The Secret to the LEO's

The “secret” to the LEO’s is that they are working for private corporations as private security personnel and some of those corporations don’t like America. Some of them are run by men who want to rob and pillage this country or who work for other corporations who have similar nasty goals in mind. 

The LEO’s working for such corporate managers know which side their bread is buttered on, so as corporate employees eager for advancement or at least job security, they turn a blind eye to their responsibilities under the Constitutions and to the Public. 

So it isn’t the LEOs so much as it is the corporate managers directing them and letting them know “on the sly” what they need to do and the attitudes that they need to adopt to keep their jobs. 

If you have bad men and thugs on a police force, you have bad mid-level bureaucrats and bad elected officials misdirecting and misinforming these men. 

It’s really as simple as that. 

Where we can exert the pressure is by doing what I have long advocated, declaring our proper political status and populating our State Assemblies, and, as Assemblies, pulling the charters of these organizations that have acted against the Public Good and in an unlawful manner. 

The California State Assembly which is the actual owner of all these wrongheaded corporations can  liquidate, for example, the Santa Barbara Police Department and the Office of Santa Barbara Police Commissioner.

You then have your duly elected Assembly Sheriffs ready to go, so there is no lapse in protection and the incorporated entity is simply dissolved, allowing the constitutional and lawful Sheriff to walk in and take possession of the facilities and equipment that have been bought with the people’s money. 

The bad politicians and bureaucrats and LEO’s who won’t do the job they were entrusted to do are SOL, left with a pink slip and a not for rehire recommendation on their records. 

It’s easy as pie to put these incorporated entities into a bind where they (a) do their jobs and honor their obligations to the Public; or (b) are replaced—- once our Assemblies are fully populated and lawyered up. 

Monsanto poisoning crops and people? Gone—either directly or via international complaint. Microsoft or Raytheon or “State of Rhode Island” misbehaving? —- gone, gone, gone. 

Once the dog wakes up, it can wag its tail. 

So again, the power is vested in the people of this country and once they get organized they can exercise it— peacefully, lawfully, with authority, and without question. 

All it takes is to organize and grow and populate and most important— educate the members of the State Assembly. No need to fight anyone over anything. 

Just demonstrate that these corporations have engaged in unlawful activities or failed to act responsibly for the Public Good— and they are outta here. 

Lying media conglomerates?  Busted.  Big Pharma, AMA, CDC, NIH—- busted.  Telecom companies weaponizing civilian air waves and utilities as “defense” contractors— busted. 

We can knock them down like Nine Pins, and it will take only a few examples to shove all the others back in line, because they won’t want to suffer the same fate. 

Warren Buffet is no fool. Why do you think he pulled in his horns and got Bill Gates off his Board of Directors?  He is old enough to remember what a State Assembly— a real, properly populated State Assembly, can do. 

He saw our warning and reminder to Larry Fink when Larry thought Black Rock, Inc., was going to play crack the whip. 

He knew and he turned tail and cleaned his nose and circled the wagons at Berkshire Hathaway. 

And as for their Running Dogs — the corporate courts?  The LEO’s? The District Attorneys? 

They don’t have a thing to say to us once the Assemblies organize their courts, except to say “Yes, Ma’am, right away, Ma’am.” —- as good employees who are well-directed should. 

So you see the “secret” to regaining control of this whole mess only requires knowing and declaring who we are, organizing our State Assemblies, staying in our lane, and applying our lawful authority.

For the Hawaiians and All the Ans

I've been getting quite a bit of push back from various people, especially tribal leaders who think that they are so special and so unique, that they should be "more equal" than others. 

Some Hawaiians think that they would be better off with a monarchy and a Kingdom of Hawaii, despite the fact that their last Queen sold their land out from under them --- which should give them all pause and time to think -- hey, wait a minute. 

Maybe we would be better off if we do the work and govern ourselves using our existing State Assembly?  

What a concept.  Self-governance.  Self-determination.  Being responsible for your own assets.   Whoever came up with that? 

We did. 

Europeans, Mandans, Mendotans, Mohicans, Lakotans, Athabascans, Canadians, Scandinavians, and yes, Hawaiians and Japanese are all part of the same family --- the Armoricans, transliterated as "Americans".  

See the common language and family identifier in the language?  The suffix "an" refers to the children of "Anu" and "Ana" ---- that's your family and your tribe.

We have people of many colors in our family and our tribe, much as you might have black, yellow, and chocolate colored Labrador Retrievers, and they are all still Labrador Retrievers.  Our people circle the globe and occupy approximately 30 degrees North Latitude to the North Pole. 

They are all descended from common ancestors.  So you can just stop all the "Native Pride" ideas, because there is literally nowhere else or better for you to go, and nothing stopping you from having control of your State. 

Do your job and learn the ropes of populating and operating your State Assembly and you will have all the power and property rights you could ever want---- and not be subject to the whims of a quite possibly despotic or irresponsible monarchy.

We are only now realizing how inter-related all these various people are, despite external and cultural differences that have developed since the last two Ice Ages, when we became geographically isolated from each other and developed along many different paths.

When you see the letters "an" you have found kinsmen and brothers, however separate and different they may now appear.

And they are all "Native" to these lands, whether they are Siberian or Mongolian or Scythian or Egyptian or Lebanese or Jordanian or Cuban or Iranian or Syrian or Korean or Russian or German or come from the Isle of Man or stem from the ancient Franks....or Welshman or Irishman or Scotsman or Englishman.... or Alaskans....or Mexicans....or Nigerians or Cambodians.... or Indians or Africans....or Mandarins.... or Polynesian....

Now that you finally see it, you can't "unsee it". 

The Truth has been staring you in the face since Second Grade, but somehow nobody clued you in.  You never noticed or thought two seconds about the mysterious appearance of those two letters in the names of people and nations scattered all over the globe --- but think about it now.

These are all your long-lost relatives, whether black, red, white, or yellow, whether Christian, Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, or Wiccan--- and you must come to see and realize that and take it to heart as we settle the World Trust.

International Protest

This shall serve as properly witnessed and published Notice and Performance of International Protest issued and delivered to both Agents and Principals of the Offending Parties, and shall also serve as Due Process and Warning to all countries, nations, and principalities of the world infringing upon our Good Names and seeking to impersonate us.

The United States of America is an unincorporated Federation of sovereign States and individuals having its genesis in the pre-history of this country and  most recently being invoked to serve as the name of our international jurisdiction government in September of 1776. 

There was and is no entity called The United States of America created in 1781 and doing business in that name at that time or at any time since. The only entity doing business in any name associated with us which was created as of March 1, 1781, was a Confederation of business entities operated by our member States as States of States and doing business as the States of America. 

This entity, the States of America created in 1781, and otherwise known simply as "the Republic" or "the Federal Republic", was incapacitated in 1860 and has been awaiting reconstruction by our States of the Union ever since. 

As no other Parties have any interest in our Good Names, our States of the Union, or such aforesaid and described State of State business entities, we fail to see why an endless stream of foreigners have seen fit to act in various capacities as "U.S. Citizens" and as "citizens of the United States" to create incorporated entities in our names and try to use these as means to attach our assets via false impersonation.

The Scottish Government has been repeatedly guilty of these activities  infringing upon our Good Names and property interests via constructive fraud  and likewise the Territorial State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Mariana Islands and the Government of Canada and the Reign of the Heavens Society and numerous other Parties lacking good sense and honor have infringed upon our copyrights and trademarks.

These foreign citizens and incorporated entities have proposed to represent us without our knowledge or permission, and have deliberately sought to promote confusion and to profit themselves at our expense by impersonating us and trafficking our assets in our names and unlawfully converting our property interests "for" us, so,  let this stand upon the Public Record of all nations and let it be known that such evil and duplicitous things have been done "in our names" without our sanction and without authority to act for us.

We do not recognize nor approve of these foreign organizations and their activities creating corporations "in our names", including all foreign entities registered as doing business "as" The United States of America or United States, and we specifically denounce the misuse and abuse of our trademarks and names by the Reign of the Heavens theocracy which has a long history of plagiarism and fraud attempting to do business as "The United States of America, Inc." and the similar misuse and abuses practiced upon us by the Scottish Government attempting to do business as "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" --- INC., and also the abuses of the Territorial State of Delaware which has allowed the improper use and infringement of our names to create incorporated entities including but not limited to the UNITED STATES, INC. and the USA, INC., and the "United States of America, Inc." and numerous other examples.

We have to date discovered more than 350 would-be international interlopers all doing business under some variation of our name, including deceptive variants such as "The United States of North America". 

None of these incorporated imposters are to be confused with or taken to represent our unincorporated international government nor are they to be mistaken as representing us in any agency or capacity. 

The United States of America [Unincorporated] is the Naked Owner, Issuer, and Holder in Due Course of its name, patents, trademarks, and treaties.

The United States [Unincorporated] is similarly the Naked Owner, Issuer, and Holder in Due Course of its name, patents, trademarks, and treaties.

All and any incorporated entities pretending to do business in our names, operating under foreign charters, or operated by foreign citizens including Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States are to be recognized as Persons engaged in willful constructive fraud against this country and this nation, and practicing equally willful infringement against our copyrights, trademarks, patents, treaties, and commercial service contracts so as to promote constructive fraud.

Let it stand plainly on the Public Record of this International Protest that we are present and presenting ourselves.  Our State Assemblies are assembled and our States are populated. 

We are not in any interregnum as the result of the failure of the Federal Republic, which was never anything more than a Subcontractor doing business under our delegated powers and acting in our name. 

Our unincorporated member States of the Union are the only Principals competent and enabled to reconstruct the Federal Republic and the Confederate States of States both North and South that comprised its functional components under The Articles of Confederation. 

All powers of the national soil jurisdiction in this country are vested in our unincorporated Union of [E]states doing business as The United States and also as the United States, without reference to or contract with any foreign incorporated entity doing business under this name or any similar style or permutation or abbreviation or variation of it.

Similarly, all mutual powers of the States of the Union in international and global jurisdictions are vested in our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America, without reference to or contract with any foreign incorporated entity doing business under this name or any similar style or permutation or abbreviation or variation of it.

There is in truth and in fact only the following established American Government present and standing upon these shores and all would-be interlopers proposing an invalid interest, agency, assumption of contract, or delegated right to do business of any kind in our names has done so at their own risk and under their own liability. 

Let it be firmly and unequivocally stated upon the International Public Record and known throughout all the nations that we have no contracts with any incorporated service providers.  Our treaties and contracts are all with Principals that are actual unincorporated and sovereign entities, who are responsible in turn for their actions and the actions of any subcontractors that they engage in pursuit of the performance of their duties.  

The United States of America functioned for nearly five (5) years as the Assign and Naked Owner of the Mutual Powers in the international and global jurisdictions owed to the States of the Union and has no obligation, restriction, or other impediment to functioning in this capacity again, when faced with the incompetence of subcontractors entered into bankruptcy.

It has pleased the other Principals, the Holy See, the British Monarch, and the Lord Mayor of London, to see their incorporations acting as substitute Subcontractors bankrupted for cause, rather than to pay the debts of these franchises. 

It similarly pleases us to stand apart as civilian Third Parties who have been defrauded and dis-served and as Principals owed Good Faith and Service from the other Principals involved, and we clearly say upon the Public Record of all countries and nations, that we are not responsible for the debts and claims of Subcontractors of our Subcontractors, much less their third layer of subcontracting "Agencies" that have no contract with us.

All these duplicitous and improper evasions of contractual service obligations owed to the American States and People are in the nature of Breach of Trust and Neglect of Duty on the part of the foreign Principals and are not based on any action, knowing acceptance, or fully disclosed agreement on the part of The United States of America.

Native Is As Native Does -- An Answer for Racist Detractors

Are the gold tablets sufficient proof?   Written in the thirteen ancient languages?  And also explained upon the walls of the petroglyph canyons?

The United States of America has been in business and been our trademark since well-before the Flood and the name of our tribe, the Armoricans, has been applied to this People and this Continent for even longer----albeit, presently transliterated as "Americans".  The Iroquois Nations were still using our name and describing this country in terms of The United States of America and in terms of the Armoricans in 1740. 

There is absolutely no doubt what the Federation of States is or what it implies or who has a stake in it --- which includes us as Principals. The White Tribe known as the Armoricans have been here as long or longer than anyone else, and their heritage in language and names is clear across this continent and into the Pacific--- "Mohicans" and "Mandans" and "Athabascans" and "Hawaiians" and "Lakotans" and "Canadians" are all our progeny.

The white-skinned blond and red-haired giants of the Armorican tribe lived in this land and in Russia, across all of Northern Europe, down into Germany, France, the Low-Countries, England, Ireland and Scotland.  You can see their living progeny all over the world, but primarily in the Northern Temperate climate zone from about 30 degrees North Latitude to the Arctic Circle, worldwide, and you can connect them by their languages.

Any misbegotten idea that the "Native People" of this country only included brown-skinned individuals needs to be recognized as the racist lie that it is.  We White Boys are as "Native" as anyone else here and our bones are buried in this land and our bodies have been built from this land like everyone else's.

Our progeny have been here and have continued to be here continuously since the Stone Age and I am sick of all these liberal nutcases trying to obscure the facts and create race wars out of thin air.

Given that all the "Native Tribes" named above and quite a few more are all Armorican in descent, including but not limited to all our white progeny worldwide, too, by what stretch of the imagination does anyone pretend that the Armoricans are not the Americans?  

Is a black Labrador Retriever any more or less of a Labrador Retriever than a Yellow Labrador Retriever?  Or a Chocolate Lab, either?  All this nonsensical talk about differences based on color or local culture needs to stop. 

We are the proverbial "Labrador Retrievers", and we come in many colors and live in many countries, yet we are all Armoricans, aka, Americans, and this chunk of North America is our ancestral home.

The New Earth Union

Our country began with a union of States. This was, in turn, merely an “externalization” of a deeper Union— a union of people, who embraced the precious cause of freedom and the concept of unalienable individual rights. 

The depth of this union of people was demonstrated by their unanimous Declaration of Independence. All the colonies moved forward together as one, and those making the Declaration put teeth into it with a “pledge” to these principles, backing their Declaration with “our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor”. 

They pledged it all, not to any king who would reign over them, but instead, to their own natural sovereignty, their right to live as free men and to self-govern. 

We must make that pledge again. 

This is not a medieval pledge to serve a king, but a pledge made to oneself to honor the Universal Law of freewill and self-determination, and to mutually resist all despots and tyrannies with equal determination. 

Our Forefathers were not only rebelling against the rule of George III, but were opposed to all monarchies and theocracies on principle.

Like the Norman Barons who had been elevated to the status of “sovereigns in the own right” in England gathering together to write the Magna Carta, our Forefathers realized that freedom and freedom of choice is the natural condition of mankind, and that any willing contract of servitude should honor eternal truths, not the persons of men or the dogmas of religion. 

We are called to this devotion to eternal truth with our eyes wide-open and with a thousand years of past experience to guide us. 

The principles upon which we stand are now well-established in the minds and hearts of people on a worldwide basis.  

Just as we would not serve kings and their armed bands of thugs, we will not serve corporations intent on selling us “services” at gunpoint, with or without the aid of private hired mercenaries renamed as “law enforcement officers”. 

We are in no way deceived about the purposes and intentions of these commercial organizations whether they style themselves as “service organizations” or produce products. 

Their profit motives and will to conquer markets and enslave consumers are now, as ever, transparent and self-evident. 

That we have sunk so low and become so gullible as to accept any infantile dependence on foreign commercial corporations acting as governmental services providers is a testament  to the utter and profound deficiency of our educational system, the corruption of our churches, synagogues and mosques, and the cupidity of our courts. 

Surely, if any of our institutions of government, law, education, or religion, had stood firm against the seduction of commerce and kickbacks, we would not be facing the threat of demise and it would not be necessary to form a worldwide union of people opposed to corporate thuggery. 

For whether it is the despotism of kings or the despotism of Monsanto, it is despotism just the same. 

We are compelled by our nature, by our belief in justice, by our valuation of love, and by a canny sense of our own self-preservation, to take action against the corporate despots who would rule over us in the same or worse manner than King George. 

We declare the formation of The New Earth Union and publish this copyright upon its name and patents and trademarks; we also declare its eternal mission to unite people in the cause of freeing our minds, bodies, and spirits, to discern and promote the truth, to protect life and individual property, to increase the abundance of love and health, to preserve the Earth, and to so educate ourselves and inform our institutions about the nature of money, that we never again fall into these same traps. 

It has become apparent that the scourge of Corporate Feudalism has extended its grip worldwide, and that certain cartels of large corporate interests are literally threatening to take over the world and run it all like a giant plantation, complete with slaves and The Company Store. 

We pledge ourselves to our own innate sovereignty, to restoring our national governments, and to liquidating all corporations that fail to serve the Public Good. 

We call upon all people of goodwill and conscience to take action—-and as we Americans once created our union of States based upon a union of like-minded people to give rise to a new country,  let this new worldwide union of people give rise to a New Earth. 

We leave you with this thought: 

“Love is the Universal Currency, and we make ourselves Paupers for lack of it.”

Empty compliments, assurances of friendships &c. love appears only in words, only on the tongue; and such idle, ephemeral, worthless love is found everywhere in this world; but that which is love in truth and reality, which shows charity to the suffering, how rare it is! and yet only to this love is promised eternal life, because it alone rests on the love of God. GOSPEL (Luke XIV. 16-24.) At that time, Jesus spoke to the Pharisees this parable: A certain man made a great supper,and invited many. And he sent his servant, at the hour of supper, to say to them that were invited, that they should come, for now all things are ready. And they began all at once to make excuse. The first said to him: I have bought a farm, and I must needs go out, and see it; I pray thee hold me excused. And another said: I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to try them; I pray thee hold me excused. And another said: I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. And the servant returning, told these things to his lord. Then the master of the house being angry, said to his, servant: Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the feeble, and the blind, and the lame. And the servant said: Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the Lord said to the servant: Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house maybe filled. But I say unto you, that none of these men that were invited shall taste of my supper. What is to be understood by this great supper? The Church of Christ on earth, in which His doctrine and His most precious Flesh and Blood are given as food to those who belong to her; also the Church triumphant in heaven, in which God Himself, in the beatific vision, is the nourishment. This supper is called great, because God Himself has founded the Church; because the Church embraces heaven and earth, hence many belong and will belong to her; and because having ended the contest on earth, she will last forever in heaven. There the saints of God will enjoy the Highest Good for all eternity, and will have nothing to wish for, since all their desires will there be realized. O, what happiness it is that we are invited to His supper, and as guests are nourished by the teachings of Christ, and by His most sacred Flesh and Blood. Who is it that prepares the super? It is Christ, the God?Man, who for our benefit has not only instituted His Church to which He has entrusted doctrine and the Sacrament of His Flesh and Blood, but has gained eternal salvation for us by His passion and death, and who has invited us first by the prophets, who foretold Him and His divine kingdom, and afterwards by His apostles, and their successors to His great supper. Who are they who excuse themselves? They are principally the Jews who bound by pride and avarice to earthly possessions, and blinded by the pleasures of the world, did not recognize Jesus, and remained outside of His church. By him who said he had bought a farm are understood those who by constant anxieties about the possession of earthly goods, and the riches of this world, become indifferent to eternal salvation. By him who had bought five yoke of oxen, is to be understood that sort of busy men who are so burdened with worldly affairs that they find no time to work for heaven, for they even appropriate Sundays and festivals to their worldly affairs. By him who had taken a wife, and could not come, are represented the carnal, impure men who have rendered themselves by their lusts incapable of spiritual and heavenly joys. Since these different classes of people do not wish to have part in the heavenly banquet, God has excluded them and called others. Who are meant by the poor, the feeble, the blind and the lame? The humble and submissive Jews, the publicans, also the Samaritans and the Gentiles, who did not reject Jesus and His doctrine as did the proud, high-minded, carnal Scribes and Pharisees to whom Jesus spoke this parable. The former faithfully received Him, entered His Church, and became participators in eternal happiness. This is daily repeated, because God excludes from the kingdom of heaven those proud, avaricious, and carnal Christians who are ever invited by His servants, the priests, to the enjoyment of holy Communion, but who reject the invitation. On the contrary God welcomes the poor, despised people, the penitent sinners, by separating them from the love of the world by the inspiration of His grace, and by the adversities which He sends them. Thus, in a measure, He forces them to take part in the spiritual joys of a sincerely pious life in His Church on earth, and in the heavenly bliss of His Church in heaven. SUPPLICATON I thank Thee, O most merciful Jesus that Thou hast called me into Thy Church, permitting me so often to share in the banquet of Thy love, and that by Thy sufferings and death Thou hast obtained the joys of heaven for me. Urge me as seems pleasing to Thee, compel me by temporal trials that by the use of these graces I may obtain the place which Thou hast prepared for me in heaven. MORAL LESSON CONCERNING THE VICE OF IMPURITY I have married a wife, and therefore I can not come. (Luke XIV. 29.) From this foolish excuse it would seem as if married life were an obstacle to arriving at the heavenly banquet, whereas lawful, chaste, Christian marriage is, on the contrary, a means of eternal salvation for those to whom the gift of continency is not given. The excuse of this married man was not grounded on his station in life, but on his inordinate inclination for carnal pleasures which render the one who gives way to it, unfit for spiritual or heavenly things, for the sensual man perceiveth not the things that are of the Spirit of God. (I Cor. II. 14.) Unfortunate indeed are they who suffer themselves to be carried away by their sensual lusts, who give away the priceless jewel of chastity and purity of heart which makes man equal to the angels, (Matt. XXII. 30.) who for a momentary enjoyment of sinful pleasure lose that white and precious garment in which chaste souls will shine for ever in heaven before the face of God! What benefit does the impure man derive from the gratification of vile lust? He gains the anger and contempt of God; intolerable disgust when the sin is consummated; the torment of a remorseful conscience, and unless he repent, the eternal torments of hell, for the apostle says: Do not err: neither fornicators, nor adulterers, nor the effeminate shall possess the kingdom of God, (I Cor. VI. 9, 10.) It is seen from the examples of the Old Law, hove much God hates and abominates the sins of impurity. Why did God regret having created man? (Gen. VI. 6.) , Why did He destroy all except a very few, by a universal deluge? (Gen. VI. 17.) Why did He lay the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha in ashes by pouring upon them fire and brimstone? (Gen. XIX.) Why did He punish the two brothers Her and Onan, by a sudden death? (Gen. XXXVII. 7. 10.) Why did He permit the whole tribe of Benjamin to be extirpated? (Judges XX.) Because of their detestable sins of impurity. And is not this vice an object of the just wrath of God? By these sins an impure man disgraces his body which should be a member of Christ, a temple of the Holy Ghost; he disgraces his soul the image of God, purified and purchased by the precious blood of Christ, and lowers himself beneath the animal, which, void of intellect, follows its instinct; he weakens the power of his body and soul, and ruins his health; he loses the respect of the good, scandalizes his fellowmen, voluntarily separates himself from the communion of saints, deprives himself of the sanctifying grace of God and participation in the merits of Jesus and His saints, and, if he continues like an animal to wallow in this vice, he finally falls into such blindness and hardness of heart that eternal truths, death, judgment, hell, and eternity no longer make any impression upon him; the most abominable crimes of impurity he considers as trifles, as human weaknesses, no sin at all. He is therefore but seldom, if ever, converted, because the evil habit has become his second nature, which he can no longer overcome without an extraordinary grace from God. This God seldom gives, because the impure man generally despises ordinary means and graces, and therefore despairs and casts himself into the pool of eternal fire, where the worm dies not, and where with Satan and his angels the impure shall be for ever tormented. Do not suffer yourself to be deceived, Christian soul, by the words "love and friendship", which is sought to cover this vice and make it appear a weakness clinging to man. This impure love is a fire which has its origin in hell, and there it will eternally torment the bodies in which it has prevailed. That which God so much detests and so severely punishes, certainly cannot be a trifle, a human weakness! Impress deeply on your heart that all impure thoughts, desires and looks, to which you consent, all impure words, songs, exposures, touches, jokes, and 'such things, are great sins which exclude you from the kingdom of heaven, into which nothing defiled can enter. Remember that he who looks at a woman with a lustful desire, has already, as Christ says, committed adultery in his heart. (Matt. V. 28.) We must, then, carefully guard against "such trifles", as the wicked world calls them, if we do not wish to expose ourselves to the greatest danger of losing our souls. Although it is difficult for an impure person to be converted, yet he should not despair. God does not cast away even the greatest sinner; Jesus forgave the adulteress in the temple, and forgave and received Mary Magdalen. But he who wishes to repent must make use of the proper means to regain the grace of God, and prevent a relapse. Those who have not defiled themselves by the sin of impurity can make use of the following means: Constant prayer. Hence the admonition of the wise King; As I knew that I could not otherwise be continent, except God gave it, I went to the Lord and besought him. (Wisd. VIII. 21.) Mortification of the flesh by fasting and abstinence. Jesus says these impure spirits can in no other way be cast out but by prayer and fasting. (Matt. XVII. 20.) The frequent meditation on the four last things, and on the bitter sufferings of our Lord; for there is, says St. Augustine, no means more powerful and effective against the heat of lust than reflection on the ignominious death of the Redeemer. The quiet consideration of the temporal and eternal evils which follow from this vice, as already described. The love and veneration of the Blessed Virgin who is the mother of beautiful love, the refuge of all sinners, of whom St. Bernard says: "No one has ever invoked her in his necessity without being heard." The careful mortification of the eyes. The pious Job made a covenant with his eyes, that. he would not so much as look upon a virgin. (Job XXXI. 1.) The avoidance of evil occasions, especially intercourse with persons of the other sex. "Remember," says St. Jerome, "that a woman drove out the inhabitants of paradise, and that you are not holier than David, stronger than Samson, wiser than Solomon, who all fell by evil intercourse." The avoidance of idleness: for idleness, says the proverb, is the beginning of all evil. The immediate banishing of all bad thoughts by often pronouncing the names of Jesus and Mary, which, as St. Alphonsus Ligouri says, have the special power of driving away impure thoughts. The frequent use of the holy Sacraments of Penance and of the Altar. This last remedy in particular is a certain cure if we make known to our confessor our weaknesses, and use the remedies he prescribes. The Scripture says that frequent Communion is the seed from which virgins spring, and the table which God has prepared against all temptations that annoy us. COLLECT Inflame, O Lord, our loins and hearts with the fire of Thy Holy Spirit, that we may serve Thee with pure bodies, and please Thee with clean hearts. Amen.

I Don't Give a @#$$! What Color You Are

If you look, you will find lies and corruption nearly everywhere.  

You will find it at Walmart and in Seattle and at Fort Bragg.  Wherever you look.  Just examine the things you are being told, and stack them up against the facts. Often the things that you take most for granted are the biggest lies.  

America, land of the free?   Well, only if you are standing on the land.  

Otherwise, it's the land of the slaves. 

This is a nice, clear clarion call for why you should be standing on the land and soil, declaring your political status as an American, and joining your State Assembly-----but there are plenty of other examples. 

All the injustices, all the Big Fat Whoppers we are told, all the commercial frauds are Equal Opportunity.  The Shysters and the Mobsters and the Banksters don't care what color you are, and neither do I.  

All the people of color who assume that they are being singled out because of their color need to stop and look around.  Their white brethren are being railroaded and enslaved and harmed in exactly the same ways.  So it's not a matter of color.  It's a matter of perception.

Black Americans make up about 12-15% of our population, and thanks to their color, they are readily identifiable as a group.  That brings more attention to them, be it good attention or bad.  That's why we hear about a black man being choked to death by police, but not the ten white guys that suffered the same fate.  

However, don't forget, that all the families and friends of all the Honkies who died, too, are just as much bereaved, just as much outraged, just as upset about police brutality that they have suffered and seen inflicted on their loved ones, too. 

A knee is a knee and a neck is a neck. 

Racism comes in all colors, including red, white, and blue.  

I've been a victim of racism, and so have you. 

Some of the worst parts of our culture, some of the most crippling lies, and most schmarmy betrayals are glued onto the issue of race as an afterthought, as a convenient excuse, when the actual issues have nothing to do with race at all.  

The actual issues have to do with stealing assets and racketeering under color of law, with brutal misfits being recruited into police forces that aren't under public control, with artificially controlled markets, funny money, corporate tribalism, and lack of pathways out of poverty and ignorance. 

And all those issues are color blind. 

Wall Street doesn't care what color you are.  

However, the Democrat Party cares what color you are.  They have cared since the 1850's --- but not in a good way.  Of all the Big Fat Lies we've been suckered into, this one comes near to taking the cake. 

Please take three minutes out of your life to learn something of genuine value, a tip-off from a Sista, if you are a person of color, and a lesson for every bleeding-heart, oh-I-am-so-guilty Democrat who actually gives a rat's rump about ending racial prejudice:

Regarding Civil Disobedience

The Politics of Obedience- A Discourse of Voluntary Slavery, by Etienne de la Boetie, was written in 1553; it is the Great-Great-Grandfather of the Civil Disobedience Movement that gave rise to both the French Revolution and The American War of Independence, was later espoused by Thoreau and Emerson, and most famously, by Gandhi, who wrote his own treatise based on his own more recent experience leading the largest peaceful civil disobedience movement in world history.  

When you truly understand it, civil disobedience is a direct result of active self-governance. 

When you govern yourself, you become immune to being governed externally.  You evaluate every demand being made upon you and quite consciously decide for yourself whether or not you will obey or should obey or what is gained or lost by obeying.  

By gathering together with other people who have considered these questions over time, it is possible to arrive -- as our Forefathers did - at a consensus that reasonable men and women can agree on, and those accepted principles then become a new standard for the self-governance of a State and ultimately, of a country.  

We, Americans, have been asleep at the wheel and have not done our part --- have not undertaken our self-governance for a very long time.  Now, it falls to us individually and as State Assemblies to engage in this process of self-government anew, evaluating our inheritance, keeping what is good, restoring what was lost, and forging ahead with humility to consider the great questions of our own times. 

The question naturally arises: having established self-governance, do we embrace civil disobedience, too?  

The answer is and must be, yes, to the extent that conventional practices are demonstrably wrong and that other redress is unavailable.  The Colonies did not rebel under the spur of an instant or arbitrary ill; they chose independence as the result of decades of failure by the British Monarch and the British Parliament to redress injustices. Thoreau spent time in jail for refusing to pay taxes on his own land.  Gandhi led a whole nation to oppose the foreign oppression of the British Raj.  

Many of us have made sacrifices on the way here,  to uphold our rights and often enough, to defend the rights of others.  We became civilly disobedient out of necessity, because our sense of justice and reason demanded it of us as self-governing people, and because there was no ready means of redress.  

That does not mean that we became violent, even in the face of the most awful repressions and injustices.  It means that we did not obey, and whatever prices were exacted for not obeying, we paid; be sure that civil disobedience has both its rewards and its penalties.  

Long after the fines and the nights in jail are past, one can count the toll of civil disobedience in terms of friends and family members estranged because they feel that our civil disobedience endangered or embarrassed them; too often, we face the continued harassment of police and politicians who demand obedience without reason.  They are reduced to saying, "Because I say so!" or "Because fifty of us got together and we say so!" 

In my experience, those who undertake peaceful civil disobedience are reasoning men, who have observed the principles of Nature and Justice, and who know what they are doing and why. They have taken up the mantle of self-governance, sought their remedies and been denied, and held their own court on the matter. 

Today, we are embarked on the restoration, also known as "the reconstruction" of our Federal Government, and in order to do that, we must also declare and restore to ourselves to our native birthright political status as Americans, and then, we must assemble our States of the Union, because we and our States of the Union are the only Parties able to restore the "Missing Piece" of our Federal Government structure.  

Our right to do this is not being contested by anyone, and so, we have our means of redress readily at hand, and our actions cannot be regarded as civil disobedience. Civil disobedience would be the Next Step, if our redress was not already provided for. 

As it is, our redress, our ability and right to run and restore and manage our own government, has never been in question.  The only thing lacking was our self-awareness of the problem and our will to address it as self-governing people.  

Now that we fully understand the history we were never told and its implications, it is fairly easy for us to develop the ways and means to complete the reconstruction and to exercise our exemptions and to fully settle and declare the peace that we and our country are owed.  The problems that we have, we can solve all by ourselves, and those of us involved in The American States Assembly are doing precisely that.  We are taking care of business, stepping up, and self-governing. 

This circumstance, that we always had redress available ever since 1865, is precisely what gave rise to the "presumption" that we agreed with all the things that our erstwhile Federal Subcontractors were doing "in our names".  What else was the rest of the world supposed to think?  

Our Forefathers already fought all the issues and decided the ways and means of redress for us.  All we need to do is to grow up and learn to sail our own Ship of State according to those shining principles of dignity and freedom, and the supreme value of each one of us, and the right to self-govern, that they bequeathed to us. 

There is, then, no reason for us practice (or be accused of practicing) civil disobedience.  

Rather, there is a need for us to educate ourselves regarding our own empowerments and to learn how to exercise our powers in the honorable fashion intended.  

This is, in fact, the greater part of civil obedience to the government we espouse, that we take up the burdens and responsibilities of self-governance --- first, the responsibility to govern our own lives in a peaceful and honest way; second, to govern our families and to teach our children their heritage; third, to govern our communities and Counties, so that they are not lost or pillaged; fourth, to govern our States of the Union and so guide them that they may flourish; and fifth, to govern our country so that its place among the nations may be known for peace and not for war. 

By our completely lawful, legal, and peaceful return to the land and soil jurisdiction of our country, and our re-population of our States of the Union, we have devoted ourselves to these responsibilities and principles.  We have exercised our option to self-govern, to assemble our States, to bring our State Governments into Session, to organize our courts, and to enforce our Public Law.  By doing so, we have also earned the rights that accrue to those who accept the burdens of self-governance.  

In a very few days we will join the modern world and issue State Credentials.  These will be attached to a modern public database that can be used by our Federal and State of State Employees to instantly determine our political status and affirm the fact that we are owed all constitutional guarantees.  This, all by itself, will do a great deal toward correcting any misunderstanding about who we are and what law we stand upon and will put an end to most, if not all of the commercial fraud, that has been perniciously practiced against us.  The advent of our courts will also remove us from the foreign martial and commercial courts that have been used to pillage and oppress us. 

This second result of self-governance, our removal from subjection to foreign courts is also already guaranteed to us and affirmed by Ex Parte Milligan, 71 US 2.  As our civilian government is assembled and our civilian court system is organized, we gain our redress against the abuses of the foreign maritime and martial courts by our own hands. 

Indeed, friends, our destiny and our law was always in our own hands, and what we members of the States Assemblies are doing, is not civil disobedience; rather, by obeying our own principles and enlivening our own government, we are finally obeying our government by accepting the yoke of self-governance and in determining our future for ourselves.
