Instruction on the Seventh Sunday After Pentecost

The Church's Year

The Introit the Church invites us to give praise to God in the following words:

INTROIT Oh, clap your hands, all ye nations: shout unto God with the voice of joy. For the Lord is most high, he is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. (Ps. XLVI.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT O God, whose providence is unerring in what it ordains, we humbly beseech Thee to put away from us all hurtful things, and to give us all things which will profit us. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (ROM. VI., 19-23.) Brethren, I speak a human thing, because of the infirmity of your, flesh: for as you have yielded your members to serve uncleanness and iniquity unto iniquity, so now yield your members to serve justice unto sanctification. For when you were the servants of sin, you were free from justice. What fruit therefore had you then in those things, of which you are now ashamed? For the end of them, is death. But now, being made free from sin, and become servants to God, you have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end life everlasting. For the wages of sin is death. But the grace of God, life everlasting, in Christ Jesus our Lord.

EXPLANATION St. Paul here admonishes the Romans who had been converted to Christianity, but were still sensual and weak, that they ought to be much more zealous in serving God and mastering their passions. He demands of them that they should at least strive, now as hard to save their souls as they once did to destroy them. This certainly is but right, for many a man would become just and holy if he would do as much for heaven, as he does for sin and hell. But to know how wholesome it is to consecrate themselves to justice and sanctity, he wishes them to consider what advantage they derived from sin. Nothing is gained from it but shame, confusion, sorrow, and death, but by a pious life, God's grace and eternal life. - Often consider this, Christian soul, and do not defile yourself by sins, which profit nothing, but bring shame, grief, and the retributive wrath of God.

GOSPEL (Matt. VII. 15-21.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves: by their fruits you shall know them. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them. Not every one that saith to me: Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Who are the false Prophets?

Those seducers who under an appearance of virtue and honesty lure innocent, simple souls from the right path, and lead them to vice and shame; who by sweet words, such as: "God , is full of love, and will not be severe on sin, He does not require so very much of us, He knows we are weak, and if a person sins, he can be converted," seek to steal from souls all modesty and fear, of God. Guard against such hypocrites, for they have the poison of vipers on their tongues. By the false prophets are also understood those who propagate error, who by superficial words fade the true faith, who speak always of love and liberty, and who under the pretense of making people free and happy bring many a soul to doubt and error, depriving it of true faith and peace of heart.

How can we know the false prophets?

By their works; for evil, corrupted men can produce only bad fruit. If we look into their life we will find that at heart they are immoral hypocrites who observe external propriety only that they may the more easily spread their poison. The false teachers and messengers of error may be known by their lives, but especially by their intentions, Which are to subvert all divine order, and to put the unrestrained lust of the flesh and tyranny in its place.

Who else are understood by the false prophets?

Those who under pretense of making men happy and rich, induce the credulous to make use of superstition, of wicked arts, deceit, and injustice; especially those who under he deceiving appearance of liberty and equality, independence and public good, incite them to open or secret revolt against civil and ecclesiastical authority.

Be not deceived by these so-called public benefactors who look always to their own advantage, but trust in God, support yourself honestly, live like a Christian, and you will find true liberty and happiness here and hereafter.

Why does Christ say: "Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire?"

He warns us that faith without good works is not sufficient for salvation; and he therefore adds; Not every one that saith: Lord, Lord (who outwardly professes himself my servant, but is not really such) shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who, (by the fulfilment of the duties of his state of life and by the practice `of good works), does the will of my Father, merits heaven. Strive then, Christian soul, to fulfil God's will in all things, perform your daily duties with a good intention, and you will certainly obtain the kingdom of heaven.

INSTRUCTION ON GOOD WORKS

What are good works?

All the actions of man which are performed according to the will of God, while in the state of grace, for the love of God.

Which are the principal good works?

Prayer, fasting, and alms deeds. These are especially inculcated in holy Scripture. (Tob. XIII. 8.) By prayer is here understood all religious services; by fasting all mortification of soul and body; by alms deeds all works of charity.

How many kinds of charitable works are there?

Two kinds: spiritual and corporal.

Which are the spiritual works of mercy?

Those that are performed for the good of the soul: to admonish sinners; to teach the ignorant; to counsel the doubtful; to console the afflicted; to suffer injustice patiently; to forgive all injuries, and to pray for the living and the dead.

Which are the corporal works?

Those which are performed for the good of the body: to feed the hungry; to give drink to the thirsty; to clothe the naked; to visit and ransom the captives; to harbor the harbor less; to visit the sick; and to bury the dead.

Can we be saved without good works?

No, for Christ expressly, says: Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire. The servant in the gospel who did not even waste the talent received, but only hid it in the ground, was therefore cast into outer darkness. How greatly do those err who hope to reach heaven, simply because they do no evil! Of this great mistake St. Chrysostom plainly says: "If you had a servant who was in truth no robber, no glutton or drunkard, but who sat at home idle, neglecting everything for which you had employed him, would you not pay him with the whip and send him off? Is it not bad enough to neglect that which duty demands?" Such a servant is the Christian who, doing neither good nor evil, makes himself thereby unfit for heaven which is the reward of work performed, and if no work has been done, no reward is to be expected.

SUPPLICATION O Lord, guard me from false prophets, heretics, and seducers, and grant me the grace, that according to St. Paul's instructions I may become fruitful in all good works. Inflame my heart, that I may adorn my , faith with them, thus do the will of the Heavenly Father, and render myself worthy of heaven.

My Reply to Kim's Announcement and Her Continued Support of Eric Dingus

I fired Kim and James agreed, as did other members of the Senior Staff running Federation Operations. Instead of thinking that this was some tiff based on personalities, people need to understand that the situation in Texas was becoming too dangerous as a result of Eric Dingus and his continued influence.

I regret that they (Kim and Robert) have chosen to allow unnecessary danger into their lives--- and, if we had stood still for it --- into all our lives as well.

Eric must have filled Kim full of lies to convince her that our operations were "security" concerns, when he was himself the only big breach of security. Par for the course with the Magicians --- they always accuse others of what they are guilty of themselves.

Eric's actions against Le Laroi and his support of Kimberly as her replacement, followed by his subsequent insubordination and betrayal of all our interests, left Kim's position under a cloud and some degree of suspicion. We gave her fair warning to distance herself from Eric and his agendas, but this past week we received transcripts of meetings that Kim was holding, planning to create a separate "Texas" and separate "Texas Assembly" which would have been part of the British Territorial corporate system we just exited.

We call this "going through the revolving door" --- where people exit the system, and then, unwittingly, go right back through the same door they exited, and back to the same conditions they were seeking to leave.

Most of the time people do this without knowing what they are doing, but sometimes they are herded into it, by people who are deliberately rounding them up like cattle.

Eric Dingus, despite his mild-mannered appearance, is an agent and a very skilled and duplicitous one, fully capable of inserting himself in positions of influence, evading detection, and pulling strings to get other people into positions where they could be attacked without endangering himself. This is par for the course for Federal Agents, similar to Michael R. Hamilton's activities influencing the Colorado Nine. When the push came to the shove part, he was nowhere to be found.

Jim took the extraordinary action of exposing Eric and what Eric did in Texas in an effort to forewarn everyone there, and he took the additional action of removing Kimberly as a result of her actions at those meetings this past week, in which she said and did things contrary to her position as Coordinator, proposals which would have compromised the identity and standing of The Texas Assembly.

My own misgivings about Eric began shortly after he joined the team. I sensed that there was something wrong about what happened with Le Laroi, but she was too scared to share the details and left me without anything solid to go on. Eric was given the Mission Statements for the Peacekeeping Task Force and the Continental Marshals Service, and apparently took it upon himself to chuck both of them and redefine things to suit himself almost immediately. Every single Marshal that we have subsequently interviewed was under the impression that they had been placed under the control of the Peacekeeping Task Force, when in fact the PKTF was explicitly tasked "to assist and support and promote interjurisdictional communication between the Constitutional Sheriffs, State Assembly Militias, and Continental Marshals". How do "assist and support and promote interjurisdictional communication" translate into "command and control"?

Eric inserted himself into the catbird seat as a middleman and misrepresented his role, so as to seize authority never granted to him, and he proceeded to exploit this situation to create a completely separate agenda that included the decommissioning of the Marshals Service --- something that he had absolutely no authority to even contemplate and which his assistant, Susan Hauck, attempted to do even after he was removed--- and he forged forward with intent to create an unauthorized "national" and "unified" armed force, which would have been highly illegal, and which would have provided more than sufficient excuse for the Federal Agencies to attack.

There's a reason why those Federal Agencies have been armed to the teeth with surplus military gear and also a reason that this country is dotted with more than 800 FEMA Internment Camps. They want a fight. They have long prepared for a fight. And the only thing stopping them is that they have no excuse for a fight.

It's a good thing that the Federation is still guiding and holding the reins, because if it were not, chances are that the actions Kim was promoting (under the influence of Eric) would have led to arrests and agency attacks --- which is precisely the kind of "opening" that the agencies are always looking for, creating, and seeking to exploit.

Please don't feel too bad about this. People like Kim often live long enough to realize how close they came to being jailed, and in the end, heave a big sigh of relief in retrospect.

We have, in fact, done more than give her a well-earned vacation. We have most likely saved her life and the lives of many other innocent people, or at the very least, prevented their arrest and incarceration for a very long time.

Other than her misguided attachment to Eric Dingus and his influence, and her mistaken belief in his innocence, we are very grateful to Kim for her able administration and we are grateful to Robert, too. We feel the loss of their support and their talents and this action was not taken lightly.

Kim suggested that you should all contact me about this situation; I would suggest that she talk to Le Laroi about Eric Dingus and find out what kind of canary bird she is really dealing with.

The Bilateral Banking System 2.0

In these first forays into the actual topic, it is important to establish the history and background for the discussion, because much of this is unknown to the man on the street and is fundamental to an understanding of how we got into this mess in the first place. 

The concept of money, that is, that a coin could "stand for" a bushel of wheat or a bale of cotton, started in Babylon thousands of years ago.  This was initially a token system.  The Queen of Babylon basically said, instead of moving bushels of wheat and bales of cotton around, we are going to use these little round pieces of metal stamped with an image of wheat baskets or cotton balls to represent these things.  And by royal decree, these coins will entitle the Bearer to either a bushel of wheat or a bale of cotton from our storehouses. One wheat coin equals one bushel of wheat.  One cotton coin equals one bale of cotton. 

So it began. 

Such token systems are still in use today, though we use paper receipts called coupons and vouchers instead of coins stamped with an image of the commodity.  Such systems maintain a direct relationship of the token to the item specified.  

A coupon giving you a dollar off the price of a three pound can of Folgers brand coffee can't be cashed in against a three pound can of Kirkland brand Coffee. 

A voucher issued during World War II for a pound of butter was good for a pound of butter regardless of brand name or source, but was still only "good for" a pound of butter, and the butter was doled out at a requisition center run by the military to make sure that the butter vouchers were being matched up with butter in the correct quantities.  

The problem with such systems, despite their item-by-item utility, is that you have to have a separate coin, a coupon, a voucher, etc., standing for each and every item (Folgers coffee) or class of items (butter). 

At the dawn of the modern era, this specificity of tokens became a real pain in the butt for certain international merchants in the city of Venice. 

Unlike former eras when an olive oil merchant was an olive oil merchant, the merchants of Venice were trading in hundreds of different commodities arriving daily from around the world.  What to do?  Issue coins or separate printed receipts for bolts of silk from China, nutmeg from India, salt from Switzerland.... and so on and on?  

And then, once these coins made it back to the warehouse, how to guarantee a match-up between the coin and the goods that coin was issued against?  

Perishable items were especially difficult to deal with in a token system, and, given the increasing distance between active trading centers (Venice was now trading with Hamburg and Moscow, not just local trade centers in the Mediterranean), the time between issuance of a token for butter and collection of the butter by a buyer could be months instead of days. This required the merchant to always have a considerable storage of any given commodity on hand to back any "run" on that commodity by the token-holders. 

This is exactly similar to what happens with a bank run today, only instead of people all trying to get cash out of the bank on the same day and potentially exhausting the bank's cash supplies, the merchants of Venice faced this same dilemma with dozens of commodities, all of which had to be warehoused and stored against such an eventuality. 

Then one day, don Giovanni di Marcos (note the name) had a brilliant idea. Instead of issuing all these specific tokens against specific commodities, why not issue non-specific tokens, all based on the value of a "standard commodity" like gold?  

The modern concept of money was born. 

Soon, the merchants of Venice were heaving a sigh of relief. Not only were people accepting the gold coins in exchange for goods in general, they were accepting them in exchange for services as well.  Soon, producing the gold coins stamped with the City of Venice Coat of Arms became a whole separate business; in fact, there was such demand for this new commodity that the price of gold was forced upward, simply because gold was used to make the coins. 

Other cities and royal houses quickly joined the bandwagon and began issuing their own coinage, stamped with their particular maker's marks. These "currencies" soon acquired their own brand names --- the Spanish Dollar, the Portuguese Real, the German-Swiss-French Francs, the Polish Croner, the British Pound Sterling, and so on, were all born in short order, and entered "the Money Market" as competitive commodities. 

Currencies differed not only in content (gold or silver) but in quality (purity of gold or silver) and consistency (could you count on the content and purity?) and buying power.  A mythos soon attached to each brand, and competitive elements beyond just the content and purity of physical metal entered into it, similar to the eternal battles between Pepsi and Coke, Nike and Converse, John Deere and International Harvester, the American Dollar against the French Franc, and so on. 

As the years have gone on and the distance between trading centers has continued to increase until every Mom and Pop store on the planet is connected potentially to every other store via the mail and other transport systems, currencies have become more and more symbolic, changing form from actual precious metal to certificates representing precious metals to promissory notes representing indebtedness to digits on a ledger. 

This is, of course, all increasingly arbitrary and increasingly detached from physical reality.  

And therein lies the rub. 

Back in Babylon there was a one-to-one relationship between a bushel of wheat in a warehouse and a little gold coin stamped with a picture of a bushel of wheat.   Now there is no necessary connection between a piece of paper called a "dollar" or a "ruble" and any physical commodity at all, much less any consideration of the purity and content of any physical commodity. 

The American Silver Dollar is still a one ounce coin of stamped fine silver, but the USD is a piece of paper issued by commercial subcontractors of the American Government as a debt note against their employers, purportedly for unpaid services rendered. 

These pikers have built up an astronomical claim of debt against their employers, simply by not allowing their employers to offset this debt against what the Federal Subcontractors owe in return. 

Such offset was guaranteed under the National Emergency Banking Act of 1934 and defined as a "Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption"--- which the same villains have avoided paying all these years by a simple crime of impersonation and false registration of their American Employers as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and dual Municipal citizens of the United States, too. 

What, you may ask, is a MOCEE?  It's what happens when two people owe each other debts, and swap the debts.  You owe me a hundred dollars.  I owe you ten dollars.  So, instead of paying you, I say, okay, now you only owe me ninety dollars. That's a MOCEE and that option of paying public debts is what Americans have been owed since 1934. 

The essence of the crime against the American People is to deny them their offset credit option based on the self-interested and  fraudulent legal presumption that all the Americans chose en masse to become British Subjects, and therefore are owed no Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption.  

We are here to tell you that no, we are all still Americans, we are owed our Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions, and no, we didn't magically become British Territorial Citizens simply because the Queen's flunkies went around the country misidentifying and secretively registering us as such--- while on our payroll. 

Not only do we not owe $25 T of debt to the British Crown Corp and the Pope, but they owe us a vast deal more than that, even after we offset that entire amount. 

According to the books kept on this subject, and just as an example, they owe me, personally, slightly more than twelve billion dollars of credit, compared to fifty million dollars of debt.  And that is without arguing the details. 

So, who is the Priority Creditor and who is the actual Debtor? 

The entire British Empire and the Holy See are the Debtors, and the Americans are the Creditors who have been cheated out of their remedy and extorted to extend "infinite credit" to these same criminal elements. 

This is the filthy dishonorable trick that the Holy See and the British Crown and the British Government in sum total, have played on their loyal Allies, the Americans. 

They couldn't even be decent enough to provide the Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption they promised as the remedy for their theft of our gold, silver, labor, land, and other assets taken illegally and managed "for" us under their "custodianship".  

Faced with the bill for all this fraud and crime, all they could come up with was an insurance fraud scheme to cash in on the life insurance policies they took out on all of us, to the tune of $950 Trillion dollars of profit as "Life Force Value Annuities" paid out to Prince Philip by the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA in April of 2017 --- and, for which, they presumably guaranteed to kill us, their Priority Creditors --- all according to Prince Philip's stated wish, to become a "loathsome virus" after his death and kill off most of the human race. 

He got his wish -- so far.  The Pirbright Institute owns the patent. 

Pay attention: in April 2017, Prince Philip collected the insurance scam money --- $950 T in Life Force Value Annuities, and this year the Old Scratch finally, officially, died (though we don't necessarily believe that) and, like magic, millions of Americans and Europeans are being vaccinated against a loathsome virus that, curiously, has never been isolated.  

But, heads up to the insurance companies worldwide. We aren't the only ones being destroyed and bilked for these crimes. You are, too. 

And, heads up to the rest of the people in this world.  We aren't the only ones who stand to take it in the shorts for these criminals.  You are, too. 

Everything that goes around, comes around. 

We weren't swift enough to realize that instead of abolishing slavery, the Vermin institutionalized it via the bogus Fourteenth Amendment included in their corporation's disguised charter, named after The Constitution of the United States of America.   

The so-called Negro Citizenship was eventually, and with malice, secretively applied to every American by these international criminals, and so, by legal fiat and slight of hand, they have milked and bilked and now propose to use medicine and patents and insurance fraud as a means to profit themselves via the deaths of their Priority Creditors. 

It's important for the rest of the world to note that you are all next on their platter, especially the Chinese.

The Bilateral Banking System

Just as we lost a third of our intended governmental structure in the wake of the Civil War, we lost half of our banking structure, too. 

Imagine that.  Most of the International Trade Banks which had dominated the banking world for centuries, shut down, and quietly, over the ensuing decades, more and more of them closed their doors. 

The rapid initial strike against the Trade Banks and then, the gradual demise of the remainder, was caused by a dirty military and political alliance that realized that commercial banks, once "set free" of the "moral conscience" of the Public Law, would be able to do things --- mostly coercive and dishonest --- but highly profitable, that the International Trade Banks could never do. 

Commercial banks which function under global commercial law predating the Christian Era can get away with whatever they can get away with, even things that are patently illegal, unlawful, immoral and reprehensible --- like the "securitization" of living flesh, and palming off private debts of public vendors as "mortgages", and impersonating living people as corporations --- PERSONS. 

Just to name a few. 

Public bankruptcy fraud schemes, "Special Purpose Vehicle" bonds, you name it.  If the commercial banks are allowed to get away with it, they will.  

Beginning in 1865 in America, the commercial banks had a smorgasbord of incredible opportunities that were only expedited by the innocence, gullibility, and honesty of their American victims.  First, they had the Public Lands and Negro Citizenship scams culminating in the first great public bankruptcy scam in 1906-07.  Next, they hit the jackpot with FDR, and his "consecration" of the Municipal citizenry as slaves, securitized as PERSONS, and bought and sold via clearinghouse certificates. This was followed by an even more lucrative public bankruptcy scam in 1933-34 --- and the Second World War, which the same Americans were tapped to pay for, under the Marshall Plan. 

Americans never really learned to deal with the commercial banks, because they still believed that they were dealing with international trade banks, which are obligated to function under the Public Law. 

The game, the rules, the identities, the forms of law, everything was changed, but nobody bothered to tell the American people ---- which left them helpless, confused, and tattooed with a target on their backs. 

All this fraud, all this criminality, all the illegal and unlawful confiscation of earnings and property assets, all the graft, all the political corruption was fueled and funneled and whipped into a frenzy by the commercial banks --- and they were allowed to do this, because the original bilateral banking system was largely destroyed 160 years ago by the Bank of England, the Bank of Scotland, 

and their sister banks in France, together with their Insurance Company allies, all serving to co-opt the American Military and politicians of the Belle Epoch Era.  

The men who did this to us are all long dead.  The sins of the Forefathers have indeed stretched to the third and fourth generation. 

We are left with the wreckage of a world economy devastated by the ravages of commercial banks and with genocide perpetuated by these same banks and insurance companies against their Priority Creditors --- the Brits and the hapless, clueless, innocent Americans.  It was the Jews and Germans last time. Before that, the French and Spanish. 

The most succinct explanation was offered by a cartoon made in 1930 describing the current situation, quote: "The people who own your banks own your hospitals, too."

We might add that, thanks to bilking you for six generations, they own all the big tech and big media corporations, too. 

So, what to do while we are dying?

Obviously, warn the Chinese that they are next.  

And, revive the bilateral bank system, that our Forefathers mandated, and which could have saved us all from the miseries of World War I, World War II, and the purposeful genocide now in progress in America and Britain and throughout the former Commonwealth. 

And, dream of a world completely free of these evils forevermore.

Removal of Coordinator in Texas -- Notice of Procedure

 

To: All State Assemblies

Be it known to all to whom these presents come, that there is a lawful and legal means provided for Texas and every other State to assemble, and that means of lawful and peaceable assembly requires the process to take place under the authority and guidance of a recognized Summoning Authority.

There are three (3) possible Summoning Authorities charged with the responsibility.

The first Summoning Authority is The President of The United States of America. This Office has been vacated since 1860.

The second is a quorum of nine (9) States in Session --- used during recesses and temporary adjournment. The only State left in Session was Texas, so no quorum was possible.

The third and only remaining option is for the owner of the Great Seals to call the States into Session and operate The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States to do it. So that is what has been done.

It has fallen to the Federation (which is not the "Federal Government") to call the States into Session.

That responsibility carries with it the obligation to ensure that the Assemblies thus created are "peaceable" and composed of qualified people living within the borders of each State, who have declared and recorded their adoption of their birthright political status, and from there, to provide the discipline, framework, and guidance to establish in each State a General Assembly, a Business (sometimes called "International") Assembly, a Public Court, and a State Assembly Militia.

This is a process not given to interpretation, and we have followed it to the letter.

Please note that the Federation must ensure the legal and peaceable nature of the process and the State Assemblies that result from it, or our activities could be mistaken as hostile actions and legally suppressed by military force.

Once each Assembly has been assembled and each portion of this process has been accomplished, each Assembly will be "fully seated" --- meaning that all basic functions are in place and operating. Until each Assembly is fully seated, it remains under the guidance of the Federation.

That is why the Federation is involved in the State Assembly process and why it is significantly in control of this process until such time as the State leadership is fully educated and the basic functions of American State Government are restored.

After such a long hiatus and so much confusion it is understandable that a mighty educational process is necessary, even about comparatively simple things, such as the role of the Federation as the Summoning Authority, the role of the Coordinators who act as Federation Officers--- not to be confused with "Federal" Officers, the structure of the State Assemblies and the functions of the State Assemblies.

It is also understood that people will continue to be confused and need to be educated on a continuing basis as new questions and issues arise and as new people join the Assemblies.

We can and we must deal with this educational process as transparently and honestly as possible. None of it is rocket science. All of it is ultimately under the control of the people in each State.

Anyone who feels that the Federation is being heavy-handed has a clear road to get the necessary work done, establish the structures, provide the functions, and complete the assembly process.

Once fully seated, each State Assembly is responsible for performing under the treaties and constitutional agreements already established and for supporting the restored American Government, the Reconstruction thereof--- and also becomes responsible for the conduct of the restored Confederation and Federal Republic. This grave responsibility also includes preserving the peace --- not undermining it.

Even some Coordinators have gotten off-track, despite the simplicity of the process, and have promoted the idea that the Federation is the equivalent of the "Federal Government" --- deliberately confusing the Federation with our run amok Subcontractors.

Everyone concerned needs to realize that the actual Federation is the only means that the people of this country have to control the operations of the Federal Subcontractors.

Because the Federal Subcontractors have run off-track and profited themselves greatly by doing so, they don't want the States in Session, and they don't want the unincorporated Federation of States breathing down their necks and forcing them to abide by their constitutional obligations.

As a result, certain public employees and agencies hired by them using our money, have undertaken to undermine the peaceable nature of our State Assemblies and have attempted to commandeer our efforts and to misdirect the assembly process so as to create an excuse to brand our efforts as insurrectionist activities ---- and provide themselves with an excuse for crushing our activities with overwhelming military force.

It was recently discovered that Eric Dingus, former Peacekeeping Task Force Director, was deliberately engaged in disobeying our instructions and the Mission Statements for both the Peacekeeping Task Force and the Continental Marshals Service. His actions, if left unopposed, would have led to the creation of an illegal "unified" and "national" armed military force, which would have provided the needed excuse to terrorize and kill and confiscate the property of innocent State Assembly Members.

We removed him from the position of Peacekeeping Task Force Director as soon as the nature of his activities came to light, and subsequently had to remove Susan Hauck, also. We are now in the process of publishing the Mission Statements so that everyone has an absolute and clear understanding of the role of both the Marshals Service and the Peacekeeping Task Force.

It was also discovered that Eric Dingus directly threatened Texas Coordinator Le Laroi on three separate occasions and forced her to step down, and that he subsequently engineered her replacement with Kimberly Reynolds as Texas Coordinator.

We advised Kimberly Reynolds of this circumstance and instructed her to divorce herself from any continuing influence promoted by Eric Dingus. Instead of taking this as a "hold harmless" action on our parts, she chose to continue on the road of artificially induced insurrection and to promote actions in Texas that are contrary to the peaceable assembly process.

She has, accordingly, been removed as Coordinator in Texas.

Those who live in Texas know the Public Law and know that when you take a job, you have to ride for the brand.

Our brand is devoted to the peaceful and lawful enforcement of the Constitutional Guarantees, and the protection of the lives and property rights of Texans and all other Americans.

We do not and we will not condone or participate in any form of insurrection, rebellion, or creation of armed forces other than the lawful State Assembly Militias, operated as they are supposed to be operated within each State, and our land-based Continental Marshals Service, which is our jurisdictional interface with the U.S. Marshals Service.

These actions removing Eric Dingus and Kimberly Reynolds are regrettable. We would far rather have good faith and service in the common cause of restoring our lawful government, than a lot of illegal interference in the process; however, with trillions of dollars worth of land and other assets at stake, we must be prepared for the ongoing attempts to mischaracterize us and our efforts.

Those who have benefited themselves and their cronies at our expense for the last 160 years are not likely to let go without trying to get a fight going --- a fight that they would surely win.

Our steady course remains--- to use international law and Public Law to rein in the brigands and the politicians responsible for abusing the Public Trust, to enforce the Constitutional Guarantees and Protections--- and to do this peaceably, honorably, and lawfully via the processes and agreements established to secure these ends.

Unless you wish to see this country and its people engulfed in yet another unnecessary, deliberately provoked, and self-interested Civil War, you will immediately understand the necessity that prompts us to expel those who propose any other course of action.

If any Assembly or member of an Assembly hears anyone in their Assembly or any other Assembly promoting violence, preaching against the Federation "as if" the Federation was the de facto Federal Government, moving to incorporate any function of any Assembly, setting up any foreign structures apart from the General Assembly, International Business Assembly, Public Courts, and the lawful State Assembly Militia, refusing to record political status of members, taking money from foreign corporations, selling information about the Assemblies or Assembly Members, using the Assemblies or Assembly Members for unjust enrichment, promoting Ponzi schemes, Trust schemes, memberships in Secret Societies or otherwise remaining out-of-step with the simple program outlined above---- you are encouraged to notify us directly, so that prompt corrective action can be taken. We have recently suffered a security breach and an attempt to undermine and commandeer the Continental Marshals Service as well as to redefine the clearly stated functions of the Peacekeeping Task Force. 

We also discovered that the same person responsible for this activity threatened the original Texas Coordinator on three occasions and forced her to step down. He also was instrumental in placing Kim Reynolds as her replacement. 

This situation was explained to Kim and she has chosen to continue her association with this person and to base plans for the Texas Assembly on his advice, which is diametrically opposed to the program of restoration of the American Government we have promoted throughout. 

Recently, she announced that we were a threat to the security of the Texas Assembly.  This follows in a long line of similar behavior on the part of Corporatists who always blame the victims for what they are doing themselves.  The only security breach is the one described and we have done our best to counteract the effects left behind. 

We had hoped that Kim would be wise enough to distance herself from this damaging person, especially as she is somewhat implicated in his nefarious agenda, as the beneficiary of his threats against the original Texas Coordinator. 

The only danger to Texas or any other Assembly derives from their own actions and inactions.  Seeking to set up war-like organizations in a State of the Union, especially a Southern State, and being willing to take corporate money for doing so, is one of the fundamental dangers, as it allows the de facto corporate governments to claim that we were working at war and insurrection instead of peace and restoration. 

That then gives them the excuse they need to attack us. 

We have thoroughly researched the status and impacts of this individual and his activities carried out "in our names" but against our directives.  

Kim has been removed as Texas Coordinator as a result of her continued close association with the person responsible for that actual security breach and her recent disparaging and dangerous statements attempting to claim that the Federation caused the security breaches--- when in fact the Federation has cleaned up the security breaches. 

We have taken the action of removing Kimberly Reynolds as Texas Coordinator as part of the effort to close the security breaches and the misdirection resulting from them. 

We are a peaceful and effective and lawful organization. We have gained the support of the world in our efforts to restore the lawful American Government.  We do not intend to be undermined by persons who either don't understand or refuse to honor the actual mission which is the restoration of the traditional and intended American Government. 

The Flat Out

There are two things called “United States of America”.

There is our American Federation of States.

 And there is a British-controlled Territorial (Commonwealth) corporation in the business of providing governmental services- which is a subcontractor of the American Federation of States referenced above.

The key to this is the word “the”.

The word “the” is made part of the name of our unincorporated Federation of States:
The United States of America.

The foreign corporation doing business in our name is “the” United States of America.
It exercises certain delegated powers for us, which is why it is allowed to operate under our name as “the” United States of America.

It’s not us. We are not them. 

They work for us under a contract known as: The Constitution of the United States of America which was signed in 1789.  This contract lays out the duties and “powers” and limitations of our Federal Subcontractors.

All the powers ever delegated to the foreign British-controlled corporation doing business in our names as “the” United States of America” were delegated to it by us, The United States of America.

We are the ones who ultimately own and ultimately control (and pay for) all of it.

The United States of America.

Now that you know and can see the difference between The United States of America and “the” United States of America, you can also see that it is The United States of America that is the owner, controller, and employer. 

Unfortunately, the Middlemen running the United States of America ( the British corporation) have run amok and so have the middlemen running the Municipal subcontractors.

As a result we have multiple crazy “misunderstandings” to clean up.

For example, the FBI, which is a subcontractor of one of our subcontractors — both of which take their paychecks from our pockets, think that it is their job to investigate us, the actual American Government— at our expense.

What needs to happen is that people all over this country need to wake up and remember who is who and what is what, who pays for what, and who pays who.

This goes for the Federal and State-of-State Employees and for Americans at Large.  We all have our parts to play and responsibilities to perform.

The United States of America — our unincorporated Federation — is doing its job. It’s high time for all our foreign subcontractors to stop jerking around and do theirs.

Meltdown in Michigan

What happened is pretty easy to explain when taken in context. 

A couple months ago, we suddenly had some inappropriate paperwork being posted and recorded on the Land Recording System (LRS).  

Only Recording Secretaries who have been properly versed and trained to use this system are supposed to have access to it, as I confirmed with our LRS Director. 

So, the logical surmise was that some of our Recording Secretaries were off track and recording bad documents. 

Next, we looked at where these documents were coming from --- which States, and we contacted Recording Secretaries from those States and basically asked--- what is going on here?  

The Recording Secretaries in the States impacted by this were all confused.  They hadn't posted those documents.  

As near as anyone can tell me, the system was hacked for a short time. The breach was closed, and that was that. 

I sent out a second message, back to the Recording Secretaries in the States that were involved, explaining the situation and apologizing for assuming that they had anything to do with it. 

That should have been the end of that episode, and at least for me, it was quickly forgotten.  A blip in the road. 

One of Michigan's Recording Secretaries took offense, didn't see the logic of the situation, and thought that he was being attacked and that the quality of his work was being called into question. 

The fact that this incident had nothing whatsoever to do with our normal paperwork, and wasn't unique to Michigan, apparently never got through to him. 

So, he began a "paperwork review process" determined to uncover and exploit every out-of-place comma, every possible typo, anything and everything that he could possibly question or criticize.  

At the end of these investigations, he had a handful of trivia and a couple misunderstandings to expose.  During this entire process, he refused to record anyone's paperwork, which was causing delays and disservice to the people in Michigan.  The Michigan Coordinator became concerned. 

He also became alarmed when he realized that all the recording fees were still going into this Recorder's personal PayPal account, months after the Assembly elected a Treasurer and established a bank account.  The Coordinator was, again, concerned.  He wasn't accusing anyone of wrong-doing, just not seeing any logic in the situation. Once you have a Treasurer and a bank account, fees should be going into that account, right?  

Strangest of all, this Recorder was expressing concerns about publishing "private information" --- which is the whole point of creating a public record of your political status, your marriage, your land ownership, or any other private matter that we normally establish in the public record.  

So the Recorder's job wasn't getting done and the Coordinator asked me to come to a meeting and answer the questions posed by this man, which I did. 

All this was a good faith effort on my part to get to the bottom of why this was happening and what we could do to get the Recorder functions back on track. 

After the meeting, from a Third Party's comments about "me telling Michigan that their paperwork was wrong" I finally pieced together where this all started, but up until that time, I hadn't a clue why anyone was pawing through our paperwork with such a very fine-toothed comb. 

Our paperwork was never the problem.  The problem was unknown, unauthorized, and quite possibly harmful paperwork being recorded on the LRS.   But if you think that the normal paperwork is the problem, you would naturally start doing what the Paperwork Committee did.  Crossed-wires with a capital "C". 

And then more gossip surfaced, about this one Michigan Recording Secretary stomping around and asking, "What do we need Anna for?"  and saying that he would "discredit me" and that he "had no faith in the paperwork".   

So, the question naturally arises ---- what's he doing occupying a seat as a  Recording Secretary?  He's not doing the work, he doesn't believe in what he is doing, but he's been pocketing the money for the recording fees all along?  

The Coordinator had had enough. The next day he quit.  Who wants to be responsible for a situation that doesn't make any sense? 

So we've dissolved The Michigan Assembly for now, pending their own efforts to adjust their attitude and sift the grain. New Coordinator candidates are being sought.     

Unfortunately, because of this brou-ha-ha, Michigan doesn't have a Voice, and people who live in Michigan will, for the time being, have to record their political status declarations through the International Recording Secretaries, or try to find a State of State County Recording Office that is still open. 

This is especially unhappy for me, as Michigan is one of the States that has been hardest hit by all the economic and financial corruption.  It has some of the worst land regulations in the entire country, some of the highest taxes and highest foreclosure rates, and as we have seen over the past two years, some of the most oppressive and inept political leadership. 

Unfortunately, there's nobody that can help Michigan, but Michigan.  It's their State to mess up or run right, to defend or surrender, to get the job done, or not. 

The seeds they plant result in the crops they yield.  A little more love and a little less pride, a view of the Bigger Picture at stake, and just a tiny amount of grace would have gone a long way toward a happy resolution. 

We look forward to the day when Michigan has recouped its losses and is reorganized and moving forward again, as it should be, with people who understand why we must record our political status, who cooperate with the Treasurer and the Coordinators, and who want to have an effective and fully functional Assembly.  ASAP.
