Deliberate "Misunderstanding" About The Articles of Confederation

Use your heads. 

Pay attention to the American Government that is intact and functioning -- not the portions of it that were blown away back in 1860. 

The actual progression of the development of our government reads like this: 

July 1776 --- The United Colonies create the United States

September 1776 -- the United States adopts a Federation: The United States of America

January 1777 -- Discussion begins concerning a Confederation

November 1777 -- Articles of Confederation sent to the States for ratification

February 1781 -- Articles of Confederation are ratified

March 1, 1781 -- Articles of Confederation take effect

As everyone can see, the Union doing business as the United States and the Federation of States both pre-date the Confederation by almost five years, and after the Articles were ratified, what happened?  

Both the Union doing business as the United States and the Federation of States doing business as The United States of America continued to do business.  

The only thing that changed is that a new entity called the States of America, the Confederation, began doing business, specifically in Maritime jurisdiction.  

So the United States didn't go away and neither did The United States of America --- they were not "replaced" by the Confederation; instead, the Confederation was another, second, instrumentality of the United States.  

You have a Federation and you have a Confederation. Both.  Both of these instrumentalities were formed by the United States which was formed by the United Colonies, and the expressed purpose on the part of the United States was to provide itself with non-competitive representation in foreign jurisdictions. 

This is because the United States (after 1851, The United States) holds the National Soil Jurisdiction, which the Founders deliberately isolated from foreign interference. 

The United States of America handled all international and global business for the United States from 1776 to 1781.  

After the States of America, otherwise known as the Confederation was ratified, the global (Maritime Commerce) business was split off from the duties of The United States of America and became the responsibility of the States of America.  

The States of the Union are the Members of the Federation: Ohio, Maine, New York, Florida, etc. 

The States of States (business organizations serving the States) are the members of the Confederation: The State of Ohio, The State of Maine, The State of New York, The State of Florida, and so on. 

And so it remained until 1787, when the Confederation spawned its own instrumentality, known as the Federal Republic, which operated under the Federal Constitution known as The Constitution for the united States of America.  

Notice that the name of the Confederation -- "States of America" is identical to the nomenclature in "The Constitution for the united States of America".  

The States agreed to have the States-of-States and their Confederation  manage the day-to-day business affairs of the Federal Republic, which was made responsible for exercising  the 18 enumerated delegated "Powers" on behalf of the States..  

But Notice the Chain of Delegation of Power: all the Powers flow from the States to the United States (after 1851, The United States), then to The United States of America, then to the States of America, and finally, to the Federal Republic.  

Notice that the States are the only true sovereign entities. The Union dba United States, the Federation dba The United States of America and the Confederation dba States of America all perform work for and are empowered by the Several States. 

Everything worked fine from 1787 until 1860 when the Southern States-of-States -- members of the original Confederation walked out, and left the Confederation without the quorum necessary to conduct business.  

As a result, the Confederation could no longer operate and neither could the Federal Republic which was overseen and funded by the Confederation.  

The Constitution for the united States of America went dormant along with the Confederation and the Federal Republic, awaiting a Reconstruction that never happened. 

Meantime, what happened to the United States and its Federation of States doing business as The United States of America?  

Neither one was ever involved in the American Civil War which was fought entirely by the ex-Members of the original, broken Confederation and the other (foreign British and Papal) Federal Subcontractors.  

The Northern States-of-States and the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors working under The Constitution of the United States of America formed "the Union" while the Southern States-of-States that broke off from the Confederation joined with the Municipal United States (Holy See) working under The Constitution of the United States to form the Confederate States of America. 

We all know how that turned out. 

All that remains of the original American Government are the States, the Union of States doing business as The United States (since 1851) and The United States of America, our Federation of States. 

In 1851 the original name of the United States was formalized as The United States, while the Municipal Government working under The Constitution of the United States, continued to call itself "the United States" --- thus creating a confusion between itself and the original Union of States doing business as "the United States" from 1776 to 1851 when the nomenclature changed. 

A similar confusion exists concerning the original Union of States forming the United States in 1776 and "the Union" formed by the Northern States-of-States in 1860.  

But we are not here to be confused.  We are here to be enlightened by the facts and our own ability to observe the facts --- chief among them: 

The States created the Federation and the Confederation and only the sovereign States have the power and authority to reconstruct the Confederation. 

The Confederation created, directed, and funded the Federal Republic, and without the Confederation, the only entity competent and having proven standing to operate the Federal Republic is The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States. 

Why do we deduce that?  

The United States of America conducted all international and global business for the United States from 1776 to 1781; obviously, the creation of the Confederation was a convenience, but not necessary.  Likewise, the reconstruction of the Confederation would be a convenience, but not necessary for the Federation to run the Federal Republic.by assuming the contract and resuming operations under The Constitution for the united States of America. 

All these claims by incorporated organizations are rendered invalid by the fact of their incorporation under the auspices of foreign governments.  Currently, the Government of India has unwisely chosen to allow the incorporation of a commercial entity calling itself "The United States of America, Incorporated" --- which is an infringement upon our venerable trademarks and an attempted impersonation of our unincorporated Federation of States to which we object. 

It's time for everyone concerned to figure out the difference between incorporated and unincorporated business entities, to know what "impersonation" and crimes of impersonation are, and for the Principals responsible for this Mess to stop obfuscating and trying to manipulate the situation into something to benefit themselves.  

They have benefited themselves at the expense of their Employers and Employees alike for 162 years as of this writing, and that is more than enough.

About Lloyd Austin --- And Joe Biden, Too

Rumors are circulating today that members of the U.S. Military have received accusatory letters from Lloyd Austin, broadly inferring that these men and women owe him and his political party allegiance and obedience. 

But they don't. 

Hard as I have tried for many long days, I can't find evidence that Joe Biden is "President" of anything but a privately held Municipal Corporation doing business as the White House Office, Inc. 

How much authority does such a "Presidency" offer?  Certainly none that would impact officers working for a completely different corporation.  

It's like the Vice-President of McDonald's sending a Nasty Note to Burger King employees.

Or the old Abbott and Costello routine, "Who is on first?" 

These corporations have been threatening to go to war with each other for some time, but we have reminded them and everyone else concerned that mercenary conflicts (wars between commercial entities) are illegal, and they have no right to trample as much as a cubic centimeter of their Employer's land and soil.  

If the Municipal Corporations keep it up, we will simply observe that they are in violation of the treaties and contracts that allow their existence, and annex back the land and soil under Washington, DC, leaving them without a seat of government.  

And if the Territorial Corporations don't get moving to protect us, we can pretty much do the same thing with the entire District of Columbia. 

Both these corporations need to fulfill their contracts and treaties, in order to retain any delegated powers----- absent which, we don't owe them any separate seats of government. 

It's like having two teenagers fighting over which bunk bed they get, until the parents get sick of it and leave them both sleeping on the floor.  

The strength and power of our government isn't vested in corporations, especially not foreign corporations.  The strength and power of our government is vested in our physical assets, including our people and our natural resources.  

The faster everyone wakes up and realizes that corporations are fictional and don't mean diddly compared to the actual unincorporated government, the better.  And the sooner Lloyd Austin is made aware of the limitations of his position, the better, too.

On Being Sold a Bill of Goods -- Public Notice to China

Dear China/CHINA, 

You have been "sold a Bill of Goods" --- don't feel bad.  The same imposters tried to pull the same thing on us, and almost succeeded. 

Time to assess what you actually acquired from them, which is stolen property and non-existent debt. 

The actual international law that pertains to this situation is: "Possession by pirates does not change ownership." 

What you have acquired by purchase and by claims of indebtedness, known as the "UNITED STATES, INC." has no assets or trademarks of its own.  Everything they had was stolen property.  You acquired debt that was owed to us and no offset accounting was done to mitigate the debt. 

So, you've been swindled and we've been swindled. 

And we all know who and what is at fault in this mess. 

We are passing on this information to the U.S. Military, which will not be allowed to stand down if China attempts any action against this country, and we are inviting you to contact us to discuss reparations that are due from the Vatican and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London and the British Monarch --- not from us.

International Notice -- There Is No Such Thing as a "Sovereign Citizen"

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. 

This International Notice goes out to all the members of the military, especially the JAG Officers currently trying to function as Provost Marshals, and to the Municipal Officers, especially the Secretary General of the United Nations and the Offices of the Inspector General. 

There is no such thing as a "sovereign citizen". 

This term is an oxymoron. 

One literally cannot be a sovereign and a citizen at the same time. 

We have proof that certain unelected and incompetent Agencies, including the FBI, the DOJ, and various private corporate security officers acting "as" Sheriffs -- without really being Sheriffs --- have developed entire programs and narratives around this inanity and are going around ignorantly teaching others to do the same. 

They are calling these non-existent constructs "Domestic Terrorists" without respect to those whose domesticity is contractually owed protection and support here in this country. 

Time to clean up your respective acts and stop embarrassing yourselves. 

Please get down to the level of your various Subcontractors of Subcontractors -- the "Agencies" which are trying to do work that you are supposed to be doing yourselves --- and fully inform them that there are no "sovereign citizens" for them to deal with.  

There are only American sovereigns reclaiming their reversionary trust interests --- the people who are owed "good faith service" from all of the government contractors and all agencies of the government contractors and the Principals being addressed by this public International Notice.

News for the World

We are only eighty-one years late. 

Why do I say that?  

Because 81 years ago, in 1941, every country on this planet and all the people living in every country, were supposed to be set free of the scourge of taxation, which, by the way, includes "dead man's taxes" known as mortgages. 

In 1941, a major philanthropic initiative was completed, when the designated Metals Depositors working for us finished their work moving millions of metric tons of gold, silver, platinum and other precious goods into position worldwide to enable this. 

From that point on, there was no longer any need for taxation of any kind. 

But it was also 1941, two years into World War II and no end in sight. Things got a bit confused, gold went missing, priorities changed, governments changed, gold was returned, more gold was found, more governments changed. 

It isn't hard to understand how things got messed up, but certain truths remain. 

1. The Federal Government is required to operate on credit by the Constitutional restraints, whereas the States are required to operate on lawful money; 

2.  The banks and currencies are all operating on private assets, with the exception of investments and endowments made by national governments -- primarily our government, The United States of America --- our unincorporated Federation of States; 

3.  The goal of the private owners of the large gold and silver resource repositories remains the same --- (1) relieve everyone of the illusion of debt; (2) remove the practice of taxation as a means to fund government services and infrastructure; (3) make banking services and access to pre-paid credit available worldwide. 

I was born in 1956, some 25 years after all of this was supposed to be in place and we were all --worldwide-- supposed to be living a much happier life. Most of the members of my family were killed between World War I and World War II and other key people involved in "the 1941 initiative" were also either dead or missing. 

To give you an example of the destruction, just this week my Son found another missing branch of our family, alive and well and living in Munich -- part of our family that we haven't had contact with since WWII. 

It was convenient for the Allies to steal the money they found in the Central Banks and held in safekeeping for us in the Philippines, and so they did.  They pretended not to know us. They ignored our deposit receipts.  They commandeered us into foreign political statuses where we were held to be "paupers" and "wards of the state". 

They did all these evil things to us --all of us, worldwide-- in order to control our money and our resources.  The great and the small, the rich and the poor, were all subjected to their Impersonation Scheme. 

But surely, you say, someone must have known what was going on?  Someone had the proof.  What about the Metal Depositors? The tag team of Severino Sta Romano working for the Vatican (on our behalf) and Giovanni Babtista Richello working for the CIA (on our behalf) to make all these deposits for us?  

They are both long dead.  Severino died in September of 1974.  All the gold deposits were and are entangled in his personal estate.  He did it that way on purpose, because, as he expressed it, he didn't trust "them" to honor their agreements. 

He was right. 

We have the unencumbered and singular right to settle Severino's estate. Everything about this situation has been duly reviewed by the courts and the determinations have been made in our favor. We have the court decisions, we have the records, we have the bank treaties, we have the tax treaties ----and all we want to do is to end this evil system of coercive taxation and enslavement. 

Everyone on Earth stands to greatly benefit by simply allowing us to do what should have been done in 1941. 

We are being opposed by certain of the world's militaries who are being paid by the rats who concocted the enslavement-by-impersonation scheme.  These politicians and bankers responsible are afraid of what the people of this planet will do and what they will demand once they become aware of this situation, but, thank God, more and more people have become aware despite the nearly total media black out. 

You are all supposed to be living in a world of peace and plenty, without 24/7 surveillance, without being treated like criminals, without being coerced by something that merely appears to be "your" government, and without being farmed like sheep. 

You don't owe any "National Debt" because any National Debt has been instantly paid by an equal and answering National Credit that the Vermin have failed to account for.  

You don't owe any interest on any National Debt, either, because the National Debt doesn't exist.  

Every penny of tax that you have all paid since 1941 was collected under False Pretenses and in violation of the Treaties and Agreements that allowed these Vermin to use our gold and silver assets to underwrite their Central Banks. 

And the Central Banks themselves have been used for illegal and unlawful purposes that we never approved of at all.  They have been used for commodity rigging on an unimaginable scale.  They have been used for illegal securitization, even securitization of living flesh, which is enslavement and peonage --- all outlawed worldwide since 1926. 

So when I say that certain of the militaries and the corporations are now engaged in a "policy" of worldwide genocide in an effort to get rid of their Creditors, I am not joking. 

When I observe that these "governmental services corporations" are using their "Uniformed Officers" --- the doctors, nurses, dentists and other health care professionals as soldiers in an undeclared and illegal mercenary war against the civilian population, I am not wrong. 

When I observe that these same "governmental services corporations" are using other licensed "officers"--- Bar Attorneys ---  to improperly and unlawfully run Admiralty Courts on the land as part of their enslavement-by-impersonation scheme, I am not wrong. 

And when I tell you that the banks, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the politicians, and the bureaucrats have all been misdirected to this end by Principals -- the British Monarch, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, and the Holy See --- that owe us good faith and service, I am not wrong. 

This past week I told Satan's Mouthpiece that we now know the difference between good and evil, and that his work here is done. 

He has been dismissed by someone with the authority to dismiss him.

About the Use of Meritorious Planning Committees

It has been suggested that as we go forward so-called Meritorious Planning Committees, similar to those used in traditional Japanese Government, should be used here; but, as usual, there is a fly in the ointment. 

The Japanese System was indeed very beneficial for Japan, but Japan offers a very homogenous culture with few minorities -- ethnically or religiously -- to deal with.  Like the old Swedish System, which worked well for Swedes because of their cultural homogeneity at the time, for the same reasons--- and didn't work in a multicultural country like ours. 

The advantage of being the melting pot of the world is that we benefit from the creativity and diversity of hundreds of other countries' heritages and religions and cuisines and languages and laws and everything else.  

The disadvantage of our total lack of homogeneity is that the would-be "planners" have little or no commonality of vision and values, cultural or otherwise. 

Note what Winston Churchill observed early on about the Americans --- "The Americans always do the right thing --- after they have tried every other alternative." 

Our natural process isn't so much a planning process as a sifting and winnowing process, testing every option like scientists searching for the best theory to explain a given set of facts.  We have little or no cohesive cultural identity to provide the "Group Think" that comes quite naturally to other nations, and it would certainly be a Big Mistake to assume that what works for Japan, with an almost singular cultural identity, and thousands of years of tradition behind it, would work in America. 

It won't.  We have already been there, done that, analyzed that much of our problem, and we know for sure that Meritorious Planning Groups don't work here. What always happens is that the Planners turn into Analyzers.  Immediately after that, a fierce free-for-all ensues, while all the Analyzers analyze everything down to a gnat's eyelash, and then come back around with all the interminable arguments that accrue from every facet of every different viewpoint. 

The end result of our version of "planning" which doesn't result in a plan, by the way, but does result in a conclusion ---- is often a very sound and sober solution to whatever given concern started this process in the first place, but does not allow for the act of planning --- as in projecting a forward path for the future five, ten, twenty or a hundred years down the road. 

Such a prospect is not only foreign, but due to the massive lack of coherent shared cultural values, is a virtual impossibility here. 

Look at the history of this country versus the history of Japan. 

Successive waves of people from vastly different cultural bases have come to America since the Stone Age --- Ancient Egyptians left their hieroglyphs and DNA, Polynesian and Chinese immigrants left their imprints among the Native Peoples on the West Coast, Mound Builders who were red-haired, white-skinned proto-Celtic people who occupied 45 degrees of Latitude on a circumpolar basis, French Armoricans followed the same path as the Egyptians and left their words and DNA and so did the Norsemen, who reached our shores and traded here in prehistory; and, as we moved forward into modern times this so-called "melting pot" phenomenon only accelerated and increased. 

We now have sizable populations of people from every country and nation in the world here, all living under one roof, all counting themselves as Americans, all bringing their culture with them, all inter-marrying more or less freely, all sharing little but the American Dream and our odd version of Football.  

Planning?  Just in the past hundred years we have seen a collapse of the predominantly white European population and a large increase in the Hispanic and Oriental populations, regrowth of the American Indian population, and moderate expansion of the African-sourced population. Who is to say what an "American" will look like or believe a hundred years from now?

Compare this with Japan?  Short of an earth-spanning extinction level event, there will still be pure blooded Japanese living on the Japanese home islands a hundred years from now, and probably a thousand years from now.

They can afford to do long term planning and they have the history and cultural identity to do so without a lot of the "other views" and arguments and uncertainties that we have in this country. 

So when it comes to Meritorious Planning Committees, thanks, we understand that they worked well in the Orient, but please pay attention to the fact that we have vastly different conditions to deal with in the West and especially in North America.

Can It Get Any Crazier?

Look at this one: U.S. prepares for full-scale invasion of Haiti, one of the poorest countries on the planet, our long-suffering neighbor in the Caribbean, plagued with tropical storms, earthquakes, drought, locusts, more torrential rains, mudslides, more drought, more earthquakes.... 

People in Haiti starve on a regular basis, and if we had any sense and if the British Government (which is more responsible for the conditions in Haiti than we are) had any mercy, compassion, or sense, we'd be sending meaningful help. Not plotting out how to do a palace coup proxy war.

As it is, we send a lot of money-laundering NGO's to Haiti, organizations that steal the foreign aid relief money and send it back to political party PACS and the "Foundations" of certain political figures in this country. 

The recent scandals and revelations of FTX's role in precisely this sort of money laundering scheme designed to defraud investors and siphon away foreign aid to Ukraine is just one example among many. 

And everyone acts so shocked, but it has been going on for decades. 

Remember when that crony pal of John McCain's showed up at the pier in Lagos, Nigeria, with a boatload of moldy WWII Surplus Army blankets? That the American people paid for, plus shipping and handling?  

We are talking about crooks, and not even smart crooks. (If he'd been a smart crook, he'd have dumped that cargo at sea, and the American people wouldn't have had a glimpse of what passes for "foreign aid" and wouldn't have deduced who really benefits from it.) 

Remember, I told you that 98% of all Foreign Aid appropriated by Congress never gets to its purported target population?  Now, you begin to see why.  

And in some cases like the moldy blankets and the twenty-years past the "use by" date cans of military grade Spam, it's a good thing that this garbage we pay for to reimburse defense contractors in the name of "foreign aid" ---doesn't reach its destination. Instead, it's illegally dumped at sea or in landfills, late at night. At public expense. 

How about all the crates of "food" being hauled aboard U.S. Navy ships that are clearly marked, "Not for Human Consumption"?  Care to guess what that's about? 

So, Haiti is among the Top Ten most impoverished countries in this Hemisphere, and the Big Bad Ridiculous U.S. is preparing to invade.

In the name of God, what for?  

To destroy records showing how Haitian children have been stolen for decades, whereabouts unknown?  To overwhelm the Haitian Government and use the island as a pirate haven?   

If the nutcases in charge of the White House Office, Incorporated, go through with this one, nobody will believe a word they say, and nobody in their right mind will support it. 

As we speak, "the" U.S. is trying to use Canada and Brazil (???) to do the invasion for them. They would normally use the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces --- but doing what mercenaries do --- the UN Peacekeepers have been caught raping and pillaging and stealing and causing far more harm than help. And that wouldn't support the narrative that this invasion and overthrow is meant as a philanthropic effort. 

Just like the philanthropic overthrow and invasion of Ethiopia. And Somalia.  And Mali.  And Zimbabwe.  And, and, and.... 

These cretins are always so  busy spreading their democracy that they can never settle down and try for a 51% mandate to do any of this crap, but then, they don't actually practice or respect any form of government. 

Bear in mind --- we are not talking about America here.  America is not a democracy.  America has a republican form of government.  Instead, we are talking about the British Territorial United States Government, and their democracy, which until recently was headquartered in Puerto Rico. 

You didn't know about that, either, did you?  

Yes, Puerto Rico is a member of the Commonwealth.  That's how their IRS had access to the Spanish Law of the Inquisition to prosecute Taxpayers in this country, and now they have moved their operations to the Ladrones, aka, Mariana Islands, in anticipation of doing the same thing to over a billion Chinese from the safety of another misadminstered U.S. Possession. 

Even if you sat up all night and really, really tried.... and yet, it all makes sense if you know the history of the Income Tax --- as far back as 1135 AD.  It's a war tax to help the Church pay for the Crusades.  

If a military invasion is a philanthropic effort, why not just say it's all about philanthropy and send the Mennonites?  Or the Salvation Army?  Why not send in the Army Corps of Engineers with the simple directive: "Drain this lake full of sewage." 

People, we've got to end this romp through Crazyland, USA.  For our sake and for the sake of the whole world. 

So listen up: 

Things got too hot for the British Crown operations here and about forty years ago, the parasites began making preparations to find a new Host in China. They had collaborators in China via the Bank of Shanghai known as HSBC, a Chinese-British Bank.  In 2017, Prince Philip received $950 Trillion in credit for Britain's part in this criminal breach of trust, brokered by the GOVERNOR of OTTAWA --- another "independent international city state" --- and the Vatican loaned our gold to China so that China could buy out the other creditors of the bankrupt UNITED STATES, INC. 

China bought the brand name and trademarks of the UNITED STATES, INC. and Joe Biden became their puppet manager.  That's why he is called CHINA Joe, peeps.  That's why he does whatever China wants him to do.  He works for them, literally.  

And while it is blatantly illegal for any British Corporation subject to the Companies Act to use assets of the victims to buy out their own interests, the Vatican has no such qualms, limits, or moral considerations. 

As we write, the Nazi UN Corp is on the move again, probably looking for a new base of operations from which to distribute seventeen different kinds of weaponized pathogens.

Ah, so now we have our answer.  Just like the cretins contracted with a Chinese laboratory to develop the illegal Covid 19 crud, and then attempted to blame the Chinese for it, they are looking for a place to release all those deadly pathogens --- and where better than poor, old, suffering Haiti?

Haiti is already famous for having cases of ancient diseases like bubonic plague as well as more updated plagues of smallpox, cholera, hemorrhagic fever, etc.  If you wanted to find a plausible place to release seventeen vile pathogens at once, without raising too many eyebrows, where would you go? 

Haiti. Nigeria.  India.  In more or less that order.  So, if, all of a sudden, you hear of plagues in these places and the hue and cry begins blaming these victims, you will know what to think.   

Government of Canada?  Government of Brazil?  If you let the rats talk you into participating in any of this, it's your soldiers who will come back infected with this crap.  

Government of India --- you already know what the Raj is like and you've already experienced Bill Gates and his "vaccines".  You know what we are saying is true, and that your people and your country will be targeted if you don't get busy and help stamp out the Vermin once and for all. 

And yes, every American and Canadian who isn't brain dead -- think. 

They want to release these pathogens close to the open American Southern Border in hopes of killing a maximum number of Americans as we are the only ones with a helluva lot of guns and ammo. 

We have a better suggestion.  

Arrest the Lords of the Admiralty. 

Arrest all agents of HSBC.

And shut down the Municipal "World Health Organization" --- WHO, INC. 

These are the real sources of the problem.  If you want this illegal mercenary war to stop, we have to get to the root of it and put an end to it before hundreds of millions of innocent people are destroyed for no reason beyond the greed, power-mongering, and stupidity of the so-called elites. 

No phony war to save the Haitians by killing them. 

No using Haiti as the mule to deliver all the filthy bio-engineered pathogens to the rest of the world. 

No more Satanic bull crap and crime.  

And no more open southern border, no matter what Fruit Loops says.
