It is now apparent that while acting as Director of The Global Family Bank chartered by the American Government, dba The United States of America (Unincorporated), Hunter Aki gave in to British Crown Corporation attempts to enclose our banks.
Enclosure is a process by which one enfranchised entity serves to enfranchise another business by association.
Whether or not Hunter actually filed incorporation paperwork to create a separate British Crown Corporation franchise doing business as The Global Family Bank, our bank would have, under the arrangement he apparently agreed to with a South African British Crown Corporation franchise, Go New Earth, Inc., been subourned and "owned" and controlled by the British Crown Corporation.
This would have handed the British Crown Corporation de facto control over all our bank functions in Africa.
The banks that appeared to serve living people, and claimed to serve the living people, would have been sucked right back into the same old British Maritime Banking Monopoly.
Thankfully, the British Crown Corporation has no ability to control my name or sign my name to anything and I have already objected in public and private to the rubber stamp "signature" appearing on Judge Adriaan Fondse's announcement of this arrangement, and equally important, Hunter, as Director, had no authority to agree to this accommodation without the approval of those issuing his charter.
So both the announcement of this arrangement with "Go New Earth, Inc." and any such accommodation are null and void for fraud and lack of authority.
Hunter is attempting to reboot and use funding obtained under False Pretenses; this announcement is a warning to other banks that have joined what Hunter is now promoting --- you are being sold a pig in a poke. Withdraw from any Bank Treaties signed with Hunter and call or contact me directly concerning all of this.
Hunter has been removed as Director of our American-chartered bank doing business as The Global Family Bank and he is now running something calling itself The Global Family Bank under British Crown Corporation control, which puts you under British Crown Corporation control.
If you are sick of Colonialism, sick of the Revolving Door, our bank will be back better than ever in a few days and the Bilateral Bank System will be ready.
