I am reposting in its entirety this article about the International Organizations Immunity Act with only one small edit --- I placed quotation marks around the word "the" in the header, so everyone is clued into which "United States" surrendered its offices and statutes to "the" United Nations.  I thank the anonymous authors.

This action was taken by the Pope's Municipal United States Government franchise handing over its offices and statutes to "the" United Nations (Incorporated)--- the UN Corp.   It's not our "United States".  It's the Municipal entity operated "in our names" as "the" United States --- but having no delegated authority to donate our states or any public law of ours to "the" United Nations, which is the UN Corporation and a totally different kind of "organization" than The United Nations. 

Be aware of how convoluted and deceptive this really is.  Anyone who is unaware of the difference between The United States and "the" United States will think that this legislation gave away our States of the Union and our state laws --- but it only appears to do that, because it is actually talking about a different "United States" and a different "United Nations", too.  

And this also explains the Pope's recent comments about it being "our duty to obey the United Nations" --- which just coincidentally, happens to be owned lock, stock, and barrel by the Holy See and be under the direction of the Roman Curia as a collection of corporations in the business of providing governmental services. 

Hence my comments about the Pope promising to obey himself again.

GOVERNMENT AGENT ACTING AS AN [OFFSHORE] STATUTE MERCHANT

Whatever the form in which the Government functions, anyone entering into an arrangement with the Government takes the risk of having accurately ascertained that he who purports to act for the Government stays within the bounds of his authority.
The scope of this authority may be explicitly defined by Congress or be limited by delegated legislation, properly exercised through the rule-making power. The government, by becoming a corporator, lays down its sovereignty, so far as respects the transaction of the corporation, and exercises no power or privilege which is not derived from the charter.); U.S. v. Georgia-Pacific Co., 421 F.2d 92, 101 (9th Cir. 1970) (Government may also be bound by the doctrine of equitable estoppel if acting in proprietary [for profit nature ] rather than sovereign capacity); the “Savings to Suitor Clause” is also available for addressing mercantile and admiralty matters aka “civil process” at the common law and within a state court.

THE REASON WHY THE LAW OF NECESSITY AND FULL DISCLOSURE GOING TO SPECIFICITY COMES INTO PLAY IN COMMERCIAL PROCEEDINGS ONCE YOU’RE SUMMONED INTO ANY OF THESE PRIVATE MERCANTILE CORPORATE COURTS

Title 8, 22& 28 USC
December 26th 1933 49 Statute 3097 Treaty Series 881 (Convention on Rights and Duties of States) stated CONGRESS replaced STATUTES with international law, placing all states under international law.
December 9th 1945 International Organization Immunities Act relinquished every public office of the United States to the United Nations.
22 CFR 92.12-92.31 FR Heading “Foreign Relationship” states that an oath is required to take office.
Title 8 USC 1481 stated once an oath of office is taken citizenship is relinquished, thus you become a foreign entity, agency, or state. That means every public office is a foreign state, including all political subdivisions. (i.e. every single court and that courts personnel is considered a separate foreign entity)
Title 22 USC (Foreign Relations and Intercourse) Chapter 11 identifies all public officials as foreign agents.
Title 28 USC 3002 Section 15A states that the United States is a Federal Corporation and not a Government, including the Judiciary Procedural Section.

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 4j states that the Court jurisdiction and immunity fall under a foreign State.

The 11th Amendment states “The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of an Foreign State.” (A foreign entity, agency, or state cannot bring any suit against a United States citizen without abiding the following procedure.)
Title 22 CFR 93.1-93.2 states that the Department of State has to be notified of any suit, and in turn has to notify the United States citizen of said suit.
Title 28 USC 1330 states that the United States District Court has to grant permission for the suit to be pursued once the court has been supplied sufficient proof that the United States citizen is actually a corporate entity.

Title 28 USC 1608 I have Absolute Immunity as a Corporation

Title 28 USC 1602-1611 (Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act) allows the jurisdiction of a court to be challenged, and a demand of proper jurisdiction to be stated.
July 27th 1868 15 Statutes at Large Chapter 249 Section 1 “Acts Concerning American Citizens in a Foreign State”, expatriation, is what is broken when jurisdiction is demanded, and it is not met with an answer.
Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12b 6 the prosecution has failed to provide adequate proof that the parties involved in this situation are actually corporate entities. I have provided ample proof that the prosecution and other agents are actually corporations.
1950 81st Congress Investigated the Lawyers Guild and determined that the B.A.R. Association by definition is founded and run by communists. Thus any elected official that is a member of the B.A.R. will only be loyal to the B.A.R. entity and never have allegiance to the people.

End note from Grandma: this again confirms what the Vatican Chancery Court said twenty years ago-- that these corporate STRAWMEN are "gifts" and are all pre-paid, tax percuse.  In other words, Title 28, Section 1608 demonstrates exactly that kind of "hold harmless" status, but the Queen's British Territorial Government has continued to prosecute these entities for profit under their infamous 14th Amendment to the their corporate re-write of The Constitution of the United States of America issued in 1868 by the now-defunct Scottish Interloper.
Read this as: they colluded (remember the British Territorial Government is indirectly under the Pope's control, too) to set up a phony "war" on our shores and profit themselves via confusing these "named entities" with actual Americans, who are Third Parties who had no idea what was going on.
It is all 100% constructive fraud, all crimes of personation and barratry, all carried out under color of law.  And at the end of the day, all the cows come home to Rome.  And "Congress".
Sitting as the Territorial Congress, these "Members of Congress" kept the bogus 14th Amendment provisions going and used them to attack the Municipal PERSONS.  And at the same time, putting on a different hat and sitting as the Municipal Congress, these same "Members of Congress" promoted the creation of these PERSONS and allowed the attacks to continue. 
It has all been a self-serving little war for profit on our shores, engaged in by our foreign federal subcontractors, and at the end of the day, both "sides" of this war have been controlled by the Popes.
The Popes have direct charter rights over the Municipal United States Government and indirect control of the British Territorial United States (through the Queen acting as administrator of the Commonwealths) and also a combination of direct and indirect control of The United Nations and ownership of "the" UN Corporation, too.
As a result, the Pope has nobody left to blame or to fight; he can't fight himself, or hold the Queen or the UN Secretary-General up like sock puppets and pretend to be at war with his own subordinates.

About Field McConnell

Field McConnell has been arrested and charged with three felonies of an unknown nature. 

Remember that THEY can and do indict ham sandwiches. Their entire system is built and predicated on the presumption that a "person" is guilty until proven innocent.  And it is hard to prove innocence.

Remember who or what is taking this action --- Broward County, Florida, one of the most evil and corrupt County Governments in the United States Municipal Government flock of corrupt State and County franchises. 

Remember that Field McConnell is a retired Air Force Lt. Colonel in his seventies --- Vietnam Era, and that these charges, whatever they are, are said to stems from things that happened in the 1970's --- Ollie North Era.

Remember that a lot of good men, especially pilots, got drawn into CIA and DIA and other plots hatched during the take down in Vietnam and Iran Contra and other illicit "Ops" and also remember that many of those men actually believed -- and had reasonable cause to believe -- that they were working for our actual government and in the "National Security Interest" when in fact they were being ordered and/or induced under conditions of deceit to commit crimes.

Remember then, too, that the very Agencies responsible for ensnaring these men into committing crimes in the first place, then hold those same crimes as blackmail over guys like Field.  This could very well be that kind of hypocritical pay back scenario, where Field wouldn't go along with their current agenda, so they pulled out ancient dirty laundry on him.

Remember that Field McConnell's principal contribution to the world so far has been to expose the "Senior Executive Service" --- the SES, the most powerful and venal part of the British Territorial Government in the US and elsewhere.

That makes for a lot of very powerful enemies.

Remember that Field McConnell's anti-child trafficking efforts are in competition--at least in some people's warped minds-- with Craig Sawyer's  campaign against the same evil.  

And finally, to make sense of this all, you have to know some basic history and Who's Who. 

At the Federal level there are two (2) "governments" employed as subcontractors -- (1) British Territorial and (2) Roman Papist Municipal. 

Both are ultimately controlled by the Pope, but one is indirectly controlled by the Queen and the other is controlled directly as part of the Roman Municipal Government system.

This results in two "Congresses" --- staffed by the same people wearing different hats.

It also results in a multiplicity of services of all kinds.  There are two or more departments, bureaus, and agencies covering (and charging for) every possible function of government. 

There is the actual Department of Defense run by the British Territorial Government, and then, there's "the DOD" run by the Municipal Government. And there are rivalries between these entities.  Competitions.  Snake Oil Sales.  Separate contracts with various agencies -- both foreign agencies and interagency contracts. 

This makes for a very complex mix of organizational alliances and at the same time, competitions and oppositions, as all these various groups have somewhat the same and somewhat different motivations. Wherever there is money to be made, you will find two or more of these groups in the bidding, cutting deals in the back rooms, and trying to push each other off the playing field.

My initial "intel" on this subject as it concerns Field is that the snakes in Broward County who make a lot of money off of smuggling everything from child prostitutes and white slaves to drugs to tigers to booze, cut a "deal" with Craig Sawyer, one of Field's competitors in the new burgeoning anti-trafficking movement, and that's why Broward County is picking on Field.

Well, if you have two competing groups engaged in anti-child trafficking operations, and you are Broward County, you obviously want to buy them off.  And if one of them will take the bait and the other one won't, you obviously want to make the payola flow toward the group that will work with you and attack the group that won't make a deal. 

So the Smart Money is that Field and his group of anti-child trafficking heroes wouldn't make a deal with Broward County (and behind them, the British SES involved in all this crap) to protect the Pedogate monsters, but Craig Sawyer would. 

Or maybe Craig Sawyer was simply seen as the lesser of two evils and benefited from being less competent.

Or maybe this is just more of the Standard Operating Manual for the Scumbags among us, and the Deep State is attacking Field, and blaming Craig Sawyer for it, in an attempt to destroy both at once. 

These things get complicated.  You have to be able to play 3-D chess.

What is certain is that news channels associated with Craig Sawyer's group are taking "credit" for Field's arrest.  But, that could be a set up, too. 

After all, how many infiltrators have tried to set relationships with me, so that they could blackball me by association?  Take nothing for granted.

This all gives rise to the spectacle of: (A) competition between two shadowy former-agency/former-military groups leading to harm of everyone's efforts to stop child-trafficking; (B) dirty dealing with the dirty quasi-government officials ruling as kingpins in Broward County to allow trafficking to continue in exchange for a cut of the action; (C) petty personal conflicts leading some selfish and small-minded people to betray the best interests of all concerned; (D) agreements by some parties to protect Pedogate criminals in exchange for carte blanch to prosecute lesser criminals in Broward County; (E) some mixture of all of the above.

What I can tell you for sure is that any prosecution of Field McConnell for crimes committed back in the 1970's is dirty prosecution by dirty people.

And, at the end of the Food Chain, they are high-ranking dirty people, too. 

Many men, especially pilots, get into very sticky situations in the course of their professional work.  The filthy Agencies that do the dirty work as subcontractors of the Departments of the swamp-dwelling foreign "federal government" subcontractors --- are always in need of transportation for themselves, for their agents, and for various kinds of cargo.

Just think of Han Solo and the ET bar scene in the original Star Wars movie.

And at the end of the day, it also often comes down to whether a man chooses to work for the good side or the bad side on any given issue. 

This much I can tell you--- Field McConnell is a good man in my opinion and he has never said or done anything to my knowledge that was less than squeaky clean, intelligent, and fervent.  His arrest has caused all sorts of consternation and butt covering in the so-called "Patriot Movement", but not here, not with me. 

I've been around the block long enough to know an insider "inter-agency" job when I see one.  And that is what this is and all it can be.  Pray for Field and keep the faith with him.  Don't let the rats get away with anything. Keep your attention focused and your brains engaged.  He has done enough damage to them by exposing their underbelly that this was, I suppose, inevitable.

Field himself has certainly lived under the shadow of the likely "payback" of the Deep State every day for years.  It hasn't kept him silent like so many other men who have ultimately yielded their own honor for fear of blackmailers and pedophiles and murderers. And fear hasn't kept him on the couch, either.

Instead of running away because the known criminals in Broward County brought charges against Field McConnell -- stick around and pay attention and keep the pressure on Broward County and all the Florida "officials" responsible not only for arresting Field, but for all the smuggling and trafficking and other crime that goes on in Florida. 

Remember, there's a reason they called the TV Show "Miami Vice".  And there's a reason they call Mike Pence the "Vice President", too.  My sources say that Pence already ordered an agency "hit" on Timothy Holmseth, Field's compatriot in Minnesota, who has been instrumental in exposing the Midwest child theft rings and their connection to Pedogate.

They also say that they have film of Pence doing some very, very nasty things.

So I will repeat my advice to all would-be Whistle blowers: don't stand around talking about blowing the damned whistle.  Blow it.  Now.  Get the bombs out of your hands and into the news cycle. It's time.

Anna's take on the previous announcement about a "national" call

Please cancel and make sure everyone knows that this “announcement” Dennis sent out was premature and not coordinated nor even discussed with me or anyone else.  At this point Dennis isn’t even strictly speaking a member of his own State Assembly because for reasons unknown he still has not completed his own paperwork. I think he means well, but this is a loose cannon move on his part and I want it shut down. 

I have asked him to get in direct contact with me to discuss what it is that he wants to accomplish and get help with his paperwork if he needs that.

But as things stand, he is not eligible to be Arizona State Coordinator and he has no business and no authority to set up any “National” calls related to our organizations. 

And then a later email after Dennis and Anna talked on the phone.

Well, Dennis, since we just talked, and came to an amiable understanding of what you were trying to do and why it is important to be precise about what the purpose and the name of the activity is--- in order to avoid international misunderstandings, I trust that all that is now settled. I will let Paul know and ask you to send out a second "corrected" announcement that makes it clear that this is being offered as a "State Assemblies Forum" for Coordinators and Members from the Several States to help disseminate information and provide a channel for people who have questions, to get questions answered.   That's all well and good.  Just don't want to cause any more confusion than exists already with the nomenclature!

And this was Anna's note to me after she had spoken with Dennis yesterday:

I spoke with Dennis yesterday. As suspected, his intentions were good.  He just didn’t quite understand the verbiage involved and the need to coordinate.  

Having gone over that with him, this effort is being dubbed the “State Assemblies Forum” to avoid any confusions.  The intention is to provide support to people who are isolated in places that are just now organizing their State Assemblies and need help, and to provide additional Question and Answer support. 

It is a daunting task to learn the history we were never taught in school and also quite a process to correct our political status records and then beyond that get our State Assemblies organized and functioning correctly.  I have written down guidebook-like material for the Jural Assemblies and also information about the peacekeeping functions that are traditional and common to our States, but there are additional situations and functions that arise and so—this provides another means for State Coordinators and State Citizens to connect and  support each other going forward. 

Dennis will be sending out a corrected invitation (see above) and the State Assemblies Forum will be meeting on the air twice a month for now but I suspect that it will become popular and become a weekly event over time.

Folks, Credit is Not Money

We have all had the experience of using credit “as”money.  But credit is not money.  It’s not even a “representation” of money. 

There are two basic kinds of credit— pre-paid credit and credit on trust. 

Here are some examples of pre-paid credit:

You return goods you bought to a store and instead of returning cash or back-crediting a credit card used in the initial transaction, they give you “store credit” instead. 

You pay forward on a telephone number service account —say, $100 for pre-paid phone service.  That creates a pre-paid credit on the account that you can “draw down”. 

Credit can also be extended on trust.  This is sometimes called “signature credit” whether or not a signature is involved. 

When you neighbor lends you his motor home for the weekend in exchange for you letting him use your fishing boat for a weekend next month, he is extending you credit on trust. 

When a credit card company lets you “sign for” goods or services, they are loaning you credit on trust. 

The difference is that in one case the action supporting the credit has already occurred, resulting in pre-paid credit, and in the other case, the action supporting the credit is to take place sometime in the future. 

Obviously, pre-paid credit is “substantive”.  It has already been earned. It exists. It is owed in equitable exchange for goods or labor. 

Credit on trust is merely a potentiality until it is exercised.  Once exercised it becomes a debt. 

Thus, if you have a Credit Card with a $20,000.00 limit, you owe nothing until or unless you start making charges. It remains a potential credit until you buy dinner and ten pairs of socks.  At that point, the credit becomes a debt that must be paid within certain time parameters and at interest. 

A third form of credit is Coupon Credit or Voucher Credit.  Coupons are sometimes called Gift Credit as they return a credit against a sale or action which is otherwise unearned. 

You get $1 off the retail price on a can of coffee by presenting a manufacturer’s coupon, for example.  The savings represents a gift credit.  

Vouchers are used to transfer Script Credit, as in Military Script or “Commodity Coupons”. 

Back in World War II we used both military script Vouchers and Commodity Coupons on a daily basis. 

Soldier’s pay on base installations was issued as credit-bearing script, red, blue, pink and so forth, that could be traded at base “exchanges” for whatever they and their families needed.  

This “off economy” credit system allowed our service members to function outside of and independently apart from whatever civilian economy there was. 

We still have this “P” EX system today, though our soldiers are typically paid in Federal Reserve Notes —-however, if you look closely you will see that these “Notes” continue the old colored script designations via colored seals—red, green, blue, etc.  That is, instead of the notes all being different colors, only the seals on the notes are different colors. 

Federal Reserve Notes are military script being used to substitute for both actual money which is required to have its own intrinsic commodity value, like gold, and also as a substitute for conventional bank credit. 

This military script system was adopted for use throughout the British Territorial United States in 1913 and extended to the general populace because the Scottish Commercial Corporation that fraudulently conducted business “in our name” as The United States of America (Incorporated) from 1868 to 1907, went bankrupt.

Our soldiers and their dependents were sold into slavery to international banks as collateral to support the script. 

Over time, their sacrifice was not sufficient and  the Guilty Parties responsible for this circumstance (the Brits and the Roman Pontiff) further conspired to conscript babies “found” on their non-existent “battlefield” as United States (Territorial) Citizens—- just like the members of the US Military and their Dependents. 

In this way, millions of American civilians were caught up in this “flesh for credit” scheme and military script disguised as “Federal Reserve Notes” were issued on the basis of their lifetime estimated value and their “collateral”— blood, bones, teeth, labor, etc. was amortized and securitized and bonded. 

Not only was our military betrayed, but through our military, we were “sold” into this same system of gross enslavement and “volunteered” without our knowledge or consent to serve “as” British Territorial United States Citizens and slaves of the feckless Roman Municipal Government.

This practice of deliberately misidentifying American civilians as British Territorial United States Citizens (as if we were born in Guam) and “conferring” both kinds of Federal Citizenship obligations on us had other immediate advantages for the Perpetrators. 

British Territorial United States Citizens have to obey the Constitutions, but they are owed no constitutional guarantees or protections. 

Also, they can’t  own land or fixtures in the actual States.  As “residents” and “inhabitants” of the foreign territorial and municipal districts, any land, homes, businesses, farms and other assets Americans had “back home” have to be rolled over into trusts and held for them pending their return home to the land and soil of their State of the Union. 

However, it’s hard to return if you never realize (and are never told) that you left—- and that is precisely the condition that the international bankers and governments responsible for these crimes of fraud, identity theft, and personation have left us in. 

This circumstance allowed them to seize upon our assets and create giant public trusts that they then control and operate to benefit themselves at our expense.  

They rationalize this by zealously protecting our assets from us and forcing us to pay rent via mortgages and property taxes to live in our own homes and usurious rates of interest to use credit that is actually pre-paid and which belongs to us, and by double-billing us for almost everything so that there is plenty for them to embezzle and siphon off for the Pope and the Queen and the Government of Canada and numerous others here and abroad who have benefited from this scheme. 

We are supposed to be receiving Pre-Paid Credit Vouchers whenever the IRS sends us anything, so that all we have to do is sign the Voucher and return it for “Offset Credit”. Most of us are not supposed to be paying a dime of “federal” income tax at all and in point of fact we are not in receipt of any actual federal or corporate income—nonetheless, the Popes and the Kings and the Queens and their bankers have seen fit to unleash the Inquisition on us and to collect what they call “Peter’s Pence” from us, just the same. 

Imagine how many lives have been ruined and truncated just by the horribly mismanaged “Internal Revenue Service” and “IRS” alone? 

Filthy foreign racketeers with no plausible right to even address the vast majority of Americans, they should be universally condemned together with the governments that have promoted and allowed this despicable Dark Ages racketeering to go on. 

There are Seven Grumpy Old Men responsible for this outrageous circumstance, and one extremely Grumpy Old Woman who is fortunately (for them) an advocate of the Law of Love, because otherwise She Who Must Be Obeyed would be recommending pitchforks and redefining their political status as “Porcupines”. 

Anyway, people, here and worldwide, the bankers and politicians and attorneys and a handful of crotchety generals and admirals have sold you into slavery and promoted a system of enslavement, involuntary peonage, and criminality on a scale unimaginable.  

And instead of thinking that, hey, maybe we should do the right thing before they (meaning Everyone Else) rise up and kill us (meaning them) like rats in a grain storehouse — these same men and women are instead plunging headlong into another scheme: digital money.  

A “cashless” society would leave everyone at their mercy and unable to buy or sell without the Mark of the Beast—-an RFID chip implanted in our forehead or hand.  They, the Scum of the Earth, who have bought and sold what isn’t theirs and consumed what they didn’t earn, actually think they are going to get away with this, because they are using The Bible as a script. 

I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry.  They are too goddamn stupid to think of anything original themselves. They have to pretend that Anochi had something to do with this and try to  blame Him for their own trespasses against sanity and life—-but the True God will not be mocked and the True Heirs will not be cheated. 

A few of them who are not quite so dim are making an effort to provide relief by suggesting that they make some of our own credit available to us —-what a concept! 

You would think given the magnitude of their debts owed to us that they would be talking about returning our actual assets and making the pre-paid credit we have already earned available. 

You would think.  

But wait, they still want to hold onto and control our land and soil resources through a system of allodial titles (Remember  this: Americans don’t do “titles”— none; we are Freeholders owing nothing to anyone but the True God) and they still want to claim us as British Territorial United States Citizens, and they still want to use our assets and our labor as collateral for their debts.....and they don’t want to actually give us the pre-paid credit we have already earned, they want to give us the other kind of credit we have to pay back with interest. 

That is, they are offering their victims more debt, more control, more enslavement, but this time with “willing consent” formalized in writing, absolving them of their sins, and they have the brass balls to call this a remedy and an Arbitration Award in settlement of their debts to us. 

Pitchforks are sounding better all the time.

Mr. Trump. You need to enter the actual Power Holder Office that the living people of this country meant for you to occupy and you need to bring the military bankers to a meeting with  my staff without further delay. 

The measures being proposed are not only unjustifiable, they are unnecessary —-and insane.

There is no issue more important that resisting any and all attempts to remove cash from use, refusing to be "chipped" like cattle, and boycotting any business that refuses cash payments.

Do not be fooled by any contrary arguments, and do not accept any suggestion that people who insist on preserving cash are Luddites.

The Politically Incorrect among us will still be alive and free and ----you won't, if you allow the banks and brokers to get away with a totally digital monetary system. It doesn't matter who controls such a system or what guarantees are made about its security.

Worthy Questions

I am doing correspondence today, and as I have piled through stacks of letters I have extracted questions --- and answers --- that in one form or another, keep coming up. I can respond to these queries one at a time --- or I can publish the answers and hope that everyone reads them and shares the answers.

Here's hoping ----and today's sampling:

1. When did the corporate government ever fix anything, without making something else worse?

[Never, in my experience. It's to their advantage to create new service opportunities for themselves, so they spawn new problems in order to have a never-ending roster of problems to solve --- at our expense. The condition of society as a whole continues to devolve as a result of this hidden profit motive on the part of the "government service providers".]

2. How can we possibly win against institutionalized evil?

[ ".....by my Spirit..." according to Zechariah 4:6, and no other way at all, but word of mouth never hurts. ]

3. How do you finance what you do?

[My own retirement resources and donations. This is still an all-volunteer government of the self-governing people. We receive no tax or other revenues from the Interlopers, who are also stonewalling our access to our own assets.]

4. Why do some courts use "so help me God" and others do not?

[The Municipal United States Government is a foreign theocracy run by the Holy See, so their courts use this phrase despite our government's Separation of Church and State.]

5. I am confused by what is "public" and what is "private" and things like "Public Notary" versus "Notary Public"?

[What you are seeing is the mirror image effect of what they have done with our government. Our public courts have been unlawfully converted into private courts, ditto all the "offices" which appear to be public, but are in fact, private corporate offices. We are now engaged in a "lawful conversion" of these corporations and reversing the so-called "privatization" of our government. Obviously, a Public Notary is a Public Office, but a "Notary Public" is a private, corporate office. Notaries can and do function in either capacity, depending on how you set up the paperwork.]

6. We have a few Justices of the Peace here and in the surrounding Counties, and they are waking up. What can we do to help them?

[After everyone concerned has Declared and given Public Notice of their proper political status, you can all pitch in and provide the JPs with real courts again. Form and join your State Assemblies, which will automatically also fill your County Assemblies and Jury Pools. Your JP's need Clerks and Bail Bondsmen, Secretarial help, competent Coroners, Court Deputies and fully empowered Public Notaries. There's a lot of research to be done and a lot of volunteer positions to be filled. They would also appreciate donated office space and secure storage for court records. I am sure that every JP in this country will appreciate the support and assistance and will repay you by providing a viable option to the foreign court systems.]

7. The only State Government I know of is the State of State Government. I notice there are only a few things that simply say, "State". Everything else is State of State, like State of California. Why?

[Our States are populated by State Citizens, but we have been mis-identified as Federal Citizens, instead.

This results in our States being "vacated" and that in turn leaves them (and us) at the mercy of foreign Territorial and Municipal business organizations doing business as "States of States" ---as you have observed. We are supposed to be operating our own State of State, for example, The State of California, but have not done so since the Civil War. That is all part of the Reconstruction that has never been completed.

So, until we do our job and "repopulate" our States and assemble our States and then "reconstruct" the actual American States of State we are owed---the actual State, for example, Georgia, exists as a State Trust doing business as "Georgia State". We continue to have State Office Buildings and State Courts and State Colleges, etc., that are purchased "for" us, and the Legislatures continue to wear two hats --- passing occasional General Session Laws for the State Trust, and otherwise passing statutory laws for the State of State.

As the years have passed and public awareness has waned, the Territorial State of State organizations and the Roman Municipal STATE OF STATE organizations which should not properly exist in this country, have become predatory and have acted in Breach of Trust with respect to our States. I suppose they thought that after a hundred and fifty years of this train wreck, nobody would notice, but we have at long last.

We are fully competent and enabled to declare our political status, operate our States, our Courts, and everything else. We simply have to wake up and do it. So that's why you see "State of State" instead of "State" and that is also why you will increasingly see "State" organizations in operation as we reclaim our lawful government and boot up again after this long hiatus.]

8. Why do people blame you for what happens to them, when they don't follow your advice?

[I suppose it is a variation of accusing others of what you do yourself, or as the English describe it, "the pot calling the kettle black". What happened with the Colorado Nine is a good example.

I had been working with them to reclaim their birthright political status and to resurrect their proper State Government, rebuild the State and County Courts, etc., as described above, but a fast-talking federal insurance agent named Michael R. Hamilton gained their confidence and misled them. They took his advice, not mine, and got in trouble, yet some people continue to blame me for these unfortunate results.

I still get blamed for Michael R. Hamilton's dirty work and for the Colorado Nine's failure to listen to me. Go figure, again. Read Article 484, on my website, www.annavonreitz.com, which was published at the time and which gives a blow-by-blow of what actually went on and what I actually advised.

Let me make this eternally clear --- I provide water. The "horses" have to drink it to get any benefit or protection from it. They have to learn what I teach, understand the history and the law, and consistently conduct their business accordingly---- or they will get into trouble. And I can't help that.

Unfortunately, too, many people only start searching for answers after they have gotten themselves tangled up in the Federale's web, and are thoroughly enmeshed. Depending on the circumstance and issues, it can be very difficult to make these foreign courts let go of a victim, especially if the victim does not have a clear and consistent vision of their own identity, standing, and source of authority.

A great many Americans waver back and forth across jurisdictional lines like drunken sailors, write great lengthy complex screeds where they mix two or more jurisdictions without comment, and provide these foreign courts with ample evidence that they don't really know who they are or what they are doing --- at which point, it is easy for the foreign courts to justify a finding that these men and women are "incompetent", appoint Public Defenders, and take other actions detrimental to the victims.

Until we clean up our act, it is very difficult to force them to clean up theirs.

It also bears repeating that if you are already in the midst of a Foreclosure, a traffic case, or some other "personal" altercation, and you declare your correct political status in the midst of it, the action is not, generally speaking, retroactive. This is because your political status has already been misidentified as that of a Federal Citizen, beginning with the issuance of a Territorial or Municipal Birth Certificate "in your name", and you are presumed to have been acting in that political status at the time you signed the mortgage or got into the fender bender or whatever else you're dealing with.

So, no, declaring your proper birthright political status is not a Silver Bullet. It's only the beginning, the foundation stone of your proper identification, and the first necessary condition required for you and your countrymen to be able to enforce the constitutional guarantees and enjoy the lawful government you are heir to. Once declared as an American State National, you can, of course, sue to get the whole record corrected---but that is another whole battle to be fought.

The best circumstance is to declare your political status as an American State National and give Public Notice before you get into any trouble at all that can be drawn into the foreign courts. And do the same for your children. Declare them to be American State Nationals from the outset of their lives and avoid the whole issue of any "presumed" foreign political status.]

9. I looked it up. You're right. A "license" is permission to do something that is otherwise illegal. Why would I need a license to get married or drive?

[You don't. They do. Remember that Federal Citizens are living in a different political status and in a different jurisdiction of the law: statutory law. You are, if you have reclaimed your birthright political status, operating as one of the people of this country. They are operating as foreign "persons", under foreign law pertaining to such persons.

When your parents failed to come forward and declare your parentage and political status, Federal Employees operating State of State franchises and agency-level "bureaus" -----"claimed" you as a British Territorial United States Citizen. So, they falsified the records, issued a new corporate "franchise" operating "in your name", and subjected you to their foreign territorial law.

Worse than that, the Municipal United States Government purchased an interest in this new territorial corporation franchise named after you, and that all gave rise to the presumption that "you" are a Dual Citizen----and both Federal citizenship obligations are foreign, both subject to different foreign laws.

Municipal citizens of "the" United States, are, for the most part --- slaves.

Municipal citizens were subjected to marriage licensing soon after the Civil War. The fear was that freed plantation slaves would breed like rabbits and give rise to insupportable welfare burdens, so impediments to marriage --- marriage licenses --- were imposed on Colored People.

That's the ugly history of marriage licensing and the essence of the Municipal Government's demand that you obtain a Marriage License, so that they can claim an interest in your relationship and "the products thereof" ---- your children, and thereby control your familial and marital relationships, divorce settlements, and so on.

Marriage licensing is a hideous practice from the Dark Ages--- like much of what the Municipal United States Government practices and does. It has, for example, continued to practice slavery and peonage and has institutionalized these venal practices for almost a hundred years after these practices were outlawed worldwide (1926). The Roman Catholic Church and the Roman Pontiff (or whatever other name by which they now call him) is responsible for this, together with the members of "the" UNITED STATES CONGRESS.

All I can say is --- go get 'em. Nail them down. Expose them. Let everyone on Earth know what they have done here to people that they are actually obligated to serve and protect.

Marriage licensing unlawfully converts what is meant to be a sacred covenant into a business relationship, with the Municipal Government functioning as a Silent Partner.

Federal citizens are also required to obtain Driver Licenses when they operate Motor Vehicles on the public roads for private profit. You are supposed to know whether or not you are either kind of Federal citizen, and whether or not you are operating a business of that kind and also whether or not you are operating a "motor vehicle" ----and you are expected to act accordingly.

As with marriage licensing, this is a self-regulating system of "legal presumption".

Why would you apply for a Marriage License if you are not a Municipal citizen of "the" United States, not a Colored Person, and not required to have one?

Why would you apply for a Driver License if you are not engaged in commercial business activities employing a motor vehicle for profit?

Why would you sign up for Social Security if you are not a federal employee of some kind or a poor Pauper seeking welfare benefits?

Why would you ever act as a volunteer "Withholding Agent" and sign a 1040 Form, if you were not knowingly acting as a federal franchise corporation and accruing corporate profit--- that is, "federal income"?

Would you do any of these things if you were not a Federal citizen of some sort and obligated to do so?

Obviously, not. And so, the foreign "federal" courts, both Territorial and Municipal, provide themselves with a basis for making "legal presumptions" about you and your obligations based on what you, yourself, do.

Similarly, why would you accept a mortgage and agree to pay the debts of a foreign corporation, if you are not acting as a franchisee/shareholder of that corporation?

By various means of restraint of trade, coercion, and abuse of public trust, these foreign business entities have been operating under color of law and have contrived to entrap millions of Americans into inappropriate and profoundly damaging commercial contracts and undisclosed obligations.

You are never given any full disclosure about any of these practices or demands, or the resulting adhesion contracts, and you are regularly coerced and induced and misinformed by undeclared Federal Agents, all acting under color of law, telling you that you "have to" have a Social Security Number, "have to" sign up for Selective Service, "have to" have a Marriage License, and so on.

This is only true if you actually happen to be a Federal Citizen of one stripe or another.

This is just part of what we and our American Government now need to address with our "Federal" Subcontractors. ]

Declare and record your birthright political status, join your State Assembly, and get moving. Your children and your country are depending on you to wake up and take action.
