Another Refutation of TROH --- Again

I have had to comment, repeatedly, about "the Reign of the Heavens Society" and the complete bunk it keeps publishing, but this time they went over the top.

Now, they are telling people that all "Yeshuaians" --- followers of Jesus, who adopt a "33 + 3" calendar, are "sealed" by a "Blood Moon" and have to bow knee to their version of "The United States of America".

They are also claiming that this allowed them to ignore the US Postmaster General.

They also claim that The United States of America is a sovereign government.

No sane person could make this stuff up without the assistance of hallucinatory drugs.

Let's take these claims in reverse order:

The United States of America is not a sovereign government. It's an unincorporated Holding Company. It's a business with a "doing business as" Proper Name. This particular business structure was formed by the actual sovereign States of the Union in 1776, so that they would have an agent to act for them "mutually" --that is, as a group-- in international and global affairs.

As a Holding Company, The United States of America "holds" various "powers" that belong to the separate and sovereign States. It exercises those powers for the benefit of the States as a group. The United States of America is the first entity ever in receipt of "delegated powers" donated by the States, and it is the Primary Delegator of those powers from 1776 onward.

That is what The United States of America actually is and always was.

Whatever else TROH thinks it is, only God knows, but the same principle I observed recently with regard to the political Left appears to be at work here, too: these people don't actually know what "The United States of America" is or what it was organized to do, so they just make stuff up and redefine it at will.

Judging from their track record and the wild claims they have already made for it, their version of The United States of America is somewhere between the Big Rock Candy Mountain and the Province of Shangri La.

As for ignoring the US Postmaster General, I am sure that the US Postmaster General is relieved that he can ignore them and their claims, too.

The officers of the USA are not subject to the officers of the US and vice-versa.

The actual Post Master (land jurisdiction) and Postmaster (sea jurisdiction) of The United States of America can "ignore" the Postmaster General of the United States (air jurisdiction) because they work in different jurisdictions and for different employers. Go figure.

More importantly, TROH has no standing or valid claim to have any Post Office function related to the actual government of this country. Our Post Office and seat of government is founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; it existed well-before The War of Independence, and it is still there.

Once again, TROH doesn't understand the difference between USA and US and the various jurisdictions and offices and services involved, so, they apparently just made something up.

Finally, this cult-like spiel about "Blood Moons" and a "33 +3" calendar cycle and that people are "sealed" to obey some bunch of knotheads misrepresenting themselves as The Government of The United States of America---- that whole diatribe is so smelly and off the wall that even an old Dumpster Diver like me takes pause.

As we have discussed before, time doesn't exist. As a result, all calendars are fictitious cataloging systems based on various natural phenomena--- the precession of the constellations, the waning and waxing of the moon, or even the frequency of vibration of a hydrogen atom--- and it is all arbitrary and chosen by men who are about as infallible as weather reports.

There is nothing, absolutely nothing, sacred about any calendar, unless you want to talk about the "calendar" of festivals.

This same group, TROH, got all excited about the end of the Mayan Calendar, too, and were nonplussed as to why the world didn't end on the day they predicted, and why they were not raptured up to become the 144,000 Elect.

Maybe it's because none of them are virgins, they don't follow Yeshua's example, and the Mayans were pagan blood-sacrificers?

Just prior to the Winter Solstice of 2011 TROH was all over the internet, and the basic line was---- sign on with us now, or you can never be one of the super-elite leaders of the Reign of the Heavens Society. Sign up now, Buddy, or you are going to lose your slot in Heaven and never make the grade.

Oh, and send us money --- something like $1500, if I remember correctly -- a substantial sum, to mark your seat and save your place in this wonderful organization of those very, very special people who are called.

They seem to have forgotten that even Yeshua didn't have control of who is actually called, and that no money was ever involved.

The entire history of TROH is the same way. One preposterous episode after another.

It doesn't seem to matter whether the subject is religion or government with them, they just bounce back and forth, making it up as they go.

Now, I can't tell you why they are doing and saying all these whackjob things, but I can tell you that, yes, they are whackjob--- and to run like an antelope away.

Just like I remind everyone that English, not Dog Latin, is our official language --and to leave PARSE SYNTAX behind.

Things that don't make sense, and people who want to walk a crooked walk ---leave them behind.

If you have never read the Bible for yourself, now would be a good time. See for yourself what it actually says, so that you are not led astray.

If you have never studied American History (as opposed to US History) now is the time to do that, too, so that you are not misled about your government, either.

And always, let your own Shinola Sensor be your guide.

Truth can be stranger than fiction at times, and I can attest to that; but fiction is more usually the strange part of the equation.

Listening to The Left

The repetitive chant-like sameness of the Leftist diatribe usually puts me to sleep. But, this morning, I heard something odd coming from the Left: a Leftist Gun Club. The leader of this organization was being interviewed and saying---that, well, she wanted to be able to defend herself against thugs.

Imagine that?

This was an early morning radio interview so my imagination was free to envision a human Chihuahua on a polished waxed floor packing a .357.... which was unsettling enough to jolt me fully awake.

And then she said something that answered a question that I have had for many years.

She said that she and her cohorts on the Left see the government as a force to be used to promote the Greater Good.

They see themselves as being anointed to determine what the Greater Good is, and then, they see the government as their means to power to implement it.

This took me back several decades to my time spent in California and the bizarre Bayside dinner parties I attended as one of the Greater Unwashed scarfing up free champagne. And it all made perfect sense.

These people have no idea what the government is, so they are using it for purposes never intended. Like two year-olds with a hammer or a dog with a dildo....they just came up with their own theory and ran with it.

It's a pillow smasher, no, no.... it's.... for denting the car fender! Wait, what else can I do with this?

What, I wondered briefly, would a tribesman living in the Amazon rainforest do with a wingnut?

Or a Californian do with a government?

Now, we know.

Apparently, large numbers of New Yorkers and Californians were never taught the actual functions of government, so they came up with something totally different to do with it----and then spread their new theory of government via morning television, reaching a huge audience as clueless as they were.

Like birds pulling apart a sweater to make a fluffy nest, or Grandma using a cat box for a laundry tub, or kids turning an old packing crate into a castle, the Leftists have repurposed the Federal Government.

There are now so many of them brought up under these false assumptions about the nature and purpose of government, that they are enforcing their own delusions.

"Hey, Joe, isn't the government supposed to take care of us, cradle to grave, no matter what happens?"

"Yeah, that's what I was told."

They actually believe, as in religious belief, that the Federal Government is a charity created to impose social justice (as defined by them, of course).

I used my hand to prop up my jaw.

That's why the Leftists sound like they are preaching a religion.

They are.

That's why they are so Holier-Than-Thou.

That's why they believe that they can buy social justice.

That's why they think that they can (and should) impose their own values on other people, using the government bureaucracy to do it.

For them, politics has replaced religion, complete with doctrines and dogmas and sacred cows.

And they think that the government bureaucracy is their means to convert all the Unbelievers.

Forget about militant Muslims. Forget about the Jesuits. We've got something far more dangerous and unhinged going on.

We need to start teaching Civics again, because millions of clueless people are falling victim to this theory of government, and once they embrace government as a religion, it's hard to tap them on the shoulder and ask, "Why are you wearing a mask and a birdcage on your head?"

My Thoughts on the ArVee

The theory behind the "RV" is that when the US DOLLAR is trashed and people lose half to 80% of the value of their money in this country, it will be offset by gains in the value of other world currencies. So, you are being told to invest in the currencies of other countries, because once "the RV" occurs, their gains will more than offset your losses.

In theory.

Of course, putting all your money in other currencies weakens the US DOLLAR and so, you are stupidly participating in the demise of the currency you have been using and investing in all these years, albeit under the force of Legal Tender Laws--- which is another story you can chalk up to the U.S. Military.

Some of these foreign currencies, in theory, stand to gain much more value than others, because the countries involved have assets (like minerals or archeological sites) that have been discovered or developed in the years since 1941 --- the last time that an RV-like event and worldwide asset accounting process occurred.

Those responsible for trashing the US DOLLAR --- mainly military officials who are supposed to be guarding our nation's money for us --- have been promoting the RV as an "answer" for their own gross mismanagement ever since 1863 when Lincoln appointed them to be responsible for our money.

Refer to the very first Executive Order ever issued --- General Order 100, also known as the Lieber Code, issued in March of 1863, one day prior to Lincoln declaring the Northern State-of-State organizations bankrupt. The U.S. Army took over as the Territorial Government at that point and has been in control of the money ever since.

It has been under their auspices and on their watch that so much terrible fraud and theft and abuse of the people of this country has occurred, so don't for a moment think that our military can escape this debacle with clean hands. They have had their paws in our cookie jar since 1863 and much of what we and the rest of the world have suffered is directly related to them and what they have done or failed to do.

The proposed ArVee is no different.

It is just another Big Con and Crap Shoot, based on graft and malfeasance, designed to benefit Insiders at the expense of Outsiders.

And it is just as criminal as all that has come before it.

The U.S. Military and their crony pals working the storefront in Washington, DC, have the most powerful commodity rigging scheme in place that anyone has ever attempted: The Exchange Stabilization Fund.

Using this mammoth stockpile of foreign currencies, they can undermine any economy and "blow out" any currency worldwide, at will.

They have been using this tool to conduct Economic Warfare since the inception of this scheme, and the ArVee is just the latest bit of their self-interested criminality on display, despite all the "secrecy" and elbow-jabbing associated with it.

Obviously, with the world currency markets rigged to the teeth, there is no actual value in any of the currencies. They are all arbitrary. Some jackass sitting in a leather club chair in London and his buddies sit down over a glass of Scotch and out of thin air, decide the exchange rates of world currencies, and whether or not people in Nigeria starve this winter.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with value or abundance of commodities or anything else. It's just digits and stockpiles and petty little men playing "god".

If the U.S. Military was worth the powder to blow them to Hell, they'd rebel against these masters and stop their endless bootlicking, but then, they'd have to explain to the American People exactly how and why all our gold and silver was cashiered offshore in foreign countries for "safekeeping".

And they'd have to explain their part in the 1919 Treaty of Versailles.

And they'd have to explain what went on in 1941, just prior to the staged attack on Pearl Harbor.

To quote Ricky, Lucy would have a lot of 'splaining to do. A lot.

And most of it wouldn't ring true or be justifiable. It would just appear to be what it is --- criminality in a suit.

You want to know why Biden is "President" of a brand new foreign Municipal Corporation (that doesn't have a contract) and Trump isn't?

Because the Dirty Military outfoxed the Clean Military. Or maybe they just bought off enough traitors to pull the political equivalent of another one of their horrible Great Fiascos ---- the September 11 Holocaust.

Tell me, again, why NORAD was on stand down that day?

No, friends, the ugly truth is that the ArVee is like everything else these jokers have done for the past 150-plus years and they all need to be keel-hauled.

This Sunday and the whole week should serve as a preparation for the festival of Pentecost, that we may be enabled by good works and pious devotional exercises, to receive the gifts of the Holy Ghost. At the Introit the Church sings:

INTROIT

Hear, O Lord, my voice, with which I have cried to thee, alleluia. My heart hath said to thee: I have sought thy face, thy face, O Lord, I will seek: turn not away thy face from me, allel. allel. The Lord is my light and my salvation: whom shall I fear? (Ps. XXVI. 7-9.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT  Almighty, everlasting God, grant us ever to have a will devoted to Thee, and to serve Thy majesty with a sincere heart. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (1 Peter IV. 7-11.) Dearly beloved, be prudent, and watch in prayers. But before all things, have a constant mutual charity among yourselves; for charity covereth a multitude of sins. Why is the Holy Ghost called the Paraclete?

Through the apostles and disciples whom He made so eloquent and so courageous that they intrepidly professed and preached Christ to be the Son of God, and the true Messiah. This doctrine He confirmed by astounding miracles, and sealed it by their blood which they shed in its defense The Holy Ghost still gives testimony of Christ through the Church, that is, the clergy, through whom He speaks, and who must, therefore, be listened to reverently. We must also give testimony of Christ and profess by our lives, by patience in crosses and afflictions that He is our Teacher, our Lord, and our God; for if we do not thus acknowledge' Him in this world He will deny us before His Father in heaven. (Matt X. 33.)

Did the Jews sin in persecuting and putting to death the apostles?

Undoubtedly; for although they erroneously believed they were doing God a service, their ignorance and error were very sinful and deserving of punishment, because they could easily have known and been instructed in the truth.

Those Christians who neglect all religious instruction hardly know what is necessary for salvation, and make light of many things which are grievous sins; as also those who are in doubt whether they justly or unjustly possess certain goods, and yet through fear of being compelled to make restitution, neglect to settle the doubts such are in culpable ignorance.

What must every Christian know and believe in order to be saved?

That there is but one God, who has created and governs all things; that God is a just judge, who rewards the good and punishes the wicked; that there are in the Deity three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost; that the Son of God became man for love of us, taught us, and by His death on the cross redeemed us; that the Holy Ghost sanctifies us by His grace, without which we cannot become virtuous or be saved; that man's soul is immortal.

PETITION Send us, O Lord Jesus ! the Paraclete, that He may console and strengthen us in all our afflictions. Enlighten us by Thy Holy Spirit that we may learn and live in accordance with the truths of faith. Amen.

 

INSTRUCTION ON SCANDAL

These things have I spoken to you, that you may not be scandalized. (John XVI. 1.)

How is scandal given?

By speaking, doing or omitting that which will be, to others an occasion, of sin: Scandal is given in different ways, for instance: if you dress improperly, speak improper words, or sing bad songs; by which you can see, that your neighbor will be tempted to think, desire or act wrongly; or what is worse, if you act sinfully, in the presence of, others, or bring bad books., books against good morals, or against the holy faith, among people; if you incite others to anger, cursing, and vengeance, or if you prevent them from attending church, the sermon, or catechetical instruction, etc. In all these things you become guilty of scandal, as well as of all the sins to which it gives rise.

If at the Last judgment we will be unable to, give an account of our own sins, how, then can we answer for the innumerable sins caused by the scandal we have given? Therefore Christ pronounces a terrible, woe upon those who give scandal. Woe to that man, He says, by whom the scandal cometh! It were better for him, that a millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea. (Matt. XVIII.)

How do parents give scandal?

By giving their children bad example; by excessive anger, cursing and swearing; by avarice, injustice and cheating; by discord and quarrels; by gluttony in eating and drinking; by extravagance and vanity in dress; by sneering at religion, good morals, etc.; by not keeping their children from evil company, but sometimes even bringing them into it; by not punishing and endeavoring to eradicate their children's vices. How much parents sin, through such scandals, cannot be expressed; at the Day of judgment their children will be their accusers!

How do masters give scandal to their servants and those under their care?

In the same way as parents do to their children; by keeping them away from, or not urging them by their own example or command to attend church on Sundays and holy-days; by giving them meat on fast-days; by commanding them to do sinful things, such as stealing, injuring others, etc.

 

INSTRUCTION ON PREPARATION FOR PENTECOST

1). We should withdraw, after the example of the Blessed Virgin and the apostles, to some solitary place, or at least avoid, intercourse with others, as much as possible; speak but little, and apply ourselves to earnest and persevering prayer; for in solitude God speaks to man.

2). We should purify our conscience by a contrite confession, become reconciled to our neighbor, if we have lived in enmity; for the Holy Ghost, as a spirit of peace and purity, lives only in pure and peaceful souls. (Ps. IXXV. 3.)

3). We should give alms according to our means, for it is said in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts X.) of the Gentile centurion Cornelius, that by prayer and alms-deeds he made himself worthy of the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

4). We should fervently desire to receive the Holy Ghost, and should give expression to this longing by frequent aspirations to God, making use of the prayer: 

"COME, Holy Ghost, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and kindle in them the fire of Thy love. 

  V. Send forth Thy Spirit, and they shall be created; 

   R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

Let Us Pray 

      O God, Who didst instruct the hearts of thy faithful by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant us by the gift of the same Spirit that we may be always truly wise, and ever rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen."

The Rubicon

Years ago I was privileged to correspond with Mary Croft. Mary is a legend for her ability to cut to the chase and say no to bureaucrats with authority and grace.

Just that. No.

No, you have no right or authority to vaccinate me or say one word to me about my health or lack of it. Private business. No contract. No compliance. No presumptions allowed.

Mary has demonstrated the Power of No on a perennial basis.

No to property taxes. No to registrations of any kind. No to foreclosures. No to the idea of private "persons" being saddled with public debts. No to government intrusion. No to Agencies --- not just Agency overreach, no to Agency pretensions of authority, full stop.

No to alleged Public Trust Interests of any kind.

Just stand there on your flat little feet and give the would-be Judge a baleful stare as Mary did on many occasions and say no.

This is where the buck stops and the pedal hits the metal--- that one little word: no.

I didn't give anyone any Power of Attorney over me or my assets and if any dirty dog claims otherwise, bring him forward to be examined.

Watch the guilty prosecutors turn green.

There is an attitude, something that comes from freeing yourself from the illusions of authority, a result of growing up and being an adult and being self-responsible ---- a sort of personal Rubicon that is involved.

Like Julius Caesar, we crossed that river. We are never going back.

No, I didn't agree to mortgage my house to pay off public debts.

No, I don't owe anyone any property taxes.

No, I don't agree to the Federal Reserve Scheme. I denominate all funds as Lawful Money.

No, I am not under any obligation of servitude to anyone, and that includes the court.

No, I don't drive motor vehicles. I go from one place to another using my own car, which I paid for with my own labor. Any questions?

No, you've got it wrong. I am the Employer and you are the Employee. It's my opinion that counts.

So long as I am not hurting another living being or damaging their property, you have no right or reason to even speak to me. And if you want to allege that I injured you, it's on your head to prove it.

Somehow, Mary Croft woke up one morning, shook her head, took in the view and blew the illusion of authority right out the window. She owned herself and exercised her own authority, and she did it with such incisive logic and purity of intent, that the paper dragons blew away like dust in the wind.

It doesn't require a degree in law. What it requires, in abundance, is common sense, and the guts to open up your mouth and say what's true.

Just say it. No. No. No. No. No.

I did not give my authority away to the Community Council. I did not give the Municipal Assembly power to dictate how I decorate my garage. Or how often I water my lawn. I didn't allow the City Council any ability to shut the doors of my business.

Let's see the contract with my name and signature on it.

No, I didn't give away my proxy to any U.S. Senator.

No, I didn't vote for Mayor Bergdick.. No contract on my part.

No, I am not part of any democracy. That's some other nation and government. Not mine. I live in a republican state, thank you.

No, I don't have any Federal Income. And if anyone gave me any, I denominated it as Lawful Money, so there's an end to that discussion.

Mary's attitude, and mine, is actually easy to adopt, and the Magic Words are easy enough to say. It's a matter of finding that Rubicon within yourself and saying good-bye to whatever External Authority Figure haunts your mind.

That figure, that black-robed Judge, is an Officer of a Probate Court, here to ask who you are. Tell him.

You, Sir, are my Employee. And all that you are supposed to be doing for me, is working on actual Maritime and Admiralty cases, not trying to impose any "Special Admiralty" jurisdiction on me.

My government didn't go anywhere. It's not absent, and neither am I. No, in fact, we are in Session. Right here. Right now. If you have any questions, it's time for an in camera hearing in your Chambers.

I last spoke with Mary about three years ago. She called to chew the fat and commiserate. Teaching people to stand up for themselves and think for themselves is a thankless task, especially as it isn't something that yields to logic alone.

"You have to feel it in your bones," Mary said, and as usual, she was right.

The Revolving Door -- Urgent Warning

Once again, I am getting wind of a Trust Scheme.

And once again, more gullible members of our Assemblies are being misled right back into the same old traps that they have struggled to get out of.

This is what we call The Revolving Door Syndrome.

We work with people to get them out of the quagmire of adhesion contracts and trusts and "public interest" claims that have sucked the life and breath out of them, and deprived them of their freedom, and what do they do?

Given a song and a dance, they turn right back around, go back through the door they just came out of, and land right back in the same old cow pie.

Why, you might ask, should we bother ourselves about people clueless enough to get involved in another Trust Scheme, when they have just been delivered from a Trust Scheme?

Maybe we should just give up on them--- wave good-bye and watch them sail over the horizon---- because they are back at sea, again, despite all our efforts to drag them to safety onshore.

So let's briefly review what trusts are. Trusts are agreements about the disposal of property rights and assets.

A Will created as a "Last Will and Testament" is a common example of a trust.

The donor, a dead man, leaves his worldly estate in the hands of an Executor of his choosing. The Executor acts as Trustee, and the dead Donor literally trusts that Executor to do his bidding and deliver his bequests of property to his heirs and beneficiaries.

All trusts work the same way, there is a donor, a trustee, and at least one beneficiary.

Living men and women don't need trusts --- only dead people do, because they don't have the ability to act for themselves anymore.

So, ask yourselves------are you "dead"?

Or have you taken my message to heart and realized that you have been "killed on paper" via the process of registration--- and instead of foolishly agreeing to this, you need to come home and claim your reversionary interest in your own estate?

And take responsibility for your own affairs like any normal man?

That is what this whole exercise is about --- coming home like Robinson Crusoe, denying the false claim that you are "dead" to your identity as an American--- contrary to what your erstwhile employees have said and written about you--- and reclaiming your estate, including your Constitutional Guarantees, which are owed to you by these Monsters.

That's why we are here. That's what we are doing in our Assemblies. We are reclaiming our estates, not acting as "donors" to give them away again to some new Masters working some new Trust Scheme.

We are not going back through the revolving door, and handing our property interests off to the Church (again) or to David Straight or to anyone else involved in any kind of Trust Scheme.

Remember that the Church created trusts as a means for the Church to gain a property interest in the estates of Christian soldiers who went to the Holy Land as Crusaders ---- many of whom never returned.

After a period of years, the Church moved to claim their property as "abandoned property" and took it all. That's the kind of "trust" you can have in them --- to serve themselves and call it serving God, instead.

Many widows of Crusaders and rightful heirs were displaced by exactly this process and here we are again, after a thousand years of being duped by Trust Schemes.

Never willingly give away your power to anyone. Or anything. Ever.

Keep your property assets for yourselves and administer them as you see fit and do not ever shirk that responsibility for fear of liability.

The only people you can "trust" are those that you know are trustworthy --- those precious few who are immune to greed or need, who love you and have your best interests at heart, and who will honor your wishes in your absence to benefit others.

Such a status should NEVER be accorded to a government or a church or any institution whatsoever for obvious reasons.

Anyone who has recently signed up for a trust under the influence of David Straight or Phil Hudok or any of the rest of the Pied Pipers, needs to rescind those signatures ASAP and make their complaints to the State Secretaries of State. You have been defrauded and have not been given full disclosure.

The corporations are giving their loyal employees and supporters a few pennies on thousands of dollars owed, and those who are foolish are going there for the corn in the troughs---- witlessly signing away their identity as an American, agreeing to be considered a U.S. Citizen, and donating their estates in the process.

If anyone comes to you with a Trust Scheme --- show them the door. Kick it closed behind them.

The only kind of trust you will ever need will be a Last Will and Testament recorded on the land and soil. Period.
