A Country Run By Stupid People

This is what I heard about America, repeatedly, this week---- overtly, explicitly, and sometimes with diplomatic tact, too --- but all the same message from friends and foes all over the planet. We are, according to them, a country run by stupid people.

Reading the newspaper this morning, I was struck by it again. The lead story was about the return of the remains of a young Aleut girl who died at an Indian Residential School from Tuberculosis in 1905. The article decried the "cultural genocide" (they finally found a name for it) that occurred especially in the Western United States and Canada for a hundred years following the end of the Civil War.

Oh, wait, the Civil War never "officially" ended.....

Between 1865 and 1965 hundreds of thousands of Native children were stolen and transported anywhere from ten miles to thousands of miles from home and family, to "residential schools" where strangers forced them into the mold of white Christian society and gave them the very distinct message that their native culture was something to be ashamed of and eradicated, their religion was savage superstition, and that they, themselves, were racially inferior and subordinate in every way.

Meantime, their parents were segregated and herded onto reservations, isolated, with no work, no way forward, and only the most meager sort of "government support" to eke out a truncated and miserable existence on welfare, or as factory slave labor, or as piecemeal workers for "charity" organizations.

I saw the tail end of this in Wisconsin. It wasn't pretty.

You would think that we, as a country, would have learned from this experience.

But, look what we are doing now, allowing Child Protective Services Agents --- Foreign Agents of Foreign Governments --- to steal children from parents and grandparents based on "Anonymous Tips" and to indoctrinate the kidnapped children according to "Government Specs" in the same exact way.

Isn't it about time we put our flat little feet down, and told our Public Servants to pound sand? Why wait a hundred years to wake up and say, oh, oops, wrong again? It's not right to take children from their families and indoctrinate them....

In America, tips about suspected crimes have to be substantiated and verified. In America, people have the right to face their accusers. In America, the government pays the costs of an investigation, not the party being accused.

But, now, thanks to a phony, undisclosed, illegal, immoral, and unlawful registration processes, most people aren't living in America anymore.

Instead, most Americans are presumed to be living in "the US" ---- a neighboring slave empire owned and operated by the Pope and the British Crown and a bunch of complicit American Toadies.

Our kids are being kidnapped; their for-hire Mercenaries are charging us between $6,000 per day and $9,000 per day for the service of kidnapping and trafficking our children--- and we are paying for it. Through the nose.

It's hard to argue with the snooty French diplomats, who ask--- who in their right mind would put up with this? Only stupid people would set up such a system, and worse, only stupid people would put up with it.

Here's another very important example.

In the B Section of the same daily news rag, there was an article about the nationwide blood shortage. The blood banks are on the ropes. Surgeons are having to rely on transfusions of saline solution, because there isn't enough blood to go round to the accident victims and those needing routine surgery.

Yet, in that entire article, they didn't tell us why there is a blood shortage.

There's a blood shortage because people who have been vaccinated can't give blood ever again, so the total responsibility for filling the nation's blood banks, including the military blood banks, is on us --- the unvaccinated.

If we don't hike up our sleeves, you'll have to suck wind.

Some time ago, our State Assemblies passed the first Public Law in over a century. It prevents corporations from creating GMO humans via patented mRNA injections and outlaws claims to own vaccinated people as property.

Why were we doing something like that?

Because in 2013, in a US Supreme Court case, Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, Inc., it was decided that corporations could create GMO humans by injection of foreign patented mRNA or DNA and could then claim them, living people, as GMO "products" owned by the corporation under patent.

According to the US Supreme Court, a foreign for-profit corporation could claim to own U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States---- as in slave ownership--- based on their voluntary acceptance of a patented mRNA product being injected into their natural genome.

And, boy, howdy, guess what just happened?

Now, it doesn't matter to us, Americans, what the US Supreme Court decides about "US" citizenry, because it's a foreign government, and they are all acting as foreign citizens. They are allowed to abuse their citizenry under their foreign standards and foreign laws all they wish.

If you are stupid enough to nod your heads and claim to be any species of "US" citizenry, or line up like cattle for slaughter and enslave yourselves as GMO Products owned under patent by foreign commercial corporations, what can we do about it?

I can tell you what we did....

Our States of the Union passed a Public Law against such patent claims, prohibiting such claims and allowing for the capital punishment of any person or entity exercising such claims against living people.

What this means for the Executives responsible is death by hanging or firing squad. What it means for corporations operating in this country and doing such things on our shores is liquidation down to the file cabinets.

You see, it's not just a matter of being run by stupid, crooked, immoral, insane persons. It's a matter of people so dull and complacent that they put up with it.

If you have been jabbed --- that is, injected with patented mRNA under the pretense that it was a "vaccination" against disease, and you are now finally getting the drift of it, that you've been "claimed" as a GMO Product, owned by a foreign commercial corporation as property---- let's just drum in the obvious:

According to THEM, you are now a slave, owned lock, stock, and barrel by THEM, and they can do whatever they want to do to you and your property assets, including your body, with no limitations whatsoever.

You are not considered "human" anymore, so you have no human rights, and you are not "natural" anymore, so you have no Natural and Unalienable Rights, and you are not owed any "equal civil rights" either, because there is no standard of rights left to be "equal to". Get it?

If THEY want to send you to concentration camps and euthanize you and seize your estate assets after you are dead, they can legally do so.

We have reasonable proof that that is exactly what they had planned for you.

But at the last minute, your old Tin Hat Countrymen, the Unvaccinated, came to your rescue and said --- eh, not on our land and soil.

So now, it's high time that you woke up and supported your neighbors who have protected your humanity and your rights, both civil and Natural, against this onslaught of corporate criminality.

It's time that we, the Americans, took it all back from the Stupid People who have allowed such a situation in the first place.

Thinking It Through for Licensed Professionals

The news that Real Estate Agents and FBI Agents and IRS Agents and Bar Attorneys and Medical Doctors and Registered Nurses and many other “licensed professionals” are working for the Queen and that as Federal Employees and/or Territorial State-of-State franchise employees they are subject to registration under the Foreign Agents Registration Act—- even if they are as American as apple pie —has created a shock wave.

Many people are waking up and looking around and thinking—-perhaps for the first time— why do I have to have a Bar Card (like a Union Card) to practice law?  Why do I need a license to sell land and houses? 

It’s because you are participating in a foreign guild system and working as the agents of a foreign government.

Americans have never had such restrictions. Our Government does not license occupations of common right.  We don’t do things this way, and the only reason that you are being coerced and manipulated (and taxed and harassed) is because foreign subcontractors have been substituting themselves for your lawful American Government ever since the Civil War.

So, what to do? How can you help? Where does this leave you, if you are dependent on a license to make a living?

You can still come home to the land and soil jurisdiction and reclaim your birthright political status as an American.

You can still be a loyal member of your State Assembly and you can help us finish the Reconstruction, declare the peace, and take back your country and restore your American Government.

Just like anyone else.

The one thing you can’t do—until you retire or otherwise leave your licensed profession— is serve as a State Citizen. 

Our State Governments require our State Citizens to have a singular loyalty and attachment to their State Government, so that they have no conflicts of interest when they vote on international issues on behalf of their State.

So you can’t be a State Citizen while acting as a licensed Foreign Agent, but you can still act as a State National.

What if you are in shock to learn that your political status has been changed to a foreign status as a result of your job?  What if you don’t want to work for the Queen? What if it rubs you the wrong way to take part in these foreign systems and act in a foreign capacity?

In most, if not all cases, you can have your cake and eat it, too.  Real Estate Agents can work as Land Patent Clerks.  Bar Attorneys can work as Counselors of Law. Medical doctors can choose to work as private physicians.  And so on.

Many creative ways have been found to either limit your license or find ways to continue to work without a license —and as the Assemblies increase in size and strength more pressure can be applied to reform the licensing stranglehold of the European Guild System which has been inappropriately imposed upon Americans.

It has come to our attention that foreign Principals and their instrumentalities are again infringing upon the Good Name and Trademarks of our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, and that they have offered to release a series of currency notes popularly known as "Rainbow Currency" because these pieces of paper appear in a variety of rainbow colors.

These are private currency notes that are deliberately mislabeled and deceitfully captioned "The United States of America" ---- which is our Proper Name and Trademark ---- giving rise to the False Presumption that these notes are being issued by or backed by our American Government, the States, and the People of this country, which is not the case.  

We remind the Crown, the United Nations Organization, and the Queen's Government that they have no authority related to us allowing them to issue credit or currency in our names.  We also remind them -- and the Pope -- that their regionalization scheme and this deceptive issuance of the "Amero" under any other name, is an illegal, immoral, and unapproved infringement against our nation and also against Mexico and Canada.  

A closer inspection of these paper promises shows that they are being spun off by a wannabe Regional Corporation calling itself "The United States of North America".  

This is a counterfeiting operation that must be shut down with prejudice. We are counter-offering not to pay any debts for Mexico or Canada and for the British Crown to pay its own debts for a change.  Our objections are being forwarded to all Principals that are directly involved in this latest institutionalized constructive fraud scheme and the International Court of Justice.  

As everyone involved has Cause to Know, our Government has a currency, which is our United States Silver Dollar and our gold coinage series which is used for international purposes.  And there are no other forms of money or currency issued by The United States of America. Period. 

There are no other endorsed and approved American currencies on the market at this time.  

We are not issuing any notes or certificates or monetized securities for obvious reasons -- the widespread confusion, dishonesty, counterfeiting, and criminal misrepresentation being promoted by various commercial corporations has resulted in deadlock.  

This so-called "rainbow currency" being issued in our names (examples attached) and all charges against it are to be returned to the Pope and the Queen and the Lord Mayor of London and to the United Nations Corporation as charges against them, together with a 250% surcharge for the abuse of our Good Name and Trademarks and as a tariff penalty for willful misrepresentation and fraud. 

Americans are warned not to accept these bills as any valid currency and to return any such Funny Money to the United States Treasury together with an international exchange bill for 3.5 times the face value of any of these notes found in circulation addressed directly to the Secretary of the Treasury.

About Public-Private Bonds

The following missive was sent out this morning in an effort to put a stop to assumptions that people have had to the effect that they will all be receiving and have control of "billions" of dollars simply because there are public trusts being held in their private names. This is not the case.

People need to realize that the gains from this present system of things have all been ill-gotten gains that employed criminal means to extract and deploy these assets. What we, Americans, are all owed, immediately, is release from debt and any presumption of debt. This is our private relief.

What we are owed in the longer term is settlement of the public asset recoupment --- the return of our property and settlement regarding the ill-gotten gains obtained from it. This is our public relief.

So please read this with a better understanding of how this dissolution of illegal public trust interests has to be handled on a step-by-step basis and why.

Please note--- when I am told that I approved something that I am unfamiliar with, I am bound to be concerned, especially when the topic (bonds) is something that I know to be a fecund source of legal actions and imprisonments and garnishments.

Our purpose, as a government, is to protect our people and their assets ---- and a great many people think that bonds are valuable without realizing the servitude that bonds represent. They also imagine that credit is the same as money, when it's not.

How then, do we propose to address the extremely complex issues being presented by these public-private labor bond issues (issued in our names), compounded by the use of a fiat monetary system, when people don't even know what money is, what a bond is, what a public interest is, and so on and on?

I trust that we all know that the present interest in "bonds" generally is being fueled by an innocent self-interest and assumption that we own these bonds and can cash them out safely like matured savings bonds. That is not the case.

These are complex international bonds that are, strictly speaking, illegal instruments. Securitization of living flesh, identity theft, and impersonation, followed by barratry and various kinds of insurance fraud are all crimes---- and one must be very careful and astute when establishing and exercising liens against ill-gotten gains.

Those who are issuing bonds in our names are ultimately responsible, not us, so it is the relief from debt that we are owed, not the proceeds or profits from an illegal act---- which is an entirely separate issue, and that is one of the biggest conundrums that we face as we are trying to unravel this.

That is why the Vendor Cards which release people from debt are the first things to be pursued in terms of bringing relief, not a settlement of the bonds per se. And that is, generally speaking, why I don't teach much about bonds. It's a very sticky wicket for people to navigate individually and for their own sake and safety, I advise them not to try.

I am, right now, myself, in negotiation with the Vatican Chancery Court to settle the debts and bonds accrued to my Proper Name as a test case. I have authorized the offset of the Federal Reserve Notes issued in my name and the return of the pre-paid credit balance as lawful money to our American International Trade Bank.

This conversion is only possible for Americans and is another one of the reasons that people shouldn't be messing around with this.

Please note that the net result of this is "public interest money" because an illegal "public trust" is being dissolved; the plan I have developed is to place this ill-gotten gain in our American International Trade Bank as an asset to benefit all Americans and fund our lawful government and provide grants (without usury) for new development.

The benefit to me individually is to be free of debt, and the benefit to the public is to have a fully funded government (no taxation ever again) and a large stockpile of credit and actual money available to disperse for lawful and peaceful purposes---- building homes, taking care of the sick and young and elderly, etc., etc., etc.

This application of the ill-gotten gains does not involve me, individually and personally, in receiving or having control of the $11.7 Billion owed to the public trust bearing my name, and I fear that some people are innocently promoting the idea that each and every American is going to receive and have "billions of dollars" to spend and control, just because there is an illegal public trust held in their name.

That's not what is happening and that is not even what CAN happen. If that kind of "personal settlement" were on offer, the entire world economy would collapse overnight and result in the death of billions of innocent people.

The Vatican will be happy to discharge the debts in fiat money, but that is not what we are actually owed--- and in the process, a great many people could be additionally cheated by being "paid" with their own credit ---- again, which, as you will recall, is the result of the Phil Hudok arbitration process, if they try to settle things themselves.

For these and additional reasons related to the punitive measures that accrue when trying to settle debts and profits resulting from actions which are crimes in the present era, and which moreover, represent the interests of unauthorized public trusts------ I have been very careful about opening this can of worms.

These are not "simple" labor bonds. These bonds involve the entire bollux-cluster resulting from the unlawful conversion to fiat money and the registration of Americans as British and Municipal citizens, and the entanglement of public and private debt interests on a worldwide basis----- it's the difference between a pet turtle and Godzilla.

Viewed from this perspective, I think it is obvious why neither I nor the Assemblies want the liability of teaching a Bonds 101 Course and having people doing what XXXXX did---assuming that I put the stamp of approval on it and that it is therefore safe to pursue settlement of these bonds on an individual basis. It's not. Winston Shrout stands as a shining example of why it's not simple, not easy. and not recommended for Mom and Pop.

When we are involved, willingly and knowingly, or in a complete blur---- with backing public debts with private assets, and using unauthorized public trusts to do it ---- we are messing with "ill-gotten gains" and the only ones available to settle the debt are: (1) the governments responsible for the situation and (2) the governments who aren't responsible for the situation, both acting in venues where living people have no standing whatsoever.

So if you want to educate people about bonds, by all means, find a good course and learn ---- but with the proviso that: (1) I am not involved in approving courses that I am totally unfamiliar with; (2) the Assemblies are not liable for any use of the information by individuals; (3) that these are very complex issues and it is not recommended for people to interject themselves as individuals, because they will accrue individual liability and may end up in jail.

The safe, sure, and immediate route is to pursue debt release and that is what I am doing as the Fiduciary. The longer term answer is to settle the bonds one-by-one and attach the profits to our banks as damages owed to all of us, en masse, and administering the receipts as such. It's going to be an accounting nightmare and a constant threat to the world economy, but there is no other way out of it.

We are living in an era of unprecedented corruption, confusion, and deceit. Criminals are in charge of corporations masquerading "as" governments. Bands of paid "private security personnel" are being paid to oppress the people of this country, using the people's own money and credit to do it.

For the most part, those taking part in this "system" are ignorant, greedy, and violent ---- and they make money from injustice. They are charging the Public Purse between $6000 and $9000 a day per prisoner. Do I need to emphasize that we are not out of the woods on Main Street, simply because we are making headway in Geneva?

I am concerned about the liability of in any way encouraging people to dabble in bond recoupment, and I am concerned about the possible results for our people, and I am concerned that nobody said one word to me about any of this (training about bonds). I had to hear about it from XXXXXX, and in this instance, I am glad that she spoke up---- and I am concerned about the assumptions and ideas that are being spread to the effect that we are all richer than Midas and that we are all going to have billions of dollars in our individual accounts to spend.

That is not what is happening and for reasons that should be obvious, that cannot be allowed to happen, either. People in this country would be paying out five million "dollars" for a loaf of bread and the rest of the world would starve if that were the case.

So--- please---- think. Carefully. The object of this entire effort is to protect living people and improve their lives and the quality of life and abundance of life on this planet. It is not about digits and it is not about "self". Those who seek money for money's sake seek a dead idol that offers only death in return.

Instruction on the Fifth Sunday After Pentecost

At the Introit implore God's assistance and say, with the priest:

INTROIT Hear, O Lord, my voice with which I have cried to thee: be thou my helper, forsake me not, nor do Thou despise me, O god, my Savior. (Ps. XXVI.) The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. COLLECT O God, who host prepared invisible good things for those that love Thee: pour into our hearts such a sense of Thy love, that we, loving Thee in all, and above all, may obtain Thy promises, which exceed all out desire: Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (I Peter III. 8-15.) Dearly beloved, Be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, being lovers of the brotherhood, merciful, modest, humble: not rendering evil for evil, nor railing for railing, but contrariwise, blessing: for unto this you are called; that you may inherit a blessing. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile. How can and how should we sanctify the Lord in our hearts?

By practicing those virtues which Peter here recommends, and which he so exactly describes; for thereby we become true disciples of Christ, honor Him and edify others, who by our good example are led to admire Christianity, and to become His followers. Moreover, we thus render ourselves more worthy of God's grace and protection, so that if for justice' sake we are persecuted by wicked men we need not fear, because God is for us and will reward us with eternal happiness.

ASPIRATION O good Saviour, Jesus Christ, grant that I may make Thy virtues my own; especially Thy humility, patience, mercy, and love; grant that I may practice them diligently, that I may glorify Thee, sanctify myself, and thus become worthy of Thy protection.

GOSPEL (Matt. V. 20-24.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: Except your justice abound more than that of the Scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. You have heard that it was said to them of old: Thou shalt not kill: and whosoever shall kill, shall be in danger of the judgment. But I say to you, that whosoever is angry with his brother, shall be in danger of the judgment. And whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council. And whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. If therefore, thou bring thy gift at the altar, and there thou remember that thy brother bath anything against thee, leave there thy offering before the altar, and go first to be reconciled to thy brother: and then coming, thou shaft offer thy gift.

In what did the justice of the Pharisees consist?

In external works of piety, in the avoidance of such gross vices as could not be concealed, and would have brought them to shame and disgrace. But in their hearts these Pharisees cherished evil, corrupt inclinations and desires, pride, envy, avarice, and studied malice and vengeance. Jesus, therefore, called them hypocrites, whitened sepulchers, and St. John calls them a brood of vipers. True Justice consists not only in external works of piety, that is, devotional works, but especially in a pure, sincere, self-sacrificing feeling towards God and man; without this all works, however good, are only a shell without a kernel.

How are we to understand that which Christ here says of anger and abusive words?

The meaning of Christ's words are:. You have heard that murder was forbidden to your fathers in the desert, and that the murderer had to be given up to justice: but I say to you, whoever becomes angry with his neighbor, shall be in danger of divine judgment, and he who with abusive words, such as Raca, Villain, gives vent to his anger, using expressions of contempt and insult, as fool, scoundrel, profligate, wretch, is more liable to punishment. These degrees of anger are punished in different ways by God.

Is anger always sinful?

No, anger is sinful only when we wish or actually inflict some evil to the body, property, or honor of our neighbor; when we make use of such insulting and abusive words as injure his character, provoke and irritate him. If we become angry at the vices and crimes of others, when our office or the duties of our station demand that we watch over the conduct of those under our care, to punish and correct them, (as in the case of parents, teachers, and superiors) then anger is no sin. When one through pure love of God, becomes irritated at the sins and vices of his fellowmen, like King David, or if one urged to wrong, repels the tempter with indignation, this is even a holy anger. Thus St. Gregory Says; "It is to be understood that anger created by impatience is a very different thing from anger produced by a zeal for justice. The one is caused by vice, the other by virtue." He, then, who becomes angry for justice' sake, commits no sin, but his conduct is holy and praiseworthy, for even our Lord was angry at those who bought and sold in the temple, (John II. 15.) Paul at the magician Elymas, (Acts XIII. 8.) and Peter at the deceit of Ananias and Saphira. (Acts V. 3.) Anger, then, to be without sin, must proceed from true zeal for God's honor and the salvation of souls, by which we seek to prevent others from sin, and to make them better. Even in this respect, we must be careful to allow our anger no control over our reason, but to use it merely as a means of doing good, for we are often apt to take the sting of anger for holy zeal, when it is really nothing but egotism and ambition.

Why must we first be reconciled with our neighbor before bringing an offering to God, or undertaking any good work?

Because no offering or other good work can be pleasing to God, while we live in enmity, hatred, and strife with our neighbor; for by living thus we act altogether contrary to God's will. This should be remembered by all Christians, who go to confession and holy Communion, without forgiving those who have offended them, and asking pardon of those whom they have injured. These must know that instead of receiving absolution for their sins, they by an invalid confession are guilty of another sin, and eat their own judgment in holy Communion.

How should reconciliation be made with our neighbor?

With promptness, because the apostle says: Let not the sun go down upon your anger. (Eph. IV. 26.) But if the person you have offended is absent, says St. Augustine, and you cannot easily meet him, you are bound to be reconciled to him interiorly, that is, to humble yourself before God, and ask His forgiveness, making the firm resolution to be reconciled to your enemy as soon as possible. If he is accessible, go to him, and ask his forgiveness; if he has offended you, forgive him from your heart. The reconciliation should be sincere, for God sees into the heart; it should also be permanent, for if it is not lasting, it may be questioned if it was ever sincere. On account of this command of Christ to be reconciled to our enemies before bringing sacrifice, it was the custom in ancient times that the faithful gave. the kiss of peace to one another at the sacrifice of Mass, before Communion, as even to this day do the priests and deacons, by which those who are present, are admonished to love one another with holy love, and to be perfectly reconciled with their enemies, before Communion.

ASPIRATION O God, strike me not with the blindness of the Pharisees that, like them, I may seek to please man by my works, and thus be deprived of eternal reward. Banish from my heart all sinful anger, and give me a holy zeal in charity that I may be anxious only for Thy honor and for the salvation of my neighbor. Grant me also that I may offend no one, and willingly forgive those who have offended me, thus practicing true Christian justice, and become agreeable to Thee.

MEANS OF PREVENTING ANGER

The first and most effectual preventive is humility; for as among the proud there are always quarrels and contentions, (Prov. XIII. 10.) so among the humble reign peace, meekness and patience. To be humble, meek, and patient, we must frequently bring before our minds the example of Christ who did not sin, neither was guile found in His mouth, (I Peter II. 22.) yet suffered great contradictions, many persecutions, scoffs and sneers from sinners, without threatening vengeance to any one for all He suffered; He say's to us in truth: Learn of me, because I am meek and humble of heart. (Matt. XI. Z9.) A very good preventive of anger is to think over in the morning what causes will be likely to draw us into anger at any time during the day, and to arm ourselves against it by a firm resolution to bear all with patience and silence; and when afterwards anything unpleasant occurs, let us think, "What will I effect by my anger? Can I thereby make things better? Will I not even make myself ridiculous and injure my health?" (for experience as well as holy Scripture teaches, that anger shortens life.) (Eccles. XXX. 26.) Finally, the most necessary preventive of anger is fervent prayer to God for the grace of meekness and patience, for although it seems difficult and almost impossible to our nature to be patient, by the grace of God it becomes not only possible, but even easy.

INSTRUCTION ON SACRIFICE
Offer thy gift. (Matt. V. 24.)

In its wider and more universal sense sacrifice comprehends all religious actions by which a rational being; presents himself to God, to be united with Him; and in this sense prayer, praising God, a contrite heart, charity to others, every good work, and observance of God's commandments is a sacrifice. Thus the Holy Scriptures say: Offer up the sacrifice of justice and trust in the Lord. (Fs. IV. 6.) Offer to God the sacrifice of praise. (Ps. XLIX. iq..) Sacrifice to God is an afflicted spirit; a contrite and humble heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. (Ps. 1. 19.) It is a wholesome sacrifice to take heed to the commandments, and to depart from, all iniquity. (Ecclus. XXXV. 2.) "Therefore," says St. Augustine, "every good work which is united in sanctity with God, is a true sacrifice, because it refers to the end of all good, to God, by whom we can be truly happy." As often, then, as you humble yourself in prayer before the majesty of God, when you give yourself up to God, and when you make your will subject to His divine will, you bring a sacrifice to God; as often as you punish your body by continency, and your senses by mortification, you bring a sacrifice to God, because you offer them as instruments of justice; (Rom. VI. 13.) as often as you subdue the evil concupiscence of the flesh, the perverted inclinations of your soul, deny yourself any worldly pleasure for the love of God, you bring a sacrifice to God. Such sacrifices you should daily offer to God; without which all others have no value and do not please God, such as these you can make every moment, when you think, speak, and act all for the love, of God.

Strive then, Christian soul, to offer these pleasing sacrifices to God, the supreme Lord, and as you thus glorify Him, so will He one day reward you with unutterable glory.

Additional Issues for The Court of International Justice -- Blood Money 27 -- The Sanctity of Life

It is indeed ironic that the head of the Roman Catholic Church, long the bastion of resistance to abortion and other life-denying and murderous practices, should be the ultimate owner and operator of the corporations engaged in the current worldwide genocide.

Those responsible attempt to condone this situation and this obvious conflict between doctrine and action, a hypocrisy beyond words, via the simple artifice of operating a Sacred Office and a Secular Office under one roof.

For centuries this was accomplished by having the Pope operate in the Sacred Office, and having the same man operate as the Roman Pontiff in the Secular Office. As of 2008, examination of this situation revealed that no man can serve two masters, and the decision was made to liquidate the Office of the Roman Pontiff and the underlying Roman Pontifex Trust as of 2011.

Wonderful, we all said, with a sigh of relief. Now, maybe the Church could get back to being a Church and the City of Rome and its sleazier adherents could slink off into the darkness where they belong.

No such luck. Instead, the separate offices were simply redefined a bit and shuffled around, and the duties split between two men, with the Pope Emeritus retaining the Ministerial Sacred Office, and a loyal Jesuit, obligated to obey the Pope in all things, tasked with all the nasty business and material affairs --- the de facto office of the Roman Pontiff was passed on to Pope Francis.

Anyone familiar with the operations of the Roman Church was alarmed and not deceived by this shuffle dance. Oh, yes, they seemed to say. We got caught. So what? We'll throw some dust and incense and a little smoke in the air and continue on.

We'll use an innocent young woman from Chicago with the last name of Urban, and an "open assignment" to transfer the assets of the Pontifex Trust to JP Morgan, and use the proceeds to bulwark our favorite banks all over the world.

Ha-ha-hee-hee.

We will pat the confused heir of the City of Rome (Urban) Trust on the head, without ever allowing her to read the Trust Indenture, and send her home to poverty and obscurity, while we skate on with our double-dealing and our chicanery unobserved and, apparently, accepted by the world.

Only it was observed and it wasn't accepted without objection. We objected and we published our objection. Flat out, in public, for all the world to see.

Either our young American wasn't a valid heir of the Roman Trust, or she was; and obviously, they agreed that she was, because they accepted her signature as their authority for the transfer of funds. They failed their due diligence and responsibility to fully disclose to an American standing on the land and soil of Texas. They pretended, knowingly, that she was a Municipal citizen of the United States, instead, and deprived her of her birthright in all respects.

And they benefited themselves and JP Morgan and BNP Paribas and Banco de Brazil, and so many other players without a backward glance, thinking that their deceit was sufficient to wash their hands and claim that they'd cleaned up their act ---- when they hadn't.

Similarly, the same players colluded to harvest the Life Force Value Annuities owed to the people of Mexico, "the" US, and Canada, and arranged to have the receipts transferred by the fictitious GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA to Prince Philip, who received $950 Trillion dollars and three days later announced his retirement from Public Life. How convenient.

Again, it did not pass unobserved and was not accepted without objection. We objected and we published our objections. The entire process of creating life insurance interests and insurance annuities based on the lives of innocent third parties and the value of their labor and ingenuity, takes the concept of legalized gambling beyond any pale, and subjects life itself to the rules of a dishonest casino. Where, after all, was any valid "insurable interest" granted to Prince Philip?

We objected a third time when British Territorial "President" Barack Obama provided foreign governments, including the Government of China, with official printing presses and supplies of custom paper and ink from the United States Mint and Bureau of Engraving, and so, opened the door to broad spectrum and uncontrolled foreign counterfeiting of the currency attributed to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA --- another foreign corporation, with the intent of foisting off all resulting costs and claims on the American States and People and our credit, as a debt to be "assumed".

But again, we objected and we published our objections. We didn't assume any such debts. Those debts and the resulting damage to our economy and our credit belong to the banks and the whackjob out-of-control governmental services corporations responsible for the transfer of the printing presses, engraving plates, papers, and inks.

The use of our money and our good name to purchase the landmass of the Philippine Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii is another example of our Subcontractors run wild, as is their subsequent misadministration of these properties "in our names" and their creation of a False Trust naming the purportedly independent Government of the Philippines as the Trustee of our gold reserves, when they continued to control the interest in the landmass of the Philippine Islands in our names.

How "independent" could the Government of the Philippines be, under such a circumstance?

And so, on and on it goes, a long. torpid, sordid, selfish, dishonest, criminal misuse and abuse of the purloined powers of our American Government and our assets in all jurisdictions, by the Popes, the British Monarchs, and the Lord Mayors, all playing Footsie with each other, and passing roles around like almond clusters, so that each could play "Good Cop" or "Bad Cop" as the situation might demand, and the Americans would take it in the shorts each and every time.

All this and so much more hypocrisy and Breach of Trust was expedited via the use of impersonation and here we get to the meat of this final pointed discussion -- the sanctity of life and the need to end the crimes of personage and barratry that expedited all of this, and the insurance industry that provided the motives for it.

These present evils entered the modern world with the establishment of the Mystery Company in Great Britain--which set up the quid pro quo for sharing out receipts of the scam, and found fruition following the Great Fire of London, with the establishment and use of Cestui Que Vie Trusts favoring the Government's seizure of abandoned properties and the presumptive redefinition of living people as Public Trusts.

By 1702, these same tools of impersonation and Government advantage combined with incentives from crooked maritime insurance purveyors, which resulted in the Bottomry Bonds Scandal, in which non-existent ships and non-existent cargos of the Dutch East India Company were nonetheless insured, and the insurance collected upon.

By the handy trick of impersonation, the entirety of the Dutch East India Company and its Fleet disappeared, leaving the Temporal Earth ---- and making a beeline across the Atlantic for diverse locations in New York, the Bahamas, and elsewhere ----and also leaving their investors and insurers to hold the proverbial bag.

Since then these same crimes of deceit have been allowed to flourish under the auspices of the Roman Civil Law wherever and whenever this form of law has been preserved, and in every case, a flourishing economy based on crime and on inland piracy has been the result.

And in every case, this law has been imposed via courts impersonating living people as things (crimes of personage), court officials bringing known false charges (crimes of barratry), and false injury claims (insurance fraud).

These three things appear together, consistently, over the course of the last four centuries: personage, barratry, and insurance fraud go together like peas, carrots, and potatoes. Despite repeated and disastrous acquaintance with these evils, we have failed to get rid of the plague and failed to remove the incentives for these crimes --- both the incentives of the individuals involved and the incentives of the governments.

It always starts the same way, with officials in positions of trust --- especially tariff and customs and tax and naval officers, being granted authority to act as privateers and earn commissions from recoupments and impounds on the land --leading to asset confiscation based on various spurious legal presumptions, and improper salvage operations at sea.

These crimes always start in international jurisdiction and naturally arise in international jurisdiction, because the international jurisdiction stands between the actual, factual realm and the totally theoretical realm --- and it is here in the middle ground occupied by first degree Legal Fictions that the identities of the living can be obscured and "mistaken" --- accidentally-on-purpose--- and unlawfully converted into the identities of dead Legal Fictions, a process serving to benefit predatory malefactors.

As you can observe, the Bottomry Bonds Scandal involved ships, seagoing "vessels"-- that were completely imaginary.

Today, we battle with a similar scam, in which completely imaginary persons are created, and used like voo-doo dolls or poppets, to imprison, impound, cashier, rob, defraud, deprive, enslave, traffic and murder living people without consequence for the criminals guilty of this onslaught of constructive and institutionalized fraud.

Today, we battle with a foreign conspiracy that systematically redefines living Americans as foreign citizens, and then proceeds to create not only corporate personas to impersonate those living Americans, but also a dizzying array of derivative personas, each gratuitously and arbitrarily defined as a different kind of incorporated entity: cestui que vie trusts, public transmitting utilities, public charitable trusts, special purpose vehicles, and so on, in endless proliferation, all designed to do one thing---- steal or otherwise benefit from the identity and assets of the victims.

For Satan comes only to lie, to murder, to steal, and destroy.

These crimes of impersonation and barratry, and the insurance fraud schemes that accompany them, are nothing new. They are fully known, and they are just as damaging and destructive today as they were in 1609.

Those who do not remember the past may be condemned to relive it, but as we have adequately demonstrated, we have remembered the past and we have remembered who we are, and what we are owed as living people. There can be no pretension or excuse for continuing to misaddress us.

The International Court of Justice is uniquely situated to act in a variety of roles, as an Arbiter, as a Peacemaker, as a Comptroller, as a Prosecutor---- all within the targeted international jurisdiction wherein these specific crimes have occurred and been allowed to flourish until they threaten to destroy all life and the identity of life on this planet.

The sum total effect of these impersonation schemes serves to unlawfully convert the identity of living men and women and to render them as things---- dead things, corporations, and legal fictions. These legal fictions function in ways and under rules that are totally foreign to living people.

We ask that The International Court of Justice and the other High Courts herein addressed act as Arbiters in the interests of peace and engage these numerous issues with Good Faith and Determination to put an end to the evils presented by these pernicious crimes of personage, barratry, and insurance fraud, which have resulted in misery, confusion, mercenary conflicts, unjust enrichment, enslavement, peonage, murder, kidnapping, unlawful conversion, inland piracy, human trafficking, and many other crimes over the course of the last four centuries.

It has often been remarked that the courts have no positive powers, but only the powers of restraint --- then let these courts provide a mighty and determining rebuke and insightful permanent restraint upon the motivations of those criminals and criminal enterprises that have endeavored to mischaracterize and misidentify and impersonate the living as the dead, so as to benefit from their estates and purloin their credit and other assets, and exercise coercive power over living people via deceitful legal artifice.

Mankind has suffered for four hundred years under the lash of this institutionalized fraud scheme, and what the Bible calls "a strong delusion" --- but neither we nor anyone reading this is deceived any longer.

To the High Courts of the Roman Civil Law ---- take notice. We are not deceived and in your own language --- "Fictio cedit veritati; fictio juris non est, ubi veritas."

To the High Maritime and Admiralty Courts --- take notice: possession by pirates does not change ownership.

The sanctity of life must be upheld, and the rights of individual living people must be enforced, and the bar between the living and the dead must be honored or nobody and nothing on this planet will be safe, there will be no peace, no sanity, and no end to poverty, ignorance, enslavement, peonage, and genocide.

The motivations of the gamblers must be taken away, and the merely presumed-to-exist insurable custodial interest of the British Crown must be firmly and permanently denied.

The courts of the international jurisdiction must be aroused to high dudgeon and motivated to protect their own credibility, honor, and competence, to put an end to this 400 year-old reign of terror brought to us via secretive insurance scams and profit-sharing schemes between governments, instrumentalities of governments, and corporations chartered by governments--- all seeking to deprive, defraud, misidentify, and impersonate living people as dead things for purposes of coercion, barratry and unjust enrichment.

We've had 400 years of delusional double-speak, lies for profit, and abuse of the living for the sake of the dead; it is the duty of the international courts to bring these abuses to an end.

May the High Courts bear Witness to the Law and the Source of all Justice in this most urgent hour, and take up their roles to preserve life, to affirm life, and to protect life from the ravages of their respective foreign domains and may they act to re-establish firm and lasting boundaries again between the Kingdoms of the Living and the Kingdoms of the Dead.
