Powerful challenge to Commerce Clause - Firearms Freedom Act

How powerful has the Firearms Freedom Act become since it's passage through the Montana Legislature, and what are the ramifications for "putting the federal government back in it's box", that box being the true meaning of the US Constitution.

To see how pervasive this concept has become nationwide since it's invention by Gary Marbut, just read a couple of articles. The first is in the Wall Street Journal date July 14th, 2011 and showing the overall concept and progression of this challenge to the faulty commerce clause "interpretation" in the 1942 Wickard vs Filburn case. You can bet that if the Wall Street Journal is publishing articles like this the other side is feeling their power being threatened.

I think some of the comments in the comments section are constructive but some show a dreadful lack of knowledge of the original intent of the US Constitution. I could not make the video play but I have it on good authority that it's somewhat tainted by influences from outside our country.

There are many groups and law firms involved in this action, and it is having a pronounced effect nation wide.
See all the recent activiy on the right side of this page.

A partial list of those who have joined in this action is as follows:

Weapons Collectors Society of Montana
Office of the Attorney General of Utah representing Utah and other states
Criminal Defense Clinic  respresenting some Montana Legislators
Jennifer W. Bordy representing some Montana Legislators
Paragon Foundation Inc.
Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence and lawmakers from 17 States
Goldwater Institute Scharf-Norton Center for Constitutional Government et al.
Office of Montana Attorney General Steve Bullock (Intervenor)

One of the best articles appears in the World Net Daily online news dated Dec. 4th 2010 that pretty much sums up the whole challenge:

The Montana Shooting Sports Association is the primary mover behind this and is always looking for people who are willing to help with this important project. To see how you can become a member and get on their mailing list go here: http://www.mtssa.org/membership.phtml

To  get on Gary Marbut's mailing list send a request to mssa@mtssa.org

In short, if there is any vehicle that has any chance whatsoever of correcting the false interpretation of the commerce clause it's the Montana Firearms Freedom Act and related actions.

Support this cause in the best way you can by sending the link to this article everywhere.
