Official Notice and Published Announcement

As of October the First in the year of 2020, the properly declared and recorded People operating the State Assemblies organized and enrolled prior to the year of 1860, have acted via Roll Call Vote to acknowledge, accept, and enroll their sister States which have been created during and after the Civil War as fully endowed and empowered States of the Union. 

This action ends over 150 years of presumptive custodial interest on the part of the Territorial United States Government in the administration of the public resources and populations of these predominantly western States created and provisionally accepted as States of the Union under the Northwest Ordinance. 

These former Territorial States are now enrolled as members of The United States and The United States of America and have entered into full standing as independent States. 

All fifty (50) State Assemblies are now fully functional and operating on par with each other.  The States formed during and after the Civil War are no longer subject to any presumption of custodial interest by the Territorial United States Government and are free to assume the possession and enjoyment of all land and soil and related assets, rights, titles, and interests expressed or implied, within their borders. 

This long overdue formal enrollment is a necessary step toward the Reconstruction of our Government, which is to include the reconstruction or in the case of these new States of the Union, first-time construction, of American States-of-States to serve as members of the Confederation ordained by The Articles of Confederation. 

These reconstructed and/or newly created American State of State organizations will then subsequently serve as the Comptrollers and Interest Holders of the American Federal Subcontractor doing business as the States of America.  The States of America is also popularly known as the Federal Republic. 

Along with the reconstruction and/or creation of American State-of-State organizations under The Articles of Confederation, we anticipate the prompt reconstruction of the States of America and the resumption of the operations of the Federal Republic under the auspices of The Constitution for the united States of America. 

Both the Confederation and its membership and the States of America exist as a result of delegations of power held by The United States and The United States of America, respectively, and are not to be confused with the Powerholders or with the actual State Assemblies or with any foreign corporation operating under similar names.

Cleaning Up the Agencies and Commissions

It's Sunday and I can feel the misery and uncertainty weighing down this country and indeed, the whole world.  Who to believe and what to believe in?  The Fake Stream news is so unrelentingly negative and upsetting. 

Perhaps it would help everyone to read the Communications Act of 1934 and realize that the "news" you are getting is all doctored propaganda being hand-picked and brought to you by the Pope's Municipal Government? 

FDR put the Communications Act of 1934 into place as part of his enslavement racket--- aimed initially at Municipal employees, but designed to usurp upon Territorial employees and average Americans, too.  

The Communications Act, together with the complicity of the colluding Territorial Corporation, gave the President of the Municipal Corporation complete control of the airwaves -- but bear in mind that the Board of Directors of the Municipal Corporation is none other than the "US CONGRESS". 

This means that the unaccountable plenary oligarchy composed of Congressional Members that rules over the Municipality of Washington, DC, which is defined as a separate and independent international city state (See Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17) actually controls all these Agencies and Commissions. 

The President can tell these yahoos what to do, but if he displeases the US CONGRESS, they will simply not fund his directives.  Like the Wall.  And they will use their "Subcommittees" to give the Agencies and Commissions backdoor instructions, often counter to what the President wants to do, and the Agencies and Commissions will do their best to obey, because the CONGRESS holds the purse strings.  

This control at ground level is then actually exercised by these "Federal Agencies and Commissions" --- all of which are unauthorized subcontractors of our subcontractors, most of which are only controlled administratively,  and are actually owned and operated by private interests. 

For example, Dick Cheney and Friends owned "Department of Homeland Security" last time I looked, and though it sounds like an official government department, it was merely a private subcontractor operating under a deceptive name and being paid for services by the Municipal Corporation. 

The FCC, FHA, FEMA, BLM, FBI, BATF, IRS, DOJ, and so on, are all examples of the same thing in action.  None of these "agencies" are or ever were  authorized service providers of our government.  They are the hirelings of hirelings. Most of them should be phased out or paid for purely as voluntary private expenses of the Municipal Government, without any cost for these "services" being passed on to us, thank you. 

To put this in perspective---  these agencies and commissions are working for the Municipal Government and doing the Municipal Government's work for it, instead of the Municipal Government doing the work directly and being held accountable for it. The Municipal Government is then passing on the cost of all this extra "administrative capacity" to us. 

It would be like hiring a man to cut your lawn, then having him hire fifty other guys to do the actual job, and then handing you the bill for their services.  

Oh, and when you walk out your front door and ask what is going on, you get attacked by his fifty hirelings and asked --- "Who are you?" 

This is the way that the Municipal Government corporation has been operating since the days of FDR.  Initially, it was seen as a "public works initiative" to hire more people into public sector jobs and put America back to work during the Great Depression, but the practice only expanded exponentially afterward and continued long after any such reasonable Public Good was served by it. 

Getting back to the Communications Act of 1934 and the current deplorable misuse of the public airwaves by the propaganda organs mandated by this Act and the various commissions, including the FCC, riding herd over the Three Ring Circus provided by the AP Wire, Reuters, and the BBC....  

The motto of the BBC --- "Listen and obey." --- comes straight out of a 19th century booklet on Hypnotism. 

And in this case, they want to use such subliminal suggestion techniques to instill fear and anxiety, and to prompt people into accepting constant  government over-reaching into their private lives. 

They learned a long time ago that if we are scared and confused, we are easier to manipulate, so they make it their business to make sure we are scared and confused. 

Don't be. 

My Executive Officer, who many of you have met, has recently suffered a series of problems with erratic heart rate.  For example, for no apparent reason, his heart rate will increase to double its normal resting rate. There are many possible causes for this, but he noticed all by himself that watching and listening to the news on TV made it worse.  

Why?  Because the News is designed to make us feel nervous and confused and frustrated (because it always reports a large amount of things we can't, as individuals, do anything about) and anxiety-ridden.  It's "programmed" that way, in order to "program" you.  

Even the music programs are subtly tweaked so that the notes being played aren't quite whole and right; the dissonance is so subtle that we aren't consciously aware of it, but our ears hear it and our minds and nerves subconsciously react to the "nails scratching on the blackboard" effect this causes.

And please notice that, once again, this aberration from nature and deliberate manipulation of your nervous system, was caused by the Rockefellers --- a clan that has been instrumental in promoting a very large amount of the evil in this world. 

And the bottom line to you?  Know that you are being deliberately manipulated and turn the knob. Stop listening to rot that is literally designed to make you feel hopeless and angry and fearful---  and which has no possible practical value. 

As I told my recovering ExO, "The only redeeming feature of any mainstream news media has always been limited to the weather report, the comics, and the classifieds. Beyond that, turn it off." 

Limiting your exposure to the News and other "programming" will leave you more free time and peace of mind to consider the actual problem ---  American crime families infiltrating and commandeering "governmental services corporations" and then using subcontracting agencies and commissions to do their dirty work.

The Universal Law of Free Will is Being Violated

We were given free will for a reason: so that we could learn to choose what is good.

Even Yeshuah was given "curds and honey" (Isaiah 7) so that he would learn the difference between what is good and what is bad.

We must be enabled to make a choice -- a free will choice that reflects our unmanipulated and honest will, or our existence is meaningless and nothing can be learned about our true nature.

They call it "the Brain Initiative" -- a system by which viruses are used to introduce genetically engineered receptor sites in normal nerve cells -- "neurons".

These artificial receptor sites are then available to receive signals in the form of either chemicals or light impulses, and depending on this stimulus, our nerve cells turn on or turn off.

This can be used to create pain as well as remove pain, to agitate or to calm.

You get the picture. They have been at it full bore since Obummer was a pup. He signed the funding to put this agenda on hyperdrive.

And this underlines the first stories coming out of Wuhan, China, that the happenings there were the result of "crowd control" experiments and experimental technologies aimed at crowd control.

Although these technologies might be used to calm rioters, they could also be used as virtual lobotomies, turning people into biological robots without free will.

For this reason, these technologies are extremely dangerous and should not be promoted nor allowed. They violate the Universal Law of Free Will in ways that cannot be tolerated.

Pray to the True God who gave you free will to avenge this offense against us and to drag the politicians and scientists and corporate bosses responsible for it out into the light where their activities and motives can be properly assessed and monitored and controlled by a vigilant -- and angry -- public.

The Way It's Played

I have been busy today nailing down details of "the game". This is their game, not ours. We have to learn to play it and deduce the rule book as we go, but having observed their twisted but consistent logic for decades certainly helps.

They lie. We tell the truth. They accuse us of lying.

They do something criminal. We object. They accuse us of their crime.

This is the Hallmark of what they always do, and the order in which they do it.

Their entire "modus operandi" boils down to this: accuse others of doing what you do yourself; pretend to be your enemies and by your own bad behavior heap condemnation on them.

For example, the unfolding scandal in Pearl River, Louisiana: a priest caught red-bottomed on the altar of St. Peter and Paul's, cavorting with two dominatrix women. And filming it all for posterity. Oh, my.

But if you think that "priest" is a good Catholic boy, think again. He's a Satanist who has sung all the right songs, told all the right lies, simpered his way through any amount of dull canonical law and Orders of the Day, until in Satanist terms, he's a "made man".

You can't be a priest of Satan until you are ordained as a priest in the Roman Catholic Church. Given the growth of the "Church" of Satan over the past fifty years, it makes total sense that the Catholic Church is inundated with unsavory candidates for the priesthood.

Priests of Satan get all the earthly goodies, all the sex, all the drugs, all the money and power, while the actual priests get gruel for supper and celibacy and suffering--- and then get worked to death on top of it. All pleasure and rest is for later, someday, in Heaven. Taken together, these two different groups of priests play out the extremes of the duality of creation: good and bad personified.

And it's hard to tell the difference, because the priests of Satan have learned to play their part to utter perfection. They know all the secrets of their opponents in the Roman Catholic priesthood, plus all their own little tricks of the trade.

It is a given that some High Priests of Satan are also high up in the clergy of the Roman Catholic Church. They have spent their entire adult lives as penultimate hypocrites, for the purpose of grooming new priests of Satan and protecting the clandestine activities of their "church" within a church.

Next week you will find this defrocked priest playing some other role. Maybe he'll be a Muslim with a long, scraggly bushy red beard and eye-brows to match, shouting with apparent fervor about the glories of Allah and the sins of the Infidels --- while sneaking around raping little girls.

This is how they play their game. This is how this one group of people has managed to spread so much hatred, so many lies, and so much violence and fear throughout the world--- by telling Whoppers and by pretending to be what they are not.

Look at the current situation. We have all sorts of "U.S. Citizens" and "citizens of the United States" --- both, pretending to be Americans. And predictably, the Americans are being blamed for what the U.S. Citizens and "citizens of the United States" have done.

This is predictable. This is par for their course. So, look for it, recognize it for what it is, and deal with the fact that nothing is what it appears to be. A priest is not necessarily a priest. A Republican is not necessarily a Republican. And a Jew is not necessarily a Jew.

Turn up your God-given Shinola Sensor.

After the "indecency charges" of the Pearl River case are wrangled through, this purported priest from Louisiana will disappear and become someone different and new ---- and he'll go on wreaking havoc and promoting sexual perversion and lying his way from job to job and place to place, always misrepresenting himself as anyone and anything but a Satanist--- even though that is what he is.

Grandma has seen these vipers before, and so have you, whether you consciously realize it or not.

The Sons of Cain created cities in the Land of Nod (where everyone is sleeping, right?) and to this day, these individuals are busy running the Empire of the Cities -- the Inner City of London, the Vatican, and Washington, DC. They are just as dishonest and deceitful, vain and selfish, and given to double-speak, as their forefathers.

They use all the same means to delude, to enslave, to abuse, and to impersonate their victims as their ancestors did.

They constantly congratulate themselves about how stupid and trusting and lazy we are.

How else could we let them "substitute for" our actual government? How else could we be deceived into thinking that credit is the same as money? And how could we let them control either the money or the credit?

Another Hallmark of these hue-mans is that they have no actual compassion.

This is ironic, as they often portray themselves as the soppiest bleeding-hearts that ever lived. While holding tight to the supply of money and guaranteeing poverty for most of the world, these hypocrites take to the streets and decry the living conditions they cause.

Yes, you read that right. They speak up -- loudly -- in opposition to the deplorable living conditions that they cause, and behind the scenes, they work night and day to make sure that these conditions continue.

Thus the rats responsible for the poverty and misery of so many others raise the hue and cry of "social justice" and appear to be advocates of the poor, while in fact they are holding the purse strings and making sure the poor continue to suffer.

That's what actually goes on in Washington, DC. And Rome. And London.

Next time you hear Pope Francis talking about the miseries of the poor, and the diseased, and the victims of war, and also about the ruined environment and so many other maladies --- bear in mind that you are looking at the richest and most powerful man in the world, and know that if he actually wanted to end these conditions, he could easily do so in a fortnight.

And observe that he doesn't do so. He invests in George Soros instead.

Faithful Catholics gave this man half a billion dollars to spend--himself, personally-- on directly alleviating the sufferings he talks about, and instead, he spent it on new bank buildings, Hollywood movies, and luxury condos in Switzerland. Go figure.

Take a good look at the poverty and misery rampant in Nancy Pelosi's Senate District and ask yourself--- how is this possible? A seventy-eight percent high school failure rate? Human feces on the sidewalk? Zoned out junkies wandering aimlessly from cardboard box to cardboard box?

Self-evidently, Nancy Pelosi, who spends trillions of dollars every year, is a liar and a hypocrite. Obviously, she doesn't actually give a damn about anyone in her Senate District. She isn't accomplishing anything worthwhile for them, and yet, despite the evidence, her constituents continue to be deceived by her rhetoric and air of confident superiority.

Like a witch casting a spell, or a spider in its web, Nancy Pelosi lulls her victims into a set of comfortable but incorrect assumptions. From all her words and her ingratiating smiles, they take it for granted that she understands what they are going through and sympathizes with them---- and it never occurs to them that she knows about their miseries, because she is causing them.

She is, in fact, doing everything she can to make sure that these nasty conditions in her Senate District continue and get worse. Just like her pal, Governor Newsom. And she tunes up the progressive rhetoric at the same time she denies funding to alleviate the suffering she is causing.

It would be bad enough if this were the stock-in-trade of just a few Bad Eggs, but it is not. Politicians in both political parties do the same exact thing, with the net result that this entire country is needlessly and endlessly suffering.

Recognizing Satanists is actually pretty easy. As Jesus said a long time ago, you judge them by their fruits-- never their words. Their actions and the results of their actions are what count.

So look at Nancy Pelosi's Senate District and look real good: rotten schools, failing infrastructure, abusive police, feces on the streets, mammoth unemployment, fear, hopelessness, and no money.

These are the fruits Nancy Pelosi is handing out to the Californians in her own Senate District, and still these victims believe that Poor Nancy is helpless to help them and doing her best to lead the Good Fight. They vote for her faithfully year after year and think that giving her more seniority and power is a good thing-- as if more of what doesn't work for forty years is someday going to deliver different results.

This is the way their game is played --- upside down and backward. The good are portrayed as bad, and the bad are portrayed as good, but at the end of the day look sharp.

Look at the fruits.

Nineteenth Sunday After Pentecost

The Church's Year

INTROIT I am the salvation of the people, saith the Lord: in whatever tribulation they shall cry to me, I will hear them: and I will be their Lord for ever. Attend, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth. (Ps. LXXVII.) Glory etc.

COLLECT Almighty and merciful God, graciously keep us from all things that are hurtful; that we, being set free both in mind and body, may with ready minds accomplish whatever is Thine. Thro'.

EPISTLE (Ephes. IV. 23-28.) Brethren, Be re­newed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who according to God is created in justice and holiness of truth. Wherefore, putting, away lying, speak ye the truth every man with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. Be angry, and sin not. Let not the sun go clown upon your anger. Give not place to the devil. He that stole, let him now steal no more; but rather let him labor, work­ing with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have something to give to him that suffereth need.

EXPLANATION  St. Paul admonishes the Ephesians to lay aside the- old man, like a worn out garment, and put on the new man, that is, to renew their internal and external life. This renewal according to his teaching takes place, when we by a true repentance put away our vices, shun all lies, anger, injustice, &c., and adorn our soul with virtues, and zealously seek after Christian justice and perfection. We have, perhaps, already sought to change our manner of living, for which a jubilee or some other particular solemnity of the Church gave us occasion, and at that time, perhaps, purified our soul by a general confession, making the firm resolution to live for God, and work out our salvation, we appeared converted, and to have become other men: but how long did this conversion last? Ah, how soon did we fall back into the old, sinful ways. And why? Because we lived in too great, deceitful security. We thought everything accomplished by the general confession; we were satisfied, and omitted to employ the means of remaining in the state of grace. We did not thank God for the grace of conversion; we did not ask Him for the grace of perseverance; we frequented evil company, and did not avoid dangerous occasions; we indulged in idleness and pleasures as before. How can it appear strange, if such a conversion is fruitless? Ah, we should remain in wholesome fear even after the remission of our sins. (Ecclus. V. 5.) Even if we could say that we have done everything, nevertheless we cannot be certain, whether we be worthy of hatred or love. (Ecclus. IX. 1.) We should, therefore, work out our salvation according to the advice of St. Paul (Philipp. II. 12.) in fear and trembling, and thus not fall into the old life of sin, losing the hope of a new conversion.

GOSPEL (Matt. XXII. 1-14.) At that time, Jesus spoke to the chief priests and the Pharisees in parables, saying: The kingdom of heaven is likened to a king, who made a marriage for his son. And he sent his servants, to call them that were invited to the marriage, and they would not come. Again he sent other servants, saying: Tell them that were invited, Behold I have prepared my dinner; my beeves and fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come ye to the marriage. But they neglected: and went their, ways, one to his farm, and another to his mer­chandise: and the rest laid hands on his servants, and having treated them contumeliously, put them to death. But when the king had heard, of it; he was angry: and sending his armies, he destroyed those murderers, and burnt their city. Then he saith to his servants: The marriage indeed is ready; but they, that were invited were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as you shall find, call to the marriage. And his servants going forth into the ways, gathered together, all that they found, both bad and good; and the marriage was filled with guests. And the king went in to fee the guests; and he saw there a man who had not on a wedding garment: and he saith to him: Friend, how camest thou in hither, not having on a wedding garment? But he was silent. Then the king said to the waiters: Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the exterior darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen.

REMARK Thir parable agrees in many respects with that for the second  Sunday after Pentecost, and has the same meaning. See, therefore, the explanation of that gospel, as also of the feast of SR Catherine, to which Maybe added the following:

EXPLANATION In this parable the king is our Heavenly Father who has espoused His only-begotten Son to the Church, and on this occasion prepares the most sumptuous marriage-feast by giving the evangelical doctrine, the holy Sacraments, and the heavenly joys. The servants sent to invite the guests are the prophets, apostles and disciples of Christ. Those invited are the Jews who despised the honor and grace of the divine King, destined for them, abused and killed His servants, and were, therefore, cast aside and with their city Jerusalem, destroyed by the armies of their enemies, as a just punishment; in their stead the heathens and all those nations were called, who were on the broad road to destruction, and who now occupy the places of the unfortunate Jews at the marriage feast of the Church, and shall also occupy them in heaven. In the Jews to whom Christ addressed this parable, is verified that many of them, nay, all are called, but few chosen, because they would not heed the invitation.

APPLICATION We have the honor not only to be invited to this marriage-feast, but are in reality guests at it, because we are members of the Church of Christ by faith. "But the Christian," says St. Gregory, "who is a member of the Church by faith, but has not charity, is like to a man who comes to the marriage-feast without the wedding garment." With this garment which is charity, Christ was vested, when He came to celebrate the nuptials with His spouse, the Church, and by the bond of charity the Son of God also unites Himself with His elect. He clearly lets us know that charity is the wedding garment which should vest us. Those, therefore, who believe and are in the communion of the Church, but who do not preserve the grace of charity, are indeed in the wedding-chamber, but they are not adorned with the wedding garment. They are dead members of the Church, and shall not be admitted without this garment into the celestial marriage-feast in the triumphant Church, but rather be cast like that unfor­tunate guest into exterior darkness. This guest was silent, when asked by the king, why he had not .the wedding gar­ment. By this we see, that no one can excuse himself to God for not having charity, because every one can have it, if he asks it from God, and, as St. Augustine says, our heart is the workshop of charity, and every one who has a heart can practice it.

PRAYER I thank Thee, O Jesus, that Thou didst call me to the marriage-feast in Thy Church; give me the wedding garment of charity that I may be present at the celestial marriage-feat, and not be cast into exterior darkness.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING HELL

Cast him into the exterior darkness. (Matt, XXII. 13.)

What is hell?

Hell is that place where the damned must suffer eternal punishment.

Is there a hell?

Yes; reason, holy Scripture and the Church teach us that there is a hell. Reason tells us that there is a just God who will punish sin. It is evident that all sins are not punished in this world; there must, therefore, be a place, where every mortal sin, not atoned for by sorrow and penance, will be punished, and this place is - hell. All nations from the beginning of the world, even those who had not the light of revelation, believed this.

But clearer still is the existence of hell shown by holy Scripture: The pious Job, (X. 22.) speaks of a region of misery and darkness, where the shadows of death and no order, but where eternal terror dwells. The Prophet Isaias (XXX. 33.) says that hell is deep and wide, and that the fire burning in it, is like a stream of sulphur, ignited by the breath of the Lord. Our Saviour expressly says that those who have done evil, shall go to everlasting torment, (Matt.  XXV. 46.) that they shall be tortured by everlasting fire. (Matt. XXV. 41.) He makes mention of hell, and says that an inextinguishable fire burns there, and a worm which never dies, plagues the wicked. (Mark IX. 42. 43; Matt. X. 28.) All the Fathers of the Church teach and testify to the same doctrine. St. Augustine, among many others, says: "The infinite wisdom of God tells us that there is a hell, and the illimitable power of God it is that punishes the dam­ned in a wonderful, but real manner."

Wherein do the pains of hell consist?

Sacred Scripture and the Church teach concerning the pains, of the reprobate in hell, that the damned burn there in an inextinguishable fire. (Mark IX. 45.) The holy doctors of the Church say, that this fire is never extinguished, and its smoke ascends or rises from century to century, “I see this fire," says St. Gregory, "as if it were gifted with reason; it make a distinction between the guilty, and tortures the damned according to the nature of their sins." This fire burns, but never consumes its victims; it commu­nicates, as Cassiodorus says, immortality to the reprobate and lets them suffer pain, which preserves them, like salt which penetrates the flesh and keeps it from corruption, as Jesus says: Every one shall be salted with fire. (Mark IX. q.8.) This fire does not shine, it leaves the reprobate in darkness, (Matt. VIII. 12.) and with this fire a never dying worm continually torments the damned. This worm is not only a bad conscience, say the holy Fathers, but particu­larly the privation of the Beatific Vision. Eternally will the thought torment the damned: I have lost God, the only true and highest Good, I have lost Him through my fault, I have lost Him for a brief pleasure, I have lost Him forever. In hell eternity devours all time; and if after millions and millions of years a damned soul wailingly asks his companion in misery: What time is it? he receives the answer: Eternity.

Who would not fear hell, and avoid sin which incurs eternal punishment, when he reflects upon this! Arid yet there are many, , upon whom the truth of the existence of a hell makes no impression, who even deny that there is such a place, and who say: God is love, He can have no pleasure in the torments of His creatures, He cannot eter­nally punish a sin which was committed in so short a time as is the life of man." But those who speak thus, forget that God is just, that His love and mercy are indeed always ready to forgive the contrite and penitent, but that His justice must also be satisfied, when the sinner continually rejects the merciful love of God; they forget, that every grievous sin which man commits voluntarily and knowingly is an infinite, eternal insult, offered to God, which can only be atoned for by an eternal punishment. For the perverted and malicious will of a man, who dies in mortal sin, remains perverted and malicious forever, therefore he must also be punished eternally.

O my dear Christian, do not listen to such deceivers; for just on account of their sinful life, they fear hell and therefore they endeavor to free themselves from this fear by denying the existence of hell; but they cannot succeed; for Jesus, the Truth, has told us that there is a hell, and His word remains for all eternity. Endeavor rather by a pious life to escape hell, descend there in spirit frequently according to the advice of a saint, contemplate the torments of the damned, and let this reflection urge you to imitate Christ, who has promised the joys of heaven to all His faithful followers.

CONSOLING DOCTRINE ON THE JOYS OF HEAVEN

The kingdom of heaven is likened to a king, who made a marriage for his son. (Matt. XXII. 2.)

Heaven is compared by Christ to a marriage-feast because we will there enjoy all imaginable pleasures in the most perfect union with God. In what these joys consist, fit. Paul could not describe, although he was wrapt into the third heaven and tasted these pleasures; he only said: Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him. (I Cor. II. 9.) Holy Writ, indeed, gives us many descriptions of the celestial joys, by comparing heaven to a paradise of bliss, sometimes to a precious pearl, or a treasure which neither rust nor moth consumes, nor thieves steal; again it represents heaven under the picture of a kingdom, a throne, a crown, whereby we are raised to the highest honor; at another time to the picture of a city which is built of gold, precious stones and pearls, lighted by the splendor of God, filled with magnificence and glory, and where the inhabitants enjoy undisturbed peace and security. These are only images or similitudes, which are taken from the most beautiful, most precious, and magnificent things of the earth, to teach us that heaven is as beautiful and pleasant a place, as we can wish and represent to ourselves, and that all possible beauty, agreeableness and joy may be found there in the highest and most perfect manner, free from evil, anxiety, disgust and fear of losing them.. In heaven we will possess God Himself, the source of all joy and bliss, and will enjoy His own happiness for all eternity. More is riot needed to give us the highest conception of heaven.

Who would not willingly despise the vain, short and im­perfect pleasures of this earth, whilst contemplating this indescribable bliss? Who would not willingly bear all the misfortunes. and misery of this world, when considering that the more .miserable we have been in this life the happier will we be hereafter. What would it avail us to have enjoyed all the pleasures of this world, if deprived of the pleasures of heaven, in, eternity!

ASPIRATION How lovely are Thy tabernacles, O Lord, of hosts! my soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh have rejoiced in the living God. (Ps. LXXXIII. 2-3.) How do I loathe the world, when I contemplate heaven.

We Have the Proof -- And a Special Purpose Appeal

I have just gotten off the phone with our banking officers.

We have the proof that our American Government operating in international jurisdiction, our States and People, are owed vast amounts of actual assets.

We have FDR on movie reels admitting that his Administration illegally and immorally confiscated 20,000 tons of privately held American gold. Six trillion he admits was used to fund the Federal Reserve Central Bank, and the rest was used to bankroll the World Bank and International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

These actual assets and the profit thereof are actually owed to the American People. Literally. Factually.

We also have proof that our money was used to make many, many purchases of land and soil including some that the General Public has never been made aware of.

For example, the land of the Philippine Islands was purchased in the wake of the Spanish American War with our money and in our names.

The Philippines became the offshore storage facility for American gold and other precious metals and in 1934, the Philippines was provided with an "independent government" so that this country and its government could function as a Trustee for all our gold and other assets cashiered there.

During the Second World War, Japanese General Yamashita discovered this situation and transported large quantities of our gold out of the Philippines, most of which has since been recovered. This has given rise to the idea that this was Japanese gold and the horde has been called "Yamashita's Gold" --- but that is not the truth, and even the Japanese Government admits it.

Not all of the gold stored in the Philippines and Indonesia is ours, but a very substantial portion of it is ours. It belongs to the American States and People and its repatriation is long overdue.

A similar situation is apparent in Europe, where large amounts of actual American assets have been deployed for generations to rebuild countries destroyed by wars for profit --- most if not all of them engineered by the British Crown.

Additionally, what has been presented as "US Debt" isn't our debt; it is in fact our National Credit, resulting from our unwitting position as the Priority Lenders and therefore Creditors of the Federal Subcontractors.

There are also many very large trusts that belong to the American States and People. These so-called "Legacy Trusts" have basically been stolen by bank trustees seeking to obliterate the liabilities of their banks by making the false claim that these "Special Deposits" which were kept on a separate ledger system were "Abandoned" --- "Depositor's Identity and Whereabouts Unknown".

This may be true in some instances, but is certainly not the case in many other cases, where the actual Heirs and/or Trustees have been denied access to the assets they deposited --- sometimes decades ago -- in interest bearing accounts of this kind.

Numerous kinds of trusts and such "Special Deposits" have been impacted by this self-interested graft on the part of the banks. The most famous example is that of the Chinese gold that was deposited by the Nationalist Chinese Government with the New York Fed in 1928, and Neil Keenan's long struggle to return it to the Chinese People.

Americans have suffered the same mistreatment.

Examples are the V.K. Durham Trust, a massive silver interest, that has been "blocked" and the actual Trustees arbitrarily denied access to the assets for decades, the Guadalupe Hidalgo Trust, which has been owed to seven western States and their People since the early 1800's, similarly commandeered, and the D'Avila Trust, a Spanish Family Trust that is several hundred years old and which has survived countless political administrations.

All these trusts and several thousand more, have been commandeered and cashiered away by dishonest banks.

You may not think that this affects you, but it does. If the banks are not operated honestly, there is no basis for a sound system of international and global trade.

The current "solution" being offered by the crooks responsible is to place one of their own Bank Trustees in charge of these Special Deposit Accounts to serve as a Gatekeeper entrusted to keep the actual owners and/or beneficiaries of the assets from having access to them.

This Comptroller position assures the crooks that they will remain in de facto control of the world's money supply and that nobody else will have anything to say about it.

Including you and including your lawful government.

It's time for this criminality to end and for the governments of the world to be put "on the spot" for it. They all have lawful and legal obligations to the Depositors and Beneficiaries who are being cheated.

Efforts to resolve this situation by peaceful negotiation have repeatedly failed. A combination of mindless fear and greed and an obsessive need to control and curtail the destiny of others, has led to a stalemate that is now several decades long.

Many, many innocent people have lived and died in poverty because of dishonest banks and the venal political cronies who have protected them in exchange for "a cut" or for kickbacks received in other ways.

It's time to give the banks a good dose of Ex-Lax and put an end to this.

Kim Goguen, the aforementioned Bank Trustee/Comptroller, and her CIA Cohorts at Langley have cobbled together this new transfer system called QFS, to serve as a substitute for the Rockefeller controlled and dominated Swift System. The Chinese have developed their own solution for themselves and the BRICS countries, known as CIBS.

Kim and the CIA operate on the idea that the ends justify the means and that they can get away with this and "buy everyone off" with the modern day equivalent of trinkets. It's up to all of us to be on our toes and convince them and the governments they are working with that this is not the case.

We deserve control of our own assets and a competent and honest accounting from the banks. The actual Depositors and Beneficiaries, whether governments or individuals, deserve access to their own Special Deposits. No arguments from the Hired Help who have thus far dishonestly and unjustly enriched themselves are appropriate.

There shouldn't even be an argument.

Imagine the situation --- you place some gold coins in a bank and the bank agrees to pay you interest as long as you keep the gold on deposit with them. They then fail to pay the interest promised and "block" your access to your assets. How is this different from any other crime of theft?

It isn't.

These issues, like so many others, have to be addressed. They can no longer be shoved under the rug and used to benefit bank cronies and politicians at the expense of depositors and those who are owed the benefit of these deposits.

Bear in mind that you are all involved in this, you are all depositors and you are all beneficiaries, and you all have a stake in it, too, far beyond "$1400 a month for four years". Such an "offer" is in fact insulting.

Please join your State Assembly and make your thoughts about this subject known. And please send your lawful American Government a donation today so that we have the funds and the manpower readily available to address these topics.

Dear Folks -- A Vital Update

Some people don't like the analogy of our actual government "of the people, for the people, and by the people" being an extended family. They don't want to be related to the poor, the sick, the old, the unfashionable, unknown, unwashed masses.

I don't have a problem with taking a stand with all the Walmart Shoppers, despite the unfounded accusation that I am a "royal" and an "elitist".

If I were a royal or an elitist, I would sit back in a nice comfy chair and let the world go to Hell like the rest of the "royals" did. I certainly would not dare to beard the Pope in his lair and sue him for Breach of Trust, because my world and my "monarchy" would depend on the Pope's good graces.

I would not thereafter spend seven years of my life giving Due Process to the Pope's employees and nearly thirty years exposing fraud, unlawful conversion, and personation crimes being practiced against Americans.

I would not bother to learn law and history and spend untold thousands of hours tracking down rare books and going cross-eyed reading documents hand-written in French two centuries ago.

Come to think about it, this is not what an "average" Mother with a family to support would do, so maybe I am a bit different, afterall.

Still, there is absolutely no doubt that I am an American and my parents were Americans before me, and on both sides of my family, I have ancestors who were here before the Revolution.

I care about this country and its government and its people precisely because we aren't homogeneous. We aren't a monarchy. We aren't tied to the filthy cesspool of European politics and "law".

Yet, upon making certain observations, it became undeniable that those same European practices and forms of foreign law have usurped upon us and have entrenched themselves in our country with the same terrible impacts here as in Europe and other places around the world. The same endless wars. The same abuse of average people. The same wasteful spending.

Finding out --- precisely --- how this came to be, and how we can get out of the spider's web, has been my life's work.

What I and those working with me discovered is nothing less than astonishing.

In general terms, we and many other peoples around the world have been entrapped in a system of legalized enslavement, promoted by a practice of corporate enfranchisement and a phony monetary system.

I call this system of government "Corporate Feudalism" -- a feudal system of government that replaces living monarchs with corporations that are even worse, because they are not alive and are not individually accountable.

This system took root during the reign of Queen Victoria in England and was birthed and championed by her Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli.

Here in America, much the same blueprint was followed. People signed up to vote, thinking that they were being given a greater voice in their government, and instead, they were being "seized upon" as chattel backing the debts of commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services.

Along with this secretive -- because it was already illegal back then -- press-ganging and unlawful conversion of private assets, came a system of proxy government and fiat money based on commercial credit. This was basically a systematic abuse of Promissory Notes and Usury in gross violation of public law and public trust.

Our own lawful and peaceful government of the people, for the people, and by the people was shoved aside, "held in abeyance", "presumed to be in interregnum" and left to gather dust on a shelf for a century and a half, while two foreign governmental services Subcontractors, one British and Territorial, the other Papist and Municipal, have carried on a series of illegal and unlawful mercenary "wars" on our shores--- all without our knowledge or permission as their employers.

This was made possible by taking out a substantial portion of the government that we are supposed to have operating this country. Both our Confederation formed under The Articles of Confederation, and the American Subcontractor that is supposed to be operating the Federal Republic portion of the Federal Government, were rendered inoperable by The American Civil War and never Reconstructed.

We, as school children, were fed lies by omission and led to believe that the Reconstruction happened a long time ago--- so of course, we never realized that this was crucial work that we needed to do as adults.

The European Federal Subcontractors, both British and Papist, brought their foreign laws and forms of government ashore using the excuse of this "continuing emergency" and insinuated themselves as an "emergency substitute government" which has openly colluded against the American States and People and our best interests since 1937 when they quietly published "The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States".

Thanks to the work of thousands of Americans over the course of sixteen decades all this rot has finally come to the surface and been exposed.

Mr. Trump wants to re-establish the American Federal Subcontractor, known as the Federal Republic and also known as the States of America, operating under the 1787 constitution known as The Constitution for the united States of America.

This is a worthy and necessary goal if we are to function as an independent nation again, but neither Mr. Trump nor his constitutional advisors have known how to accomplish this feat and have up until now assumed that they could just put together an American-owned corporation, and go to town.

If it were that simple, it would have been done long, long ago.

To have a true American corporation to act in this capacity, it has to be chartered under the American Government of the American States and People. It has to stand under our Public Law, not the law of any foreign nation.

Failing this, we have only a repeat of the same old scenario of foreign law and foreign influence commandeering our assets and substituting "for" our actual government, even if Americans are in charge of that corporation.

The Reconstruction necessary is a Six Step Process and it can only be accomplished by me and you, regular old Americans, who declare and reclaim our stolen and misrepresented political birthright as American State Nationals and American State Citizens.

Having declared our political status as individuals, we are then ready to "assemble" our properly populated State Assemblies and exercise our constitutionally protected right to do so.

This has already been accomplished.

As a second housekeeping step to bring forward all our States and People, those States that were enrolled as members of our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America prior to the Civil War, have been polled by Roll Call Vote and have acknowledged and accepted and enrolled the States formed during and after the Civil War as full States and Members of the Union and the Federation.

This ends a century and a half of "custodial interest" by the British Territorial Government and their "State of State" organizations.

The next step is the collapse of the State Land Trusts that these interlopers established as a means to control our property interests and convey "titles" and "land descriptions" upon our assets. As the purported Donors of these assets into these Trusts, the States have the unabridged right to end this arrangement and receive back their own assets, and The United States of America has the unabridged right to claim all United States Patents, which it has done.

The fourth step is to reconstruct the American States of States which were the lawful members of the Confederation formed under The Articles of Confederation. The State Assembly of New York organizes The State of New York, for example, as an instrumentality to conduct routine business functions for it and to manage public property interests belonging to New York. This business organization then participates in the reconstructed Confederation.

The fifth step is for the Confederation to reconstruct the States of America, also known as the Federal Republic, which the Confederation oversees and operates on behalf of the States and The United States of America. This is the "missing" American Subcontractor and our portion of the Federal Government which Mr. Trump wishes to restore.

The sixth step is for the States of America to resume operations under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787).

All of this can take place in a rapid and orderly and peaceful fashion with your assistance and financial support, and it is the only way that we can restore our actual intended government without (1) recreating the same old problems of foreign law and foreign custodial interests for ourselves, or (2) losing chain of custody and "continuity of government" of the actual government, treaties, and contracts -- including the constitutions --- that we are owed.

It is therefore necessary to do it this way, to do it with alacrity and determination, and to restore our lawful government in all its respects as quickly and peacefully as possible.

There are a lot of "just awakened" people running around like chickens with their heads off, alarmed and confused, and not knowing what to do or how to do it. This is not in fact an emergency. It is a process. We need to engage it intelligently and knowledgeably, and without fear.

Each State Assembly is fully empowered to control the operations of the foreign State of State organizations and maintain the peace, with their cooperation. Each State Assembly has the right and power to enforce the Constitutions, via their lawfully elected County Sheriffs, and their State Assembly Militias.

Via their membership organizations, The United States, known as "the Union" which controls the mutual soil jurisdiction, and our unincorporated Federation, The United States of America, which controls the mutually-held international and global powers, the State Assemblies are more than competent to speak to all questions related to trade, monetary policy, and service delivery, including the settlement of government pensions and debts.

This is actually and factually the way our American Government is set up and the way it is supposed to work. The fact that it has been functioning on four-cylinders for 160 years in no way changes or obliterates its sovereignty, it's power or its State Immunity.

The only element(s) necessary to succeed in this peaceful and lawful conversion of our government back to its full operation and glory are: (1) public awareness, and (2) your participation.

We have no true enemies but ourselves and our own ignorance.

Please stay completely clear of all "patriot organizations" that are not firmly grounded and aware of these facts and processes.

It is completely safe to join your own actual State Assembly (not a District-based Assembly which is for our Territorial Employees, and not a Municipal Assembly which is for our Municipal Employees) and to "bear arms" as a member of your State Assembly Militia.

It is NOT safe to join any organization aiming at the overthrow of the General Government that is currently in place by any means of violent insurrection or actions taken against officers of the Territorial and Municipal Corporations.

Remember -- these people, both Territorial and Municipal workers, are your Employees.

It is your place to properly direct and organize your Employees and the means to do this is already provided to you, simply by joining your State Assembly and doing your own homework.

Also, It is NOT safe to claim that you have "constitutional rights" or guarantees until you properly declare and record your political status as an American State National or American State Citizen.

Many Americans assume that they have constitutional guarantees intact, but their political status has been obscured and brought into question by the birth certification process, and until they declare and record their birthright political status as Americans, it is not assumed that they are Americans.

Think about that. The Constitutions are well and fine, but your individual access to their precious guarantees has been undermined and papered-over by foreign registrations entered in your name when you were just a baby.

This is because your own government was not fully functional, and that opened up the opportunity for foreign governments to claim that you were "abandoned" and "one of theirs" --- a supposition which must be firmly rebutted on the public record.

Lucky for you, some of us were awake and on the move thirty years ago, so that now as you awaken to this situation, the processes you need to declare your political status and your State Assemblies are already present and hard at work.
