Jim's Birthday Month

So many of you called yesterday and sent birthday cards (and even gifts) for Jim's "Big 80" --- it was "really something" ---- and we were very touched that so many remembered and took the time to send him some love. It has certainly been needed the last few months, with long hours for everyone here and regrettably, days spent apart as our duties make our paths diverge and often go in different directions to get the work done.

Apart from all the well-wishers and family members on hand, it was a lot less fun and family-oriented than the day we had planned for ourselves. Other things intervened.

What started out as a "simple errand" turned into a many-hours long marathon and I was away from home (and in a sleet storm) until well after dark. The party went on without me, but....

Not the day we wanted by a long shot, so..... let me tell you all what we do when a Birthday goes south.

It's a family tradition that started thirty years ago. And it began with a run away dog.

I got up on a beautiful bright June morning and thought it was another gorgeous day to have a birthday --- one of many such days I have been blessed with, as my birthday comes in early June when the weather is typically beyond compare in the Northern Hemisphere. Then I noticed that my dog wasn't in his usual place beside the bed, waiting for the "Food Goddess" to do her morning routine with The Dish.

Brett, our Brittany Spaniel, had nosed his way out of the house and gone to play with the neighbor's Black Lab, Sally. Then, according to the neighbor, he went running off down the street following a boy on a bicycle. My heart was in my throat.

I called out to Jim from the neighbor's patio, already at a jog-trot, and we both started searching on foot --- me, in a blue bathrobe and fuzzy slippers--- looking down every byway and alley for three blocks around. No luck. Not a hair, not a whisker, not a glimpse of the familiar flaming orange and white hide and gleeful brown eyes.

Jim got in his pick up and started slowly cruising the surrounding neighborhoods, making wider and wider circles and I went home to get dressed and resume the search on foot. I have no idea how many miles we each traveled that day, but by five o'clock I was foot-sore and sweaty and exhausted and turned homeward with that lump in my throat just getting bigger.

Brett was a clown and a philosopher, always ready to play or to listen, always cocking his head and looking at me expectantly, always dogging my footsteps, laying under my desk with his nose on my toe so that I couldn't get up and go anywhere without him noticing. He was also my constant protector, placing himself between me and any other dogs, the mailman, stray cats, bats, bullfrogs and any other threats.

It was a lousy birthday. The food we'd prepared stayed in the refrigerator uncooked. I had no appetite anyway. Not knowing the fate of a family member leaves a gnawing misery in the pit of your stomach. I trudged slowly homeward and finally rounded the turn and up our driveway. A friend of mine, Mia Rivera, had come by and left an ice cold bottle of Louis Roederer champagne on the doorstep.

An hour later, Jim found me in bed, propped up, scrunched up, a champagne glass in my hand and tears on my face. He came in with his face all red from sunburn and a certain dog tagging along on a shoestring. Brett looked tired as his Dog Mom and Jim had a look of triumph I can still see to this day.

"I found the dog, " he rushed, "He was playing with some kids in the park and stayed to have lunch with a family, but when nobody came to claim him, they took him to the dog pound.....honey, I had to write a bad check to get him out.... it was $106....." he stopped and looked rather crestfallen. "And I didn't get a chance to bring your birthday present so, all I've got for you is the dog."

"The dog!" I burst out. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. That orange and white buffoon that ruined my birthday? That package of fur that slumped down on the rug beside the bed with a sigh and looked at me hopefully --- time for dinner?

"Oh, no, no, no, no!" I blustered. "I am declaring a Birthday Week! This day was horrendous! I want a rewind! And if it doesn't get any better, I am declaring a Birthday Month!"

Jim gave me a wry little smile. He sat down on the edge of the bed, gathered me into his arms and gave me a big hug, whispering, "All I had with me was a check on the old closed bank account....we'll have to hot foot down to the bank and clear that up...."

Seeing that a love fest was underway, Brett shoved to all fours and nuzzled in for his share.

And, so it was, that just about six months later, on October 8th, when we were flat broke once again, Jim got Brett back as his birthday present. We continued to share ownership of the dog, six months on and six months off from then on, and he remained our birthday present to each other for the rest of his life.

He got used to wearing a bow on his head, like a birthday babushska, twice a year.

I often complained that I got the bad end of the deal, because the summer and fall is the time that a dog in Alaska gets into trouble, rolls himself in dead salmon carcasses or bear scat, steals beef briskets off the neighbor's barbecue, and similar misadventures.

"Things are always so much calmer....and less smelly in the winter....."

"Yeah," Jim would agree, "but you didn't have to write a rubber check."

"No," I'd mutter. "I just had to go pay the $106 in cash the next day...."

So that's how the tradition of "Birthday Weeks" and "Birthday Months" got established. Whenever anyone has a really bad unsatisfactory birthday, we just open up the calendar and go for it anyway.

And that is what we are doing with Jim's birthday this year. I may have gotten snaggled up in doing work that reared its ugly head on his special day, but we will make it up, God-willing. And please know that all your good wishes cheered him on and kept him entertained while he was waiting for me, like the dog, to come home.

Earth to Rod Class and "the Generals"

Rod, you know we love you. You are one of the Good Guys and you have the wounds to prove it.

So we are on your side of the issues.

But, that said, you have never understood jurisdiction and that has cost you and everyone following you -- all those good people --- who have been endangered needlessly.

Remember when you and I talked about you taking deer rifles into Washington, DC?

I told you that you couldn't exercise your Constitutional Guarantees in the District of Columbia or the Municipality of Washington, DC because those are both foreign jurisdictions?

I told you that you couldn't stand upon the Constitutions in those enclaves, because they function under their own foreign law? And within their borders, their foreign law stands?

You ignored me. You went to DC with your deer rifles. You got arrested. You were tried in one of their courts as a "Federal Citizen" and.... you were convicted and punished.

That was predictable and I predicted it and I told you and you ignored me and you suffered the consequences.

Now, all these people you trained as "Private Attorney Generals" are being thrown in jail and just left sitting there for months in limbo.

Our guys have had to rescue four (4) of them so far.

Get a clue, Rod, please. Your refusal to recognize the fact that Federal codes, regulations, ordinances and statutes don't apply to us, average Americans, is a mystery. If you won't believe me, see the U.S. Supreme Court case Rodriguez v. Ray Donovan and DOL. There it is in black and white from the Supreme Court Justices ----- none of that applies to the General Public.

The Federal Code does not apply to the General Public---- until and unless we go to work for the Federales, or stray onto actual Federal property (like you did when you went to DC), or we engage in federally regulated activities, such as the interstate transport, manufacture, or sale of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms, or go out on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.

Recently, October 1, 2020, the amount of land in this country being managed by the Territorial Government took a drastic decline. This is because the actual declared and recorded American State Citizens living in and populating the land and soil of the original States of the Union and in those States that were enrolled prior to the Civil War, voted to enroll all the Western States that were formed as Territorial States under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance.

This established the American Public Law in all of these States of the Union, retroactive to the date of their acceptance as Territorial States. It also removes all presumption of Territorial Custodianship.

The States have continued to address housekeeping issues, and issued the International Peace Treaty and the appropriate Proclamation officially ending the Civil War and putting an end to any Legal Presumption of continuing hostilities on our shores.

But I digress, the real point of this correspondence is to point out that both "Private Attorney General" and Federal Bounty Hunters and the provisions for their offices, are all tied to the Territorial Government and to these False Presumptions of continuing Civil War and a custodial role for the Territorial Government over American State assets---- none of which can be continued.

Without a "war" there are no "Private Attorney Generals" and there is no need for Federal Bounty Hunters to chase down rebels and prosecute them for war reparations.

All Americans who want their Constitutional Guarantees honored need to come home, declare their birthright political status, join their State Assembly, and learn how to enforce the Public Law of this country. This is a Public Duty that all Americans share.

Nobody can complain or object or interfere in the performance of our Public Duty. Our State Citizens are completely empowered to conduct lawful Citizen's Arrests in all States of the Union, which thanks to the actions described above, now applies throughout the fifty States.

Please redirect your training efforts to peacetime service, and to the proper recognition that what we are facing is a proliferation of criminality in specific jurisdictions of the law, not some kind of political or mercenary conflict.

Please also advise the Generals that are supporting your efforts that it is inappropriate to continue to act under color of law and under presumptions of war in the face of a lawful Peace Treaty established by the only entities with the standing and authority to declare the Peace -- the States themselves. All other parties to the American Civil War are Employees required to stand down for lack of standing.

Rod, we love you, but we are sick of playing catch up, rescuing people that took your advice, and tired of hearing you bad-mouthed in the press for no good reason.

Just realize that Federal Code does not apply to Americans except in "strictly limited" circumstances, which we have cause to know, that the Civil War has been ended by the States, and that the Western States are at last complete and enrolled as States of the Union.

The world has changed for the better.

We have no more need for Private Attorney Generals, Lieutenant Generals, Inspector Generals, and similar offices, and in fact, most of these people will simply get themselves into trouble going forward if they continue to act under the presumptions of war.

Urgent and Much-Needed Explanation for My German Friends

As we are busy unravelling our own twisted history, we are trying our best to help other people around the world unravel and better understand their own twisted history.

The root of the evil all leads back to the "Holy Roman Empire" and to the wordsmiths employed by the Pope to promote it and fund it --- attorneys, whose life work seems to be promotion of confusion, deceit, and criminality.

Members of the Voltaire Society have long labored to expose these evils, which go hand in hand like the personage and barratry by which they prosper.

Now,today, one of my German-Austrian Facebook Friends turned up this gem, which is the most succinct and explicit explanation of what went on in Germany during the same time period when we were suffering the aftermath of the American Civil War ---- and how Bismark pulled the same kind of substitution-deceit on the German People as Queen Victoria and Disraeli pulled on the Brits, and which Lincoln pulled on the Americans.

This is a brilliant and brief explanation of how "the Reich" insinuated itself as a sea-going jurisdiction government and supplanted the actual government of Germany.

It's the German variation of what happened in England and America at roughly the same time, and it proves beyond a doubt that Wilhelm I and thereby also Wilhelm II were not Kings of Prussia, and were not legitimate Emperors, either.

This reduces World War I and World War II to just more filthy, private, mercenary squabbles between evil members of evil families, all seeking to profit themselves from the death and misery of others, and from fraud committed against the General Public.

This is, unfortunately for my English readers, presented in German --- but it is straightforward and easy to translate. I urge you all to take a few minutes to copy down the text and translate to English. I would welcome a competent translation to post. (My German is sufficient to let me read this and get the gist of it, but I would not be able to claim an exact translation.)

To All Members of the U.S. Military: There Is No Vaccine Mandate

There is no mandate. It was just a press release that got blown out of proportion by the Press, which needs to be shut down and placed under new management.

There is no Executive Order by the "President" of the U.S. Inc mandating shots or anything else of that nature, and please let us dwell on the point that nobody authorized Lincoln to start issuing "Executive Orders" in the first place.

The practice of issuing Executive Orders was created out of thin air by Abraham Lincoln --- just something he thought up all by himself and it has no authorization backing it as any legitimate Public Order.

In fact, when it comes to the effect of all such "Orders" on the General Public, take Rodriguez v. Ray Donovan and DOL and shove it down your throats, backwards. What part of rules, ordinances, codes, regulations, and statutes don't apply to the General Public don't you understand?

Even if there were a mandate, mandates are not laws. Mandates are private agency agreements that have to do with delegated powers ---- nothing at all to do with the American Public and nothing to do with Public Law.

You all know the Public Law that applies to you, whether you are part of the Municipal Military or the Territorial Military. The Municipal Military is obligated to The Constitution of the United States and the Territorial Military is obligated to The Constitution of the United States of America.

Read it.

And also be aware that any American serving in either Armed Force who objects to taking any kind of shot or medical protocol of any kind is exempt from taking it. Period. End of sentence. End of thought. End of discussion.

If you want to be held 100% personally and commercially liable for any harm that comes from "The Jab"-- just be aware that you will be held 100% personally and commercially liable for coercing any American to take any medical procedure that harms them.

You will also be subject to court martial, and subject to the USCMJ for acts against the welfare and lacking due diligence.

If anyone coerces or bullies or threatens you because you refuse their "vaccine", you go immediately to the JAG and you report that person.

If anyone pretends that there is any kind of "mandate" you ask them to prove that a mandate is law applicable to you.

If anyone gives you any guff at all for refusing to be a medical guinea pig, threatens you with Dishonorable Discharge for doing so, or any other such nonsense, you tell them that you are an American born and bred and that your military employment contract does not supersede the Constitutions--- that is, private "law" does not supersede Public Law, which guarantees your Natural and Unalienable Rights.

Gladys and I came down with the second bioweapon they are calling covid and it's no fun at all; We need everyone's support right now. We are getting good care  with a local medical team using oxygen therapy and a special formula they have put together for use 3 times a day using a nebulizer,  and it's helping to erase the pain and getting our oxygen where it's supposed to be. They come to our home twice a day and bring the supplies and have us on a regimen.  Up to today I have not been able to even sit at the computers without losing my oxy levels.

Please be patient with us. Maybe we can get over this in a week or so and get back to our normal schedule.

Be sure to take aspirin or other natural blood thinners in small, steady amounts to counteract the coagulation effects. 

I am so sorry to hear this, Paul, but glad you are at least get sane treatment.  Some are not so lucky. 

You are, as always, doing what you can do, and that always has to be "enough"!

COLLECT Almighty and merciful God, graciously keep us from all things that are hurtful; that we, being set free both in mind and body, may with ready minds accomplish whatever is Thine. Thro'.

EPISTLE (Ephes. IV. 23-28.) Brethren, Be re­newed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who according to God is created in justice and holiness of truth. Wherefore, putting, away lying, speak ye the truth every man with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. Be angry, and sin not. Let not the sun go clown upon your anger. Give not place to the devil. He that stole, let him now steal no more; but rather let him labor, work­ing with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have something to give to him that suffereth need.

EXPLANATION  St. Paul admonishes the Ephesians to lay aside the- old man, like a worn out garment, and put on the new man, that is, to renew their internal and external life. This renewal according to his teaching takes place, when we by a true repentance put away our vices, shun all lies, anger, injustice, &c., and adorn our soul with virtues, and zealously seek after Christian justice and perfection. We have, perhaps, already sought to change our manner of living, for which a jubilee or some other particular solemnity of the Church gave us occasion, and at that time, perhaps, purified our soul by a general confession, making the firm resolution to live for God, and work out our salvation, we appeared converted, and to have become other men: but how long did this conversion last? Ah, how soon did we fall back into the old, sinful ways. And why? Because we lived in too great, deceitful security. We thought everything accomplished by the general confession; we were satisfied, and omitted to employ the means of remaining in the state of grace. We did not thank God for the grace of conversion; we did not ask Him for the grace of perseverance; we frequented evil company, and did not avoid dangerous occasions; we indulged in idleness and pleasures as before. How can it appear strange, if such a conversion is fruitless? Ah, we should remain in wholesome fear even after the remission of our sins. (Ecclus. V. 5.) Even if we could say that we have done everything, nevertheless we cannot be certain, whether we be worthy of hatred or love. (Ecclus. IX. 1.) We should, therefore, work out our salvation according to the advice of St. Paul (Philipp. II. 12.) in fear and trembling, and thus not fall into the old life of sin, losing the hope of a new conversion.

GOSPEL (Matt. XXII. 1-14.) At that time, Jesus spoke to the chief priests and the Pharisees in parables, saying: The kingdom of heaven is likened to a king, who made a marriage for his son. And he sent his servants, to call them that were invited to the marriage, and they would not come. Again he sent other servants, saying: Tell them that were invited, Behold I have prepared my dinner; my beeves and fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come ye to the marriage. But they neglected: and went their, ways, one to his farm, and another to his mer­chandise: and the rest laid hands on his servants, and having treated them contumeliously, put them to death. But when the king had heard, of it; he was angry: and sending his armies, he destroyed those murderers, and burnt their city. Then he saith to his servants: The marriage indeed is ready; but they, that were invited were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as you shall find, call to the marriage. And his servants going forth into the ways, gathered together, all that they found, both bad and good; and the marriage was filled with guests. And the king went in to fee the guests; and he saw there a man who had not on a wedding garment: and he saith to him: Friend, how camest thou in hither, not having on a wedding garment? But he was silent. Then the king said to the waiters: Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the exterior darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen.

REMARK This parable agrees in many respects with that for the second  Sunday after Pentecost, and has the same meaning. See, therefore, the explanation of that gospel, as also of the feast of SR Catherine, to which Maybe added the following:

EXPLANATION In this parable the king is our Heavenly Father who has espoused His only-begotten Son to the Church, and on this occasion prepares the most sumptuous marriage-feast by giving the evangelical doctrine, the holy Sacraments, and the heavenly joys. The servants sent to invite the guests are the prophets, apostles and disciples of Christ. Those invited are the Jews who despised the honor and grace of the divine King, destined for them, abused and killed His servants, and were, therefore, cast aside and with their city Jerusalem, destroyed by the armies of their enemies, as a just punishment; in their stead the heathens and all those nations were called, who were on the broad road to destruction, and who now occupy the places of the unfortunate Jews at the marriage feast of the Church, and shall also occupy them in heaven. In the Jews to whom Christ addressed this parable, is verified that many of them, nay, all are called, but few chosen, because they would not heed the invitation.

APPLICATION We have the honor not only to be invited to this marriage-feast, but are in reality guests at it, because we are members of the Church of Christ by faith. "But the Christian," says St. Gregory, "who is a member of the Church by faith, but has not charity, is like to a man who comes to the marriage-feast without the wedding garment." With this garment which is charity, Christ was vested, when He came to celebrate the nuptials with His spouse, the Church, and by the bond of charity the Son of God also unites Himself with His elect. He clearly lets us know that charity is the wedding garment which should vest us. Those, therefore, who believe and are in the communion of the Church, but who do not preserve the grace of charity, are indeed in the wedding-chamber, but they are not adorned with the wedding garment. They are dead members of the Church, and shall not be admitted without this garment into the celestial marriage-feast in the triumphant Church, but rather be cast like that unfor­tunate guest into exterior darkness. This guest was silent, when asked by the king, why he had not .the wedding gar­ment. By this we see, that no one can excuse himself to God for not having charity, because every one can have it, if he asks it from God, and, as St. Augustine says, our heart is the workshop of charity, and every one who has a heart can practice it.

PRAYER I thank Thee, O Jesus, that Thou didst call me to the marriage-feast in Thy Church; give me the wedding garment of charity that I may be present at the celestial marriage-feat, and not be cast into exterior darkness.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING HELL

Cast him into the exterior darkness. (Matt, XXII. 13.)

What is hell?

Hell is that place where the damned must suffer eternal punishment.

Is there a hell?

Yes; reason, holy Scripture and the Church teach us that there is a hell. Reason tells us that there is a just God who will punish sin. It is evident that all sins are not punished in this world; there must, therefore, be a place, where every mortal sin, not atoned for by sorrow and penance, will be punished, and this place is - hell. All nations from the beginning of the world, even those who had not the light of revelation, believed this.

But clearer still is the existence of hell shown by holy Scripture: The pious Job, (X. 22.) speaks of a region of misery and darkness, where the shadows of death and no order, but where eternal terror dwells. The Prophet Isaias (XXX. 33.) says that hell is deep and wide, and that the fire burning in it, is like a stream of sulphur, ignited by the breath of the Lord. Our Saviour expressly says that those who have done evil, shall go to everlasting torment, (Matt.  XXV. 46.) that they shall be tortured by everlasting fire. (Matt. XXV. 41.) He makes mention of hell, and says that an inextinguishable fire burns there, and a worm which never dies, plagues the wicked. (Mark IX. 42. 43; Matt. X. 28.) All the Fathers of the Church teach and testify to the same doctrine. St. Augustine, among many others, says: "The infinite wisdom of God tells us that there is a hell, and the illimitable power of God it is that punishes the dam­ned in a wonderful, but real manner."

Wherein do the pains of hell consist?

Sacred Scripture and the Church teach concerning the pains, of the reprobate in hell, that the damned burn there in an inextinguishable fire. (Mark IX. 45.) The holy doctors of the Church say, that this fire is never extinguished, and its smoke ascends or rises from century to century, “I see this fire," says St. Gregory, "as if it were gifted with reason; it make a distinction between the guilty, and tortures the damned according to the nature of their sins." This fire burns, but never consumes its victims; it commu­nicates, as Cassiodorus says, immortality to the reprobate and lets them suffer pain, which preserves them, like salt which penetrates the flesh and keeps it from corruption, as Jesus says: Every one shall be salted with fire. (Mark IX. q.8.) This fire does not shine, it leaves the reprobate in darkness, (Matt. VIII. 12.) and with this fire a never dying worm continually torments the damned. This worm is not only a bad conscience, say the holy Fathers, but particu­larly the privation of the Beatific Vision. Eternally will the thought torment the damned: I have lost God, the only true and highest Good, I have lost Him through my fault, I have lost Him for a brief pleasure, I have lost Him forever. In hell eternity devours all time; and if after millions and millions of years a damned soul wailingly asks his companion in misery: What time is it? he receives the answer: Eternity.

Who would not fear hell, and avoid sin which incurs eternal punishment, when he reflects upon this! Arid yet there are many, , upon whom the truth of the existence of a hell makes no impression, who even deny that there is such a place, and who say: God is love, He can have no pleasure in the torments of His creatures, He cannot eter­nally punish a sin which was committed in so short a time as is the life of man." But those who speak thus, forget that God is just, that His love and mercy are indeed always ready to forgive the contrite and penitent, but that His justice must also be satisfied, when the sinner continually rejects the merciful love of God; they forget, that every grievous sin which man commits voluntarily and knowingly is an infinite, eternal insult, offered to God, which can only be atoned for by an eternal punishment. For the perverted and malicious will of a man, who dies in mortal sin, remains perverted and malicious forever, therefore he must also be punished eternally.

O my dear Christian, do not listen to such deceivers; for just on account of their sinful life, they fear hell and therefore they endeavor to free themselves from this fear by denying the existence of hell; but they cannot succeed; for Jesus, the Truth, has told us that there is a hell, and His word remains for all eternity. Endeavor rather by a pious life to escape hell, descend there in spirit frequently according to the advice of a saint, contemplate the torments of the damned, and let this reflection urge you to imitate Christ, who has promised the joys of heaven to all His faithful followers.

CONSOLING DOCTRINE ON THE JOYS OF HEAVEN

The kingdom of heaven is likened to a king, who made a marriage for his son. (Matt. XXII. 2.)

Heaven is compared by Christ to a marriage-feast because we will there enjoy all imaginable pleasures in the most perfect union with God. In what these joys consist, fit. Paul could not describe, although he was wrapt into the third heaven and tasted these pleasures; he only said: Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him. (I Cor. II. 9.) Holy Writ, indeed, gives us many descriptions of the celestial joys, by comparing heaven to a paradise of bliss, sometimes to a precious pearl, or a treasure which neither rust nor moth consumes, nor thieves steal; again it represents heaven under the picture of a kingdom, a throne, a crown, whereby we are raised to the highest honor; at another time to the picture of a city which is built of gold, precious stones and pearls, lighted by the splendor of God, filled with magnificence and glory, and where the inhabitants enjoy undisturbed peace and security. These are only images or similitudes, which are taken from the most beautiful, most precious, and magnificent things of the earth, to teach us that heaven is as beautiful and pleasant a place, as we can wish and represent to ourselves, and that all possible beauty, agreeableness and joy may be found there in the highest and most perfect manner, free from evil, anxiety, disgust and fear of losing them.. In heaven we will possess God Himself, the source of all joy and bliss, and will enjoy His own happiness for all eternity. More is riot needed to give us the highest conception of heaven.

Who would not willingly despise the vain, short and im­perfect pleasures of this earth, whilst contemplating this indescribable bliss? Who would not willingly bear all the misfortunes. and misery of this world, when considering that the more .miserable we have been in this life the happier will we be hereafter. What would it avail us to have enjoyed all the pleasures of this world, if deprived of the pleasures of heaven, in, eternity!

ASPIRATION How lovely are Thy tabernacles, O Lord, of hosts! my soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh have rejoiced in the living God. (Ps. LXXXIII. 2-3.) How do I loathe the world, when I contemplate heaven.

An Ice Water Cocktail to Wake You Up

Here's just a grab bag to get your little grey cells working:

Abraham Lincoln wasn't an American President. He was a British Territorial "President" of a British Crown Corporation under contract to provide us with stipulated "essential government services". He knowingly and deceitfully substituted this "presidency" for our Public Office, using a simple confusion of similar names to fool the American Public.

Abraham Lincoln was President of "the" United States of America (Incorporated). He was never President of The United States of America (Unincorporated).

Whatever else he may have been, Honest Abe wasn't honest.

Lincoln also began the nefarious practice of issuing Executive Orders and using these to commandeer the operations of government and bypass the system of Checks and Balances that our Forefathers established.

Meantime, the Congress also began operating as a foreign crime syndicate. Bought off by British and Papal Payola, they employed a similar deceit to substitute their public offices for private corporation offices.

In 1990-91, this foreign "Congress" still misrepresenting itself as the actual Congress that this country is owed, passed legislation to change the Judicial Oath, so that Judges are no longer required to make their judgements agreeable to the Constitutions.

These "judges" are instead made answerable to Congress, so that there is no longer any such thing as an independent judiciary in this country. And in actual practice, there are no longer three branches of government. Just two. The Executive Branch operating under Executive Orders which were never Kosher to begin with, and the Congressional-Judicial Branch, which was never authorized by the people of this country, either.

All of this has been done under conditions of self-interested fraud. These are known crimes of fraud, executed with intent, and enforced under color of law. And nobody is arresting the vermin responsible.

The Military is obligated to come in and straighten this situation out, but the Military is complicit. They have been taking their orders from the wrong President since 1860. They have continued to take their orders from the wrong governments for decades in the purported "absence" of the American Government. All without bothering to notify their actual Employers.

How's that for a Sin by Omission?

Now that the American Government has been called back into Session, they continue in their errors and mistakes. Some continue to mistake the "civil" government for the "civilian" government. Some mistake the Federal Republic for the Federation, and vice versa. And nobody will listen to anybody else.

A deplorable stench of both ignorance and self-interest permeates the atmosphere, as people who owe this country far more than lip-service dive for cover and mill around like steers in a feedlot.

And while this goes on, the enemies of all Mankind are recklessly plowing onward with insurance fraud schemes, counterfeiting fraud schemes, and prior indebtedness schemes.

How many times have you, Joe Average American, heard this drivel about "indebting future generations" with debts being piled up by the foreign, fraudulent "Congress" purportedly acting "in our names"?

Do you all need ten sticks of dynamite lit under your tails?

It's not legally nor is it lawfully possible to indebt future generations. If it were, you would be able to indebt me, and I would be able to indebt you, simply by saying, "Yep, Joe Biden owes me fifty million dollars." No proof necessary. Not even any need to name a specific Joe Biden.

That's all nothing but more fraud, more horse manure, and more crime.

It needs to be stopped and it needs to be stopped now.

While we wait for the US Military to wake up and figure out who their Employers actually are, and to, hopefully, protect the people they are supposed to protect, we have to move forward quickly to take charge of this situation ourselves.
