(Natural News) In today’s Situation Update, I’m announcing a shift of focus for the broadcast. Instead of running down each day’s bad news — which is sure to continue for years — we are laying out real-world solutions for how to protect ourselves from tyranny.

To defend human rights and human freedom, however, we must first understand where rights come from.

Rights do not come from government. This is why no government can legitimately take away your rights, as they were not the source in the first place.

All rights are natural extensions of a very small number of gifts from God. These gifts include the gift of life and the gift of consciousness (free will).

From those gifts — which can only be granted by God, as no government, corporation or person can create life or consciousness — spring a series of natural rights. These rights include:

• The right to freedom of expression (which springs naturally from the gift of consciousness).
• The right to say no to medical interventions (which springs naturally from the gift of life and body… i.e. you own your body).
• The right to self-defense.
• The right to sound money, which springs naturally from your right to benefit from the product of your conscious labor or creative works.
• The right to travel freely, without restriction.

… and many more such rights.

In today’s Situation Update, I cover why the future of human freedom rests in codifying these divine rights into local law so that our God-given gifts and rights may be protected even in the face of federal government tyranny.

Public Notice to The International Court of Justice and the Court of the Lord High Steward

We have for the past five years published our Affidavit of Probable Cause as Americans operating our unincorporated Federation of States: The United States of America.

The evidence of criminal mis-administration, Breach of Trust, purposeful semantic deceit, and self-interested commercial fraud against Americans and against our lawful government has been presented and published worldwide and many claims related to this fraud have been received by The International Court of Justice, the Office of the Prosecutor ICJ, by the Vatican Chancery Court, and others with an authority pertaining to or an interest in correction.

Recent claims by Territorial U.S. Citizens concerning an Act passed by the Territorial Congress in 1871 (but actually repealed in 1874) has prompted us to review that particular Act by their Congress and that, in turn, has prompted a review of the preceding Corporations Act of 1870, also passed by the Territorial Congress.

We find that our Foreign Subcontractors usurped upon powers entrusted to our own American Federal instrumentality, the States of America, operating as the Federal Republic. They were not authorized to exercise our sovereign power to charter corporations, despite claims of Emergency Powers never granted to them and never intended for them to exercise via any delegation of power on record.

They did this "in our names" while claiming to "stand for us" and to "represent" us, while in fact failing to fully disclose the circumstance to the American Public and also failing to render reasonable help and assistance.

The Corporations Act of 1870 was thus an usurpation in violation of both the actual Territorial contract, The Constitution of the United States of America, issued in 1789, and a trespass against our lawful Government.

The Corporations Act of 1870, is, as such, null and void from inception, having no sovereign source of authority from us, and no excuse to presume British Trusteeship.

Please note: The Corporations Act of 1870 followed the publication of a deceptive Territorial Corporation charter in 1868, which closely copied The Constitution of the United States of America, but sought to unlawfully convert it into the charter of a Scottish Commercial Corporation, which then proceeded to impersonate our Federation of States as "The United States of America"----Incorporated.

This national-scale identity theft and impersonation scheme allowed the criminals responsible to access our National Trust Assets and Credit in precisely the same way that a credit card hacker achieves the same ends today.

This, then, establishes a pattern of deliberate fraud, semantic deceit, usurpation and impersonation by the British Territorial Government at that time, and by the Royal Bank of Scotland, in particular.

The fraudulent and undisclosed enclosure of The Constitution of the United States of America for use as a foreign corporate charter in 1868 was followed by the Corporations Act of 1870, then the adoption of the (failed) Act of 1871 seeking to create a Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia -- an aim which was ultimately accomplished in 1878 ---is all fraudulent, all done in Breach of Trust, and all in violation of the actual Constitutions involved.

The Corporations Act of 1870 was simply another step forward in a well-orchestrated plan to enslave Americans and purloin American assets, including conscription of Americans to fight in foreign mercenary wars for profit by the British Crown, plus confiscation of American public and private assets under color of law and conditions of semantic deceit at home.

The mechanisms to enforce all of this bunko were set in place in May of 1865 with the creation of Military Districts and quasi-military District Courts throughout the Southern States. This was supplemented by the creation of the King's Equity Court via incorporation in the Territorial State of Delaware in 1870.

And again, we find a well-planned and executed Breach of Trust, fraudulent misrepresentation, and theft via crimes of personage and semantic deceit, expedited by unconstitutional misapplication of foreign law to American civilians, many of whom had no part in the illegal mercenary conflict known as the American Civil War.

The Territorial incorporation of a Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia also fails for fraud, trespass, and lack of standing to exercise authority that was never delegated by us and not available to the Crown as an adjunct to any "emergency powers" that were likewise never available to the Territorial Government.

So, first the British Territorial Government seized upon and exercised powers of ours that were never granted to it on an "emergency basis" while failing to render us help and assistance in that very same emergency, helped itself to our sovereign power to issue charters, and then further helped itself to exercise powers of incorporation via the Holy Roman Empire's Municipal Government.

The final result is that all Territorial Corporations formed "in our names" since 1870 and all US CORPORATIONS formed via the same processes are void for fraud and lack of standing. Their charters are invalid.

This now leaves us to offer amnesty to all such corporations created "in our names" that are willing and able to correct their charters by the addition of the following clarifications as Articles of Correction and Lawful Conversion:

1. "It is now and has always been our intention to be recognized as American Corporations, and to function as lawful business enterprises, and to stand under the Public Law of The United States." and;

2. "We fully abdicate and rescind and nullify this foreign charter, these incorporations, signatures and agreements established under False Pretenses, exercised under Private Law, or otherwise misrepresented to us by the Municipal Government of the United States and/or the Territorial Government of the United States of America, the British Crown, its Agents, and other Parties engaged in fraud, usurpation, or other crimes. We hereby recognize our mistake and lawfully convert all amenable elements of this, our prior foreign charter, and incorporate and enclose these amenable elements as part of this corrected American Corporation charter." and;

3. "We agree to obey the lawful government of The United States, and in the international and global jurisdictions, to obey the lawful government of The United States of America, and to operate for lawful purposes and under the correct Public Law from now on, without coercion, without reservation, and without recourse." and;

4. "We shall impose these same obligations upon our heirs and assigns, as part of our commitment to Good Faith business practices, our obligation to serve the Public Good, and our debt to Public Law, which provides us with limited indemnity."

So to be said with the living breath, signed, and sealed by the Officers of the US CORP and USA, Inc. Corporations desiring amnesty. Those corporations that do not add these Articles of Correction and Lawful Conversion may be presumed to be willfully operating unlawfully as pirates, privateers, or mercenaries and may be arrested, liquidated, or impounded. Their assets may be considered fruits of unjust enrichment and similarly disposed of, including both material and intellectual properties.

Those US CORP and USA, Inc. corporations that are truly of British origin and having more than half their shareholder base in Britain or the Commonwealth may decamp without rancor or obstruction from our shores, in order to similarly re-charter under the auspices of the lawful government of Great Britain.

The same accommodations shall apply to corporate interests of other nations caught up in this settlement, with the provision that all such corporations must lawfully convert their operations and stand under the Public Law of their respective homelands to retain their right to exist and to obtain the protections of international law pertaining to these accommodations.

In no case shall it be considered sufficient protection of the public trust for any corporation to function on a legal basis, apart from those exigencies caused by actual public service; the private domain and the unique nature and ownership interests of living people and the separate public domain of our Lawful Persons must be recognized and maintained in order to preserve the Public Law and Heritage of our Nations, whereupon we establish and publish these conditions for international and global amnesty being conditionally extended to those corporations that have been, through no fault of their own, operating under invalid charters issued in our names.

All corporations needing and seeking amnesty as American Corporations have one (1) year from this date, 7th of February 2021, to adopt the required Articles of Correction and Lawful Conversion.

This settlement of these issues may not be construed as settlement of all economic issues arising from the situation herein addressed and described. Further individual adjudication and arbitration will certainly be necessary in some instances and we do not pretend to address all possible controversies that may attach to these extraordinary circumstances.

Our paramount concern in this and all other actions undertaken by our lawful government is to protect the peace, security, and welfare of living people, in our country and other countries worldwide. While we fully recognize the diabolical nature of the fraud and usurpations that have been practiced against us, we answer with compassion for those Innocents who have been similarly impersonated, abused, and deprived of profit and security that is owed to them.

Good News for The Brits! ---And the Commonwealth

I know that some Americans have it in for the Brits for all the nastiness their "government" has promoted --- the same way that so many other people around the world have it in for "the Americans" for all the rot their government has created----but stop a moment.  

Just as "the US" is not America, Westminster is not Great Britain, either. 

The Brits have been the victims along with us and everyone else.  Look at what the Germans have endured, too?  Hello?  We have all been the straight men in this comedy routine.  Virtually every country and every nation of people on Earth have suffered under the same illegal, immoral, unlawful yoke.  

You may all remember the landmark case, JAH v. Regina, in which it was irrefutably established that Queen Elizabeth II broke her Coronation Vows three days after she took them in public? 

So, equally unavoidable, she has been operating in fraud and under False Pretense and color of law ever since--- just like "the US" Government, Westminster has been operating as an independent international city-state and home base for pirates.  

Elizabeth II has, in fact, been operating and "seated" on the Office of the Chair of the Estates, not the British Throne, for all these many years, and as a subordinate of Westminster and the Pope, she's not a Queen at all.  More like a figurehead or storefront kept in place so that you don't see the ugly little man behind the curtain.  

Where have we seen that before?  Oh, yes, using the Roman Catholic Church as a storefront, and using the United Nations as a storefront, and using the American Government (or what appeared to be the American Government) as a storefront..... why not the British Government, too?   

We have yet to fully unravel and dig apart what happened during the reign of Queen Victoria, but God-willing, we will get to the total bottom of it.  

Meantime, we have dug through enough of it to know this: just as the lawful American Government was undermined and its lawful representatives hunted and hounded and forced to flee for their lives, the same thing happened in Britain. 

And we have been lucky enough to find "the core Remnants" of the Peerage and the actual lawful British Government.  They still exist, battered and dog-eared, but stubbornly moral and deeply caring.  Just as the lawful American Government of the people still exists, the British Government is also alive.  

So, despite everything that has gone on for the past 160 years, the people of Britain are not stateless and not without leadership and not without provenance for their lawful government, and neither are those living in British Territorial Possessions or Commonwealths.  

You are not at the mercy of a lawless globalist government.  

In fact, you are blessed to have Peers who have now endured life as Commoners, people who have had to feed their own chickens and wax their own cars and work for a living, raise their own children, and clean their own storm windows--- so that they know what it is like to do so, so that they have become your Peers, too.  

Imagine the change in attitude that comes from 150 years down on the farm? British Peers who refused to go along with the corruption of the government, have been working as mechanics and tradesmen and small shop holders,  scrabbling around like everyone else, being hounded and harassed by "the government".  

I am reminded of that old classic, "Captains Courageous" by Rudyard Kipling, where the refining fires of experience transform a spoiled brat into a noble and competent man. 

That is the Silver Lining in all of this.  You can be sure that your lawful government, now returning from expatriation, knows what it is like to live on the other side of the fence, and that they are pulling with might and main for justice and reconciliation, not only for Britain and the Commonwealth, but for the whole world. 

They've done without the money and titles and gee-gaws to save their souls. 

And now they are ready to step back into the ring, just as the lawful American Government has done, to protect and defend the people and the heritage of Britain.  

Just this morning I got a heart-wrenching message from a Brit.  He said, our situation is hopeless.  We don't even have the right to bear arms and defend ourselves. There's no lawful government to come save us, as you've done in America....

I am happy to tell you all that there is a lawful British government, and Peers and Lords who have suffered and stood behind the Magna Carta, and for the values of Christianity, and for the precepts of Justice and Peace. You do have good men and women with lawful right and title to operate your government. 

Welcome them home.  They are coming home like shipwrecked sailors, the same way we have.  Their appearance has changed.  Hard experience has changed them, too. But you will recognize their names and you won't mistake their hearts.

Anyone Besides Me Sick of This BS?

This year has been brutal.  Everywhere you look the good people of this country and most of the rest of the world are hip-deep in a sea of nothing but lies and corporate manipulation.

Yes, Corporate, as in Corporate Feudalism.

The Robber Barons are using the Corporations and the Corporations are using the Politicians and the Politicians are using everyone else.  Got the picture? 

Know which receiving end you are on?

The politicians used to be the weak link because of elections, but now they just dial-a-victory using computers and fraudulently elect whomever they please.

The next weakest link in this chain are the corporations themselves and you all need to get on board to bust them.

The corporations are being manipulated by fear and by “government” regulations which are really designed to make the corporations into political tools for the government.

Look at the illegal and immoral Internal Revenue scheme— “they” make the corporations that hire you into their bill collectors and revenue agents.  You are not subject to the Federal Income Tax. You are not a Federal PERSON—- but the business you work for probably is.

So the rats order your Employer to do the dirty work of stealing from and enslaving you to pay taxes that you don’t owe.

Same thing with censorship of news and opinions about the virus.  The virus is patented.  It’s an invention by Gates, Fauci, Soros and the rest of the miscreants.

We can’t mention it’s name without infringing on their patent — and the news media and social networking corporations can’t stand by and let you use that patented name in vain, or they are on the hook for patent infringement.

See how that works?

The only answer is to seize back public control of all factors of the government— the elections, the patent office, and the corporations.

Where do we begin?  With ourselves.  We have to wake up and tune in and hone our native ability to sort apples and oranges and learn to see for ourselves how we are being manipulated so that we can also see how our institutions and corporations are being manipulated.

Today I got another disgusting video saying, “Michael Flynn Recants”—- when all he did was repeat his Oath to protect and defend the Constitution —-and he didn’t recant that, either.

It was just sheer, twisted, yellow journalism at its worst, making something out of nothing, misleading headline included.   Flynn said there was “no plan”, but then, so what? 

He didn’t recant anything. He never said there was any “plan” he was Party to. The whole purpose was just to make people think he recanted something — or be left with the impression or feeling that he did— when he didn’t.

Shameful, really. But what do we expect when we have not held journalists responsible since before World War II?

TIME Magazine finally broke the election fraud story.  ONLY three months since it made headlines in Europe.  Goes to show how fearful and manipulated all the news and media groups are in this country. 

They are all in lockstep, because technically, the “government” owns them.  Whatever the pols tell them, that’s what they parrot. Whatever the military tells them to suppress, they suppress.

But take heed, we finally woke up and found another piece to the puzzle this week— and it turns out that neither the Pope nor the Queen own all these corporations. 

When you sort it all out, these corporations were chartered under conditions of fraud. They are stateless—and operating without valid charters and without any corporate “veil” or bankruptcy protection—- unless we recharter them and bring them back under the Public Law as American Corporations, they are doomed.

Hear that stock market?  Hear that Wall Street? 

We can, with a flip of our pencils, offer corporations that wish to operate under the Public Law as lawful corporations full amnesty and they can be set free to continue operations.

Just as easily we can declare all US and USA Corporations formed and operated in this country since 1870 to be invalidated,  and in the absence of their immediate acceptance of amnesty and new lawful charters—- we can declare them to be crime syndicates engaged in inland piracy.

Mr. Trump and his cohorts are going through the Patent Office finally and are discovering all sorts of new insights into the motivations of the Mega Corps, suppressed technologies, and more.

But what will be the result?

More suppression? More being brought to light?

We’ve been in a Propaganda War for four years, with no end in sight, but if you are as sick of this criminality and confusion as I am, then stand up.  Shake off the cobwebs. Exercise your right to self-govern these United States.

In the Introit of this day's Mass, the Church brings before us one who seeks to be loosed from his sins, and calls on God for help and assistance. Arise, why sleepest thou , O Lord? arise, and cast us not off to the end: why turnest thou thy face away, and forgettest our trouble? Our belly hath cleaved to the earth: arise, O Lord, help us and deliver us. O God, we have heard with our ears; our Fathers have declared to us. (Ps. XLIII. 23. 25.) Glory be to the Father, &c.

COLLECT O God, who seest that we trust not in aught we do; mercifully grant that by the protection of the Doctor of the Gentiles we may be defended against all adversities. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, &c.

EPISTLE (II. Cor. XI. 19-33; to XII. 1-9,) Brethren, you gladly suffer the foolish; whereas yourselves are wise. For you suffer if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take from you, if a man be lifted up, if a man strike you on the face. I speak according to dishonor, as if we had been weak in this part. Wherein if any man dare (I speak foolishly), I dare also. Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. And lest the greatness of the revelations should       exalt me, there was given me a sting of my flesh, an angel of Satan, to buffet me. For, which thing thrice I besought the Lord, that it might depart from me. And he said to me: My grace is sufficient for thee; for power is made perfect in infirmity. Gladly therefore will I glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

Why is St. Paul mentioned in the Mass of this day, and why is this epistle read?

Because in Rome the Station or Church service is held on this day in the Church of St. Paul and because the Church continues to encourage us to work according to the example given by St. Paul who, with the grace of God, accomplished and suffered so much; also because we should labor for the honor of God and the salvation of our souls and faithfully cooperate with the grace of God. 

Why, an the beginning of this epistle, does St. Paul say so much an his own praise?

Not out of ambition for honor and glory, but to honor God, and for the love and advantage of the Corinthians, who allowed themselves to be deceived by mercenary impostors and false prophets; that he might make public the craftiness of those deceivers who assumed the appearance of the true apostles, as Satan took the form of a good angel. To shame these, and to remove the obstacles they had placed in the way of the gospel, St. Paul was obliged to reveal to the Corinthians the things he had performed and endured in propagating the holy gospel. -By trials and sufferings is the true apostle known; the false apostles, the hirelings, as Christ calls them, only care for their own bodies, for temporal advantages, not for the salvation of souls. We see this exemplified in our days by the heretical missionaries who, when there is suffering, when there is martyrdom, take to flight, for their eyes are directed only to the present life and a large income, while the Catholic missionaries rejoice if, for Christ's sake, and for the salvation of souls, they are permitted to suffer, and made worthy to endure the cruel death of the martyr.

Of whom does St. Paul relate such marvels?

Of himself, but from humility and modesty he does not say so; fourteen years before, forty-four years after the birth of Christ, St. Paul was rapt to the third heaven, that is, to the abode of happy spirits; but to preserve him in humility God permitted Satan to use the concupiscence of the flesh, which is like a sting in the body of man, as a temptation to the apostle, and by which he was continually tormented.

ASPIRATION Grant me, O God,. thy grace that in these evil days of false doctrines I may remain stead fast to Thy holy gospel which in the holy Catholic Church remains pure and unchanged; never let me be deterred from obeying its precepts, neither by the charms of the world nor by the mockery and reproaches of the wicked.

GOSPEL (Luke VIII. 4-15.) At that time, when very great multitude was gathered together and hastened out of the cities unto him, he spoke by a similitude: The sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell by the wayside; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. And other some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it had no moisture. And other some fell among thorns; and the thorns growing up with it, choked it. And other some fell upon good ground; and being sprung up, yielded fruit a hundredfold. Saying these things, he cried out: He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And his disciples asked him what this parable might be. To whom he said: To you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God, but to the rest in parables; that seeing, they may not see, and hearing, they may not understand. Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. And they by the way-side are they that hear: then the devil cometh, and taketh the word out of their heart, lest believing they should be saved. Now they upon the rock are they who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no roots, for they believe for a while, and in time of temptation they fall away. And that which fell among thorns are they who have heard, and going their way, are choked with the cares arid riche, and pleasures of this life, and yield no fruit. But that on the good ground are they who, in a good and perfect heart, hearing the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit in patience.

Why is the Word of God compared to a seed?

Because from the word of God germinates the fruit of good works, as from good seed grows good fruit; as it is impossible, therefore, for an unsowed field to produce good fruit, so is it impossible for man without the seed of God's word to produce good fruits of the spirit.

Why does Christ cry out an the parable: He that hath ears to hear, let him hear?

Because of the importance and necessity of the doctrine which was contained in the parable. For to hear the word of God is absolutely necessary for salvation, as the Apostle indicates: How shall they believe him (Jesus) of whom they have not heard? (Rom. X. 14.) Jesus calls those happy who hear the word of God and keep it. (Luke XI. 28.) And on this subject St. Augustine says: "Be assured, my brethren, that as the body becomes weakened by want and hunger, and wastes to a mere shadow, so the soul that is not nourished by the word of God, becomes shrunken, worthless and unfit for any good work."

Whence comes so much cockle of evil, when the seed of God's word is so abundantly sowed?

Because, as Christ says, the seed falls now by the wayside, now upon a rock, now among thorns, seldom upon good soil, that is to say, those who hear the word of God are as a highway, over which many distracting thoughts are traveling which tread down the scattered seed, or, like fowls of the air devour it; they are like rocks, hardened by their prejudices or repeated crimes, so that the divine word cannot take root; again, they are so overgrown by the thorns of worldly cares, the constant desire for wealth and riches, and sensual delights, that even if they receive the seed, it is unable to grow and bear fruit.

ON THE POWER OF GOD’S WORD

The word of God is compared, by the Prophet Jeremias, to a hammer which crushes hearts as hard as rocks, and to a fire that dries up the swamps of vice, and consumes inveterate evil habits. (Jer. XXIII. 29.) The Psalmist compares it to thunder that makes all tremble, a storm-wind that bends and breaks the cedars of Lebanon, that is, proud and obstinate spirits; a light that dispels the darkness of ignorance; and a remedy that cures sin. (Ps. XXVIII. 3. 5., CXVIII. 105.) St. Paul compares it to a sword that divides the body from the soul, that is, the carnal desires from the spirit; (Hebr. IV. 12.) the Apostle James to a mirror in which man sees his stains and his wrongs. (Jam. I, 23.) the Prophet Isaias to a precious rain that moistens the soil of the soul and fertilizes it; (Isai: LV. 10. 11.) and Jesus Himself compares it to a seed that when it falls on good ground, brings forth fruit a hundredfold. (Luke VIII. 8.) One single grain of this divine seed produced the most marvellous fruits of sanctity in St. Augustine, St. Anthony the Great, in St. Nicholas of Tolentino, and others; for St. Augustine was converted by the words: "Let us walk honestly as in the day: not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and impurities, not in contention and envy." (Rom. XIII. 13.) St. Anthony by the words. If thou wilt be perfect, go, sell what thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shaft have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me." (Matt XIX. 21.) Nicholas of Tolentino was brought to Christian perfection by the words: "Love not the world, nor the things which are in the world. (I. John II. 15.)

How should we prepare ourselves to be benefited by the word of God?

We must be good, well-tilled soil, that is, we must have a heart that loves truth, desires to learn, and humbly and sincerely seeks salvation; we must listen to the word of God with due preparation and attention, keep the divine truths we have heard, in our heart, frequently consider and strive to fulfil them.

What should be done before the sermon?

We should endeavor to purify our conscience, for, as St. Chrysostom demands; "Who would pour precious juice into a vessel that is not clean, without first washing it?" We should, therefore, at least cleanse our hearts by an ardent sorrow for our sins, because the spirit of truth enters not into the sinful soul; (Wisd. I. 4.) we should ask the Holy Ghost for the necessary enlightenment, for little or no fruit can be obtained from a sermon if it is not united with prayer; we should listen to the sermon with a good motive; that is, with a view of hearing something edifying and instructive; if we attend only through curiosity, the desire to hear something new, to criticize the preacher, or to see and to be seen, we are like the Pharisees who for such and similar motives went to hear Christ and derived no benefit therefrom. “As a straight sword goes not into a crooked sheath, so the word of God enters not into a heart that is filled with improper motives." We should strive to direct, our minds rightly, that is, to dispel all temporal thoughts, all needless distraction, otherwise the wholesome words would fall but upon the ears, would not penetrate the heart, and the words of Christ be fulfilled: They have ears, and hear not.

How should we comfort ourselves during the sermon?

We should listen to the sermon with earnest, reverent attention, for God speaks to us through His priests, and Christ says to them: Who hears you, hears me. (Luke X. 16.) We must listen to the priests, therefore, not as to men, but as to God's ambassadors, for every priest can say with St. Paul: We are ambassadors for Christ, God, as it were, exhorting by us. (II. Cor. V. 20.) "If," says St. Chrysostom, "when the letter of a king is read, the greatest quiet and attention prevails, that nothing may be lost, how much more should we listen with reverence and perfect silence to the. word of God?"           The word of God is, and ever will be, a divine seed, which, when properly received, produces precious fruit, by what priest soever sowed; for in the sowing it matters not what priest sows, but what soil is sowed. Be careful, also, that you do not apply that which is said to others, but take it to yourself, or the sermon will be of no benefit to you. Are you free from those vices which the preacher decries and against which he battles? then, thank God, but do not despise others who are perhaps laboring under them, rather pray that they may be released and you preserved from falling into them. Keep also. from sleeping, talking, and other distractions, and remember, that whoever is of God, also willingly hears his word. (John VIII. 47.)

What should be done after the sermon?

We should then strive to put into practice the good we have heard, for God justifies not those who hear the law, but those who keep it, (Rom. II. 13.) and those who hear the word of God and do not conform their lives to it, are like the man who looks into the mirror, and having looked into it goes away, and presently forgets what manner of man he is. (Fam. I. 23. 24.) To practice that which has been heard, it is above all necessary that it should be kept constantly in mind, and thoughtfully considered. St. Bernard says: "Preserve the word of God as you would meat for your body, for it is a life-giving bread, and the food of your soul. Happy those, says Christ, who keep it. Receive it, therefore, into your soul's interior, and let it reach your morals and your actions."

That food which cannot be digested, or is at once thrown out, is useless; the food should be well masticated, retained, and by the digestive powers worked up into good blood. So not only on the day, but often during the week, that which was heard in the sermon should be thought of and put into practice. Speak of it to others, thus will much idle talk be saved, many souls with the grace of God roused to good, and enlightened in regard to the evil they had not before seen in themselves and in future will avoid. Let us listen to others when they repeat what was said in the sermon. Heads of families should require their children and domestics to relate what they have heard preached. Let us also entreat God to give us grace that we may be enabled to practice the precepts given us.

PRAYER How much am I shamed, O my God, that the seed of Thy Divine word, which Thou hast sowed so often and so abundantly in my heart, has brought forth so little fruit! Ah! have mercy on me, and so change my heart, that it may become good soil, in which Thy word may take root, grow without hindrance, and finally bring forth fruits of salvation. Amen.

Hopium 2.0

This morning found me embroiled in a text conversation with yet another patriot telling me "what's going on" and accusing me of being a nasty, old, mean-spirited cynic, for not "keeping the faith" and not "hoping" and "waiting".   

Where do I begin?  How about 1863?  Think I've been waiting long enough?  37 plus 100 plus 21.... that's 158 years that Americans have been waiting for their military, particularly the United States Army and later, the United States Air Force, and when on the land, the United States Marine Corps, to do their jobs and protect us from "all enemies both foreign and domestic".  

I think we've all waited for them long enough.  Okay?  I am not waiting for them anymore.  I am showing up myself to settle my own hash and I highly recommend that you all do the same, each and every day.  

The whole Civil War was a set-up by the British Territorial Government.  Lincoln was substituted for election as the "President" of the Territorial United States, because as a Bar Attorney, he was prohibited from holding any office in our actual government.  That should put up some red flags, shouldn't it? 

And then, there's the strange story of Ulysses S. Grant, or, as he is known, U.S. Grant --- like "Grant of the US" --- which is what happened under his endlessly corrupt administration.  Now, add the fact that Grant's actual name was Hiram Grant, and he picked up the nickname "Ulysses S" at West Point, and it doesn't seem that his politics as a Queen's Man was exactly a secret, does it? 

What you are looking at is a 158 year-old coup d'etat staged against our lawful civilian government by our own dear military and commercial mercenary interests operating under color of law and fraudulent misrepresentation and Breach of Trust.   

The U.S. Army has been overtly in charge since 1863 and we've got what we've got here.  These awful things literally could not have happened to our country if our military had been honest and acting in our best interests to protect us.

Could not. So stuff that down and believe it, because that's the facts, Ma'am. 

For all those standing around "hoping" and "waiting" for the U.S. Military to do jack diddly, I suggest you stop waiting and pay attention.  

Let's see.... I have been hearing rumors about NESARA for forty years, but nothing whatsoever has been done with this legislation since the 1990's.  So if there is some kind of "NESARA" on the Agenda, there is no sign of it being addressed in any degree, way, shape or form on the public record for thirty (30) years. And call me a fool, but that does seem to be problematic.  

I've also been hearing rumors about "global resets" and "currency exchanges" and all sorts of other currency-related speculation for the past ten years.  

I get regular emails about all these "tiers" and exchange rates and preparations being made and protocols to be followed when you trot in to exchange your Zims or your Dinar or whatever else ---- for a decade.  And it is always the same story---- it's going to happen! 

It's going to happen next Tuesday.  It's been delayed.  It's going to happen this weekend.... there was this trouble, there was that trouble.... Saudi Arabia farted, a computer system failed, a Beta Test went sideways.  

There is always some excuse.  And there's always a new date, right around the corner, when all the pipedreams will come true.  Well, folks, I really hope they do.  But my Mama taught me that someday never comes.  She also taught me to observe what is right in front of my face, and what is right in front of my face is ten years of talk, talk, talk that is completely devoid of walk, walk, walk. 

And now we've got another version of this same schtick going on --- the Military is going to save us.  There's going to be a big announcement via the Emergency Broadcasting System and all of a sudden it's all going to be clear ---- except, of course, the Military's part in all this heinous crime and breach of trust.  It's going to happen January 19....no, no, it's going to happen January 21st..... no, no, it's going to happen February 6th..... 

And it's all part of a brilliant plan to entrap the members of Congress and the Media Moguls and the people like Bill Gates so that they face prosecution for Treason, or, alternatively, all the Bad Guys including Joe Biden are already dead and we're just watching a movie..... a distressing, ugly movie that we don't need and don't benefit from, for no reason at all.  

Oh, the Military is going to save us.  They've only had 158 years to do so, and it's right around the corner.  Oh, yes, really, for sure.  Our heroes are out there rescuing tortured children from underground bunkers and tunnels all over the world.  They are protecting us from China, Six Foot Tall Rabbits, and stale beer. Nobody knows the wonders and #@%%  blunders of our military....because most of it doesn't exist. 

But I observe that they've had 158 years to get off their butts and actually do something to protect the American States and People from the British Bounders and European Bankers and American Industrialists that have been robbing us blind and illegally conscripting and taxing and pillaging us for six generations.

And they haven't done so.  

I'm sorry, but I am done "hoping" or "waiting" for all these miscreant Employees to do the right thing.  The only White Hats I know are actually Gray Hats with lots of grease spots on their lapels.  

I want to see it.  I want to smell it.  I don't want to hear about it, and I certainly don't need any more excuses about softening up the American Public and trapping more rats in more legal snares.  

All I am seeing is John Roberts booking for England and taking the powder he so richly deserves.  And Joe Biden pumping out Executive Orders for all his Municipal Slaves to keep them wearing masks so they don't offend the sensibilities of his Arab Investors.

Great Almighty, please spare me the drama---- and the rest of you, look at the facts.  

This entire country has to wake up and stop waiting and stop hoping, gather all the common sense you ever had, and get off your rumps.  There's nobody here but us chickens and what is left of Public Law and Decency.  Hike up your skirts and unbutton your shirts and bring your mops and buckets.

Why is The Corporations Act of 1870 a Key Issue?

We know that both corporate and incorporated entities have to be created by living people or Lawful Persons. These things don't just get it on in a file drawer and procreate on their own. 

We know there is no provision for a Municipal Corporation to charter other Municipal Corporations, except as franchises.  So a Municipal Corporation has to be incorporated by a Territorial Corporation or other charter agent. 

The Territorial U.S. Government presumed to act "for" us and undertake the duties of our American Federal Republic, which the Territorial Government was never authorized to do --- and, the specific unauthorized power that they seized upon in 1870 was the power to charter corporations.

So they usurped upon an instrumentality of our actual Government in Breach of Trust and commercial service contract by failing to observe the limitations of The Constitution of the United States of America, and to add insult to injury, they began creating British Territorial Corporations for themselves instead of American Corporations ---even though they were purportedly exercising our power "for" us as faithful Trustees and acting in our best interests, etc., etc., etc. 

Hmmm.  

The next thing we notice is that the Territorial (also known as Commonwealth) Corporation chartered in Scotland in 1868 and doing business as "The United States of America" ---Incorporated, converted what remained of The United States Congress into its own Board of Directors, and passes an "Act" claiming the right to charter corporations in our name, abusing our sovereign powers under conditions of fraud and semantic deceit, without any valid claim to such empowerment  ----and there we have The Corporations Act of 1870.  

The next year these same players and interlopers passed the infamous Act of 1871 seeking to create Municipal Corporations for their own benefit.  That got shot down and repealed in 1874, but the rats kept at it, and by 1878, the Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia was formed under the auspices of the Scottish Territorial Corporation doing business as "The United States of America" --- Inc. 

Now all of this is constructive fraud and fraud accomplished by semantic deceit and non-disclosure, identity theft, credit fraud, and Breach of Trust --- and it is all built upon sand, just waiting for a good tide to wash it away.  And now, the tide has come. 

The Territorial United States Government acted in fraud to pass The Corporations Act of 1870 and acted "in our name" ---it impersonated us to do this and pretended to be an Agent of our sovereignty--- without our knowledge, consent, or delegated authority to do so.  

Using that initial fraud, the Scottish Interloper created Municipal CORPORATIONS of all kinds seeking to benefit itself --- but pretending the whole time to "represent" us.   

The Municipal US CORPORATIONS that were created via this criminal enterprise all function under foreign law --- Roman Civil Law, not American Public Law.  

The next thing we notice is that all these US CORPORATIONS can lie, cheat, steal, and promote all kinds of fraud and crime --- as long as they don't get caught, because they function under Roman Civil Law. 

And then, we notice that these US CORPORATIONS are included as US CITIZENS under the Diversity of Citizenship Clause.  This saddles all US CORPORATIONS with the obligations and debts of Municipal citizens of the United States.  

Oh, my.   

The Corporations Act of 1870 is null and void for lack of standing to enact it and also for constructive fraud, impersonation, and semantic deceit which led to other crimes of personage, identity theft, credit fraud, unlawful conversion, kidnapping, trafficking of Lawful Persons in violation of Article IV of both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America, inland piracy, and fraud, fraud, fraud.  

That means that the Act of 1871 (repealed in 1874) and all subsequent acts eventually creating the Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia are null and void from inception.  

That means that all these corporations, both the US CORPORATIONS and the Territorial USA, Incorporated entities, were and are operating under invalid charters and don't have any right to exist under international and global law.  And neither do any of the US CORPORATIONS and franchises they have subsequently incorporated have any right to exist --- including all those incorporated under the State of Delaware operating as a Territorial franchise corporation.  

La-Dee-Dah.  These organizations are stateless and baseless and return by Operation of Law to the benefit of the American Government in liquidation. 

Our Employees explicitly did all this $%#@$^@ "in our names" and that means that we have the only valid ownership interest in all these creations and that the only way out of this situation -- for the corporations -- is to accept amnesty as lawful American Corporations, subject to the Public Law of this country, or face immediate and permanent liquidation.  

All of them.  Both USA Territorial Charters and US Municipal Charters are void. 

They have only one (1) option -- to come home and be re-chartered under our lawful international jurisdiction, and stand under the Public Law, or be liquidated.
