Instruction on the Fourteenth Sunday After Pentecost

The Church's Year

At the Introit of the Mass excite in your heart an ardent desire for heaven, with these words:

INTROIT Behold, O God, our protector, and look on the face of thy Christ:, for better is one day, in thy courts above thousands. How lovely are thy taber­nacles, O Lord of hosts! My soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. (Ps. LXXXIII.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT Keep, We beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy Church with Thy perpetual favor; and because without Thee the weakness of man is ready to fall, may it be withheld by Thy aid from all things hurtful, and devoted to all things profitable to salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Gal. V. 16-24.) Brethren, Walk in the spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh: for the flesh lusteth against ,the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh: for these are contrary one to another: so that you do not the things that you would. But if you are led by the spirit, you are not under the law.. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are, fornication, uncleanness, immodesty, luxury, idolatry, witchcrafts, enmities, contentions, emulations, wraths, quarrels, dissensions, sects, envies, murders, drunken­ness, revellings, and such like: of the which I foretell to you, as I have foretold to you, that they who do such things shall not obtain the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, peace, patience, benignity, goodness, longanimity, mild­ness, faith, modesty, continency, chastity. Against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified their flesh with the vices and concupiscences.

What is it to walk in the spirit?

It is to obey the inspirations of the Holy Ghost always, and in all things. He who does this, says St. Paul, will not do the evil works of the flesh, which are here enumerated, but he will rather suppress and mortify all sensual desires, in this manner crucify his flesh together with its vices and lusts, and make himself worthy of the fruits of the Holy Ghost, which are also mentioned; he will belong to Christ, and secure for himself eternal happiness. On the contrary, he who lives according to the flesh, that is, gives way to the desires of the flesh, has no hope of salvation.

Is it not strange, that all Christians wish to belong to Christ and become heirs of His kingdom, but are unwilling to crucify the flesh and its lusts, though Christ says to all; If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Matt XVI. 24.)

ASPIRATION Intercede for me, O St. Paul, that God may give me grace to crucify my flesh with its lusts, that I may have part with thee in Christ:

GOSPEL (Matt. VI. 24-33.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will sustain the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon. Therefore I say to you, be not solicitous for your life, what you shall eat, nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than the meat, and the body more than the raiment? Behold the birds of the air; for they neither sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not you of much more value than they? And which of you, by taking thought, can add to his stature one cubit? And for raiment, why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they labor not, neither do they spin; but I say to you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. Now, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which is to-day, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more you, O ye of little faith? Be not solicitous, therefore, saying: What shall we eat, or what shall we drink, or wherewith shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the heathens seek. For your Father knoweth that you have need of all these things. Seek ye therefore first the kingdom of God and his justice; and all these things shall be added unto you.

What is meant by serving God?

Doing the will of God, or performing faithfully and zealously all that God asks of us according to our age and condition, and for love of Him.

Who are the two masters whom we cannot serve alike?

God and Mammon or riches, whereby also, the other goods and pleasures of the world are understood. These we cannot serve at the same time, because they command things diametrically opposed to each other; for instance, God prohibits usury, theft, deceit, &c.; to which the desire for wealth impels us. God commands that we keep holy Sundays and holy days, and devote them to His service; the desire for riches tempts man to omit religious worship and to seek temporal gain; it disturbs him even in church, so that he is only present with his body, but absent in mind with his temporal goods and business.

To whom can riches be useful?

To those who, like the saints, perform works of mercy with them, and thus lay up treasures for themselves in heaven.

Why does Christ call our attention to the birds of the air and the lakes of the field?

To, excite in us confidence in the providence of God, which preserves even the birds and the flowers. Surely, if God feeds the young ravens which cry to Him; (Ps. CXLVI. 9.) if He nourishes the birds which neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns; if He vests the flowers of the field so beautifully, how much more will He care for man whom He has made to His own image and likeness, and adopted as His child, if he only acts as such, keeps His commandments, and always entertains a filial confidence in Him.

Should we, therefore, lay aside all care and never work?

This does not follow from what has been said. Christ condemns only the superfluous cares, which cause man to forget God and to neglect the salvation of his soul. Besides, God has Himself ordered (Gen. III. 17-19.) that man should obtain the fruits of the earth with much labor, that he should earn his bread by the sweat of his brow. St. Paul says: If any man will not work, neither let him eat. (II Thess. III. 10.)

What should preserve us from superfluous cares?

A firm and lively faith, that God can and will help us. That He can is evident, because He is almighty; that His will is certain, because He promises it in so many pas­sages of Holy Writ, and because He is infinitely faithful to all His promises. Christ encourages us to this lively confidence with these, words: All things whatsoever you ask when ye pray, believe that you shall receive and they shall come unto you. Mark XI. 24.) Therefore the apostle also commands us to throw all cares upon the Lord, who provides for us. (I Pet. V. 7.) And why should God not care for us, since He sent us His Son and with Him all; for which reason St. Augustine says: "How can you doubt that God will give you good things, since He vouchsafed to assume evil for you!"

PRAYER O Lord Jesus! give me a firm confidence in Thy Divine Providence, and daily increase it in me, that when in necessity I may confidently believe if I seek first the kingdom of God and His justice, the rest shall be added unto me.

CONSOLATION IN POVERTY
Be not solicitous for your life. (Matt. VI. 25.)

If you were born in poverty, or accidentally, or through your own fault have become poor, be consoled, because God has sent you this poverty for your own good; for good things and evil, life arid death, poverty and riches are, from God. (Ecclus. XI-14.). Therefore receive it from the hand of God without impatience or murmuring, as a means by which He wishes to keep you from forgetting Him, which would, perhaps, happen if He were to bless you with temporal prosperity. Riches are a source of destruction for many. If you have brought poverty upon yourself by a licentious and sinful life, receive it in a spirit of penance as a just and salutary chastisement, and thank God that He gives you an opportunity to do penance for your sins. But if you have become poor through no fault of your own, be consoled by the example of the saints, of whom St. Paul says: they bear the unjust taking away of their goods with joy, because they know that a better and an unchangeable treasure is in store for them in heaven. (Hebr, X. 34.) But you should particularly take courage from the example of Christ who, being rich, became poor for us, (II Cor. VIII. 9.) and had not a place whereon to lay His head. (Matt. VIII. 20.)

In your distress say with job: The Lord gave and the Lord bath taken away: as it pleased the Lord, so it is done: blessed be the name of the Lord. Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither. (Job. I. 21.) Fear not my son, says Tobias, we lead indeed a poor life, but we shall have many good things if we fear God, and depart from all sins, and do that which is good. (Tob. IV. 23.) To serve God and to be content with few things always brings rich reward, if not in this, at least in the next life. Therefore Christ promised the kingdom of heaven to the poor in spirit, that is, not only to the humble, busy also to the poor who imitate Christ in all patience and resignation. Follow, therefore, the poor Jesus, follow His poor mother, by imitating their example, and you will possess the kingdom of heaven.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING USURY
You cannot serve God and Mammon. (Matt. VI. 24.)

Usury is to demand more than legal interest from our neighbor, to whom we have lent something, or who is otherwise indebted to us. Those are also commonly called usurers, who, in times of want, hoard up necessary food, such as grain, flour, &c., and only sell it at an exorbitant price; or who buy up all such articles to sell them to the needy for enormous prices. This is a grievous sin, and usurers are threatened with eternal death, for Christ ex­pressly prohibits lending with usury. (Luke VI. 34, 35.)

Usurers are the real leeches of the poor, whom they rob of their sweat and blood, and since they transgress the natural law, but still more the divine, which commands us to love our neighbor, and be merciful to the needy, they will surely not possess the kingdom of heaven. Would to God, the hard-hearted sinner might consider this, and take to heart the words of Christ: What doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul (Matt. XVI. 26.)

The Status of Coordinators and How to Withdraw

I have had two requests to withdraw from The Washington Assembly, apparently over a continuing misunderstanding that I wish to clear up for all Assemblies.

The Coordinators, both State and County, work for the Federation. They are not elected State or County officials, nor are they appointed by the State Assembly.

Their role is to assist and oversee the assembling process and serve as liaisons between the Federation and their State Assembly during this organizational process.

Once the Assemblies are fully functional, the Coordinators will be gone. As they work for the Federation, the Federation has the hiring and firing responsibility. We try to honor the wishes of the local folks, but there are occasions when we feel it would not be prudent to do so.

In the Washington situation, we had a very promising candidate for a County Coordinator position, but she had been promoted too quickly and lacked various fundamentals--- like the committee structure of an Assembly, the fact that we are not generally subject to federal law (only the 8-10% of the federal laws that do apply to us and only when we happen to be in federal jurisdiction) and the idea that we are forming contracts when we participate in a State Assembly.

Coordinators are supposed to be leading and teaching others, and if they consistently get it wrong, that is an endangerment to the Assembly and its members that the Federation cannot ignore.

We aren't talking about a mistake here and there. We are talking about consistent failure to grasp how our American Government is meant to operate and how it is different from the US Government we have dealt with in the past.

In the Washington case, we bent over backward to offer this individual other opportunities that would have given her time to gain experience and insight, but she refused. She thought she knew it all and that we were acting as dictators and blah, blah, blah----simply because we insisted that she get her facts straight.

Malfeasance, dishonesty, endangerment, and direct insubordination are other reasons for Coordinator replacements.

Many people are heavily indoctrinated and have a hard time adjusting to the actual American Government system, which is radically different from the US Government system they have grown up in. Some people are not competent to handle the job. Some are con artists who talk a good talk, but aren't honest people to begin with. They are eventually found out. Every organization on Earth has the same problems and challenges.

Now that you all know and understand that Coordinators are Federation Employees and that we are responsible for hiring and firing them, it should be equally easy to understand that we are not interfering in local affairs when we let a Coordinator go. We are administering our own affairs as responsibly as we can to assure successful (and safe) results for everyone concerned.

That said, there are a couple other points to briefly cover.

When you record your paperwork to recover your birthright political status as an American, you create a Public Record. That record is permanent. The only way you can change it and return to your former status as a British Subject or Municipal citizen of the United States, is to re-register as such.

You can volunteer back into the US system by registering to vote. It is illegal for us to vote in their corporate elections and has been since 1868, so registration as a voter creates a strong legal presumption that you are a Federal citizen. So does registering as a member of one of their political parties.

You can very quickly and easily lose the precious birthright political status you reclaimed, but you cannot change the public record or demand that we return the paperwork out of the recording system.

I will also note that re-registering means that you will have no Constitutional Guarantees, no right to own land in this country, and won't be eligible for the exemptions and repayments that you would otherwise be eligible to receive.

Finally, there is also a misconception that recording your 1779 Declaration or finishing the 928 paperwork creates some kind of contract between us, but that is not the case. So there is no reason or need for anyone to rescind anything. If you want to be Subjects of the Queen or minions of the Pope, just re-register as such and they will gladly accept your allegiance --- and your labor and your property rights and all your assets as chattel collateral belonging to them.

So far as I can observe, there will always be those who prefer the Nanny State and the coercive power of foreign sovereigns to the arduous challenge of self-governance. So be it. It isn't our role or desire to meddle with anyone's freewill, and aside from defending their property rights from attack, we have no interest in their assets, either.

Why I Reacted

When I heard today that, contrary to what I had been informed, the Bearer Bonds attached to the Clearinghouse Certificates known euphemistically as "Birth Certificates" had been traded for gold more than a week and a half ago and that Chief Fast Horse assumed authority to make such a deal, I reacted immediately and vehemently and on the record for everyone on Earth to see.

And there is a reason for that.

Much of what is going on now is literally a "War of the Spirit" and so, entwined in, through, and within the pushing and shoving are unnerving Biblical considerations of Law and Themes and Ancient Knowledge which --- like Indiana Jones --- we possess or don't possess.

This is what separates the men from the boys, the Grannas from the Goats.

This particular example is relatively simple. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all else will be added unto you."

What do you all think the Kingdom of God is?

It's the Living Kingdom. The Kingdom of Life. It's been here in front of you all of your days, expressed in a million different ways, a constant miracle that you are part of.

"Choose life."

Choose the Kingdom of God, over the Kingdom of Death. It should be such a simple choice!

So what happens when you have a choice like this ---- (a) take the aforementioned Bearer Bonds and do the work to "settle" them, so that they can never again be used to promote enslavement, or (b) take the gold that was the purchase price of the slaves?

Obviously, if you take the gold like the U.S. Military did, a number of things happen, but the most important thing is that if you choose gold over your life --- you choose death over life. Gold is a dead, inert thing.

Now, that might not be what you assumed or what you had in mind, but in fact, if you take the gold instead of the Bearer Bond, you have chosen death and dead things in preference to the recoupment of your life from slavery and bondage.

So, unwittingly, our military geniuses have handed over the keys to Satan again, given back the instruments used to inflict so much pain and destruction, so that these same instruments can continue to be bought and sold and traded ----- and understand, it's your life, your energy, your talent, your time on Earth that is being bought and sold and traded, instead of being removed from the marketplace ---- and all because the short-sighted among us were distracted by the shiny yellow metal. They chose the Kingdom of the Dead.

In this way, Satan gains an ownership interest in your living flesh, because you've taken gold in exchange for the bond of your life. And now that he has an "insurable interest" in you, he is free to seek out life insurance policies that pay off reliably each time one of us dies. This, in turn, provides the motivation to kill everyone off as quietly and expeditiously as possible, to reap the profits of the insurance fraud.

However, I am the Fiduciary of this country and the U.S. Military has no custodial role or authority over me or those who are mine to protect, and I did not approve of any deal offering blood for money. I am not deceived.

The American Civil War was finally ended on the first of August 2021 via International Proclamation and Peace Treaty; and that, together with other actions undertaken by our State Assemblies and our Federation of States, has summarily ended any role for the U.S. Military as custodians enabled to make such deals on behalf of American Civilians.

So they took the gold, but we have chosen the Bearer Bonds, and the Holy See is responsible for returning them to us, together with all digital records associated with the Bearer Bonds, so that we can sort out and settle this mess.

Why did I react so vehemently and repeatedly? Why have I objected to all schemes of the U.S. Military to use those Bearer Bonds for any purpose other than settlement of each bond? It's because we must choose life and the Kingdom of Life. And I, the Lawful Fiduciary, have chosen life for all of you.

But Why Would They Want to Kill Us?

Reason Number One--- Insurance Fraud.

Reason Number Two -- Get rid of Priority Creditors to avoid paying debts.

Reason Number Three -- Prepare for a world in which people live much longer.

Reason Number Four -- Fulfill scripture by force and deceit.

Reason Number Five -- Collect abandoned property.

Reason Number Six -- Tax the survivors for this "service".

Reason Number Seven -- Sadistic pleasure.

Reason Number Eight -- Avoid accountability by blaming other factors.

Reason Number Nine -- Create a distraction while consolidating coercive power. .

Reason Number Ten -- Guilt. They know they are in too deep.

Reason Number Eleven -- Revenge for mercenary wars and dirty deeds.

Reason Number Twelve -- Greed. Open up new space for "resettlement".

IMHO, anyone who supports the current agenda is a criminal, either knowingly or unknowingly.

This includes doctors and nurses who go along with it. This includes politicians that go along with it. This includes police and National Guards and soldiers who go along with it. This includes entire governments that go along with it. This includes institutions and corporations that go along with it. It includes unions and churches and public institutions and media conglomerates that support it.

And this is because more than enough knowledge has been collected now for everyone on this planet, except perhaps for people living in some outlying islands and extremely remote locations, to have "cause to know" that this current crisis is all manufactured out of thin air, based on lies and half-truths and fear and coercion, devoid of any sane or logical proof that any identified pathogen exists.

I have been laughing in a nasty way all week about "variants" of an unknown, unidentified pathogen. It's like talking about breeds of geese before you have identified and described a single goose.

No credit has been given to us for having a single brain cell of our own.

Everyone has cause to know that all the fear-mongering and talk of emergency was designed to infect the population with herd mentality and terror of unseen phantoms, and to program people to accept experimental procedures "voluntarily" by disguising the nature of those procedures as something familiar --- vaccines, when in fact there is no vaccine involved.

And through it all, I keep hearing the question, "But why would they want to kill us?"

Read the list. This was off the top of my head. We can probably think of more.

Let's Make This Very Clear -- We Choose Life: Attention of the High Courts Required

Chief LaVern Fast Horse may have chosen death for the Native Tribes of this country and traded the labor bonds of his people away for gold, but we have not agreed to any such deal.

Our people are owed their lives and land and time and their freedom and nobody has any right to trade any of those rights away in their names. Nobody. Ever.

I am the Fiduciary for this country and I didn't authorize any trade of blood for money.

Those who have executed this agreement have done so only for themselves and those who have agreed to be represented by them.

We maintain our independence and our unalienable rights including our right to life and freedom unfettered by any foreign administration whatsoever.

We are disappointed by these actions and we are appalled to find that the exhortation to "Choose life!" was ignored; we grieve for our brethren who stand to be harmed by this foolishness, and we regret that Satan has been given a foot back in the door.

But we are resolved that this will not pass unchallenged and unrebutted, and we are determined that all claims against our time on earth are hereby extinguished once and forevermore.

Not a hair on our heads can be harmed and we are holding the door open for all those who have the good sense and courage to choose life, first, last, and always.

Chief Fast Horse assures us that the labor bonds have been destroyed, but he didn't oversee their destruction and did not witness them being burned or otherwise rendered destroyed. He believes that because they were paid for with gold that they are no longer active and viable, but he has been deceived.

He has unwittingly allowed these evils to continue, at least for his people. Not for ours.

We continue to claim the right to possess and settle those bonds attached to Americans, other than those few that Chief Fast Horse represents, so that those bonds can never be used to enslave anyone or promote any benefit of enslavement again.

Any possession of those bonds is illegal. Any trading of those bonds is illegal. Any use of gold received in exchange for those bonds is profit from crime and cannot be used for any purpose by any individual or organization whatsoever, without the same individuals and organizations being tainted by the fraud and crimes that resulted in the profit.

The only way for those bonds to be settled is for them to be returned to the Lawful Government for settlement. The only way for the crime to end is for those bonds to be settled and destroyed by the Lawful Government.

I have repeatedly told everyone concerned that this is an urgent issue and that it can only be handled in a specific way by specific authorities, which do not include the U.S. Military and don't include Chief Fast Horse, either.

More bassackward fumbling and misadministration and ignorance and misplaced ego notwithstanding, leaves us still paralyzed and at loggerheads throughout the world, and all because the Sons of Adam, who have no dog in the fight and no role to play as a result of their own idiocy and lack of accountability, continue to interject themselves in inappropriate ways.

Those bonds must be returned immediately to The Office of the Fiduciary of The United States of America. The gold that Chief Fast Horse accepted "on our behalf" is subject to return to sender, and is returned with demand for restitution.

We choose life. Anyone who wants to lose his life in exchange for some pretty metal can do so, but as the Fiduciary of this country, I am in possession and in legal and lawful ownership of all assets of the land and on the land; and I choose life for those in my care, as any Prudent Man would.

Dealing With the IRS and Other "Public Debt" Collectors

The IRS can try to misaddress Americans, and if we are stupid, they can still succeed.

The fundamental question is ---- if you have properly instructed the bank and used the proper endorsements on all checks, etc., do you have any Federal Income? Yes or no?

If you have done your homework, unless you are a direct Federal Employee, you probably don't have any Federal Income to report ---- because you have properly denominated all Federal Reserve Notes as "lawful money" and Federal script such as the Federal Reserve Notes, which is owned and taxed by them, is not lawful money. None of it went into your account, because you exercised your right to denominate it as "lawful money" ---- so why are you being harassed about purported "federal" income?

Unless you get a funny money green and orange check from Uncle Sam that is based on actual Federal Income, and defined as "profit separated from capital" ---you don't have any Federal Income to tax.

If you are not operating as a Federal Citizen --- meaning a U.S. Citizen of the British Territorial Government, or a Municipal citizen of the United States, and you aren't engaged in any federally regulated activity, you don't have Federal Income.

Read the words, people ---- you have to have "Federal Income" before you can owe a "Federal Income Tax".

Most of us have no Federal Income.

Most of us are not knowingly or willingly functioning as U.S. Citizens --- as if we were born in and living in Puerto Rico, nor as citizens of the United States, as if we were born in Washington, DC --- and are literally outside of any jurisdiction related to the Federal Government Subcontractors at all.

So, teach people to set up their bank accounts appropriately and use the proper process to denominate their funds, and that is the end of any power of the IRS over them or their accounts.

I am sick to death of answering these same questions over and over and over. Please get the Coordinators up to speed and drum it in!

The same applies to American-owned and operated businesses of common right. Unless you are actually involved in some Federally-regulated activity such as the manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms across state lines, or some activity such as operating a concession on a military base, you don't have "Federal Income" to report as a business, either.

If you are a so-called professional and have a license to treat Federal Employees, consider what portion of your business derives from Federal Employees. Do you need to be licensed as a Medical Doctor, for example, or can you get along just fine as a Private Physician?

If you are a lawyer, how many of your customers are actually and factually Federal citizens of any stripe? If they aren't Federal Employees or dependents, you can't "represent" them in a court of Special Admiralty and have no reason to operate as a Bar Attorney. You can get along just fine as a Counselor of Law and help people rebuff inappropriate and fraudulent and illegal "charges" being brought against them without remedy by unscrupulous Prosecutors.

You deal with this by properly identifying yourself as an American (the declaration and recording process) and the claiming of the assumed name(s) used to misaddress you and your business names, too. The Certificate of Assumed Name can be used for ANY name that you do business under or are presumed to do business under, and can be claimed in exactly the same way.

When I say, "Claim every name you use!" I mean business names, too. I literally mean every single name that has ever been applied to you or your business "persons" since the beginning of the world.

If you have a body shop called "Big Al's Body Shop", use the Certificate of Assumed Name to claim all possible variations, permutations, orderings, spellings, abbreviations, and styles of the name "Big Al's Body Shop" in the same way as you claim all possible variations of your own names.

You can lawfully convert your businesses into American owned and operated businesses that stand under the public law just as you can lawfully convert your "PERSONS" into American PERSONS standing under the Public Law, simply by claiming them and applying the Certificate of Assumed Name to the business name(s) the same way we claim our individual names.

When you are done, write a letter to the State of State Secretary of State (for example the State of Illinois Secretary of State) and inform them that you are an American and stand under the Public Law of Illinois not the State of Illinois, and your business, Al's Body Shop, is an American Business Enterprise also standing under the Public Law.

That should be more than sufficient to settle any hash that needs to be settled.

If the IRS contacts you scrounging around for purported "tithes and estate gift taxes" tell them to pound sand and go see the State of Illinois Secretary of State. If they present you with any claims, liens, or other paper billings, ask them where the Exemption Voucher is that should be (and is required to be) attached to all such correspondence?

They CANNOT legally present you with any bill or Notice of Lien or anything else, without also presenting you with a check ('voucher") to sign and exempt yourself and your business from having to pay it.

If they do present a bill without attaching the appropriate check/voucher for you to "Accept for Value" and return for exemption, they are engaged in fraud and are in violation of the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act, the Fair Trade Acts, and Commercial Administration Laws that apply to them under Federal Title 15.

They MUST present a check for your exemption and they MUST show it to you upon demand and they MUST provide it upon your request ---- and then all you have to do is mark this piece of paper, "Accepted for Value in the Amount Shown" and sign it with your restricted Signature ------ using a by-line like this: By: Felix Robert Mendeliev ---- and date it.

That's it. The end of difficulties with the IRS for you and your American businesses.

Also the end of IRS levies and garnishment.

I have described this Voucher before. It arrives as a "letter" with an OMB number, but it appears to be a virtually blank piece of paper. All it has on it is an address block showing your name and social security number without dashes (the AUTOTRIS used to access the credit ledger) and a return address where you are to send the Voucher.

It's the same process for people and for businesses. You have to demand this "letter of credit" from the IRS before they will cough it up. And you should return it to them via Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested and keep copies of your returned "letter".

So now you know in detail and exhaustively how to respond to any false claims against your name, your business, and your political status.

You now know how to respond to the IRS. You are now responsible for doing your own homework and correspondence and communicating effectively and following through with your own claims and exercise of your own rights.

The Point Person responsible for recognizing your political status and protecting you from inappropriate communications is the State of State Secretary of State. If they don't do their job and waive the vultures off for you, the Provost Marshal is responsible. And if it really goes too far, the Office of the Inspector General at oig@sec.gov is responsible.

Put the bite on them today.

These same rules apply to all incorporated Debt Collectors without exception. It doesn't matter if it is a Credit Card Corporation, a Municipal Corporation, a State of State Corporation, an incorporated Court (these are all registered as foreign entities with the State-of-State Secretary of State's Office). They all have to present you with a check/voucher for exemption at the same time they present a bill, still have to cough up such a check/voucher upon request, still have to accept your exemption, and if they don't, they are wide open to prosecution for fraud, racketeering, impersonation, and they are 100% commercially and individually liable for their activities.

So go forth and conquer, people. These flunkies for foreign corporations have been stealing you blind and depriving you of your exemptions for generations. We can't even count how much money they already owe you.

Once again --- send a letter to your bank CEO, Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested, instructing them that you are an American and not adopting any Federal Citizenship. Tell them that all funds in your accounts are to be denominated as lawful money, all funds received or transferred within or exiting your accounts are to be denominated as lawful money.

And once again, any checks or other transfer instruments (Money Orders, etc.) that you deposit must be properly endorsed:

Pay to: Your Business. By: Your Name followed by private copyright symbol, a small "c" with a circle around it. All rights reserved. Redeemed as lawful money:12USC411, Your Account Number.

Just make it easy on yourself, bite the bullet and have a small rubber stamp made with this information on it. Use it to cash all checks and Money Orders.

This way the money in your account is flagged as lawful funds, not legal fiat. The fiat belongs to the Federal Corporations and because it belongs to them, they can seize it, lien it, and garnish it. But they cannot mess with lawful money.

This information is to be used only by those who legitimately are Americans and who are not actually in receipt of Federal Income as a result of Federal Employment.
