At some time in the Nineteenth Century, a British Monarch, having lost his land jurisdiction and working at the pleasure of the Parliament in his remaining jurisdiction on the sea, recognized the sovereignty of an indigenous tribe in New Zealand --- a fact that they have used to claim that they have sovereignty on the land, air and water of New Zealand and then, have set up a sovereign court to hear claims.
By the same measure, King George fully admitted that our nation-states in this country are "free, sovereign, and independent" and this stands in public and contractual evidence as part of the Treaty of Paris, 1783, which went on to establish the British Territorial United States of America--- a jurisdictional enclave more commonly thought of as "the United States Territories and Possessions", which does to this day include the British Commonwealth nation of Puerto Rico.
So, a British Monarch also recognized the nation-states of our country as sovereign entities, in the same way as that tribe in New Zealand was recognized -- for all that matters. Anyone could and should recognize as much.
The hat-tipping by a British Monarch is not the source of our sovereignty, which arises under far more basic and honest conditions, evidenced everywhere in the Natural World, and by our own determination to assert our independence from the British Government, including the British Monarchy, and its commercial corporations for eight long years of bloody and fully declared military opposition.
The Brits didn't give us anything, and obviously, the British Monarch could not give us recognition as a sovereign nation-state, when he could not operate in that capacity himself.
No British Monarch, then or now, can speak one word concerning our sovereignty, and neither can any foreign "President" of a commercial corporation, for the simple reason that they are not operating in sovereign offices themselves.
It was the Sultan of Morocco who first recognized the sovereignty of our country and our Government, just as it is that the sovereign land jurisdiction government of Ethiopia was the first fully sovereign nation to welcome us back in 2015.
It is wonderful to know that we were not forgotten, even if we appeared to forget ourselves for a time, and looked to be under a Destiny Swapping Spell in which the British Territorial Citizenry attempted to pass themselves off as the American People, and then further attempted to misrepresent the American People as citizens of the United States, all conjured up under the so-called Fourteenth Amendment.
Witchcraft notwithstanding, take notice that the Brits are still up to their old tricks, trying to bust the nations on a wooden nickel, or, to be more exact, trying to pay off their debts on assets that belong to other people.
We are not denying the inherent sovereignty of the people of New Zealand, but neither are we yielding our sovereignty to them. Instead, we offer our recognition of their natural sovereignty and extend our hands in friendship.
We do not, however, accommodate or accept any presumption of custodial interest, trusteeship, guardianship, or other claim of ownership or assertion of any territorial protectorate over our sovereign assets and prerogatives by any other nation-state or citizenry whatsoever.
Under Law and Contract all purloined assets must be returned to our country unharmed, to be administered by our traditional and customary American Government.
Thank you for your prompt attention and practical intervention to prevent any further mischief by Territorial or Municipal actors.
We have our own Federation Court to replace those functions that would have otherwise been delegated to the Federal Republic and its Article III Court established under The Constitution for the united States of America and we, Americans, neither need nor seek any service from foreign territorial District Courts, State-of-State franchise courts, Municipal DISTRICT courts, STATE OF STATE Municipal franchise COURTS, administrative courts, magistrate courts, commercial courts of other kinds, foreign probate courts, statutory courts or military courts operating in any extra-jurisdictional or extra-territorial capacity.
