It was compiled by The Informer back in the day, probably twenty years ago, before he or anyone else had completely untangled the maze of similar names being used for dissimilar entities.

Throughout this referenced expose he leaves it to the reader to discern that "the United States" and "the US" he is talking about is a corporation eligible to receive bankruptcy protection, not our country, The United States.

Countries have sovereign immunity and are not eligible to go bankrupt. Bankruptcy is a privilege extended to corporations chartered by a sovereign government. The expense of their bankruptcy is then paid off by the people of that country.

When citing "the US" and "the United States" he is referring throughout to the Municipal Theocracy being run as a corporation. THAT is the entity that has been bankrupted, together with other similar entities, which have been bankrupted repeatedly by the Municipal Government as part of the Great Fraud Scheme.

This ongoing cycle of bankruptcies is how they safely unloaded all of their debts on the unsuspecting Americans. Technically, the only ones responsible for paying these debts are the actual Municipal citizens, what the Territorial Fourteenth Amendment calls "citizens of the United States", but by coercion and "legal supposition" the rats contrived to redefine all of us as "citizens of the United States" so that we would be responsible for their spending.

This "supposition" or "presumption" that we were stateless because our American Government wasn't in Session, is what allowed them to make these outrageous claims of control over us and our property assets; as we have stood up our American Government again, via the assembling of our State Assemblies, they--- and the rest of the world --- are faced with their criminal Breach of Trust, Fraud, and Usurpation against their Treaty Partners and Allies.

They also have to face the literal mountains of Odious Debt that they have amassed as a result of these criminal activities on our shores.

Also, The Informer in the referenced article, is supposing that the Reader knows the difference between "US" and "U.S." Most people still don't know that "US" means Municipal Government while "U.S." indicates the British Territorial Government---- two completely separate forms of government (Theocracy v. Democracy, both of which are different from our American Government) and completely different entities.

Wherever The Informer is talking about the CFR, that is, Council on Foreign Relations, he is talking about the Municipal Government and in particular the Municipal Corporation. The CFR is how they administered the Municipal Corporation as they were preparing to go Full Monty and try to mount a Municipal World Government under the auspices of the United Nations.

The United Nations is being used as another storefront for the UN CORP, which proposes to use the United Nations Organization as a storefront for its activities in exactly the same way that the Roman Catholic Church has been used as a storefront for the Roman Pontificate.

The United Nations is actually functioning as another "independent international city-state" --- a Municipal Government --- which has been given safe harbor by the City of New York, which also allows "NYC" another Municipal Government to exist within its confines.

If you are paying attention, you will see that they are setting up exactly the same situation that they had with the District Governments, with the British Territorial Government being housed in the District of Columbia, and the Municipal Government being housed within the confines of the Municipality of Washington, DC---- only instead of it being set up as an obviously separate entity, they are hiding it behind the facade of New York City which already had a separate identity as a City prior to al the Municipal double-speak and chicanery.

Now we have New York City and within New York City (like a set of Nesting Dolls) we have NYC and within NYC we have the UN Corporation ensconced in its separate independent international city-state, operating under its own sovereign immunity on our shores ---- and all without the permission or knowledge of the actual State, New York, and its People.

Wherever The Informer is talking about "Executive Orders" know that these are administrative directives to the Territorial U.S. Government officers and their U.S. Citizens, and have no authority with respect to the General Public.

The General Public of this country desperately needs to know what does and does not apply to them in terms of law and in terms of obligations. For example, in this expose, The Informer says that we "must" have a Social Security Number ---- but this only applies to Municipal citizens of the United States, not members of the General Public. He says that the Pope can alter any "law" of "the United States" --- but again, he is talking about the Municipal Corporation and the Municipal Theocracy, not our country, not The United States.

He says we are slaves and don't own anything ---- but that's only true if we are actually Municipal citizens of the United States, the Municipal Theocracy.

There are laws and there are Laws and there are LAWS and all of us need to be much better informed and aware of which laws apply to which population, and also aware of which population we ourselves belong to.

Because our own American Government didn't immediately come back into Session after the Civil War, the rest of the world "presumed" that it "disappeared" in the wreckage caused by the Mercenary Conflict engendered on our shores by the British Monarch, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, and the then-Pope. They put it out to the rest of the world that we were "in Interregnum" because the Congress running the Federal Republic adjourned "sine die" and did not reappear five years later.

But that Congress was only running the Federal Republic, and the Federal Republic was only the American Subcontractor "created and hired" under the provisions of the original 1787 Federal Constitution.

The "missing Congress" wasn't our Federation Congress in charge of our actual Federation of States --- our so-called "Ship of State". And this just underlines --- again, the self-interested deceit of the British Government and its claim to "salvage rights" related to our "Ship of State".

What they "salvaged" was a Subcontractor of our actual Government, which they illegally latched upon and hypothecated debt against for no justifiable reason.

The Popes, the Lord Mayors, and the British Monarchs all have cause to know that our actual Federation (not "Federal") Congress never moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. So how could they mistake the Federal Subcontractor operating the Federal Republic in Washington, DC, a foreign territory, for our actual American Government?

They couldn't. They knew better. They didn't care and they didn't honor their contractual and moral obligations to their Employers, the States and People of this country. Instead, they unleashed gangs of thugs to terrorize, murder, and pillage the members of the actual American Congress, like my husband's Great-Grand Uncle, Clintwood Belcher, who was set upon by a gang of Union thugs while carrying home the Great Seals from Washington, DC, branded a horse thief, forced to flee to the Frontier, and spent the rest of his life looking over his shoulder.

The actual members of the American Congress told their children and their families what went on between the Government in Pennsylvania and the insurrectionists in charge of the U.S. Army and the foreign politicians operating out of Washington, DC. It's because of that that we were able to Summon the Federation of States back into Session even 160 years after these events.

The Pope, the Lord Mayor, and the King, were all betting that they had successfully dismembered the actual American Government and that we would never be able to summon our States of the Union back into Session, and if we did, they would merely pretend that we were "citizens" obligated to them, and therefore, lacking the necessary "standing" to take such an action.

All that began to fall apart back in 1998 when we woke up and started the earnest process of unraveling their pernicious little word games and peeling back the layers of actual Government versus Governmental Service Providers and their Agencies.

One of the unambiguous bits of information that The Informer brought forward is that all these "Agencies" --- the FBI, FEMA, BATF, IRS, etc., --- are not even part of the Federal Government. They are Subcontractors of our Subcontractors and have no authority related to the General Public and the property of the General Public, at all. They have no authority over you or your property assets.

U.S. v Strang, 254 US491 Lewis v. US, 680 F.2nd, 1239, are the two court cases that prove that the Agencies are not part of the Federal Government.

U.S. v Strang proves this with respect to the Territorial Government.

Lewis v. US proves this with respect to the Municipal Government.

In addition, the U.S. Supreme Court recently reaffirmed the ruling of the Tennessee Supreme Court in Norton v Shelby County almost a century ago in West Virginia v EPA handed down a few weeks ago--- finding that a Congress has no ability to further delegate its legislative authorities to Administrative Agencies. This means that all the Administrative Codes and Statutes cannot be applied to members of the General Public --- only to U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States.

This throws the Motor Vehicle Code, the Internal Revenue Code, and all similar codes out the window with respect to Joe Public.

The question is --- are you volunteering to serve as a U.S. Citizen or Municipal citizen of the United States? Or, are you a member of the General Public?

Most Americans have been snookered into obeying "laws" that don't apply to them, and under conditions of non-disclosure have done things that allow these foreign Subcontractors to suppose that you are one of them--- so you have to reassert your standing as a simple member of the General Public.

We do this by declaring, recording, and publishing our chosen political status as Americans, and by notifying the Bureau of Consular Affairs in the United States Department of State of our political status choice, and by claiming our reversionary trust interest and exemptions provided as remedy to legalize these otherwise illegal activities on our shores.

INSTRUCTION I. Whom may we understand by the deaf and dumb man?

Those who desire neither to hear nor to speak of things concerning salvation.

Why did Christ take the deaf and dumb man aside?

To teach us that he who wishes to live piously and be comforted, must avoid the noisy world and dangerous society, and love solitude, for there God speaks to the heart. (Osee ii. i4.)

Why did Christ forbid them to mention this miracle?

That we might learn to fly from the praise of vain and fickle men.

What do we learn from those who brought the deaf and dumb man to Jesus, and notwithstanding the prohibition, made known the miracle?

That in want and sickness we should kindly assist our neighbor, and not neglect to announce and praise the works of God, for God works His miracles that His goodness and omnipotence may be known and honored.

SUPPLICATION O Lord Jesus, who during Thy life on earth, didst cure the sick and the infirm, open my ears that they may listen to Thy will, and loosen my tongue that I may honor and announce Thy works. Take away from me, O most bountiful Jesus, the desire for human praise, that I may not be led to reveal my good works, and thus lose the reward of my Heavenly Father. (Matt. vi. I.) .

ON RELIGIOUS CEREMONIES

What are ceremonies?

Religious ceremonies are certain forms and usages, prescribed for divine service, for the increase of devotion, and the edification of our fellow-men; they represent externally and visibly the interior feelings of man.

Why do we make use of ceremonies in our service?

That we may serve God not only inwardly with the soul, but outwardly with the body by external devotion; that we may keep our attention fixed, increase our devotion, and edify others; that by these external things we may be raised to the contemplation of divine, inward things. (Trid. .Sess. 22.)

Are ceremonies founded on Scripture?

They are; for besides those which Christ used, as related in this day's gospel, in regard to the deaf and dumb man, He has also made use of other and different ceremonies: as, when He blessed bread and fishes; (Matt. xv. 36.) when He spread clay upon the eyes of a blind man; (John ix. 6.) when He prayed on bended knees; (Luke xxii. q.i.) when He fell upon His face to pray; (Matt. xxvi, 39.) when He breathed upon His disciples, imparting to them the Holy Ghost; (John xx. 22.) and finally, when He blessed them with uplifted hands before ascending into heaven. (Luke xxiv. 30.) Likewise in the Old Law various ceremonies were prescribed for the Jews, of which indeed in the New Law the greater number have been abolished; others, however, have been retained, and new ones added. If, therefore, the enemies of the Church contend that ceremonies are superfluous, since Christ Himself reproached the Jews for their ceremonial observances, and said: God must be adored in spirit and in truth, we may, without mentioning that Christ Himself made use of certain ceremonies, answer, that He did not find fault with their use, but only with the intention of the Jews. They observed every ceremony most scrupulously, without at the same time entertaining pious sentiments in the heart, and whilst they dared not under any circumstances omit even the least ceremony, they scrupled not to oppress and defraud their neighbor. Therefore Christ says: God must be adored in spirit and in truth, that is, in the innermost heart, and not in external appearances only. -Do not, therefore, let the objections, nor the scoffs and sneers of the enemies of our Church confound you, but seek to know the spirit and meaning of each ceremony, and impress them on your heart, and then make use of them to inflame your piety, to glorify God, and to edify your neighbor.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING THE ABUSE OF THE TONGUE

There is no member of the body more dangerous and pernicious than the tongue. The tongue, says the Apostle St. James, is indeed a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold how small a fire kindleth a great wood. And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is placed among our members, which defileth the whole body, and inflameth the wheel of our nativity, being set on fire by hell. (James iii. 5. 6.) The tongue no man can tame: an unquiet evil, full of deadly poison. By it we bless God and the Father; and by it we curse men, who are made after the likeness of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. (ibid. iii. 8-10.) There is no country, no city, scarcely a house, in which evil tongues do not cause quarrel and strife, discord and enmity, jealousy and slander, seduction and debauchery. An impious tongue reviles God and His saints, corrupts the divine word, causes heresy and schism, makes one intemperate, unchaste, envious, and malevolent; in a word, it is according to the apostle a fire, a world of  iniquity. The tongue of the serpent seduced our first parents, and brought misery and death into the world. (Gen. iii.) The tongue of Judas betrayed Jesus. (Matt. xxvi. 49.) And what is the chief cause of war among princes, revolts among nations, if it is not the tongue of ambitious, restless men, who seek their fortune in war and revolution? How many, in fine, have plunged themselves into the greatest misery by means of their unguarded tongue? How can we secure ourselves against this dangerous, domestic enemy? Only by being slow to speak according to the advice of St. James, (i. 19.) to speak very few, sensible, and well-considered words. In this way we will not offend, but will become perfect. (James iii. 2.:) As this cannot happen without a special grace of God, we must according to the advice of St. Augustine beg divine assistance, in the following or similar words:

ASPIRATION O Lord, set a watch before my mouth, and a door round about my lips, that I may not fall and my tongue destroy me. (Ps. cxl. 3.)

No, Mister Trump is NOT.....A Short Expose of the Offices of the "President"

I want to clear something up. I have seen repeated statements in the Alt Press saying that President Trump is the President of our Restored Republic. No, he is not.

The only Republic that can be "restored" is the Federal Republic --- the American Subcontractor that is meant to function under the original Federal Constitution of 1787. There is no other "Republic" --- but there are fifty (50) sovereign (unincorporated) republican States of the Union.

Look at the words carefully. "Republic" is masculine. "Republican" is feminine. We are talking about two different things, two different governments, apples and kumquats.

And yes, the Federal Republic does need to be restored. It hasn't had a President or an election for the office of President of the united States of America in 162 years. For much of that time, even the population eligible to vote for that office has been scattered and left in the dark, prevented by ignorance from taking action to correct this situation.

Now, finally, by dint of their own investigation, the people of this country are waking up. Even the bureaucrats are admitting what I am telling you, though they are putting their own spin on things.

They are admitting that yes, there was a Federal Republic, once-upon-a-time. And yes, it needs to be restored.

But they aren't telling you the whole truth about this--- only enough to assure themselves a continuing avenue to power and domination.

The Federal Republic is important and it should be restored --- but what about the actual President of The United States? The President of this country?

Again --- see the difference in the words? The President of the Federal Republic is known as the President of the united States of America, while the President of this whole country is The President of The United States.

Please note that "The President of The United States" is dictated by English Grammar and is the actual American Office.

When George Washington took his Oath of Office, he did so as the President of the Municipal Government and used the Roman nomenclature instead ---- thus becoming "the President of the United States" instead of The President of The United States.

He did this because he was in debt to the Pope and needed to control that office at the time, not because he was confused---- but everyone else has been confused ever since.

That is, amid all this talk about Trump being the President of the restored Federal Republic, there are OTHER more important Presidential Offices that need to be filled.

The actual offices of the American President --- both The President of The United States (National) and The President of The United States of America (International) --- have been vacant since 1856 when all this diabolical deception began.

Franklin Pierce was the last American President.

It's time for that to change.

The Presidency of the Union of States --- that is, The President of The United States --- and the Federation of States presidency known as The President of The United States of America --- are the primary offices that need to be filled, so that the guy who eventually becomes President of the Federal Republic has someone to tell him what to do.

Otherwise, we have the same old garbage pit, with the employees telling the employers how high to jump.

The Union operating as the States of America owns the Federal Republic. The Federation operating as The United States of America oversees the Federal Republic. That's the way it's supposed to be.

In this way, the people of this country elect their own President (who holds two offices, one National and one International) to hold the Federal Subcontractors accountable.

Understandably, the Federal Subcontractors don't like to come to heel, but that is The Problem that creates the run amok Federal Government scenario where the Employees call the shots and Employers are seen as subservient to those on their payroll.

The goal isn't to elect a President to run the Federal Republic.

The goal is to elect a President to run the Union and the Federation of States, who then will exercise his office as The President of The United States of America to oversee the President of the (restored) Federal Republic.

And while we are at it, let's find some new names and labels for things, including presidential offices, so that it is no longer such a confusing morass of similar names.

Please note that when verbalized, it is impossible to tell the difference between "the President of the united States of America" (the Federal Republic Presidency) and "The President of The United States of America" (the actual Federation of States Presidency) and "the President of the United States of America " (the British Territorial Subcontractor's Presidency).

Who in their right minds needs to contend with a situation like this, where we can't even tell for sure what (or who) we are talking about except by context and subtle variations in the way these different offices are written--- their "style".

Why not recognize that there are three separate offices involved?

Call the Federation President by his proper office ---- The President of The United States of America, and call the Federal Republic's President by his or her proper office --- President of the Federal Republic?

One is the Delegator and the other is the Delegatee.

Let's not continue to harbor such confusion in our midst. It only serves to allow continued chaos and manipulation by foreign powers.

Mr. Trump was elected to the British Territorial Subcontractor's presidential office --- "the President of the United States of America" ---- he has never served nor been elected to the office of President of the united States of America (Federal Republic President) nor, more importantly, has he served or been elected to The Office of The President of The United States of America (Federation President).

He is eligible to serve in any of these three (3) offices, but he has only been elected to one of them, and so far, he has been constrained to serve as a British Territorial "President".

Look sharp, People.

Version One: The President of The United States of America (the actual Federation of States President).

Version Two: the President of the United States of America (the British Territorial President).

Version Three: the President of the united States of America (the American Federal Republic President).

Only the first Office, The President of The United States of America directly represents the People of this country and directly serves the People who are the Employers.

The other two identical-sounding offices are "Presidents" of Subcontractors working under delegated powers. They are supposed to be taking their orders from the People's President.

I suppose, though I cannot prove, that when all this insanity of similar names started, it was justified in terms of the delegated powers and that the similar names were used to create a "united front" between the actual Federation and those organizations that were exercising delegated powers "in its name".

What has happened in fact, though, is that the Federal Subcontractors have used the similar names to usurp upon our Federation of States and our Presidential Office, so that our Subcontractors have been seizing power and cracking the whip over their Employers and nobody has been the wiser.

Who can tell the difference between "the President of the united States of America" and ``The President of The United States of America"?

You can. Now, teach everyone else, and let's make it our goal to elect the right man to the right office and put an end to this confusion and tyranny at the hands of our own employees.

We are Americans. We can get this. And we can set our own house in order.

We need to put an end to usurpation by our employees and by the foreign governments that direct their activities under the guise of exercising our delegated powers.

The fastest way to that result is to elect an actual American President who then acts for the Union and the Federation to oversee the operations of the restored Federal Republic.

Remember --- the Big Kahuna Offices are: The President of The United States (National Office) and The President of The United States of America (International Office) both exercised by one man, duly elected by the American people acting as electors --- not voters.

If we are going to have new national elections let's do this right and have the Employers in their proper oversight position over the Employees.

Honest Abe Debunked and Joe Biden, Too

Lincoln "suspended" the right of Habeas Corpus for the U.S. Citizens and also pretended to have authority to suspend The Constitution of the United States of America and replace it with the Lieber Code.

Both these offenses have (mis) guided the operations of the U.S. Military and the British Territorial United States Government ever since, as they have mistaken Lincoln as the President of our Federation of States --- an office that he never in fact held.

He was "a" President, but not "the" President. He was foreclosed from holding the actual Federation office of The President of The United States of America and he was also prohibited from holding the office of The President of The United States (the presidency of our Federal Republic) by the Titles of Nobility Amendment (1819) prohibiting attorneys from holding any office in our government.

Thus, Lincoln himself was a cuckoo bird --- a British fakir, pretending to have authorities he didn't have and pretending to occupy an office that he didn't in fact occupy at all. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1834, and he remained a member of the Bar until his death, so he literally could not be the actual President of this country.

Look closely at the way the actual offices should appear: The President of The United States of America and The President of The United States.

Now look at what was foisted off on the people: the President of the United States of America and the President of the United States.

Everything Lincoln did, including "suspending" the Constitution in favor of the Lieber Code, is by definition unauthorized, the result of deliberate deceit, and must be held null and void by any thinking jurist. This would include his invention of "Executive Orders" and his granting of "Emergency Powers" to himself and his removal of the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Some military generals have attempted to argue that Lincoln was "Commander in Chief" in time of war, and could pretty much do whatever he wanted or needed to do to "preserve the Union"--- to which I reply that the presumption that he ever functioned as "Commander in Chief" is predicated on him being lawfully elected as The President of The United States of America, an office he never held.

And the "Union" Lincoln was bent on preserving wasn't the Union of our States, either. The "Union" Mr. Lincoln was talking about was a commercial cartel serving the interests of a foreign central bank bent on controlling our commodities markets, instead.

The entire idea that a British Territorial corporation "President" had the authority to command the entirety of the American Armed Forces, including our land forces, would have to be supported by some sort of treaty or contract allowing that----- and there is none. A most diligent search for any such treaty or agreement has failed to turn up anything supporting such a claim, and the adoption of the Naval Agency and Distributions Act by the British Parliament the following year, 1864, is strong circumstantial evidence that the Parliament knew exactly what the situation was.

Lincoln's subsequent assassination by men closely associated with the Swiss Guard and the Municipal United States Government indicates that the Pope and the Roman Curia were fully advised concerning Lincoln's deceit, too.

Everyone knew except the Employers of these miscreants and criminals--- the American people.

Lincoln had become inconvenient because he opposed the ruination of the people and property of the South, and wanted to engage in a formal peace process with Jefferson Davis to officially end the mercenary conflict that we mistakenly call "The American Civil War". Not only were Lincoln and Davis technically unable to engage in such a formal peace process, peace was not in the best interests of the British Crown which had supported Lincoln from the start. Their horse had finally won, and they wanted every last penny of war reparations they could wring out of the South and the Municipal Government. Lincoln's assassination guaranteed that hostilities would continue.

When the Brits booted up their replacement organization in 1868 to replace "the" United States of America Corporation that Lincoln bankrupted in 1863, the new Scottish Commercial Corporation calling itself 'The United States of America, Incorporated" deliberately trespassed against the Good Name and Trademarks of the American Federation of States and by simply neglecting to add the word "Incorporated" they successfully impersonated us and gained access to our credit in the same way that any credit card hacker does. The banks, especially the Central Banks, that wanted control of our commodities markets, winked and turned a blind eye. Theft and misuse of American gold and credit assets meant big profits and increased coercive powers for them.

The adoption of the infamous "Fourteenth Amendment" or, as it is more properly described, their Fourteenth By-law Amendment---- as this was never any amendment to any actual Federal Constitution and was never ratified by our States of the Union --- proves that these men continued to wage illegal mercenary "war" long after Appomattox, and the continued misapplication of this so-called "Fourteenth Amendment" proves that they continue to do so to this day.

Ask yourselves --- what possible authority is vested in a By-Law Amendment adopted by a long defunct Scottish Commercial Corporation that went bankrupt in 1907? We should live our lives and apply our laws according to that? Whoever thinks so, should have their heads examined and receive this little history lesson.

The American people and the entire world must wake up and accept the fact that Lincoln's knock-off "presidency" was a fraud scheme and that absolutely everything deriving from this ill-begotten piece of history is tainted by fraud and illegality.

This crime spree has resulted in the British Government manipulating and commandeering the manpower and resources of this country and using us like a sock puppet as muscle for their imperialist war-mongering and colonial oppressions through two World Wars and literally hundreds of lesser "conflicts".

One can only imagine the snide self-congratulations that the denizens of Whitehall and the Inner City of London have given themselves ever afterward.

Karen Hudes was exactly right. Addressing this problem will "blow us back to the Stone Age" --- or at least back to 1860, but if we want to find firm ground to build upon, that's what we have to do.

By 1937, the Pope's Municipal Government threw in the white towel and a large amount of gold to get in on the game the British had going here. We might call this game "Illegally, Immorally, and Unlawfully Sack the Americans, Make Them Pay For It, and Then, Blame Them For It".

The result was their infamous "Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States". This document, which was never widely released to the American Public for obvious reasons, formalized the collusion of the British Territorial and Municipal United States Federal Subcontractors.

Ever since, they have worked together to coerce, defraud, defame, and deceive the American public for fun and profit.

Shortly after they formalized this new partnership, they fomented the Second World War and made it look like it was the fault of their political opponents in Germany. Conveniently, they had created the whole political party system in Germany and used it to create the Nazi Party, too. The entire "war" was scripted by the same people. And the rest of us have been kept in the dark and fed horse dung.

Every country on Earth has been impacted adversely by this British Bunko, and every government has been undermined by this deceit. The Lieber Code has morphed into the Hague Conventions instead of being recognized for what it is, and jettisoned as flotsam. The same architects of this Great Fraud, the Lords of the Admiralty, abetted by the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, continue their operations today, unrecognized for their role, and left largely unopposed.

These thirteen men are not "Lords" in the way that we commonly think of British Lords. They don't sit in the halls of justice or attend Parliament. They are, instead, scattered all over the world, operating the world's largest crime syndicate, and running the world into the ground with no effective restraint.

Every hired jurist in America needs a copy of this information and a Notice of Liability along with it. They also need a copy of the International Notice of Distraint.
