Please note, this is a response to a specific blog post but applies all across the board to everyone saying and thinking that I am a "Vatican Agent" and all the rest of the disinformation floating around in cyberspace these days.

All this fraud began in the Middle Ages and with the ignorance of people at that time.  They thought the afterbirth was a horribly mis-shapen baby, a "monster" they called a "human"---- so they developed this whole superstitious practice of naming it after the living baby and baptizing it and giving it Last Rites and providing it with a Christian burial, etc., etc..  That is how it started, the history of it, and it is firmly recorded in the Summa Theologica so that is the truth of the genesis of the whole practice revealed--- but this is 2017.  We know what the "afterbirth" is.  There is no excuse on this planet for continuing any of those practices or presumptions.  

Another big fraud that we are still living with is "Peter's Pence" --- a tax imposed by the Medieval Church to pay for the expense of the Crusades which was levied on the income of parishioners and collected by the Inquisition every April 15.

I keep getting questions from people who have sent back their endorsed Birth Certificates to the Secretary of the Treasury and their Form 56 and instructions, etc., and they are asking me---- now what?  

Step Two:  You have to do the expatriation and the revocation of Voter Registration, too.  

This is a double-whammy trap they have created---- both Municipal "citizenship" and Territorial "Citizenship" have to be renounced.  

Returning the BC to the Secretary of the Treasury "surrenders" the "criminal" PERSON back whence "he" came and cashiers the MUNICIPAL "citizen"---- now you still have to deal with the Territorial Citizen---- the presumed Foreign Situs Trust operating under your Upper and Lower Case name.  

Your name in the form "John Michael Doe" is a Trade Name when domiciled on the land, and a Foreign Situs Trust when domiciled on the sea.  You have assumed all your life that you are acting on the land and are a landsman, but thanks to the surreptitious corruption and falsification of the public records which your Mother unknowingly signed at the hospital, you have been mis-identified as a orphaned, fatherless child donated to the "State of........." organization, which is a foreign corporation operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea.

The "Federal Reserve" is Only The Whipping Boy

Back in the days of overt slavery there was a peculiar practice called the "whipping boy". When the Master of the Plantation did something bad, something worthy of whipping, he simply called his "whipping boy" and the unfortunate slave took the beating that the Master deserved. 

This caused righteous indignation on the part of the slave and did nothing to improve the behavior or moral character of the "Master".

It is the same with the Federal Reserve.  They were de-fanged and and mastered long ago and only exist as a repository bank and store front for the Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF) not be be confused with the Economic Security Fund --- also "ESF".

The World Bank signed accords under the auspices of the "Committee of 300" distributing the "Spiritual White Boy" accounts in 2012, in response to foreclosure of their various organizations by the Paradigm Project. Retired Means Retired!

Once you are "retired" you are retired and that is that. You are owed your pension and health insurance from "the government" corporation in the same way that you would be owed your pension and health insurance from IBM or Walmart or REI.  

You do not have any further obligation to the corporation. You can live wherever in whatever jurisdiction you wish. You simply have to make a choice --- freedom or continued slavery?   Having made that choice, you inform the State Secretary of State that you are retiring from any presumption of United States Citizenship or enfranchisement and are returning to your natural birthright status. 

You don't lose anything, you simply change your political status.  You "surrender" the Municipal PERSON created by the Birth Certificate back to the Secretary of the Treasury, you rescind your "Voter Registration" and you record the simple Improved Act of Expatriation that also covers your domicile and your allegiance to the land jurisdiction state.   You inform your bank that your account is a private account and all funds transferred and deposited must be denominated as lawful money.  You put a label "Retired Not for Hire" on the back of your drivers license.  You buy "forever tags" for your license plates and "unregister" your car.

The "UN", Swamp Draining, and Today's Situation Report

The UN is not the United Nations, in the same way that the UNITED STATES is not the United States.

By the fall of 1943 the Vichy French government knew the jig was up.  Herr Hitler's plan to borrow all he could from the Jews of Europe and then murder his priority creditors wasn't working out so well.  So the Vichy began quietly moving their own ill-gotten gains to Switzerland and not a small number of the vermin paid off Swiss officials to become Swiss citizens.  Some of these characters and their friends even took over de facto ownership of certain Swiss banks where they deposited the wealth they pillaged from their neighbors and from the dead. 

Against this general backdrop two corporations were formed in France, one was called the UN Corporation, and the other was the IMF. Both the UN Corp and the IMF were spooled up by the same group of Rothschild-Rockefeller-Railroad Baron and Big Oil interests.  This version of "UN" was and is a privately held commercial corporation created some years before the actual United Nations charter was signed. 

Thoughts About Kings and Brothers

The problem with kings is that they are men and men vary widely in their characters and abilities, so that one may be a perfectly good king and another, even his own son, a disaster.

Witness the Hebrew's experience. They demanded a king, so God told Samuel--- it's a bad idea, but if that's what you want, have Saul for a king. 

And yes, it was a bad idea. Years of war and bloodshed and tragedy and all sorts of scandal and nastiness, even madness at the end----- and finally, the people had the great King David, who was a good, brave, and talented man, but also deeply flawed, and then his son, Solomon, the "wisest" king ever, and yet, he fell away and worshiped idols and accepted all the nastiness of Babylonian religious practices.

The plain fact is that men are not -- generally speaking --- able or willing or wise enough to govern themselves, so what realistic hope is there that they will be able to wisely govern others?

A Reply to "One Who Knows"---- And Apparently Knows Nothing

I have been contacted by over a hundred people who are being presented with huge out of the blue "tax" bills after they have already paid their property taxes for the year.  These bills typically come with "Notices" --- either "Notices of Power to Sell" or "Notices of Intent to Sell".   These Notices can be hand-delivered by process servers or they can come in the mail addressed to whatever name the victim has on their property deed.  The gist of the message is always the same.  Pay this humongous amount by such and such a date, or the county or the state is going to sell your home out from under you and evict you.
Does this sound logical?  No, it doesn't.  The only way it makes sense is if you know that the UNITED STATES is a corporation with all sorts of supposed "franchises" and that it is being liquidated along with its franchises to pay off $20 trillion in debt.   It still doesn't make any sense until you also realize that you have been "enfranchised" in a way you never expected, and that YOUR NAME is a franchise of the UNITED STATES, INC. just like a Dairy Queen franchise.
Are you so clueless and behind the times that you don't believe that the UNITED STATES is a corporation like any other corporation?

"Power to Sell" -- The Latest Land Grab

All over the country alarmed homeowners and landowners are getting unexpected demands to pay large amounts of taxes that they never heard about.  These bills appear out of the blue, usually with a "Notice of Power to Sell". 

What is happening is that the UNITED STATES, INC. is in liquidation.  That means that the STATE OF IDAHO is in liquidation.  So is CRAWFORD COUNTY.  So is JOHN MICHAEL DOE.  These are all franchises of the UNITED STATES, INC., so they are all being liquidated, too. 

The bankruptcy trustees are going around and trying to settle the debts of CRAWFORD COUNTY by  taxing or selling off property belonging to franchisees like JOHN MICHAEL DOE who happen to have property in CRAWFORD COUNTY for the benefit of Secondary Creditors to the bankruptcy liquidation. 

They are able to do this because they are trying to claim that the whereabouts of the actual owners and their identities are unknown, so that the property is abandoned.

It is the day on which the Holy Ghost descended in the form of fiery tongues, upon the apostles and disciples, who with Mary, the Mother of Jesus, were assembled in prayer in a house at Jerusalem. (Acts II.)

Why is this day called Pentecost?

The word "Pentecost" is taken from the Greek, and signifies fifty. As St. Jerome explains it, this was the last of the fifty days, commencing with Easter, which the early Christians celebrated as days of rejoicing at the resurrection of the Lord.

Why is this day observed so solemnly?

Because on this day the Holy Ghost, having descended upon the apostles, the law of grace, of purification from sin, and the sanctification of mankind, was for the first time announced to the world; because on this day the apostles, being filled with the Holy Ghost, commenced the work of purifying and sanctifying mankind, by baptizing three thousand persons who were converted by the sermon of St. Peter; and because on this day the Church of Jesus became visible as a community to the world, and publicly professed her faith in her crucified Saviour.

Facts of Love

A few months ago a friend announced he was engaged.  He was so happy!  He smiled with every cell.  I was happy for him.  

Yesterday, I had cause to talk to him again and found him in despair.  

He had had some fairly serious (but far from "despair" meriting) financial set-backs and vexations related to housing issues for himself and his fiancee.  As a result, she decided that he wasn't a good enough provider for her and she went looking for another mate, all without telling him.   

She was, apparently, keeping him on a string in case her new business deal fell through.  And in the meantime she gave him Hell for not being rich enough, young enough, strong enough, blah, blah, blah.   

I just shook my head.

It's Spring. Look at the Garden....

Our Creator loves diversity. He loves all the differences.

What is this craziness that people have, when they think and apparently believe, that one man is less than another because his skin is black?

Apologists

I am sitting at my desk in tears.  I have been laughing until it hurts.  The same people who were calling me a "Vatican Agent" last week are calling me a "Muslim Apologist" now.  How droll! 

I am an apologist.  My Master was an apologist, too: "Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do." 

Under the circumstance, apologizing to and for everyone--including myself--- seems like a uniquely appropriate thing to do. 

I apologize for all those who have been lied to, and so, have been manipulated and misled and committed terrible sins and crimes as a result.  I apologize for all those who have been forced by circumstance and coercion to do things they didn't want to do.  I apologize for those who are simply ignorant, who don't know that what they are saying, doing, or thinking is evil.  I apologize for us all, including myself.  

Christians Who Hate

I have received a lot of backlash from my article explaining that "Christian" Kings hired Jews to practice usury against Christians to make a buck.  Even faced with the present government and its activities, there are some  who want to argue the point and can't believe that their kings and queens would do any such nasty, dishonorable, small-minded, money-grubbing thing----even though these are the ancestors of the same people who have stolen your identity, transformed "you" into a commodity to be traded like pounds of butter, and taken the profit of it for themselves.

Anyone who looks into the history of usury for the past thousand years will have no trouble unearthing the unsavory facts about both the Church and the State gleefully employing and yes, coercing Jews, to commit usury against Christians for profit.

There have also been numerous people on my website and sending me emails making hate-filled statements against Muslims and the Koran.

It must give the enemies of all people everywhere great glee to launch yet another Bogey Man and watch all the weak-minded among us swallow their propaganda hook line and sinker, and start parroting it as gospel.

As the Bible recounts, the Ten Tribes of Israelites making up the Northern Kingdom were conquered and taken into slavery in Assyria.  Years later they were set free and began their long Westward trek in waves of tribal migrations and assimilations. Except for the sea-going Tribe of Dan which traveled mostly (but not entirely) from the Levant to Asia Minor, North Africa, and Rome westward by sea, all the Israelites moved westward in stops and starts overland.

These "Israelites" were devotees of the Sumerian and Babylonian gods and goddesses and followed their Satanic practices, which is how and why they were allowed to be conquered by the Assyrians in the first place.  These ten tribes are what Jacob lost in his wrestling match with Satan and how he became crippled.  They are ethnically related to the Tribe of Judah, that is, to the Jews---- but they haven't followed Judaism as a religion since circa 800 B.C.

Why is it that 2800 years later this "news" still hasn't hit home in mainstream Europe or America?

When You Deal With the Federales -- Either Territorial or Municipal

When you are reading publications put out by either the Territorial or the Municipal United States, you have to read them from the perspective of those issuing the publications and those for whom the publications are intended--- not your own.

Thus, when you read about "non-resident aliens" in IRS Code, realize that from THEIR perspective and the perspective of their "States of States" and their "citizens", you are a non-resident alien. 

From your perspective, they are the agents of the foreign Territorial United States or the foreign Municipal United States and they are the "aliens" with respect to you and your states of the Union--- but if it is their paperwork, it is always pitched from their perspective and most often addressed to their own "citizens" only. 

The Forensic* Wolf

Seventeen years ago I was a whistleblower concerning the theft (or “diversion” for those that believe in bureaucrats and tooth fairies) of $45 to 60 Million in two years (1995 & 1996) by US Fish and Wildlife Service bureaucrats from Excise Taxes that, according to law, could only be spent by State fish and Wildlife Agencies for State fish and wildlife management programs for human benefits.  The stolen funds were used by federal bureaucrats to capture, import and release Canadian wolves into Yellowstone from which they spread throughout the NW US and to open an office in California – two things that the US Congress had refused to either authorize or fund.  Funds not used for these two purposes were used to increase bonus payouts to select top bureaucrats to essentially “look the other way”.  How do we know this?  General Accounting Office Accountant Auditors submitted a Forensic* Audit Report to the Chairman of the US House of Representatives’ Natural Resources Committee detailing the receipt, diversion and use of the stolen funding to federal illicit purposes from the fish and  wildlife benefits generated by state wildlife agencies. 

In other words; wildlife and fishery management in every state was diminished to benefit illegal actions by federal bureaucrats (releasing wolves with no state permission) to ultimately create a situation that:

Lately, the alternative news world has been awash with talk about "Human Rights" and "Natural Law" and quite a number of people have been misled about this and are parroting it as the Next Great Thing.  In fact, it is old as the hills and nothing you want to be involved in, much less subjected to.  Let me explain.....and bear with me. 

Bankers and lawyers don't like the Ten Commandments, the Bible, or the Land Law that goes with it.  They may individually subscribe to Christianity, Judaism, or Islam --- all of which are supposed to function under the Law of Moses --- but for very practical reasons they want to waffle and weasel around the requirements of Land Law when it comes to business dealings.

Land Law doesn't allow binding contracts.  It respects the Law of Free Will.  It forbids usury and insurance.  And it is frustratingly local and subjective in nature.

Bank Update

To understand what  American States and Nations Bank is, you have to understand the difference between commerce and trade.

Trade is business between unincorporated businesses and people.

Commerce is business between incorporated businesses.

Of course, unincorporated businesses can do business with incorporated businesses in the realm of international trade.

American state nationals naturally function on the land jurisdiction and participate in trade. They and their Mom and Pop businesses and even their larger more substantial private businesses all participate in trade.

When they step across the state (national) border they engage in international trade. Strange to tell, when someone from Georgia sells a car to someone in Florida, they are engaged in international trade. This is because each state is a nation.

When Porcupine and Sons, a local unincorporated family-owned sawmill in Three Pines, Georgia, sells a shipment of flat-sawn pine flooring to MacKenzie Restoration Design, Inc. located in Princeton, New Jersey, they are engaged in international trade.

Me selling ten raspberry bushes to my next door neighbor? That is intra-state trade.

Me selling the same ten raspberry bushes to someone in Oregon? That is international trade. (Why?

Dear Lucretia --- Mortgage Relief -- and The Rest of the Story

This was written to an actual Federal Dependent, not someone who is asserting their American State National or State Citizen political status, and also at a point in time when the door was closing on claims against the UNITED STATES, INC., so this does not apply now nor does it apply for non-Federal people.

Dear Lucretia, 

The federal government has claimed that you were a federal government employee throughout your working life, but once you retire, you retire----and you are owed your pension and your freedom from any further presumption of federal obligation or employment.  

You simply send a letter to the State Secretary of State and inform him or her that you have retired and have returned to your birth right political status as an American state national.  They owe you your retirement just like any other big corporation owes its employee pensions. 

If you are like my Mother and offended that she was ever considered to be---or tricked into serving as---- a federal citizen at all, you can express your ire, too. It's time these "public servants" got a wake up call.  

If you have children, this is a good time to repent of the mistakes that so many of us where misled or forced to make when we misidentified our children as "US citizens" and unwittingly "enrolled" them as such at the hospital when they were born.  My Mother provided a sworn testament that she recorded in the public record, stating that she had been confused by the similar jargon and that the only "United States" we ever were part of was the fifty states of the Union.  I recommend that all Mothers do this for their children.  I have done it for my son.

If you actually worked for the federal government the portion of your pension that is based on federal employment is taxable, but if like so many of us, you never actually worked for the federal government or only served in the military for a couple years, etc., so that the amount of pension money from actual federal employment is negligible, you are eligible to claim your exemption from federal income taxes.  You send a Letter of Revocation of Election to the Commissioners of both the IRS and the Internal Revenue Service and tell them that you revoke your election to pay federal income taxes beginning with October the first of last year or any prior year you choose.  

Get Your Bearings -- in One Paragraph

Robinson Crusoe gets stuck on a desert island.  The courts presume he is "dead" and turn over his estate to his local government because he died intestate with no next of kin.  The local government goes hog wild and spends against his estate until they can borrow no more.  At the last minute. Robinson comes home and says, "What the ____???"  That is where we are, folks.

Memorial Day 2017 --

Very early in the morning, before the sun was above the horizon and while the world was still wet with dew, my Grandmother or Mother would come shake my shoulder to wake me.  There was always a silent sense of urgency in the air on Memorial Day, as if we had an appointment and couldn’t be late.

Then it was out into the cool damp morning, into the woodlots and pastures and gardens to gather armloads of the flowers that bloom this time of year: sweet-smelling Bearded German Iris, Blue Flags, peonies, and early roses, white and pink and lavender and deep purple lilacs and Bridal Wreath and ivy and rosemary and other herbs.  We’d carry them home through the dawn light in shiny tin buckets and into the farmhouse kitchen, where we would sort it all out and make individual bouquets. 

Purple Iris for Grandpa’s grave, peonies and roses for Aunts long dead, lilacs and roses for Cousin Pearl Marie-- and so it went, remembering each one and choosing the flowers just for them.  By eight o’clock we’d joined the throngs of other families threading our ways through the cemetery rows and among the moldering stones, mostly quiet as we stabbed the wire prongs of the green metal flower vases into the ground, but sometimes there would be the odd sound of someone laughing or a child chattering too loud.

I just want to say thank you to all of those who read these lines and those who stop to pray for our country and those who send money to help our cause and keep gas in the car and ink on the pages. It wouldn't be possible without all of you pulling along beside us from every corner of America. 

William Gilbert B. --- I don't have a way to get hold of you, but I sent you a present that should be waiting for you at General Delivery.  Hope someone there has presence of mind enough to flag you down. 

Victor L. -- I am fine, just working my tail off and suffering my usual seasonal allergies, so not quite as feisty as normal.

Jack and Phyllis -- Old friends are the dearest.  We have come a long way together and continue on, come what may.  Hugs across the miles....

religions are Judaism, Christianity and Islam. All three religions are based upon monotheism,
meaning belief in only one god. Islam's god is Allah and Muhammad was his prophet
Contrary to what some liberal apologists now tell us, the Christian and Muslim gods are not one
and the same. Islam's equivalent of the Christian Bible is the Qur'an, also referred to as the
Koran. Islam's traditional capitol is Mecca, located in present-day Saudi Arabia. At least once in
his life, every Muslim is expected to make a pilgrimage to Mecca.

Update on Cookie and Three Law Suits

Many thanks to all who have been sending love and prayers and donations for my Paralegal friend, Cookie. She was stricken with mysterious maladies that seemed to indicate heart failure and/or kidney failure and so, has had to undergo a lot of tests.

This evening she updated me. She had a severe misalignment in her spine between her shoulder blades (no doubt the result of years spent pouring over dusty books in dimly lit rooms, perched on tall stools) and that was causing a lot of problems because the nerves route through that area to the heart. So that is being adjusted by expert medical chiropractors and she is already experiencing significant relief.

She also has apparently developed a mid-life allergy to MSG which is being added to all processed food under the euphemism "natural preservatives". MSG makes food taste better, but it is also a poison capable of passing the brain-blood barrier, affecting short term memory, balance, and critical thinking skills. No more processed food is apparently the only cure.

Templar Treaties

Dear President Trump and Attorney General Sessions:

This may be helpful to resolve--- both in terms of coming to a peaceful resolution of our intergovernmental understandings, and in terms of getting the court system in this country working as it should again.  A country without justice and without an honest court system can never be great again, so let’s start there.

Back in 1994 this information passed over my desk and when a friend mentioned it to me this morning, I had reason to recall it and paw through the archives to find the 1994 US Government Manual, at page 390, where it says that the Attorney General is the permanent representative of INTERPOL, and the Secretary of Treasury is the alternate member.

Under Article 30 of the INTERPOL constitution, these individuals must expatriate their citizenship. They serve no allegiance to the United States of America.

So, Mr. Sessions, where is your FARA registration lodged?  And who are you working for now?  And under what authority? Presumably all the “state of state” Attorney General franchises are under the same authority?  And also have their Foreign Agents Registration on file somewhere?
