Street it is child's play to look at a "Birth Certificate" and recognize it as a bond.  It's on bond paper.  It's signed by an officer of the probate court--- the Registrar.  It has the required form and numbers.  But how many of us work as Securities Traders on Wall Street---- ?
