We recently received a political style email campaign flyer by something calling itself the "Pentagon Campaign" which is collecting signatures and promoting their organization and supporting a "Federal Delegation" to the United Nations and promoting a Mr. Bucholz and telling people to "Stand By and Fly the Federal Flag".
There is no "Federal Flag". There is a Title IV Flag described under Federal Title IV. It was provided by the Federation of States to the Federal Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America for their use when exercising delegated powers. Only when exercising delegated powers. There is a wartime flag (Stars and Stripes) made available and a peacetime flag (Stars and Bars) that are to be flown as appropriate.
This entire campaign is completely inappropriate. Military power is subject to civilian government, not the other way around, despite our country being held in an unlawful occupation status for over 160 years.
Our government is "republican in form" --- not a democracy, not a theocracy, and certainly not a military dictatorship.
The Flags of this country, like the Great Seals, do not belong to organizations like the Pentagon or to federal subcontractors like the United States of America, LLC, or any form of USA, INC., either.
The Flags including those Title IV Flags on loan to Federal Subcontractors, belong to and are owned as assets of our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America.
No country's flag is the property of any commercial corporation or incorporated business or franchise entity whatsoever.
Our international flag(s) are assets designed for the use of our unincorporated Federation of States, acting as an instrumentality of our sovereign nation-states since 1776.
The use of our flag by our Federal Subcontractors acting under the provisions of The Constitution of the United States of America is an accommodation in recognition of their delegated duties, which require them under certain circumstances to fly our flag in protection of our shipping on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.
This accommodation allowing them to fly the Title IV version of our flag when exercising our delegated powers, does not confer any ownership interest in the flag itself, nor does the Title IV flag accommodation create a separate flag image or presentment that could be called "the Federal Flag".
The Title IV Flag is simply an American Flag of a specific proportion, as described in Federal Code.
This present aberration in understanding may be the result of actions taken by members of the U.S. Congress on February 2nd 1871, when they falsely assumed that the assets of the American Federal Republic were abandoned and that they were free to seize upon the assets of the American Federal Republic including our Title IV Flag --- however, the American Federal Republic was itself only another Federal Service Vendor operating under The Constitution for the united States of America.
It had no ownership interest in our international flag, either.
Thus, there is no "Federal Flag". There is only the flag created by and owned by our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America, standing as part of our coat of arms and national signature authority, despite the self-interested presumptions of our service vendors.
As for forming a delegation to the United Nations, "Nations" refers to the people and Lawful Persons of a country, not Legal Persons of "a foreign nature" employed to provide essential government services.
No member of the Pentagon staff or organization can qualify to represent this country at the United Nations for the simple reason that their employment requires them to adopt a foreign citizenship throughout their employment and even after they retire, unless they determinedly and with conscious intent return to and declare their original birthright status after federal employment ceases.
Read that: so-called "Federal Citizens" adopting U.S. Citizenship and often also acting as citizens of the United States, are foreigners with respect to this country, regardless of being born in one of the American nation-states, because their employment requires them to operate in a foreign territorial or municipal capacities and to adopt foreign citizenship(s) as a condition of their employment.
They cease to be counted as American State Nationals and are reduced to functioning as Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States, attached to the District of Columbia or Municipality of Washington, DC, respectively, not the sovereign nation-states.
They are, themselves, typically unaware of this circumstance and are given no full disclosure of it; nonetheless, it is what it is.
Our native and indigenous nations maintain a delegation at the United Nations and are dual nationals of our sovereign nation-states, while we maintain diplomatic contact, outreach, and communication with the United Nations and its member states as part of our effort to shed light on otherwise obscured history and to promote cooperative understanding of the overall circumstance of fraudulent misrepresentation afflicting our people and our nation(s).
And in this case, to sort out the nature and ownership of our flag(s).
