One of the chief obnoxious behaviors of our British Territorial United States "service providers" is to convert our names into their labels. They do this to their own people and they have been sneaking around doing it to us, too.

Then get on your broomsticks and fly in the faces of the members of the Territorial United States Congress and the Territorial State of State Governors and tell them exactly what you think of this system and also what you think of them for promoting it and allowing it to exist on our soil. When dealing with the Federales it is important to remember that all their forms and all their communications are written from their perspective. Thus, when they say "domestic" they are talking about "domestic" with respect to them and their jurisdiction. We are "non-domestic" and "alien" with respect to them.
This results in some very odd ways of referring to us in their Federal Code --- for example, calling us "non-resident aliens" in the Tax Code. They are saying that you are not naturally within their jurisdiction. You don't live in their territory and are foreign with respect to them.
The same applies with courts and juries. They, strictly speaking, have no ability or reason to address you unless you are a Federal employee or dependent. They cannot provide a jury of your peers and have no right to subject you to any of their statutory laws or codes, unless you trespass upon their turf---and what constitutes their turf is highly arguable.

Tuesday morning, June 12, 2018, between the hours of 0330 and 0430 Arizona time, a Border Patrol Agent in the Tucson Sector was ambushed and shot repeatedly. He survived the ambush only because he was wearing rifle plates that protected his torso. As Breitbart reported:

I remember watching those two Marines unconsciously falling into marching cadence as they swung down our long driveway to their car and saying to my Father, “Those guys are real boneheads.”
Here's still more proof that Bob and Larry don't know what is going on and have been beating me about the head and neck for "proof" and then ignoring the facts when I give it to them.
I suppose there will be something "suspect" about my "sources"---- nobody should believe official documents from the North Carolina Legislature, right?
Being born on June 6 is always an odd mix of solemn memorial to the invasion of Normandy during World War II on this day 74 years ago, remembrance of JFK, also born on June 6, and the silliness that often accompanies my celebrations on this same day.
This morning, before eight, I got a phone call from friends doing a group sing of the Happy Birthday Song.... as I held the phone receiver out away from my ear, the dogs were softly howling and I had a mental picture of my friend, Cindy, seated in the passenger seat of the family car trying to put on her mascara on her way to work and singing the "Happy Birthday Song" at the same time.....
My glory truly is and has always been having such friends.... and howling dogs, of course. If past experience is any teacher, there will be several such incidents today and the dogs will get in their choir practice.
We are consumers of all the "services" of all these incorporated public-private "governmental service providers".
As consumers we have a different role than to meekly obey and accept whatever they provide.
How would you react if a restaurant served you rotten food and charged twice the price published on their menu? Hmmm?
What if they advertised a movie and sold tickets to it, and then showed a completely different movie? One you didn't like or want to see? What would you do then?
The scam artist’s goal is always to create some kind of confusion, and then to profit from it in some way.
It could be to confuse your identity literally, so as to steal it. (No, your Honor, that’s John M. Doe, he’s a British Citizen, not John M. Doe, the noted American national.)
It could be to confuse the capacity in which you are acting, so as to bring false accusations against you. (But your Honor, he’s a licensed Commercial Vehicle Driver, not a private man merely going to the grocery store.)
It could be simply to confuse the public, and so delay action on pressing matters of state. (We don’t really know what color the sky is….sometimes it’s blue, but sometimes it’s grey or white or even black and we don’t know what to do as a result. Best to sit on it and wait.)
The modus operandi is always the same: create a confusion or problem, and then steer toward whatever result you want to come out of that confusion or problem.
You will all remember that Larry Becraft sent out a screed last week or so, in which he claimed that Rod Class was lying and that the issues in North Carolina never meant anything and were just ignorant dismissed cases that Rod Class pursued and then blew out of proportion. I disagreed and then Larry and his Boy Robin, Bob Hurt, jumped all over me, and tried to discredit me, too.
Larry even went so far as to try to put words in my mouth (a legal specialty) and present false information (for the second time) that I made arguments that in fact I never voiced at all, thereby setting up a false argument and premise for himself that he then proceeded to pursue as if it were real and as if it had anything to do with me and anything I ever thought or said.
LOL.
Anyway, for all of those who have been confused by the lawyer crappola--- here's what North Carolina says, in Rod's favorite phrase, black ink on white paper, and in my favorite phrase --- from the horse's mouth, via one of our researchers---quote:

But a closer examination shows that Bob is suffering from delusional dysfunction.
What I am telling him --- and what the public records are telling him --- doesn't jive with what he has been taught and what he assumes to be true, so he is in what we popularly call "denial". He doesn't know why he doesn't believe me. He can't tell you what is wrong about my reference material or my approach --- which is to let you read it all for yourself. He just doesn't believe me.
He isn't alone.
He is also a member of the law enforcement community, which adds an extra layer of misconception. The roots of that misunderstanding have been carefully bred by the Masters who use the police and military as both fodder and guard dogs.
Bob also seems to assume that I am the only one bringing forward this information--- and that isn't so, either. Not by a long shot.

The most prevalent oxymoron I run into is "sovereign citizen" which is an impossibility and contradiction because one cannot be both at the same time. One can act as a "citizen" or one can act as a "sovereign" but never the twain meet.
As egregious and common as the "sovereign citizen" oxymoron is, and as prevalent and as ignorant as its use is by government attorneys and press agents, I am finding an even worse example of insanity and internal contradiction rising to the surface of the vast sea of popular ignorance and misconception: "secular religion".
Anyone, even a blind rat clutching a threadbare rope over a thousand foot chasm, should be able to recognize "secular religion" as an impossibility and contradiction.
It is, however, being applied with some fervor and success to the ridiculous practices and sophomoric norms of another oxymoron addition to popular culture--- "political correctness", and most recently to "racial sensitivity".
As if anything "political" could ever be "correct"? As if anything "secular" could be "religious"? As if anyone or anything possessing "racial" characteristics could be "insensitive"?
