We are dealing with Liars, governmental service providers who have pretended to be the government. Vendors trying to muscle out their Employers.
These service providers are all incorporated entities. They are all legal fiction entities. And whether a fiction is "legal" or not, it is still fiction.
Let that settle deeply into your mind.
These things called corporations are allowed to exist so long as they are: (1) organized for a lawful purpose; (2) provide some useful product or service; (3) cause no harm to living flesh.
Corporations are lies that our forefathers agreed to entertain so long as they meet these basic requirements, but they are still lies and lies come from the Father of All Lies.
The organizations that create corporations are responsible for policing them, and above those organizations stand "Principals" -- those that are responsible for upholding these basic agreements outlined above (1) (2) (3), and guaranteeing the operations of corporations, and underwriting their activities.
Principals are sovereign entities that have standing on the land and soil jurisdiction of a country, or direct instrumentalities of the sovereign power vested in the government of a country. Various organizations, typically, in this country, state-of-state organizations, register and oversee commercial corporations.
What does all this have to do with South Africa?
South Africa was the first country in world history to be ruled over by a corporation; Cecil Rhodes' British South Africa Company contracted to provide all the governmental services that the British Parliament deemed appropriate, and in exchange, it received wide-ranging authority to asset strip the country, set up a system of apartheid that still dominates the political landscape, and terrorize any South African who dared object.
India wasn't the only country to suffer the boot-heels of a vicious quasi-government provided by British Territorial Commercial Mercenaries. Under the British Empire, there were dozens of such Raj organizations operating in all the British colonies and commonwealths and commandeered territories.
To this day, 147 race-based "laws" stand on the books of South Africa, and years after the passing of Nelson Mandela, chaos, racial prejudice, social division, violence, pollution, environmental damage, poverty, corruption, and confusion remain the lasting legacy of letting a commercial corporation run the government of the country.
It was a failed experiment --- one that was very profitable for Britain, because they could get away with outrageous things under color of law --- but devastating for South Africa and the people living there.
At least they knew what was happening.
Here in The United States, these cozy arrangements putting The United States of America, Incorporated and the United States of America, Incorporated, and the United States, Incorporated, in charge, was kept under wraps, deliberately. Top Secret. So the looting and commandeering and asset-stripping and false claims in commerce and illegal taxation could take place with less friction.
While South Africans had the advantage of knowing what was being done to them and more or less, by whom, they were never allowed to form a real government of their own.
To this day, there has never been a land jurisdiction government formed in South Africa, so even the borders of the country are "loose" and left shifting. Half the country is preparing to walk out and form a whole separate country, effectively splitting what we think of as South Africa in half, east and west.
So, when the word went out for all the countries to form assemblies and bring their traditional land jurisdiction governments into Session, South Africans were excited and eager to do that, but didn't have a model to build on. Like many people and countries that were crippled by the British Empire, they were starting from scratch.
They were starting to peaceably assemble with the hope of healing and building a sensible, lawful, and genuinely South African government at last.
At the same time, they were individually offered the opportunity to self-declare (Universal Right of Self Declaration) their birthright standing on the land and soil of South Africa, and get a bank account designed to serve the needs of living people and deliver restitution and inheritances that rightfully belong to them.
It was like a dream come true, but here comes the old British Crown Colonialist Beast again, seeking to co-opt and secretly commandeer the bank, the bank accounts, the land, and their infant government away from them.
Pay attention to your Bible -- the beast that was dead (supposedly) that came alive again, perfectly describes the British Empire. Britain's old nasty colonialist practices were, at least on paper and in press clubs, reportedly a thing of the past. Colonialism was dead.
Actually, the same old ugly beast had just changed jurisdictions and doubled down behind a wall of for-hire commercial mercenaries disguised as policemen.
The Crown Creature, a British Crown Corporation franchise doing business as Go New Earth, Incorporated, showed up and while seeming to be friendly, confuses everyone.
The GNE employees started volunteering to help people declare and record their birthright standing and set up their bank accounts, but things started to go South when it was discovered that some "Helpers" were retaining the Usernames and Passwords attached to the bank accounts they were helping to set up.
This was blamed on people in The South Africa Assembly who were busy setting up their new government assemblies and who were also helping people declare and set up bank accounts.
Standard Satanist practice. Blame the other guy for what you are doing yourself.
So the GNE people targeted and tried to discredit those who were concentrating on setting up The South African Assembly, and that was predictable.
Why? Because Go New Earth, Inc., is a British Crown Corporation franchise, and if the South Africans get their act together and successfully form their own first-ever true land jurisdiction government, the hegemony of the British Crown Corporation's century-and-a-half dominance over South Africa will crumble, and the people will inherit the richness of the land that is rightfully theirs.
Isn't it apparent that the British Crown Corporation is fighting against losing control of trillions of dollars worth of land and precious metals and the labor value of millions of people?
Of course, they don't want to see The South African Assembly succeed. And they don't want to pay the South African people what they are owed, either. They would rather enroll them as Territorial British Subjects, and dole out welfare entitlement payments, instead of releasing their inheritance and walking away.
The next move was to try to discredit Tony Carroll, our INAC Coordinator, and pretend that he posted private account information and caused a damaging bank security breach, but this was quickly disproven from the source metadata attached to the email, and IT experts from The Global Family Bank and IT experts from our Federation of State confirmed this within a couple hours after the accusation was made.
The GNE people are still parroting this Big Lie as if it was Gospel.
Repeating a known lie is telling a lie and there is no plausible deniability for their continued insinuations.
The actual red flag was that Hunter Toyofuku-Aki, then the Director of The Global Family Bank we chartered, had the expertise to bring up the metadata for himself and see that Tony Carroll never sent out that email exposing account information --- but he said nothing. He had double confirmation that Tony was innocent from his own IT people and ours, but he still did nothing, said nothing to defend Tony Carroll.
He went along with the attack on Tony and innocent assembly members, discredited them and their efforts and tried to discredit the paperwork and the need to declare birthright standing.
Despite running a bank held under American Public Charter, Hunter fell right in line with the British Crown Corporation agenda: keep the South Africans from ever setting up a real government, keep British Crown Corporation franchises in charge, dole out entitlements as long as necessary to "capture" a large number of people, and skate on.
This showed a lack of understanding and commitment on his part that was incompatible with our charter.
The British Crown Corporation knows that if the South African people establish their government on the land and soil, their own dominance and their own commercial wholesale profiting from South Africa is at an end.
Here's the thing about entitlements versus inheritances.
Entitlements are held under the control of someone or something else and doled out at their pleasure --- or not. Entitlements are welfare benefits that can be withheld or stopped altogether. So, predictably, again, a British Crown Corporation franchise is leading the stampede toward pawning off entitlements instead of inheritances.
Inheritances are yours. They can be paid in installments, they can vary in value, but they belong to you and nobody can take them from you or stop payment because their ego came back from vacation in a bad mood.
South Africans who see through the British Crown substitution scheme are owed their inheritance as a right -- a birthright, not an entitlement paid at the pleasure of the British King.
This does, of course, involve knowledge of law and jurisdictions and banking and everything else that Hunter probably never had, and he was probably unable to see what the Crown Agents were bent on accomplishing. The damning part is that he was too proud to ask.
So Hunter Toyofuku-Aki has been removed as Director of our American-chartered bank called "The Global Family Bank" and the bank charter itself has been torn up. The bank itself no longer has the right to issue money or credit, but he is trying to move forward and pretend that something else he is calling "Global Family Bank" still exists and is obtaining funds from the Alpha and Omega Trust run by the World Bank.
If so, the World Bank has been bamboozled.
The Alpha and Omega Trust corpus is based on profits generated from trading upon assets of the (D')Avila Family Trust. He who owns the assets also owns the profit generated from those assets. Thus, the (D')Avila Family Trust owns the Alpha and Omega Trust.
The (D')Avila Family Trust designated that funds from the Alpha and Omega Trust must be spent on healthcare for everyone worldwide.
Alpha and Omega is the worldwide fraternity of physicians, medical doctors, and healthcare professionals. That's why it was named the Alpha and Omega Trust in the first place.
The World Bank should certainly know that, and if they don't something is wrong in more than Denmark.
As a Fiduciary Trustee of the (D')Avila Family Trust, I know that, and I wrote a hurried email to the President of the World Bank. Alpha and Omega funds can't be spent on general welfare payments and entitlements owed by the British Crown Corporation, and no rubber stamps of my signature are allowed.
It's not that I don't want people in South Africa and throughout Africa to have money, but I am a Fiduciary Trustee, and I have to make sure to the best of my ability, that money is coming out of the right pocket, being spent on the right things, and that nobody is getting rooked in the process.
There may be British Subjects living in South Africa who may be eligible to receive entitlements, but those entitlements have to come out of British Crown Corporation coffers, not out of Alpha and Omega Trust money earmarked for healthcare needs all over the world.
South Africans are owed their share of the Alpha and Omega Trust money, but it is to be spent on things like hospitals and medical research centers and hospices and individual care needs and even veterinary hospitals, in addition to what South Africans are owed as their individual inheritances.
If the British Crown Corporation wants to make restitution payments to British Subjects in South Africa out of its own coffers, and wants to pass this off as entitlement payments, they are welcome to use one of their ubiquitous Maritime Commercial Banks to do it. No need to try to get our publicly chartered bank into trouble and accused of being complicit in some scheme to misallocate funds from the Alpha and Omega Trust.
Nothing I am saying here should be taken as personal condemnation of anyone. People are limited by what they know or don't know, and valued for the skill set they have. The people involved in this scenario, including Hunter, including Adriaan Fondse, may or may not have understood the self-interest of the British Crown Corporation in trying to undermine South African efforts to organize their own actual government via The South African Assembly, may or may not have known the implications involved in proposing to let a British Crown Corporation franchise take over and run an American publicly chartered bank, may not have seen the payments they are making as entitlements and so on.
There is only one Judge who truly knows what goes on in the hearts and minds of individual people.
We are taking our information, our data, our bank treaties, etc., and forming a whole new banking system that will be better technologically, more secure, and more unified. As a bank under public charter and subject only to Public Law, our new bank replacing The Global Family Bank and the people managing it, will have a far better grasp of law, jurisdiction, and banking history.
And as for South Africa and South Africans -- search your hearts and evaluate your own situations.
Do you want to give your land, your mineral wealth, your artifacts, your sheep, your cows, your own bodies to be held in trust by the British Monarch, and be liable for all Territorial taxes and obeying all Territorial statutory laws, in exchange for entitlement payments?
Or do you want your own government in charge of your destiny and your own inheritance?
It's a choice and the choice is yours.
If you want your own unincorporated government, you are going to have to organize it through The South Africa Assembly process, get everyone to declare their birthright standing on the land and soil of South Africa, and work together to claim back your country and your birthright inheritance.
