A Quick Note to Doctors, Lawyers, and Indian Chiefs

You do not have to give up any professional licenses or tribal memberships to reclaim your American State National political status.  

As long as you have Federal clientele as a doctor or lawyer, you will owe Federal Income Tax on that portion of your practice.  

Most of our doctors and lawyers in private practice post a simple Service Disclaimer, saying that if you are a Federal citizen you are accepting service at your own risk.  This limits your liability. 

Most also add a question or two to their In-Take Forms for new patients, asking their citizenship or State National political status.  This may require a little discussion but is well-worth it, as you are spreading the word to other Americans, and ascertaining whether or not you need to pay Federal Taxes on receipts coming from them.  

American Indian Tribes are required to pay tribute to Rome in lieu of paying Federal Income Taxes.  The word "Tribe" means "those who pay Tribute".  Tribute is loot paid to the Roman hierarchy for the privilege of getting welfare benefits from them.  It's a kind of kickback scheme --- you admit to being part of the Municipal citizenry, and they get to plunder the Public Trusts and other Utilities they have set up in your names.  

It stinks as a quid pro quo, but it is what it is.  

When you go to a foreign government and seek "benefits" from them, you accrue obligations in return.   By forming an incorporated Tribal Government and applying for Federal Block Grants and other funding of that sort, you acquire obligations to obey that foreign government.  When individual people apply for welfare benefits from that foreign government, they acquire citizenship obligations.  

Key to this concept is that "benefits" are unearned, but are not "gifts".  They are receipts in terms of credit or services that you are eligible for dependent upon your political status choices. 

From this standpoint you can see that Federal grants aren't really grants.  They come with unseen strings attached and are a form of payola in which you give up your sovereignty in exchange for their bowl of porridge.  

This results in a situation in which Tribal Governments are totally dependent sovereignties, and all Tribal Members are presumed to be obligated to obey their Benefactors.  

Right now, the Roman Municipal governments are being rolled up and retracted, because they never had any right to be putting their tentacles out into this country in the first place.  That is affording everyone a precious opportunity to leave that ugly system behind, but beware your own freedom to contract.  

Being released from the presumption of Municipal citizenship (acquired as described above) does not mean that you are free  or sovereign, so long as you are operating as an incorporated Tribal Government and lined up at the trough.  You can't be dependent and independent at the same time. 

We hope that goodwill will prevail and that these conundrums can be sorted out without great harm to many innocent people.  In the meantime, we suggest that Native Americans reclaim their birthright political status as American State Nationals like everyone else, and thereby lock in the Constitutional Guarantees, including the Bill of Rights, that they are heir to and which many of them fought for as members of the U.S. Armed Services. 

You will still be dependent on the sovereignty of this country as a whole, but you will have the freedom guaranteed to all Americans and your natural property rights and assets will be restored.  

Otherwise, as the Roman Municipal Government is forced to withdraw back into its box in Washington, DC., or obliged to vacate our shores entirely, there is a danger that Native Americans will be considered "enemies" of the Territorial Government and "stateless" as well.  

Just sayin' --- this is a situation where we all need to close ranks and stand together as Americans, forget petty differences, and agree to protect each other and enforce the Constitutions.   If the country is lost, all the nations within it are lost.

You Couldn't Make This Up If You Tried -- Notice to Generals 3.0

Please bear in mind that nobody named "Marcos" has any valid claim to any of the assets of The United States of America stored in the Philippines, and neither does anyone named Marcos have any interest in the D'Avila Family Trust Assets on deposit via 153 Accounts in 33 countries, nor in any other American-owned Family, Treaty, or Organizational Trusts.

Full Stop.

Get that message fully, completely, and forever understood.

Ferdinand Marcos was an Attorney for Hire. He and Severino Sta Romana (who operated under sixteen different aliases) were both Agents for The D'Avila Family Trust, Mr. Marcos as an Attorney, and Severino --- for lack of any better terminology, the Bag Man, moving the funds into depositories worldwide. Severino made each of the deposits and Ferdinand Marcos witnessed each deposit.

These are counter-signatory trust deposits, complete with bells, whistles, and secret handshakes.

When Severino, the actual Depositor, died, and the assets on deposit with all these banks were encumbered, the actual heirs of The D'Avila Family Trust sued the estate in Federal Court and won.

Why? Because the actual heirs could easily prove the provenance of the funds --- something that neither the agents nor the banks nor the corrupt governments could do.

So, there you have it. The whole truth and nothing but the truth, and no excuses for any other actions or interpretations or authorities put forward by any other Parties pretending to have any interest in the funds at all.

Marcos was only an attorney for hire and a witness to the deposits being made. That was the sum total of his importance and role. Marcos was never even a Depositor --- only a Witness for the Depositor.

And as for the American assets on deposit "for safekeeping" in the Philippines, those assets were transported offshore by the British Territorial United States Government using the U.S. Navy to do the work. Like the heirs of the D'Avila Family, we know the provenance of the funds because those are our assets.

The gold on deposit in the Philippines belongs to our unincorporated Federation of American States doing business as The United States of America since 1776. It doesn't have anything to do with any other version of "United States of America", though certain Brits would like to pretend otherwise.

The only role Marcos played with respect to our American Government assets on deposit in the Philippines is that he was appointed, as President of the Government of the Philippines, to act as a Trustee over the funds by the British Perpetrators who are also responsible for our assets being in the Philippines in the first place.

Marcos had no personal interest in our assets, either.

Self-interested banks have less than no authority to "vest" any inheritance interest in anyone at all, yet just look at the Bunko being promoted here:

Here we are, dealing with something calling itself the "United Nations Pentagon H - World Military Divine Government"? With a known con man at the end of a forty-year career at its head, claiming to be a Seven Star General?

Let's all just forget The Land of Oz. This is several generations of crazy beyond that.

Please proceed with all reasonable haste to apprehend the criminals responsible and return the assets, including the 1.38 Million Metric Tons of gold released to Chase Manhattan Bank by the Central Bank of the Philippines, and all remaining private, organizational, and treaty trust assets owed to Americans to our lawful American Government and to the States and people to whom these assets belong.

Bankable assets that are not otherwise accounted for are already assigned to The Global Family Bank, Hunter Aki, Director, as set forth in our February 22, 2022 directive.

Participating in Your Own Demise -- "Commercial Remedies"

Yesterday, I described the process by which the Vermin have "latched upon" us by creating a British Person operating under what appears to be our Lawful Name----which is purloined and used instead as the name of a Legal Fiction Person. 

The Perpetrators then  insure that British Person against damage by accepting a Performance Bond from the Pope, and leave the Pope to manage the presumed estate of that incompetent British Subject (named after you) for the British Government.  

Broadly speaking, it's identity theft, pure and simple.  Except for the insurance wrap and the secondary "property management" of the stolen property, it's no different than what any credit card hacker does.  They impersonate you to gain access to your assets and credit. 

And finally, I described for you how the Pope then uses your name (or rather, the British Person's name, which they stole from you)  to create a panoply of Municipal Commercial Corporations which are all named after you and meant to impersonate you.  

In the realm of Magick, they have created "poppets" which they use like voodoo dolls to "represent" you.  They have control of these "juristic persons" ---- that is, corporations, that they have created in your name. 

As should be apparent by now, neither the British Person nor all these Municipal CORPORATIONS, like ALICE B JOHNSON (a public transmitting utility in Puerto Rico, now bankrupt) belong to you.  None of them, technically, have anything to do with you.  

They have no right to your assets or credit.  When foreign courts misaddress you as one of these foreign entities, technically, it has nothing to do with you.  When push comes to shove, they will try to claim that it is just a case of mistaken identities. A coincidence. 

"Why, however, did millions of British Persons just happen to get named after Yanks?"

Getting them to admit that you are an American Principal and the long-lost actual owner of your own Proper Name, which the Brits and then the Pope commandeered and misused --- is the hard part.

They fight that admission tooth and nail, despite the abundant evidence of what they've done, because they have committed horrible crimes against you.   They've stolen your identity, misrepresented your political status, subjected you, trafficked you into foreign jurisdictions of the law, and stolen you blind.  And they have even had guts enough to charge you for this "service".  

They've impersonated Americans for six generations, and committed endless crimes of barratry against us, while pretending to be our Good Friends and Allies.  

They made so much money off doing this to us, that they expanded their operations worldwide and did it to nearly everyone on Earth, singing "Yankee Doodle Dandy" the whole way, and making sanctimonious speeches about "liberty" and "democracy" and  liberally blaming it on "the Americans"---- that is, the same victims they've been porking since 1860.  

Now, it should be completely obvious that we, Americans, don't actually have access to any commercial remedies at all.  

The British Persons named after us belong to the British Government.  

The Municipal PERSONS named after us belong to the Vatican.  

Even though these things are operated in our names and are used to impersonate us and to commit endless barratry against us, they don't belong to us.  

The crime against us is that these things exist at all.   

Imagine my dismay when I recently learned that certain leaders in our State Assemblies are holding meetings and teaching our people "Commercial Remedies" a la Winston Shrout, another patriot friend who came to a bad end.  

We have no commercial remedies.  We, living people, don't operate in commerce.  And we don't own the Municipal CORPORATIONS named after us. 

These same Gurus are also wrong-headedly teaching our people all sorts of other foreign Territorial Remedies meant for the British Persons ---- use of 1099's of various kinds, Treasury Direct and GMEI accounts, etc.

But all these British Subjects operating as British Territorial U.S. Citizens belong to who?  The Queen.  They aren't Americans even if they are named after Americans. 

Neither the British Persons operated in our Names nor their remedies have anything to do with us. 

Key to those teaching and misleading people about this is the idea that there's this "gold birth certificate bond" that Americans can access as a remedy for their damages---but remember that the gold that the Pope puts up is an insurance performance bond issued to the Queen to insure the British Person she operates in our name.  Not us. Again. 

In order to access that Insurance Bond, we would have to adopt the political status of a British Territorial U.S. Citizen --- which means acting as a British Subject, a Ward of the State, an Incompetent, and an Indentured Servant.  

That's not what we join an American State Assembly for.  

If you want to claim British remedies, you need to hike down the street and join a District Assembly instead.  

The American State Assemblies are for Americans, and that is another no-brainer, if you truly know who you are and who you are not.  

An American making claims against a British insurance policy would be viewed as an insurance fraud cheat by both the Pope and the Queen --- and prosecuted accordingly, if caught.   

Stay in your own lane, people.  Reclaim what you are owed.  Leave what belongs to others alone. Learn to effectively demonstrate who you are and what your political status is and enforce the Constitutional Guarantees you are owed. 

The remedy for Americans is for us to act as the Employers of these Run Amoks and put things back on track,  put an end to their evil and self-serving lies, fire their judges and shun their attorneys, and bring forward their deceit, bad faith, and criminality for everyone to see on a worldwide basis.   Let everyone know that this is what they have done to their friends, the people who protected them and fought to save their bacon through two World Wars 

                           

All those Filipinos trying to bilk us and claim our gold and our credit can also be seen for what they have done and failed to do, in the face of the thousands of American lives shed in the defense of the Philippines and the billions of dollars spent on making the Philippines safe.

Grasping the Fraud Worked Against You

Americans can't make claims against British insurance policies.

Is everyone clear on that point?

An American named "James Allen Brown" has no business making a claim against an insurance policy taken out to protect the estate of a Brit who also happens to be named "James Allen Brown".

That is so obvious, so mundane, so apparent-- that nobody has to argue over it, right?

So all the Americans who have been instructed to file claims against "their bond" are advised that that isn't "your bond" ----and also stop dabbling around with a criminal foreign insurance fraud scheme you are only beginning to grasp.

The only thing you can gain by chasing after the Pope's gold bond, is being branded as an insurance cheat or as an accomplice to The Great Fraud. That's why we don't teach you anything about this. This is why you aren't encouraged to learn all about foreign systems of law.

People are too often both greedy and ignorant. Their endless quest for money leads them to the trap and they don't have enough sense to recognize it for what it is.

Many people in the Patriot Movement benefited --- to a point --- from listening to Winston Shrout and what he taught us about the world of commercial law, but he was just as unprepared as everyone else to deal with the actual situation that has developed over the course of 160 years.

This is not a simple snare.

The insurance annuities fraud scheme worked by the British Government and the Vatican involves infringing upon your Given Name and your Family Trademark --- your Surname --- and redefining it as the name of a British Person.

Of course, that British Person is a Subject of the Queen, and is subject to her Territorial Law, relegating "him" to the status of a Ward of the State and an Indentured Servant. By definition, such a British Person is incompetent and unable to handle their own affairs, so the Queen takes possession of him and all his assets.

How convenient, no?

The Vatican then posts a gold bond to insure that this British Person will come to no harm as a result of the Vatican's use of "his" name to create yet another Legal Fiction PERSON --- which can take the form of a Cestui Que Vie Trust, a Public Transmitting Utility, or a Special Purpose Vehicle, or, or, or whatever CORPORATION IDENTITY the Pope's Boyz can dream up and foist off on people.

All these Municipal PERSONS are slaves and they are all deep in debt and they are all guilty and pre-determined criminals. In Evil-Speak, all these phony CORPORATIONS are "derivatives".

Obviously, nobody who is an American and standing as an American, has any right to make a claim against the Pope's insurance bond, right? That insurance bond isn't for you. It's for a British Person who is a Subject of the Queen --- who just happened to steal your name and identity and everything you own.

And even that British Person can't make a claim against the Pope's bond, because he's a Ward of the State. The Queen or one of her Tax Collectors (Bar Members) would have to make the claim, and then, the receipts would all belong to the Queen, not the victim.

If you, the American, should object, the Queen and the Pope will claim that none of this has anything to do with you ----- except that it does, because you are the one caught in the middle, the one being impersonated and misaddressed and losing everything you own because of them and their malicious criminal court system.

It's a criminal court, okay. Just not in the sense that you think of it.

Most of us, Americans, have had our Proper Names seized upon and converted into names for ---first British--- and then later, Municipal Cestui Que Vie Trusts.

Beginning in 2015, Obummer changed the rules because the game was getting too hot to handle. The Cestui Que Vie Trusts have been dissolved and replaced with Public Transmitting Utilities named after us, so some very young people missed out on the Cestui Que Vie Trust Scam.

MARK JOSEPH AMUNDSON = Municipal CESTUI QUE VIE TRUST Mark Joseph Amundson = purported British Territorial Cestui Que Vie Trust and the fact that "Mark Joseph Amundson" is actually the Proper Name of an American Principal isn't supposed to see the light of day.

MARK J AMUNDSON = Municipal PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITY Mark J Amundson = purported British Public Transmitting Utility and the fact that "Mark J Amundson" is actually the "Initialized" Name of an American Principal is never supposed to be admitted.

It's a scheme. A fraud. An impersonation and identity theft ---and ultimately, credit theft --racket. It's a con that got its first run in the aftermath of The Great Fire of London, was promptly followed up with the Bottomry Bonds Scandal of 1702, and got pulled out of the Box of Antique Tricks in the British Attic after WWII to enable the Vermin to feast upon the assets of their Friends and Allies.

They had already pulled a similar Substitution Scheme during the American Civil War, misrepresenting their British Territorial "President" as the American President and unlawfully converting all the honorable American soldiers into foreign mercenaries employed by State-of-State organizations.

They pulled another such Substitution Scheme during World War I. According to them and their public record, every single American who fought in World War I was actually a British Territorial U.S. Citizen. They were all illegitimate bastard children --all abandoned by their destitute mothers on the bogus Civil War battlefield --- which hadn't seen a battle in 70-plus years at the time.

By the time the Second World War rolled around, it was time to go Full Monty, so the Vermin claimed to own all the Americans as slaves --- see the Buck Act of 1940 and the Miller Act, too.

Of course, they couldn't legally or lawfully do this to their Employers, so they created the Legal Fiction British Persons and the phony Municipal CORPORATIONS --- and used these to misaddress and entrap their American victims, instead.

I can just imagine some tweedy little Vermin saying, "Technically, it's legal."

But in this country, it has to be lawful.

Notice the endless cavalcade of fanciful lies to suit any occasion. You're a Brit. No, you're an American. No, you're a slave belonging to the Pope. No, you're a Public Transmitting Utility! No, no, you are a Special Purpose Vehicle ..... No, you're a Genetically Modified Organism..... No, you are a Carbon Dioxide Producer.... as if you were in the Biz of producing Carbon Dioxide.

Time to wake up and shame the Devil. Time, too, for all the sentient people left on Earth to get organized and use the Sword of Truth.

Make it your Mission in Life to educate everyone and expose the Liars at every turn. And don't be misled or get yourselves entrapped by any of their Flim-Flam. We are too close to the end of their story for that.

The Church's Year

Because of the joyous Resurrection of Christ, and the graces flowing to us on account of it, the Church sings at the Introit of the Mass:

INTROIT The earth is full of the mercy of the Lord, alleluia; by the word of the Lord the heavens were established, alleluia, alleluia. Rejoice in the Lord, ye just: praise becometh the upright. (Ps. XXII.) Glory be to the Father, &c.

COLLECT O God, who in the humility of Thy Son hast raised up a fallen world; grant to Thy faithful a perpetual joyfulness; that whereas Thou bast rescued them from the perils of eternal death, Thou mayest bring them to the fruition of everlasting joy. Through &c.

EPISTLE (I Pet II. 21‑25.) Dearly beloved, Christ suffered for us, leaving you an example that you should follow his steps. Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth. Who, when he was reviled, did not revile; when he suffered, he threatened not; but delivered himself to him that judged him unjustly; who his own self bore our sins in his body upon the tree, that we being dead to sins, should live to justice: by whose stripes you were healed. For you were as sheep going astray: but you are now converted to the shepherd and bishop of your souls.

EXPLANATION St. Peter teaches the Christians patience in misery and afflictions, even in unjust persecution, and for this purpose places before them the example of Christ who, though most innocent, suffered most terribly and most patiently. Are we true sheep of the good Shepherd if at the smallest cross, at every word, we become angry and impatient?

ASPIRATION O Lord Jesus! grant me the grace to follow Thee, my good Shepherd, and not to complain and make threats whenever I am reprimanded, reviled or persecuted for justice sake.

GOSPEL (John X. 11-16.) At that time, Jesus said to the Pharisees: I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd giveth his life for his sheep. But the hireling, and he that is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and flieth; and the wolf catcheth and scattereth the sheep: and the hireling flieth, because he is a hireling, and he bath no care for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and I know mine, and mine know me. As the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for my sheep. And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd.

How has Christ proved Himself a good Shepherd?

By sacrificing His life even for His enemies, for those who did not yet love Him, (I John IV. 10; Rom. V. 8.) and could not reward Him. He has besides given Himself to us for our food.

How are we to know if we are among the sheep of Christ, that is, His chosen ones?

If we listen willingly to the voice of the Shepherd in sermons and instructions, in spiritual books and conversations; are obedient to it, and especially give ear and follow the rules of the Church through which the Good Shepherd speaks to us, (Luke X. 16.) "for he," says St. Augustine, “who has not the Church for his mother, will not have God for his father;" if we gladly receive the food of the Good Shepherd, that is, His sacred Body and Blood in holy Communion; if we are patient and meek as a lamb, freely forgiving our enemies; if we love all men from our heart, do good to them, and seek to bring them to Jesus.

Who are the other sheep of Christ?

The Gentiles who were not of the fold of Israel, whom Christ sought to bring by His disciples, and now by their successors; into His fold. To these sheep we also belonged by our ancestors. O how grateful we should be to God, that He has brought us into the fold of His Church, and how diligently should we conduct ourselves as good sheep!

When will there be but one fold and one shepherd?

When, by the prayers of the Church and by her missionaries, all nations shall be converted to the only saving Church, constituting then one Church under one head. Let us pray that this may soon come to pass.

PRAYER O Lord Jesus! Thou Good Shepherd who on the cross didst give Thy life for Thy sheep, grant us, we beseech Thee, by Thy death, the grace to be faithful to Thy voice and teachings like obedient lambs that we may one day be numbered among Thy chosen ones in heaven.

INSTRUCTION ON HOPE
I lay down my life for my sheep. (John X. 15.)

What has Christ obtained for us by His death?

The remission of our sins, the grace to lead a life pleasing to God in this world, and eternal happiness in the next, for which we now firmly hope, with secure confidence may now expect, and most assuredly will obtain, if we do not fail on our part.

In what does eternal happiness consist?

In the beatific vision of God, which includes the most perfect love of Him, by which those who are saved become, as it were, one with Him, possessing in this union everything that they can possibly desire.

What are the necessary means of obtaining eternal happiness?

The grace of God, that is, His continual assistance; the practice of the three divine virtues: Faith, Hope and Charity; the keeping of God's commandments; the frequent use of the holy Sacraments, and constant prayer. These means must be diligently employed, for "God who", as St. Augustine says, created us without us, will not save us without us," that is, without our cooperation.

What may especially enable us to hope for eternal happiness?

The infinite mercy and goodness of God, who from all eternity has loved us more than an earthly mother, and. because of this love did not even spare His only-begotten Son, but gave Him up, for our sake, to the most bitter death. Will He then deny us heaven, He who in giving us His Son, has given us more than heaven itself? The fidelity of God: He has so often promised us eternal happiness, and in so many texts of Scripture so clearly explained that He wishes us to be saved, that He must keep His promise, for He is eternal truth and cannot deceive. (Heb. VI. 18.) He says not yes today, and no tomorrow, there is no change in Him, nor shadow of alteration. (James I, 17.) The omnipotence of God, who can do all that He pleases, whom no one can oppose or prevent from doing what He will; if we have confidence in a rich and honest man who assures us he will assist us in need, how much more should we hope in the goodness, fidelity, and omnipotence of God!

When should we make an act of Hope?

As soon as we come to the use of reason and, are sufficiently instructed concerning this virtue and its motives; in time of trouble or of severe temptation against this virtue; when receiving the holy Sacraments; every morning and evening, and especially at the hour of death.

The same thing is to be observed in regard to acts of Faith and Love.

SAINTS PHILIP and JAMES Apostles (First century) Philip was one of the first chosen disciples of Christ. On the way from Judea to Galilee Our Lord found Philip, and said, "Follow Me." Philip straightway obeyed; and then in his zeal and charity sought to win Nathaniel also, saying, "We have found Him of whom Moses and the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth." And when Nathaniel in wonder asked, "Can any good come out of Nazareth?" Philip simply answered, "Come and see," and brought him to Jesus. Another saying of this Apostle is preserved for us by Saint John. Christ in His last discourse had spoken of His Father; and Philip exclaimed, in the fervor of his thirst for God, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough!" The tradition of the ancients has established that he died a martyr at Hierapolis in Phyrgia. There the remains of a church known to be dedicated to him have been identified, north of the entrance to the great necropolis. His relics were later transported to Rome, to the church of the Holy Apostles. Saint James the Less (the Younger), author of the canonical Epistle, was the son of Alpheus, the brother of Saint Jude and a cousin of Our Lord, whom he is said to have resembled. Saint Paul tells us that he was favored by a special apparition of Christ after the Resurrection. (I Corinthians 15:7) On the dispersion of the Apostles among the nations, Saint James remained as Bishop of Jerusalem, where the Jews held in such high veneration his purity, mortification, and prayer, that they named him the Just. He governed that church for 30 years before his martyrdom. Hegesippus, the earliest of the Church's historians, has handed down many traditions of Saint James's sanctity. Saint James was a celibate Nazarite consecrated to God; he drank no wine and wore no sandals. He prostrated himself so long and so often in prayer that the skin of his knees was hardened like a camel's hoof. It is said that the Jews, out of respect, used to touch the hem of his garment. He was indeed a living proof of his own words, "The wisdom that is from above is first of all chaste, then peaceable, modest, ready to listen, full of mercy and good fruits." (James 3:17) He sat beside Saint Peter and Saint Paul at the Council of Jerusalem. When Saint Paul at a later time escaped the fury of the Jews by appealing to Caesar, the people took vengeance on James, and crying out, "The just one has erred!" stoned him to death. During his martyrdom he prayed for his persecutors in the same words pronounced by Jesus: "Heavenly Father, forgive them, they know not what they do."

Found: $700 Trillion in Stolen Life Force Value Annuities

Yesterday we confirmed that the British Government and particularly, the Government of Westminster, colluded with the Vatican to replay an old insurance annuities fraud scheme in the wake of the Second World War.

We confirmed that Prince Philip received $950 Trillion dollars worth of precisely such "Life Force Value Annuities" from a Municipal CORPORATION in Canada, dba OTTAWA and GOVERNMENT OF OTTAWA and GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA in April 2017, precisely three days before his retirement from public life.

Now we appear to have found $700 Trillion of the stolen loot given to Filipinos, who are, obviously, still being misaddressed as our Trustees, long after the actual Donors have shown up to claim their assets.

A Filipino woman working for the "King of Koran" was given this gob of pre-paid credit and the security codes to it, but neither she nor her king have any actual right to it despite whatever the "World Court" or any U.S. Supreme Court might think they have to say about it.

As we pointed out, both the World Court and the U.S. Supreme Court are institutions charged with administration of Municipal PERSONS and Territorial Persons, none of which has anything to do with the assets of living Americans.

As I pointed out to her, no Filipino can presently claim to be "King" or claim to "own 248 nations", because:

(1) The United States of America owns the Philippines' land mass and without land, there is no national sovereignty available to the Philippines, no basis for any "kingship". We won the Philippines as spoils of war in the Spanish-American War (1898) and $20 million dollars in gold was paid "for us" in support of the Filipino Government, and thousands of American lives have been wasted defending the Philippines ever since.

No other valid successor land treaty has ever been established regarding the land of the Philippines and no repayment for our investment has been received, so all the Islands of the Philippines remain ours and in our possession and there is no room in America for any "king".

(2) Although the "King of Koran" may not have gotten the news, it has been illegal and unlawful to own people, that is, nations, since 1926 --- and we are all apt to have something to say about his presumption of lordship over us, especially as he is standing on ground that we bought and paid for.

There is widespread confusion on all sides but the land jurisdiction must be answered and our land treaties must be respected and both the value of the "Life Force Value Annuities" and the actual gold must be returned to the people it actually belongs to.

We hold the Pope and the British Government and the Government of Westminster totally accountable and the Government of the Philippines secondarily responsible.

All this pre-paid credit resulting from the British-Papist collusion in their worldwide insurance annuities scheme was most likely offered to the Filipinos in exchange for the actual physical gold assets in storage in the Philippines.

If so, this is just another example of the Vermin trying to give someone else's credit "as" payment to Third Parties in exchange for actual assets ---- more fraud and criminality, in other words. Someone else's credit is no "equitable" exchange for the same victim's physical gold assets--- and please note that both the credit and the gold belong to the same people being victimized by these pernicious Middlemen.

We assume that $250 T was held back as the portion owed to the Canadians, the $700 T was handed off to the Filipinos as "hot" goods owed to the Americans under the presumption that the Filipinos are our Trustees in the matter.

The actual "presumed" Donors of all these phony trusts and estates are here and the Filipinos are on Notice to yield back our assets with no further ado.

That includes the $700 T in Life Force Value Annuities and all our gold stored in the Philippines where the British placed it "for safekeeping".

We wish for everyone worldwide to take note of the following:

(1) The presumed upon American Donors of these trusts are not lost, dead, or incompetent; we are present and claiming return of our assets and credit;

(2) The Government of the Philippines is not a disinterested Trustee and must stand down; the money and blood used to buy the land of the Philippine Islands in the Spanish-American War and ever afterward, belongs to us, not the British Interlopers;

(3) Ferdinand Marcos was acting as our Presumed Trustee; none of our assets are any part of his estate and must be set aside if mistakenly encumbered;

(4) The Heirs of the D'Avila Trust, the Santiago Trust, the V.K. Durham Trust, the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty Trust and many other so-called "Historic" or "Legacy Trusts" are Americans who are owed the return of their assets and investments made in their names;

(5) Hundreds of millions of people, Americans, Canadians, Australians, the countries of occupied Europe and Japan, have all been victimized by this insurance annuities scam and much else that has been perpetuated by Papist and British-affiliated Executors de Son Tort acting under color of law and conditions of deceit;

(6) These practices have been deliberate and criminal in nature, and based upon contrived presumptions of "perpetual war" ascribed to illegal mercenary conflicts engendered by the same British Territorial and Municipal Actors;

(7) Both the gold and the credit derived from it belongs to the people of each country and must be returned to them and to their lawful governments without obfuscation or delay.

The King of Koran is just another figment of desperate imagination, a convenient Fall Guy known to be a nice man, obliging enough to receive $700 T in purloined "insurance annuities" belonging to other people -- from the Perpetrators of this scheme.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff and their counterparts in NATO are under Notice and Demand. These crimes have occurred under your watch and require immediate correction. Your duty is to return the American assets to the Americans and assist in sorting this Mess out.

The assets, both gold and credit, need to be returned directly to us. We have Fiduciary Deputies in lieu of Trustees and no interest in Do-It-Yourself fulfillment of Bible Prophecies. We count on the True God to fulfill his own Prophets and leave all the Wannabes in the dust.

About Richard Warren and His Teachings --- Plus, Filipino Accountability

I have repeatedly warned Richard and everyone listening to him that what he is teaching is not about our American Government.  It is information about the British Territorial and Papist Municipal Governments.  Therefore, anyone listening to him and mistaking this for having anything to do with our American Government is making a grave mistake.  

It is one thing to learn about their foreign practices and rules and presumptions so as to know what they are doing and why, it is another thing to participate in these sins and errors, and it is especially NOT RECOMMENDED (emphasis added) for anyone to "access" the value of the Birth Certificate Bond or otherwise mess around in these foreign jurisdictions.  

Any such "access" to the Pope's Birth Certificate Bond is an insurance claim posed by a British Territorial U.S. Citizen seeking damages related to harm to their estate. 

Are you a British Territorial U.S. Citizen and a Subject of the Queen?  If so, what are you doing in an American State Assembly?   If you admit to that status, you also inherit all the debts and obligations of it.  

Our Assemblies are for Americans who wish to function as Americans and who claim the blessings of their own birthright.  They are not for British Territorial U.S. Citizens trying to get their due out of a venal foreign insurance scam.  

The reason that we require everyone to declare their birthright status as Americans before joining a State Assembly is precisely because we are drawing a line between ourselves and our British and Papist Employees.  

When you go off the trolley and start acting as British Territorial U.S. Citizens in order to get some benefit out of the Pope's insurance bond, you are getting ensnared into their system again and forsaking your birthright for the sake of some porridge. 

You are undermining the credibility of your declarations and other paperwork, and opening yourself up to being an accomplice to these international crimes of baby-snatching, kidnapping, peonage, enslavement, conspiracy against the Constitutions, inland piracy, and more.  

This is why I don't teach people to "go onto the GMEI" or establish any accounts in that system whatsoever.  Those accounts are for British Territorial U.S. Citizens.   Not Americans.  

There will be restitution for Americans, but it will come at a much larger scale.

So far, we've tracked down where at least $700 Trillion of the $950 Trillion in ill-gotten gains purloined by Prince Philip were lodged after 2017.

Letter to H.E. Cardinal Dominique Mamberti

How can you get up every morning and look in a mirror, now knowing what you know about the dishonest workings of the Church in collusion with the criminal British Government?  

It's a mystery to me.  

Having placed a venal man above you to rule as your king in the place of the One who should rule your heart, you continue in these gross errors on the basis of his presumed authority?  

That he should prey upon babies in their cradles, and you should prey upon them in his name, and so abuse the innocent and siphon away the value of their estates and their energy and their talents for your own unjust enrichment?  

And use the comparatively puny amounts of money you put into charity as a salve for your consciences?  For shame, Cardinal Mamberti.  Will you be an Apologist for the promotion of perpetual war for profit?   Really?  

We have come a long road together, you and I.   I have been a faithful correspondent, gathering the proof and bringing it to the High Courts, including the Vatican Chancery Court, for resolution. 

Still, there is no judgement in favor of the weary and the victims of these crimes of the churches and the governments that have been run and established under the auspices of the church, no declaration of peace and no good faith effort to end these abuses. 

I don't want to hear more talk.  I want to see more action.  

I wish to see an end to the following transgressions: 

(1) the use of Cestui Que Vie Trusts, Public Transmitting Utilities, and similar "Special Purpose Vehicles" as a means to rob the living to pay the debts of the dead; 

(2) an end to the misrepresentation of the causes of climate change so as to bilk money out of people while never addressing the actual causes of climate change at all; 

and (3) misuse of the United Nations, Incorporated, and especially WHO, Inc. as a means to subvert political power and promote disease for profit.  

Enough is enough.  If you don't want the entire population of the Earth set against you and against your Church for these crimes and schemes, then you must take action to correct course and do so immediately.
