Granna Bytes: Grab Bag

 By Anna Von Reitz

I loved Grab Bags as a child, and so did my Best Friend Forever; there was always the excitement of the gamble.  Your twenty-five cent piece could easily yield a dollar or more worth of good fungible kid stuff, including glitzy "jewelry" and bubble gum and rubber worms and pencil sharpeners.

Consider this an intellectual and spiritual Grab Bag, full of useful stuff to help you continue your journey.

Here's a fascinating short video about phosphorus, the miracle mineral also called "the energy mineral" that makes life possible:

Though the producers of this video don't seem to know the answer --- the need to produce phosphorus explains why Tiamat had to be blown up to create life on Earth and why the debris field continues to fall into our atmosphere to this day, and, yes, why Tiamat is remembered as Earth's "Mother".

Life on Earth would not have been possible without Tiamat.

You need 700-1250 mg of phosphorus per day to keep your body in good shape and keep your mitochondria producing energy at the cellular level.  Eating a wide variety of dairy, meats, seafood, nuts and whole grains assures that you get enough phosphorus.

Of special note --- lentils.  Lentils are a protein powerhouse and metabolism fixer especially for elders fighting sarcopenia (muscle loss).  They also happen to be very rich in phosphorus.  One more reason to get out the Crockpot and make a batch of lentil soup. It's so easy to add a cup of soup to the lunch menu, and it makes a profound difference for your health as you get older.  A cup of seafood chowder made with scallops is also a big winner to fill in the weekly lunch or dinner roster.

Remember how I told you that we "remember" things that happened to our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and even great-great grandparents at the epigenetic level of DNA control and at the cellular level.  It is, in fact, cellular memory that keeps replicating scars and injuries even after every single cell has been replaced.

Here's a feel-good story about a brilliant ten year-old researcher named Jo, standing on the cutting edge of transgenerational butterfly memory research.  It turns out that butterflies remember things they were taught as caterpillars and their memories persist beyond both metamorphosis and from generation to generation.

So, do your best to have good experiences and good memories to pass onto your offspring!  Skip the drunk on your butt high school and college drinking rituals, the recreational drugs, the tear-jerker codependent love dramas, wars, pestilences, snake bites, sports addictions, binge eating, midlife crisis, consumerism, and all the other common maladies afflicting modern life, and your children will grow up happier, healthier, and stronger, because you were wiser, happier, healthier, and stronger yourself.

Many people in my generation and those just a little younger and a little older are still fighting the genetic memory of the American Civil War, still responding to the starvation, racial prejudices, fear, injuries, losses, causes, anger, diseases, and injustices of that experience.

Do you remember things from that era that you couldn't rationally remember?  The smell of black powder and boiled coffee over a wood fire?

Have you ever seen a wreath made out of a dead woman's hair and known exactly what it was?  Without anyone telling you?

These sorts of eerie, odd, ghostly feelings and understandings can now be explained as part of your genetic inheritance.  It's not just your eye color and the shape of your nose that you are passing on.

The so-called Sexual Revolution of the 1960's might have been nothing more than a lot of people subconsciously remembering and reacting to the buried memory of Victorian Era prudery.  The fascination with Barack Obama as President may reflect a still-active struggle against slavery subconsciously lingering for four generations -- and still triggering us today.

Imagine what happens when WWI and WWII give their last-gasp reverberations, if we have not learned to recognize and cope with these deeply buried intergenerational memories by then?

This gives a whole new insight and meaning to Deuteronomy 5:9, which speaks of punishing the children for the sins of the Fathers unto the third and fourth generation.  That may be a lot more specific and automatic than we think --- which means that we all have to think a lot more seriously about the situations we create in this world.

The horrors of Verdun and mustard gas and trench warfare are still waiting for us to face, unravel, and heal next.  And then, WWII....

Finally, my dear old friend, Michael Badnarik, an Indiana boy from the Heartland, who is one of those rare individuals like Mary Croft -- people born with their heads screwed on so tight that no amount of peer pressure and social programming can ever, ever, ever disturb their locked on logic or drown out their Shinola Sensors.

If you have never heard Michael take down a bunch of BS, you are in for a treat!  Enjoy!  https://www.facebook.com/reel/1389927403042901/ https://www.facebook.com/reel/1389927403042901/?hpir=1#
