Numerous parties have received paperwork from the St. Crown Exchange but they didn't pass it through the editing process so their were some important clerical errors that need correction and still a small amount of software development.
Please, everyone be patient. The portals are being prepared and the nationalization process is underway along with other major reorganizations and legal/lawful processes.
We are all moving as fast as humanly possible and our staffing is unimaginably thin in some sectors.
I will be head hunting through the Assemblies looking for volunteers who can jump into Federation service with minimal training. This then causes a continuing need for more volunteers at the State and County levels and training for them....
As I have often commented about funding for this operation --- we grow, and as we grow we need more donations. It's the same thing with volunteer power -- as we grow more people are needed and the range of skills needed expands.
Keep both those thoughts in mind as we go forward. Remember that the States will be funded before the Federation, so those who manning the front lines in the international jurisdiction are the last to be funded. Read that: Granna, Harold, Shannon and the rest of the crews are figuratively speaking (and sometimes literally, too) going hungry to bed with no prospect of immediate relief.
We have several fairly desperate Federation volunteer situations nationwide -- people who have been targeted, health situations, and just plain bad luck afflicting research teams and outriders. We will survive it, but be aware that those who are serving are suffering.
