Is Obama's Life in Danger because of Libya?

What would the USA do if some "President" of some foreign country, like perhaps France, or England or Australia, decided to bomb and create a "no fly zone" over America when that whole country's people were dead set against doing that, and said so many times over the internet and on radio and TV.
( And don't say that could never happen because we are the world's super power. We are rapidly losing that status compared to several other countries, and even if we are does that make it right?)
What if that president did that totally in violation of that countries' laws and without the consent of it's governing bodies and while it's legislators were saying publicly that it's nations' laws were being violated?
Wouldn't our government send some CIA agent to Assasinate that president in that country and create a regime change rather than retaliating with out and out war against that nation so as to save the population and infrastructure?
It's happened before! It's happening now!
I wouldn't give you a plugged nickel right now for Obama's life. He has set himself up as a complete dictator of the world. He has said by this war that he and he alone will decide what the structure of governments should be in any country on the planet. He has given those countries an excuse to send their Jihadist assasins to his door. The whole world is waiting right now for Gadhafi's terroist counter punch.

Secret Service agents, please do your job well and guard his life effectively. He needs to live a long life so all his actions can be exposed and he can eventually be brought to justice by lawful authority.
Impeachable though his offenses may be, impeachment is too easy for him. He needs to be behind bars for his arrogance and disregard for the supreme law of the land. I have the first amendment right and duty to say it.
Where are the joint chiefs when he gives them unlawful orders? They should be arresting him for impersonating a president, or at least for giving orders under false pretenses.

President Obama's decision to bomb Libya – and oust dictator Moammar Gadaffi – seems to me imprudent, at best. Certainnly, it is not a piece of finely-honed statecraft shaped from the perspective of a "just war."
To be sure, Gadaffi is a long-time foe of America, and President Ronald Reagan, whose biography the young president is said to have read over Christmas, ordered air strikes on Ghadafi back in 1986. But wanting to look like Reagan, bold in foreign policy, which may be what Obama is doing here, is not a good enough reason, for him to put the U.S. in another war, its third in 10 years.

What do you do when your government has become the criminal? If they kicked in your unlocked door at gunpoint and seized your merchandise, money, cars, jewelery etc. without a badge they would be considered criminals. If they do it with a badge then it is called justice. In this country we are innocent until proven guilty. We all have the Constitutional right of NOT being deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. How can the federal government take your property without you being found guilty? How do you pay for a defense if everything you own is seized? Kind of makes it easier for them to get your truck to ride around in?
The federal government never had the power to prohibit alcohol. How can I know this for sure, you might ask. Easy, they needed a Constitutional amendment to prohibit alcohol. Why? Because, they didn't have that power enumerated to them by the states in the Constitution. The tenth amendment gives all powers not given to the federal government or prohibited to the states, to the states or the people. So If the government has no right to prohibit alcohol. (although they think they do now ATF obviously) Where did they get the power to prohibit marijuana? Prohibiting alcohol or medical marijuana is a States rights issue.
Whether you agree with medical marijuana use or not is not the issue here. The issue is how does a federal government who stated they wouldn't arrest medical marijuana patients, growers or providers if they complied with state law, start kicking in doors at gunpoint and stealing peoples possessions. Simple. This is called taxation through citation. They let all of these people believe that they were safe to do business as long as they followed state law. They probably even paid taxes federal and state. As soon as they had enough wealth to go after, like the Mafia they showed up and took their cut.
Congratulations, Obama administration for legally plundering even your own constituents. This is the problem with statists on both sides of the aisle. They don't care who you are. If they can get the government to steal from you and give it to them, that's a plus.
This should be a wake up call to not only freedom loving Americans, but Democrats who want the liberty to smoke medical marijuana.
Did these people break the Montana Medical Marijuana law? Could be. However the Federal Government should check it's Constitution before it comes into our state seizing items it has no Constitutional right to regulate. Not to mention the right of being considered innocent until proven guilty.

The big money needs to be taken out of the marijuana industry. That can only be done by regulating it like alchohol. If alchohol was run like medical marijuana a quart of whisky would be a hundred dollars and there would be a huge black market for the substance. Because there is big money in marijuana it offers irresistable opportunity for the criminal element to create and abuse the lines of distribution outside the law. Don't give me the argument that MJ destroys brain cells and makes people stupid. If it's true of marijuana it's even more true of alchohol. Don't give me the argument that it's more dangerous for people to smoke and drive than to drink and drive. Do you think the answer to people drinking and driving is to outlaw booze? That has been tried and was a dismal failure. It just created a very corrupt bureau that abused it's authority and had to be reigned in by jury nullification. Don't for a minute believe there are not people abusing MJ and then driving under it's influence right now all over the country.
Then there is the temptation for government officials to play favorites as to who can be a medical marijuana provider. I won't say any more about that than, "you know who you are". Are there some kickbacks going on about those licences? I don't know, but I know there is a lot of money floating around, and there is a lot of temptation.
So repeal and replace the current law with something that really does the job and decriminalize the substance so it's cheap. Then if law enforcement catches somebody driving under the influence treat them exactly the same as with alchohol.
Beyond that, educate the public about the bad effects of the substance, refuse to allow it to be advertised on TV and radio like with cigarettes, and make it clear that it's the parents job to educate their children about the serious harmful effects of both booze and MJ.

Because there is big money in marijuana it offers irresistable opportunity for the criminal element to create and abuse the lines of distribution outside the law. Don't give me the argument that MJ destroys brain cells and makes people stupid. If it's true of marijuana it's even more true of alchohol. Don't give me the argument that it's more dangerous for people to smoke and drive than to drink and drive. Do you think the answer to people drinking and driving is to outlaw booze? That has been tried and was a dismal failure. It just created a very corrupt bureau that abused it's authority and had to be reigned in by jury nullification. Don't for a minute believe there are not people abusing MJ and then driving under it's influence right now all over the country.
Then there is the temptation for government officials to play favorites as to who can be a medical marijuana provider. I won't say any more about that than, "you know who you are". Are there some kickbacks going on about those licences? I don't know, but I know there is a lot of money floating around, and there is a lot of temptation.
So repeal and replace the current law with something that really does the job and decriminalize the substance so it's cheap. Then if law enforcement catches somebody driving under the influence treat them exactly the same as with alchohol.
Beyond that, educate the public about the bad effects of the substance, refuse to allow it to be advertised on TV and radio like with cigarettes, and make it clear that it's the parents job to educate their children about the serious harmful effects of both booze and MJ.

The Taylor Law in New York bans strikes by public employees. It is a good law. Unlike private sector employees, those in the public sector perform service that is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation (educate students in the public schools; extinguish fires; arrest criminals; collect garbage, or renew drivers’ licenses, etc.). Public employees are, thus, instrumentalities of the state who perform essential state functions mandated by law for the benefit of the public. As such, it is an appropriate condition of their employment that they relinquish the right to strike.
Unlike private sector employees whose wages reflect the value of their services to willing buyers in a free market, public sector employees feed off the taxed wages of those who generate wealth in our society. Consequently, public sector employees have a certain fiduciary duty to taxpayers that is unique. Because the payment of taxes is obligatory, not volitional, public employee service, correspondingly, must be obligatory, not volitional. It is not possible for us to withdraw from the public trough the funds we pay in taxes because we are dissatisfied with the quality of public education, the adequacy of garbage retrieval, or the efficiency of driver’s license renewal. If that were our right, many now paid for public service would be unemployed. Correspondingly, it should not be possible for public employees to shirk their duties because they think the amount of pay and benefits lawmakers provide them is inadequate.

Death Penalty should be abolished! Courts not to be trusted.
More people are weighing in on this death penalty issue than I expected so here is a comment from

I will offer my initial thoughts on this.
I've got to agree with you. I'm seeing the same abuses of the legal system, and innocent people being released after new DNA evidence, sometimes after years of incarceration. That's bad enough, but now we have a President who insists he has a right to assassinate Americans whom he names on a secret list, without a trial or any sign of due process. As the liberty movement seeks a truer adhesion to the Constitution in political practice, the liberty movement naturally is drawn into the crosshairs of government "COG" (continuity of government) programs, (which include DHS incursions) and we now know that some government perspectives are fed into government policy through the private sector think tanks at the ADL and SPLC - which means that in the foreseeable future we might expect to all be targets, accused of death-penalty "crimes" simply because of our beliefs regarding the Constitution.
That one consideration right there is enough to cause me to wish to see the people themselves forever ban the government, any government, from having the power of life-or-death over a human being. I think this is a 'plank' which conservative constitutionalists might want to reconsider, given present circumstances. Granting the state the power to take a person's life may be said to be tantamount to blasphemy, as it seeks to share a power which properly belongs only to God or Nature's God.

That is where truly informed juries could correct the problem, but sadly we don't have many people who really understand their ability to nullify bad law as a juror. If you don't believe you can vote your conscience in the jury room, you need to study more. http://www.juryrights.info/

I agree with Paul, but for a slightly different reason.
I don't dispute that there are absolute evil scumbags out there who we would be better off without, but think about this:
According to our system of political thought, all political power is inherent in individual people. Montana Constitution, Article II, Section 1. "Popular sovereignty. All political power is vested in and derived from the people."
People surrender some of their individual political power to government so government may do for us collectively what people cannot do well alone. However, government can legitimately have no power other than that surrendered to it by individuals.
Individuals have the morel authority to take other life only in legitimate defense of self and others. Individuals do not have the authority to take other life in vengeance, for prophylaxis, as a deterrent, or in settlement of debt.
Since people do not have this authority, they cannot surrender it to government. Therefore, government cannot legitimately have the power to apply a death sentence, no matter how much some individuals may appear to deserve it.
It is very bad - VERY BAD - to allow government to assume powers it cannot legitimately have.
I'm with Paul that the person who needs to administer the death penalty is the would-be victim.

I spent twenty-five years as a public school teacher and I think I have a pretty good handle on what the profession is all about.
I left public education in 2000 as a result of my battle with the ACLU for my God-given right to pray with my football teams. I walked away, I was not fired. In fact, my last year of coaching, our football team went undefeated. The “public” schools no longer represent the values of the public.
I walked away and started Pass The Salt Ministries to awaken Christians to the anti-Christ agenda of those in positions of power within the educational establishment. They control what is taught and “The Creator” is persona non grata.
As I watch the events in Madison, Wisconsin, Columbus, Ohio and soon, your state as well, I feel it necessary to shed some light from my experience and what I see going on regarding “public” (government controlled) school teachers.
These are merely observations, and although they are accurate ones, they do not necessarily apply to all teachers in all states. These are some things I have observed here in Ohio.

On March 4 if Congress has neither agreed to an overall spending bill nor a continuing resolution to finance federal government operations, most of the government will cease operating. Almost all members of Congress fear and loathe a shut down. A shut down would be, however, the best means to cut the budget between now and the November 2012 elections. On March 4 if Congress has neither agreed to an overall spending bill nor a continuing resolution to finance federal government operations, most of the government will cease operating. 8. A way to heat your home without the electric grid
9. Garden seeds that are packaged for long term storage
10. If you have freezers, a generator and fuel that is conditioned for long term storage
11. A way to can meat and vegetables or produce
12. Dry goods like toilet paper, toothpaste and brushes, and every other toiletry item you use on a daily basis as well as kitchen chemicals, soaps, and other household items.
13. Proper clothing for any weather, and extra boots, shoes, socks, and underwear.
14. An inverter to make 110V electric power from 12 volt DC batteries.
15. Solar panels to charge batteries to run your inverter.
You can take this as far as you like, and after that then get some silver. Remember you can't eat silver.
Now for the new idea. Notice that I tried to list the items in roughly the order I thought them to be important.
Your priorities might be a little different, but FOOD should be right at the top.

Gold Standard or Interest free fiat currency?
The battle going on now among the elite about who is going to control the issue of money and what form it might be if the dollar ceases to be the world's reserve currency for oil is heating up.
Some of the elite want a return to the gold standard that was semi effective for decades probably because they own most of the gold. Other elite want a fiat currency issued by the International Monetary Fund (God Forbid) and interest bearing of course.
Yet others like Ellen Brown are promoting a fiat currency issued by government without interest and controlled by a direct tie to GDP and other economic factors by law, to stabilize that currency.
One thing for sure. This is a very interesting discussion that is gaining more exposure every day.

The Washington DC government is a fraudulent CORPORATION!
For years I have said that the takeover of the United States government by the "corporation" was done by fraud, deception, threat, duress and coercian.
Now we see evidence that the original jurisdiction United States of America is being re-occupied, and the original offices are being re-filled.
This is an update on the Restore America Plan, now called The Restored Republic.
Watch this and it will answer lots of questions about how the DC government can get away with controlling just about every facet of your life, and how the courts deny your unalienable rights in court and get away with it. Here are some solutions at law that are being implemented nation wide as we speak.

This is one of the most, if not THE most important bill to be introduced this session.
Why? Because we are always told that if we don't like what government is doing we can just "vote them out" in the next election.
How many of you believe that really works? Don't you feel mostly helpless after voting? The judges know that.
How many of us were NOT told that we have actually 3 votes in our system of government, and that We the People are on the TOP of the order of government under our creator?
What are those votes?
1. The Ballot box
2. The Grand Jury box
3. The Trial Jury box
Some might add a 4th: The Cartridge Box
We must understand that to protect our rights and the rights of our fellow residents of this state and our counties we DO NOT need to elect any candidates, or pass any huge volume of laws, or spend a lot of money, or create any huge campaigns.
All we need to do is use what is already within our power. All we need to do is make sure that everyone understands the power we already have above. The jurors during prohibition understood this and refused to convict and the law was removed.

Some judges and some prosecutors are going to scream bloody murder over this bill. They don't want the juries to know their power because the jurors will then not be under the power of manipulation of government agents. Think about it. Judges get paid by who?
Knowledge is power, and knowing the truth is the only real knowledge. Know the truth about your right to judge the law as well as the facts in any case you are called to be a juror on. Even without this new code you have the power to do all these things, but this will make it mandatory that judges and prosecutors make sure you actually understand your rights as jurors. This is the 4th check and balance in our system of government and it always was there, but we have been hoodwinked into believing we don't have it.

A couple of lines from that bill -
(1) The legislature recognizes that the authority for trial jurors to judge the law as well as the facts provides protection for freedom and is consistent with the historic intent for the right to jury trial and that jurors may not be prevented from, punished for, or excluded for knowing about or exercising this historic prerogative.
(2) In all jury trials, the parties have the right to argue to the jurors that a law is unconstitutional, is unconstitutional as applied, or should be nullified for any other reason. Upon request by a party, the court in any jury trial shall inform the jurors that the jurors may judge both the facts and the law in the case. Denial of the instruction is reversible error.
(3) In all criminal trials, the court shall inform the jurors that the jurors may vote their conscience to acquit an accused in spite of technical guilt. Denial of the instruction is reversible error.
HB-332 will ensure those aspects of our self-governance are protected more than ever in Montana code.
