You are advised that the Trusteeship of the Philippine Government will terminate and be removed from said "independent government for the Philippines" established in 1934, at midnight, March 3, 2020, unless certain conditions are met.
The Government of the Philippines is under demand to make correction of the following circumstance within three days of publication, or forfeit all trust assets back to the Donors, including the actual Julius Divinagracia. Rent on the Philippine Islands and the cost of defending the Philippine Islands during World War II and since then, will become due and payable on March 4, 2020, unless this matter is successfully concluded in our favor.
Julius Divinagracia entered the United States as a Permanent Resident and changed his name to protect his identity more than twenty years ago. He adopted the State where he lives as his permanent home and domicile and has followed all the protocols his adopted State and The United States of America require to take this action, which stands published upon the Public Record
Julius Divinagracia is under the protection of our government and has adopted a State of the Union as his permanent home and domicile.
He is not under any obligation of United States political asylum or citizenship.
He is neither a Territorial nor a Municipal citizen of any kind.
An Imposter from the Philippines has assumed his identity and has attempted to pass himself off as Julius Diviniagracia, resulting in this nonsense:
This is Public Notice worldwide, that this is a fraudulent and criminal action having no basis in reality, and it will not be honored by The United States of America as anything valid.
Many hundreds of people worldwide have cause to know the truth.
We have the records and the proof and we are not pleased with this dishonest attempt to (again) substitute a "ringer" just as the same Parties substituted their criminal commercial corporations and infringed upon our trademarks to promote confusion between "The United States of America, Incorporated" and our government --- The United States of America.

As of this afternoon, Julius Divinagracia has removed the Rothschilds and the United States from their trusteeships, with prejudice, together with rejecting any role for the US Trustees and repudiating any presumption of bankruptcy or abandonment of his assets. All treaties and papers and agreements signed by this Filipino Interloper are denounced as open fraud.
The independent government of the Philippines has three days to get their man out of Shanghai and come to Jesus. You, Mr. Trump, and the Pacific Fleet are being requested and required to act in our behalf.
Whoever has promoted this substitution of a Third Party claiming to be Julius Divinagracia in order to displace an American State National and to dispose of his assets under conditions of fraud and deceit is an international criminal---and any such persons are to be identified, bound over, and charged.
No funds from the Alpha Omega or Spiritual White Boy Accounts or any other Legacy Accounts can be accessed or released without consultation with and approval from both our government and the actual man, Julius Divinagracia, who stands upon our shores and who is owed all right, title, and interest in his private property and heir-ship, and who is the only one on Earth empowered to make treaties and disbursements in his name.
It is your sworn duty and the duty of every member of the American Armed Forces including all those under contract to the U.S. Military, to uphold and protect the persons of all Americans per Article IV of The Constitution of the United States of America.
Julius Divinagracia is an American, and his Good Name and Identity has been stolen, subjected to International theft, abuse, and false contracting processes.
We believe that your duty in this matter is clear and that the Government of the Philippines has been, at the very least, derelict in its responsibilities as Trustees of American assets. They have been given three days to get this Mess straightened out. The clock is ticking.

Will the Real Julius Divinagracias Please Stand Up?

I have been told that a Philippine Native has
claimed to be Julius Divinagracias and that he claims that he has the right and
power to open the Alpha and Omega Accounts.
I say that the actual Julius Divinagracia is here,
under the protection of the actual government of this county, The United States
of America, and that we have all the proof including the records and he, of
course, has his signature and emblems, and unique DNA as a living man from a
specific known family.
The Filipino in Shanghai is a fake. The
actual Julius Divinagracia is, as you can probably tell from the name, of a
completely different ethnic extraction.
He has been prevented by the corrupt and evil
corporations that are supposed to be here providing us with "good faith service"
from leaving this country and from presenting his information and from enforcing
his claims. They have done this with malice afterthought and with
self-interest, in order to substitute an Interloper for him, just as they have
substituted their decoys repeatedly, even substituting corporations named after
The United States of America for the actual government of this
country.
That must come to a screeching halt and be
recognized as the falsehood and fraud that it
is.
The actual Julius Divinagracias has, as of this
afternoon, removed the Trustees for Incompetence and Breach of
Trust.
The Rothschild bankers and "US" Government are thus
informed of their removal, in public and via email. Notice to Principals
is Notice to Agents; Notice to Agents is Notice to
Principals.
The Philippine Government is also placed on Notice
regarding their Trustee appointment. If this Mess is not cleaned up
immediately and the fake "Julius" recalled from Shanghai, the Trusteeship
granted to them in 1934, will be removed from them at midnight, March 3, 2020
GMT.

One Person Dies, the World Stops?

Oh, boy, one person is said to die of "Coronavirus" in Washington State, so the Governor declares a 'state of emergency" --- an indication that he is weak-minded and incompetent---- with the result that public panic is brewing in Washington State this afternoon.
70,000 people die from influenza (the flu) in a bad flu year. Strangely, what makes a "bad flu year"?
Answer: coronal mass ejections, CME's, sun flares, sunspots--- the same solar radiation events that disrupt communications and interfere with the normal flow of plasma in our solar system. And yes, there is a DIRECT correlation between "bad flu years" and CME's.
This has been known and studied since at least 1918, with the conclusive statistical proof being established by 2002.
But what if you could create this effect by man-made means? Simply by increasing and varying local Electromagnetic (EM) exposure, using cell towers and radio and microwave transmitters, etc.? Enter 5G.....and billions of cell phone receivers pulsing away silently in everyone's pocket?
I am with Robert David Steele. The situation in Wuhan is another kind of False Flag, one in which the Crisis Actors actually die, and the Government of China gets paid for their services post mortem. And it is the result of both a weaponized (but low grade) British "Bug" being released on purpose and in tandem with the rollout of 5G in China.
EM Radiation sickness has exactly the same symptoms as flu. The more intense the EM Radiation, the more intense the symptoms. These "broad spectrum" weaponized energy grid systems were initially designed for crowd control, but as usual, things got out of hand. Defense contractors got involved. The out of control CIA got involved. MI6 got involved. The Queen's Booty Boys, Quinetiq got involved.
So, we've got this mess, thanks to Evil in High Places.
And now, we find out that WHO, the World Health Organization, has owned the Domain Name, Coronavirus.com since 2002. We find that Bill and Melinda Gates helped pay for the creation of this germ and are responsible for its existence. We find that the Queen's Bullies not only own the patent but also own the vaccine so that they think they are safe from their own self-made calamity--- and prepared to dole out the solution to the problem they created, for a price, of course.
If you want to protect yourselves from the "corona" virus, limit your exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Eat clean healthy food. Drink clean water. Get rest. Occupy your minds with happy thoughts and productive tasks. Stay home and clean the house, work on the family photo album. Don't panic, and don't fear.
You have a much greater chance of dying from EM exposure or the common flu than you have of dying of any coronavirus---weaponized to be super-infectious or not.

Corporate Records Show....

For many years now our Team has been pointing to the evils of corporations --- and not simply specific corporations, but corporations in general.
Corporations invite lack of individual accountability and protect wrong-doers by providing bankruptcy protection and limiting liability. The counter-argument is that some development activities (mainly associated with war and mayhem) are too dangerous in terms of liability for investors to undertake without such protections.
Being of a practical mind, we ask, what social benefit does war provide to anyone? Only the criminally insane think of war as a benefit. So why should society bear the costs of war-mongers?
If they blow up St. Louis or poison the sea --like Fukashima-- or create and unleash a deadly virus "by mistake" --- should they be pardoned and moddle-coddled?
We dare raise our hands and say, "No."
Accountability is a necessary part of a sane society. Lack of accountability leads to criminality and lack of moral compass. If everything is allowed, nothing is sacred. Nothing is safe. Nothing is secure. Not your lives, not your children, and not your future.
So, having debunked the one reason consistently offered for the existence and proliferation of corporations --- encouraging stockholders to invest in things they probably shouldn't invest in and which they should be held responsible for investing in if they do --- why should corporations exist at all?
The Roman Catholic Church, which supports the Roman Curia, holds the patents and keys to all the corporations on Earth because they dreamed up the concept of corporations --- S-corps, C-corps, B-corps, non-profits, trusts, foundations, cooperatives, LLC's, LP's, PLC's, and so on --- all defined and concocted by the Roman Curia.
And the Roman Curia remains responsible, as the creator of all these THINGS, for policing them. The Pope is granted the unique power to liquidate any corporation that functions in an "unlawful manner", but he has apparently forgotten that there is a difference between "lawful" and "legal" and he and his Predecessors for the past century and a half, have let their unnatural Frankenstein monsters run rampant over life and decency on Earth.
With no discipline being imposed and no danger of consequences held over their heads, the corporations have simply proliferated like bunny rabbits in the springtime until otherwise normal people think that they have to have a trust and an extra LLC in their back pockets at all times.
That is, everyone is drinking the Kool-Aid that is killing them, and then the survivors are standing around asking, "What happened? Who is responsible?" And all they have in response to those questions is a Post Office Box in Surrey and the name of a couple of men who can't be located.
The Big Answer to the Malady is to start where the problem starts -- with the Roman Curia and the Pope -- and their actual and palpable responsibility for the existence of these THINGS. The Small Answer is to hold them all accountable via other means when the Pope fails to do his job: anti-trust and anti-monopoly legislation on steroids, followed by Draconian enforcement.
The only way that either of these answers can be applied is via a tidal wave of public awareness and political demand. Believe me, the Pope is not going to take action against his BFF's without a struggle and the Congress and the State Legislatures which have long been the Pawns of corporate self-interest won't know who to pander to, if the self-interest lobbies of Big Business disappear.
We could start there, with outlawing lobbyist organizations, but then, there would be nothing left of what poses for a government in Washington, DC. After all, both the Republican and the Democratic "Parties" are nothing but big political lobbyist groups, no different really than the Tobacco Lobby or the Big Pharma Lobby.
When the Pigs are in charge of the Trough, you know that you are in for a fall, but that is, nonetheless, what we've been stupidly allowing for the past 150 years.
So now, we are faced with the necessity of replacing the foreign lobbyist-run "government" with the actual government owed to the people of this country, but that means waking up 300 million Americans and prodding at least some of them to self-govern, a prospect as foreign to most of them as turtle soup.
So, it's either being eaten alive by immoral, unaccountable, "legal fictions" --- or it's getting on our hind legs and demanding accountability from those who are supposed to be acting in the Public Interest and riding herd on these THINGS, or it's taking action ourselves.
Of the three options, one is not survivable, so let's cross that off the list. Two is difficult to obtain, much less guarantee, because it is so very much more comfortable for the guards to remain asleep and the political hunting dogs to remain curled up by the corporate fire. And three isn't exactly popular because it requires thought and work, albeit, at least taking our own action puts us in charge of our own salvation--- no longer begging the Pope and the members of Congress to do their duties.
With those thoughts in mind, I am going to recommend that you all watch the following video which explains the extent of the lawlessness and self-interest that the British Crown and the Queen have exercised, and which ties the British Government --- once again, to the bottom of the Corona virus scandal.
Why? Because it turns out that this virus is a British Bug, and the result of a peculiarly British fascination with germ warfare. We are invited to ask -- "What happens when a British Bug gets turned loose in China?" --- besides killing thousands, if not millions, of innocent Chinese people and wrecking the global economy?
Am I alone in thinking that enough is enough and that the other governments of the world, including our own, need to wake up to the simple fact that I discovered years ago? That the Brits are reliably, consistently, always at the bottom of every dog pile?

Dear Mr. Trump....Leap Day 2020

For your information, we brought forward all land
patents in the US in 2014, and in 2015, we made the Public Acceptance and
re-issued our Sovereign Letters Patent. Anyone who tells you differently
or who thinks they have any right to our land and soil as a result of debts run
up by foreign corporations acting without our knowledge or consent should be
sent to me directly for rebuttal.
Also for your information, the Municipal STATE OF
STATE holdings have been rolled back into the Territorial State of State.
The Territorial State of State holdings have then been rolled over into the
Federal State Trusts. The Federal State Trusts have been rolled over into
the States of the Union, and the States have then accepted The Unanimous
Declaration of Independence as a Union of States doing business as The United
States [Unincorporated] and The United States has re-assigned the international
Powers to The United States of America
[Unincorporated].
The world has been given Notice and Due Process and
allowed plenty of time to bring forward any objection and neither the Queen nor
the Pope has offered any excuse or reason why we are not fully in standing and
without our rights to take all of these actions in our own behalf as the lawful
sovereigns of our own country and States.
In tandem with these actions we have called the
States of the Union to Assemble and qualified the electors and Constituents
known as the People, and we have continued to organize the properly declared and
constituted States of the Union in preparation for completion of the
long-overdue Reconstruction.
We have by far the majority of States assembled at
this point and the rest are in process. We are able to conduct business by
and through the State Assemblies and as a Federation of States, and are able to
exercise the Powers and Prerogatives of our government of, for, and by the
People, for the purposes of Reconstruction and enforcement of the
Constitution(s).
All of this has been done in support of as you put
it --- making America great again, as well as making America American
again.
In these actions we are working in tandem with you
and your Administration and are seeking both understanding and cooperation to
most expeditiously enact necessary changes needed to promote the well-being of
Americans and billions of other people around the
world.
Our Movement has been labeled a "nationalist"
political stunt, but in fact, and in Law, we are the actual Government of this
country and we always have been; our inaction has allowed our Federal
Subcontractors to run wild and to take advantage of the sovereignty and abuse of
their employers, a situation which has now been
corrected.
All presumptions -- legal and otherwise -- that
have been predicated on our supposed "absence", such as the World Bank's idea
that our government is "held in abeyance" must be corrected. Our
government has always been present, simply not called upon. We have chosen
at this time to summon ourselves to our duty to self-govern and that should not
be a surprise or any point of contention.
As a necessary part of the Reconstruction, our
banking and monetary affairs must be set in order. The Territorial
Congress acting in 1913 under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit and also
without a complete understanding of the actual financial affairs, contracted
with the Federal Reserve Banks to have them act as a Central Bank for the
Territorial Government.
The Federal Reserve Banks had been operating as a
banking association since 1850 and were all capitalized using American
gold. In 1913, the Territorial United States Government was out of money
and in recovery from the 1907 bankruptcy of the Scottish Interloper doing
business as "The United States of America,
Inc.".
What appears to have happened then was a Deal with
the Devil, in which the Territorial United States citizenry were offered as
slave collateral on a per head basis, like cattle, as new assets backing the
extension of credit by the Federal Reserve Banks. By 1925, private bill
collectors operating as the Internal Revenue Service were imported to our
shores, to collect upon this enslavement
system.
The Internal Revenue Service was never properly
disciplined or held to account for its activities in behalf of the Territorial
United States Government, and they flagrantly mis-addressed and attacked average
Americans who never associated with any Federal Employment and who were never
subject to any obligation related to this "deal". Ditto, ditto, FDR's
subsequent "New Deal" which similarly mistreated Municipal
citizens.
These abuses by the Internal Revenue Service have
continued to this present day, and if anything, have expanded and gotten worse,
while the Territorial United States Congress continues to claim that their Deal
with the Devil enslaving U.S. Citizens as chattel is a "national security
issue".
Indeed, in a way, we suppose it is, as, if the
public were fully and fairly informed, there would be a revolution, as Henry
Ford said. Consider this being fully
informed.
While the Territorial Government was making these
outrageous contracts for itself, the Municipal United States Government was not
far behind, only even more Draconian in its approach to enslavement. They
incorporated "the" United States of America, Inc., at the same time that the
Internal Revenue Service began operations and ran both in tandem on our soil,
having accepted the Territorial Government's claim that all Municipal "citizens
of the United States" were criminals and therefore,
slaves.
None of this has anything to do with America or the
American People, nor does it have anything to do with our assets. We are
Third Parties to all this nonsense and double-dealing and misuse and abuse by
our employees. Our assets are not subject to any of these provisions and
agreements and nobody who isn't currently a Federal Employee should ever be
addressed concerning these arrangements then or
now.
We take pity on the deplorable abuses our Employees
have suffered at the hands of our Trustees and we hereby request and require the
U.S. Military and you, the elected Commander-in-Chief, to issue the appropriate
Executive Orders to nationalize the banks and complete the recoupment of our
gold and silver and platinum and other assets for our use and for the actual
payment for governmental services.
Both Britain and Russia have withdrawn from the
Central Banking arrangement and it is ironic that we, the ones that started this
entire movement, are lagging behind. If the Rothschilds want to talk, we
are ready and willing and have our records and ducks in order to do so, but we
believe that the balance of payments and particularly, the balance of credit
payments due and owing our citizenry, are substantially on their side of the
ledger, not ours.
An amenable solution should be possible,
particularly as they never had any real skin in the game to start with.
These are matters that you, as a President acting
in Succession to Abraham Lincoln are not privy to, even though you should
be.
This circumstance -- that you and your immediate
Predecessors -- were left ignorant of the actual financial situation and even
the structure of the actual government, was the direct result of Lincoln's
Assassination. The conditions were continued as a result of Kennedy's
Assassination, but now, the information has been too widely disbursed for the
continuance of this charade which pretends that the Priority Creditors are
instead the Debtors.
Please prepare your troops for action, and instruct
the local police forces, to not only protect the U.S. Citizens, but also to
protect the interests of your actual Employers, the American People. Carry
forward with nationalizing the banks and stand ready for re-capitalization based
upon our actual assets held off-ledger by these same international banks. The
days of hunting and pecking are over.
The days of securitizing living flesh are
over.
The Reign of Terror by the Internal Revenue
Service/IRS is over.
The "national security issues" related to banking
are no longer of any concern.
Get your IMF and Federal Reserve representatives
ready to meet with us directly and soon ---and please implement the appropriate
Executive Orders.
The "US" may be broke, but America is
not.

That means it is a subcontractor of a subcontractor (CIA) of a subcontractor (UNITED STATES, INC.) of a Subcontractor (E PLURIBUS UNUM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.) of a Subcontractor, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES, INC., of a Subcontractor, the MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, of a Subcontractor, The United States of America, Inc., of a Subcontractor, the GOVERNMENT OF SCOTLAND, INC., of a Subcontractor, SCOTLAND, INC, a subcontractor of the franchise of the Bank of Scotland, LLC., doing business as a subcontractor of HSBC, PLC., doing business as a Subcontractor of UK, INC., doing business as a Subcontractor of Vatican City. And, please bear in mind, that at each step of subcontracting process, the accountability of each subcontractor diminishes relative to the actual contract—- and what have you got?
You have Evergreen Inc., owned and operated by Evergreen, LLC, which is owned and operated by Evergreen, PLC.
4500 employees, no obligation to file flight plans (Hint, Hint) and you have a totally unaccountable self-interested for profit corporation abusing the powers of “government”.
Evergreen makes money delivering contraband for the CIA, by stabbing lucrative firefighting contracts, and..... by spraying chem trails wastes —- incendiary industrial wastes—- that kill trees (and create fodder for fires) and that leave explosive deposits of metallic elements and oxides layered over the landscape.

Set up the fires at a profit and then make money fire-fighting, too.
Create the problem (and get paid by the Vatican) and then solve the problem and get paid by the victims, too.

Are You Committed? To What?

Recently, just the last few days, efforts by what I call “Team America”—- my Readers and our Supporters worldwide, have made some truly stellar progress.
One of the Giant Leaps is our new understanding of yet more legalese applied to both politics and what Jon Rappoport calls “the fake science of psychiatry”—-the word is:”Commitment”
John Adams famously said that commitment is the fundamental virtue of a patriot— but in this case, the same word is being used in two other and different senses:
(1) “commitment” as in a financial commitment, Debt, or obligation and;
(2) “commitment” as in “being committed to a sanatorium or in-patient mental health care facility”.
As I reported some months ago, we are seeing a rash of sudden and gigantic “tax” bills being presented by the IRS and other incorporated entities —- and we noted that unlike any other such charges in the past, these Billings, Liens, etc, plainly reference assertions that the debtor is “pledged” or made a “pledge” resulting in the referenced charges.
Pledging is an ancient feudal act in which a Serf pledges fealty to a sovereign and it is utterly foreign to the American form of government. So, you, as an American, would never naturally have any reason or cause to be pledged or to make a pledge, would you?
No. The plain fact of the matter is that the result of The War of Independence left you the sovereign of this land and soil.
So what is going on here? The Great Fraud.
Someone else has “pledged” you and acted “for” you to obligate you in this manner—- and conveniently, never told you a word about it.
First they “committed” you in the hospital sense of the word as a “ward” of the British Territorial State of State—instead of recognizing you as an American.
Then, they “committed” you financially as a ward of their State of State organization.
They unlawfully, illegally, immorally, and in gross breach of trust “pledged” you— and everything you own— as chattel backing their debts.
And that is why you are getting these huge out of the blue “tax” bills referencing “pledges” you never made. They defaulted and so, their creditors are coming after you.
It’s like you co-signed a loan for Cousin Bubba, without knowing that you did so. Twenty years later some Third Party shows up and says, “The balance on this Is due and owing.”
So notice it all hinges on this one word: commitment.
Are you “committed” as a patriot? Claiming your birthright political status as an American?
Or are you “committed” as a Ward of the British Territorial State of State and knowingly and voluntarily acting as a U.S. Citizen?
Or are you “committed” financially as a PERSON——that is, as a Municipal “citizen of the United States”?
Interestingly, all these so-called COURTS and Courts have no actual valid contract with you or relevant valid cause to “presume” any of what they are presuming about you. They are bluffing and acting under color of law. So how do you call them on it?
Obviously, by reclaiming your political status as an American. Most likely you are not and never were a British Territorial U.S. Citizen (the political status of someone born in Puerto Rico) and would have no reason to adopt that status, either, as it offers no benefit over your own natural State National or State Citizen status. Some Americans adopt this status temporarily while in military service, but once they get their DD214, most of them are anxious to return home to civilian status!
You have to Declare and Record your choice of political status. And that requires affirmative action on your part. That is Job One and if you do this BEFORE you get a tax bill, the more credible and less self-serving your claim of exemption appears.
So, get off your rumps and declare your political status as an American. It costs a few bucks and considerable paper pushing but nothing compared to paying one of these default tax bills, believe me.
Have your ducks and paperwork in order and be prepared to go to court.
These Courts are all foreign and bluffing and acting under color of law— so, getting back to how do you call them on it?
Ask them if they have a wet-ink Judicial Warrant of Commitment for the Defendant? And if so, can it be brought forward as admissible evidence and placed on the public record of the court?
The answer to both questions is —-no.
They don’t and they can’t.
Move to dismiss (“Move” not “Motion”)with prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
If they avoid Due Process and try to “latch” your private property via commercial liens against their own fictitious PERSON, send them a “Credit Collection Letter”.
If you think about it—- they send Debt Collection Letters to you, but what do they already owe you? Credit, which you have already earned as Joe, the Hamburger Man.
So send a copy of their bill back to them attached to a “Credit Collection Letter”. This is a simple statement to the effect that you are claiming your exemption under the Public Law and attempting to collect credit owed to you and you are returning this Credit Collection Letter as a Secured Third Party Priority Creditor for Mutual Offset Credit Exchange.
Send this Registered Mail to entity billing you and to the appropriate officials.
And who are they?
If the entity billing you used acronyms or is a Municipal COURT—- like IRS or UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT — send your Credit Collection Letter back to them and an original signed copy to the Vicar General responsible for your Municipal District.
If the entity billing you uses Upper and Lower case, like: Internal Revenue Service or State of Michigan Circuit Court, send your Credit Collection Letter in multiple signed originals (always using your protected Signature —“All Rights Reserved”) to: (1) the entity that billed you; (2) the Commissioner of Natural Resources for the State of State, and (3) the State Attorney General.
So they have billed you, and you have billed them, and the issue is zeroed out.
The actual End Game solution to all this craziness and fraud is for you to “commit” to the principles of Self-Governance and the exercise of your Natural and Unalienable Rights, by joining (and if necessary, organizing) your State Assembly.
Doing so puts teeth back into the American Way and re-establishes the enforcement of the Federal Constitution. It says in big, bold letters— “I am an American and I know who I am and why. I am fully “committed” to my State of the Union and owe no obligation or allegiance to any other foreign monarch, state, principality or power.
