I Don't Give a @#$$! What Color You Are

If you look, you will find lies and corruption nearly everywhere.  

You will find it at Walmart and in Seattle and at Fort Bragg.  Wherever you look.  Just examine the things you are being told, and stack them up against the facts. Often the things that you take most for granted are the biggest lies.  

America, land of the free?   Well, only if you are standing on the land.  

Otherwise, it's the land of the slaves. 

This is a nice, clear clarion call for why you should be standing on the land and soil, declaring your political status as an American, and joining your State Assembly-----but there are plenty of other examples. 

All the injustices, all the Big Fat Whoppers we are told, all the commercial frauds are Equal Opportunity.  The Shysters and the Mobsters and the Banksters don't care what color you are, and neither do I.  

All the people of color who assume that they are being singled out because of their color need to stop and look around.  Their white brethren are being railroaded and enslaved and harmed in exactly the same ways.  So it's not a matter of color.  It's a matter of perception.

Black Americans make up about 12-15% of our population, and thanks to their color, they are readily identifiable as a group.  That brings more attention to them, be it good attention or bad.  That's why we hear about a black man being choked to death by police, but not the ten white guys that suffered the same fate.  

However, don't forget, that all the families and friends of all the Honkies who died, too, are just as much bereaved, just as much outraged, just as upset about police brutality that they have suffered and seen inflicted on their loved ones, too. 

A knee is a knee and a neck is a neck. 

Racism comes in all colors, including red, white, and blue.  

I've been a victim of racism, and so have you. 

Some of the worst parts of our culture, some of the most crippling lies, and most schmarmy betrayals are glued onto the issue of race as an afterthought, as a convenient excuse, when the actual issues have nothing to do with race at all.  

The actual issues have to do with stealing assets and racketeering under color of law, with brutal misfits being recruited into police forces that aren't under public control, with artificially controlled markets, funny money, corporate tribalism, and lack of pathways out of poverty and ignorance. 

And all those issues are color blind. 

Wall Street doesn't care what color you are.  

However, the Democrat Party cares what color you are.  They have cared since the 1850's --- but not in a good way.  Of all the Big Fat Lies we've been suckered into, this one comes near to taking the cake.

Regarding Civil Disobedience

The Politics of Obedience- A Discourse of Voluntary Slavery, by Etienne de la Boetie, was written in 1553; it is the Great-Great-Grandfather of the Civil Disobedience Movement that gave rise to both the French Revolution and The American War of Independence, was later espoused by Thoreau and Emerson, and most famously, by Gandhi, who wrote his own treatise based on his own more recent experience leading the largest peaceful civil disobedience movement in world history.  

When you truly understand it, civil disobedience is a direct result of active self-governance. 

When you govern yourself, you become immune to being governed externally.  You evaluate every demand being made upon you and quite consciously decide for yourself whether or not you will obey or should obey or what is gained or lost by obeying.  

By gathering together with other people who have considered these questions over time, it is possible to arrive -- as our Forefathers did - at a consensus that reasonable men and women can agree on, and those accepted principles then become a new standard for the self-governance of a State and ultimately, of a country.  

We, Americans, have been asleep at the wheel and have not done our part --- have not undertaken our self-governance for a very long time.  Now, it falls to us individually and as State Assemblies to engage in this process of self-government anew, evaluating our inheritance, keeping what is good, restoring what was lost, and forging ahead with humility to consider the great questions of our own times. 

The question naturally arises: having established self-governance, do we embrace civil disobedience, too?  

The answer is and must be, yes, to the extent that conventional practices are demonstrably wrong and that other redress is unavailable.  The Colonies did not rebel under the spur of an instant or arbitrary ill; they chose independence as the result of decades of failure by the British Monarch and the British Parliament to redress injustices. Thoreau spent time in jail for refusing to pay taxes on his own land.  Gandhi led a whole nation to oppose the foreign oppression of the British Raj.  

Many of us have made sacrifices on the way here,  to uphold our rights and often enough, to defend the rights of others.  We became civilly disobedient out of necessity, because our sense of justice and reason demanded it of us as self-governing people, and because there was no ready means of redress.  

That does not mean that we became violent, even in the face of the most awful repressions and injustices.  It means that we did not obey, and whatever prices were exacted for not obeying, we paid; be sure that civil disobedience has both its rewards and its penalties.  

Long after the fines and the nights in jail are past, one can count the toll of civil disobedience in terms of friends and family members estranged because they feel that our civil disobedience endangered or embarrassed them; too often, we face the continued harassment of police and politicians who demand obedience without reason.  They are reduced to saying, "Because I say so!" or "Because fifty of us got together and we say so!" 

In my experience, those who undertake peaceful civil disobedience are reasoning men, who have observed the principles of Nature and Justice, and who know what they are doing and why. They have taken up the mantle of self-governance, sought their remedies and been denied, and held their own court on the matter. 

Today, we are embarked on the restoration, also known as "the reconstruction" of our Federal Government, and in order to do that, we must also declare and restore to ourselves to our native birthright political status as Americans, and then, we must assemble our States of the Union, because we and our States of the Union are the only Parties able to restore the "Missing Piece" of our Federal Government structure.  

Our right to do this is not being contested by anyone, and so, we have our means of redress readily at hand, and our actions cannot be regarded as civil disobedience. Civil disobedience would be the Next Step, if our redress was not already provided for. 

As it is, our redress, our ability and right to run and restore and manage our own government, has never been in question.  The only thing lacking was our self-awareness of the problem and our will to address it as self-governing people.  

Now that we fully understand the history we were never told and its implications, it is fairly easy for us to develop the ways and means to complete the reconstruction and to exercise our exemptions and to fully settle and declare the peace that we and our country are owed.  The problems that we have, we can solve all by ourselves, and those of us involved in The American States Assembly are doing precisely that.  We are taking care of business, stepping up, and self-governing. 

This circumstance, that we always had redress available ever since 1865, is precisely what gave rise to the "presumption" that we agreed with all the things that our erstwhile Federal Subcontractors were doing "in our names".  What else was the rest of the world supposed to think?  

Our Forefathers already fought all the issues and decided the ways and means of redress for us.  All we need to do is to grow up and learn to sail our own Ship of State according to those shining principles of dignity and freedom, and the supreme value of each one of us, and the right to self-govern, that they bequeathed to us. 

There is, then, no reason for us practice (or be accused of practicing) civil disobedience.  

Rather, there is a need for us to educate ourselves regarding our own empowerments and to learn how to exercise our powers in the honorable fashion intended.  

This is, in fact, the greater part of civil obedience to the government we espouse, that we take up the burdens and responsibilities of self-governance --- first, the responsibility to govern our own lives in a peaceful and honest way; second, to govern our families and to teach our children their heritage; third, to govern our communities and Counties, so that they are not lost or pillaged; fourth, to govern our States of the Union and so guide them that they may flourish; and fifth, to govern our country so that its place among the nations may be known for peace and not for war. 

By our completely lawful, legal, and peaceful return to the land and soil jurisdiction of our country, and our re-population of our States of the Union, we have devoted ourselves to these responsibilities and principles.  We have exercised our option to self-govern, to assemble our States, to bring our State Governments into Session, to organize our courts, and to enforce our Public Law.  By doing so, we have also earned the rights that accrue to those who accept the burdens of self-governance.  

In a very few days we will join the modern world and issue State Credentials.  These will be attached to a modern public database that can be used by our Federal and State of State Employees to instantly determine our political status and affirm the fact that we are owed all constitutional guarantees.  This, all by itself, will do a great deal toward correcting any misunderstanding about who we are and what law we stand upon and will put an end to most, if not all of the commercial fraud, that has been perniciously practiced against us.  The advent of our courts will also remove us from the foreign martial and commercial courts that have been used to pillage and oppress us. 

This second result of self-governance, our removal from subjection to foreign courts is also already guaranteed to us and affirmed by Ex Parte Milligan, 71 US 2.  As our civilian government is assembled and our civilian court system is organized, we gain our redress against the abuses of the foreign maritime and martial courts by our own hands. 

Indeed, friends, our destiny and our law was always in our own hands, and what we members of the States Assemblies are doing, is not civil disobedience; rather, by obeying our own principles and enlivening our own government, we are finally obeying our government by accepting the yoke of self-governance and in determining our future for ourselves.

Your Public? Or My Public?

As our run amok and misdirected foreign subcontractors have continued their mercenary war games on our shores— all without our knowledge or permission— they have prospered themselves by changing the meaning of words and redefining everything. 

We have seen this process go from changing the meaning of “person” to mean “corporation” all the way to redefining us as some species of Federal public employee or dependent—- without, however, the benefit of a Federal paycheck. 

If you have ever investigated the IRS you have learned with some astonishment that, from their perspective, you, their employer, are identified as a “non-resident alien”. 

That is, you are not a resident of their peculiar Federal Enclave. 

Just imagine your Federal Employees as two different kinds of Coneheads —Short and Tall —-from a different world, and you will get the gist of it.  

They exist in a different jurisdiction, operate under different forms of law ( codes, regulations, and statutes) and they are in fact either so crooked or so mindless as to mistake their Employers as “the Enemy” in a war that actually ended more than 150 years ago. 

Once you realize that they are still at “war” with each other (although colluding in the back room at the same time to evade their mutual obligations under the Constitutions) and that they have placed you in the middle of this “war” as a punching bag for both—- things begin to make more sense. 

You can now begin to understand that their “Public Elections” are in fact private corporate elections, while your actual Public Elections —which address a different “public”— are the activities of non-resident aliens so far as they are concerned. 

Your public is not their public.  And vice versa. 

They have turned those definitions inside out and upside down, too.  

What serves them as a public court, is, from your perspective, a private corporate tribunal. 

What serves them as “law” is, from your perspective, the caprice of the “Public Policies” of a corporation. 

So they are rounding us up under the completely false presumption that we are Coneheads, too, and subjecting us to their laws——which aren’t laws. 

Their most recent “wars” on terrorism and drugs have, of course, resulted in the vast proliferation of both. 

We can and should expect no other outcome from their “war” against the Common Cold Virus mislabeled “Covid 19”. 

Their constant phony wars are how they make money at our expense,  so the more wars the merrier from their perspective. And the worse everything gets, from ours. 

To put an end to this pathetic circumstance  we must assume our proper political status as Americans.  

We have to declare and record our identity as Americans. 

And then, we have to start acting like Americans. 

That is, we assemble our State Assemblies, organize our civilian court system, fill our State militias —and get on with the job of self-governance. 

And with enforcing our Public Law.

This corruption makes the sale of "Indulgences" look small by comparison.

No, thank you.  That wasn't the deal.  I opted out, and so should you.

Mark Emery has provided a solution for those who miss the comforts of  Fellowship: the unincorporated World Mission Church.  This is the kind of simple assembly that a church is meant to be, not interested in being a corporate conglomerate with billion dollar facilities, not bulking up its investments on Wall Street, but instead, working steadfastly to bring comfort, harmony, and compassion into the world.

The Irony of the Military

We have cause to know, and have known for a long time, that there are dirty Generals and Admirals in our military. That is unavoidably true. The military, and most especially, the U.S. Army, has been in charge since 1863, when Abraham Lincoln issued General Order 100, otherwise known as The Lieber Code.

If they have been in control this whole time (and they have), it follows that things could not possibly get this messed up, without a significant number of rotten apples at the top--- on a generational basis, too.

If Great-Grandfather was a corrupt General in the Union Army, chances are actually pretty good that Great-Grandson is a corrupt General or Colonel, today. This generational corruption is common in all branches of the service. You see it especially in the Navy and the Army, but it has crept into the Marine Corps and Air Force, too.

There are certain names, like "McCain", that have an immediate debt-load associated with them in this regard, and members of the Services at a certain level are all well-acquainted with the military families that are responsible for this taint.

When their sons are sissies they send their daughters, because the lure of absolute power and unlimited money is simply too strong to resist.

The upfront result of this intergenerational corruption and influence peddling and preferential treatment is that some pigs really are "more equal" than others in our military, and some are so much more "equal" that they get away with murder, like John McCain--- and are still touted as war heroes.

I am using McCain as an example, because his name and story are well-known, but there are many, many, many examples of the same thing over the past six generations since the end of the Civil War.

In addition to this intergenerational Military Elite corruption that hearkens all the way back to the era of Grant and Sherman, we have more modern examples of military corruption that derive from two other sources--- (1) Special Ops carried out by various military and quasi-military subcontractors being used to support criminal activities like drug-running, money-laundering, human-trafficking, 

espionage, and political assassinations, and (2) pilfering.

If you discount the cost of machinery associated with Special Ops-- loss of planes, helicopters, armored vehicles and such -- and just look at the cost of operations, plain old-fashioned military pilfering out-strips Special Ops 3:1.

And when you look at the Special Ops Budget, even with the noted exceptions, three times that is an absolutely staggering amount of pilfering. It's pilfering far, far beyond the kind of fetching and conning and trading that one knows about and accepts when Radar gets on the phone to Sparky.

This is pilfering on a scale that would dwarf the combined average GDP of half the countries in the world ---combined. And it is all just walking out the door, day in and day out, worldwide. This is not about lifting a few gross of toilet paper or a few thousand gallons of gasoline.

This is about unimaginably large thefts of military and civilian supplies being derailed, smuggled, misappropriated, misdelivered, chopped down, re-branded, and re-sold --- and it is not even necessarily being sold via any sleazy back alley black market. Most of the time, it is simply re-entering the supply chain and being sold to outfits like the Dollar Store and Walmart.

This means that you get to pay for it twice --- once when it is requisitioned by the military, and again, when it gets siphoned and presents itself for sale at your favorite box store.

Because it's the military, and because the military is in charge, there has been no oversight on any of this. This is how Donald Rumsfeld announces blandly enough, that, well, DOD is missing six trillion dollars it can't account for. And the Talking Heads go back to sleep without a comment.

This is also the genesis, in a slightly different context, of trade deficits like the one between "the US" and China. You have Chinese Generals on one end of the pipeline and US Generals on the other. How is it that the pipeline just "loses" 23 trillion dollars worth of content, and nobody knows how, and this deficit builds up for over two decade?

A leak of over a trillion dollars per year? Really? And nobody caught it?

It takes hard core corruption in both military organizations to make it all possible, because, obviously, if the Chinese Generals were reporting on the American Generals, or vice-versa, such a situation wouldn't last a nanosecond.

Instead we have General Xiping covering for General Sullivan (fictional names of course) in exchange for fat kickbacks of the gravy, and when the poo finally hits the fan, all they have to do is lie about each other:

"It's Xiping's fault!"

"It's Sullivan's fault!"

Obviously, it is both their faults and the fault of the politicians who are supposed to be in charge, and everyone involved was getting kickbacks on a siphoning scheme that large and of that duration.

The strange tale of the American National credit runs parallel, only this time the two Parties on either end of the drained-dry pipeline are the Department of Defense Division of Fiscal Services and the Federal Reserve System.

It was a "System" all right. The kind that Al Capone would talk about late at night.

I hope this tip of the iceberg view of the problem is coming home to you, along with the fact that this criminality has been unopposed because it was the military doing this, and the military has been in charge.

All those Congressional oversight subcommittees? The Inspector Generals? The Blue Ribbon Commissions?

Nothing but top-dressing to make it look like there was reasonable civilian oversight, when in fact, there has been none since 1863. Nobody has been keeping the books on the military. Nobody has been minding their store.

So, ironically, the organization that we have most depended upon and trusted to keep us safe, our vaunted military, is actually the organization that has most betrayed our trust and pillaged and plundered and pilfered us all blind.

I am sorry to say it. And I am sorry to see the names of the men, the Retired Generals, who are now gathered round, baying at Mr. Trump like a pack of Fox Hounds--- because whether they know it or not, they are condemning and identifying themselves.

They might as well put on neon vests and carry around a placard with the word "Guilty" painted on it.

Who has a vested interest in prolonging and hiding the fraud and embezzlement?

Who really, truly, doesn't want us to ever get to the bottom of any of this?

Who resents and resists actual civilian oversight?

The dirty Generals and dirty Admirals don't want to accept any actual or effective civilian oversight of their activities, for obvious reasons, and don't want to admit what they've done.

Still it all comes down to this --- if our country is in trouble, if we've been embezzled, if our money is no good, if we are not safe in our beds, if we are not happy in our lives --- the blame for it lands on the military, because they've been in charge the whole time.

Be Patient and Think

I am hearing a lot of misplaced frustration and criticism of President Trump and his Administration. 

People are constantly griping --- he should do this and he should do that.  The armchair quarterbacking has never been more vehement. 

Invariably, these critics always forget --or don't know-- the basic truths governing what we are seeing in the news.

He can't bring troops into Washington, DC, without declaring war against it as an independent, international city-state.  That would entail declaring war against the Municipality of Rome and Westminster.  And that would start World War III. 

Everything is a bit more complicated than it seems. Get out your copy of any of the three Federal Constitutions and read Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17.

There you will see that the government of Washington, DC, is a plenary oligarchy run by the members of Congress.  Anything going wrong in DC is their responsibility.  So don't blame Donald Trump.  Blame Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi.  They and their cohorts are the ones responsible for what goes on in Washington, DC.

So, that's why Trump can't just move in 100,000 troops of whatever species and take over Washington, DC. 

Next, why isn't he, Mr. Trump, moving more quickly and aggressively to control the riots nationwide, bring the Plandemic to its well-deserved end, and exercising executive power to control the slide of our economy into the dustbin? 

Having both huge Federal governmental services corporations in bankruptcy at the same time is the very good reason that he can't do what you expect him to do.

Washington is closed down. I told you it would be for ninety days.  The 90 days began in March.  We are nearing the end of it, technically, on June 17, but officially, on the 22nd.

The offices are being staffed by "emergency personnel" --- also known as volunteers coming to the aid of their country.  The million man reserve force that Mr. Trump called up, is all volunteers.

So, that puts a new light on things, doesn't it? 

It's also a fact that the President of a bankrupt corporation is not able to direct its affairs while in receivership.  Mr. Trump has to depend on the volunteers and the US Trustees for that. 

But, while this situation may look outrageous, horrible and hopeless, you have to look on the bright side.  In the words of Archbishop Viganos, Solve et Coagula.  Break it down and restructure it.

You also have to remember what our two groups of erstwhile Federal Employees did with our property in the wake of the Civil War.  They eventually used the Public Charitable Trust to collect all private property in a massive trust that they have managed --purportedly, for us. 

The Territorial Government doing business as "the" United States of America retained the equitable title to this trust, while the Municipal Government retained the legal title to it. 

When the Municipal Government's bankruptcy is complete, the legal title will return to the equitable title holder, the Territorial Government, and the trust will collapse. 

This action will bounce the Territorial Government out of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy and leave a huge profit behind.  It will also put Mr. Trump in a far better position than he has ever enjoyed, and will bring forward our liens and ownership interest in our own property, both public and private, again.

What can you expect from this dawning era?

Government reform and restoration of the lawful government.

No more need for taxes of any kind--- the giant slush funds that have been created and our public interest in the Fortune 5000 produce more than enough income to pay for all the governmental services we will ever need.

Gradual repayment of all the taxes that were collected under false pretenses, all the improperly structured mortgages, all the utility bills that we paid for twice, and so on, via pre-paid credit accounts. 

For most people, this will mean that the bulk of their monthly expenses will be lifted off their shoulders -- their mortgage, their credit cards, their car loans, their school loans, their utility bills -- all paid off on a monthly basis.

So, instead of death and disaster, what you are really seeing is the "messy part" of swamp draining and house cleaning. 

If you have ever done either job, you should know that once you get started, things go from bad to worse. 

Somewhere in the middle of a good house cleaning, where you have the furniture all moved out of place and books and bric-a-brac balanced precariously, it looks worse, doesn't it? 

And if you have to drain a swamp, you may yearn for the peaceful gurgling of slime and nice quiet alligators ---after you bring in the bulldozers and excavators and start uprooting trees and digging ditches, too. 

Yet, in the end, the furniture gets put back in place and the mud drains, and things are much, much better.

This process is no different.  Be patient and think and keep the faith. Donald Trump has kept every campaign promise he made.  Draining the swamp was by far his greatest promise, and from where I stand, he's keeping that one, too.

Pray that he is safe and successful.  And wait just a little while longer.

I am always sorry to have to do such things, but sometimes, it can't be helped. TROH,  aka the Reign of the Heavens Society, has always been two bricks short of a load, so I tend to ignore them, but like a nasty, bad-tempered child, they just keep at it and at it, until you finally have to deal with them.

They have tried (unsuccessfully and incorrectly) to establish what they are calling a  "Federal" Common Law Lien and Writ of Attachment against my Pen Name, and on top of that, presuming the existence of a Municipal PERSON that was long ago lawfully converted to an American "vessel" --- ANNA VON REITZ.

So, it's bad enough that these numbnutz are trying to claim and pretend that their offshore theocracy run by "U.S. Citizens" is the lawful government of this country and masquerading "as" The United States of America, just like the Scottish Interloper of over a century ago, but now they are attacking American "shipping" and seeking to seize upon our cargo.

Therefore, as of this day, I have issued both an American Common Law Lien and an International Salvage Lien and Impoundment Order against The Reign of the Heavens Society in general and against the specific members who are engaging in constructive fraud against the lawful government of The United States of America and international financial terrorism against our people. 

I don't like doing this.  It's not my style. But. Enough is enough.

This American Common Law Lien and the accompanying International Salvage Lien and Impoundment Order is established upon the listed bankrupt Territorial Persons and bankrupt Municipal PERSONS operated as Special Purpose Vehicles. These individuals are known to have departed from these shores and to have spurned their birthright(s) as Americans and to have granted their full allegiance to a foreign theocracy calling itself the Reign of the Heavens Society.

The Reign of the Heavens Society is recognized for its plagiarism of the work of Frank O’Collins and its continued infringement upon the Good Name and Trademarks and Copyrights of The United States of America, so as to confuse itself and its activities with the actual International Government of this country.

The claims of this organization and its members to represent the lawful government of this country are based upon false claims of abandonment, issued while our lawful government was not in session. Their additional claims are based on purchasing memorabilia left over from a defunct Scottish Commercial Corporation that similarly usurped upon our lawful Trade Name and did business in our name “as” The United States of America, Incorporated.

This Scottish corporation operated between 1868 and 1907, when it went bankrupt and ceased to exist. This was a pirate operation and deliberate usurpation without lawful recognition or sanction from The United States of America [Unincorporated] and the actual International Law that pertains to the activities of this Scottish Interloper, like any similar attempts by the Reign of the Heavens Society to repeat those activities, are one in the same Maxim of Law: Possession by Pirates Does Not Change Ownership.

All claims on abandonment, all claims based on possession of our property by the Scottish pirates, like all similar claims by the Reign of the Heavens Society, are hereby rebutted in the Public and for the International Record.  Our property interests and assets remain ours regardless of any claim or possession by pirates, foreign or domestic. 

As the members of the Reign of the Heavens Society have created a theocracy and moved offshore to evade prosecution for their attempts to steal the identity of our lawful government and have sought to obtain access to its assets and credit in imitation of their Scottish antecedents via impersonation, they must be considered dangerous and engaged in criminal fraud against The United States of America and against the States and People of this country.

Our lawful government has been called into Session and is now manifest in fifty (50) correctly populated State Assemblies. We fully recognize the right of individual Americans to take against the Will and Amendments established by earlier generations, but maintain that such actions must be lawful and lacking any element of deceit or purposeful fraud against the States and People.

The actions of the Reign of the Heavens theocracy and its continued deliberate misrepresentation of itself as “The United States of America” when it is in fact a foreign, offshore, and privately-owned entity, fall far short of any such standard of tolerance.   

Their continued mistaken attacks against the recorded and copyrighted Pen Name of a presumed-to-be Municipal franchise: ANNA VON REITZ, are typical of their activities.  All variations, permutations, styles, orderings, and punctuations of this name represent lawfully converted American “vessels” as published and standing upon the Public Records of the State of Alaska, all belonging to a declared American State National, a Wisconsinite, owed due diligence, good faith service, and protection by all Territorial and Municipal citizens including but not limited to the Debtors/DEBTORS listed herein, who must all be considered in Breach of Trust and operating as pirates:

This American Common Law Lien is established and operates upon the international jurisdiction of the land and soil of The United States of America [Unincorporated] and the International Salvage Lien/Impoundment Order operates upon the non-delegated jurisdiction of the sea retained under Amendment X.  All Powers are exercised under The Great Seal of The United States of America, at home and abroad.

The foregoing list of Debtors/DEBTORS includes specific members of the Reign of the Heavens Society by name but also attaches all such members of the Reign of the Heavens Society generally, who have sought to impersonate our lawful international government, The United States of America, and who have sought to bring false claims of abandonment and the proceeds of piracy against it.

All these bankrupt and stateless entities are hereby seized upon in international jurisdiction, together with all their assets, records, registrations, copyrights, trademarks, contracts, lands, homes, buildings, personal property, progeny, certificates, bank accounts, licenses, signatures both in ink and electronic, and the paper or other matrix their signatures appear upon. 

These entities, U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States, were formed by our grace and acceptance of The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States, respectively, and they have no right or reason to attack their Employers or to presume anything about us or our operations, much less attempt to establish liens against American State Nationals and their private property, including their copyrighted and trademarked Persons/PERSONS.

Whereupon this American Common Law Lien and International Salvage Lien/Impoundment Order is issued, authorizing the immediate arrest and impoundment of the listed and separately identified Persons/PERSONS for trespass upon the land and transgression upon the sea, and applies, more generally, against all members of the Reign of the Heavens Society for impersonating the lawful international government of this country and continued acts of international financial terrorism intended to harm our people. 

The frauds that have been committed against us must be brought to an end.  It is lamentable that otherwise well-intentioned people have, through ignorance of history and law, been prevailed upon to commit crimes amounting to treason against this country.
