Joe Biden represents a new, bogus Municipal CORPORATION that is trying to snag a contract with us by assumption.

He is not President of the United States of America and, more importantly, he is not The President of The United States of America, either.

Anyone who isn't directly employed by "President Biden" and who isn't part of the Executive Branch of his commercial corporation can ignore him and his Executive Orders with all the impunity of non-employee of Wendy's ignoring an "order" for a Wendy's Burger.

As an example--- "mask mandates" apply only to actual Municipal "citizens of the United States" and his Executive Orders apply only members of the Executive Branch of the privately owned and operated Municipal CORPORATION he is trying to use as a storefront "representing" our lawful government more than five (5) years after we served Notice that we are in Session and not accepting representation apart from the explicitly enumerated delegated powers.

We have told Biden and his Administration and his Handlers and the Principals responsible for this Mess---- no deal. No further contract without a complete audit and renegotiation.

Biden is a self-admitted influence peddler and crook, and we refuse any authorization of any credit or any use of American assets by his Administration.

We demand a full audit and disclosure of actual and validated political status and fiscal standing related to every so called "citizen of the United States", including an audit and validation of all IRS and Internal Revenue Service Master Files, which deliberately create False Dossiers on Americans and impersonate living people.

All the Municipal Corporations authorized under the Corporations Act of 1870 are improperly chartered and are operating illegally in this country and worldwide. We have already stipulated the conditions under which they may be re-chartered under American Public Law. They are otherwise all subject to liquidation.

Your Car or Their Vehicle?

Commerce is business conducted between two incorporated (enfranchised) entities.  

Are you an incorporated or enfranchised entity?  Are you engaged in interstate commerce?  

Probably not, unless you knowingly, willingly, voluntarily, and with the benefit of full disclosure agreed to operate in a "commercial capacity" and adopted the political status of a  Municipal citizen of the United States.   

This basically means that you would have to voluntarily change your birthright political status from a free-born American to the status of a Municipal slave, give up all your constitutional guarantees and donate all your earthly estate, to a foreign commercial corporation run by the Roman Catholic Church for use as chattel backing their debts and investments. 

And there would have to be proof of your willing participation in this scheme.  

Instead, you are still you, and still in control of this situation if you choose to educate yourself and make your employees come to heel. 

You are the "Authorized Representative" so long as you don't hand your Proxy to the Numbnutz in the US CONGRESS by registering as a "Voter".  You have every right to authorize the DMV or other "licensed service provider" to issue private tags for your car.  

Different State of State organizations call private plates or private tags by different names but they all mean the same thing --- this is a private car being used for non-commercial purposes.  

The right to travel is an inherent and Natural Right.  Nobody can stop you from going from Point A to Point B in your "private capacity" using your own privately owned car or truck on a public road, yet, as many of you can attest, there are plenty of highway patrolmen out there who think they can interfere and arrest you at will.  

This is because you have mistakenly registered your own car or truck as a commercial vehicle, and haven't authorized the DMV to issue the proper plates and tags for it.  

Left to their own devices (and self-interest) they just give you what they use themselves as government employees--- which then allows them to presume that you are "one of them" and are subject to all the same private corporation laws and must obey policies and statutes that they are subject to as a condition of their employment.  

We don't want to waste a lot of time and effort on this "issue".  It does need to be corrected on a systemic basis.  But if this is the only thing that consumes your interest in terms of having your rights and freedoms purloined and their constitutional guarantees to you evaded, go ahead and write a letter to the DMV.  Tell them that you are the Authorized Representative for JOHN M DOE and you are authorizing them to issue you private license plates and/or tags that reflect the private non-commercial nature of your car.  

All the State of State organizations we have dealt with have such private designation plates and/or "private registration" tags available.  Start digging and asking and you will receive answers.

Calling Out the Gray Brigade

Question--- when did they stop teaching "American History" and start teaching "US History" in our schools?    

Answer:  1965, technically, though they phased it out gradually over a ten year period, culminating in 1976, with Jimmy Carter's "Take Over" of our traditional public education system and the establishment of the "federal" -- that is, Municipal DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION education system.  

You now know that there is a profound difference between "the US" and "America" and between State Citizens and U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States, so it should be alarming to most Americans to realize that their children have been taught the history of "the US" -- our foreign federal Subcontractors --- and not the history of America. 

Given this Fine Flying Factoid, hidden in plain sight for the past 45 years, don't you all think it's time for Mom and Dad and the Grandparents who know better to stand up and howl?  

We have two generations of young Americans who think that "US History" is their history --- when it's not and never was. 

Now, it isn't that our erstwhile Employees lied---- exactly.  They told everyone up front that they were teaching "United States History".   They just didn't bother to explain that "United States History" isn't the same as "American History" --- and that they were inexplicably dropping American History from the curriculum. 

Once again, the Evil Chipmunk, Jimmy Carter, is at the bottom of this dogpile. 

There is absolutely no provision in our Public Law for any federal "Department of Education" to exist, much less for such an entity to commandeer our public schools and set limits and standards over the education of our children, so as to deceive them by omission.   

Parents and Grandparents of a certain age are being "called out" to take action, and to recognize the clear and present danger that inculcated ignorance poses for our young people.   

They literally don't know who they are as Americans and don't know what they are owed or how to enforce their constitutional guarantees. They were never taught any of this in our public schools. 

Thanks to traitors and manipulators like Jimmy Carter, they have been left adrift and defenseless in a sea of subtly designed omissions and disinformation.  That's why they stare at you as if you were crazy when you tell them American History---- which is a different subject quite apart from "United States History".  

As our efforts here have progressed we are more than ever convinced that our  marginalized elder population is our National Treasure, and we, the so-called graybeards, are the key to turning this Mess around.   

Nobody can be afraid of us.  THEY can't spare the publicity to break out the howitzers against a bunch of Old Ladies armed with knitting needles and facts, and Old Geezers coming at them with yellowed newspaper pages. 

Nobody can tell us what to do.  We've already lived our lives and have so much less to lose than all the young people around us. We can afford to be brave. 

Then there is all our life experience.  We were here.  We may not have realized what was going on at the time, but we have the perspective to piece it together --- and take action now.  And whether THEY believe it or not, we have skills. Lots of them. 

Heck, some of us even have money and physical property and an interest in protecting it  for our heirs against these ungodly foreign employee interlopers.  And all of us have material rights and interests to pass on -- our share of the public interest and our constitutional guarantees. 

It's Independence Day every day of the year.  And those are our schools and these are our States of the Union.  Schools are supposed to be under local control at the county level --- not part of any federal "District".  

Yes, I am speaking to you, all you Retirees out there.  You studied American History.  Pass it on.  You have power.  You have experience.  You can wake up and shove pedal to metal.  Do so, and get involved now.  

You can save your country and preserve it for everyone who comes after, or you can sit there on your couch feeling overwhelmed.  

I'm taking the Joshua Pledge--- I don't know what the rest of you are doing, but as for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord, and organize the people of this country to self-govern, and teach our young people the history they are missing, so that they know who they are and what they are owed.  

We aren't going to just sit here like Spruce Hens waiting for a round of buckshot. We are on the move, and whether you like it or not, you all need to be on the move, too.

My Bad and the Boys

I always try to speak plain English, but it gets lost in translation----translation into English, no less. 

Or maybe I should have anticipated (at my age, you think?) that with millions of people unjustly incarcerated, I'd get quite a response to my announcement that we now know how to address the issues in both Municipal COURTS and Territorial Courts?  

But I also said things like "infancy" and a few "test cases" and pleaded for patience (and funding) while we spool up outreach services ---- and that has not stopped a flood of thousands of emails and messages.  

There is a pecking order to this effort and different levels of activity associated with it.  

The first level is the individual cases.  

The second level is the Public Interest Litigation.  

The first level is a solution for "hard cases" we have been slogging through.

Due to limited funds, staff, and resources, we "front line" cases where people's health is deteriorating due to incarceration, where children are being orphaned because a parent is in jail, or left in dangerous situations because of miscarriage of justice against a  parent ---and so on and on.   

These cases are life-threatening and heart-wrenching.  They are urgent. 

Nobody would disagree. 

Looming over the top of all these painful individual cases is the need for Public Interest Litigation -- broad spectrum "throw the rats under the bus" litigation to put an end to the entire system and expose systemic accounting fraud throughout. 

My role in all of this draws me inexorably to the Big Picture issue of global relief and systemic correction, and away from individual cases.  So in order for this to succeed, other people need to weigh in to assist with the individual cases, and I and my team need to get moving on the Public Interest Litigation. 

I want to make it clear that once the Test Cases are finished, my role ends, and the protocols are set up, and God Bless us all, there will be funding to set up regional outreach and then in-State outreach, to assist everyone who needs help on a case-by-case basis.  

One beautiful and clear result to date coming from this effort is that the courts are no longer so arrogant and reckless, no longer so eager to defraud, bully, and steal.  Why?  Because they are losing profit.  And "customers".  

With the courts as with every other aspect of these "governmental service providers" --- they do all the ugly things they do to either make or to keep profits. That's their entire focus.  

When you deprive the rats of profit, they have no motive to continue. 

When you cost them more than they can ever get back in return, they leave you alone.  All of a sudden the circling harpies disappear, no longer to be seen or heard.  And that is true of the courts, the agencies, and the corporations, too.  

Instead of looking at you and slavering like dogs eyeing a steak, Bar Attorneys get a very studious, introspective look--- and beat feet away at a jog trot.  The Highway Patrol gets downright respectful and says, "Have a nice day!" 

And the word spreads, as one Former Bar Attorney told me with some glee, that --- in the immortal words of Thin Lizzy --- "the boys are back in town".

This Sunday is called Invocabit, because the Introit of the Mass begins with this word, which is taken from the ninetieth psalm, wherein we are urged to confidence in God, who willingly hears the prayer of the penitent:

INTROIT He shall call upon me, and I will hear him; I will deliver him, and glorify him; I will fill him with length of days. (Ps. XC. 15-16.) He that dwelleth in the aid of the Most high shall abide under the protection of the God of heaven. (Ps. XC. 1.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT O God who dost purify Thy Church by the yearly fast of Lent; grant to Thy household that what we strive to obtain from Thee by abstinence, by good works we may secure. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (II. Cor. VI. 1-10) Brethren, we exhort you that you receive not the grace of God in vain. EXPLANATION The Church very appropriately reads on this day this epistle of St. Paul, in which he exhorts the Christians to make use of the time of grace. A special time of grace is Lent, in which everything invites to conversion and penance, a time, therefore, in which God is ready to make rich bestowal of His graces. St. Anselm says, those do not use the grace who do not cooperate. Let us, therefore, follow St. Paul's exhortation, and earnestly practise those virtues he places before us, and especially those of temperance, patience, chastity, liberality, love of God and of our neighbor. Let us arm ourselves with the arms of justice at the right and the left, that is, let us strive to be humble in prosperity and in adversity, confident of God's help. Let us never be led from the path of virtue, by mockery, contempt, nor by persecution, torments, or death.

ASPIRATION Grant, O Jesus, that we may always faithfully cooperate with Thy graces, and employ well the time Thou hast again given for our salvation.

GOSPEL (Matt. IV. 1-11.) At that time, Jesus was led by the Spirit into the desert, to be tempted by the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterwards he was hungry. And the tempter coming, said to him: If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Who answered and said: It is written: Not in bread alone doth man live, but in every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God. Then the devil took him up into the holy city, and set him upon the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him: If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down; for it is written: He hath given his angels charge over thee, and in their hands shall they bear thee up, lest perhaps thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said to him: It is written again: Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy 'God. Again the devil took him up into a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; and said to him: All these will I give thee, if, falling down, thou wilt adore me. INSTRUCTION

I. Christ went into the desert by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost to prepare by fasting and prayer, for His mission, and to endure the temptations of Satan, that, as St. Paul says, He might be one tempted in all things such as we are, without sin, and so become for us a High-priest who knew how to have compassion on our infirmities, (Heb. IV. 15.) and to show us by His own example, how we should, armed with the word of God, as with a sword, overcome the tempter. (Eph. VI. 17.) – Let us, therefore, courageously follow Christ to the combat against all temptations, with His assistance it will not be hard to conquer them. He has certainly taught us to overcome the hardest ones: the lust of the eyes, of the flesh, and the pride of life, and if we overcome these, it will be easy to conquer the rest.

II. If Christ, the only Son of God, permitted Himself to be tempted by Satan, even to be taken up on a high mountain, and to the pinnacle of the temple, it should not appear strange to us, that we are assailed by many temptations, or that we should find in the lives of so many saints that the evil spirit tormented them by various images of terror and vexation. This we find in the history of the pious Job, where we also find at the same time, that the evil spirit cannot harm a hair of our head without God's permission.

III. From the coming of the angels to minister to Christ, after He had conquered Satan, we see that all who bravely resist temptations, will enjoy the assistance and consolations of the heavenly spirits.

INSTRUCTION ON TEMPTATION

To be tempted by the devil. , (Matt. IV. I.)

What is a temptation?

A  temptation is either a trial for instruction and exercise in virtue, or a deception and incitement to sin. In the first sense, God tempts man; in the second, he is tempted by the devil, the world or bad people, and the flesh, by evil thoughts, feelings, words, or work.

By what are we principally tempted?

By our own evil concupiscence and inclination to sin which adhere to us through original sin, (Fam. I. 14.) on account of which it is said, that the flesh lusteth against the spirit. (Gal. V. 17.)

Does the devil also tempt us?

He does, and is therefore called, in this day's gospel, the tempter. St. Peter teaches us this, having himself experienced it: Be sober and watch: because your adversary the devil, as a roaring-lion, goeth about, seeking whom he may devour. (I Peter V. 8.) Not all temptations are to be ascribed to the devil, however, they often come from our own corrupt nature, our own incautiousness, or looseness of our senses, by which we expose ourselves to the danger of falling into sin.

How does the devil tempt us to sin?

In a twofold manner: He incites the concupiscence of man to those sins to which he sees him inclined, and then seeks to blind and confuse his imagination, so that he neither reflects, nor properly sees the temporal injury, disgrace, and derision, nor the shamefulness of sin and its eternal punishment. Thus the devil seduced Eve, our first mother, and thus he tempted Christ, with whom he could not, of course, succeed, for He was incapable of sin. He tempts bad people to persecute us, or to try us by their wicked vanities, as he did by the friends of Job.

Can the devil force us to evil?

He cannot; “for as a chained dog,” says St. Augustine, "can bite none but those who go near him, so the devil cannot harm with his temptations those who do not consent to them. Like the dog he can bark at you, but cannot bite you against your will.” Not by force but by persuasion Satan strives to injure, he does not force our consent, but entreats it. Seek, therefore, to subdue your passions and your senses, especially your eyes, and you will either remain free from all temptations, or easily overcome them.

Does God also tempt us?

God does indeed tempt us, but not to sin, as St. James expressly teaches. (Fam. I. 13.) God either Himself proves us by sufferings and adversities, or He permits the temptations of the devil or evil-minded people to give us opportunity to practice the virtues of love, patience, obedience, etc. Thus He said to the Jews through Moses: The Lord your God trieth you, that it may appear whether you love him with all your heart, and with all your soul, or no. (Deut. XIII. 3.)

Does God permit us to be tempted by man also?

He does, and for the same reasons. Thus He permitted the chaste Joseph to be tempted by Putiphar's wife; (Gen.XXXIX. 7.) Job by his wife and his friends. (Job II. 9.) But He never permits us to be tempted beyond our strength, but gives us always sufficient grace to overcome and even to derive benefit from the temptation. (I Cor. X. 13.)

Are temptations pernicious and bad?

No; they are useful and necessary, rather. “Hard is the fight,” St. Bernard writes, “but meritorious, for although it is accompanied by suffering, it is followed by the crown;”

(Apoc. III. 12.) and Origen says. (Libr. Num.) “As meat becomes corrupt without salt, so does the soul without temptations.” Temptations, then, are only injurious when consent is given, and we suffer ourselves to be overcome by them.

When do we consent to temptations?

When we knowingly and willingly decide to do the evil to which we are tempted; as long as we resist we commit no sin.

What are the best means of overcoming temptations?

Humility; for thus answered St. Anthony, when he saw the whole earth covered with snares, and was asked "Who will escape?" "The humble;" he who knows his own frailty, distrusts himself, and relies only on God who resists the proud and gives His grace to the humble; (Dam. IV. 6.) the fervent invocation of the Mother of God, of our holy guardian angels and patron saints; the pronouncing of the holy name of Jesus, making the sign of the cross, sprinkling holy water; the remembrance of the presence of God who knows our most secret thoughts, and before whom we are indeed ashamed to think or do that which would cause us shame in the presence of an honorable person; frequent meditation on death, hell, and eternal joys; fleeing from all those persons by whom, and places in which we are generally tempted; fervent prayers, especially ejaculations, as:

"Lord, save me, lest I perish! Lord, hasten to help me!" finally, the sincere acknowledgment of our temptations at the tribunal of penance, which is a remedy especially recommended by pious spiritual teachers.

PRAYER O Lord Jesus! who spent forty days in the desert without food or drink, and didst permit Thy self to be tempted by the evil spirit, give me, I beseech Thee by that holy fast, the grace to combat, during this holy season of Lent, under Thy protection, against intemperance, and to resist the suggestions of Satan that I may win the crown of eternal life. Amen.

Being Color Blind

One of the most pernicious semantic deceits and confusions in all the twisty language and “code” we’ve had to struggle through has been the misrepresentation of State-of-State organizations as “Confederate States” and then further shortening this to “States”—- leaving it to context to inform the Reader which kind of “State”— actual or “Confederate” was being referenced.

Many times one’s ability to even discern the context is dependent on knowing the meaning of other “code” words like “resident” and “person” and “inhabitant”.

Failing that you might easily mistake a (Confederate) State for an actual State and be completely confused and misled about the nature and identity of the entities being discussed.

We, for example, were temporarily kerflummoxed by contradictory records and statements being found in meeting minutes and other old records that seemed to bar colored people from meetings on one hand, and allow them to hold high offices the next.

So we started out thinking that this was a difference between States in the North versus States in the South, but then other things turned up that didn’t fit and around and around we went.

All that was sure was that there was one helluva verbal conundrum around the word “State” and conflicting evidence regarding the treatment of colored people by “the States” that was not apparently based on geography.

What we eventually found out was that the actual States and their Federation of States doing business as The United States of America was always color blind and never had any racial quotas or restrictions of any kind— except that to hold office a man had to be free. 

At that time there were many free black men and women even in the South, but particularly in the Mid-Atlantic and Northern States, free black entrepreneurs were a growing and successful part of the Middle Class, with many gaining college and professional degrees.

There were also many successful free black community and religious leaders and plenty of free black politicians.  These people formed a big part of the core of the Abolitionist Movement and stirred the conscience of the whole nation.

Our actual States of the Union welcomed free black members in our State Assemblies and honored their birthright nationality and political status from the very start.

It was the Confederate “States”—- and not just those in the South— that maintained racial prejudice and separation and exclusion.  The State of State organizations that actually fought the Civil War, both North and South, didn’t allow black men to vote until after the Civil War.

Our States allowed free black men to vote and hold office after the Revolution. We had black Sheriffs, black Justices, black Congressmen and black Presidents BEFORE the Civil War. 

So isn’t that a history lesson?  Just another one of those Fine Flying Factoids that certain people would rather forget.  The actual States and our Federation were already color blind in the 1790’s. 

And they still are. 

Anyone who wants to accuse our States of the Union of race-based prejudice or inequality or hypocrisy had better go bark up another tree.  And if you have had any fear of our Assemblies being “closed” or any jobs restricted—- think again.

We are here to welcome home all free men and women born on the land and soil of this country.  Americans are Americans of every race, creed, and color; all endowed by Nature and Nature’s God with unalienable rights and dignity. 

So welcome home and sit right down, take your place at the table and dig in.  We might be an odd family, but we are your family— and it’s a family we can be proud of, all the way back to 1776.

We are the knot heads who decried and left behind the British Social Class System, waved goodbye to “privileges” and titles, and forged a new nation where every man is the king of his own life and home, author of his own destiny, free as God made him free.

It wasn’t our government cooking up all the schemes and oppressions that have been visited upon us all, black and white and every color.

No, once again, it was the Popes and the British Monarchs, seeking to subject everyone to their rule and their dictatorial authority, that have caused all this misery and confusion and death and destruction for millions of innocent people, that have promoted divisions of all kinds — racial, social, religious, and economic— and enforced their own prejudices and social elitism on everyone else.

Consider well the irony of Michelle Obama being ashamed of this country, while her husband was acting as the Bag Man for the Pope and the Queen—- and realize that it isn’t color that makes you a traitor or a hero. It’s what you believe in and who you are.

Australia -- How They Did It, So Far -- A Good Example

Please pay very close attention;  this is what THEY did in Australia, meaning the Holy Roman Empire/City of Rome/UN CORP -- and their treasonous money-grubbing flunkies: 

In 1960, the Queen personally enacted the Corporate Bodies Contracts Act 1960 [8 & 9 Eliz. 2] [CH. 46].  This act in effect opened up the floodgates of corruption and allowed private individual contracts of BODIES --- CORPORATIONS, and especially MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS a.k.a. STRAWMEN--- to supersede and overcome the Constitutional contracts owed by the Queen, the Crown and Government to the people of Great Britain. Because of this Act, you could unknowingly sign away your Constitutional Guarantees and effectively "jump ship" to become a UN CITIZEN (and slave), subject to UN CORP "private law".  

And if you didn't do this unconsciously for yourself, then it could be done "for" you via the Birth Certification process. 

This allowed the Queen, the Crown, and the Parliament to evade their constitutional obligations, and provided an excuse for the Pope to enforce UN "Law" on the people of Great Britain using the poppets -- STRAWMEN -- as the new "Subjects" of the UK CORPORATION.  This allowed the imposition of UNIDROIT as the private citizenry of Great Britain were sequentially  "redefined" first as UK Corporations and second as public Municipal properties and UN franchise CORPORATIONS.  

It's the same scheme that was used in America to evade our Constitutions, just a hundred years later, and I don't think the timing is an accident.  It's all fraud, treason and Breach of Trust in both cases and in any event. 

The Queen got her cut and Westminster got their cut, the Pope got his very fat cut, and everyone concerned was completely unaccountable for entrapping, enslaving, and evading.  They set aside their constitutional obligations and roles and whompo-bango, thirteen years later, they sealed the airy deal by enacting the Seas and Submerged Lands Act of 1973, which served to seal off the land and soil jurisdictions and the courts serving those jurisdictions. 

This "Act" which fails to be an Enactment, then allowed the UN CORP to come into the Territorial Jurisdiction of Australia and establish UN-based Exclusive Economic Zones (similar to what was done in America with the establishment of Territorial State of States and then, Municipal STATE OF STATE entities) 

And there they have sat as smug pirates, sheltering behind the storefront of the vacated constitutional government, stealing and plundering and acting as predators upon the people they are supposed to protect. 

It's the same exact schtick as they used in America, only the names were changed to protect the guilty.  

They excused their own hideous Breach of Trust by pretending that all the sane people of the Australia (and the United Kingdom, too)  went to sea and adopted foreign Persons/PERSONS and voluntarily, privately, subjected themselves to foreign law and foreign governments---- while they failed to disclose any of this to the General Population, and simply left the innocent people --- to whom they owed good faith and service and a Christian Monarch --- to fall into their trap. 

The obvious game plan in all of this was to overthrow the Constitutional Monarchy and replace it with Corporate Feudalism, with everyone re-made into corporate franchise SUBJECTS of nameless, faceless "governmental services corporations"----conveniently owned and controlled by the Queen and the Pope.  

We've called them out for it---  the Queen and the Roman Pontiff a.k.a. Pope, and all the politicians acting as the Boards of Directors.   

These governmental services corporations exist via the patronage of the Queen and the definitions of the Roman Curia, so there is no doubt whatsoever who is responsible for this Criminal Breach of Trust and the implementation of this criminal genocidal scheme --- because make no mistake, they have shanghaied us into the foreign jurisdiction of the sea via false and undisclosed registrations, and they have attempted to "kill" everyone on paper, and so as to reduce us all to the level of Legal Fiction Entities and "decedents" with respect to our natural estates and Public Law. 

They have followed this same pattern in every country we have researched: false registration of babies, which traffics the victim's name into the international jurisdiction of the sea and creates an unconscionable Territorial citizenship contract, followed by another unlawful conversion of the victim's name into that of multiple Municipal CITIZENS--- which are corporations of various kinds operated under the names of the victims: 

JOHN MARK DOE = Municipal Cestui Que Vie Trust

JOHN M DOE = Public Transmitting Utility

JOHN DOE = Public Charitable Trust 

All this has been going on behind the backs of the honest, earnest, innocent people of the Earth, who have been targeted by these Vermin in High Places. Indeed, we didn't have a clue.  But now, we do.

Constitutional Carry Passes in Montana

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021  

FAIRFAX, Va. - The National Rifle Association's Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA) applauds Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte for signing House Bill 102 into law. HB 102 is NRA-backed legislation that recognizes law-abiding gun owners' right to carry a firearm without first obtaining a permit.

“On behalf of the NRA's more than five-million members, we thank Gov. Gianforte for his leadership in recognizing the right of law-abiding Montanans to defend themselves and their loved ones without being required to seek government permission," said Jason Ouimet, executive director, NRA-ILA. "The NRA will continue standing up and stepping forward to protect and preserve our most basic, fundamental freedoms here in Montana and across the United States."

HB 102 strengthens Montana’s self-defense laws by allowing law-abiding Montana gun owners to carry a firearm for self-defense throughout the state without a government-mandated permit. The bill also removes a number of Montana’s “gun-free zones” and ends the unnecessary disarming of Montanans as they go about their day-to-day lives. It does not change prohibited person laws, any law governing the misuse of a firearm, or when force may be used in defense of self or others.

Eighteen states – Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming – now allow law-abiding individuals to carry a concealed handgun without a government-issued permit.

The law goes into effect on June 1, 2021.

The NRA thanks the governor and the bill's prime sponsor, Rep. Seth Berglee, for their leadership in advancing the right of self-defense of all Montanans.

Big Breakthrough, Brothers and Sisters!

A "breakthrough '' commonly means that we have been butting our heads against something --- like a math problem --- and we finally had that "A-ha! Moment" and figured it out. Today's announcement also carries the meaning that we are breaking beyond ---- not just a single problem.

Millions of problems.

Imagine this ---- we have known for some time now that the rats had us "in the middle" and both sides of their purportedly ongoing Civil War conflict were conveniently impersonating us as belonging to the "other side" --- and using this pathetic excuse to latch upon our property and assets and incarcerate us and do all sorts of other pillaging, plundering, and harm to innocent Third Parties.

So....once you know that you are "IT" and in the middle of such a scheme, you realize that: (1) there are two sides battering away at you, not one; (2) that by the nature of their scheme, they can't both act at once---- you are getting hit first by one, and then the other; (3) overcoming both of the attackers requires two separate responses --- one in Municipal COURT and one in Territorial Court.

After stumbling around and finding --- by trial and error --- the right court(s) empowered to provide remedy in the Territorial Court System, we finally pushed all the right buttons and overcame their schtick, even though it takes time and patience to do it.

There remained the Municipal COURT System to overcome, and this being a purely commercial court enterprise proved to be pretty difficult and arcane, but.... now we have that one down, too.

We have the pathway before us and justice in view for hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions of people, who have been subjected to identity theft, impersonation, false arrest, kidnapping, illegal confiscation, and so much more.

As you know, The Living Law Firm has not been able to get involved in many individual cases --- only Test Cases that can yield results beyond themselves --- and we are right now engaged in such a series of Test Cases to bust the whole game wide open.

These are Test Cases involving real Americans --- people who have reclaimed their birthright political status, but who had pre-existing issues with The System, being harassed and incarcerated under known False Pretenses.

The issues involved in these Test Cases run the gamut of non-violent "crime" cases--- evictions, child seizures, forced medical procedures, all the backbone issues that should never intrude upon the safety and security of free people anywhere on Earth.

We are so happy to announce that we are at the beginning of the end of the crooked court system. It's such a pleasure to say that. And you know that Grandma plays close to the vest and doesn't get up and do a Happy Dance every day....!

Now, we know that there are many, many of you out there who need and want redress for terrible things that have happened to you or even things that are happening to you right now.

We understand, but we are not in position to be able to handle thousands of requests for help yet. This is "the" solution, but it's in its infancy. You will have to be patient and help us through these Test Cases and help us through the build up necessary to develop outreach programs to be able to address the tidal wave of cases we anticipate.

We believe that literally millions of Americans are in jail right now, who should never have been addressed, much less arrested and incarcerated. At least half of all those incarcerated, an estimated thirteen million people, are there because of non-violent and/or "victimless" crimes.

The Vermin are charging us an average of $6,000.00 per day to keep these innocent people locked up, and that's the only actual, factual reason they are in jail--- a vicious "Prisons for Profit" scheme, which allows the Perpetrators to grossly overcharge the rest of us for their "services" and also allows them to tap into the slave labor of the prisoners for more profit.

Meantime, the prisoner's friends and family are being arbitrarily and punitively restricted in being able to access their loved ones, and both the prisoners and their loved ones who are trying to help, are being forced to pay exorbitant "single source" costs for the basics of life for these same prisoners --- almost $9.00 for a tube of ordinary toothpaste, $13.00 for a small bottle of liquid soap, $6.75 for a 3 oz. hamburger patty.... you all get the picture.

So, if you have been involved in these Carpetbagger Court scenarios in the past and if you have suffered, if you or your loved ones have lost assets, spent time in prison even though you didn't harm anyone or harm their property, either, had your reputation ruined, lost farms, businesses, or currently have family members or assets at risk ---- please help us to help them?

We have a two-pronged solution in view that will: (1) release prisoners already incarcerated and stop new "non-violent crime" court cases dead in their tracks; and, (2) in a second process, provide redress and remuneration--- damage recoupment for False Arrest and other losses.

Put your prayers and whatever money you can send in support of these Test Cases and PUSH!!! It presently costs over $10,000.00 per person to get them through both court systems -- free and clear, with money for damages in their pockets.

We expect that cost to go down with economies of scale and specific State by State protocols, but right now, that's what it is.

Those who are emerging from jail via this process and getting their damage payments are being asked to repay the initial costs as part of their damage claims, so that then pays the processing costs of at least two more people --- like priming a pump.

When you donate and help someone who doesn't have the funds, and they are released and get their recoupment ($1,000 per day of False Arrest plus whatever other damages apply) they repay your investment and repay us by paying forward the costs of 1, 2, 3.... more prisoners, depending on how much they receive as damages.

This then allows us to set up Assembly Outreach Offices and begin the process of releasing those millions of Americans who have been incarcerated unjustly, and to rescue the millions more who are presently fighting illegal mortgages and asset confiscations, child kidnapping, and bogus taxation claims.

Let's go, Go, GO!!! Be part of the solution, and the solution will be there for you, too, if you are ever mis-addressed, harmed, or harassed!
